Kellyanne Conway Begs Democrats To Stop Protesting Donald Trump - Duration: 3:17.

Over this past weekend, thousands of protestors took to the streets to demand that Donald

Trump release his tax returns.

Well, Monday morning on Fox & Friends, White House advisor, Kellyanne Conway told the Fox

& Friends that she is sick and tired of seeing these liberals, these Democrats, go out there

and protest the President.

Don't they know that the election's over?

She then went on to say, that she would beg new DNC President Tom Perez to tell these

people to just go home, get out of the streets, the election's over with, it's done.

Now, I know Kellyanne Conway is essentially just a paid cheerleader for the Trump administration,

but she has to understand that what's happening right now, what's been happening since the

inauguration, what happened during the inauguration is not about people trying to re-litigate

or re-vote in the 2016 election.

We understand that that's over, okay?

In her reasoning, she pointed out that Donald Trump won 306 electoral votes.

Notice how she only points out the electoral votes instead of the popular vote, because

the majority of people in this country did not vote for Donald Trump to be President.

Yeah, they do have reason to be bitter and angry about it.

Again, that's not even what this is about.

This is about a man who promised to do things.

Who promised a certain level of transparency, that refuses to even adhere to his former

promises.

We were told we get those tax returns, eventually, maybe, but we won't.

He claims he is legally not allowed to release them because he's under audit.

That is a lie.

That is a lie that has been disproven by members of the IRS, by economics professors, and by

pundits all over the media.

There is nothing that prohibits him from releasing those tax returns, unless of course there's

something he doesn't want us to see.

You see what Kellyanne Conway does?

She comes out here on Fox & Friends, a very friendly environment for the Trump administration,

and she misdirects it.

She says these Democrats don't understand the election's over, what a bunch of losers,

right?

Of course, the Fox & Friends, because they don't have a brain between the three of them,

agree with her.

They think that that's all this is about.

This isn't about people wanting accountability.

This is about people bitter about the 2016 elections.

Well, let me tell you something.

That bitterness has not gone away and it's not going to go away.

Neither are the demands that Donald Trump release those tax returns.

We're entitled to those at this point.

We need to see his conflicts of interest.

I can promise you, and Kellyanne Conway knows this and Donald Trump knows it and Sean Spicer

knows it and everybody else within that administration knows it.

If there wasn't something damning within those tax returns, we would have already gotten

them.

2017 Husky 100 – University of Washington - Duration: 5:01.

[inspirational music begins] >>Natalia Dyba:

What's sets apart the Husky 100 is their ability to articulate the transformation that has happened during their time at the UW.

These are the students that have made the most of the opportunities that they were presented with in their Husky Experience.

>>Zoe Barsness: It's seeing students discover something they are truly passionate about and exploring areas or domains where they have an intellectual curiosity.

That may be something that they never in a million years would have ever thought they were going to pursue.

And they come to campus and they are exposed to something new and they really dive into it.

>>Mohammed Kloub: I tried to be a design major and was unsuccessful but then you know when sophomore year started

A close friend of mine recommended that I just do something, you know, get involved with something I am interested in and sort of pull back from focusing on my major as much.

And so I joined the Daily. And I started writing and reporting there. And by the spring of my sophomore year I was a declared Journalism major.

>> Steven Collins: We have a long history of interdisciplinary emphases in all of our programs. And that can take many forms

it can of course take the form of making connections between classes

but it also importantly involves connecting what the students are doing in the classroom with what the students are doing outside.

>> Nick Khamphilom: I am double majoring in Speech Sciences and American Ethnic Studies.

As a child of refugees a lot has been happening in our community where people do not seek health care because of language barriers and cultural barriers

for hearing or communication disorders.

And through my program I am able to link these bridges by opening up more inclusive environments.

Jono Grindall: I got to go fishing as a commercial fisherman this summer in Alaska.

And it was especially cool since I was a Fisheries Science student. And I got to see the thing I was studying in a scientific way

from a different perspective of the fisherman.

>>Dyba: The Husky 100 are not working in isolation. They are working in groups and teams and building their networks to create change.

>> Holly Gummelt: Since last summer I have been involved with Trickfire Robotics. It's the local robotics club here at Bothell.

We're building a 60 kilogram robot to take to a NASA robotic mining competition in Florida in May .

And I've been working with this great interdisciplinary group of students

mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, computer engineers and me the physicist.

>> Hakikat Bains: Every student has a passion and every student has something that they can teach another student.

>> LeAnne Jones Wiles: We really try to take this word inclusive community and break that down on the individual level.

And so even though we are large it really is about the person sitting next to you in the classroom

or the person you are working with in an organization

and what that looks like. To hear their story and to understand what that means to come together from a global society.

>>Andre Mattus: This past fall there was a freshman who came up to me and asked me what Athlete Ally was.

Athlete Ally is a national organization that aims at addressing issues of homophobia and transphobia within sports.

I described what we do here at the UW and he looked at me with really brights eyes

he said "I never thought I could be openly queer in sports."

That moment, as a queer athlete myself, really hit home. That the work that I am doing has an impact on someone.

>>Kayesee Schermerhorn: I'm a student representative from UW Tacoma on the Race and Equity Initiative Committee.

Its made a really big impact on me. Its inspired me to go to law school after I leave here and I want to become a public defender in the future.

>> Yarid Mera: So freshman year I came in and I joined an organization called MAPS. And I never saw myself as a leader or stepping into a leadership position

but like a year later I saw I became the president of the organization

and a lot of the work that we have done is building community for students so that they have a network of support.

Classes can feel competitive especially being a pre-health student and so MAPS gives them an opportunity to grow in a safe environment

and learn from each other where there is no competition there is no animosity. Its just I want to grow from you. You want to grow from me. We build as we climb.

>>Matthew Dunaway: So being a father of a 12 year old and going through college as a full-time student

I think it's been beneficial for my daughter to see me working hard for a degree.

Knowing what it takes to earn a degree. Knowing that I feel like the education is what is most important for our future and for her future.

>>Jones Wiles: I get to work a lot of first-year students and one piece that they love about the Husky 100

is that they are able to find another student that shared part of their journey.

It really inspires them to think about defining their own excellence.

Do I Believe in UFOs? - Duration: 9:42.

Whenever I do a new livestream on Instagram (hint hint, @universetoday on Instagram),

it's generally with an audience that doesn't have a lot of experience with my work here

on YouTube or Universe Today.

They're enthusiastic about space, but they haven't been exposed to a lot of the modern

ideas about astrobiology and the search for extraterrestrials.

They have, however, seen a lot of TV and movies.

And so, the most common question I get, by a long shot is, "do you believe in aliens?"

That's actually a more complicated question.

On the one hand, the question could be: do I believe that aliens are visiting Earth,

creating crop circles, infiltrating our government, and experimenting on human/alien hybrids for

the eventual overthrow of human civilization?

The answer to that question, is no.

I believe in UFOs, in that, I believe there are unidentified objects flying in the air,

which haven't gotten a definitive categorization.

And when they do get an explanation, it's weather balloons, or Venus, or airplanes,

or fireworks, or drones, or a hoax.

It's never aliens.

Because if it was aliens, we would have some kind of evidence.

There would be something, anything, that gave definitive proof that aliens were here.

What I'm talking about is some kind of monument, or machine, or vehicle, or factory.

Something that's been around here on Earth for as long as human history, and has no explanation

for how it could have been created.

UFO researchers point to things like the pyramids, or the statues on Easter Island, or the Nazca

lines, when there's plenty of evidence these things could be created by humans and their

tools of the age.

Even when the hoaxers who created crop circles with a plank on a rope and a little planning

tried to explain how they did it, people didn't really believe them.

I want to show you a series of amazing visualizations created by Sam Monfort, a data researcher

in the Human Factors and Applied Cognition program at George Mason University.

Sam pulled in data from the National UFO Reporting Center or NUFORC which has been collecting

reports all the way back to 1905.

Since its inception, NUFORC has received almost 105,000 UFO reports.

And sighting are at an all time high.

But what's really fascinating is how the trends of what people see have changed over

time.

A century ago, the vast majority of UFOs were spheres or cigar shaped.

But then saucers showed up in the 20s, and that's all anyone saw.

Cigars have dropped down to almost nothing, while lights in the sky have grown in prominence

to become almost 50% of the UFOs that people see these days.

Clearly spaceship design took a turn away from cigars, to saucers to glowing lights.

Oh, fickle aliens spacecraft designers, following the latest fashions.

The timing is interesting too.

There's a rise in sightings around July 4th in the US every year.

Fireworks maybe?

The other piece of data that's pretty interesting is that people in the US are 300 times more

likely to report a UFO sighting than any other country in the world.

My own Canada is number 2.

Here's the thing.

A huge percentage of the population is now carrying around their own personal tricorder,

which will record audio, video and take amazing pictures, even in a dimly lit alien spaceship.

And yet, there still hasn't been any definitive, scientifically proven evidence for aliens.

Google is watching everywhere I go, and reminds me that I visited Home Depot last week, but

you think the occasional trip to an orbital research facility would get picked up.

I feel pretty confident when I say, there's no evidence that aliens are visiting Earth.

But the deeper question is a little more unsettling.

Do I believe there are aliens in the Universe?

The Universe is huge.

The very edge of the Universe we can see is known as the observable Universe.

The first light in the Universe has been traveling through space for 13.8 billion years to reach

our eyes.

And because of the expansion of the Universe, those regions are now more than 46 billion

light years away from us.

That's just the observable Universe.

The actual physical Universe is much larger.

Hundreds of billions, trillions, quadrillions or more light years across.

Maybe it's even infinite.

Forever is a long way.

And we know that the Universe is old.

It's been around for 13.8 billion years.

Our Milky Way has been around for almost that entire period.

The Solar System showed up a relatively recent 4.5 billion years ago.

We're late to a party that's been raging for almost 10 billion years already.

Fossil evidence tells us that life formed here on Earth pretty much as quickly as it

was possible to do so.

Just a few hundred million years after the Earth formed, and it wasn't entirely a ball

of molten rock, life popped up and started evolving.

Multiply the Universe's age by its size and you get a place that really should be

teeming with life, and yet we don't see any evidence of aliens.

Not in cigars nor saucers.

This is of course, the Fermi Paradox, and we've talked about this several times in

the past.

We can't seem to find evidence of aliens, or their robotic spacecraft which should be

busily colonizing the Milky Way turning every planet they reach into more robots.

The Fermi Paradox has been the source of arguments and existential terror for many.

In fact, if the Fermi Paradox doesn't bother you in an existential way, then I don't

think you've thought about the Fermi Paradox enough.

In a second, I'm going to talk about the Rare Earth hypothesis, why life may be common,

but aliens aren't, but first I'd like to thank Ert O'Hara, John Splendido, Daniel

Morrison, Leons Paniel, and the rest of our 694 patrons for their generous support.

If you love what we're doing and want to help out, head over to patreon.com/universetoday

Are there aliens?

There might be single-celled, simple organisms across the Universe.

But more complex animals like we have here on Earth might be incredibly uncommon.

This is the idea of the Rare Earth hypothesis, which was put forward in the year 2000 in

a book by paleontologist Peter Ward and astrobiologist Donald Brownlee.

If you have any interest in this subject, I highly recommend you give it a read.

In this book Ward and Brownlee argue that Earth was lucky in many factors that we never

really thought about before.

The Earth is the right distance from the center of the Milky Way so we're not bombarded

by radiation, but not too far so that we're in the outskirts, with no heavy elements.

We orbit the right kind of star, and the right configuration of other planets in the Solar

System.

No big bully super-Jupiters that caused havoc with our planet or kicked us out of the Solar

System entirely.

The orbit of the Earth has been stable for a long time, following a roughly circular

orbit around the Sun.

Our planet is the right size and density for life to survive and thrive.

With plate tectonics, which help recycle our rocks and atmospheric gasses, so we don't

become a hellworld like Venus.

With a single large Moon that helped regulate our tides and provided an environment where

some lifeforms could have been forced to find a better way.

And then some kind of secret sauce that helped give Earth life the kick it needed to go from

simple to complex lifeforms.

Maybe there's life everywhere, but we'll never find anything more complex than bacteria.

Or maybe we'll never find anything anywhere.

Ever.

I understand why the search for UFOs is so fascinating for people, and why many think

that's a reasonable default answer for seeing glowing lights in the sky.

But for me, I want to know for sure that we're not alone, that there are other aliens lifeforms

and maybe even civilizations out there among the stars.

I don't believe UFOs are aliens, and I'm not entirely convinced there's anyone else

in the entire Universe.

And that's why I think we should dedicate ourselves to finding out the answer.

Listen to stars for signals from extraterrestrial civilizations, search planets for the chemical

signatures of alien life.

Scour our own Solar System for anything.

Under the rocks on Mars or under the oceans of Europa.

If it does turn out that we're alone?

What then?

Do we have a greater responsibility to take care of ourselves and our planet, to make

sure the candlelight of life and intelligence doesn't flicker out?

Now you know how I feel about aliens, what about you?

Do you think we're being visited on a regular basis?

Do you think there are aliens out there, somewhere, waiting to be discovered?

Or do you think we're all alone in the Universe.

I'd like to know your thoughts.

In our next episode, we're going to talk about one of the biggest current mysteries

in astronomy: Fast Radio Bursts.

They were only recently discovered, and they're a total mystery.

No answers next time, only questions.

What would we do if aliens actually visited us here on Earth?

How prepared are our governments to deal with them?

It turns out, there are some specific plans and preparations, and I detail them

in this video.

2. CAPITALISM - Duration: 4:28.

This economic system called capitalism

is very simple really.

First it requires private property.

This skyscraper is private property

and this hoody is private property too.

You know before capitalism if you were a common person

you didn't own anything.

The State or the King or the Duke or the Emir

or the Emperor or the whoever

owned all of the land and everything on it

and much of the time they owned you as well.

The ability for a common person to have something

that belongs to him or her

is an earth-shaking innovation historically.

And second, capitalism needs a free-market.

individuals need to be able to buy and sell

their private property

and these trades are voluntary.

Its this non-coercive voluntary ability

to buy and sell in your own personal interest

that makes capitalism so morally superior

to socialism, aristocracies,

dictatorships, or anything else where

someone else determines what's in your best interest

freedom and capitalism go hand-in-hand

and you cannot have one

existing without the other

but the main reason capitalism is the bomb

is because of one exceedingly simple idea.

Your work and your reward

are tied together.

Capitalism works

because it rewards and incentivizes us

to do more work

than we would otherwise have to.

Let's imagine a caveman

he and his clan live up in the mountains,

they're hunters who eat meat.

And because they're hunters

they make incredible spears

they're straight and strong

with razor sharp flint spearheads

and they're covered in elaborate carvings for good magic

but they don't do much gathering up there

so their baskets kind of look like birds' nests.

Now, down in the valley is another tribe

they grow their own food

and go out every day to harvest it and bring it home

since they do very little hunting

their spears are just thin sticks

that break almost every time

but their baskets are so well made that they can almost hold water

now one day a guy from the hunter tribe

meets a guy from the gatherer tribe in the Midlands

and these two proto-geniuses decide to make a trade

one well-built powerful spear

for one well-made intricate basket

the spear maker goes back up to the caves

everyone comes out to marvel at the wonderful basket

no one's ever seen anything like it

He is now the wealthiest man in the clan

because he has something that everybody wants

and no one else has.

Now here's the actual miracle.

If that cave mans a socialist

he's going to lend out the basket to the tribe

and it's gonna get banged up

and people will want to hog it

and that leads to several murders

until eventually the basket just falls apart

but this proto-capitalist genius

stares at the cave ceiling all night

and he says to himself, Trevor

you need to make two Spears a week

in order to survive

because that's how many get lost or broken

but if you stay up later at night

and get up earlier in the morning

I'll bet you could make an extra three Spears per week

then he realizes that his daughter is not

going to starve to death after all

because idiot son-in-law is going to

come in and help him make Spears

instead of flinging poop

at saber-toothed Tigers all day

now fortunately the gatherer is also a

free-trade capitalists and a few days

later they need to exchange three

wonderful Spears for three excellent baskets

and each goes back home

now it is true that both the spear maker and the basket

maker will have amassed more shiny

pebbles or seashells than the others in

other words more money

but who loses here

the more trading they do

the more common these items become

and the price goes down on baskets the same way it

goes down on 4k televisions

as more and more of those are made

pretty soon everybody has a better basket

than they ever imagined possible

and in the other village

everyone has an incredible spear

everybody is wealthier, everybody's life is improved

and you would think

that would make everybody happy, but not quite

because there are a few bastards up there

who do not think about the awesome baskets

that they now have

when they didn't have them before.

All they can think about

is how many shiny stones

the guy who did all the work has.

These people are bitter, envious, and miserable.

They contribute nothing but grief and whining.

Eventually, they became known as Democrats

How Do Mental Health Issues Impact Family Law Cases? - Duration: 1:37.

Some of the traits of a high-conflict personality are the blame game, and they always wanna

blame other people for the bad things that are happening in their life, and they refuse

to accept responsibility for their own behaviors, and they have a significant lack of insight

into their own behaviors.

Another important trait is their need to escalate emotion to manipulate and persuade the people

around them, though, often, if they don't get what they want, they will take it up a

notch and they'll escalate the emotion in the situation, and hopefully, then get the

response that they want and ultimately get what they're asking for.

Some of the other traits are, a lot of these personalities are very charming, they are

highly intelligent, and they typically do very well in the courtroom because, for a

short period of time, they can charm the judge, they can charm the people in the courtroom,

they can charm counselors, mental health professionals, and they use that as a means of manipulation.

So it's really important to recognize that trait, as well.

Find an attorney that truly understands the high-conflict personality so that they can

put together a plan to manage the personality and help you and assist you with the divorce

process.

How a Court Reaches a Decision When Dividing Assets - Duration: 1:19.

The last step is for the court to divide the assets or the parties to reach an agreement

in dividing the assets.

If the court were dividing the assets are Texas Family Code, provides that the court

has to divide the community assets in a manner that he or she deems just and right.

And just and right does not necessarily mean 50/50.

The court can divide the assets 60/40, 70/30, or another percentage depending on the facts

and circumstances of the case.

Factors that a court might consider and giving one spouse more than the other are fault in

the break of the marriage, a disparity of earning ability, education and future employability

of the spouses, adultery, perhaps giving more of the estate to the parent who has primary

possession of the children and other factors.

How to Determine the Value of Your Assets - Duration: 1:14.

The third step is to value the assets.

And in many estates, that's a very easy step.

Bank statements can show what the value of a bank account is.

Oftentimes, houses or other real estate is easy to value.

We can either hire an appraiser or we can agree on a value of the house or we can obtain

comparables from realtors to obtain a value.

So, those are pretty easy.

In situations where we have closely held business interest, those might be a little bit more

challenging.

Oftentimes, we engage business valuation experts to value the closely held business interest.

It's also important for the lawyer to have a thorough understanding of business valuation

methodologies and Texas Case Law as it relates to that topic.

What is Separate and Community Property? - Duration: 1:11.

The second step after we identify all the assets is to characterize the assets as separate

property or community property.

So all assets that are owned or possessed by either spouse on divorce, are presumed

to be community property.

It's important to know what is separate property, because the court cannot divide a spouse's

separate property.

The court can only divide the community property.

So if the spouse proves that certain assets are his or her separate property, those assets

go off the chart when we are talking about dividing them.

And once they're proven, the asset is confirmed to be the separate property asset of the spouse

that proves that.

And oftentimes we can get an agreement that certain assets are separate property.

What is a Cohabitation Agreement? - Duration: 1:27.

A cohabitation agreement is an agreement between two non-married partners who live together

and have a marriage-like relationship, but choose not to marry.

A cohabitation agreement provides financial structure to a relationship that's not governed

by Texas family laws.

There are many reasons why couples should consider having a cohabitation agreement.

One of the strongest reasons is that a cohabitation agreement specifically confirms that the couple

is not married, even though they are having a marriage-like relationship.

And this is important because, in Texas, we have common-law marriage, and many times,

couples who live together and have a marriage-like relationship, when it dissolves later on,

one partner may try to claim they were common-law married, and this can create a lot of stress

and cost later on, to fight that issue.

The benefits of a cohabitation agreement is that it sets out how things will be resolved

in the event of dissolution.

When is Collaborative Law a Good Option in Divorce? - Duration: 1:34.

Collaborative law is an alternative to litigation.

It is sanctioned by the Texas Family Code.

It's a highly structured dispute resolution process that is geared towards helping families

reach a resolution to their divorce without going to court.

Most divorce cases in Texas, over 90% of them end in a settlement before a final trial.

So to work a case as if it's going to final trial is very costly, inefficient and the

outcome is not as good as if you started a case, as if you were going to eventually reach

a settlement.

An out of court settlement is less costly than a litigated divorce because all of the

resources and time of the attorneys and professionals are focused on trying to come up with solutions

and resolutions to your divorce.

Collaborative is for the couple who values their family.

Who values their relationship with their children, no matter how old.

Who values wanting to come up with a solution that may not be a cookie-cutter court solution.

How Does Social Media Impact My Divorce? - Duration: 1:35.

Social media is such a big part of all of our lives now. And it tends to be something

that people turn to just at the time that their marriages are failing, or that they're

having a lot of stress about custody or other issues involving their kids. You need to know

that if you're involved i a divorce or a custody battle, your spouse or your exes attorney

will certainly be looking at your social media posts. They are gonna be looking for evidence

that might be useful as leverage in a settlement or as evidence in a courtroom. Certainly,

if you have posted yourself with a new significant other, and you're not divorced yet, that's

gonna show up as evidence in your case. Posts that show you using drugs or abusing alcohol,

are frequently used as evidence in a divorce.

Social media posts can also affect the financial division in your divorce. If you've revealed

in your inventory that you have only limited finances, or you haven't received bonuses

or commissions this year, and then you have social media posts showing a new car that

you purchased or enjoying a lavish vacation, those can really be used against you to undermine

your credibility and to also possibly get a more favorable financial division for your

What is a Premarital Agreement and Who Benefits? - Duration: 1:33.

A premarital agreement is a contract agreement that a couple enters into before the marriage,

and that agreement sets out what would happen in the event of divorce and how their marital

assets would be divided.

There are many good reasons why someone may want a premarital agreement.

This may be their second or third marriage and they want to protect their assets and

estate for their children.

Another person who would benefit from a premarital agreement is someone who has a business and

may acquire different businesses or sell those assets and then acquire different business

entities and they want to protect those assets.

Or somebody who anticipates receiving a substantial inheritance or gift and wants to protect those

assets and income from those assets.

A premarital agreement can be negotiated and should be negotiated.

Even though one spouse is coming to a marriage with lots of assets and may want to protect

those assets, it does not mean that the non-moneyed spouse does not have the power or the right

to ask for certain terms in the premarital agreement to provide security, or financial

security for him or her going forward.

Getting to Know Family Law Attorney Thomas A. Greenwald - Duration: 1:58.

My name is Tom Greenwald.

I'm a partner with GoransonBain, been licensed to practice law since 1992.

I've been with GoransonBain since 1994, and I've been Board Certified in Family Law since

1997.

My goal in working with clients is to get them through the process as efficiently and

effectively as possible.

My approach to family law is to have a planned and thoughtful approach to cases, and more

importantly, to deal with client expectation.

I feel like if clients know, going in, what to expect, then it keeps them on track throughout

the process and leads us to a more realistic and acceptable outcome.

I excel in dealing with property issues, particularly with a finance background.

I may deal with numbers and business-related issues.

And also, I deal with all the high-conflict personalities and mental health issues, particularly

with narcissistic personality disorder, bipolar personality disorder, and borderline personality

disorder or with people that have significant traits of those disorders.

Many clients have described me as being a very good listener, someone that's compassionate,

and someone that is really, truly interested in what is best for them.

There is one website, in particular, called "One Mom's Battle," where a client described

me as being compassionate, of being ethical, and truly interested in the outcome of her

case in dealing with a child custody case involving a narcissist.

My strength lies in dealing with clients in an organized, focused, and strategic way.

I am truly interested in assisting people in finalizing their case and reducing the

financial and emotional costs.

How to Prepare Your Business for Divorce If You are Self-Employed - Duration: 1:39.

When you're self-employed, you can prepare your business during the divorce, and a number

of ways before you actually begin the divorce process.

The first thing you wanna do is you wanna identify whether it's community property or

separate property.

Which means you need to look at when did you form your business?

Was it formed prior to the marriage?

Or was it formed during the marriage?

If it's formed during the marriage, then you have an issue with a community property asset

that's gonna be divided.

So once you've identified whether it's a community property or separate property asset, you wanna

start looking at your formation documents and gathering those together, because that

will help you identify what type of entity you have.

The third thing you wanna do is you wanna look at the books, you wanna make sure your

books are in order.

You wanna make sure that your profit and loss statements, your balance sheets that they're

all current and up-to-date.

You wanna make sure that your accounting has been done accurately and well, and the reason

being is that it is likely that your business will have to be valued.

You're gonna have to know how much is that business worth at the time of divorce?

Not in the future, not in the past, but at the time of divorce, what is the value on

that?

Because once you identify that value and you've identified your interest, now you know what

you have to put in your line item when you start dividing the marital estate.

The Chainsmokers – Bloodstream (Lyrics / Lyric Video) - Duration: 3:46.

[Verse 1] I've been drunk three times this week

Spent all my money on a fleeting moment I thought I-I-I-I-I-I can shake this off

Now I-I-I-I-I-I can't make this stop Yeah, things were sweet three months ago

When I was living how I wanna on my own And I thought I-I-I-I-I-I don't need that

much I guess I-I-I-I-I-I was out of touch

[Chorus] I'm fucked up, I'm faded

I'm so complicated Those things that I said

They were so overrated But I-I-I-I-I-I, yeah, I meant it

Oh yeah, I-I-I-I-I-I, really fucking meant it

Yeah, I meant it

[Verse 2] I gave up three times this week

Went through those feelings Like I wasn't worth nothing

I thought I-I-I-I-I-I can shake this off No, I-I-I-I-I-I can't be this soft

[Chorus] I'm fucked up, I'm faded

I'm so complicated Those things that I said

They were so overrated But I-I-I-I-I-I, yeah, I meant it

Oh yeah, I-I-I-I-I-I, really fucking meant it

Yeah, I meant it

[Middle 8] I'm fucked up, I'm faded

I'm so complicated Those things that I said

They were so overrated But I-I-I-I-I, yeah, I meant it

Patreon & Branding - theJunieBird - VEDA day EIGHTEEN - Duration: 3:43.

So, at the beginning of the month, I

mentioned that one of my goals for this

VEDA is to get a Patreon page started.

And it's more than a halfway through

VEDA at this point, and that's not

something that I've actually done. So the

other day I sat down and made myself an

account on at patreon.com, which brought

up some questions. What is my branding?

Like, what am I? Who am I? Why am I? When am I?

No, I, that's, I know when I am. What is my brand? Is it

honesty and vulnerability? Is that how I

come across? That's one of the things I'm

aiming for, but I don't know if that's

always what comes across in my videos?

Is it color based? Or mood based? Or style

based? Is it visual at all? Or is it more

conceptual? And how do I translate either

of those things into something that is

easy to understand and I digest on a

Patreon page? I have no idea! How do I

describe who I am? And why this is so

difficult for me? I have been making

videos on YouTube in some form or

another for more than four years now. Why

do I still struggle so much trying to

figure out how to describe what I make

online? So, in this video is half VEDA

video, and half cry for help. Um...

help? How would you describe me and my

channel in five words or less? And how do

you patreon? What's in a brand? Ahhhh! In all

seriousness, if anyone is interested in

getting a sneak peak of my Patreon page,

I will be launching it in I guess what

I'll call a soft launch, in the next

couple of days, so if you let me know

down in the comments or via Twitter I

will be sure to send you the link as

soon as it is available. And the rest of

you will have to wait until May. I hope

you get a chance to do something that you

love today. Please let me know down in

the comments what you think of my

personal branding, or if you don't feel

like going into that, have you ever

struggled to brand yourself and your

content on YouTube, and how did you

figure that out or get past that? I

would really appreciate any stories or

advice that you have for me, let me know

down in the comments. I love you guys.

I'll see you tomorrow. Happy VEDA.

A pun or two and maybe a riddle.

Here goes.

--introduction

Are you ready for a few laughs?

Lets get started.

Why did Tigger stick his head in the toilet?

--pause-- He was looking for Pooh!

--pause-- I once offered a Teddy Bear Dinner.

--pause--

Teacher said: I hope I didn't see you looking at John's exam?

And the Student replied: I hope you didn't either.

What did Cinderella say when her photos did not show up?

Someday my prints will come!

--pause--

Was that suppose to be funny?

Sometimes you have to scrape the bottom of the barrel.

--pause--

Here is a joke titled a wrinkle in time.

A little girl got on her grandpa's lap and said, "Did God make me?"

"Yes," the grandpa replied.

"Did God make you too?"

"Yes," the grandpa said.

"Well," the little girl said, looking at his wrinkles and thinning hair.

"He sure is doing a better job nowadays!"

--pause--

Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson went camping.

They pitched their tent under the stars and went to sleep.

Sometime in the middle of the night Holmes woke Watson up and said: "Watson, look up

at the stars, and tell me what you see."

Watson replied: "I see millions and millions of stars."

Holmes said: "And what do you deduce from that?"

Watson replied: "Well, if there are millions of stars, and if even a few of those have

planets, it's quite likely there are some planets like Earth out there.

And if there are a few planets like Earth out there, there might also be life."

And Holmes said: "Watson, are you dense, it means that somebody stole our tent."

Oh I just got that...

My Favorite Pretty Little Liars #Endgame Theories - Duration: 11:08.

Hello my friends! Kaitlyn here! And how do you think Pretty Little Liars is going to end?

(INTRO MUSIC)

Today I'm going to talk about my favorite theories because there are only 10 episodes left EVER of Pretty Little Liars....ahhhh!

All of my shows are ending. It's really sad.

So I'll tell you a little bit about these theories and why I think they may be good or wouldn't work and then

what I think my favorite theories is. And let's go!

#1 is the Dollhouse Theory which I wrote about in a blog once and is still like one of my favorite theories.

I don't think it will work anymore. It made more sense after the girls had been in the dollhouse, but it's the

idea that Alison or one of the girls is actually in Radley or some mental institution and everything that's happened

in the show is just like her playing with dolls and making up these stories and kind of torturing people so really

Alison is the ultimate A because it's all in her head. But this is also very Lost-esque and I know that people hate

when it's revealed at the end of a big journey that all of it was in someone's head. I sort of like that sometimes

I've always found that interesting and like HUUUUUHHHH! I NEVER WOULD HAVE IMAGINED!

Another theory that has always been floating around is that Aria is actually A because everything started when she came back Iceland.

Now this doesn't make much sense anymore because really the first two seasons of Pretty Little Liars we know

who A was. It was definitely Mona. We're pretty much like "The stuff that happened in those seasons, pretty

cut and dried." It's when CeCe takes over and what happens after that, that is questionable.

So why would Aria be A or Uber A or A.D. now?

The things I do think kind of could put a little check by Aria being A though is that after the dollhouse she

seemed the most damaged I think from all the girls. So I could 1.) See her going kinda crazy.

And I feel like she's got the kind of deer in the headlights and just kinda "I'm going crazy" look in her eyes since

everything with Ezra and Nicole has come up. I don't know how it could really fit with Aria being A but I just think there's more to Aria than they're letting on.

She just seems too innocent of a character. It just, I don't know!

I think that's why there are so many people who've wanted her to be A because there's always something just with a question mark over Aria.

Like they go to that basement and find all those files on the girls and who's the only girl that doesn't have a file. Uh...Aria!

Okay! Next theory is Ezra being A. Now I've always loved Ezra. Even though he's kind of creepy and like

predatorily went after an underage girl like first he just wanted to date her and then two, it was because he was

actually sort of stalking her and trying to get close to her so that he could learn about her friend who was

supposedly dead at the time because he was writing a book and that's really messed up. And when you think

about that I don't know how Aria has actually forgiven him and is now engaged to him.

Huh, I think it's just that everyone really likes Ian Harding like as an actor he's just really adorable and sweet.

And he plays adorable, sweet Ezra really well but he can also play like creepy, sketchy Ezra really well too.

And you still kind of like him then anyway.

Okay, so what does Ezra have in his corner that could point to him being A? Well, he does come from money.

And we know that there's always been some sketchy dealings going on. And whatever girl he gets involved

with seems to something bad happen to her, disappear...eh eh?

So basically he could have some ulterior motives. Maybe he is really like money crazed and wants to have another

best-selling book. But I don't know how Nicole fits into all of this. Like did he pay to have her kidnapped?

I mean, that seems crazy! Next we have Wren as A, who I have always wanted to be A because he's never really

there enough but always pops up when you need him. He's 1.) smart and 2.) a doctor so he has access to

the medical records that have been faked and manipulated for like Alison and Bethany and like Mary Drake and all the people

that nothing would make sense unless like medical records had been forged.

Also, if Wren were A, it does feed into the idea that Melissa is somehow involved because - this is important

- because Wren by himself doesn't really have enough beef against the girls, I mean like, yeah, I guess

Spencer kind of ruined his engagement to Melissa but really in the grand scheme of all the things, the bad

things that the girls have done...what's happened to Wren is pretty low.

So the idea that maybe Wren and Melissa are working together or that Melissa's really calling the shots and

Wren is you know like following her orders, those are all things that I would believe a little more.

Next we have the theory that Byron is A. And that's Byron Montgomery, aka Aria's dad.

Now I see this theory a lot and I think it's because because people want to pin being A on someone who's legitimately an adult and has access to money and

just things that adults have that you know, 16-year-olds don't. And so looking at the parents is something that's become very common and it tends to go to Byron

because you know, he's been blackmailed and manipulated very much by Alison and I guess CeCe in a way too. But I just generally don't understand this theory

because if it were true, it would make PLL so dark. I mean, this is like a grown adult who is so angry or twisted or out for revenge that they go after CeCe

for blackmailing them. And it's somehow feels different than the rest of the tone of the show.

Now I know he was a suspect when it came to who killed Alison but I don't think anybody really believed

that he killed her. And if nothing else I don't think it's the shock value that Marlene is gonna go for in this finale.

The final theory that I came across today when I was researching for this video. And it blew my mind!

So there's a Tumblr called "The Best PLL Theories" and that's where I found this one and it's the idea that Alison was actually working with CeCe the whole time

and I believe it because if you think back to the reveal when CeCe was revealed to be Charlotte, to be Charles.

Everything that plays out is Alison in a room asking questions to CeCe and the girls are in another room watching this all happen on a screen.

So basically this is all just a rehearsed act between Alison and CeCe and it's CeCe deciding to purposely

come forward and pretend that she's crazy so that she'll go to a mental institution instead of prison for what

she's done and so Alison kind of protecting her sister. And the idea is that Alison and CeCe have actually been

working together this whole time. "That Night" Alison and CeCe were working together to kill Bethany Young.

Because Alison was jealous of the attention that Jessica was giving to Bethany and so they wanted to kill her and

then she ended up being killed but they didn't even have to it, but they wanted to make sure someone else had the

blame. Now I like this idea because I have never bought it that Alison is as reformed and redeemed as she acts. Plus I really like Sasha playing a villain character, I think

she's really good at it!

Okay! So then this theory goes on to post-time jump. And there we have the new Uber A, so who is that?

And this theory says it's Melissa. It goes on to say that Melissa and Spencer are both Mary Drake's daughters

and that Melissa killed Charlotte and is now trying to find someone to blame for it.

But the only place I feel like this theory gets a little thin is that the reason Melissa is doing this is because she

and everyone else apparently has been trying to protect Spencer from knowing that she is Mary Drake's daughter and CeCe's sister. And also that Melissa hated Charlotte

but I don't really blame her there because she's kind of a horrible person.

So I really liked this theory and I liked the idea of Melissa being A because she has been around since the very beginning. And I kind of believe, she's smart enough

to do this. I think she has the resources to do it. The motivation behind it that I think is maybe kind of lacking

but I do like this idea that both Melissa and Spencer are Mary Drake's daughters. There's kind of that evidence of

when Mary Drake talked to Spencer at one point. She made a comment about Spencer and Melissa in the same photo and how much they look alike.

I don't know. It's a mess. There are a lot of plot holes right now. And what I'm hoping is that they'll clear those up in these final 10 episodes.

That the reveal, the twists will actually be a way of answering a lot of those plot holes. That they were purposefully left there to answer in the big finale endgame.

But I mean, come on. In this day and age, who thinks that far ahead?

So finally, I want to leave you guys with some questions that I have that NEED to be answered in these final 10 episodes. This is probably too many questions

but let's, fingers crossed! That at least half of them get answered.

Who killed Jessica DiLaurentis? We still don't know!

Who is Charles'/Charlotte/CeCe's father?

Who is Bethany Young for realz? Like how did she get screwed up in this mess and end up dead?

If Mary Drake is Spencer's real mom, then who is Spencer's real dad?

How are Melissa and Jason related to this whole crazy Mary Drake, mom-of-Spencer revelation?

Will Aria and Ezra get married or does she just need to move on?

Why does everyone hate Spaleb so much?!

Where the heck is Mike? And where's Mike and Mona's happy ending?

Why do the girls never trust Mona? I mean, she's legit like the smartest, except for maybe Spencer. They need some more brains! So please, please call her into the action some more!

Is Alison pregnant with Emily's eggs?

This little piece of hair is driving me insane!

Who's the father of Alison's baby?

Are #Haleb or #Spoby endgame? I hope so!

Will A.D. be someone completely forgotten up until this point?

And finally, will the ending of PLL be as satisfying as I need it to be? Or will it be kind of disappointing like the CeCe reveal?

So the question for you guys, are you gonna be watching the final 10 episodes of Pretty Little Liars?

Can you believe that we're watching it when we're not in retirement homes? I didn't think that was gonna happen!

Plus you gotta remember to like, favorite, share, and subscribe if this video made you smile!

See you guys on Thursday!

Just wanted to apologize for the echo in the video. While playing this game with my friend, I didn't have a splitter cable for both of us to use headphones. So I put my speaker in the background, but made sure we could still hear the sounds.

My french sucks, but I am fearless (Subtitles in English) - Duration: 3:20.

Hey Everybody! Today I want to make a video in French because it's something I'm afraid of doing.

I am... I speak Spanish and English well. But I don't speak

French that well. I'm learning French. And really, I don't speak it well.

I... My french is... really crappy.

For me, the french R... the R

For me, the R...

R R... The R... R R

The french R is really hard to pronounce... Ugh. It's impossible.

But I don't give a crap. I 'm not afraid

of making mistakes. I speak with a lot of french people. I speak with

a lot of french on... online. And they... they... to help me. They help me.

They correct me... correct... They help me with my mistakes, and that's how I learn.

And I'm not... I'm not afraid of making mistakes when I speak French. Actually, I love making mistakes.

Because I know that making mistakes is the best way to learn a language.

It's not possible to learn a language without making mistakes. It's impossible.

I know that when I make a mistake, it... it's an opp... oportunity to learn, and to improve.

So, for me, mistakes are my friends. And maybe people... people will laugh at me.

I don't give a crap. I want to learn French, so I have to practice, and I have to make mistakes.

And the unique... the uni... the uniquely manner... The only way of learning

of learning a language is to practice and to make mistakes. It's not a problem if you

make mistakes.
