There's a Hog Rider born every 45 seconds,

but this is a story of a very special one...

A puny little guy who no one ever believed could become a Hog Rider.

No one, that is, except for me. I adopted him.

At six months old he was ready to try solid food.

So, I decided to see if he could be up to the challenge of being a Hog Rider.

Meet America's New First Family - Duration: 4:09.

In early 2017, President-elect Donald Trump announced plans to appoint his son-in-law,

Jared Kushner, as Senior White House Advisor.

Kushner is married Trump's daughter Ivanka and was a key player both in the campaign

and the cabinet appointment process.

As inauguration day nears, a spotlight has been shined, not just on Kushner, but on all

of Trump's close relatives.

So, let's meet America's newest first family.

Donald Trump has been married three times and has five children.

His three eldest children, Donald Jr, Eric, and Ivanka are from his first marriage to

Czech fashion model Ivana Trump.All three have held high ranking positions in the Trump

Organization, and Donald Trump's sons are slated to take over its operations while he's

in office.

Donald Jr., Eric and Ivanka have also appeared on many episodes of their father's reality

show, The Apprentice.

The oldest son, Donald Jr., also called "Don" is married to a former model and has five

children.

He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics, and played an

active role in his father's 2016 presidential campaign.

However, as a surrogate he attracted widespread criticism for a Tweet comparing Syrian refugees

to skittles, even garnering condemnation of the statement from the parent company of Skittles

itself

Trump's second son, Eric, graduated from Georgetown University with degrees in finance

and management.

For the last decade, Eric has also run his own charitable foundation, raising money for

St. Jude Childrens hospital, although some of these funds have allegedly been paid to

the Trump Organization itself.

Eric has left his post as president of the charity to avoid possible conflicts of interest.

But perhaps the best known of Trump's children is his first daughter Ivanka.

Ivanka is a former model and active businesswoman, with her own fashion and jewelry lines.

She identifies as "neither Republican or Democrat", and is reportedly a close friend

of Hillary Clinton's daughter Chelsea.

Ivanka has advocated for left-wing causes like women's rights and gay rights, and

was pivotal in her father's' campaign and transition into the White House.

Even before the start of Donald Trump's term, Ivanka has already been part of a meeting

with Japan's Prime Minister, and reportedly taken over a phone call with House Minority

Leader Nancy Pelosi to discuss women's issues.

Many say she is poised to have a greater role in the White House than previous First Daughters,

and perhaps even the First Lady.

Donald Trump's current wife is former Slovenian model Melania Trump, and is the second First

Lady in U.S. history to have been born outside the United States.

She immigrated to the US in 1996, and became a citizen ten years later.

She doesn't have a college degree but reportedly speaks five languages.

As First Lady, Melania has said she will focus on helping women and children, as well as

combating cyberbullying.

Trump's two youngest children have received the least amount of attention.

23-year-old Tiffany Trump has been referred to as a "mystery daughter", and is the

daughter of Trump's second wife, Marla Maples, who he married after a highly publicized affair

during his first marriage.

She is a recent graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where she majored in sociology

and urban studies.

She is both a singer and a model, and is known for a popular Instagram account where she

appears with other heirs and heiresses, dubbed the "rich kids of instagram".

Donald and Melania's son, 10-year-old Barron, sometimes called "Little Donald", attends

a prestigious school in New York City where he will live with his mother until the end

his current school term.Donald Trump also has eight grandchildren.

Although some members of Trump's family fill the ranks in his transition team and

other key advisory positions, federal anti-nepotism laws forbid government officials from appointing

family members to public office.

However, experts say Trump could work around this law because of a legal precedent set

by, ironically, Bill Clinton, when he appointed of his wife Hillary to a government task force.

What role his family holds in the new administration still remains to be seen.

From hotels, to casinos to golf courses, the Trump name is plastered everywhere around

the world.

Now that Donald Trump is in office his children will take over the family business, but is

that enough to ensure that there are no conflicts of interest?

Prior to the election we took a look at the business problems Trump may face while in

office.

The problem with blind trust is that it's really hard to make sure they're blind and

there's a big complication when it comes to Trump: his name.

Since his largest source of income is his brand name, it would be impossible for Trump

not to notice which buildings and businesses license his name after transferring ownership

of it to a blind trust.

Tour Down Under Stage 4 Race Report - Duration: 4:13.

An intriguing day in store on Stage 4 of the Tour Down Under - at first glance, one for

the sprinters, but the road from Norwood to Campbelltown could present an opportunity

for a small group to take advantage of the descent down the fast and technical Gorge

Road towards the finish.

It was a mere 2 years ago that Jack Bobridge did just that, working as part of a 4 man

group that dashed the hopes of the sprinters on Stage 1 back in 2015.

Many riders in this years field will have hoped to be in the same situation today, but

as the flag dropped at the official start in the town of Paradise, life was anything

but a beach for those trying to get in today's early breakaway.

Eventually Cameron Meyer of Uni-SA, Jack Bauer of Quickstep Floors, and Ondřej Cink of Bahrain

Merida got clear after 12km of racing.

Things soon settled down after a very aggressive start and the trio had amassed a lead of just

over 2 minutes as they approached the first major climb of the day - Checker Hill Road

at 25km.

Cink, who was winning medals in cross country mountain biking just 7 months ago, attacked

on the climb to take the 10 KOM points on offer at the top.

Despite his relative inexperience on the road, it was in fact the 25 year old Czech that

posed the greatest threat to General Classification, at 57 seconds behind race leader Richie Porte.

His team were on the front for most of the day, rarely allowing the gap to rise above

2 minutes.

Bauer, Meyer and Cink rolled through the 1st intermediate sprint at 37.5km, unwilling to

waste energy by sprinting for points and the odd bonus second - it was stage win or nothing today.

Through the feed zone and the 2nd intermediate sprint at km 90, again uncontested by our

intrepid breakaway.

With the race turning back on itself towards Campbelltown and out of a headwind,

things got interesting.

Meyer attacked, Bauer reacted, but Cink was dropped.

After a quick look behind, the two set about maintaining their 45 second lead with the

long descent of the Gorge Road approaching and what seemed like the possibility of an upset.

We suspect it was an unfortunate mechanical that forced Meyer to sit up and drift back

to the bunch at such a crucial moment.

Clearly not part of the plan they'd discussed 40 minutes ago.

Bauer was now engaged in a solo game of high speed chicken with a peloton now desperate

to make the catch.

The New Zealander held on as long as he could, but when the road eventually flattened out

with just 4km to go, he was gobbled up by a peloton hungry for a bunch sprint.

This set up the kind of high speed finish that has you on the edge of your seat, with

teams trying to get their sprinters in position.

On the dash to the line, Danny Van Poppel launched first from 200m out, but Ewan played

the waiting game and launched into the wind 100m later and took the win once again from

Peter Sagan, with Van Poppel holding on for third.

Ewan has now notched 6 wins in total this month, and he was quick to credit the hard

work of his team after the stage.

Caleb Ewan: I really could not have asked for a better start to the year.

My team again did an amazing job.

they really backed me on a circuit that could have gone either way and I think you saw on

TV that they were really committed to the chase and they were committed to winning today.

Another day, another masterclass in reading the sprint from Caleb Ewan.

He initially looks to creep up on the inside barrier, and Trek-Segafredo's Edward Theuns

has the time idea, but is blocked by Luke Rowe peeling off after his leadout.

Ewan has to stop pedalling for a split second, but he uses his incredible acceleration to

latch back onto Van Poppel and use him as a windbreaker for another 100m or so before

launching to victory.

No change at all at the sharp end of the General Classification - Richie Porte will spend another

day in the leader's ochre jersey, and will surely be fighting for the win with the other

climbers for overall honours on Stage 5.

Hello tankers!

In today's episode, we'll be having a good look at the latest changes to the friends menu,

and telling you more about the upcoming clan system.

We'll also be telling you about player ratings, which will be returning to the game soon.

Today's update was a relatively tiny one, but there are some details about it

that we'd like to share with you.

The friends menu has changed.

The "Send", and "incoming request" buttons,

are now smaller and more understandable.

The second change is that we have removed the "Referrals" button from the top menu bar,

and moved the whole section to the Friends menu.

We also cleaned up the section.

We removed the "invite by email feature", because who needs it in twenty-seventeen?

And we removed the banners too because they no longer work properly on most sites.

So now, all that's left inside the menu

is your list of your referrals, and the "invite a friend" button.

When you click this button, a special link will be copied to your clipboard.

You'll be able to share this link with your friends who don't play Tanki,

to invite them to join you in the game.

If a friend of yours uses this link to register, and continues playing Tanki,

you will receive freebie crystals for every new rank he or she reaches.

Of course, any players you refer, can also become your friends in the game.

These players will have a special sign next to their nickname.

In a future version of the friends menu, there will also be a third button — Clans.

Once it is implemented, the Clans feature will allow you to set up a clan

and invite other tankers to join it.

Being in a clan has four main advantages:

First — You'll have a special clan tag attached to your nickname

Second — Any tankers who join a clan, will get their own chat window

for easy interaction and chatting with their clanmates

Third — You'll be able to join PRO-battles without

needing a PRO-pass or Premium account.

However, you will still need those to create Pro Battles

And finally, the most important feature

Clan Battles, which will only be open to Clan Members.

This means there won't be any mults, sabotages and other annoyances.

With future updates, this feature will be improved even further.

The great news is that it's almost ready to launch.

If everything goes according to plan, we'll be implementing it in a week or maybe two.

More exciting announcements.

Player ratings will be returning to the game soon,

and will become the one measure for all tankers.

This number will be visible in the game window, in the experience bar,

and it will be possible to check other players' ratings in their profile on the game's website.

We will also be featuring the TOP-100 tankers according to rating,

and unlike other ranking pages, this list will NOT be restarted every week.

Player ratings were removed from the game two years ago

because it was too easy to boost the numbers using cheap tactics,

and that it NOT COOL.

The new rating system will be based on the same metrics,

but will use a new, smarter formula.

So from now on, if you meet someone with a higher rating than yours,

you can be pretty sure he or she is going to be a worthy challenger.

The Woodpecker - My snowmobile adventure - Duration: 6:31.

Hi, on The Woodpecker today, I bring you along on my snowmobile adventure.

If you were expecting a woodworking video, well you're going be a little disappointed.

This video is all about snow, ice and cold.

So if all these things disgust you, maybe you won't like the rest...

A lot of people want to see more of my cottage.

Well, I've already shown you how it can be difficult to go there in spring, summer and fall.

And with this video in winter.

To go to the cottage, I need to use my snowmobile.

Yes, I'm going to use my brand new sled for its first big trip.

I put some kilometres on the first time I've tried it, but this will be our first big trip.

The first thing I have to do, is to drive it into the pick-up box.

After removing the ramp, I tie it to the truck.

Now the adventure starts.

Three hours of road, stuck behind a snowplow, is not my idea of fun.

But at the end of the road; there's the snowmobile ramp.

Now we need to get dressed.

Excuse us, but with this nice weather outside, we change inside the truck.

I know all my new European friends will say, this is not so bad it's only dry cold.

The truck is not big enough, I have to go outside to put my coat on.

But when we're fully clothed, we can tie down our luggages to the snowmobile and we're ready for the adventure.

The first thing we do, is cross a big lake.

Then we're on a not so good trail. But it's OK; we're in the woods with lots of snow.

We roll like that for seven hours, before realizing that no one went on the lake near the cottage this winter.

The only guy who tried got stuck, even before touching the ice.

But the night is coming and the cold is really becoming a problem.

We go where I normally park the truck in the summer, get our stock out, and walk with snowshoes and a flashlight towards the cottage.

After one hour of walking, we're nowhere near our destination.

There's too much snow. Every step we take, we end up having snow up to our waist.

And It's way too cold at night to stay here.

So we head back to the snowmobile.

I love going to the cottage in winter, but I love my life even more.

On one foot, all my toes are frozen.

I warm up my toes while Franky ties down our luggage by himself.

Then we go back to the last place we know there's some heat.

It's at the Pourvoirie du lac du repos; an hour and a half from where we where.

We arrived at ten o'clock; exhausted and famished.

We had had nothing to eat since seven in the morning.

The next day, it was way warmer; this was almost like resort weather.

We had breakfast here. It was special to see all those stuffed animals all around us

Most were local wildlife and some others from here and there.

But definitively, the one I loved the most is the lynx jumping on a ruffed grouse.

This is the cottage we rented. It's not as pretty as mine, but at least it is warmer than sleeping in a snow bank at minus thirty.

But if you want to see all the snowmobile models, this is the place to be.

We tie all our stuff back on the snowmobile because it's time to go back to the pick-up.

It took us less time to go back to the truck.

It's true we were several kilometres closer but the trails were much better that the ones we took the day before.

The last thing to do, is to put the snowmobile back into the box and go back home.

The next day, I put it back in its spot in the backyard.

In the end, we didn't made a long trip; but what we lack in kilometres, we had in adventure.

I know I promised a cottage video; I just hope you'll forgive me to have chosen my life rather than my words;

but this way, we still can see each other in more episodes of The Woodpecker.

The first thing we do, is cross a big lake. Then we're on a not so good trail.

But it's OK; we're in the woods with lots of snow.

We roll like that for seven hours, before realizing that no one went on the lake near the cottage this winter.

The only guy who tried got stuck, even before touching the ice.

But the night is coming and the cold is really becoming a problem.

We go where I normally park the truck in the summer,

get our stock out, and walk with snowshoes and a flashlight towards the cottage.

After one hour of walking, we're nowhere near our destination. There's too much snow.

Every step we take, we end up having snow up to our waist and. It's way too cold at night to stay here.

So we head back to the snowmobile.

I love going to the cottage in winter, but I love my life even more.

On one foot, all my toes are frozen.

I warm up my toes while Franky ties down our luggage by himself.

Then we go back to the last place we know there's some heat.

It's at the Pourvoirie du lac du repos; an hour and a half from where we where.

We arrived at ten o'clock; exhausted and famished.

We had nothing to eat since seven in the morning.

The next day, it was way warmer; this was almost like resort weather.

We had breakfast here.

It was special to see all those stuffed animals all around us.

Most were local wildlife and some others from here and there.

But definitively, the one I loved the most is the lynx jumping on a ruffed grouse.

This is the cottage we rented. It's not as pretty as mine, but at least it is warmer than sleeping in a snow bank at minus thirty.

But if you want to see all the snowmobile models, this is the place to be.

We tie all our stuff back on the snowmobile because it's time to go back to the pick-up.

It took us less time to go back to the truck.

It's true we were several kilometres closer but the trails were much better that the ones we took the day before.

The last thing to do, is to put the snowmobile back into the box and go back home.

The next day, I put it back in its spot in the backyard.

In the end, we didn't made a long trip; but what we lack in kilometres, we had in adventure.

I know I promised a cottage video; I just hope you'll forgive me to have chosen my life rather than my words;

but this way, we still can see each other in more episodes of The Woodpecker.

This rifle gave me an official representative of ARES in Russia

On the internet qiute a lot of reviews on this rifle. And I want to tell you my own opinion about this replica

Prototype for this rifle is hunter rifle Magpul Hunter - 700, but the Ares company advertises it as a military rifle, cause the hunter with airsoft rifle on the banner looks wierd

Type of this rifle - spring action

Bolt progress is short, clear & soft

Becasue of short cylinder the magazine is not fake like the most rifles

Also BBs fending direct to Hop-Up without using complex mechanisms like VFC M-40

Box set is basic - rifle, mehanic magazine, loader and ramrod

Rifle is very convinient to handle

Barrel and reciever are made of alluminium alloy, stock and butt - ABS plastic

Rifle is very easy. Weight about 2,5 kg

Magazine drop button is very comfortable, you can remove magazine use only one finger

I don't know what it needs for, but let it be a nice bonus

Another bonus - Spring charging indicator

There is srewdriver set inside of the grip

Hop-Up located under the RIS rail. To configure it you have to replace your optic sight

Also you can buy a lot of removable parts for this rifle. Like flame supressor, silencer, stock, but, etc.

This is a good rifle for its price (200 $). It a little bit more expensive than chinese CYMA VSR-10. Good materials, good assemled, a lot of removable parts

But don't think that you can byu this rifle and be a super-sniper

BBs velocity is 115 m/s (377 fps). For most Asian countries it's a good result, cause it pursuant to law. But if you want to tune up to 170 m/s (560 fps) or 200 m/s (660 fps), you gonna have some problems

Some of parts are standart: inner barel, hop-up rubber, AEG type spring

Firing mechanism is made of steel and it's strong. You don't have to change them

Inner barrel is long (550 mm) and there is not much compression in the cylinder and you've need to change it to short

Also piston and cylinder are med of soft material. Definitely have to be changed

At this moment there is no siutable details for tuning this rifle.

Actually you can do it yoursefl or ask good metal turner for made. Or wait for tuning kit from ARES company

But I think that best desicion is installing HPA kit

Web Development Vs. Software Development: How To Choose? - Duration: 7:04.

I have a question for you about web development or software development.

Let us choose.

This question is from—oh, this is a very interesting name.

I think it's Lyubomir.

That's pretty cool.

Sounds like he could probably on Lord of the Rings or something, sounds like an elfish

name Lyubomir or maybe a dwarf.

Anyway, he says, "Hello John!"

Start with an umph!

"I am a 19 year old male, who is about to start university in 3 months with major in

informatics.

I saw the curriculum of it and I am going to study a lot of C++ and Java.

The problem is that I want to become a web developer (probably backend), but I also love

software programming, using algorithms and loops.

I had little experience in C++ programming in the past for about 3-4 months and I find

it really cool and fun.

On the other hand I like web development too, but I suck at design.

My first question is what should I choose: Web development or software development?

Can you go in depth about their pros and cons?

Can I learn C++, Java, etc. and few web languages or do I have to specialize in one area?

And can I be a frontend developer without doing design and working with softwares like

Adobe Photoshop?"

I already answered the second question.

As far as web developer I'm not going to reanswer that but you can definitely checkout

the video that I have about can you be a web developer without design skills.

The answer is yes, you can.

But now, to choose between software development or web development.

It's kind of a nitpicky phrase.

Is there really a difference there?

I think what he's talking about is really doing kind of backend type of development

versus frontend.

I did a video on backend versus frontend.

You can check that out here just to get some more context.

But between choosing the 2, it doesn't really matter all that much.

What matters is the specialty that you pick and this kind of addresses the bigger question

here is what are you going to specialize in and what are you going to choose?

Because even if you just said web development you're not just going to become a generic

web developer, you're not just going to become a generic software developer.

You need to have a specialty.

Again, I'll point you to my playlist on specialties which you can check out here.

It's ever growing as more and more of this topic is discussed, but there's a lot of

good information about there.

If I had to choose today between going the web route or more the backend route it's

a tough one.

I personally think, this is just my personal opinion here at this point.

I think it's a lot more fun and interesting to work on algorithms and to work on the backend

stuff.

In my career, I did software development for 15 years, more than 15 years.

I had a lot more fun working on like coming up with the algorithms and designing the architecture,

the stuff that you didn't see because I felt like it required more brain and more

thought and more—it was more challenging to me.

I've always liked that type of challenge that's presented by that, to come up with

the design of the architecture, to build the things, to unit test them and make sure that

that works.

To me that's always had the bigger appeal building these kind of things that are not

visible but are still critical to an application.

That's my personal opinion.

I think that's more fun.

When I've done web development I actually did a video on I hate web development.

I was talking about this a little bit.

A lot of web development just—again, some of you are going to argue with this.

That's fine.

That's cool.

This is just my opinion.

But in my opinion what I've seen as a lot of web development is doing crud type of stuff

where you're basically wiring up stuff to a user interface and then making it work and

then doing the design components and fiddling with why does this button not work or why

is this not showing up correctly.

There's some challenge and there's some fun in that.

I don't want to say that it's just total—and there's some excitement.

There's a feeling when you've created a web page, you've created a web app and

it works and you go to the website and it's amazing because you created this thing and

you're seeing it working.

There's that, but it's a little bit more boiler plate, it's a little bit less challenging

for those of you that want that challenge.

Again, not to say that there's not challenge especially with some of the JavaScript frameworks

I know with React and Angular stuff, there's more architecture built into the frontend.

We're kind of blurring the lines there.

In that case, I could see that.

I haven't actually worked a lot with React so I can't really talk to that, but in general,

I find that web development is more of the making the things work and translating directly

from the requirements, I need to build a page with this button that does this thing to the

code and the markup that makes that happen.

Whereas the backend stuff that you might do that is not visible to a UI is going to be

more like, okay, you've got these big requirements and ideas and now you have to come up with

this architecture and stuff.

That may appeal to you more.

Again, it depends on you.

This is just my opinion.

If you're creative and you like design and development type of stuff, maybe that creativity

will be sparked in web development.

But if you're a different kind of creative and you like the problem solving, deep algorithm

type of stuff then the backend stuff is probably going to be more appealing to you.

That's what was more appealing to me, although, like I said, I've done both and I've enjoyed

both in my career.

I just would prefer, if I had a choice, if someone said, "Okay, you can only do 1 kind

of development for the rest of your life" I'm going to skip the web and all of the

problems and complexities of that and I want to work on the pure backend stuff.

That's just me.

I put some kilometres on the first time I've tried it, but this will be our first big trip.

The first thing I have to do, is to drive it into the pick-up box.

After removing the ramp, I tie it to the truck.

Now the adventure starts.

Three hours of road, stuck behind a snowplow, is not my idea of fun.

But at the end of the road; there's the snowmobile ramp.

Now we need to get dressed.

Excuse us, but with this nice weather outside, we change inside the truck.

I know all my new European friends will say, this is not so bad it's only dry cold.

The truck is not big enough, I have to go outside to put my coat on.

But when we're fully clothed, we can tie down our luggages to the snowmobile and we're ready for the adventure.

The first thing we do, is cross a big lake. Then we're on a not so good trail.

But it's OK; we're in the woods with lots of snow.

We roll like that for seven hours, before realizing that no one went on the lake near the cottage this winter.

The only guy who tried got stuck, even before touching the ice.

But the night is coming and the cold is really becoming a problem.

We go where I normally park the truck in the summer,

get our stock out, and walk with snowshoes and a flashlight towards the cottage.

After one hour of walking, we're nowhere near our destination. There's too much snow.

Every step we take, we end up having snow up to our waist and. It's way too cold at night to stay here.

So we head back to the snowmobile.

I love going to the cottage in winter, but I love my life even more.

On one foot, all my toes are frozen.

I warm up my toes while Franky ties down our luggage by himself.

Then we go back to the last place we know there's some heat.

It's at the Pourvoirie du lac du repos; an hour and a half from where we where.

We arrived at ten o'clock; exhausted and famished.

We had nothing to eat since seven in the morning.

The next day, it was way warmer; this was almost like resort weather.

We had breakfast here.

It was special to see all those stuffed animals all around us.

Most were local wildlife and some others from here and there.

But definitively, the one I loved the most is the lynx jumping on a ruffed grouse.

This is the cottage we rented. It's not as pretty as mine, but at least it is warmer than sleeping in a snow bank at minus thirty.

But if you want to see all the snowmobile models, this is the place to be.

We tie all our stuff back on the snowmobile because it's time to go back to the pick-up.

It took us less time to go back to the truck.

It's true we were several kilometres closer but the trails were much better that the ones we took the day before.

The last thing to do, is to put the snowmobile back into the box and go back home.

The next day, I put it back in its spot in the backyard.

In the end, we didn't made a long trip; but what we lack in kilometres, we had in adventure.

I know I promised a cottage video; I just hope you'll forgive me to have chosen my life rather than my words;

but this way, we still can see each other in more episodes of The Woodpecker.

In our Culture Spot tonight, our Lee Unshin spoke with a popular Korean beauty vlogger

who's turned her hobby into a paying job.

At first glance, Kim Hye-won would appear to be an ordinary college student headed to

class on a winter morning.

"I'm done with my assignments, but I have two tests coming up."

Like many students at her school, on top of juggling group assignments, essays and exams...

Kim has a side job.

But hers is a little unusual -- she's a star on the Internet.

With more than 10-million views and nearly 200-thousand subscribers, she is a self-made

YouTube sensation, known on the Web as "Eva."

"Hey guys, this is Eva."

In her video tutorials, she helps her legions of fans perfect their style -- demonstrating

how to use makeup to recreate the doll-like face of a K-Pop star... or how to put together

an outfit... like maybe a retro look from the 80s.

She often makes her videos in the comfort of her home, but sometimes she enlists the

help of a humble local studio.

This is where the magic happens.

As you can see it's not as spacious as might be expected, but with a camera and just the

right lighting, the room's got everything a budding Youtube star needs.

Behind the scenes, Eva is director, producer, writer, video editor, lighting expert... and

artist.

"When I'm showing the color of a makeup product and how it looks on the skin, the lighting

has to be dimmed to 30 percent of the usual setting."

Though she had to put aside her interest in fashion and makeup and focus on school for

a while,... she says she's been interested in producing her own content since she was

in high school.

And now, among thousands of beauty gurus on YouTube, what makes Eva stand out, she says,

is her desire to interact with as many people as possible.

"I once made a video about my experience of prepping for the college entrance exam at

a private academy, and many viewers throught it was very informative.

I want to share a lot of things with them, including personal stories."

Her knowledge and skills in cosmetology are held in high esteem.

"Green-tinted concealer helps offset redness, and lavender-tinted one helps brighten the

face"

They landed her a deal with an agency, through which she gets to collaborate with a variety

of local and global makeup brands.

In fact, these days YouTube stars cross borders, helping companies open new doors for marketing

their products.

In line with that trend, this year Korean entertainment conglomerate CJ E&M has launched

a channel called DIA TV... to shed light on young content creators and to support their

one-person shows.

With opportunities and platforms expanding,... Eva's one-woman productions have already inspired

hundreds of thousands of people... and could be headed for international fandom.

With a new administration taking office in the U.S., Washington's ambassador to Seoul

bids farewell to South Korea.

Ambassador Mark Lippert offered his signature slogan thanking the Korean people for the

love and support for his family during his term here... at the Incheon International

Airport just hours ago.

The next U.S. ambassador to South Korea has not been named yet, but the outgoing U.S.

official requested that he or she push for an even stronger alliance.

Right before he left Korean soil, he gave his final few hours to Arirang TV.

I sat down with at Habib House.

So, this is your very last day as the U.S. ambassador to South Korea.

The end of you and your family's Seoul chapter of a few months over two years.

Bittersweet, I would imagine.

What is it like?

And, I know the Korean people feel the same way about you - You are surely the most well-known

U.S. ambassador to Seoul to the Korean people and I completely agree with this - arguably

the Korean people's favorite so far.

What were some of your most memorable moments here in this country?

Looking back at your roughly 27 months of service in Korea, what would you say are some

of the most notable achievements of yours and remarkable turning points in South Korea,

U.S. alliance?

With a new administration in Washington, many here in Korea have raised concern regarding

a possible changes to the Seoul, Washington relationship as we know it.

That's of course because of remarks made by the new U.S. president on various issues - ranging

from the cost of having U.S. troops in South Korea to the bilateral free trade agreement

between the two countries.

What is your view on this?

Are those concerns legitimate?

South Korea's decision to deploy U.S. missile defense system is increasingly becoming the

source of diplomatic tension, if you will, between South Korea and China.

I want to touch upon TPP - the Trans Pacific Partnership.

I know a group of U.S. ambassadors to some of the party countries, including yourself,

signed an open letter to Congress asking members to support the trade pact.

I know the new U.S. president wants the TPP scrapped.

Witnessing the rise of trade protectionism is especially unsettling

for trade-dependent economies like Korea.

So, a new ambassador from the new administration will be succeeding your post in Seoul.

Any tips or message for the incoming ambassador coming to South Korea?

I think your friendship with the Korean people... the way you and your family interacted with

the average Koreans, how you blended in with the Korean culture and society will forever

be remembered here.

What do you think you will miss the most about this country, this culture?

Last time we sat here for a one-on-one like this -- that was back in the summer -- I asked

you what you would like

to have achieved personally by the end of your term here.
