COMMUNITY COLLEGE 2 CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT #6 / TAKING H&R BLOCK TAX TRAINING COURSE / ELEVATE - Duration: 14:52.yo yo yo CPA strength here back with another video my best video ever on a
230 videos is the best friend whoever actually this is gonna be a pretty good
video anyways welcome to the video leave with leave a like now please comment
down below now please dislike the video now please hope you enjoy it it's gonna
be it's gonna be about it's going to be in the playlist community college - CPA
so here's here's the other videos to the playlist and it's it's a popular one at
this time I'm filming this something it has four or five videos I've gotten some
good reactions about it and it comes from basically every about H&R Block
when I worked at H&R Block it's kind of came out because I watched him I watched
the video this morning in our long video and it was a sac Kravitz video he's got
like 10,000 subscribers but he's been grinding I've been watching him for a
while and he was going through his mind sand at a certain point and I thought
that was cool because it kind of brought to me like yeah like what he's thinking
like that's what no one else can bring because it's unique to him so I can tell
you what was going through my thought process at the time and that's unique to
me like no one else if I think of the exact same things but you might think a
similar thing but anyways so porous community college - CPA I went to I went
to Community College 2000s - 2008 I was 31 years old four years later to
thousands of 2012 I graduated from Florida Atlantic University I
transferred after two years John lady and horrible but the daily videos you
gotta do what you gotta do right sorry um and let's see at 30 so that I
was 30 35 when I graduated college and I think in to two more years at age 37 I
was a licensed CPA and company or not for that I have a successful business
now on my own business I do pretty much I work with whoever I want
I'm having the time of my life currently I said I didn't always have a tie in my
life gone through some struggles I think that's why people like watching the
channel cuz people like to struggle people like the the feel-good story you
know and I'm just telling my life so but let's get into this you know I you know
I talk boy hey III make you know I make money I make a living you know just blah
blah blah blah blah blah okay I kind of found my thing talking to the camera
because in real life no one has time to talk to you anymore
I don't have anybody to talk to you to be honest like you start telling them
something T like D plate like I mean everyone keeps telling me god bless me
like I get told bless me in comments probably like ten times a week like for
the past year or two I guess a lot of like think possible if
I'm receiving the blessings you know and then you're like you're like talking to
someone needs like in like these like texting or scrolling through Facebook
you're like oh good talk so here are like you know I have a camera it's weird
I'm just talking to a camera but I feel like you know whoever's watching this
like I'm actually talking to you and then you leave a comment and then it's
like hey what's up everybody it
so graduate in August 2012 35 so I went back I went back to school I had a
little bit of credit to 31 I don't think any I wasn't really sure myself I don't
really think I'd been fucking up for a long time by 31 I've been fucking up for
about 16 years you know as I started fucking of it so I'd been fucking up for
16 years and 31 so I've been fucking up four more years and I've been alive so
it was what it was and you know so for four years I went to school I went to
school and I got I got my degree and then and then I graduated and then I one
week after I graduated I signed up for the H&R black H&R Block tax class and
now it costs like one hundred and fifty dollars I think for the class and it's
like you meet onesearch think twice a week for 12 weeks or six weeks twice a
week I'm not sure but it was a super good class anyways you have to pay for
that now I just graduated with an accounting degree and I well and I I
didn't start taking that class for a little bit and while I wasn't going to
school anymore so I needed some money so I think my friend all that's getting cut
out I'm not telling you all that it's fucking less that you know myself but
anyways I worked I worked for a buddy for you know I think they tend ten
dollars an hour for a little bit and you know twenty thirty hours a week for a
couple weeks and remember II said hey my my mom's girlfriend she's like what site
what's what's JD doing like he just graduated the county degree and he's
working for you like did he not graduate with an accounting degree what is going
on then he's like no he's paying for an
extra black bloc course like so yeah um I don't know I mean I don't think I know
one was like oh Jonathan 80 you're playing CP a string
bikini you're playing you're playing chess over here like wow that's pretty
good plan like you did just pull off a college degree in four years which was
looking really bad I just feel like no one gives me credit for anything like
I'm always like I keep on I keep on performing proving over the past nine
years and it's okay cuz I got the chip on block so I just feel like everyone
still is like everyone's like shakes their head at me but I have I have a
plan for everything you know we'll see at least I haven't playing though so
anyways everyone thought I was stupid that I would do that because the you had
to pay for the class I just graduated from a four-year college so why would I
paste H&R Block money for more school it doesn't make sense and you weren't even
guaranteed a job and they only paid first year tax repairs HR block nine
dollars now where if I got a job and getting the job was hectic because of my
back because they did a background check on me and that was a fucking craziness
everything I do is craziness because I fucked up too much don't fuck up I know
when you're 18 you don't give a fuck but coz she well you're gonna be xxx you
know bless yourself you'll be you'll be lucky be fucking around at 18 catch some
felonies and then you you want to change your life at 30 or 35 in that shit
luckily maybe you can put some space on it but that shit doesn't go nowhere
especially with the internet now like like man you get arrested that's a
computer like maybe back in the day sometimes it would make it to the
computer but that's dad those days are long gone jack
so don't fuck up man all right I guess I'm not I'm not here because I know if I
say stoves hot you're still gonna touch the stove I can't deal I can't deal with
this uh oh I'm sorry man more haters up there the haters would
get me up so sure um anyways so no one really thought it was a great idea but I
knew that okay I graduated wasn't kind of right and I had taken I'd gone
through the vitae program so I knew I wanted to prepare taxes and I knew it
was mine always my goal to be a CPA but I didn't do an internship or I didn't
have anybody wanting my services I was old AF and I barely squeaked by barely
passed so why wouldn't they want the 24 year old you had a 4.0 like and I
already passed two sections their CPA exam like I'm over here like Skrudland
that's the Florida mullet ladies and gentlemen CPI strength came
up with it boy oh I got my jet pack hang on white gold Liz Lisa white gold yeah
buddy I'm still at it still on go so I wanted to be a CPA from way back when
because that was my goal so how am I going to be a CPA now to be a CPA you
have to pass the four exams which I just got accepted to take the exam so I was
like okay they're gonna let me they're gonna let me they're gonna let me take
the exams now so passing is the easy part so I'll definitely I'll definitely
pass what else do I have to do I have to work 2,000 hours under CPA and have the
CPA license in the state of Florida for five years sign a piece of paper that
goes to the State Board that says yeah let him in the club I've seen his work
he's good juicy as fuck hey curse like 50 times in yesterday's video and it's
monetized so so I thought okay now the the big wrench of this is how am I gonna
find how am I gonna find a CPA to hire me I'm not good at accounting this was
before I found DCA dealers I didn't know about DC Aylor I didn't invent it I
didn't add on to aid leur an invent deceived or a whole new breed complete
wha exactly the same but completely different so I'm like I wasn't gonna get
in there with the county and I was gonna get in there with tax returns because
that's what I wanted to do eventually anyways I have my own business as the
CPA new tax returns for people yeah so how am I gonna do that well I didn't
think they were gonna hire me because I had no experience I had some a couple
main I was I'm thirty-five looking for a job all I had was a college degree no
indoor experience I have like three years of w-2 wages on my belt and that
was like manual labor so I don't translate so I'm like fuck
so I thought hey if I work a season at H&R Block
that means I'll know tax is pretty good and then I can put that on the resume I
can have vitae program H&R Block I'll have to tax seasons under my belt then
I'll go around and I will just charm somebody and get a job like I'll have
that on my resume I still is gonna need to exude charm lo and behold got the job
at H&R Block worked learned so much I was telling the people at the CPA firm
the next year things about a personal tax return because H&R Block is just
that good like they were like no and I had I went to that pub 17 I went to the
IRS website and I was like looking here Jack actually Jerry my mentor he was
like oh damn damn damn boy you're not just a pretty face I'm so yeah so I had
the H&R Block experience and then I had a really good year I did like a hundred
and eighty tax returns learned so much then when I started on my resume I had
that and that's what got me the job there because when I got hired the
person who hired me Tina that's her name I couldn't remember her name told right
now she was like oh yeah we need someone just to do the easier personal tax
returns you know the more simple personal tax returns like fast and I'm
like oh yeah I'm knock out like 10 or 15 easy ones a day like I was at H&R Block
I was so yeah from from Community College to CPA this was a integral step
H&R Block and once again you can't go on what I do become people's opinions even
though how people's opinions on I valued said no it's not a good idea I still
wanted to do it because I knew because I had my vision and I always have my
vision so you gotta trust your gut cuz then my gut I knew it was good
deuces

Next Time Self-Doubt Has You in a Death Grip, Remember This - Duration: 7:55.This is really the place to be if you want a business and life you love.
If you want a business and life you hate, you should go to another show.
Hey, it's Marie Forleo and you are watching MarieTV, the place to be to create a business
and life you love.
Now, if you ever wrestle with self-doubt about, I don't know, what you're writing, what
you're creating, I've gotta tell you, this is a must watch episode.
Now, if you follow me on Instagram or you read my emails, which you should, then you
know I've been working on my next book.
And as soon as I started talking about it, I've got to tell you, I got all these questions.
People started asking about my writing process, how soon is it gonna be ready, can you tell
me more about it?
So I want to start with my writing process.
Now, I don't really talk about it much because, to be honest, it's a proprietary formula.
In fact, I've developed it over years and I keep it under lock and key.
Nope.
Just kidding.
I'll tell you exactly what my writing process is.
So my writing process is this intoxicating blend of despair and struggle and agony and
total insecurity and overwhelm and panic with some subtle top notes of self-loathing.
Ah, yes.
This is just like my creative process.
I've had this before.
Are you sure this isn't my creative process?
Anyway, so recently I was working on my book in LA and I was in the midst of feeling all
of this angst about my writing.
I was totally questioning my capabilities.
So I'd gone to work out and I was just leaving Gold's Gym, I got on my bike, and I started
riding my bike home, and this woman was on the sidewalk, and she was running past me
and then she looked back and did a double take.
And she said, "Are you Marie Forleo?"
And I was like, "Yes, I am Marie Forleo.
Who are you?"
And she told me her name was Rebecca.
She says, "I have to tell you something, I love your book.
It changed my life."
She's like, "No, really.
I'm not just saying this.
I'm not blowing smoke up your butt.
Your book totally transformed my life."
So I'm standing there with my bike all sweaty almost in tears and I'm like, "Rebecca,
well, I have something to tell you.
You have no idea how much what you just shared means to me right now in this moment.
I mean, the whole reason I'm here in LA is, I'm working on my next book.
And I'm just starting out and I'm struggling with it each and every day.
So to hear you tell me how much my first book meant to you, which is something I never hear
anymore, you're like the most beautiful sign from the universe telling me to keep going.
So thank you."
So here's me and my new friend Becky very sweaty and happy on the street in Venice.
And if you're not familiar with Ms. Becky Lynch, turns out she is a WWE Superstar and
the inaugural smackdown women's champion.
I've gotta say, Becky, you are inspiring me to give my writing self-doubt the smackdown.
All my whiny little complaints, I want to just put them in the death grip.
So thank you, thank you, thank you, Becky.
And two important things I want you to take away from this experience – my little story
about Becky.
So number one, if someone's work means something to you, do not be shy about saying something.
I mean, really.
I can't tell you how unbelievably grateful I was that Becky did that double take on the
street and she said, "Hey, hey are you Marie?"
Her words gave me so much life in the exact moment that I needed them.
Now, even if you don't run into folks on the street, don't underestimate the power of just
saying something.
Whether you write them an email or you send a little handwritten note or a card, whatever.
You know, most of us don't realize how much people that we might consider to be creative
superstars, those people struggle with the same exact fears and doubts and insecurities
that we have.
And you just never know when your words can help someone else really change their day
or their week or their entire life.
And number two, this is really important.
If you're feeling insecure about what you have to share, whether it's your message
or your writing or your product or your service, and you're debating about whether or not
you should put it out there, you need to remember ... I know I say this every week, but you've
got to hear it – the world really does need that special gift that only you have.
It needs your ideas and your message and your story, because what you have to offer could
really change someone else's life, and that person needs to hear it from you.
And, guess what?
They might only be able to hear it from you.
You just don't know the pain or the struggle that somebody else might be battling with
that you could help with.
You never know if just by being brave enough to speak up and share what you do and who
you are, the impact that you can have on another human being's life.
Now, I've gotta say, if writing is one of the ways that you hope to help people, but
maybe you're feeling a little stuck or a little unsure of how to express your unique
voice, you have got to get your butt over to TheCopyCure.com right this second.
Now, yes, we do have this full-on writing course, and you can sign up for that if you
want.
But, honestly, the sample class and the email series that you get for free, it is so damn
good.
Frankly, I think everybody on our planet should just go sign up for the free stuff.
And I promise you, the tips that you'll learn and everything that you'll get from
that free series will help you become a stronger, more confident writer starting right now.
And if you ever, ever doubt the difference that you can make to others just by being
brave and sharing what's in your heart, I want you to remember this Tweetable:
One kind word can change someone's day.
A few kind words can change their whole life.
Now I would love to hear from you.
So tell me about a time when someone shared an unexpected kind word or message that just
made a difference to you.
And if you'd like, tell me about a creative project or writing project that you're working
on right now that you are excited to get out into the world.

It's legal.

Apocalypse You've All Been Waiting For. By Alphard. - Duration: 13:14.Hey, everyone. This is LOUD SOUND. Today we're havnig a usual review.
We're reviewing what's new by Alphard Group.
A whole range of most powerful Brazilian amps called Apocalypse... It's Apocalypse, right?
The most attentive ones have noticed Arty doesn't work in Loud Sound anymore.
You must be wondering whom I'm gonna be testing these amps with, and - most importantly,
who is filming me right now. We have a new mysterious camerman.
In this video, you'll learn about the whole range Apocalypse.
Also, what makes them sifferent from other amps, Korean, Chinese, Brazilian
These babies came down from Brazil.
Brazil is considered - unofficially - the home land for the ost powerful amps in the world.
With the exception of the town Oryol.
And we'll answer which one makes a better purhcase, a Korean amp a Brazilian or a Chinese one,
Because I myself am wondering that big time.
I just called the town Oryol. I called there, and said, 'Andrey --
In case you missed it, Andrey Lashkov produces the most powerful amps in the world.
I asked him one question: 'Imagine there are no BassWarrior amps.
What would you buy - a Korean or a Brazilian one?' Stay tuned to find out his answer at the end of the video.
And now... Mysterious cameraman, come here.
We'll start with this baby
It really is a baby. A bit bigger than a cellphone.
And this size gives us minimum 2800 W at 1 Ohm,
3 kW is the claim at 14.4 V, meaning under perfect conditions,
or under alleviated voltage.
And here you see, at 4 Ohm 900 Watts.
Why would we need 900 W at 4 Ohms? - you ask. And here comes the key trick of all those Brazilian amps.
We got a wide band.
The thing is, this baby would be happy to pump up a hell of a front.
It is really small, and the cost is only ₽26,000.
What's the catch? The catch is, it's Brazilian, so it's not notorious for its stability.
Here we have a picturesque example. I bought this Taramps brand new, an extremely costly device it is.
And it's burnt 3 times already.
With these, much like with any other Alphard amps, the guys from research participated in creating the build.
The owner of the brand participated in testing personally.
The produce was delayed. There were some issues that needed sorting out.
We were supposed to get them back in spring.
But the first batch came in as late as fall, September I think. Or even October.
Abova that, Brazilian amps - dunno if it was the same with all of them, but Taramps, for sure -
used to electrecute you a bit.
And, well, 'a bit' might be an understatement. They'd electricute the fck out of you.
You only had to touch acoustic terminals or the body.
And it would punch you as fck!
It's not a problem anymore. They re-arranged the schematics.
Is it better or worse on the sound quality and stability? I, for one, don't now but they say it's beneficial.
I mean, come on, it's not like they're gonna say, Hey, we made a worse amp!
So, the schematics was re-arranged, the amps are now more stable.
They were made in Brazil. So what does this fact give us?
One is power; two is pricing; three is a wide range of frequency coverage.
These are monoblocks but they are not only good for subwoofers but also for the sht Brazil is known for.
For those who missed one of our videos in 'The Loudest Cars' series, check out what they usually do in Brazil.
Instead of ₽140,000 and a monster this big, we have this piece here.
This is one AAB-7800, and the claim here is 7.8 kW of pure signal @ 1 Ohm.
With the 12K and 10Ks I've talked about the highest Wattage was with the Pride's 10K - 6400 W.
Here, the claim is higher, the size is smaller. And with all that, we have a small gap between powers.
We have a 2800, 3800, 4800, 7800, and one 11 800.
What's that sudden love to the number 800 by Alphard? Maybe it's a code? Like... eat [that], hunders?..
On the out side, the amps are really pretty. When the light hits at an angle, you can see the texture.
So they're not just black, but this is some sort of black aluminum or something.
I honestly don't know the name.
The cooling is actualized amazingly, and my favorite amp test, the one I always carry out -
It's assembled really well.
I mean, amps... Dunno, maybe even Taramps rattles. This is what has always bugged me.
This has always frustrated me. And nice costly amps wwould alway be like --
This is always an indicator. It's small, but, hell, it's good.
Let's chack out the packading and the what-nots in the box.
I'm pretty sure no surprises there.
It's all pretty modest here. The Brazilians are a lazy people.
Noone gave a crap. So, yeah, this ain't no iPhone packaging style.
The warranty, the manual. Here's an Apocalypse sticker.
The Allens are still here, not stolen yet.
This is sad.
Let me address all the producers out there.
Give people the complete happy experience after the purchase!
People spend a small fortune on these. This amp costs ₽52,000.
They spent ₽52,000, and they're not dumb, 'cuz, I mean, they didn't take a loan to buy an iPhone.
It's only natural they wanna feel happy about it.
When you unpack your iPhone, you... well, you used to feel happy before.
Now you just understand you're gonna have the same crap.
I hope I didn't offend everyone who's bought iPhone X?
Or are those people not nhe type of audience we'd have?
[Wylsacom]: THIS costs ₽92,000.
If you're not completely retarded, you weren't dumb enough to buy an iPhone X for ₽92K
and you bought a 64 Gb iPhone X for only ₽80,000...
But if you're even smarter than that, you can sae another ₽10K and get this 11 800.
This, guys, is a 12K Brazilian amp, a wideranger.
At 12V @ 1 Ohm, gives out 11 800 of pure signal.
At 14.4 V - 12 kW.
The future is happening before our veru eyes. People oftem say I boast. Not at all. I admire.
I do admire that we got here a small inexpensive compact amp with higher stability and better schematics
Taramps is not here for nothing. I brought it here for us to compare.
All anew, it cost ₽140,000. And, well, you can see the size of it.
In fact, you can - well, let's talk max. You can pull out 11 kW out of it.
Roughly speaking, these are two similar amps.
We can see that Brazil is now 1.5 times shorter, and it's half the price.
This amp costs ₽70,000.
But there is a downside to is, too, for sure. These amps are not apt for bridging.
You'll have to sync 'em up by voltage, or put up some syncing blocks.
In any case, this is one hell of a saver, both of money and room.
Regarding choosing... I couldn't find a better person to ask then Andrey Lashkov.
I just said, 'Andy, say, there is no such thing as BassWarrior. What would you buy?'
He sked for conditions. I said, well, for SPL.
Let's say you need it for SPL, and you have no budget limitations.
Let's say, would you get two 10Ks worth ₽120,000 each, or two Apocalypses, ₽70,000 per piece?
These 11 800.
He said, definitely Brazil.
What hapens to these amps? Time will tell.
At the moment, they have survived some hardcore projects like the one Nick the Termite has.
The sadly known Express rear-ended by a loaded truck.
[N]: This is our sad story. A truck hit us badly on a highway.
[N]: We were driving to Kursk to show some new results. To at least support what we had recorded.
Nick the Ram and others. So, many people on the Deaf Bonce Team have installed these.
As for refunds, I've personally seen none with my clients, and I asked Alphard. They say, no claims so far, either.
For now - let's knock on the wood - these amps have been no trouble at all.
Tbh, I'm quite surprised. But I hope it stays this way.
'Cuz we've had our share of bitter with Stetsom and Taramps.
When the first Stetsoms arrived, the only one not to burn was mine, I think.
I asked the guys back then. I used to have 2K5, and it worked stable. I loved he sound and all of it.
This is pretty much it about the amps.
These amps are an absolutely new item line with a completely new title,
however, we have also subwoofers and acoustics.
Those produced now by Alphard Group, used to be called Deaf Bonce, Machete.
All of it produced under the general brand Deaf Bonce
And it's gonna be called - Apocalypse for the hardcore produce like this sub here. You may've recognized it.
And there will be a kind of slackier brand called Machete.
Ithas been there for a while already, and now it's gonna embrace some simpler hardware.
This is the very famous Deaf Bonce 312. Except now it has upgraded basket and magnet system.
And now it has genuine American coils.
They used to have Chinese coils, but those were tough as hell. I used to think nothing was tougher.
Those of you to have been to Penza and to have heard the '13, understand me clearly.
'Cuz people would get in, and it would be not as loud as it would be steaming hot in there.
When subs start basically throwing fire at you, and you still can't kill them - that's really awesome!
As it was claimed, these coils are even better. I don't see how anything can possibly be any better, tho.
We see the improved outlooks. So now it's not just a haardcore battlefield sub, but it also looks damn great.
It has a bunch of other technical characteristics,
which I'm not gonna force on you.
You just need to know one simple thing.
If you say Deaf Bonce in the USA now, they know these are the most powerful subs in the world.
And here we have the new generation of these subwoofers.
Apart from this one, there are the 415 subs, the ones in the '13, the ones in out Hummer.
And in the below ₽15,000 range, they have introduced this subwoofer.
I'd say this is a replacement for the 1-er series, the 123, 153, 183, if you remember them.
This sub is a lot more reliable, tho. The coil is 2.75".
It's cast. But it's cool cast.
The sub is quite heavy, quite weighty. And it pulls out...
Well, check out the Alphard Sound Technology channel. The guys didn't miss a chance and shot a test on the sub
The thing was, the box had it wrong.
And that misprint was covered with a sticker.
Sure thing, shortly, this story made it into many communities, even competitors' ones.
Well, they did fail with the box. Stuff happens. But the sub itself is a real piece of work.
And so it got some nice publicity. So it's been selling really well already.

All this, Arty quit LOUD SOUND. How are you gonna run tests now?
Really, how?! I mean, I'm still in the Western disctrict, and he's now fck knows where in the Western district!
Oh, fck. He lives on the next street.
Let me address all the producers out there.
Nice address!
I'm not the smartest buyer. But even I was smart enough not to buy iPhone X yet.
I did buy iPhone 8 for some reason, tho...
I just wanted a new iPhone, you know. It just kind of was a spur of the moment thig, you know?
I wasn't planning on changing my car back then. That was an occasional thing, actually.
I just felt like buying the new iPhone, fresh off the plane from the USA, right off the airstair I get the box,
So I get this new phone, incert my sim. Damn, it was the same freakin' 7 Plus!
Exactly the same. No difference at all.
That was the moment I realzied what's happened to Apple this year. And iPone X changed nothing.
For sure, shopping at LOUD SOUND, you get a very nice gift.
Acopa... Acopoca...
Acopocal...
Ac... acpo...
Aco.. Acopalypse.
Acopocaly...
And buying Acopo... Apocalypses... How do you, guys, say it? Apocalypses? Apocalypsi?

More football skills that will IMPRESS YOUR FRIENDS - Duration: 3:19.What is up guys pwg here and today
I'm gonna show you guys five skills that will impress your friends
most of them are super easy
But some of them you might need to put a little bit of extra effort in it
Number five the Ronaldinho heel tap this flick up is actually just a variation of the original
Ronaldinho flick up
So start by flicking the ball with your strong foot onto your weak foot
and when the ball goes up
Tap the ball with the heel and let it bounce
Number four is called whatever the editor decides to put here
because I have no idea
this easy trick is usually set up in a
Block combo to create extra flow
you start off by kicking the ball up with your weak foot
tap it with your strong knee
Straighten up your leg tap it and then just go all the way back and let it bounce as a toe bounce
Number three the rainbow
everyone knows someone
In their school who could do this trick and when I was in school
I was not the one who could do it
But now I can I'm gonna show you guys how to do it all you have to do is stand with a ball like this
Lean towards one side with the weight here and use this foot to flick the ball up in the air
Like that
Number two
The butt bounce
This trick is exactly what it sounds like all you have to do is kick the ball up in the air
Spin 180 degrees use the precious part of your body finish the spin and there you go
And EL Grande finale
Number one numero uno the flying heel hit
this trick is actually pretty difficult
And it is proof that even a world-class freestyler has new tricks to learn
and this trick in in particular
Was taught to me by a 13 year old boy in Malmo
Shout out to you Jojje
Thank you so much for watching. Hope you enjoy the video
How would you rate these five skills compared to the other 10
you'll find a link here and here
So let me know in the comment section

Put First Things First - Part 2 - Enjoying Everyday Life - Duration: 28:33.ANNOUNCER: THE FOLLOWING PROGRAM IS PAID FOR
BY THE FRIENDS AND PARTNERS OF JOYCE MEYER MINISTRIES.
JOYCE: REALLY, TO BE HONEST, THIS IS NOT REALLY AN OPTION.
IT'S LIKE, IF YOU WANNA HAVE VICTORY, IF YOU WANT TO MAKE IT
THROUGH DAILY LIFE WITH SOME JOY, GOD MUST COME FIRST.
[MUSIC]
JOYCE: IS JESUS FIRST IN YOUR LIFE?
MATTHEW 6:33: "SEEK YE FIRST THE KINGDOM OF GOD
AND ALL OF THESE THINGS WILL BE ADDED UNTO YOU."
IN CASE YOU'VE FORGOTTEN THIS, LET ME JUST REMIND YOU THAT YOU
DON'T HAVE TO SEEK THINGS AND NEITHER DO I.
WE SEEK GOD AND HE ADDS THE THINGS.
PSALM 37:4: "DELIGHT YOURSELF IN THE LORD, AND HE WILL GIVE
YOU THE DESIRES OF YOUR HEART."
BEAUTIFUL SINGLE LADY WHO WANTS TO GET MARRIED SO BAD,
YOU CAN HARDLY STAND IT--
[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]
JOYCE: YOU'D BE HAPPY JUST TO HAVE A DATE,
AS A MATTER OF FACT, IT'S LIKE--
[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]
JOYCE: TELL GOD WHAT YOU WANT, THEN GET OFF OF IT.
DON'T CAMP ON TOP OF IT THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.
SEEK GOD AND LET HIM DO THE RIGHT THING IN YOUR LIFE,
AMEN?
[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]
JOYCE: AND I'LL JUST--JUST THROWING THIS
OUT THERE FOR YOUR COMFORT.
YOU KNOW, IF YOU'RE SINGLE RIGHT NOW, YOU CAN PRETTY MUCH
DO WHAT YOU WANT TO.
[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]
JOYCE: WHEN YOU GET MARRIED, NOT SO MUCH.
[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]
JOYCE: NOW, HEY, I LOVE BEING MARRIED.
I'VE BEEN MARRIED 50 YEARS AND I'VE GOT A GOOD ONE,
A REALLY GOOD ONE.
[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]
JOYCE: BUT HERE'S THE THING.
YOU WANNA MAKE SURE YOU WAIT LONG ENOUGH TO GET A GOOD ONE
'CAUSE IF YOU GET A BAD ONE, MMM.
YOU GONNA WISH YOU WERE SINGLE AGAIN.
[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]
JOYCE: COLOSSIANS 1:17 AND 18.
I WANT YOU TO LOOK AT THIS.
THIS IS SO GOOD.
"AND HE HIMSELF EXISTED BEFORE ALL THINGS, AND IN HIM
ALL THINGS CONSIST (COHERE, AND ARE HELD TOGETHER]"
I LOVE TO JUST LOOK AT THAT VERSE OVER AND OVER.
HE'S HOLDING EVERYTHING TOGETHER RIGHT NOW.
JESUS SAYS IN HERE, "EVERYTHING FALLS APART."
"HE IS THE HEAD OF [HIS] BODY, THE CHURCH; SEEING THAT HE IS
THE BEGINNING, THE FIRSTBORN FROM AMONG THE DEAD,"
NOW, JUST GET THIS LAST SENTENCE, "SO THAT HE ALONE
IN EVERYTHING AND IN EVERY RESPECT
MIGHT OCCUPY THE CHIEF PLACE [STAND FIRST AND BE
PREEMINENT]."
THAT'S SUCH A GOOD SCRIPTURE.
OKAY, SO LET'S JUST TALK ABOUT SOME OF THE THINGS
THAT COULD BE FIRST IN OUR LIFE THAT PROBABLY SHOULDN'T BE.
WELL, HOW ABOUT MAKING MONEY?
NO, WE ALL LIKE MONEY, WE ALL NEED MONEY.
BUT WHEN YOU'RE ON YOUR DEATHBED YOU'RE NOT GONNA ASK
FOR YOUR BANK BALANCE.
[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]
JOYCE: THERE'S NOT ONE PERSON IN HERE THAT'S GONNA SAY, "BRING
MY ACCOUNTANT, I WANNA KNOW HOW MUCH MONEY I GOT
IN THE BANK."
YOU'RE GONNA WANT SOME FAMILY, YOU'RE GONNA WANT SOME PEOPLE
THAT LOVE YOU, YOU'RE GONNA WANNA HAVE PEACE TO KNOW
THAT YOU'RE GONNA MEET
WITH JESUS AT ANY MOMENT.
MATTHEW 6:19, HE SAYS: "DO NOT GATHER AND HEAP UP
AND STORE FOR YOURSELVES TREASURES ON EARTH,
WHERE MOTH AND RUST AND WORM CONSUME AND DESTROY,
AND WHERE THIEVES BREAK THROUGH AND STEAL."
BUT HERE'S A SCRIPTURE THAT I ABSOLUTELY LOVE.
DO YOU KNOW IN REVELATION, I THINK IT'S 3:17, IT SAYS:
"BECAUSE IN ONE [SINGLE] HOUR ALL THE VAST WEALTH
HAS BEEN DESTROYED (WIPED OUT]
AND ALL SHIP CAPTAINS AND PILOTS, NAVIGATORS AND ALL
WHO LIVE BY SEAFARING, THE CREWS AND ALL WHO PUT
THEIR TRADE ON THE SEA, STOOD A LONG WAY OFF."
DO YOU KNOW WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS?
IN 1 HOUR IN THE LAST DAYS
BABYLON'S GONNA COMPLETELY FALL.
THE WHOLE WORLD SYSTEM AND EVERYTHING WE PUT
ALL OF OUR CONFIDENCE IN, STOCK MARKET'S GONNA FALL,
EVERYTHING'S GONNA FALL.
SO WE HAVE TO REALIZE THAT EVERYTHING THAT WE HAVE,
ALL OF OUR MONEY, ALL OF OUR POSSESSIONS,
EVERYTHING WE HAVE--AND I'M NOT SAYING THIS TO BE SCARY,
I'M JUST SAYING IT SO WE GET OUR PRIORITIES IN LINE.
I'M SAYING IT TO MYSELF AS WELL AS YOU, I MEAN,
IT COULD BE GONE IN 1 HOUR.
SO WE WANNA MAKE SURE THAT JESUS
IS FIRST.
AND SOMETIMES WHEN WE GET TOO CAUGHT UP IN TRYING TO MAKE
MONEY, HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE WORKING TODAY--I'M NOT SAYING
IT'S YOU, BUT HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE WORKING TWO AND THREE JOBS
SO THEY CAN PAY FOR A BUNCH OF STUFF THAT THEY
DON'T EVEN NEED?
A BIGGER HOUSE, A MORE EXPENSIVE CAR, OR THIS OR THAT, A BOAT,
A YACHT, A WHATEVER, AND IT'S OKAY TO HAVE THOSE THINGS
IF YOU CAN HAVE THEM WITHOUT STRESS IN YOUR LIFE.
BUT IF THEY'RE GONNA STRESS YOU OUT AND YOU'RE GONNA BE STRESSED
OUT OVER THE DEBT OF HAVING TO PAY FOR THOSE THINGS
ALL THE TIME, AND YOU'RE GONNA HAVE TO WORK SO MUCH YOU
CAN NEVER SPEND ANY TIME WITH YOUR FAMILY, THEN MAYBE GOD
BROUGHT YOU HERE TONIGHT SO YOU COULD RE-EXAMINE
SOME OF YOUR PRIORITIES.
[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]
JOYCE: 'CAUSE YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE DON'T LOOK
AT OUR PRIORITIES?
TO BE HONEST, WE CAN GET IN PLACES AND NOT EVEN KNOW
HOW WE GOT THERE.
IT'S, LIKE, WHAT HAPPENED TO MY LIFE?
HAVE YOU EVER THOUGHT THAT? HOW DID I GET IN THIS MESS?
HOW DID I LET MYSELF GET INTO THIS SITUATION?
ALL THOSE THINGS HAVE PULL ON US.
OKAY, MAYBE YOU'RE A YOUNG PERSON AND RIGHT NOW YOU DON'T
HAVE A LOT OF TIME FOR JESUS.
I MEAN, YOU GOT A LITTLE 'CAUSE YOU'RE HERE TONIGHT OR YOU GOT
A LITTLE 'CAUSE YOU'RE WATCHING THIS TV PROGRAM WHEN IT
COMES ON.
YOU DON'T HAVE MUCH TIME FOR JESUS, BUT YOU GIVE JOYCE
15 MINUTES IN THE MORNING.
[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]
JOYCE: BUT YOU DON'T--YOU JUST DON'T HAVE A LOT OF TIME
FOR THAT RIGHT NOW 'CAUSE YOU ARE BUSY GETTING YOUR DEGREE.
WELL, SO LET'S JUST TALK JUST FOR A SMIDGE
ABOUT EDUCATION.
NOW, EDUCATION IS WONDERFUL AND THANK GOD FOR SMART PEOPLE
IN THE WORLD AND ALL THE STUFF THAT THEY DO.
AND I'M CERTAINLY NOT SAYING NOT TO BE EDUCATED.
I WILL TELL YOU THIS.
THE ANOINTING IS BETTER.
AND I DON'T MEAN THAT INSULTINGLY BUT, I MEAN,
YOU--LIKE, I DON'T HAVE A LOT OF EDUCATION
BEYOND THE 12TH GRADE AND I'M DOING OKAY.
I'VE GOT GOD'S ANOINTING.
HOWEVER, GOD CAN USE PEOPLE WITH BIG BRAINS
IN DIFFERENT WAYS.
THE APOSTLE PAUL WAS PROBABLY THE MOST HIGHLY EDUCATED
OF ALL THE APOSTLES AND HE WROTE
TWO-THIRDS OF THE NEW TESTAMENT.
SO I'M NOT SAYING NOT TO HAVE EDUCATION.
I'M NOT SAYING THAT IT'S NOT GOOD.
I THINK IT'S PHENOMENAL, BUT IT'S NOT AS IMPORTANT
AS HAVING THE ANOINTING.
NOW, IF YOU CAN BE REALLY SMART AND HAVE THE ANOINTING, WHOO!
I KNOW A FEW PEOPLE LIKE THAT AND THEY CAN DO STUFF
THAT I CAN'T DO.
SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO HAVE IT FOR GOD TO USE YOU, BUT IF YOU
DO HAVE IT AND YOU STILL PUT GOD FIRST, THEN HE CAN REALLY USE
WHAT YOU KNOW BUT IN THE RIGHT WAY, AMEN?
SO I--JUST TWO SCRIPTURES JUST SO WHATEVER IT IS YOU KNOW
OR WHAT IT IS YOU THINK YOU KNOW, YOU DON'T THINK THAT IT'S
MORE IMPORTANT THAN WHAT IT IS.
YOU KNOW, SOMETIMES, PEOPLE THAT ARE HIGHLY EDUCATED
LOOK DOWN ON PEOPLE THAT AREN'T AS SMART AS THEM
AND THAT'S NOT GOOD.
IT MIGHT SURPRISE YOU WHO GOD WILL USE.
"FOR IT IS WRITTEN," 1 CORINTHIANS 1:19, 21:
"IT IS WRITTEN, I WILL BAFFLE AND RENDER USELESS AND DESTROY
THE LEARNING OF THE LEARNED, THE PHILOSOPHY
OF THE PHILOSOPHERS AND THE CLEVERNESS OF THE CLEVER
AND THE DISCERNMENT OF THE DISCERNING;
I WILL FRUSTRATE AND NULLIFY [THEM] AND BRING [THEM]
TO NOTHING.
WHERE IS THE WISE MAN (THE PHILOSOPHER),
THE SCRIBE (THE SCHOLAR)?
WHERE IS THE INVESTIGATOR (THE LOGICIAN, THE DEBATER)
OF THIS PRESENT TIME AND AGE?
HAS NOT GOD SHOWN UP THE NONSENSE AND THE FOLLY
OF THIS WORLD'S WISDOM?"
SO, YOU KNOW HOW MANY SMART PEOPLE THERE ARE SITTING AROUND
HAVING DISCUSSION GROUPS ABOUT HOW TO FIX OUR WORLD?
YOU KNOW HOW MANY BILLIONS OF DOLLARS ARE SPENT
ON PEOPLE TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT IS THE PROBLEM
IN THE WORLD, WHAT IS WRONG IN OUR SCHOOLS,
WHAT'S WRONG IN THE GOVERNMENT.
WELL, I CAN TELL 'EM FOR FREE.
[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]
[AUDIENCE CHEERING]
JOYCE: AS LONG AS GOD IS FIRST, EVERYTHING ELSE
WORKS OUT.
THE FURTHER YOU MOVE HIM DOWN THE LINE,
THE WORSE CONDITIONS GET.
[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]
JOYCE: I JUST--YOU'LL HAVE TO EXCUSE ME FOR JUST A MINUTE,
LET ME TAKE MY LIBERTY, BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW DUMB YOU
CAN BE AND STILL BREATHE.
[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]
JOYCE: I MEAN, SURELY PEOPLE WITH EVEN A LITTLE BIT
OF A BRAIN CAN LOOK AT WHAT HAS HAPPENED IN OUR SOCIETY AND SEE
THAT THE MORE PEOPLE TRY TO GET RID OF GOD, THE WORSE CONDITIONS
OUR WORLD GETS IN.
[AUDIENCE CHEERING]
JOYCE: AND SO, I MEAN, HONESTLY, AND I'M NOT TRYING
TO BE INSULTING, BUT IF YOU DON'T SEE THAT,
THEN YOU CAN HAVE 40 DEGREES AND I'M JUST TELLING YOU,
YOU ARE NOT VERY SMART.
[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]
JOYCE: SO THERE'S EDUCATION AND THERE'S WISDOM.
AND GOD WANTS US TO BE EDUCATED, LEARN ALL YOU CAN LEARN,
BUT USE IT FOR GOD'S GLORY.
DON'T GET ALL CAUGHT UP IN SOME WORLDLY NOTION AND IDEA OF HOW
THINGS SHOULD BE BECAUSE GOD SAYS, "I'M GONNA BRING IT ALL
TO NOTHING."
NOW, HERE'S A GOOD ONE.
"IF I--" THIS IS 1 CORINTHIANS 13.
"IF I HAVE ALL KNOWLEDGE; AND HAVE NOT LOVE,
I AM A USELESS NOBODY."
IF YOU HAVE ALL KNOWLEDGE, IF YOU KNOW EVERYTHING.
YOU COULD HAVE EVERY DEGREE THAT EXISTS, AND IF YOU DON'T
KNOW HOW TO LOVE, THEN THE BIBLE SAYS YOU'RE NOBODY,
YOU'RE NOTHING.
SO JUST--LET'S JUST THINK ABOUT THIS FOR A MINUTE.
WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF EVERY GRADE SCHOOL,
EVERY HIGH SCHOOL, EVERY COLLEGE, EVERY PERSON WHO WENT
TO THOSE SCHOOLS, WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF THEY HAD TO TAKE
A COURSE IN WHAT LOVE IS AND HOW TO WALK IN LOVE?
WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF THEY HAD TO TAKE A COURSE IN MANNERS?
[AUDIENCE APPLAUDING]
JOYCE: I MEAN, YOU CAN BE SMART AND STILL BE RUDE.
[AUDIENCE LAUGHING]
JOYCE: YOU CAN BE VERY SMART AND STILL BE OBNOXIOUS AND NOT
KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE, NOT KNOW HOW TO LOVE PEOPLE.
AND SO, SEE, IF YOUR HEAD KNOWLEDGE OUTWEIGHS
YOUR SPIRITUAL KNOWLEDGE, ARE YOU WITH ME?
IF YOUR HEAD KNOWLEDGE IS GREATER THAN YOUR SPIRITUAL
KNOWLEDGE, THEN YOU'RE ALREADY HEADED FOR TROUBLE.
[MUSIC]
JOYCE: WELL, REMEMBER, AS LONG AS WE GIVE GOD
FIRST PLACE IN OUR LIFE, EVERYTHING ELSE WILL WORK OUT.
THE FURTHER YOU MOVE GOD DOWN THE LIST, THE HARDER THINGS
CAN GET.
SO HOW DO WE KEEP GOD AT THE TOP OF THE LIST?
GINGER JOINS ME NOW WITH YOUR QUESTIONS.
JOYCE: WELL, GINGER, I KNOW THAT THIS IS CHALLENGING
FOR EVERYBODY.
I THINK EVENTUALLY WE GET IT.
IT'S LIKE NOTHING'S GONNA WORK IF I DON'T MAKE THAT A PRIORITY,
BUT IT'S CHALLENGING TO FORM THAT HABIT IN THE BEGINNING.
GINGER: IT IS, AND WE HAVE SOME GREAT QUESTIONS.
PEOPLE WHO REALLY WANT TO DO WHAT'S RIGHT BECAUSE, LIKE YOU
SAID, THEY KNOW IT'S WHAT WORKS AND YET.
HERE'S A QUESTION FROM EMILY ROSE
FROM KANSAS CITY.
SHE SAYS, "I WANT TO LIVE A LIFE SURRENDERED TO GOD.
I STRUGGLE WITH SO MANY THINGS.
SOMETIMES IT'S ALL I CAN DO TO JUST GET THROUGH THE DAY.
SO HOW DO YOU KNOW GOD IS WORKING IN AND THROUGH YOU WHEN
FACED WITH SO MANY CHALLENGES?" JOYCE: WELL, FIRST OF ALL
LET ME TELL HER THAT MY GRANDDAUGHTER'S NAMED
EMILY ROSE.
I THOUGHT SHE MIGHT LIKE THAT.
AND YOU KNOW, EVERYBODY TODAY IS BUSY.
SOMETIMES I JUST GET SO TIRED OF HEARING THAT WORD,
I JUST WANNA SCREAM.
IT JUST KIND OF--LIKE, NO MATTER WHAT YOU ASK PEOPLE,
THEY'RE BUSY.
AND GOD'S NEVER CALLED US TO BE BUSY.
HE CALLED US TO BE FRUITFUL.
MATTER OF FACT, I'M NOT EVEN SURE YOU CAN FIND
THAT WORD IN THE BIBLE.
I HAVE--DON'T KNOW THAT FOR SURE, BUT I DON'T REMEMBER
EVER SEEING IT.
AND SO OFTEN, SO MUCH OF WHAT WE DO DOESN'T EVEN REALLY NEED
TO BE DONE.
WE GET BUSY TRYING TO MEET OTHER PEOPLE'S EXPECTATIONS
AND ALL KINDS OF STUFF.
BUT, YOU KNOW, THE ANSWER TO HER
IS GONNA BE PROBABLY THE SAME AS IT IS
TO A LOT OF THESE QUESTIONS.
THE DAY WON'T BE AS FRUSTRATING, IT WON'T SEEM
NEARLY AS OVERWHELMING, IF YOU START THE DAY WITH GOD.
AND STARTING A DAY WITH GOD BASICALLY MEANS TO TALK TO HIM.
AND, YOU KNOW, YOU CAN START THAT BEFORE YOU EVER GET
OUT OF BED.
YOU KNOW, YOU-- GOOD MORNING, LORD.
I LOVE YOU.
I NEED YOU TODAY.
YOU KNOW, I LIKE PEOPLE TO TAKE AS LONG AS THEY CAN.
I DON'T LIKE THE PHRASE, "WELL, JUST TAKE A FEW MINUTES
WITH GOD," LIKE HE'S ONLY WORTHY OF A FEW MINUTES.
BUT, YOU KNOW, EVEN IF THIS IS NOT A HABIT FOR PEOPLE,
WHICH THAT HAS A LOT TO DO WITH THIS, TO BE HONEST.
I MEAN, IF YOU DO IT LONG ENOUGH, YOU'LL GET TO THE POINT
WHERE NOT DOING IT IS NOT AN OPTION FOR YOU BECAUSE YOU
JUST--IT JUST BECOMES PART OF WHO YOU ARE.
BUT LIKE ANY GOOD HABIT, THE ENEMY'S GONNA FIGHT US
IN THE BEGINNING.
SO LET'S JUST SAY EVEN IF YOU ONLY START WITH 5 MINUTES, THEN
YOU CAN GRADUALLY INCREASE THAT.
I WOULD LIKE TO SEE PEOPLE SPEND AT LEAST A HALF AN HOUR
EVERY MORNING WITH GOD.
AND BY THAT, I MEAN TALKING TO GOD, PRAYING FOR PEOPLE
THAT YOU KNOW THAT ARE HAVING A ROUGH TIME,
GOING THROUGH A HARD TIME, AND IF--
GINGER: AND THERE ARE ALWAYS A LOT OF THOSE.
JOYCE: YEAH, THERE ALWAYS ARE, AND IT'S GOOD FOR US
TO PRAY FOR OTHER PEOPLE.
WE DON'T ALWAYS NEED TO JUST BE PRAYING FOR OURSELF.
READING A BOOK, A CHRISTIAN BOOK, THAT YOU'RE
REALLY GETTING A LOT OUT OF.
YOU KNOW, I THINK A LOT OF TIMES PEOPLE THINK, "GOTTA READ
MY BIBLE, READ MY BIBLE."
WELL, YES, WE WANNA STUDY THE BIBLE, BUT IF YOU'RE READING
A BOOK THAT'S FULL OF SCRIPTURE, YOU KNOW, IT'S NOT HAVING
SOMETHING WITH "THE BIBLE" ON THE FRONT OF IT THAT IS GONNA
MAKE US ANY MORE SPIRITUAL THAN JUST READING THE WORD.
AND IT'S GOOD FOR US TO GET THAT WORD IN US.
IT JUST--IT REMINDS US TO KEEP GOD FIRST AND THE THING IS,
I REALLY BELIEVE THAT MORE THAN WHAT YOU'RE GONNA DO
WITH THAT TIME, PEOPLE GET ALL WORRIED ABOUT WHAT AM I
GONNA--WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?
WELL, I THINK JUST GIVING GOD THE TIME IS THE KEY.
I DON'T CARE IF YOU SIT THERE AND JUST GO, "DUH," YOU KNOW?
WE NEED TO PUT GOD FIRST IN OUR TIME.
GINGER: YEAH, IT'S MAKING A PRIORITY.
JOYCE: YEAH.
GINGER: HERE'S THE NEXT QUESTION FROM JONATHAN.
HE SAYS, "TEMPTATION AND STRESS KEEP DISTRACTING ME FROM KEEPING
GOD FIRST AND FOCUSING ON HIM.
HOW DO I KEEP GOD FIRST?" JOYCE: WELL, PART
OF THE THING IS THE MIND.
JUST, YOU KNOW, SETTING YOUR MIND IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION
AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT KIND OF TEMPTATIONS HE'S TALKING
ABOUT, BUT SPENDING TIME WITH GOD IS ONE OF THE BEST WAYS
IN THE WORLD TO AVOID TEMPTATION.
AND OUR STRESS IS REALLY CAUSED FROM TRYING TO DO MORE
THAN WHAT WE SHOULD DO.
EVEN THIS MORNING, YOU KNOW, I'M A VERY FOCUSED PERSON.
AND SO I WAS COMING TO THE TV STUDIO, WE'VE GOT
SOME MEETINGS THIS AFTERNOON, I'D A LOT OF THINGS I NEEDED
TO DO IN HERE TODAY.
I GET UP, I DO MY MORNING WALK, MY MORNING EXERCISE, AND SO I
HAVE A TENDENCY TO GET STARTED AND JUST GO FROM THING TO THING
TO THING TO THING TO THING.
AND I--THIS MORNING WHEN I GOT BACK FROM MY WALK, I SAT DOWN
ON THE EDGE OF MY LITTLE SEAT IN MY BATHROOM AND MY HUSBAND
SAID, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" I SAID, "I'M TAKING 3 MINUTES
BETWEEN EVENTS JUST TO TRY TO BREATHE."
AND I THINK SOMETIMES EVEN IF WE WOULD DO THAT, IT WOULD REALLY
HELP THE STRESS LEVEL.
I MEAN, STRESS LITERALLY IS KILLING PEOPLE.
I MEAN, I WAS TALKING TO MY DAUGHTER YESTERDAY
ABOUT ALL THE--HOW MUCH MORE SICKNESS AND DISEASE THERE IS
TODAY THAN YEARS AGO.
AND I MEAN, THERE'S MORE THAN ONE REASON, BUT A LOT OF IT
IS JUST STRESS INDUCED.
AND, YOU KNOW, GOD TOLD ME ONE TIME, "YOU MADE
YOUR SCHEDULE.
IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, YOU'RE THE ONLY ONE
THAT CAN CHANGE IT."
SO I THINK JUST TO SAY, "I'M STRESSED OUT," AND I
DON'T MEAN THIS IN A WRONG WAY, BUT IT CAN ALMOST FOR ALL OF US
JUST BECOME LIKE AN EXCUSE, LIKE WE CAN'T HELP IT.
AND REALLY, HOW MANY THINGS ARE PEOPLE SPENDING THEIR TIME DOING
THAT NOTHING WOULD CHANGE THAT DRASTICALLY IN THEIR LIFE
IF THEY JUST DIDN'T DO THAT ANYMORE?
AND SO, WE HAVE TO BE WILLING TO MAKE THE CHANGES.
GOD WILL EVEN SHOW YOU CHANGES TO MAKE, BUT WE HAVE TO BE
WILLING TO DO THAT AND TO GET GOD IN THAT FIRST SPOT
AND NOT CHANGE IT.
GINGER: BECAUSE THE STRESS LOWERS WHEN OUR PRIORITIES
DO GET IN ORDER.
THE WORRY THAT COMES WITH STRESS LOWERS WHEN WE'RE SPENDING TIME
WITH GOD BECAUSE WE'RE GIVING HIM OUR BURDENS.
JOYCE: THAT'S RIGHT, YOU'RE CASTING YOUR CARE ON HIM
AND TAKING THE PRESSURE OFF OF YOURSELF.
GINGER: SO IT REALLY IS THE SOLUTION IN SO MANY WAYS.
ALL RIGHT, HERE'S ANOTHER QUESTION FROM ROWDY.
HE SAYS, "EVERY TIME I KEEP MY FOCUS ON JESUS, THE DEVIL
USES THINGS FROM MY PAST TO BRING ME DOWN.
I FEEL ANXIOUS AND WORRIED TO THE EXTENT THAT I DON'T
PERFORM OR I'M LOSING TIME ON THINGS THAT I SHOULD BE DOING
AND I NEED HELP."
JOYCE: OKAY, YOU KNOW WHAT I THINK THAT HE SHOULD DO?
I BELIEVE THAT HE SHOULD HAVE SEVERAL SCRIPTURES WRITTEN OUT
OR ON A CARD ON, YOU KNOW, ON A 5 X 7 CARD OR WHATEVER,
AND WHEN HE STARTS FEELING THAT, INSTEAD OF TRYING TO FIGHT IT
HIMSELF, HE NEEDS TO GO TO THE WORD.
FOR EXAMPLE, THE BIBLE SAYS: "LOOKING AWAY FROM ALL
THAT WILL DISTRACT UNTO JESUS."
SO WHEN HE STARTS TO BE DISTRACTED BY PAST SINS
OR FAILURES, THAT'S THE BEST TIME TO KEEP
YOUR FOCUS ON JESUS.
AND MAYBE SOME SCRIPTURES ABOUT
THE NEW LIFE THAT'S PROVIDED FOR US IN CHRIST.
AND, BOY, A GREAT ONE IS "FORGETTING WHAT LIES BEHIND
AND PRESSING TOWARD THE THINGS THAT ARE AHEAD."
I MEAN, THERE, I MEAN, I CAN THINK OF A NUMBER OF SCRIPTURES
RIGHT NOW.
AND I REALLY THINK A LOT OF TIMES WE TRY TO FIGHT BATTLES
THAT THE WORD WOULD WIN FOR US BECAUSE IT IS THE SWORD
OF THE SPIRIT.
THAT'S THE GREATEST WEAPON THAT WE HAVE AGAINST SATAN IS
THE WORD OF GOD.
AND SO TO LEARN THOSE SCRIPTURES AND THEN HE
WOULD GET TO THE POINT WHERE HE DIDN'T HAVE TO GET OUT A CARD
AND READ THEM.
HE WOULD HAVE THEM IN HIM AND YOU CAN EVEN GET
TO THE POINT WHERE THOSE SCRIPTURES
WILL AUTOMATICALLY COME.
THE HOLY SPIRIT BRINGS THINGS TO OUR REMEMBRANCE WHEN WE
NEED THEM, AND SO I WOULD SAY, "FIGHT WITH THE WORD
INSTEAD OF FIGHTING IN THE FLESH."
GINGER: YEAH, OH, THAT'S GREAT.
BE READY TO FIGHT BACK A LITTLE BIT.
JOYCE: YEAH, THAT'S RIGHT.
GINGER: NICA ASKS, "HOW DO YOU KEEP GOD FIRST?
I HAVE PLANS AND I'M WORKING TOWARD THEM, BUT HOW DO YOU KEEP
YOUR EYES ON GOD AND NOT ON YOUR PLANS?"
JOYCE: WELL, I, I MEAN, THIS IS A LITTLE BIT OF A STORY
AND I'LL TRY TO TELL IT SHORT.
BUT I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM YEARS AGO IN TRYING TO FORM
THE HABIT OF PUTTING GOD FIRST.
AND I WORKED AT A CHURCH AND SO, IN A WAY, I WAS
A LITTLE BIT PROUD OF MYSELF THAT I WORKED FOR GOD.
AND ONE MORNING, HE PUT THE THOUGHT IN MY HEART, "WELL,
YOU'RE SO PROUD OF YOURSELF BECAUSE YOU WORK FOR ME,
BUT YOU'RE NOT SPENDING ANY TIME WITH ME."
AND SO SPENDING TIME WITH GOD EVEN NEEDS TO TRUMP DOING
"CHURCH WORK."
AND GOD FINALLY GOT THE POINT ACROSS TO ME AND THE AMPLIFIED
VERSION OF SOME OF THE SCRIPTURES ABOUT SEEKING
GOD SAYS: "REQUIRE HIM AS A VITAL NECESSITY IN LIFE."
AND I HAD AN UNCLE AT THE TIME WHO HAD A PACEMAKER, AND IF HE
DIDN'T CHARGE IT EVERY SO MANY DAYS IT WOULD GO FLAT
WHICH MEANT HE WOULD DIE AND-- GINGER: NOT GOOD.
JOYCE: NOT GOOD.
AND SO ONE TIME WE INVITED MY AUNT AND UNCLE OUT
FOR A STEAK DINNER.
WE THOUGHT WE WERE GONNA REALLY GIVE 'EM A FREE BIG MEAL
AND THEY WERE GONNA LOVE IT, AND MY AUNT SAID,
"I'M SORRY, WE CAN'T GO TODAY.
YOUR UNCLE HAS TO CHARGE HIS PACEMAKER."
AND I SAID, "WELL, CAN'T HE DO THAT ANOTHER TIME?"
AND SEE, THAT'S THE ATTITUDE WE TAKE ABOUT SPENDING TIME
WITH GOD.
AND SHE WAS INSULTED.
SHE SAID, "WELL, NO.
IF HE DID, HE WOULD DIE."
AND GOD USED THAT TO GET ACROSS TO ME, "YOU'RE NOT GONNA MAKE IT
IN THIS WORLD TRYING TO DO WHAT YOU'RE DOING IF YOU DON'T SPEND
TIME WITH ME ON A REGULAR BASIS AND PUT ME FIRST."
GINGER: THAT'S REALLY GOOD.
JOYCE: I THINK IT JUST HAS--WE HAVE TO UNDERSTAND,
REALLY, TO BE HONEST, THIS IS NOT REALLY AN OPTION.
IT'S LIKE, IF YOU WANNA HAVE VICTORY, IF YOU WANT TO MAKE IT
THROUGH DAILY LIFE WITH SOME JOY, GOD MUST COME FIRST.
GINGER: YEAH, LET'S DO ONE MORE.
HELEN FROM AUSTRALIA SAYS, "I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW DO YOU
PUT GOD FIRST WHEN YOU ARE SO UNWELL IN PAIN AND SUFFERING
THAT ALL YOU WANT IS TO BE HEALED AND JOYFUL AGAIN?"
JOYCE: OKAY, I TOTALLY GET THAT.
I'VE HAD JUST ABOUT SEVERAL WEEKS AGO, I HAD A, THANKFULLY
A MINOR, BACK SURGERY.
BUT IN THE LAST FEW YEARS I'VE HAD TO HAVE BOTH HIPS REPLACED
AND I UNDERSTAND ABOUT PAIN, AND IT DOES--IT CAN REALLY HURT
YOU MENTALLY, EMOTIONALLY, PHYSICALLY,
AND IN EVERY OTHER WAY.
BUT I WILL SAY THAT IN THE MIDST OF THAT, I FOUND MYSELF TALKING
TO GOD EVEN MORE, LIKE, "STRENGTHEN ME, GOD.
HELP ME."
AND SHE MAY BE DOING THAT EVEN MORE THAN WHAT SHE THINKS SHE IS
BECAUSE--JUST BECAUSE SHE MAYBE CAN'T DO THE SAME THINGS
THAT SHE ONCE DID THAT SHE MIGHT CONSIDER SERVING GOD, YOU KNOW,
FIRST OF ALL, GOD KNOWS WHERE SHE'S AT RIGHT NOW.
HE TOTALLY UNDERSTANDS THAT.
JESUS BORE OUR PAIN, HE WAS FAMILIAR WITH PAIN.
THE BIBLE EVEN SAYS IN ISAIAH THAT HE WAS FAMILIAR
WITH SICKNESS.
HE TOOK OUR SICKNESS ON HIMSELF, AND SO HE KNOWS, HE UNDERSTANDS,
AND I WOULD JUST ENCOURAGE HER, SHE'S ALREADY GOT ENOUGH
TO DEAL WITH.
LET'S DON'T ADD TO IT BY NOW STARTING TO FEEL BAD ABOUT
YOURSELF SPIRITUALLY BECAUSE YOU CAN'T DO THE THINGS THAT YOU
ONCE DID.
GOD UNDERSTANDS THAT, AND I CAN TELL YOU, "GOD HELP ME,"
FOR PEOPLE THAT ARE HURTING CAN BE JUST AS MUCH OF A SPIRITUAL
PRAYER AS SOMEBODY GETTING ON THEIR KNEES AND DOING
HEAVY INTERCESSION FOR AN HOUR.
SO I THINK IT'S GOOD AND I WANNA COMPLIMENT HER
THAT EVEN IN THE MIDST OF WHAT SHE'S GOING THROUGH,
THAT SHE WOULD TAKE THE TROUBLE TO WRITE US WITH THAT QUESTION.
THAT SHOWS HER HEART AND THAT'S WHAT GOD CARES ABOUT.
GINGER: IT DOES.
WELL, THANK YOU VERY MUCH, JOYCE.
WE APPRECIATE YOUR HELP.
JOYCE: WELL, TODAY, AS ALWAYS, WE'RE OFFERING YOU
SOME TEACHING ON THIS SUBJECT.
YOU KNOW, THE TIME THAT WE HAVE ON THE TV PROGRAM

IN YOUR HEART TO WHERE IT BECOMES PART OF YOU.
SO TODAY WE'RE OFFERING YOU FOUR TEACHINGS CALLED

MAY BE SUCCESS, BETTER PAY, A BETTER JOB, ANYTHING.

WE SHOULDN'T LET THEM BE THE FIRST PRIORITY.
SO LEARN TO PUT GOD FIRST ON THE LIST, NO MATTER WHAT
THE CIRCUMSTANCES, AND DISCOVER THE SECRET

The Only Detox You'll Ever Need - Duration: 5:26.Thanks to the Great Courses Plus for supporting PBS Digital Studios.
Are you feeling tired,
rundown and overall just
bloated? Well, when was the last time you cleansed your body of things like acetaldehyde and
bilirubin? What you need is a
Detox product. I'm not talking about one of those $80 cold-pressed beet juice. No, what you need is free
and it's inside you right now in the form of your liver and your kidneys and
your skin and your intestines and your lungs and pretty much everything else in your body as it goes down ...
People talk all the time about how they need to detox. Maybe you had a really, you know,
enthusiastic weekend and now you feel like your body's accumulated a ton of crud that you need to get rid of to get healthy
And there's a line of companies a mile long waiting to sell you juices and smoothies that are supposed to clean out all that gunk somehow.
But we've got good news. Before you ever spend a dime on detox,
you've already got allies working to keep bad stuff out of your body. Take it from toxicology expert Dr. Rachel Burks.
You know when you ingest food. It's gonna. You know your stomach your intestines your liver your kidney.
I mean there's, everybody's involved like it's a party down there. As long as you're otherwise healthy your body's natural detox processes are
incredible at what they do.
They don't just let bad stuff pile up until you happen to come along with some kale. And if toxic
substances do start to accumulate in your body, then you my friend are sick
and you need more help than mere juice can provide.
But if something were to happen where person would either
voluntarily or just you know whackily get exposed to something in a weird, you know, game of thrones-esque,
escapade, then you could you would need to go to the emergency room
and get help. You would not need to go to your local
corner store and get a kale-cucumber acai berry smoothie. That is not gonna
help you, okay, so skip that. I mean it unless you love it
after the ER
get a smoothie. What do we even mean by toxins anyway? Juice commercials make toxins seem like they're a serious problem.
But they're part of life.
Frequently they come from inside your body.
Well, see that's the funny thing because you know you have this phrase detox and everyone talks about
toxins, and you're, you're eating these toxins, and they're poisoning you. And the fact that matter is,
that's not really true right some of the toxins are just part of the natural
metabolic process. When you digest food,
nutrients coming from your small intestine make a pit stop at your liver.
There anything nasty has to contend with an entire army of liver enzymes.
That goes for any toxins coming in but also any toxins that are
byproducts of your own metabolism. One of your livers jobs is to keep your own blood from
poisoning you.
No
joke. Your red blood cells die off over time and that produces toxic heme molecules from the breakdown of hemoglobin. Heme is converted into
bilirubin then passed off to your liver, and then to your small intestine where it's on its way out of your body.
There's never a time when you're not gonna have blood. I hope. Are you a vampire?
It's breaking down inside your body all the time and your own personal detox system is absolutely
gangbusters at removing it. If these toxins don't build up in your body over time you probably don't need to worry about
toxins from your food either. A group of enzymes called the cytochrome
P450 family is your liver's weapon of choice when it comes to shunting bad stuff out of your body.
These enzymes are chemical jack's-of-all- trades ready to do whatever it takes to neutralize
incoming toxic substances of every shape and size.
One of cytochrome p450s favorite tricks is to facilitate the oxidation of substances.
It adds a water-loving
hydroxyl group to some organic compound. That makes it more soluble in your bloodstream.
At that point the detox baton passes to your kidneys. Your kidneys are
constantly filtering your blood removing soluble wastes like excess nitrogen to be excreted in your urine.
The oxidized substances coming from your liver are in a perfect position to be snagged by your kidneys before they can cause you any
trouble. And what about those weekends of excess. Maybe not the weekend bender, and I think you know that's what you know medical folks
recommend is, is, the moderation is not overwhelming your own kind of chemical system.
So if anything it's, it's not detoxing. It's just having a decent diet. You know a bit of fruit and veg maybe some grains.
And, and maybe not
cheeseburgers four times a day. Wait! What! No one said I have to give up my breakfast cheeseburgers!
Oh well. Now you know. Smoothies probably won't hurt, but the hero of detox is your liver.

Strange Facts You Never Knew About Twins - Duration: 6:24.If you think about it, the whole concept of twins sounds like science fiction: genetic
duplicates who share a womb and the same DNA?
But unlike zombies, cyborgs, and shark tornados, twins are a true-life example of how crazy
biology can be — and the fact that they look alike barely scratches the surface of
all the interesting things about them.
Here's everything you never knew about nature's own version of human cloning.
Identical vs. fraternal
Unless you slept through your high school health class, you know how babies are made:
the sperm fertilizes the egg, which becomes a zygote, and nine months later —
"(alien chirps)"
Just kidding.
Actually, you get one of these — unless that single zygote splits into two embryos,
resulting in two babies who are identical right down to their DNA.
But that's not the only way to get two kids from one pregnancy: sometimes, the mother
will release two eggs, each of which are fertilized by a separate sperm.
That's when you end up with fraternal twins, who do share a womb, but unlike identical
twins, don't share any more DNA than ordinary siblings.
"We're not identical twins."
"Oh NO?!"
Different fingerprints
From their faces to their genetic profiles, identical twins emerge from the womb sharing
virtually every physical characteristic — except, oddly enough, their fingerprints.
But why?
The answer is that fingerprints are a product of environment rather than genetics: all those
whorls, loops, and ridges are formed from the outside in, when a fetus presses its developing
fingers against the walls of the womb.
Since identical twins occupy different positions in the amniotic sac before birth, they each
end up with different, unique patterns on their fingertips.
That makes fingerprinting the one and only way for police to tell which of the two twins
committed a crime — so if a guy wants to rob a bank and let his twin brother take the
fall for it, he's gonna have to wear gloves.
The disappearing twin
Back before "ghosting" became a sketchy thing that people do on OKCupid, twins were doing
it to each other — in the womb.
It's called fetal resorption, and it's one of the eeriest things that can happen during
a twin pregnancy: an initial ultrasound reveals two developing babies, but somewhere along
the way, one of them simply vanishes.
Where'd it go?
"I ate my twin in the womb"
It sounds shocking, but that's pretty much how it works: one twin sometimes doesn't make
it through the early states of the pregnancy due to chromosomal abnormalities, and its
remains are absorbed by the surviving fetus.
Different families, similar lives
In the event that a pair of twins are separated at birth, they often grow up to lead bizarrely
parallel adult lives.
The studies surrounding this subject are a little shady — one is even locked in a vault
that can't be opened until 2066 — but the results don't lie.
In one example, a pair of twins reunited in their thirties to discover that they had independently
developed similar personalities, political views, and quirky movie taste — and had
both studied film in college and edited their school newspapers before finding work as writers.
Bonding in the womb
According to Scientific American, twins get a head start on their social skills even before
they're born.
By the 14th week of gestation, twins start reaching out to each other in the womb, and
by Week 18, they'll touch their partner more often than they're touching the walls or themselves,
and with more deliberation, patience, and focus.
They're also extra careful when touching their twin's eye region — because even when you're
a fetus, nobody likes getting poked in the eyeball.
Mirror images
Roughly twenty-five percent of identical twins come with an interesting twist: they still
share all the same genes, but their physical features are flipped, so that looking at their
twin is literally like looking in a mirror.
If one twin is right-handed, their mirror twin might be left-handed.
One might have a unique birthmark on his left leg; the other would have the same birthmark
on his right leg.
But it gets weirder: the mirror effect also occurs in twins who develop certain health
issues, so that if one develops, say, a tumor on his right lung, his twin will develop one
on the left.
Their own language
Before the adult world saddles them with past participles and dangling modifiers, a certain
percentage of twins learn to talk exclusively to each other in a language only they can
understand.
The phenomenon is called cryptophasia, and it happens in about forty percent of twin
pairs — and usually, it doesn't last past toddlerhood.
But in at least one case, a pair of twins hung on to their language for so long that they
ultimately had to be sent to separate schools in order to learn to converse normally with
other people.
They're multiplying
Since 1980, the rate of twin births has jumped up 76 percent, hitting an all-time high in
2014.
Where's this twin-vasion coming from?
For one, women are waiting longer to have kids — and women in their 30s or older are
more likely to hyper-ovulate, which increases the chances of a multiple zygote situation.
Plus, there's always the magic of science: more and more couples are turning to in-vitro
fertilization when they can't get pregnant the old-fashioned way, but since not all those
embryos end up being viable, doctors will often implant a few at a time.
Sometimes, the result is a healthy baby — but sometimes, more than one of those embryos
takes, resulting in multiples.
Different dads
Remember how fraternal twins result from a woman producing two eggs, and how each egg
gets fertilized by different sperm?
"Hey, we're gonna make babies!"
That means that if the timing, genetics, and environmental factors work out just right
—or in other words, if mom releases two eggs and gets down with two different guys
in short succession — you get what's known as heteropaternal superfecundation… or,
uh, grounds for divorce.
"Andrew, you are NOT the father!"
The phenomenon occurs much more frequently in dogs than people, since female dogs produce
multiple eggs and don't usually practice monogamy.
But it's been known to happen with people, too: one couple in Vietnam was worried that
one of their baby twins might have been switched at birth, until tests revealed that the twins
had different fathers.
Awkward!

November Weekly Meal Plan and Grocery Haul - Duration: 6:01.hey guys it's Danielle with Danielle Minnesota vlogs and I have not done a
Neil Pratt patan grocery haul in a while so I thought I would do that this is my
plum paper planner that I used to meal plan typically what I first do is shop
at home so that means going through the fridge the freezer the pantry and making
a list of things that we have on hand that I like to use this week and it's
mainly animal protein that I'm wanting to use and I think all of this actually
came from the freezer so this is kind of my base and then I put together my meal
so tonight actually is Sunday and we just had an easy pizza night tomorrow I
am gonna make my southwestern spicy chicken soup in the crock-pot that is so
good and I get a lot of leftovers for lunches then we're gonna have some
chicken cordon bleu with roasted asparagus and a salad then I'm gonna do
my pasta with Italian sausage meat sauce and I think we're gonna have broccoli
with that Thursday is going to be leftovers and I have a meeting that
night Friday will do fajitas and then Saturday
I want to make bacon and Brussels sprouts roasted in a big salad and I
kind of want to make the bacon and Brussels sprouts kind of a big meal
instead of a side so I think that's all we'll have and kind of skip another
protein so yeah and then my corresponding list is over here and I
will show you what I got at Target here's everything I went to Target this
week I really miss Aldi but it was just more convenient for me to go to Target
so that is what I did Oh start with produce I've been obsessed
with arugula lately I don't know what it is usually I'm a baby spinach kale kind
of gal but I am into arugula so I got two packages for veggie sides for
dinners I kind of just got what looked good and that was asparagus broccoli and
Brussels sprouts the checkout lady told me she thinks Brussels sprouts are so
gross and I'm so gross for getting them she was funny I got sweet peppers i
snack on these s nooks and I eat these a lot for lunch I will go through this
entire Bay in a week and then James he's been really into carrots lately so yes
so I got two pounds of those and then on to fruit i got strawberries a bag of
apples and a pineapple i don't have to get pineapples but the
nice thing about it is it takes a while to ripen so well you know go through the
strawberries first cuz those go bad the apples will last a while and then toward
the middle to end of the week all slice and dice this pineapple my oven is to
temperature let's see I've been in the tea lately so I got some peppermint tea
because it's kind of seasonal I love peppermint tea I got my whole milk
yogurt I got actually two frozen pizzas one is already in the oven just for easy
dinners like tonight okay
this was $2.00 it is a Starbucks holiday cup that's reusable I have a plain one
that I use every single morning if you watched me on Instagram there in most of
my stories where that cup is and the crappy thing about disposable cups is
you don't get the fun Christmas cups and so now I do it was $2.00 this is
recyclable reusable you can put it in the microwave wave dishwasher safe I'm
loving my plain one so I thought I'd splurge in buy this for the holiday
season I got some McRoy water I just got a gallon of regular drinking water I
kind of want to start being a proper I want to start preparing for some water
and food and kids as a natural disaster a couple of us were talking about that
on Instagram according to Alex did a whole video on it and so I just decided
to take the first step in about one gallon of water he got a start summer
write bread for James's lunches I got some coffee and some pasta for our pasta
dinner this week so that is everything I think it was about $85 I did have a $5
coupon so not bad I got a lot of fresh produce and yeah give this video a
thumbs up if you'd like more it's been a while since I did a video like this
leave a comment below and please consider subscribing to my channel and I
hope to see you next time bye guys

I am Overburdened Review - Duration: 7:11.I think the biggest question that's going to be asked about I am Overburdened is, "Is
this a joke game?"
The answer is yeah, in some ways it is.
Yet I don't think being a joke was the entire point of the game.
It's super silly with the mechanics and oversimplification of the roguelike genre
could be seen as teasing other roguelikes.
Much like DLC Quest is one of those games you play once for the jokes and there is some
gameplay.
I am Overburdened has more gameplay than DLC Quest, actually a lot more gameplay.
So I don't want to classify it strictly as a joke game because I think that would
turn a lot of people away from it.
There's absolutely some playfulness around roguelike mechanics though.
The entire game revolves around the inventory system.
It is the most interesting and unique part of the game.
The main character has twenty inventory slots that can all be filled.
If you're wearing an item it's because it's equipped and you're gaining stats
from it.
Otherwise… there is not otherwise.
You're either wearing it in one of those twenty slots or you're not carrying it around
at all.
That's what I mean about joking around though.
Roguelikes can have a ton of inventory management and force you to carry around items that you
might want to sell a shop.
Just thinking of Dungeons of Dredmor with the endless loot you pick up to sell in the
shop and carrying around several tons of mushrooms.
I am Overburdened is the exact opposite and you can only carry what you wear.
It's an interesting idea that leans on the fact that the game has a ton of different
kinds of items.
Playing I am Overburdened is also a bit different than a typical roguelike.
This is a turn based game but none of the enemies move.
It's kind of strange.
You can run around the entire level and possibly not interact with a single enemy.
It's very rare though since most of the time they will be in the path of the exit.
It makes the game seem more like a puzzle game.
That's because you'll need to consider if the gold or chest behind an enemy is worth
fighting them.
There will be multiple paths to the exit and if you're low on health it might be best
to take the most direct path and hope there is a health potion on the next level.
But the loot on this floor is calling, should you tempt death and kill the monsters here
for some loot or continue?
The level is static which gives you a lot of time to think about your next move and
plan the route but a crossword puzzle is static too.
I realize that's the point, an oversimplification of a roguelike game.
I'm not sure if they went too far.
Perhaps I'm being too hypercritical on a small silly indie game.
The fact that it's a puzzle doesn't bother me, it's just weird.
I am Overburden has a risk/reward gameplay that I enjoyed.
If you're not careful you have a real chance of dying.
Decisions need to be made about the inventory as well.
The twenty slots are unique and if you pick up an item and the slot is filled you need
to make a decision about which item to keep.
The combat is always up to you if you want to participate.
What I mean is that there will be enemies blocking your path to the door but you can
walk right by enemies and nothing will happen.
You need to directly engage the enemies.
Then it's turn based combat where typically you'll take a swing, then they get one.
Now you can walk away again.
This allows you to pick up all the items you can for free on the level before engaging
any enemies.
I would have liked to see some punishment for walking around enemies, maybe in front
of them or if you walk past them twice.
Getting to the next floor always gives you an opportunity to keep the run going since
there could be a health potion accessible without killing any enemies.
The game is too easy on normal mode.
That being said the game is quite difficult on nightmare mode and I think that's the
real game.
Way more strategy is required to complete it and it feels like much more of an accomplishment.
When I play nightmare it's rare my health is every topped off.
Sidenote, picking up coffee to add to your speed attribute has such an annoying sound
effect.
Some sort of bugle that I guess stands for CHARGE! because it's a speed increase.
I don't know.
It's loud compared to everything else and feels out of place.
Anyway moving on.
Overall I'm really conflicted about the game.
I want to first praise the developer for coming up with interesting mechanics in such a short
game.
I think this game has its own unique spin which is something I value higher than a lot
of other aspects of a game.
I think I am Overburdened has good humor and fun item text.
It leans heavily on those items to create a unique experience.
Which makes the game very simple.
It's missing that mix of mechanics that creates a complex system.
There's no doubt I had fun playing.
So yeah I do recommend I am Overburdened but it's not for everyone.
If you're looking for a short experience that can be beat a few times in a couple hours
then it might be for you.
It's five bucks, which to me seems worth it.
I also beat it the first time I played and that was apparently a bit lucky.
It took me a few more tries to beat it a second time.
It only takes around thirty minutes to complete on normal which is why I say it's a short
experience.
Oh yeah one more thing.
The developer is still working on the game.
There's a trello board that I linked in the description below.
In the backlog new game modes are listed as a possible feature.
So even if you get the game today there might be future updates which could add to replayability.
I realize that's not solid information but I wanted
to include it anyway.

Q&A 3000 SPECIAL SUBSCRIBERS by Sebastiano Serafini in Japan - Duration: 4:37.Hello guys! Today we are here at the governament Palace
and I'm doing the video for the 3.000 special
So, let's cross the street and I start to answer to you questions.
The first one is:
Would you like to have children in the future?
I love children so yes, but I think it will not happen so soon
do you have animals?
I had a cat called Maramaura that I loved,
Maramaura was very old and she left me you can find her on Instagram
Well, at the moment I don't have animals, but I love them especially cats.
The third question is: do I have brothers?
Yes I have a big brother and I love him.
How is the climate for a person that lives here?
In Japan when there are days like this today, you feel good,
but there are a lot of periods where it rains steadly and during that time it's not so good.
During summer Japan is really humid and my hair are a mess
and in winter it's super cold, so it's not the best.
Then a certain someone asked: (Sebastiano Serafini a Katsu)
I don't know who he is, he copies all my videos and he's really a nuisance
He asked me if the Tofu that I used in the Nabe was expired because there was written 2015
So, dear Sebastiano Serafini a Katsu,
you watch my videos, but you don't understand nothing,
I leave you the Link of this YouTuber that I can't bear anymore...I hate him and above that he has really bad hair...
So, I would like to tell you that in Japan they put first the year, than the month and at the end the day,
so as you can see 2017 was the year of expiry
not the year 2015!
So, if you don't actually know the things...learn them.
The next question is:
How did you learn music?
I know jumping from a model to a composer it's a really big step,
I learned music by studying and with a lot of passion
I learned music in the same way as I learned Japanese, Chinese and English,
if you have the will to learn something new, everybody can achieve that.
Then they asked me: Why did you decide to go to Japan?
I decided to come here because I was a big fan of Final Fantasy...
there are a lot of reasons, but this one is one.
I had thousand of reasons, the music...I had a lot of reasons
Can you describe yourself in 6 words?
I am a big peace of ... Trentino (in italian they're 6 words)
Then they asked me if I watch RuPaul Drag Race...yes!
Let's continue with the video at the top.
The next one is: did you ever had a long distance relationship and what do you think about them?
Yes, I had a long distance ralationship.
My answer is: if it's worth it than, why not?
It's difficult to find the right person in this world, but if you've found it go and try a long distance relationship.
Then they asked me if I'm Kakashi from Naruto,
no I'm not, but I'm Kitaro of the Graveyard
The next one is: If I move often from home and if I want to live forever in Japan or if I want to move somewhere else.
I've lived in many different places,
I love Japan and it will be always a part of me,
no matter where I'm going to live, I will at least return to Japan some months a year.
So, I live day by day and I don't know what in the future will happen,
the important thing is to be happy.
We are right now at the 44th floor, it's not a lucky number here in Japan
I leave you the Link of my unlucky numbers video
The last question is: Do you have a favourite quote?
I actually don't know,
very often people end up to use people and to love things
and in my opinion,
people should try to use things and to love people.
It's not really my quote, but it's the philosophy that I try to use during the day and during my life,
and another one is: no matter if you fail, the important thing is to try.
So, these are important things to me.
I hope you liked this video,
I'm so happy that we reached 3.000 subscribers!! Thank you fantastic people.
I will continue to load new videos, I'm really happy!
Let's hope that we continue to increase.
Grazie. See you tomorrow at 2pm (Italian Time)
If you liked this video leave a comment
if you have other questions I'm maybe doing another special 4.000 subscribers
See you! CIAO.

My Top 5 Drummers: Dariusz "Daray" Brzozowski - Duration: 8:04.
I'll start with Gene Hoglan. Drummer with Death, Strapping Young Lad, Testament now.
Death's album 'Symbolic' and the blend of jazz and metal it features made a big impression on me. I was an orthodox metal head back then, although also inspired by jazz.
I liked that blend and the fact that a lefty drummer was playing a right handed kit. His ride was on the left though… No, he had two, so he could do whatever he wanted. His approach to arrangements was great, too.
I like Gene the most in his Strapping Young Lad period. It's not whether he played slow or fast, but about the way he arranged his parts. Great thinking!
He would play when the music called for it but when it didn't he would lay back. It's not easy to find such restraint in this kind of music.
There is no particular order here. It's not that Gene Hoglan is the absolute no 1. It keeps changing all the time for me.
Mario Duplantier from Gojira. Great drummer!
The most important thing in a drummer for me is how he or she structures songs, how the whole thing is thought out and arranged.
He can play straight-up extreme stuff, but he also plays his own, unorthodox things.
He throws in stuff from other styles of music and incorporates them into metal.
I also like what he looks like behind the kit – he's very energetic although rather lanky. It's very powerful.
Next drummer… Let me think...
Recently, I've had a few YouTube nights with Jeff Porcaro.
I was into him a long time ago and I've started watching his videos and interviews again.
Goodness me… What a way of thinking! And in those days… Now, there's the Pro Tools and you can never tell whether the drum part you're listening to is for real or not. Even if there's a YT clip.
I'm watching a young drummer's clip thinking: 'Damn!'. Then, I go to the gig and it's all verified. Very often it turns out it was all sliced up.
Jeff Porcaro had the most amazing ideas. The way he played was really interesting, like painting with the drums. The beat was one thing, but his playing was melodic, too.
Five drummers, right? Don't know if I can find so many…
I was once very impressed by Derek Roddy, who could play a blast beat, but throw in a clave pattern to it. That was radically new and I really liked it.
Hate Eternal was one of the most extreme bands in the world, butchering the listener,
and he would throw in stuff like: Cuban and African rhythms, additional kick drum sounds, cymbal stacks and other inventions like double hi hat played with his feet. Plus his blast beats.
If there were a referential model of a blast beat, it would be Derek's 'cause his is the truest. With all due respect to all those who play blast beats, his are quintessential.
A lot of drummers' blast beats sound like very well executed singles.
He plays his with such fury… And he's got this funny technique, too. He presses the stick from the top somehow, which makes the snare sound even more brutal. That's incredible!
Derek Roddy has defined the blast beat for me. Also, his patterns combine brutality with musicality.
The next name that comes to mind is Maciek Gołyźniak. How cultured and dignified he is…
His blast beats would be different, right?
Oh, yes! I really like his playing, no matter if it's with Brodka, Sorry Boys, Meller Gołyźniak Duda or Natalia Nykiel. I've seen quite a number of live clips and they were all great!
In Polish pop music (I think he may be offended by this word), people always mention Michał Dąbrówka and guys like that.
They took this music to a very high level and took over from the best 1980s drummers, which was good.
I've been waiting for a drummer who would push the boundaries even further and I think Maciek Gołyźniak is that guy as far as this kind of music is concerned.
I like the fact that whatever he does bears his signature – the way his kit looks, they way he sits behind it, etc. His playing is very characteristic.
I really like the way he speaks, I like his Facebook posts. I envy him that 'cause I'm a simple guy with a vocabulary of a hundred items while his is includes millions.
He manages his career very nicely, which I really like. I'm a fan…

SCOPRIAMO ASSIEME COSA HO VINTO! - Duration: 9:07.Hi!! to all the suspicious potato who are watching this video :3
I'm sorry for the quality of this video
the sound of this video and even the light is not the best
but this is the best I can do today
I'm sorry!!
I had to do this video
because I've received the special box that I have won
I joined a giveaway organized by ResinPro and sponsored by Umarts Channel
If you don't know who is this guy go check out his channel because his creations are gorgeous!
I've already had a collab with Umarts Channel, with Umberto
you can see the collab video on my channel (link of the video in the description box)
I'm here today to show you what I've received
to see what's inside this box!
there were 3 possible "winnable?" box: 2 boxes filled with ResinPro things and a third one filled with Umberto's Creations
I won the 2 box, filled with ResinPro things
inside this box I found: this resin
the ICreation resin which catalyzes in only 3h
wow
I'm lucky because I needed this lol I've finished my old one
I'm so happy! really wow
I have to do some new creations and I'll use this one!
I've heard that this resin is really magical so I can't wait to try it!
here we have the A component and the B one
500ml wow! it's really a lot of resin!
and this is the first thing...
resin and..and a really special thing
it's already opened lol
this is not a real unboxing video because I was too curious so all the things here are out of the actual box lol sorry
now I can show you
this one
is the BEST THING IN THE WORLD
because you have to know that to color my creations I've never used pigments or resin-specific colors
all my creations are colored with colored chalks or polish nail color I even use acrylic colors
but now..now I have them
an entire set of resin pastes and three..three pigments
other colours omg
they'reso manyyy
now I have the gold, silver(aluminum) and copper
this babies are my favourite!! and so useful!
we have some colour
Ivory
Brown
white
the black one! finally I have a nice black
blue
ocher, I love this colour
and red fire!
so many colour!! they're 7
7 resin colour and 3 pigments
the only things that I can say now is THANK YOU resinpro for this giveaway
and thank you fate!
so now I can do some creations with you and I'm gonna use some of these things!
I also have to do some commissions to create so let's start !
these are the finished creations
this is the first heart with a galaxy cat
the colour of this heart is a bit weird
the pigments are distributed in a strange way
this is not exactly what I had in mind but it's not so bad after all
this is the second heart but I don't like how this heart tourned out
all the glitters and stuff are over the sticker and it's really a big mess
I'm sad because I still like the colour of the back and the dark green of the front
it's a pity, a real pity
for this reason I've redone this creation with the same sticker
and this one is the right one! you can see the sticker and glitters are out of the way
there are glitters, swarovski ecc
I really like this one and also the back of it is really nice
better than the previous one
these are two commissions for a person
they're really simple to do,
probably I'll paint the back of these creations with some glitter and silver paint
I've also done this cute heart with a tiny slytherin potato inside
I love this heart!
even here silver pigmets are positioned in a strange way
this creation is made of two layers as usual, the transparent one and the colored one
I love the back of this creation too
and this is it.. I love it!
what do you think about this creation?
I've realised also this ouija board
I don't know why it tourned out with some holes on it
I used the golden pigment and a bit of silver pigment
the back is a bit strange, the effect is strange
but this is the final result
maybe if I color this board in a certain way it might look like an aged ouija table (?)
ok this last one is maybe one the most beautiful creation I've ever made
tadaa
it's another ouija board but with letters inside it
I'm so in love with this one!
this was an experiment
I inserted some letters inside the mold (I had to use this one because the other letters I have were too big for the mold)
I love iiiit
it's so shining because is full of glitters
even the back tourned out really well
if you have some suggestions for future creations like this one I'm happy to read all your suggestions and try to create them!
if you liked this video leave a thumb up and a comment
tell me what's your favourite creation ( among these)
my favourite is this one
see you in the next video! byee!
ciao!
