In the quest for global domination the powers that be and their associates have had to build
up layer upon layer of deception to control the human race, which only goes to show that
they cannot enslave us through outright overt aggression alone.
For them, the fear of losing control is far greater than the fear experienced by the collective
human race through their controlling: The controllers know that their armory is a lot
thinner and more vulnerable than what they have led us to believe.
In effect the controllers have made a fake reality where every insane perversion and
paradox goes against the natural flow of things, allowing them (as they have) to parasite off
the human race.
But their theater of illusion with its secrets and lies is getting found out by a growing
number of awakened humans.
� Indeed, what the controllers fear the most are the consequences of this.
Then, there�s another weakness.
As the controllers push towards complete ownership of Mother Earth and her resources, inhabitants
included, there are the opposing factions within.
Each controlling faction group has conflicting agendas while competing against each other.
� It�s quite ironic that the only group that hasn�t vied for complete ownership
is the collective human race.
Some controllers are more interested in owning and controlling Earth�s resources.
To some, winning the prize would mean complete ownership and control of the resources alone
and doing away with Earth�s inhabitants, if that what it takes.
� This madness becomes self-evident when, as an example, considering the transhuman
agenda and the threat of a robot (cyborg) world takeover.
As advancements in technology continue to serve the controllers more efficiently, how
can we humans set ourselves free?
There is a solution.
In your awakening you must realize that you are part of that solution and act on it!
This involves applying the 4 universal laws that govern the nature of cause and effect.
To have cause and effect; to take control and rightful ownership of this planet you
and a significant number of other humans need to co-create by applying 4 universal laws
to birth a new paradigmexperience, a world that will make a difference for everyone.
Thus, when the significant number of focused humans applying the laws is reached, acting
synergistically, we will be unstoppable as we overwhelm those groups that go against
us.
In effect, they will be removed from the scenario.
Only those choosing not to be in the predatory roles they have been playing on the human
race will stay�
The 4 universal laws
The laws, when focused on, knowingly or unknowingly, �operate for them self.� That is, they
operate on levels that cannot be explained by the mind alone.
They transcend the confinements of matter, energy, space and time.
It is vitally important that those focusing on the laws do not deviate, get distracted,
or become caught up in the role of victim.
� To this end discernment is needed along the way to get some understanding of the multiple
layers of deception ran on the human race by the controllers, so as to avoid getting
caught up in their traps.
Law #1 � Attention
As I have been saying in previous writing, life shows up as a result of where you are
consciously at (thoughts, feelings, emotions, attitude�).
The more attention you give to something the more likely it will manifest in your life.
Law # 2 � Intention
Following on from 1, the greater the intention put into what you chose to give your attention
to, the more likely it will manifest.
Thus, it comes as no surprise that �like attracts like.� People and circumstances
show up as a mirror reflection of you.
Law #3 � Allowance
Essentially, allowance means simply allowing the first 2 laws to operate� Allowance can
at times be quite difficult.
For example, if you�re up against challenging circumstances, making it difficult to stay
focussed on the first 2 laws.
Law # 4 � Balance
For making the new paradigm experience manifest it is important that harmony and balance is
maintained.
That is not to say that thoughts, feelings and emotions� must not run with a degree
of polarity.
Sometimes these factors may indeed run high.
� That�s okay; some of the related discomforts can serve as a motivation, as long as you
don�t become overawed and are still able to hold the focused intent related to the
other laws.
Summary and conclusion
Humans need to understand that they�re regarded as �fair game� in a competition over who
gets the winning prize; their enslavement through absolute control and ownership.
Some controllers would be happy to own and control the planet�s resources and do away
with the collective human race.
However, the momentum is gathering.
A growing number of humans are seeing right through the deception.
While discernment and taking responsibility are indeed important, intention is the key.
As a counter to the control and ownership, the application of the 4 universal laws that
govern reality is needed to be applied to create a new paradigm experience a world that
makes a difference for everyone to take us away from the otherwise doom and gloom scenario.
� Just how committed could you be to becoming one of the team of co creators creating the
new paradigm experience by applying the 4 laws?
Remember, you are not insignificant.
Insignificance is an illusion.
You can make a difference in the big picture.
In the planetary awakening this is
how you are part of

Smart dust is a name given to extremely small computing particles, RFID chips, or other
very small technologies.
A popular article from Extreme Tech describes it in the headline: �Smart dust: A complete
computer that�s smaller than a grain of sand.� An article from War is Boring is
titled �Future Military Sensors Could Be Tiny Specks of �Smart Dust� New technologies
allow for extremely small�and ubiquitous�military sensors.� A paper from University of California,
San Diego describes smart dust:
�The term �smart dust� originally referred to miniature wireless semiconductor devices
made using fabrication techniques derived from the microelectronics industry.
These devices incorporate sensing, computing and communications in a centimetre-sized package.�
It is promoted as an eventuality, that smart dust will cover streets and buildings to identify
people, that people will have smart dust in their bodies, and other things in mainstream
television and media.
They paint a utopian, blissful picture of it.
However, the history of entities involved in creating smart dust show a different perspective.
The same entities who create destructive technology (drones, surveillance technology, technology
for warfare) are involved with its creation: military industrial complex players, from
the RAND Corporation to Hitachi, to DARPA and their collaborators in academia.
As with all technology, the people who wield it determine whether it�s used for the benefit
of, or against the common people.
�The concepts for Smart Dust emerged from a workshop at RAND in 1992 and a series of
DARPA ISAT studies in the mid-1990s due to the potential military applications of the
technology.
The work was strongly influenced by work at UCLA and the University of Michigan during
that period.�
The Rand Corporation has been involved in morally reprehensible warfare, think tank
activity and strategy in particular, for several decades.
They were involved in nuclear war strategy, disrespecting the lives of everyone on the
planet in scenarios where nuclear bombs would be detonated to retaliate against Russia at
the expense of all life on Earth.
Such apocalyptic scenarios are explored in many RAND publications, and in 2016, they
examined possibilities of war with China.
RAND has published several papers about spraying the skies, involuntarily treating whole populations
with chemicals to geoengineer the weather.
One is titled �Governing Geoengineering Research: A Political and Technical Vulnerability
Analysis of Potential Near-Term Options.�
With the recent announcement that the US government is looking into geoengineering research, it
looks like an overt, involuntary treatment of the American people with geoengineering
material is coming soon.
They act as if they aren�t already spraying us.
RAND is likely to be involved with complex science used for control over populations,
as implied in a publication of theirs.
It reads,
�Beyond the agricultural and industrial revolutions of the past, a global technology
revolution is currently changing the world.
This book discusses the broad, multidisciplinary, and synergistic trends in this revolution,
including genomics, cloning, biomedical engineering, smart materials, agile manufacturing, nanofabricated
computation devices, and integrated microsystems.�
A central, historical player in Japan�s military industrial complex, Hitachi developed
some of the smallest smart dust particles ever disclosed to the public, a full 15 years
ago with the announcement of the 0.4mm x 0.4mm external antenna �-Chip.
As far back as 2001, �smart dust� was this small.
It is depicted in this popular meme still circulating on social media.
Considering how far back the technology goes, how small is the smallest �smart dust�
today?
Could it be small enough to perform functions inside the human body, or be involuntarily
sprayed on us without us realizing it?
Considering what we don�t know about the inner workings of DARPA, the institutes of
technology so influential to modern warfare, and other historically dangerous institutions,
what technology similar to smart dust could they be pioneering or even experimenting on
us with?
Understanding the history of recent human experimentation is necessary to understand
the probability of involuntary treatment with smart dust.
A paper from the University of California, San Diego is titled �Smart dust: self-assembling,
self-orienting photonic crystals of porous Si.� It is about �micrometer-sized one-dimensional
photonic crystals of porous Si that spontaneously assemble, orient, and sense their local environment.�
A June 2016 Singularity Hub article is titled �Smart Dust Is Coming: New Camera Is the
Size of a Grain of Salt.� The article reads:
�In a new University of Stuttgart paper published in Nature Photonics, scientists
describe tiny 3D printed lenses and show how they can take super sharp images.
Each lens is 120 millionths of a meter in diameter�roughly the size of a grain of
table salt�and because they�re 3D printed in one piece, complexity is no barrier.
Any lens configuration that can be designed on a computer can be printed and used.�
�The lenses�which included single, double, and triple optical elements�were printed
on strands of optical fiber and standard digital sensors like those used in cameras.
The researchers believe future applications include less invasive endoscopic medical imaging
of the body�even injection into the brain�and nearly invisible camera sensors on miniature
drones or robots.
�This will lead to a plethora of novel devices with tremendous impact on biotechnology, medical
engineering, and safety/security monitoring,� they wrote.�
Injecting smart dust into a person�s brain for endoscopic medical imaging is �less�
invasive?
Using bacteria encapsulated in electrospun nanofibers to treat water and enrich soil
for crops is being discussed as well, in powerful academic institutions such as Israel Institute
of Technology.
Geoengineering researchers suspect that the tiny, metallic looking particles found after
chemtrail spraying may be a form of smart dust.
People theorize that smart dust may be sprayed on us, and that a similar technology may even
be forcefully administered to take control of the human body.
Some question whether GWEN towers could be used in conjunction with smart dust-type-technology.
While it�s not completely proven that people are being involuntarily treated with smart
dust, if we want to anticipate the future and avoid a dystopian nightmare, we�d be
wise to examine all the possibilities, because in the world today, technology that was heralded
as revolutionary and life saving is often the complete opposite.
Once the general public is coaxed into accepting something as life-saving, from that point
forward, people who criticize the science are ostracized.
This is not science as in, the scientific method of critically testing the effects of
something and searching for evidence, but it�s dogma about technology.
Vaccines are a perfect example.
Once people became normalized to them, and people who questioned them were denigrated
as conspiracy theorists, a threshold was crossed which makes it difficult to reach anyone with
alternative info about them.
Powerful institutions and their mad scientists are trying to cross this �threshold of normalization�
with geoengineering as we speak, and they will try with smart dust.
While people who observe the chemtrail spraying in the skies, have seen rain tests full of
aluminum, and have seen the geoengineering patents for spraying aluminum, have been cast
aside as conspiracy theorists for saying spraying is occurring, the mainstream media and mad
science institutions are now openly calling for spraying the skies to �combat climate
change.�
One day, the government could declare �we will now spray,� and those who say your
health could be damaged by their geoengineering spray might be called crazy in a future where
people are normalized to it.
Those who insist other chemicals and things are being sprayed on us under the guise of
overt geoengineering could be called paranoid, once the �threshold of normalization�
is reached with the public.
To remain in control over what technology is administered to us, because governments
are pushing harder every day to make vaccines mandatory, breathing in particles sprayed
in the sky, and other health damaging things, we have to not allow public opinion to reach
that threshold of willfully accepting involuntary treatment.
With the passing of California�s SB277, children attending school are now required
to get a long list of vaccines.
According to SB277.org:
�SB 277 eliminates a parent�s right to exempt their children from one, some, or all
vaccines, a risk-laden medical procedure including death.
In 2016, California parents will be forced to give their children more than 40 doses
of 10 federally recommended vaccines.
This open-ended vaccine mandate allows the State of California to add any additional
vaccines they deem necessary at anytime.
The only exemption available is a medical exemption that doctors deny to 99.99 percent
of children under federal guidelines.�

N. Korea may be restarting Yongbyon reactor: 38 North - Duration: 0:54.
North Korea may be getting ready to restart its five-megawatt Yongbyon nuclear reactor.
The U.S.-based North Korea monitoring website 38-North says satellite imagery of the reactor
in Yongbyon, Pyeonganbuk-do province, taken from October to January, shows the continual
presence of vehicles, which it says suggests refueling, maintenance or renewed operations.
While no steam exhaust was observed, the reactor's cooling cistern has been kept clean since
late last month.
Snow was cleared from the roof of the reactor and its support buildings.
The report says all of these signs indicate the site is occupied or at least minimally
heated.
It also says this is the highest level of activity observed at the site since the plutonium-producing
plant was shut down in 2015 At full operational capacity, the reactor
can produce roughly six kilograms of plutonium a year, enough for two nuclear weapons.

The ex-presidential chief of staff and the current culture minister are now waiting at
the Seoul Detention Center for a court decision.
The independent counsel team also summoned the woman at the center of the scandal but
she's once again rejected the call.
Hwang Hojun starts us off.
A Seoul court heard arguments on Friday over whether to arrest former presidential chief
of staff Kim Ki-choon and-or current Culture Minister Cho Yoon-sun.
The two are now at the Seoul Detention Center awaiting the court's decision, which could
come as soon as Friday night or early Saturday morning.
Kim Ki-choon and Cho Yoon-sun both face two charges -- abuse of authority and perjury.
They are accused of being involved in the creation of a blacklist of nearly 10,000 cultural
figures deemed critical of the government -- including author Han Kang, who won of the
Man Booker International Prize last year, and filmmaker Park Chan-wook, who won the
grand prize at the Cannes Film Festival in 2004.
The list was intended to prevent those on it from receiving state support and sponsorship.
Meanwhile, in its afternoon briefing, the independent counsel said it had summoned President
Park's confidante Choi Soon-sil, the woman at the center of the scandal, to testify on
Saturday on the charge of being an accomplice to bribery.
"IF Choi Soon-sil refuses again to appear, a warrant will be issued for her arrest.
We're summoning her on the charge of being an accomplice to the acceptance of bribes."
Moments later, Choi's legal team said Choi had rejected the summons and that she won't
appear voluntarily at the independent counsel's office.
Because Choi is not under arrest on a warrant requested by the independent counsel but rather
by the prosecution's special investigation bureau, she's not obligated to submit to questioning
on the bribery charge.
She has continually refused to appear before the counsel since Christmas Eve, the first
and only time she complied with a summons.
She's cited health reasons, psychological trauma and insufficient time to prepare for
her own trial, leaving the counsel little choice but to get their own warrant if they
want to question her.
But as the independent counsel team had previously said a separate arrest warrant request solely
depends on Choi Soon-sil's attitude, watchers are saying a new arrest warrant request from
the team is imminent, forcing Choi to appear for questioning, and the team being able to
keep her up to 20 days.

New orders raise hopes of recovery in Korea's shipbuilding industry - Duration: 2:03.
A string of big orders for Korea's shipbuilders is raising hopes they could be back on the
recovery track,... driven by rising oil prices.
While the so-called "Big 3" are expected to regain some much-needed momentum this year,...
it's not exactly going to be smooth sailing all the way yet.
Kim Min-ji looks into the ailing sector's rebound.
There may be light at the end of the tunnel for Korea's ailing shipbuilding industry.
Samsung Heavy Industries announced this week that it won a deal to build a floating storage
and regasification unit or FSRU -- which is used in transiting and transferring Liquefied
Natural Gas.
The order is estimated to be worth some 230 million U.S. dollars.
Samsung Heavy also won an almost one-point-three billion dollar deal to build an offshore facility
early this month.
Hyundai Heavy Industries said it won an order to build a FSRU ship,... as well as receiving
orders from Iran to build ten ships last month worth 700 million dollars.
Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering also won a contract for a floating storage
and regasification unit ship last month.
It's also stepping up negotiations to deliver two drill ships ordered by Angola -- which
had been delayed.
That's good news for Korea's shipbuilding industry -- which has been suffering from
massive losses,... amid an industrywide slump and increased costs.
Although it will take time for a complete rebound,... there are hopes that new orders
will be the start of putting the nation's shipyards back on the recovery track.
This as the industry is expected to pick up steam on the back of rising oil prices.
Crude prices, which hovered around the 40 dollar a barrel mark last year,... have recently
risen to the 50 dollar range.
However, a downside factor is that the cost of building ships continues to rise.
Experts say there are also uncertainties regarding to what extent oil prices will recover,...
while slow growth in the global economy could also weigh on the industry.

States.
The real-estate mogul and reality show star turned politician was busier than ever attending
some major events, while his opponents also got busy making their voices heard.

The first step in the inauguration process took place on Thursday afternoon,... with
a wreath-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery.
The chair of the inaugural committee said it signaled the start of Trump's transition
from candidate to president.
He then made the short journey to the Lincoln Memorial for a final rally, named after his
now-famous campaign slogan.
"And our phrase, you all know it, half of you are wearing the hat: Make America Great
Again.
But we're going to make America great for all of our people ... everybody."
Afterward he attended a black-tie dinner at Union Station, where he thanked his team and
new cabinet members, before staking out an early re-election bid.
"The next time, four years from now, the next time, we're going to win the old-fashioned
way.
We're going to win because we did so well, because it was so overwhelming, the thing
that we did."
Friday's inauguration ceremony is expected to be attended by some 900-thousand people,
though a significant proportion of that crowd will be demonstrating against his electoral
victory.
Some of the protests had started Thursday, with clashes between breaking out in front
of the DeploraBall cocktail party organized by Trump supporters.
A star-studded protest also took place in Trump's home state of New York, and more demonstrations
are expected to take place around the country over the weekend.

Beijing's latest actions spark concerns it is retaliating against Seoul's move to install THAAD - Duration: 2:00.
Amid growing concerns over China's economic retaliation against South Korea due to the
scheduled deployment of the THAAD missile defense system,... it appears Beijing has
upped the stakes even further,... banning imports of Korean air purifiers.

According to industry sources on Friday, over the past few weeks,...
Chinese authorities have been refusing to allow the import of four Korean air purifiers
produced by LG Electronics, Shinil and two other firms,... citing safety and performance
reasons.
But as production of LG's air purifier has already been discontinued and it is no longer
sold in China,... there's some confusion over the real reason for the import ban.
However, it does appear to be part of a growing trend.
Chinese customs banned imports of 43 Korean bidet products in December, and 19 cosmetics
products earlier this month.
Aside from that there are growing concerns that the arts may also be falling victim to
retaliatory action from China.
Classical music industry representatives in Seoul said Friday the Chinese government has
delayed issuing a visa to Korean soprano Jo Su-mi, without offering a sufficient explanation.
Jo is scheduled to start a three-city concert tour in China on February 19th.
In another case, top Korean pianist Paik Kun-woo's performance with China's Guiyang Symphony
Orchestra, which was scheduled for March 18th, has been canceled.
The production agency said it doesn't know the exact reason for the cancellation but
heard Paik say the concert had been canceled because of issues related to THAAD.
Seoul believes that deployment to South Korea of the U.S. missile defense system is necessary
to counter the growing threats from North Korea.
Beijing is strongly opposed to THAAD, having said in the past it goes against China's geopolitical
interests.

N. Korea may be restarting Yongbyon reactor: 38 North - Duration: 0:54.North Korea may be getting ready to restart its five-megawatt Yongbyon nuclear reactor.
The U.S.-based North Korea monitoring website 38-North says satellite imagery of the reactor
in Yongbyon, Pyeonganbuk-do province, taken from October to January, shows the continual
presence of vehicles, which it says suggests refueling, maintenance or renewed operations.
While no steam exhaust was observed, the reactor's cooling cistern has been kept clean since
late last month.
Snow was cleared from the roof of the reactor and its support buildings.
The report says all of these signs indicate the site is occupied or at least minimally
heated.
It also says this is the highest level of activity observed at the site since the plutonium-producing
plant was shut down in 2015 At full operational capacity, the reactor
can produce roughly six kilograms of plutonium a year, enough for two nuclear weapons.
