So, Today! .... well before that I've got some announcements to take care of

I've been hinting at it for a while but.. my 'photobook' will finally be released this month
I've experienced so many new things since I started Youtube and joined the UUUM network
and I had so much fun shooting this photo album/look book and I'm so happy this will finally be released for sale
and lol, I'm so embarrassed by some of the pictures inside but
there are many scenes that you just don't ever see from watching my videos .... apparently.
apparently? I've already seen the pics I know whats in it...
some pics of me eating around Yokohama's chinatown district and some cosply-ish pics
since I'm such a homebody there's a lot showcasing what I wear @ home
everyone! it would make me so happy if you would please check it out... TYVM everyone

K, so our meal for today is..... tadaa
I'll be eating 4kg of Lamb and I'll be cooking this chinghis khan style (over a rounded helmet like BBQ grill)
if you guys remember the pork bowl vid I did a while back I told you guys that Takahashi-さんsent me that meat
and this Lamb meat today is also from the same Takahashiさん also s/he helped me out so much with making this photobook as well TYVM
alrighty lets get grillin'
lets start by cooking off our veg I'll be using onion and green onion
season with salt and pepper
add bean sprouts this is 2 bags worth
before the veg has a chance to cook through tadaa place the Lamb on top of the veg
then lid
once lidded cook on medium for 3 minutes well... just keep an eye on the doneness
Ideally you'll be using a true chinghiskhan jhingiskhan ghenghis khan grilltop but I don't have one here so when I looked online
there were many different ways to re-create the BBQ experience but this time around I'm doing it this way
3 minutes have elapsed
oh wow its nicely cooked through わああーit looks super delish
its got that unmistakeable aroma of ghenghiskhan grilling of lamb meat
ok I've got 5 cups of rice
tadaa I couldn't fit all the sprouts and meat in at once so I'll be cooking them as I eat
I've got my rice right here itadakimasu
goona be delish the meat is chillin' over here
they say that if you overcook the meat it will turn very tough .... ~that's what the internet told me~
looks delish
the meat is tender yet has a nice chew to it its nicely marbled and very delish its so juicy
its got that unmistakeable lamb taste which is so wonderful
.... I don't really need the sauce here
the veg is cooked through nicely and is so tender

so tender this is a great way to cook this, this cooks the meat so nice and tender
guys... if I'm eating this straight from the cooktop the veg is too hot to handle so I'm goona let it chill on this rice
another round of meat I can probably get away with heaping a bunch of meat on at once
I may have misjudged the cooking time of the meat ....waiting... waiting
when you add a lot of meat it takes it longer to heat through
if you add to much meat the heat doesn't travel through as well guys, be aware of this
there is a bit too much liquid that has come from the veg so I'll try to scoop it out
I don't want this sauce to go to waste let's give it a try
hmm its pretty tasty however.... I don't think its necessary
this ghenghisKhan grill has turned into a watery hot pot so I'll try to absorb some of the excess liquid (JingisKhan Grills should be a dry cooking method)
this will prolly be the last of the meat

They are almost an ounce or 25 grams which is a lot heavier than anything else you'll
find.
Once you have it in your hand you will really feel what I'm talking about and you will

Hey guys, welcome back to kids cooking & crafts!
I'm Cru. and I'm Corbin. and we got a sweet new
waffle maker for Christmas and so we decided
we were going to put it to good use and make Death Star Waffles!
But here's the catch. we're going to be doing a Not My Hands Challenge!
Let's Do this!
Let's get started.
Okay so, It's important to remember to keep your hair out of the all the cooking you're going to do.
So like that YUP. Okay it's kinda hooked on my nose.
Gotta lift it up a bit higher, there we go. There We Go
Got it Got it. So
Our first ingredient is going to be a 1 3/4 cup flower
Right over here.
We are just going to get our ahhhhhhh? Measuring Cup! that's what it is
We are going to get our 1 cup measuring. let's come over here
and measure. it's important to level it out so to just make sure
that you don't have too much. So we we are going to come over here
and put it in our mixing bowl. Just put it right in. Alright!
Our next ingredient is going to be 1 tbs of baking powder.
Which is going to be the yellow cup right in front of me.
that would be the eggs.Sorry I've been a little bit confused this morning
I kinda woke up really early
So we are going to need 1tablespoon which I believe is the biggest one.
right there. So lets scoop that up. and level it out.
So we make sure we don't have too much
and put it in with the rest of the dry ingredients.
Our last dry ingredient is going to be 1/4 tsp of salt
So that's right there. and then I Guess I want to try some.
MMMMM (gag)
Delicious I guess I will have more! (Gag)
It will be the smallest one on there.
So you're going to scoop that up and then level it out
So make sure I don't have too much
and then put it in the dry ingredient
Alright, I think I have something on my face.
I guess i need to wipe it.
Alrighty so now we're going to mix up our dry ingredients
with our wisk. which is going to be right here.
and just bring it over. Or we can just mix it with our hands!
you know you just want to make sure that it get's all around the bowl
and you want to mix it up until you can't really tell the difference
of what is flour, sugar, and salt
and then we're going to move on to our liquid ingredients.
I needed to to clean off my hands.
So now we need to grab our eggs
In this bowl. the egg whites need to go in here not the egg yolks.
Oh No!
This is gonna be bad.
here we go! So we just want to like crack em on the side.
Just like right there. You gotta hit it a little harder
then you want to just split it in half
Opps I dropped the egg yolk So i just have to pick that up
Right there. with the rest of my egg. Oh no.
It's breaking. I guess we'll just try the next egg.
Lets come over here, grab the egg, crack it on the side
just like we did the time before. Alright.
So we want to split it in half just like last time but make sure
the egg yolk doesn't fall out. Now we're just kinda like mix it
Back and forth so the egg whites .... No, I dropped it again.
Okay I guess I'm just gonna try and there's no more egg yolk in there
Oh crap there's a shell in there
We just gotta grab the shell. Oh I just barely touched it.
there it is Yea Right There.
Let's just put it right there that's good.
Next ingredient!
So we are going to be using 1 3/4 cup of milk
and we are going to grab this container
here and we're just gonna pop the top off otherwise it wont come out.
So just gotta pop the back Now you just keep dump it in there
Ever so Slowly....slowly...slowly....STOP!
You just want to stop when it gets to the top.
and dump it in with the egg yolk and whites mixture I guess.
So now we're going to be using a half cup of cooking oil
Right there just pick it up and don't dump it all over my stuff or all over me.
So we just want to dump it right in to there slowly um you want to get it
a little bit more centered so you don't spill as much
Stop. right there
and just dump that it in
Now we gotta wisk every thing together
and so we just. we don't want to be too light with it
but we don't want to be too hard that it will just go everywhere
We just want to like gently like beat it together
I need to clean off my hands real quick

Yea, I really like Star Wars.I kind of a geek about it
So we were supposed to put the egg yolks into this bowl
but we kinda just mixed em together. Sooo we're just gonna skip that
Alrighty lets get mixing!
We are going to be using this egg yolk and egg white mixture
and we're going to put it right into the dry ingredients
Through the corner so it doesn't like splash out
through the side. Just gonna dump it right in the there.
Now my hands are gonna get messy
Alrighty let's start mixing
Alrighty, so we are just mixing this up till it's stays a little bit lumpy
we need to pour now.
So we're just gonna open this right here
it's the Star Wars thing. make sure not to burn my hands
because this is extremely hot
and we're just gonna scoop up some of the batter
So lets scoot over here and OKAY!

You need a whole Death Star you gotta spread those clones around
And then we can reach over here and grab our syrup
Right straight out of here. Oh Yes.

It's not coming out so were just gonna pull the whole lid off
And just pour it out. Just a little bit at a time
Or we can dump all of the syrup on!
OKAY
And then we can get our fork which is up to the left
and our knife
and then we can cut it up and be civilized about this.
So civilized
NO. Okay or you can rip it!

Why Are So Many Celebrities Dying? - Duration: 4:53.
So here's an interesting question.
Why do celebrities keep dying?
And is it ever going to stop?
The answer to the second question I think is no, in fact I think these deaths are going
to accelerate but the reason why is kind of interesting.
Over the past week we've seen Carrie Fisher, George Michael and Debbie Reynolds die.
I'm not sure who Debbie Reynolds was, but she means a lot to my camera man apparently.
When these things happen, it's disturbing and one of the reasons that we're all so much
more aware of it is social media.
It gets thrown in our face very quickly.
But it's not just that.
It's not just the fact that this news is served up to us as quickly as possible by a news
cycle that is desperate for red meat.
More of these folks really are dying.
That's because we actually care about more people.
There are more celebrities for us to worry about, and there are more celebrities to die.
If you're my age, some of the most significant people to die this year were popular music
artists like George Michael, Prince, and David Bowie.
These folks got famous, or got more famous through MTV.
Music Television, a channel that used to play music videos.
This gets to the broader reason why we have so many more celebrities today.
The main reason, I think, is cable television.
30-35 years ago there were only three broadcast networks in the United States.
So that meant that everybody watched like three television channels.
That's where we got all our famous people.
There were just that many famous people.
You had TV, you had some movies, people used to know a lot more about politicians and world
figures back then.
There just weren't that many celebrities.
There weren't that many people to care about.
So starting in the 1980s we got this incredible ballooning of cable television.
We know pop music artists a lot better.
We've got figures like Bob Ross.
Do you remember the guy who used to paint the little trees?
That's definitely one of the celebrity deaths that has effected me the most.
And that's a cable television star.
This all happened about 30 years ago.
And the people that became famous through that have now started to die.
This process is only going to speed up.
And this incredible explosion in celebrities, in people to pay attention to and care about,
didn't stop with cable TV.
The internet has actually made that weird galaxy of stuff grow exponentially.
So if you find your day derailed by news like this, if you find yourself getting depressed
about the deaths of celebrities... people that might have had some impact on your life
in some way...
It's about to get much much worse.
Five or ten years from now, we might have a somewhat significant celebrity death every
day of the week.
There's just a lot more celebrities.
I think this means that we all need to get a lot tougher.
I think it's not just celebrities.
I think that the current news cycle really loves serving up disaster.
And if we take it personally every time they serve up a disaster like this we're just going
to run out of emotions.
Or we're all going to go insane.
Neither of those sound like a good thing.
So the next time a celebrity dies, why don't you take it as an opportunity to step back
and be grateful?
Be grateful for the contributions of this person.
Be grateful that we live in a world that has so many different avenues for entertainment.
Be grateful that we live in a world that gives more and more people the opportunity to have
their 15 minutes of fame.
But don't let it get to you.
Don't let it dwell in your mind.
Don't let it ruin your day, because coming up pretty soon, if you let it ruin your day,
every single one of your days will be ruined.

I can feel the step quite clearly.
And the bores are quite polished.
Although you can see still see the nikasil coating.
But for example that on is lot worse.
But but.
Probably this is not caused by too much stress for the nikasil block.
But more likely to be caused by much e85.
For example the cold start was very badly tuned and that caused the engine to be full with ethanol.
Every time the engine had to be cranked long time before start.
And that caused the catch can to be filled with e85 and also the exhaust was filled with ethanol.
And the ethanol will take away the oil film and cause lot of wear on the engine.
This is clearly caused by lack of lubrication because the wear is even.
Not only where all the force is applied.
So lack of lubrication.
But now currently the cold start is tuned correctly so there shouldn't be problem anymore.
But Petri did drive 15 000 km last summer with this.
So that was enough to do damage with poorly tuned cold start.
Seeing this I would say that the nikasil block is still fine to use in boosted engine.
But be careful with your AFR with e85. Don't go too rich.
It will take away the oil film and then wear out the engine.
You can still see the honing in the cylinders so this block should be still fine to use.
But probably we will only use this as table leg.
Good thing we have new block.
With that we have to be more careful with the AFR and make sure that the tune is good.
But now we are going to continue disassemble the engine. Lets see if we can find more damage.
I would guess not because this worked just fine.
Okay. Because the bores were so worn, there is lot of this black debris in the oil pan.
Probably the remains of the nikasil coating.
This kind of black tar.
Quite much of it.
But that has not circulated trough the engine because oil filter will catch this.
We only need to check the oil pump because the filter is after that.
And this stuff may have gone trough it.
So we need to check for damages and is it still in spec.
Or maybe use different pump.
But then during the disassembly we found third interesting thing.
And hopefully you can see it.
The connecting rod has bent.
For comparison I will take straight one from here.
And there is now straight one and the bent on the right.
Should be quite clear.
So.. that's done.
It starts to be quite clear that these thin connecting rods from m52 are not good for boosted engines.
If I remember correctly the engine didn't misfire badly so that must be caused by too much force.
And if I remember correctly, in my engine the bent rod was also one of the middle ones.
So that might mean that the center ones run with bit different AFR.
And that may have caused that.
Something has happened.
But luckily nothing serious happened.
The crank is still fine and that is the critical part we need.
As clutch we had stock one from 328i and also the stock dual mass flywheel.
And the dualmass there is still fine.
It is as bad condition as it was when we installed it.
And this pressure assembly was holding fine.
It did hold even when the engine had almost double the torque than this is meant for.
Lets look at the friction surface.
And nothing there.
The milling marks are still visible.
And no coloring at all. So it hasn't slipped.
So it worked just fine.
I'm oiling everything.
Will the chinese rods and wiseco pistons work together.
Feels firm.

We provide IT support for a big industrial group.
Before joining HELPLINE,
I obtained a certificate in electronics followed by a professional baccalaureate in computing.
My jobs have always been centered around the multimedia industry
up until three years go when I joined HELPLINE.
When I joined HELPLINE as a Service Desk agent,
I told my managers about my ambition to evolve.
They heard me and as time went by, I grew more independent
and they gave me more responsibility.
I started as a Service Desk Technician and then became a senior Service Desk Technician,
which I still am today.
What motivates me is having real opportunities for evolution.
My future with HEPLINE, or rather what I wish for,
is to become a manager.
The tasks I'm given today give me more responsibilities
and make me ready for what I wish to do.

I've experienced so many new things since I started Youtube and joined the UUUM network
and I had so much fun shooting this photo album/look book and I'm so happy this will finally be released for sale
and lol, I'm so embarrassed by some of the pictures inside but
there are many scenes that you just don't ever see from watching my videos .... apparently.
apparently? I've already seen the pics I know whats in it...
some pics of me eating around Yokohama's chinatown district and some cosply-ish pics
since I'm such a homebody there's a lot showcasing what I wear @ home

K, so our meal for today is..... tadaa
I'll be eating 4kg of Lamb and I'll be cooking this chinghis khan style (over a rounded helmet like BBQ grill)
if you guys remember the pork bowl vid I did a while back I told you guys that Takahashi-さんsent me that meat
and this Lamb meat today is also from the same Takahashiさん also s/he helped me out so much with making this photobook as well TYVM
alrighty lets get grillin'
lets start by cooking off our veg I'll be using onion and green onion
season with salt and pepper
add bean sprouts this is 2 bags worth
before the veg has a chance to cook through tadaa place the Lamb on top of the veg
then lid
once lidded cook on medium for 3 minutes well... just keep an eye on the doneness
Ideally you'll be using a true chinghiskhan jhingiskhan ghenghis khan grilltop but I don't have one here so when I looked online
there were many different ways to re-create the BBQ experience but this time around I'm doing it this way

oh wow its nicely cooked through わああーit looks super delish
its got that unmistakeable aroma of ghenghiskhan grilling of lamb meat
ok I've got 5 cups of rice
tadaa I couldn't fit all the sprouts and meat in at once so I'll be cooking them as I eat
I've got my rice right here itadakimasu
goona be delish the meat is chillin' over here
they say that if you overcook the meat it will turn very tough .... ~that's what the internet told me~
looks delish
the meat is tender yet has a nice chew to it its nicely marbled and very delish its so juicy
its got that unmistakeable lamb taste which is so wonderful
.... I don't really need the sauce here
the veg is cooked through nicely and is so tender

so tender this is a great way to cook this, this cooks the meat so nice and tender
guys... if I'm eating this straight from the cooktop the veg is too hot to handle so I'm goona let it chill on this rice
another round of meat I can probably get away with heaping a bunch of meat on at once
I may have misjudged the cooking time of the meat ....waiting... waiting
when you add a lot of meat it takes it longer to heat through
if you add to much meat the heat doesn't travel through as well guys, be aware of this
there is a bit too much liquid that has come from the veg so I'll try to scoop it out
I don't want this sauce to go to waste let's give it a try
hmm its pretty tasty however.... I don't think its necessary
this ghenghisKhan grill has turned into a watery hot pot so I'll try to absorb some of the excess liquid (JingisKhan Grills should be a dry cooking method)
this will prolly be the last of the meat

They are almost an ounce or 25 grams which is a lot heavier than anything else you'll
find.
Once you have it in your hand you will really feel what I'm talking about and you will
know that this is tank of a cufflink that will never break.
