Liverpool v Sevilla: Team news

Jürgen Klopp discussed a number of team selection options ahead of the opening game of Liverpools Champions League campaign against Sevilla tonight.

Loris Karius, who last featured in the 4-0 home win over Arsenal before the international break, is set to start in goal, the manager confirmed at his pre-match news conference.

Klopp was also asked about any potential involvement for Philippe Coutinho against the La Liga side, with the Brazilian 'fit and healthy' in the build-up to the tie.

"I could [give you an idea], but I'm sure all the Liverpool supporters around the world are ready to wait another 24 hours," the boss responded.

Mohamed Salah missed the team's training session on Tuesday afternoon due to illness, having reported to Melwood but been sent home as a precaution.

However, Klopp is hopeful of the Egyptian playing a part, commenting to the media later that evening: "It should not be that serious.

In this moment we expect him back tomorrow morning for normal training.".

Sadio Mane, who is set to serve a domestic ban following his red card at Manchester City on Saturday, is of course eligible to feature in European competition.

Sevilla coach Eduardo Berizzo named a 22-man squad for the journey to Merseyside, which does not include midfielder Johannes Geis or forward Nolito.

Of the starting line-up that faced Liverpool in the 2016 Europa League final 16 months ago, five are among the travelling party for only the second competitive meeting between the clubs.

Proof America's Got Talent Is Totally Fake - Duration: 4:34.

NBC's America's Got Talent claims it's trying to find the best talent in the country, but

is the production as pure in its intent as it claims to be?

Like many ratings-hungry reality competition shows, the series has faced allegations that

elements of the production are rigged.

But is there any evidence that parts of America's Got Talent's are indeed fabricated?

Let's review.

Unvetted veteran

You can't always trust those heartbreaking contestant backstories — especially in the

early rounds.

America's Got Talent ran into a serious fact-checking problem in Season 7 when singer Timothy Poe's

story fell apart ...

"If tomorrow never comes ..."

Poe told the show he learned how to sing to help get over a stutter he developed after

being injured while serving overseas as an Army Sergeant ...

"I had got hit by, by a grenade in Afghanistan."

After his audition aired, reports surfaced that his inspiring story was false.

While he did serve in Afghanistan, it was only for a month, and there's no record of

the grenade incident.

To make things worse, a photo Poe provided the show supposedly of him in uniform was

actually another soldier entirely.

Plus, audio later surfaced of a stutter-free Poe, calling his inspirational ailment into

question.

If that wasn't enough, he also lied about serving and getting wounded in Iraq.

Producers later clarified that the show only does background checks on the top 48 contestants,

so they simply took Poe at his word.

Crying game

Season 2 runner-up Cas Haley claimed that during the audition process, he was manipulated

by producers into triggering a young female contestant to cry on camera.

It was an incident he later called, quote, "The first time I realized I couldn't trust

these people."

Waiting in the green room with other hopefuls while the unnamed singer performed, a producer

entered the room and told everyone she had made it, so they should get ready to cheer

and clap.

Haley says she entered the room, everybody cheered ... and she broke down crying.

Turns out, she hadn't made it, but the producers purposefully misled her fellow contestants

into cheering and clapping to trigger her tears, at least according to Haley.

Fine print Watching the show, it seems like getting the

majority of the judges to give you a thumbs up qualifies you for the next round.

However, according to past contestants, this is not necessarily the case.

Season 10 competitor Kayvon Zand said he received three "yes" votes in the preliminary round,

but was told in a "generalized email" from producers that he would still have to wait

to find out if he would actually appear in the next round.

Zand's claim was echoed by Season 7 comedian Sammy Obeid, who said he earned the necessary

amount of "yes" votes, but was later told he was put on "standby."

While Zand and Obeid both wound up making it to the next round, it looks like not everyone

who earns the judges' favor actually gets to advance, and could be secretly eliminated

without getting a chance to perform again — a fact the show conceals.

Controlling the narrative

While the show makes it seem like the contestants get to choose what to perform, some reports

claim producers have a heavy hand in determining what contestants do on stage.

After he was eliminated in the second round, the street performer and magician known as

"Special Head" posted a video on YouTube of an act America's Got Talent allegedly wouldn't

allow him to perform: appearing to levitate another person while producing lightning from

his fingers, a follow-up to his self-levitation that won him the first round.

The tell-all book Inside AGT: The Untold Stories of America's Got Talent confirms that the

show does get to ultimately choose what happens on stage: "while the artist is allowed input,

the final decisions are all made by the show."

Wack magic

For the initial audition and "Judge Cuts," America's Got Talent is not a live show, and

some believe this could open the door for fraud, specifically regarding magic acts.

Speculation bubbled to a head in 2017 when famous YouTube skeptic "Captain Disillusion"

posted a long video explaining how the sleight-of-hand magic act of so-called "visualist" Will Tsai

was almost surely faked by producers using some CGI and creative editing.

As Disillusion explains, Tsai is famous online not for his practical, close-up magic tricks,

but for his nifty post-production video skills.

So his America's Got Talent "performance" was most likely pulled off in collaboration

with the show's producers and post-production team — something the show did not advertise.

Disillusion also notes that this wasn't the first time the show used editing in a magic

act.

"It's a reality show.

It's all fake.

They can do whatever they want."

If prostate cancer is diagnosed early, it is 100% curable.

If it's diagnosed late, it can be 100% uncurable.

>> They say there's no symptoms, so you don't really know, so

I was hoping it wasn't cancer.

But on the other hand, if it was, I wanted them to be able to do something about it.

>> It is a disease that we have the ability to screen for

currently using a blood test currently called PSA.

This is not a very good test in the sense that it tells us something's going on in

the prostate, but doesn't actually tell us what's going on in the prostate.

>> They went in and did biopsy, and they had to put me on some more medicine, and

they said let's see where this takes you.

I'll be 68 next month, and I'm glad I did it because my dad died of cancer.

So when I retired, I thought well I don't wanna be two years out and

die because of something stupid.

[MUSIC]

>> There was a recent study that dogs can sniff urine and

can tell whether the patient has prostate cancer or not.

So the big question that we are exploring is is what is that smell?

We collaborated with VA to get these urine samples.

>> We work with the urology clinic and the veterans who are scheduled for

biopsy are invited to join the study and donate urine before their biopsy.

>> They said they were doing a study for IU.

They told me that they were doing it for the dogs to be able to sniff out prostate

cancer, kind of groundbreaking >> We are already collaborating with

a dog trainer in town who trains medical dogs.

The idea is to verify the signature that we identified in

the lab with the dogs in the field.

[MUSIC]

>> We get our samples from Mangi and Amanda from IU.

Once we have the samples, we present them to the dogs, and

we teach our dogs to look for the specific sample that they need to detect.

Everything is visually identical, and

the dog only has the option to use his nose to find the sample.

The way that we have taught the dogs to indicate that they have found a sample

in a can is to maintain their head inside the can until we dispense the treat.

>> Of course, we can do 100 things in the lab, and we can say this is the biomarker.

If we know what signature it is and

if we can verify that signature with a trained dog, then we feel that

there will be a speedy acceptance of the results in the community.

>> We go to the VA, we pick up the urine samples,

we bring them back to the lab, and then we incubate them with

a polymer-based fiber which is very good at collecting the scent of

the urine on to the fiber because our noses are not as good as the dogs.

>> So the end goal is have a prostate cancer sensor that can be

used in a doctor's office to test prostate cancer in real time.

Since it's noninvasive, it just needs urine sample.

So once we have this sensor, the goal is to increase widespread screening.

>> Work with sense is something that we're just on the beginning of understanding how

important it is.

In the the next ten years, we'll see a big explosion in this type of research.

Onion 1, Tomato 2 small, Curry Leaves, Garlic 2 pods

SPIRULINA - THINGS YOU NEVER KNEW ABOUT THIS ELITE SUPERFOOD - Duration: 7:24.

- Hi, today we are going to talk about Spirulina.

What we actually look at and eat as a super food, it was just normal food for the Aztecs.

They just made it into a Spirulina cake.

They had this amazing recounting, from actually the guy who came and was a Conquistador,

Cortez, and he wrote that they made it into a cake and ate it like cheese.

He even loved it, he said its very amazing, it's salty and delicious, and they ate it

with incredible sauce.

- So try that at your next party, instead of putting out a cheese platter, put out a

spirulina platter, see how people go for that.

Now, there are different ways of having spirulina, we get it as a powder, usually, but if you

actually get fresh Spirulina, it is actually much better tasting.

- Tastes like cream cheese, right?

- Right.

So my friend Ben, shout out to Seeds of Life, in Bali, his business out there,

- he has told me that the fresh spirulina they get over there has the flavor and consistency

of Philadelphia cream cheese.

So, you have to understand that what we're getting as powder is different than the fresh

stuff that the Aztecs would have been eating.

- Ah, God.

Now you just made me very hungry.

I want to head to the kitchen.

- No?

- No, we're...

- Not right now, sorry guys.

- We have to share some important information here.

- Exactly.

So Spirulina, besides being extremely delicious, it strengthens your immune system, boosts

your energy levels, protects your cellular health, and also helps with your eye, your

brain, and heart health.

- Yes, so Spirulina is one of the most nutrient-dense foods in the entire world.

It's a blue-green algae, compared to Chlorella, which is just a green algae, and it is a complete

protein containing all the essential amino acids that your body can't produce on its

own, and not only is it a complete protein, but it is the highest natural source of protein,

containing between 65 to 71 percent protein by weight, and it's also a great antioxidant,

and a really good source of B vitamins.

- Speaking of Vitamin B, one of them is B1, aka Thiamine.

Thiamine is so good for us, it helps us to digest fat.

I was going to say how lovely it is, but Sage would say, yes it's not just for the ladies

but--

- Everybody likes to digest fat.

- In a very good way, and protein, and amazing for nerve functioning.

- And the other thing that's cool to know about Spirulina is it's a great source of

iron, which is really important if you are a vegan or a vegetarian.

We talked a lot about Spirulina, and it's important if you're on a vegetarian or vegan

diet that you have a good source of bio-available iron, and Spirulina can be just that.

- It's very gentle on your stomach.

And the other B vitamins, because I really love to talk about B vitamins, Spirulina has

B2 which is Riboflavin.

How do you pronouce it, Ree-bo-fla-vin, Ri-bo-fla-vin?

I always forget.

- I don't know.

- It's Ri-bo-fla-vin I think but yeah, you guys get what we're talking about.

- And B3 which is Niacin B6, Pyrodoxine, B9, Folic acid,

and C, D, A, E, I mean the whole alphabet of vitamins, and most of the minerals as well.

A long array, but I'm not going to start telling you guys all about it otherwise it's going

to become a very, very boring video.

- And it's also a really good source of Gamma-Linolenic acid which is a special kind of Omega-6

- Woah, that's a mouthful.

essential fatty acid.

Normally Omega-6s are slightly inflammatory, but GLA, Gamma-Linolenic acid is actually

an anti-inflammatory fatty acid, that specifically targets the nervous system, so we deal with

so many assaults on our nervous system in the modern world that having a nervous system

anti-inflammatory is really awesome.

- Whoa.

I didn't even know that.

- Now you know!

- And it is the best source and probably one of the only sources of an antioxidant which

has an incredible name, Phycocyanin, and it has an incredible color as well.

I think this is one of my favorite colors.

I would like a dress in Phycocyanin color.

- Yeah it'd be a very healthy dress.

- Exactly.

And it is such a strong antioxidant; it scored one of the highest on the ORAC scale, 24 thousand.

ORAC scale is how they measure how strong an antioxidant level each food has.

It stands for Oxygen Radical Absorbance...

Capacity, right?

- Works for me.

-Exactly, works for me as well.

And it just says how radical, how much absorbance each food has to absorb that radicals that

we have in our body.

So, this Phycocyanin has the strength of 24 thousand.

That's quite high, right?

- Yeah, and so, beyond just being an antioxidant, Phycocyanin which is, she mentioned has color

but you didn't mention what- it's blue, it's bright blue.

It's responsible for a Spirulina being a blue-green algae.

So Phycocyanin actually helps to support stem cell production in the bone marrow.

So stem cells, that's what we use to regenerate what's going on inside our own body.

So stem cells, if they're healthy, you're looking at serious longevity and anti-aging

potential, so, as a true health food that's going to help you live a long, robust, healthy

and happy life.

Phycocyanin in Spirulina are just something you really want to know about.

- And Spirulina helps you to detox heavy metals.

We are bombarded by heavy metals from the air, the food, and a lot of times just from

water.

So you do want to make sure that you get it out.

Here especially in the United States, we have a higher level of arsenic than you would actually

imagine.

It comes from the food.

But if you take, because of the high chlorophyll level in Spirulina, you put it together with

a little bit of Zinc, it actually helps to get rid of that ugly arsenic in our body.

- Yeah, and there's also been some recent studies showing that Spirulina can be helpful

in situations with radiation, and radiation exposure, whether somebody has had radiation

poisoning, or has had to go and experience radiation therapy for cancer and things of

that nature, that Spirulina can actually help bind up these radioactive compounds and detoxify

them.

- And, Spirulina, just a very good guy, I keep racking up the list of things it can--

- We just want to keep going and going and going here

- It helps to reduce your bad cholesterol.

There are studies that show if you just had five percent of Spirulina added to your diet,

it reduces the bad cholesterol by 41 percent.

I mean it's whipping, you know, good improvement on someone's bad cholesterol level.

- Yeah, so Spirulina, as you guys can tell, we're pretty excited about it.

I love it; it's something I eat every single day, often several times throughout the day.

Several tablespoons for me is kinda my daily dose.

- If I let him loose in the kitchen he will put it in everything.

I mean, everything.

- Yeah there's very few things that I don't like adding Spirulina to.

It's not for everybody, flavor-wise, in that sense adding it to like, when you have avocado

toast, I love adding Spirulina to that.

It's just so good.

But that's me.

- He has it for breakfast, guys.

I tried it.

You have to be hardcore to enjoy it.

ZADAR and DUBROVNIK | Visit Croatia Vlog - Duration: 5:56.

We're going to visit two beautiful Croatian cities: Zadar and Dubrovnik.

Nowhere in the world can a person witness a more beautiful sunset than in Zadar.

Zadar is a 3000-year-old city in Croatia full of cultural and historical monuments.

There is a Roman Forum in the middle of the city.

This is a municipal square from the Roman era,

built from the 1st century BC to the 3rd century AD.

We also visited Five Wells Square. It was named after a large water cistern with five ornamental

wellheads which was built with the assistance of Venetians in the 16th century to withstand

Turkish sieges.

To bring some life to the sea front they opened

Sea Organ and Sun Salutation in 2005.

These two unique installations have become one of the most popular attractions.

An experimental musical instrument Sea Organ plays music generated by the motion of sea

waves through a series of 35 organ pipes built under a set of large marble steps.

The Greeting to the Sun consists of lighting elements installed in a 22-meter diameter

circle that produces show of light.

Unfortunately, we had to leave for Dubrovnik and couldn't wait for the sunset.

The city hides lots of narrow streets wished to be discovered

and tourist attractions not to be missed.

That's obviously the cathedral.

Those who are looking for paradise on Earth should come and see Dubrovnik.

Dubrovnik was built on maritime trade.

In the Middle Ages, it became the only city-state to rival Venice (in the Adriatic).

Supported by its wealth and skilled diplomacy, the city achieved a remarkable level of development

during the 15th and 16th century.

Dubrovnik was forced to sell some land to the Ottomans in 17th century to raise money

and to keep the Venetians from coming in from the north.

The Bosnian corridor was one of them.

Ever since it's been cut off from the rest of Croatia.

This fall they will start building a bridge that will allow to enter Dubrovnik without

passing through Bosnia.

In 1979, the city of Dubrovnik joined the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites.

Beside history and its beauty, Dubrovnik is famous also because of the

TV show Game of Thrones.

Much of the filming took place on the City Walls.

The city is surrounded by almost 2 kilometers of ancient walls and fortifications.

The walls seen today were constructed between the 12th and 17th century.

Also Star Wars Episode Vlll that is coming out this year and Robin Hood produced also

by Leonardo di Caprio to be released next year were shot in Dubrovnik.

They were building the set of Robin Hood right when we were there.

And how lucky we were to be there exactly on the day Dubrovnik celebrating its main

holiday: Festivity of Saint Blaise, the patron of Dubrovnik.

It's a festivity taking place every February 3rd since the year 972.

This festival is so important that it became a part of UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Although we had a conference during the day we postponed it for an hour to see the procession.

It totally paid off because it was spectacular.

OK. So, we are running.

How to lose lane and win game, starring Dignitas and Cloud9 - Duration: 5:41.

Picks and bans typically end up with each team drafting at least one good lane matchup,

one champion and one part of the map they know they can leverage for plays.

But sometimes teams find themselves "outdrafted," with no winning matchups in any role.

With losing lanes, nowhere to gank, slowly bleeding objectives and gold, the outdrafted

team usually has nothing to do but lose.

But it is possible to lose lane and win game, and Dignitas proved it in their quarterfinals

match against Cloud9.

In game 2 of the series, Dignitas found themselves at a huge disadvantage before the game even

began.

Trundle smashes Maokai in lane, scaling until he can take towers right out from under him.

If he's not pressured quickly, Dig will bleed objectives.

In the midlane, Cassiopeia has a dominant lane phase over Syndra.

Pre 6 she's able to hold lane priority thanks to the mana refund on Twin Fang, and the Abyssal

mask buildpath will protect from Syndra's burst while Cass scales into a lategame powerhouse.

Dig's lanes can't look to jungle to help, either.

Nunu needs strong setups to gank and lane pressure to counterjungle.

The botlane is Dig's only chance to win, as Twitch and Alistar will hard outscale Kalista

and Thresh.

The problem is getting there.

It's a weak early game combo, and Kalista and Thresh are huge lane bullies.

Knowing this, let's jump into the game at 8 minutes.

Things aren't going well for Dignitas: Top is down 11 CS, Mid is down 27 CS and a kill,

Bot is down 17 CS and an assist.

Kalista just hit level 6, and her ultimate is an almost guaranteed kill against the flash-less

Twitch.

If Dig don't do something quickly, things are going to get a whole lot worse.

In anticipation of this, Dig initiate the Delayed Lane Swap and completely abandon the

botside of the map.

Once Twitch is spotted in toplane, both teams start pushing with 4 members on opposite sides

of the map.

The race is on.

Even though Dig initiated the Lane swap, C9 have tempo and the stronger early game team.

They'll threaten an inhibitor tower if Dig continue pushing, so Dignitas are forced to

call off the race.

Even though this looks like a loss for them, they got exactly what they needed - Dig successfully

ended a losing lane phase.

After the turret race, the map play changes.

Instead of farming head to head against lane opponents, waves in the now elongated sidelanes

push from one side of the map to the other to be collected in bulk.

This allows Dig to funnel farm onto their hyper carry in a relatively safe manner.

Now it's Cloud 9's turn to react.

They have no intention of letting Dig stall the game, so they send 4 members into the

toplane to brute force the already weakened turret.

Instead of contesting, Dig continue to stall by turning the match into a game of tower

trades.

After top tower falls, Twitch shoves lane as safely as he can.

When Kalista shows on the minion wave top, Dignitas hard commit to the botlane and unleash

the Herald they picked up earlier.

Cloud9, seeing 3 Dig members in bot, respond by pushing Syndra off of mid tier 1 and taking

it.

By forcing objective trades, Dig have managed to completely avoid their bad matchups in

every lane except for mid.

C9s CS numbers have started to even out as players are pulled across the map.

By 15:30 the scorelines are relatively even, and C9 have been forced to play at Dig's

pace.

Now, towers are at 4-3, neither team can feasibly take another, and Dig needs to start making

smart decisions around neutral objectives.

The game stalls until Infernal Drake arrives.

At this point, Trundle is able to start splitting sidelanes, accruing a CS lead again.

Keep in mind though, because most turrets are gone, Trundle is hand delivering farm

to Twitch.

With the Drake on its way, Dig are faced with a decision: contest C9 head on (and likely

lose), or make a play elsewhere.

Dig decide to sacrifice the dragon and opt for a play onto Trundle, catching him out

just a little too far up without vision.

Once the dragon is gone and the clock hits 20 minutes, both teams have their eye on baron.

Cloud9 spot DIG's botlane on a ward, and immediately make their move.

A pick on Twitch and Alistar can potentially set them up for a Baron play and blow the

game open.

Luckily for DIG, they only get Alistar, and Cloud9 resets, sending Trundle to the other

side of the map to clear the bot wave.

This ends up being a huge mistake.

Trundle doesn't have Teleport, and knowing this, DIG immediately make the bold call to

go for the Baron and take it right under C9's nose.

Now, Dig just needs to escape with Baron on at least 1 member so they can brute force

a lane with their massive tankline and empowered minions.

The teams brawl, trading 3 for 3, but the damage is done.

Dig escape with the baron buff on Nunu and Syndra.

For the first time this game, Dignitas have forward momentum, and begin to crack the untouched

mid towers.

As they start their siege, Dig spot an opportunity to pull off a massive wombo teamfight against

a defensive Cloud9 group up.

Four Cloud9 members fall without getting a chance to touch either Dignitas carry, and

Dig are able to take 3 towers and an inhibitor in this push.

They don't close the game on this Baron, but that doesn't matter.

Despite all losing lanes, Dig have successfully managed to bring their hypercarry online.

14 minutes later, they win the game.

Welcome back to another video my name is Aaron and I help people

expand their consciousness now in this video

I'm gonna be sharing with you

three advanced Law of Attraction techniques

That you may have never heard of and the intention of this video is that by the end of it you will have applicable

Practical tools that you can use to completely transform the way that you see the law of attraction

So in order to give this video context

Let's first off understand that the basis of what I'm going to be explaining is rooted in

knowing that we are already wholly complete that when we learn how to feel the

emotions of what we want to experience what we want to attract into our lives

When we learn to feel that right now in the present moment by validating ourselves and by some of the techniques

I'm going to share with you that that will change everything

Because what we get in our lives is a mirror reflection of who we are being now the first technique has to do with

Understanding what is called sensory acuity?

Now what this means is that we become very aware of what we want to experience?

and how that makes us feel now with

Anything that we want to manifest in our life what we can do is break that down into any motion

so for example if we want to experience more of

Abundance in our life. Maybe that abundance represents to us the feeling of expansion

Or it

represents to us the feeling of being able to do what we want when we want to do it so at a certain level the

money represents

Freedom what we can do is decide that we are going to give ourselves permission right now in the present moment to

feel more freedom to feel more security or to feel more of whatever that emotion breaks down to

Now this means that we can be doing that in different ways doesn't mean it necessarily

has to be the form of money that makes us feel abundance now the let's look at

expansion what we could do is we could read every day when we read we feel like we're

Expanding how much we know and then we'll be expanding as well the feeling within us of that if it's feeling more freedom we can

Start to focus on the Grad we have four being able to drive wherever we want we can focus on the freedom

We have to do what we want when we want to do it and whatever way that is and as we start to feel these

Emotions that we've broken down from what we want to experience more and more we begin to actually

Resonate with what we want to experience now what this means is that then what we can do is

anytime that we think of that emotion and anytime we think of the

manifestation of we want of

what we want what we can do is we can decide to put them together we can decide that in the moment of feeling the

Freedom right now we know that that is something that is in our life now as well

We know that that's something that's coming into our life or that we already have it now what we can

Also, do is understand that when we visualize what we want to experience what we can do is

Imagine the different sensory perceptions we would have from it now

This could be that we imagine ourselves in a certain scenario

Maybe we imagine ourselves in a certain type of relationship or having a certain kind of income level, whatever it is imagine

You are in that situation and don't just imagine the different scenarios

But imagine it from your point of view and the different sensory perceptions

You will have how will it feel to hold the hand of someone that you are in a relationship with how will it feel to?

Have the kind of abundance that you want in your life and be able to do whatever you want when you want to do it?

How would it feel to do your passion for a living now?

Not just what would it feel like but also what would it taste like what would it taste like to go to the?

restaurants that you want to go to

What would it taste like to do all of these different things when you start to put the different sensory?

Perceptions into it it

Broadens the scope for the referenced experiences you have and it can completely change the way that you go about the process

Because then you start to expand the way you see it

And you know that as you create those reference

Experiences you are then giving yourself something to go on and you're giving yourself something to resonate with

now the second technique that I have for you has to do with understanding how we can amplify the

emotions of what we want to experience so you could also use this technique in

Conjunction with the first one that I just shared now. This is going to use. What is called

NLP neuro-linguistic programming

to increase the

Emotion that we feel now in order to do this what I'd like to ask for you to do is to understand first off you

are already whole and complete and that what you can then do is secondly feel the

validation feel the compassion feel the love feel whatever emotion you want to feel and what you can do is imagine yourself in certain

situations you can imagine and have the self-image that you are already whole and complete and

As you look at yourself in this way you will start to feel inside your heart

You will start to feel that emotion and what I want to ask you to do

and this is the NLP technique is what you can do is start to spin and

Imagine that there is a ball around your heart space

Imagine that it is spinning

And it is spinning quicker and quicker and getting larger and larger and as you do that and you

visualize that ball that energy inside of your hearts spinning and getting quicker and

Quicker and more powerful that what happens is then you increase the emotion you use that?

visualization and that thought in order to increase the energy

Of how you feel within your heart space

Now you can use this for just about anything at the same time you can use this to

Decrease the amount of emotion you're feeling in a certain way so what you could do is realize that if there's a negative

Feeling that you're having you can use this NLP to feel less of it what you could do is imagine that

Feeling that you have that negative feeling and instead of spinning it clockwise

You could spin it counterclockwise you could reverse whatever spin makes you feel more powerful

Emotion do it the opposite direction and what you then do is you spin it in the opposite direction?

And you imagine it getting slower and slower and slower, and then what you do is you insert the positive emotion

Right after that and you imagine that getting quicker and quicker going in the clockwise

Position or whatever position or direction makes you feel it more powerfully and as you do that you are then

Amplifying the emotion inside of you so that you are resonate with what you want to experience at a more profound level

So you can use this in so many different ways in your life

But understand that when you combine that with the first technique of feeling those emotions

already and breaking down your manifestation into an emotion that

That will change just about everything and you can allow yourself to really feel

Like you already have what you want to experience right now in the present moment and remember it's less about necessarily

Attracting that which is outside of us into our life and more about us

feeling and embodying the resonance of who we prefer to be knowing that then we will get the

Reflection and the mere reflection of what we want to experience now the third technique has to do with what is called oneness

intention now

This is something that I've been practicing a lot lately, and it's understanding that when our desires are more ego

Driven and are more only going to benefit ourselves that that only has a certain limit

But when we have the awareness that we are all connected and when we have an awareness of when our

Intention is alignment with everyone else that is so much more powerful

We then take ourselves out of our ego

And we allow it to be something that is much more expansive now what I mean by this is just

Reframe whatever your intention is to realize it can also benefit other people

So if it is doing your passion for a living and your passion is creating art for example

Instead of just understanding that you love to create art, which is something. That's great to begin with what you can

also Do is realize that you are adding value to other people by sharing your art that you are adding value by

Expressing yourself in that way now

this is something that made a big difference for me because I used to work before I did you two full time I had a

Sales commission job where what I would do is I sold women's shoes

I sold designer woman shoes, and I would notice the difference between when I went in everyday

And I would go in with the mentality that I'm going to add value to other people even though it's selling shoes

It's not my passion

I'm going to add value to other people and try to help them and raise their emotional setpoint when I went in with that intention

I would have the most amazing days Commission wise because I only got paid based upon a percentage of what I sold now in the

Same way have the intention to add value to other people with this YouTube channel and the growth from it

It came first with the intention of adding

value to as many people as I could if spreading these ideas as far as I could and

Then a side effect of that of course is that it is my passion that's another powerful reason I do it

But I have that underlying intention of under it that we are all connected and that I can add value in whatever way

I possibly can so

Have the intention of adding value even if it's just you know you're an entertainer you do comedy the idea is that you're adding value

You're elevating people's emotional states when you go at it from that point of view you

Expand it so much further out than it was before and you'll realize that then it is so much more powerful so remember the three

Advanced techniques that you may have never heard of before first off just simply realizing that you can develop

Develop that you can develop the sensory acuity for experiencing what you want right now in the present moment

What you can do is break down your manifestation?

Into any motion decide to feel it more often of the time know that you are already

Holding complete the second technique

You can increase the manifestation or the power inside of your chest of feeling that emotion more and more in a clockwise position

Or whatever position works for you and as you do that you will literally

Increase the emotion that you feel and that then also you can decrease

Emotions that you don't prefer to feel you can use that NLP technique in many different ways and then thirdly

Realize that as you simply decide that you are going to

See yourself as somebody that's adding value to other people you can have that oneness intention and realizing

We're all connected and that as you do that it completely expands your energy, so

Just by simply saying the sound AH and moving it from your lower Chakras to the Pineal Gland,

and then visualize whatever you want to visualize.

And that is how you manifest.

So this is a technology.

What we are here dealing with is just a technology.

All you have to do is, do it like mechanically.

You don't have to do anything, just sit down and then move the energy, this particular

technique that I gave to Wayne Dyer, and then move this to the third Eye.

So this is how that particular technique works.

In general, what creates is the Sound, the Sound.

Why does sound create?

Because, Sound is Intelligence.

And that is my contribution to the world.

I have come up with a definition, a mechanical definition of what intelligence is.

Intelligence is just a sound wave that is capable of going and opening up the brain

and enables you to conceive.

Only when you can conceive, you can deliver.

If you can't conceive, then you are finished.

So my job here is to enable people to conceive, and then realize it on a biological, psychological,

and at the soul level.

open it up so you can see it's it's actually really cute and this is meant

to go on your vanity but of course it can go wherever you would like it to go

it can go on your desk at work it can go on your entertainment stand in your

living room but it is a gold frame and I know my light reflects

but it's got a really unique gold frame and it sits like that you put your

picture and it is very sleek and I like it I do like it so that is very pretty

all right and then next we've got this is too pretty

now I want to just keep this we have a box and I just I don't know if the

camera will do this box justice but it is the cutest little flowered box it's a

little cardboard box and inside is a lotion I mean how extra is that this is

just too cute and I love boxes I've said it a ton of times I love all the

reusable boxes that we always get so I mean this is a darling reusable box I

could think of all kinds of things I could use for it but I like the box

better than lotion but the lotion is precious - it's in a little tube looks

gift when I ordered it so when I realized it was missing a brush I got in

contact with Birchbox and I'm like hey I ordered this as a gift and it's missing

a brush so he asked me which brush and I told him which brush was missing and he

wrote back and said sorry we don't have any more um so I was not able to get a

replacement for the brush that is missing which breaks my heart but I'm

gonna throw something extra in here I've got a whole stack of stuff for future

giveaways I'm gonna throw something in here to make up for the missing brush

because I really I hate that there is a brush missing it it really bothers me

and I hate that Birchbox was not able to replace it for me

it really upsets me but the two brushes that you will get are let's see you're

gonna get the dome blush brush and I'm not gonna do much with it but it has a

wood handle with the gold accent keeping in the theme of the gold and I don't

want to rub my hands all over but this brush is so soft it is very soft

eye shader brush so honestly out of the three brushes the two that are in here

at least to me are the two that I would have wanted out of the three the most

7 Tools Every Blogger Needs - Duration: 9:54.

As bloggers, we have a lot of tasks on our plate. If you're a one-person show,

you're a writer, an editor, a graphic designer,

a social media manager, a personal assistant, and so much more. There's a lot

of work to be done when it comes to running a blog, which many people don't

realize when they're on the outside looking in. Fortunately, there are a

plethora of tools out there that can make the job of blogging a little bit

easier. In this video, I'm sharing the seven tools every blogger needs in their

arsenal. Want to find out what they are?Just keep watching. So, before we dive

into this video, I do want to make it clear that it is not sponsored by any of

the tools that I will be sharing here in this video. None of these tools have any

idea who I am. They have no idea that I'm talking about them in this video. I am

wearing an Evernote shirt for the occasion, but that's only because I

absolutely love Evernote and they sent me a couple t-shirts a year ago, I think.

So, I just felt like what better opportunity to wear my Evernote shirt

then in a video where I'm talking about the tools every blogger needs? So again,

this video is not sponsored by any of the tools that I will be mentioning. And

let's dive in! Having been a blogger since 2009, I've tried a lot of essential

tools for bloggers because I've been recommended them all. Over the years, I've

been able to find my favorites and I've become quite loyal to them.

The best part about those tools is that they're all easy to use and they're

either free or pretty affordable. It really doesn't get much better than that,

right? So, to kick off this list I have to start with my all-time a favorite tool,

this one right here... Evernote. So, Evernote is definitely one of the tools every

blogger needs because it's going to keep you organized and really just make your

work so much easier. I started using Evernote back in 2009

when I started my very first blog. Instantly, I fell in love with the app

and I started to use it as a way to organize just about everything... Blog

post ideas, fashion inspiration, recipes, and so much more. Years later though, I

still love Evernote just as much as I did back then. And I still use it on a

daily basis. However, I have had people tell me

they just don't understand Evernote. So, if you're in that boat, I have a blog

post that details exactly how I use it in my business, which I will link to in the

description box down below for any of you who want to check that out.

But to give you a basic idea, I've created two separate stacks for

notebooks that are related to my blog and business. I have a stack that includes a

notebook for recording ideas, one for writing blog post drafts, and another for

keeping to-do lists. My second stack includes notebooks for my offerings such

as my coaching, my ebook, an eCourse and any other project ideas that I'm working

on. In those notebooks, you'll find plenty of written and audio notes. And you'll

even find helpful articles I've saved to Evernote so I can read them later, which

I do with the Evernote Web Clipper extension for Google Chrome. And the best

part is that I have the Evernote app on my MacBook Pro, my iPhone, and my iPad. So,

I can access it whenever and wherever I want. My next organizational tool is

Asana because I'm kind of a to-do list junkie. Not only do I use a daily planner

and paper lists, but I also like having a digital way to track a bigger projects.

As a result, I've been through a lot of to-do list apps over the years. I've

tried Wunderlist, Todoist, Any.do, and a ton of others that I've absolutely

lost track of. Asana is a fantastic project management tool, especially if

you're working with a team of people. It's easy to assign tasks to others and

to keep track of their progress. Now, I'm a one-woman show so I don't use all the

features asana offers. I do, however, make use of it to create tasks and set

deadlines for projects I need to do. So for example, when I redesigned my website, I

created a project for it in Asana, listed everything I needed to get done, and set

deadlines for myself. I even use it as my editorial calendar by tracking the

progress of blog posts, newsletters, and videos that need to be created, edited,

published, and promoted. Now that we've got the organizational stuff covered, we

need to talk social media. A social media scheduler is one of the tools every

blogger needs because the reality is, we can't be on social media

all day long, posting updates in real time. We need a

tool to do the job for us so we can spend time focusing on other tasks. Now,

just remember that you shouldn't let the social media scheduler replace

engagement. You still need to log in and communicate with others. But my favorite

tool for scheduling Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram is without a doubt, Buffer.

It's basically my social media best friend. I've tried other schedulers

like HootSuite at MeetEdgar, but Buffer is my go-to. It's simple, easy to use, and

it won't break the bank, which is definitely the best part. I rely on

Buffer's website to schedule most of my social media content, but I use their

mobile app as well if I need to schedule something when I'm on the go. My favorite

tool though is their extension for the Google Chrome browser which allows you

to easily schedule a post for whatever page you're currently on. This extension

also gives you access to their Power Scheduler, which is a quick way to

schedule future updates as well. Next up for social media is BoardBooster.

BoardBooster is one of my essential tools for bloggers because it's amazing when it

comes to Pinterest. I used to really struggle to see traction on Pinterest

due to the algorithm they have in place. But once I started using BoardBooster,

all of that changed. BoardBooster works by having you pin content to a private

board, which BoardBooster then pins to your public board throughout the day at

optimal times. So, with this tool you can easily schedule how many pins you want

to have per day, you can loop old pins to get the more attention, and so much more.

As someone who isn't as active on Pinterest as I once was,

BoardBooster makes maximizing my pinning so much easier. And thanks to

this nifty little tool, I've been able to increase my Pinterest engagement

tremendously and send tons of new traffic to my website. And when I say

tons of new traffic, I mean Pinterest has become my number one traffic referral

thanks to BoardBooster. If you'd like to try BoardBooster yourself, I'll include

my link in the description down below so you can sign up for a free trial and

check it out. So, graphic design is not my forte. And if you're anything like

me, you feel the same way. The truth is, I'm absolute crap at coming up with

design ideas, pairing fonts, and picking colors. I just can't get the hang

of it. And I don't want to pay someone to

create graphics for me because I'm stubborn and I like to do things myself.

So, I'd much rather spend the time learning how to do something than just

resorting to paying someone else to do it for me. So, while I do have Photoshop, I

still haven't fully learned how to use it, even though I do have a Photoshop

course I need to work through. But this is where Canva comes in handy. So, by now

I'm sure a majority of you are familiar with Canva. If you're not, Canva allows

you to create graphics for anything you may need and includes preset sizes for

Twitter, Instagram, email headers, and so much more. You can also use it to create

PDFs if you need to create some sort of printable for your audience. The great

thing about Canva is that there are a variety of templates available at your

fingertips that you can change to fit your needs. It takes the stress out of

designing, although you do risk someone else having the exact same design as you

if you're using a template. So, make sure you change it up. If you're selling

something online, you're going to need a storefront where people can make their

purchases. Now, there are a ton of options out there for selling products online,

whether they're physical products or digital downloads. But I use WooCommerce

because it can handle both. The great thing about WooCommerce is that there

isn't a monthly fee in order to use it, which many shops charge. Plus, it looks

nice because the themes I purchased for my site are set up to work with

WooCommerce as well. And it also gives you the ability to create promotional

codes, which of course your customers are going to love. Now, WooCommerce is for

those who are on WordPress, so you'll want to keep that in mind if you're

interested in checking it out. It's also great for pairing with the next item on

my list of tools every blogger needs, which is ConvertKit. So, ConvertKit

is truly my favorite when it comes to email marketing. While I started out with

MailChimp, which is what many bloggers do since it's affordable, I really found

myself needing more. I needed a way to easily provide a variety of

content upgrades and I wanted a robust system for tagging people to keep track

of who was on my list. And while MailChimp does offer tagging

and it allows you to create email sequences, I just find that ConvertKit

does it better. If you're ready to get serious about email marketing, I highly

recommend ConvertKit. It's perfect for what I need right now without being too

much. Plus it's so easy to use. The process of migrating everything from

MailChimp to ConvertKit was super simple as well, which was definitely a bonus. And

if you need something more serious than what ConvertKit offers, I suggest looking

into a tool like Infusionsoft. I had training on Infusionsoft and found the

platform to be very efficient, especially when it comes to building email

sequences. For those of you who want to check out ConvertKit, I've included my

RageCaj says she shouldn't be so cruel

Punk Mambo reassembles him, that poor fool

Then he asks for a tip, but finally takes the hint

Heads back to his car at an all out sprint

As the ritual continues, Noa's cousins disappear

It seems ascension is finally near

That skeletal figure is called Marinette

A powerful loa, but it's not Noa's pet

It might help her out, or it might retreat

Still asking for something sweet to eat

The rest of Da Group finally make it inside

It's too late to stop things, but at least they tried

All of the bruja are a part of Noa, now

She's absorbed their power, but she's not sure how

Punk Mambo and RageCaj think this is bigger than them

It's time to put all of this to an end

She tries to portal GaeaCa, but only gets half of her

Her insides fall out, what a sad fate to endure

Punk Mambo wants them all to go to MI-6

But Da Group's having none of it, to their guns they'll stick

Punk Mambo's loa scoops up her and RageCaj

It carries them off, and they exit the stage

An eye for an eye is certainly unkind

But a nut for a nut? I think they'd rather be blind.
