HOW-TO ☆ Drawstring Ponytail On Natural Hair - Duration: 5:01.

Hey Lovebirdz, so I'm back with another video

And I have no makeup on I just have contacts on because if not, I cannot see anything!

So we're going to be using the Sensationnel. I think it's called the Perm Yaki 30

It's super duper long, these are the little things that you need the little supplies

So you know your little toothbrush little spooley for my edges

I had some Mascara to fill in my edges cause yall know my edge situation aint all that poppin

and I also had the colored edge control which I always have linked in my description area from

Amazon if you guys are interested

So, I had my hair in some little funny-looking twists, and I just kind of took it out

And it's kind of looking a little bit long here. I was kind of surprised when I looked at the video

I'm like oh, okay, girl

Anyways what I did here I used a little bit of water and it was just a little tad of conditioner

But it's mainly water

And I just kind of sprayed it on there because my hair was like really thick and hard to manage at this point

It was previously blown out, and washed. It was nice and clean, but it was like Super rough and tough

So I just tried to make a ponytail as high as my little arms could make it

you know this was this is where that little spooley thing comes into play because

It's actually pretty good for the edges. I don't know where I saw this before, but I saw it somewhere it actually works pretty well

That and but I've still got a revert back to my good old toothbrush because my toothbrush never fails me so I bought this

In order to kind of lay my hair down

It was actually the wrong one it was the right brand, but the wrong product

I was looking at this like oh my gosh. What am I supposed to do with this?

It was supposed to be like a wrap just to like wrap my hair the edges. I gotta

Find the right one. I

Think I press check out too quickly when I bought it

Anyway, so let's go ahead and put on the ponytail just kind of make sure that it's really secure in there

Somehow someway, I made this little thing work actually I said like cut it in half and it worked it up a little rubber

band to keep it because it wasn't able to like actually tie end and

Now we are going to go ahead and transform

BOOM

Alright, so we are back and yes! this is actually looking really really Super Fierce

I love the makeup that I did. I mean TOOT TOOT my own horn your girl is back!

I mean, I don't always like to do too much with the makeup

But sometimes you know a little bit of eyeliner can definitely make a huge difference, and I love my little swavorski crystals

And I've been doing that before was a trend honey. I was looking like a dang fool walking around with Rhinestones

I even put them on my teeth yall when I younger.

Yeah, I was a crazy before they had a little tooth tattoos

It was me putting rhinestones on my teeth, but yes you guys. Thanks for watching

I really hope you enjoyed and this was me just kind of playing around putting it in a bun real quick a huge bun

Stay fabulous , live free & soar limitless. I'll see you on the next one

#Duo thrill fans at supporters' club event - Duration: 4:31.

Duo thrill fans at supporters' club event

Members of the various Chelsea supporters' clubs from across China came together for a special event at the team hotel in Beijing, with the crowd entertained by technical director Michael Emenalo and special guest Cesar Azpilicueta.

The event, which was hosted by Chelsea TV's Lee Parker, gave local fans an opportunity to put their questions to Emenalo, who discussed a wide range of subjects, including the departure of club legend John Terry, the development of our young players and the importance of winning trophies every season.

The supporters in attendance were understandably excited about the arrival of Alvaro Morata, who officially became a Chelsea player yesterday, and Emenalo told them what the Spaniard will bring to the side.

'He is a striker who fits the exact characteristics of what the coach wanted, and that is important,' he said.

'It's not just about signing a player because of his name, but signing a player because he is what the coach is looking for. We are very excited to have him and you will appreciate him because he is a wonderful player.

'He is young and has played a lot of important games, but he's not been over-used, so we are getting a player who is fresh, talented and will have a lot of years to give to the club.

After praising the work of our supporters' clubs all around the world Emenalo departed, but the guests didn't have to wait long for the big surprise of the evening, the arrival of Azpilicueta.

The defender was afforded a wonderful reception as he entered the room as the fans screamed with excitement and sung his name.

Azpilicueta then answered questions from the supporters, with one youngster asking him who his best friend at the club is. media. tinthethao. com. vn/files/bongda/2017/02/20/eden-hazard-cau-thu-xuat-sac-nhat-premier-league-2016-2017-135118jpg.

jpg. 'My best friend, as I've always said, is Eden Hazard,' he responded. 'We moved to the club at the same time, we came from the same league and we spoke French together.

It's a good friendship and we live pretty much next door to each other so he is the person I spend the most time with.'.

Like Emenalo, he was then asked about Morata. 'He is a striker who can give us different solutions and what he has showed up until now has been amazing,' said Azpilicueta.

'He has played for Real Madrid and Juventus, he has experience in big tournaments and hopefully he can adapt to the Premier League and do a great job for us.

Anson Mui, who was the translator on the night and helped put the event together, explained why these type of occasions are so crucial for the local fans.

'The interaction between the club and its supporters is very important,' he said. 'To have Michael Emenalo and Cesar Azpilicueta here has been amazing because this is the first official fan event in mainland China, so it means a lot to them.

'We can all meet up and watch a game, but the fact we are official means people can come along, have their picture taken with the Premier League trophy and meet some important figures.

It's been a very good night so we are all pleased.'. The evening then came to an end with members of the audience being awarded Chelsea prizes in a raffle.

How we Saved a Young Family $500 Per Month on Their Repayments - Duration: 1:44.

So I wanted to talk today about debt consolidations.

We had a family come in last month. A young family. Mum and Dad, two children under the age of five.

Mum had taken the last four years off to raise the family.

To raise the two boys and the Dad was the only one working full time.

They had gone from two full time wages before they had kids, now to just one full time wage and they were finding things were still too tight at the end of the month cash flow wise.

So we sat down and we talked to them about how we could restructure their finances.

To improve their cash flow and make things a bit easier for them.

They had a couple of credit cards that they were just making the minimum repayments on so they weren't really getting anywhere with it.

They also had a car loan with a fairly high repayment.

So after some careful consideration we consolidated those debts into their mortgage and gave them just one repayment to focus on.

In the end we saved them about $500. Their payments prior to the consolidation were about $2200 for the mortgage, two credit cards and a car loan.

And so after the consolidation their repayments were down to $1700 and they had an extra $500 each month to help them manage cash flow and just make things a lot easier for them.

Now in two or three years time, when both the boys are in school, the Mum will return to work and then we'll be able to sit down again and work out how we can get that debt down faster.

That mortgage down a lot faster but for now the most important thing is cash flow.

If you find yourself in a similar situation where you've got credit cards and car loans hanging over your head, please give us a call. We'd love to help.

Product Life Cycle - Duration: 2:36.

Just as people go through infancy, childhood, adulthood and old age, the products and brands

also goes through the same.

In simple terms the PLC describes the stages through which the products passes.

As the product moves through the stages of the life cycle, the 4P's changes accordingly.

There are 4 stages of the product life cycle that is the introduction, growth, maturity and decline.

Introduction Stage This is the 1st stage of PLC.

During which the product is newly launched in the market and due to this the advertising and promotional activities are more. And hence to raise the awareness of the customers

The price of the product can either be high in order to recover the cost quickly or it can be low to encourage early adoption from the customers.

The revenue is mostly negative at this stage as the costs are high.

The second is the Growth Stage In this the revenue starts to flow in

and the customers are more aware about the product in the market.

The advertisement and promotional cost are lower as compared to the introduction stage.

As the competition begins so the pricing focuses on the competitive pricing. And this stage creates more profitability for the company

The 3rd stage that is the Maturity Stage

The pace of the revenue growth slows down in this stage

And there will be little amount of profit that is generated by the product.

The advertisement and promotion focuses on reminding the customers about the product in the market.

New variants, size, flavors are introduced for the product. And the promotion is done to differentiate the product from the competition

The last and the 4th stage is the Decline stage At this stage the product does not give the

expected returns to the company.

The sales figure goes down.

The company starts to offer free products at lower price in order to finish up the stocks.

And finally the Promotional expenses will be minimal.

And hence the product is withdrawn from the market.

So there are 4 stages of PLC.

There is no time limit of each stage and it depends upon many factors like demand of the

customers, promotions, price, etc.

Make Potassium Chlorate by Electrolysis - The Basic Guide - Part 2 - Duration: 6:31.

Greetings fellow nerds.

In a previous video i made a potassium chlorate cell to make potassium chlorate from potassium chloride water and electricity.

It is now 40 days later and we're going to harvest our yield of potassium chlorate.

So here is the cell.

Current is still flowing and the voltage hasn't risen significantly.

So our electrodes are likely still good and there hasn't been too much damage to the clips.

Let me open it up.

There is some spray out and condensation in the bottom but that's minor.

There is some salt creep and corrosion around the electrodes, but that's to be expected.

Electrolysis is still proceeding vigorously.

Okay let me turn that off and get the electrodes out.

On a side note you can see the potassium chlorate crystals crystallizing on the anode itself.

This is something you want to avoid as this blocks the solution from reacting with the anode.

In my cell this was unavoidable since the electrodes were as big as my container.

But if you can, generally keep your electrodes off the bottom of the cell so they're not covered by precipitating potassium chlorate.

Anyway, here is the cell with the electrodes removed.

And we have a beautiful crop of large potassium chlorate crystals.

So now we decant off most of the solution.

And finally, we filter the crystals and air dry them.

Now let's take a look at the supernatant.

There is a slight greenish tint indicating the presence of unreacted potassium hypochlorite.

You can see the color slightly better in this earlier video.

Anyway, if you intend to make more potassium chlorate right away

then you can simply pour this supernatant back into the cell,

check the density, top up potassium chloride and keep going.

Since this solution is already full of potassium hypochlorite and chlorates

you'll have a head start in potassium chlorate production.

If on the other hand you don't intend to restart production soon

or if you actually want to discard the solution and stop completely.

You may want to convert the last bit of potassium hypochlorite to potassium chlorate and squeeze out a tiny bit more yield.

To do this simply heat up the solution until it starts boiling.

As it boils the potassium hypochlorite will disproportionate into potassium chlorate.

Now the reaction actually works best if you control the pH to 6.7 but high temperatures will suffice.

In advanced chlorate cells the solution is kept hot while it's running to produce potassium chlorate continuously.

But boiling temperatures would actually damage the electrodes in addition to wasting power.

In that case pH control is absolutely necessary so less damaging temperatures can be used while still being hot enough to convert the hypochlorite.

Okay, once the solution is at a good rolling boil, turn off the heating and let it cool.

Small crystals of potassium chlorate will precipitate out.

And there it is, a small extra amount of potassium chlorate.

It's not a huge amount so doing this treatment to maximize yield is optional.

I'll let you decide if you want to do it or not.

Now at this point i am going to store my depleted solution for future runs of potassium chlorate.

This solution still has potassium chloride and is saturated with potassium chlorate so i might as well keep it.

I find empty bleach bottles best for storage since they are designed to hold exactly this sort of highly corrosive oxidizing alkali.

And there we have it, potassium chlorate.

Our recovered yield was 705g after 40 days at 2 amps.

Under theoretically ideal conditions for the same amount of time and current we should have 1463g of potassium chlorate.

So our yield was 48% of maximum.

While it is a bit a low i'm still very pleased because the actual cost of that much electricity was about $2.

Spending $2 to convert 705g of chemicals is a bargain even at 48% efficiency.

If i had perfect efficiency my electricity cost would have been $1.

As you can see spending hundreds of dollars to make a highly efficient cell isn't justified unless you're making potassium chlorate in hundred kilogram quantities.

Anyway, at this point you can save these crystals as is and use them for your experiments.

They are however somewhat large.

If you prefer a fine powder you'll have to grind these up.

Alternatively we can recrystallize them and get smaller purer crystals that way.

Transfer the crystals to large beaker or flask and add water.

I'm using some of the water to wash out my beakers and funnels to get maximum transfer.

The ratio is about 100mL of water for every 60g of potassium chlorate.

So i'm using a total of 1.2 liters of water.

Now simply heat it up until it completely dissolves.

This dissolving has the added effect of releasing any entrapped impurities like potassium chloride.

So when we recrystallize we'll have a somewhat purer product.

Okay everything is dissolved. Now we turn off the heating and let it cool.

When things slowly crystallize, like in the chlorate cell, they tend to form large crystals.

But when they're forced to crystallize very quickly.

They tend to form very small crystals.

This gives us the basis for controlling crystal size.

For pyrotechnics and similar, smaller crystals are prefered for faster and more consistent reactions.

Okay it's cool. Let me filter it. And there we go.

A much finer product of potassium chlorate.

The supernatant is now saturated with potassium chlorate and released impurities like potassium chloride

so i recommend storing that too and using it in future potassium chlorate runs.

Anyway, here is the comparison of the potassium chlorate both before and after recrystallization.

As you can see, recrystallization has considerably reduced the crystal size.

To test it we mix it with about a one third equivalent by mass of sugar and set it on fire.

That intense burn confirms we have a powerful oxidizer.

And there you have it.

Took over a month, but with some simple parts you can buy off ebay, we made potassium chlorate by electrolysis of potassium chloride.

In a future video i'll build a more advanced cell that produces potassium chlorate at greater rates with even higher efficiency in a smaller space.

Thanks for watching.

U.S. warns citizens. STAY OUT OF NORTH KOREA. - Duration: 4:11.

Welcome back fellow news hounds. I'm Gruffdkins and this is where

you'll find some of the stories you may not see on your standard news networks.

Today's stories are: Chinese and Russian Navy's join forces for wargames. And

American citizens told STAY OUT of North Korea. So let's get into it. Chinese

warships have today joined Russian naval vessels for a joint exercise in the

Baltic Sea. This is the first time China has undertaken exercises of this kind in

this region and it appears they are using it as an opportunity to display

their rapidly expanding naval forces. Experts say it is a show of force in

response to recent drills in the Indian Ocean involving the United States, India,

and Japan. The war games are expected to start on Monday and run through until

the 31st of July and includes China's most advanced guided missile destroyer

the type 52 D Changsha and the missile frigate Yuncheng as well as other

support vessels. Naval helicopters and land-based Russian fighter bombers will

also take part. Under the command of a Russian Vice Admiral and a Chinese Vice

Admiral they will concentrate on anti-submarine, anti-aircraft, and

anti-ship drills. China has been advancing its military at a rapid rate over the last

few years pushing to be seen as a major sea power even eventually hoping to

rival the US Navy. The United States European Command said "We are closely

tracking Russian exercises with other participants like China. We expect all

nations to adhere to international laws and norms."

There's no doubt NATO sees this as something that needs watching very

closely.

In other news US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has imposed travel

restrictions on all US citizens traveling to North Korea. The

restrictions will be registered next week and take effect 30 days after that

making it illegal to enter the country on a US passport. This comes shortly

after the tragic death of young american student Otto Wambier who passed away in June

after being sent to a North Korean prison camp. Unbelievably he was

sentenced to 15 years hard labor for stealing a poster. Banning Americans from

setting foot on North Korean territory anyone who violates the restrictions

could be heavily fined and face up to ten years in jail. Possibly using the

travel ban as a way of further isolating the hermit regime Donald Trump has been

frustrated by Kim jong-un's continued development of its ballistic missile

program and nuclear program despite sanctions and international pressure.

Earlier this year President Trump said he would never allow North Korea to be

able to threaten the American mainland but the world was caught by surprise

when they successfully tested an ICBM capable of reaching Alaska. Since then

tensions have reached an all-time high and everyone is watching to see what

will happen next. Some are even wondering if this blanket travel ban could be a

way of keeping American citizens out of harm's way

ready for a possible military strike against the North Korean regime. Whatever

happens we will try to keep you informed so hit that subscribe button for further

updates. And don't forget. The world is watching so please be kind to each other.

This is a novelty from the company VARI, I have on the channel not so long ago already had a review of their products, who are interested - I will leave a reference to the video in the description.

This is a thick cast, not stamped frying pan - which is very important for grills, because Than it is thicker and more massive, the better.

Its size is 28x28 cm with sides of medium height.

Suitable for all types of plates, except induction.

As stated by the manufacturer, the frying pan is made of a high-strength alumina alloy,

It does not undergo deformation, can withstand strong and prolonged heating,

And also resistant to temperature changes.

The handle is removable, made of heat-resistant plastic, with a convenient button and reliable fixation,

That allows you to use a frying pan for baking in the oven,

As well as for compact placement in the dishwasher and storage.

Frying pan is heavy, weighs 1.7 kg., And that it was more convenient to use an additional cast knob.

And now let's test it.

I'll cook steaks from pork, I'll cook fish and vegetables,

Although the grill pan is a universal "tool" for cooking any kind of meat, poultry, fish, seafood, vegetables and even fruits.

We install the frying pan on the stove and before you put the products on it - we warm it well.

In the meantime, the frying pan heats up, we prepare meat steaks.

I took them out of the refrigerator beforehand so that they would warm up to room temperature.

Sprinkle them on one side with salt,

, Freshly ground pepper,

A pinch of fragrant herbs and lightly oiled with olive oil.

This is done so that during the frying on the surface of the steak a ruddy crust is formed, which will seal the juice in the meat thickness.

Stack the steaks with a lubricated side on an absolutely dry and well heated pan

And fry for 3-4 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the steak.

Due to the thickened bottom, the meat is quickly and evenly cooked on the entire frying surface.

Steaks I laid on a diagonal frying pan to create an interesting drawing.

There are several degrees of roasting meat, I will fry until fully cooked.

Do not forget to turn on the hood or open the window. During the preparation of steaks, we will smoke a lot.

We wanted meat with smoke? :)

The meat was fried for 4 minutes on one side, and before turning it over, sprinkle the steaks with salt,

Aromatic herbs, black pepper and lightly sprinkled with olive oil.

If you cook fatty meat, then you can not lubricate with oil.

Turn the steaks and fry them for another 4 minutes on the reverse side.

If desired, you can turn the meat from a different angle to give an interesting picture on its surface.

After 4 minutes we put pieces of meat on the rib from the fat layer and fry for another literally 1 minute.

Try to do this quickly, so as not to overeat the meat.

Steaks are completely ready, we shift them to a plate, cover them with a lid and let the meat take a few minutes to "rest".

And now fry fish.

We rinse the frying pan under the running water after the meat and put it on the fire again, and while it is warming up, we prepare the fish steaks.

Sprinkle them on one side with salt, paprika, freshly ground black pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and lightly grease with olive oil.

We spread the fish with a lubricated side on a dry, well-heated frying pan and fry on one side for 3 minutes.

Before turning the fish, do not forget to salt it, sprinkle with pepper, paprika, pour lemon juice and grease with olive oil.

Carefully turn the steaks and fry them on the other side for no more than 2-3 minutes.

Correct the roasting time, depending on the thickness of the steaks.

I note that the frying pan has excellent non-stick properties,

And according to the manufacturer, the coating "Quantanium" is very durable and resistant to scratches.

Meat and fish are ready and we will fry vegetables.

For this, I cut onions, garlic, zucchini, eggplant, mushrooms, zucchini, red and green bell peppers, tomato and lemon.

Quality non-stick coating, allows you to cook on this frying pan without oil.

Vegetables I did not lubricate anything and did not salt, fried them in an absolutely dry frying pan.

Our meat, fish steaks and vegetables are ready!

And now let's see what we got, we'll cut the steaks.

As you can see, they are completely ready, the pulp is juicy, tender and extraordinarily aromatic.

I wish everyone a pleasant appetite!

It remains only to wash the frying pan, it is very easy to take care of it, after cooking it is enough to simply rinse it or send it to a dishwasher.

Jihoon's Thoughts | Original Characters - Duration: 5:24.

Hello, everybody Jihoon here!

Before I get into this topic, I'd like to say please consider

This is only my opinion, and I don't mean that upset or offend anyone with it

Well.

Lately more and more Rants come up on YouTube about OCs. How "Cringey" , "edgy" and oh so "bad" they are!

People tend to throw these terms around alot,

especially the term "Mary Sue" or for the male version "Gary Stu"

I bet you all know what a Mary Sue or Gary Stu is. But for those who don't. Let me explain it shortly.

Mary Sues or Gary Stus are all OCs that are extremely overpowered and most of the time just perfect

If your OC rainbow-colored? BOOM! Mary Sue! Is your OC Neon-colored? BOOM! Mary Sue!

Is your OC red and black...? Boom! Mary sue!

Are they shipped with an Canon Character? Boom....Mary sue..

I can understand how annoying those types of OCs can be,

that are just playing God mode in Roleplays, as example.

But...at the end.

Who cares?

Are such OCs really the end of the world?

And honestly, I hate the excuse

THOSE OCS ARE RUINING THE FANDOM FOR ME !!!!1111!! D:<

And Oc is ruining your fun? That's petty in my opinion. Heck, ignore them if you don't like them

or better! Leave your thoughts in a nice way to help this person out.

I mean being in a fandom means having fun with lots of people. And if a badly written or designed,

Character is ruining it for you, then you probably should think twice..

Everyone once created a Mary Sue or Gary Stu during their lifetime. I did. Oh boy I did

back in my creepypasta phase. Not proud of it, but ey! I grew out of it

And I'm pretty sure others will do too. Maybe some years later..,

they'll just look at their Oc and think to themselves to change it

and eventually the OC just gets way better.

Everyone learns, so why hunt those Users down who have Mary Sue or Gary stu OCs?

I don't see a reason to make such people down.

Let people be creative, let them explore their own imagination. We all started out

Everyone loves to be a part of something, so let them be and let them express themselves

They will improve and learn over the years

and instead of talking them down, offer your help. Sure there are people who hate advice and criticism.

If they don't want to listen , heck is it your problem?

No, don't pay any mind to them in the future and just go on with your own stuff

If they do listen. Cool! just be a mentor to them. At the end an fictional character isn't hurting anyone right?

Well, i sure don't think so.

Another thing I need to say.

People tend to throw the term Mary sue

at OCs who are shipped with Canon Characters, or even with multiple Canon Characters.

People instantly think it's a self Insert, an OC just for your desires!

But....

Isn't that the point of an OC?

YES! your desire, your OC! Shipt it with whoever you want it to be!

Even if it's a Self Insert, who cares?

I just don't understand why people get so butthurt over a fictional ship.

And honestly

Self Inserts or Self Ships can be a good way to cope with different ( negative ) feelings

as example I do.

yeah, I do... ;w;

and that's totally fine and if you do too, it's also fine!

All you need to look out for is not to get too deep into it

Well, that's all I have to say! Keep in mind

I think OCs are just for your fun and your entertainment , and you can do whatever you want with them

So we are at the end of the video,

and for the end. Do you have an OC you're proud of? Link it to me into the description! I'd love to see your creation

So thank you all for watching! Hope you have a nice time, and I'll see you next time !

Bye Bye!

Jordan Henderson relishing Liverpool's Asia Cup final - SPORTS NEWS - Duration: 3:38.

Jordan Henderson relishing Liverpool's Asia Cup final

Resurgent Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson is relishing the prospect of leading the side into Saturdays Premier League Asia Trophy final with Leicester City in Hong Kong.

The Reds midfielder missed the last four months of last season due to a foot injury but has proved his fitness this summer.

Henderson has featured in all of the friendlies so far and insists hes pain free as he bids to get his Liverpool career back on track after a difficult spell.

"I feel stronger every training session, every game, so hopefully I can keep progressing, keep working hard and then come first game of the season, hopefully Im right back to full fitness," Henderson said.

"I havent had to manage it. Ive trained every day since Ive been back, totally fine.

"Obviously, Ive been tired at times but thats pre-season. Everybody is Im sure. "Im really enjoying just being back. I couldnt be happier to just be training here, working really hard and, obviously, just playing games.

"Hopefully I can just be injury-free and we have a successful season as a team. Henderson was speaking after training at the Mong Kok Stadium in Hong Kong.

Jurgen Klopp was delighted with the skippers contribution to the midweek win over Crystal Palace but the England international insists theres plenty more to come.

"Its tough conditions but you feel good afterwards because youve worked hard and Im sure well be better off for it," he added. "I know that I can do a lot better. I know I can improve on a lot more things.

For me, its just about working as hard as I possibly can and then doing the best I can for the team and what the manager needs us to do.

"Ive had good moments in the games so far, but not so good moments too.

"I think Im just easing my way back from being out for a decent period of time. Probably the best I felt was in the game the other night. Im getting more and more confident each time I play.".

Teenagers Ben Woodburn and Trent Alexander-Arnold have both caught the eye on tour so far and Henderson hasnt been surprised after the progress they made last term.

"They came on a lot last season, just training with the first team and working with the manager," he said. "Its helped them a lot. I think you can see the confidence since theyve come back from the summer.

"Theyre straight back into it, theyve obviously done a bit of work over the summer because theyve been really good in training.

"Their confidence is very high so hopefully they can keep doing what theyve been doing and Im sure they will be given an opportunity to show the manager what can do.

This One Easy Strategy Will Achieve Your Goals - Duration: 3:04.

Have you ever noticed that successful people have a "team" that they surround themselves with?

For example, a head coach of any sports team has many assistants and trainers.

Every companies CEO, has a board of directors, advisors and consultants.

And... what about you?

Who is on your team? Who are your assistant coaches?

And who is on your board of directors? Do you have anybody?

The one big reason why people have difficulty reaching their goals is due to trying to do all the work in isolation and on their own.

Meaning, you try to do all by yourself and without any outside help.

Hey! You do not get any "world ranking points" for doing it all by yourself!

As a matter of fact, you are unlikely to accomplish what you really want to by trying to do it all by yourself.

It is high time for you to give up the fear, the ego or pride or whatever it is that has stopped you from reaching out to others for assistant.

It is time to rely on the power of the group.

"I GOT THE POWER!!" .

2 heads are better than one. Right?

The purpose of a group is to hold you accountable to your commitments.

Do you notice how you get more done when you have committed to someone else? That is the power of accountability.

The people in this accountability group can be used to check in with...

as well as also being used to solve any problems that may come between you and your desired goals.

They are also the people that will kick you in the butt when you slack off.

I believe there are times when we all may need a good kick in the ass!

Their main function is to celebrate your accomplishments too.

Their primary function is to celebrate your wins. You are no different than the rest of us.

You need positive reinforcement for your efforts and achievements.

These are the people that know you inside out.

They know your strengths, weaknesses, dreams, failures, accomplishments and desires.

In fact, they may know you better than you know yourself. They can help find you the "missing pieces" that you are searching for.

Well, the goal here is to create a system of people who will support, challenge, encourage, confront and love you.

They will help you to stay 100 percent committed to youself. By doing so, you live the life of passion, purpose and power.
