I'm in a winterwonderland with Sjoerd today.

And like we've been living for the Friesian Proms the last few weeks ... Wow, you're way too long for this.

We're now living for Jumping Amsterdam.

It was the original plan that I would be there on Sunday morning only.

But I'll be there all four days now. Anyway, the Jumpertjes are performing on Sunday morning.

That's the kids morning at Jumping Amsterdam.

So that's why we're here today! Five girls.. It was five right?

It's all very little girls with very cute little pony's.

So nice! I've been in there already to have some coffee/tea..

I've never seen someone ride in a sidesaddle in real life.

So I'll be filming for you guys today, and there'll be a giveaway!

How do you fasten this?

Pretty much every saddle has its own system for that.

This one is quite simple and uses a regular girth.

That's easy. But you also have girths with a belt attached here.

Which will be fastened to the balance-girth.

This balance girth keeps the saddle straight.

Without it, the saddle would lower down to one side.

You always fasten your girth at the left side first normally, right?

Here you do it at the right side

Because that's what the ladies in the past could reach.

He's a little fat!

She's expecting now, so the saddle isn't a perfect fit anymore. That's why I put these under here.

Riding a sidesaddle is performed by only a 100 people here in Holland.

With the purpose of not forgetting the 'historical way of riding'.

So we've got an association for that: The Dutch Side Saddle Association.

We're trying to attract young people.

Because the young people are the ones who have to make other young people enthusiastic.

And maybe, when they're older, they can make their own children enthusiastic.

So ehm, why did women ride a side saddle in the past?

First of all: women with all those beautiful, big dresses, couldn't show their ankles. That was inappropriate.

So women couldn't ride normal saddles in the past.

And that's why the side saddle got developed.

Why try to show the clothes the women used to wear riding these saddles so now and then.

That's what we do! We've got a lot of women in our association who're riding these saddles very well.

They can even jump in these saddles, and they're used for hunting.

So when there's kids who like this..

Canadian Military's 2nd-In-Command Just Became A Whistle-blower By Leaking Highly Classified

Information

General Jonathan Vance, the chief of the defense staff, commanded the removal of Mark Norman

after an investigation of �pretty high-level secret documents� that were allegedly leaked.

However, it is still unknown if the classified documents were sent to journalists, other

countries, business interests or some other 3rd party or not.

Additionally, the nature of the material leaked has also not yet been discussed by anyone.

Vice Admiral Norman has served in the Forces for 36 years and was previously in charge

of the Royal Canadian Navy.

He commanded the Royal Canadian Navy for more than four years until General Vance appointed

him as vice-chief in January 2016.

Lieutenant-Colonel Jason Proulx, a spokesman for General Vance said of the news:

�The Chief of the Defense Staff has temporarily relieved Vice Admiral Mark Norman from the

performance of military duty.

For the time being, he will not be carrying out the functions of VCDS.�

While the information itself, nor the destination of the leaks have been revealed, one must

wonder if and when such information will be revealed.

If we look closer at this situation, it appears there must be something extraordinarily huge

that was leaked.

For the 2nd-in-command of Canada�s military to leak information, tells us that what was

leaked is of extreme importance and significance.

Even looking at the language used by the military themselves when explaining the situation is

evident that the information is incredible: �Pretty high-level secret documents.�

The alleged leak comes at a time when the world is already examining the potential costs

and outcomes of leaking material.

Out-going U.S. President Barack Obama is allegedly examining the possibility of pardoning Chelsea

Manning, who has been serving prison time for leaking nearly 750,000 documents to Wikileaks

that exposed a wide range of corruption that the U.S. military allowed in Iraq.

It also comes at a time when over 1 million signatures have been submitted to President

Obama to pardon Edward Snowden, the famous NSA whistle-blower who has been living in

Russia for the past 3 and a half years.

Additionally, it comes at a time when just a week ago, it was reported by mainstream

media and alternative media that a high ranking mason in Italy was just caught for hacking

and spying on former Italian prime ministers, Vatican cardinals and other politicians and

business people.

What might be in these documents that Mark Norman has leaked?

To whom were they leaked?

What kind of information would be so important for the 2nd-in-command of Canada�s military

to risk his job on leaking?

In a recent article we released two weeks ago, we talked about how more leaks would

certainly be coming and how truth is coming and can�t be stopped.

Whether this leak is somehow connected with previous leaks or upcoming leaks, remains

to be seen.

However, it is yet another sign of the times we live in when more people begin speaking

out and revealing/leaking truth.

Clearly, something very big is happening behind

the scenes.

How to Play High Notes on the Flute - Duration: 5:40.

Well hi, I'm Rebecca Fuller the expert over at Learn Flute Online dot com.

And today you're going to learn how to play high notes on the flute and what it takes

to make them sound good.

Now you may have already tried to learn how to the high notes and you probably noticed

that there are definitely some tricks to it to make it sound good.

You might sound really squeaky, you might accidentally be still playing low notes.

You might sound fuzzy.

And there's also a phenomenon where you might be playing two tones at the same time

accidentally and don't even know really what's going on.

Well don't worry because today I have four steps for you to learn how to get started

in playing these high notes on the flute, and it will make them sound really good.

Now today we're actually just going to use the head joints on our flutes because principles

of what we are going to learn are the same as if we were using the whole flute but it

will be a lot easier to just worry about using the head joint because we aren't going to

use any fingers or anything.

So it's important for you to know that there are actually more things than just these four

to make it sound really good and on a higher level.

But this will definitely get you started and help you have some quick success with this.

So let's start with step number one.

The first thing you want to do is make sure you place your lip plate in the right place.

Now if you want more juicy details about exactly how to do this, exactly how to tell where

that's a different video for a different day and I have all of this in perfect sequential

learning order on my website (learn flute online dot com).

So don't forget to come on over and get signed up and come inside the membership area

and learn really how to do this well.

But your first trick is to make sure that you are in the right spot.

Not over to the left, and not over to the right.

Right in the middle and get yourself fitted in there correctly.

Making sure that back edge is touching right where your lip ends and your skin begins,

that's really important to know.

That's step one.

Now your second step is to notice these cheeks here, how I've kind of got a smile going

on.

That's kind of normal for me because I like playing flute and I like teaching flute and

I get kind of smiley.

Now a lot of people get really tense or just smiley while they're playing and the second

step here is to release that smile so take it and release it.

That is what you have to do.

Step two is to relax those cheeks so you put it on (step one) "ee" and then step two

(like an oo).

So "ee" then "oo".

Step three is going to be "ah" so we're going to take our jaw and we're going to

drop it a little bit.

So that's step three.

Step one was "ee" put it on there.

Step two was "oo" , step three was "ah" where I dropped it down and step four is going

to be to give a good hard spit or a good hard tongue.

Now I don't know what method you've learned how to play but you're welcome to come and

learn the way that I teach my students so you can sound really great.

Now let me demonstrate that right here.

So we have step one "ee", step two "oo", "ah", then a good hard…
