Forces to the Korean peninsula in case of conflict.

peace and stability.

Well Jihye, China's foreign ministry spokesman Lu Kang said Beijing noted these developments
in the Japanese government.
He was referring to Tokyo's recent plan to designate North Korea's launched missile falling
into Japan's territorial sea as "armed attack emergency" and vow to send Self Defense forces
if anything happens on the Korean Peninsula.
The spokesman also said he identifies with previous comments made by his South Korean
counterpart Cho June-hyuck, who said such moves by Japan would have negative impacts
on regional peace and stability.
Lu reaffirmed Beijing's firm, clear and consistent opposition to a nuclear-capable North Korea
and urged all relevant parties to exercise restraint and work collectively to lower tension
in the region, rather than add fuel to the fire.
He even cited a phrase used by former U.S. Vice President Joe Biden, saying "the only
conflict worse than one that is intended is one that is unintended".
He also said allies should guard against attempts to achieve ulterior political motives by creating
tension and stoking contradiction.
Amid this Japanese media are reporting that the defense ministers of Japan and Australia
have agreed to carry out a joint military exercise sometime next year.
The reported plan came after Tomomi Inada and Marise Payne held talks in Tokyo on Wednesday
to discuss the North Korean issue.

It certainly seems Prince Charles thinks so.
Prince William is constantly off attending to royal duties, working with East Anglian
Air Ambulance, partying at social events, and playing polo.
Kate, who is a fan of the homemaker lifestyle, had her mother and family as a constant support
system that began a royal revolution that shifted power in favor of the Duchess.
After shattering royal protocol, Queen Elizabeth has clearly had enough of the March of the
Middletons and banished Carole Middleton along with Michael, James, and Pippa Middleton.
Kate Middleton is now alone with the staff who are likely loyal spies to the Queen and
her two children Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
Kate also returned to the public eye after a 4 month maternity leave that left everyone
labeling her as Duchess of Do Little and Lazy Katie.
However, her reappearance didn�t reveal a well rested and renewed Duchess of Cambridge.
Kate looked exhausted, troubled, and like she was just released from the madhouse.
The forced smile and new bangs did little to hide the fact that it appears the royal

China is reportedly bracing for another nuclear test by North Korea, with a key military anniversary
coming up next week.
Beijing has also warned North Korea to refrain from rhetoric that stokes regional tension.
Kwon Jang-ho reports.
China's leadership are bracing for a nuclear test by Pyongyang next week.
That's according to Chinese news site Boxun, whose sources say the government considers
the most likely time for a test to be around April 25th, the 85th anniversary of the foundation
of the Korean People's Army.
There had been speculation that a nuclear test was going to take place last week, to
coincide with another important anniversary, the 105th birthday of the regime's late founder,
Kim Il-Sung.
But that date came and went, although a failed missile launch did take place a day after.
A sixth nuclear test by Pyongyang has been expected for a while now.
U.S. based monitoring group, 38 North, has been detecting increased activity around the
Punggye-ri test site for the last month.
But the latest satellite imagery shows a somewhat unusual sight -- groups of workers playing
volleyball.
The images picked up three different locations around the facility where games were being
played, and according to an expert from 38 North, that either suggests the site is going
into "standby mode" or that it's a deliberate ploy to confuse the U.S. and others.
But despite this, the South Korean government reiterated that the world always needs to
be ready.
"We believe that North Korea can carry out a nuclear test at any time.
Therefore whether they were playing volleyball or whatever they were doing -- I don't think
it's an important factor as to whether they will test a nuke or not."
Meanwhile, the Chinese foreign ministry spoke out against the recent aggressive rhetoric
coming from Pyongyang.
Earlier this week, a senior North Korean official said in an interview that the regime will
test nuclear weapons on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis if necessary.
Beijing's foreign ministry urged all parties to tone down their provocative language and
work towards de-escalating tensions.

Lu reaffirmed Beijing's firm, clear and consistent opposition to a nuclear-capable North Korea
and urged all relevant parties to exercise restraint and work collectively to lower tension
in the region, rather than add fuel to the fire.
He even cited a phrase used by former U.S. Vice President Joe Biden, saying "the only
conflict worse than one that is intended is one that is unintended".
He also said allies should guard against attempts to achieve ulterior political motives by creating
tension and stoking contradiction.
Amid this Japanese media are reporting that the defense ministers of Japan and Australia
have agreed to carry out a joint military exercise sometime next year.
The reported plan came after Tomomi Inada and Marise Payne held talks in Tokyo on Wednesday
to discuss the North Korean issue.

Japan denies wartime sex slavery despite court documents - Duration: 0:47.
Japan is once again denying its history of wartime sexual slavery, despite the release
of new documents that shed fresh light on the atrocities.
Deputy Chief Cabinet Secretary Koichi Hagiuda said in a briefing on Wednesday, that the
documents don't provide direct evidence of a systematic mobilization of sex slaves.
On Monday, Japan's Justice Ministry and the National Archives, submitted 182 court documents,
showing records of women being threatened with violence and being forcibly recruited.
Japan's Cabinet Office is also coming under fire for removing a link from the government
homepage, which contained a report detailing the 1923 massacre of Koreans in Japan after
the Great Kanto Earthquake.
