Focus On Your Inner Grids

by Jelelle Awen,

Ive been offered this many times, a repeating message over and over, a Divine loop recording

played by my guides.

The Inner grids are the streams of energy flow that run through your body and your auric

field.

They are the streams of love too that runs through your emotional body.

Focusing on the Inner Grids means that you are conscious and aware of what is going INSIDE,

above all else.

You are feeling with curiosity and love what your reactions are, what your triggers are,

what your responses are to the outside AND what comes up from inside as you connect more

with your souls stories and your hearts scenes.

You are noticing how these emotional responses impact and affect your energy and your emotional

body.

These stories and scenes provide SO much information for you about you.

They offer a sneak peek into the places of trauma that are often buried deep, tucked

away out of mind, out of sight, out of heart.

Focusing on the Inner Grids allows for a sense of trust that Gaias light grids are doing

just fine on their own.

Gaia is a very powerful high dimensional planetary consciousness.

She is ascending too.

She is in process, just as we are on an individual level.

Her 3D grid with the familiar model of grid lines and Ley lines seems to be dissolving.I

believe this may be what has been called the matrix. Dissolving seems to be the best

word for what I saw in meditation around this.

As the HIGH frequencies of love and light come into Her atmosphere, they are dissolving

the holographic 3D grid that feeds on fear and lower vibrational energies.

The fear-based Star BEings (some Reptilians) that used this grid are letting go of it,

unable to hold on as it slips through and out of their reach.

They are being pressed into choosing love or fear with Gaias ascension, needing to

make a clear choice if they want to come along.

I wrote more about that here:

I was shown a temporary fourth dimensional grid system.

Temporary because it is a bridge from the old to the NEW.

The 4D grid system was swirling energy lines, curving, and swerving.

This seems to fit with the transitional, alchemical purgatory of Dark Nights and Light Days that

our world is undergoing right now and so many souls are experiencing on the awakening path.

I have heard other teachers/healers offer that 4D is almost all evil or dark,

yet I dont feel it this way.

4D to me is actually a very catalytic and dynamic transitional consciousness where SO

many lights are turning on even as false ones are being turned off, which can be a quite

painful process for awhile.

There is much ash in the air with fourth dimensional consciousness, but that doesnt

make it evil.

I dont feel there is any REAL evil.only degrees and levels of embracing fear or embracing

love.

Most BEings are a combination of both with openings and closings that allow for more

opening to love or more coming from fear depending on where their consciousness is coming from

and what they are triggered by in the moment.

Since ALL BEings are ultimately fractals from Divine Source, NONE can truly be ONLY evil.

In the 3D world, we have been so afraid of the dark, of going into our own fears, of

SEEing and leading with love into the shadow.

We have made extremes and black/white out of this exploration as it plays out in our

world because of what is happening in our inner worlds that remains unseen and untouched.

Focusing on the Inner Grids is about the reconciliation of your shadow, where it comes from, how it

connects to your soul legacy and to this life experiences.

As you embrace and heal your own shadow, you no longer project a sense of evil out into

or about the world.

There is a wondrous 5D crystalline grid available for Gaia and for those who are healing the

Inner Grids and so then can see it and feel it.

This New Earth timeline is manifesting in the moment of choosing love over fear, going

within, serving love to self, other, and with the Divine.

Those who are not opening UP in these ways, see and create the timeline that they are

meant to see and also the grids that they are meant to see and BE with.

The 5D grid system seems to be in a sacred geometric pattern that I didnt recognize

right away, yet it FELT familiar to my soul.

This grid is energized and created by EVERY soul that is able to tune into as their focus

on self healing and transformation clears the veils, heals the wounds, upgrades the

DNA, lightens the physical body, and upgrades all the clair sensory perceptions.

The familiar ley lines and energy vortexes that we are used to seeing and feeling seem

to be shifting too.

I was given this sense that ALL of 5D Gaia will contain powerful vortexes of energy and

many more activated energy lines.

As we connect more with the energy that we ARE, so we can feel this in ANY place, not

just special places around the world.

Rather than needing to take pilgrimages to Sedona, Arizona or Glastonbury, England, we

can go within and experience the New Earth grid system that comes along with us wherever

we go.

We are vibrating at a high level more often and so dont need these physical places

to activate us anymore, although we might still very much be drawn to visit them for

the soul legacy memories and soul bleeds that come through and are triggered from other

lifetimes.

A key aspect of the ascension process seems to be anchoring your Inner Grids to your cosmic

heart frequencies that open up and vibrate higher as you heal your emotional body.

Connecting with specific energies and tones as parts of you, loving and BEing with them,

allows what has been stuck to move on and to eventually integrate into the WHOLE you.

This creates deeper openings in the cosmic heart and more embodiment INfusion of the

higher self/soul essence into the physical body too.

Anchoring these aspects of you, that have been disowned, into your heart, holding space

for them, enlivens and activates the Inner Grids.

Focusing on the Inner Grids, travelling to the Inner Cosmos, and discovering and uncovering

the magical mystery tour of YOU.

Then, taking this NEW gridwork with you wherever you go, able to see more reflection of it

in your life and WITH Gaia as you grow!

This NEW gridwork allows you to serve love with others coming more and more from LOVE

and with LOVE!

Tutorial: Triggering messages in response to errors in registration form. - Duration: 3:12.

Using Triggers, website owners can respond to any on-site behavior.

This tutorial explains how to add a custom message, as an A/B test,

in response to an error message that users get when they are too young to register

in the checkout flow.

and create a new report

First, get a list of the most common error messages.

Select the "All Visits" segment and then select the "Stats" tab.

Click the "Meta Events" field

and select "Error=*" from the drop down menu.

Then hit "load stats" to load the list of errors.

Switch from the pie chart view to the list view.

Find the error that you would like to respond to.

Click a search icon next to the error

to create a segment of visits in which this error happened

Click apply to confirm.

A new segment definition shows up in the report and

you can use it to trigger a response the next time the error happens.

To do so, choose the triggers tab and select "Show Message" response from the list.

Now configure the message.

Add a message ID...

its title...

the message...

and a label for the Call To Action button.

By default, a response is triggered only in the Preview Mode

so you can safely save the report.

Then open the site in the Preview Mode to test the message.

Go to checkout then to registration and fill in the form.

Choose the date of birth that will result in an error.

Submit the form and the message will show up

Now, go back to UseItBetter.

Set what sample of users should see the message.

Then, set the Trigger to work in the Live Mode

and save the report.

THE LION KING - 3 sexist additions to theDisney's book - Simone Watching #1 -SVAG#1 - EPOPIA - Duration: 6:42.

It's the story of life (song)

Aaaah! It's a girl !

Simone watching

Dad or Mom,

You also read your sacrosanct story to the children every night.

And sometimes, paf! This is the drama!

In the middle of an innocent text, A huge sexist cliché!

And then you end up lamentably mumbling

To try to jump the obstacle Without losing its meaning to history.

Aaaah! I hate having to do that!

At this game there is a book which deserves to unhook the pompon from treason,

This is The Lion King!

What? How dare he criticize the Lion King,

This film that marked an entire generation?

Calmos amigos!

It is not the Lion King that you cherish Which I will discuss today,

But the book The Lion King, From the "Mickey's Club" collection,

Books found in The rooms of thousands of children.

Why this book? Because it seems that the editor or translator,

Decided to betray the original work By adding small macho touches

Which literally spoil the text.

Here are the 3 sexist additions In the book The Lion King.

You'll see, the second is well gratined!

Number 1 - the elephant cemetery

The first wart appears During the meeting with the hyenas,

In the elephant cemetery.

In the movie, Driven by the Hyenas,

The two lions fall From the top of an elephant carcass

And, at the moment when they rise, Without moving from their point of fall,

The hyenas arrive and then Simba pushes his pretty little meow,

Miaouuu!!!

And then, Mouffassa disembarks pushing his big roar like MGM' studios.

Graaaaou!

In the book, this hectic pursuit race

Is replaced by the following sentence:

"You do not scare me big brutes! Said Simba, with a bravado. (reading)

He stands in front of Nala to make him a Bulwark of his body. "(Read)

What ??? A rampart of his body?

But it does not happen at all in the movie,

It is a pure invention and, in addition, it is Not at all exaggerated as wording.

Arrived at Disney for the briefing, They leave me:

There are two lion cubs, a boy and a girl.

They are pursued by hyenas, Suddenly they are afraid and try to escape.

I said, But it's just that!

What is this rotten scenario? The girl she's afraid, okay,

But the guy is a boy, So he snatches his shirt and he runs into the heap, what!

No, but that's not it!

Besides, I also turned the stage with the father, When he tells his son that he is afraid.

No, but hey! Moufassa, is he a fellow or what?

In short, it is not brilliant but, alas, The drama does not end there.

Number 2 - Reunion in the Jungle

You remember that in the film, Simba and Nala fight when they are children,

On arriving at the elephant cemetery, And that Nala takes the lead and wins.

As adults, They fight again in the jungle

And, once again, Nala wins.

And it's like that That Simba recognizes it:

"Nala? Nala is you?"

It's just an essential scene on which

The animators insist very heavily.

Yet it seems that the editor did not Never seen the film because,

When they are adults, He summarizes this scene of brawl

To this sentence, Hang on:

"Ready to start the fight with the lioness,

He hears a voice that he knows well:

Simba is you! It's impossible !

0: 03: 05390.0: 03: 07,150 It's Nala, her childhood friend.

It has become almost as large And as strong as he! "

What ?????

But in the film, It dominates it every time they fight,

And there, in the book, They zap the scene of brawl

And they decide that it is fair "Almost as strong as him"?

So less strong what!

But it's anything !!!

No, but I swear what! They tell me Girl she is stronger than the boy.

No but kind, Bodybuildée like Rambo, what?

I said to myself: But it's too credible.

Ok, the lions who speak, to the limit,

But the girl be stronger That the boy,

But it is too abused!

Let them scrap the fight, okay.

But why add this "almost as strong as him"?

"Almost as strong as him"?

It's such a free phrase And which rests on nothing,

That at each reading I need, afterwards, To sing Hakuna Matata

To calm my nerves ...

Hakuna Matata (Song)

Number 3 - The King's Choice

And to finish in beauty, We are entitled to the accelerated end

Where Simba, become king,

Must end in couple, To be able to have a baby on the final image.

And I quote the text:

"Now that all danger is removed,

It's time for the new king To find a queen.

And Simba knows very well who he will choose for women...

The courageous and faithful Nala."

I put an end to the oppression, I conquered the foul Scar,

I have freed you from its tyrannical yoke

To give you freedom,

Equality,

Brotherhood,

In an eternal cycle ... (sings)

What is Zazou?

Choose a woman?

Are there any volunteers?

No, I do not care, It is you I choose! "

In the film, this scene does not take place Because they are already in couple

And it is even Nala Who comes to Simba.

But in the book, finished the love story Reciprocal built in the line of the adventure,

Let's summarize all this to the unilateral choice Of the male hero

In "sausage fair" style!

The worst is that we find This kind of late gratin

In all a flop Of youth literature

Of which I would not fail to speak to you In future episodes.

Some will find that I am very severe

And that these are in the end only innocent little phrases in a very sympathetic book.

But our children are real sponges.

And the books we read help them understand the world in which they live,

The relationship between people and the role They themselves will be able to play.

And these books, we do not read them just once,

no no no!

Our kids love rehearsals,

We read them 10 times,

20 times,

100 times.

And after so many readings, Children?

What will my son understand?

What impact on her confidence in her for my daughter?

My opinion is therefore clear: Do not read this book to your children

Or else, do as I do, Do not respect the text

Or even better, bend on other editions more respectful of the film.

If you too, some youth books Are leaping by their sexism at each reading,

Do not hesitate to tell us about it in comment!

If the fact that Simba is stronger than Nala did not cause you to do cardiac arrest,

Put a little thumb in the air

And subscribe to the chain so as not to miss my next nerve attacks.

We find ourselves very quickly under the illuminating glance of our good friend Simone

And by then, Choose your readings well!

It's the Nala's story, oh oh (sings)

The only female character,

Which has been made less strong,

Because it does not disguise,

She's just a girl

The Nala's story,

The only female character,

Which has been made less strong,

Because yes,

it's a girl !

I need a Pinochet - Music Video - Duration: 5:53.

Where has all the freedom gone and where is all the gold?

What happened to our individual rights, like keeping and bearing arms?

Isn't there a leader who can restore prosperity?

Late at night, the blacks run wild and I see white people flee.

I need a Pinochet, I need a Pinochet to free up all the markets tonight.

Privatize Industry, open up trade, and sentence the leftists to die.

I need a Pinochet, I need a Pinochet to force massive repeals overnight.

Stop the inflation, stabilize currency, and sentence all the leftists to die, all the leftists to die.

Somewhere after midnight, I see Fox News Alerts.

The White House under siege, and the President's been hurt.

The Black and yellow flag's been raised, And we're all awaiting word.

Granted he's not Rothbard, but this could be a damn good start!

I need a Pinochet, I need a Pinochet to free up all the markets tonight.

Privatize Industry, open up trade, and sentence all leftists to die.

Out where professors preach their propaganda, and where the feminists attack the family,

I would swear that their somewhere out there, Lying to me.

Out through the video and radio waves, And the print of the cucks.

The virus is contagious, So I'm calling for blood.

I need a Pinochet, I need a Pinochet to send the helicopters to flight.

Round up the commies, fly over main street, And drop them from a staggering height.

How Your Brain Is Getting Hacked: Facebook, Tinder, Slot Machines | Tristan Harris - Duration: 5:43.

One thing we don't talk about is that—it's sort of hard to talk about this—our minds

have theses kind of back doors.

There's kind of—if you're human and you wake up and you open your eyes there is a

certain set of dimensions to your experience that can be manipulated.

When I was a kid I was a magician, and you learn all about these limits, that short-term

memory is about this long and there's different reaction times, and if you ask people certain

questions in certain ways you can control the answer.

And this is just the structure of being human.

To be human means that you are persuadable in every single moment.

I mean the thing about magic, as an example, it's that magic works on everybody, sleight

of hand, right?

It doesn't matter what language you speak, it doesn't matter how intelligent you are,

it's not about what someone knows: it's about how your mind actually works.

So knowing this, it turns out that there's this whole playbook of persuasive techniques

that actually I learned when I was at the Stanford Persuasive Technology Lab and that

most people in Silicon Valley in the tech industry learned as ways of getting your attention.

So one example is: we are all vulnerable to social approval.

We really care what other people think of us.

So for example, when you upload a new profile photo of yourself on Facebook, that's a moment

where our mind is very vulnerable to knowing, "what do other people think of my new profile

photo?"

And so when we get new likes on our profile photo, Facebook—knowing this—could actually

message me and say, "oh, you have new likes on your profile photo."

And it knows that we'll be vulnerable to that moment because we all really care about when

we're tagged in a photo or when we have a new profile photo.

And the thing is that they control the dial, the technology companies control the dial

for when and how long your profile photo shows up on other people's newsfeeds, so they can

orchestrate it so that other people more often end up liking your profile photo over a delayed

period of time, for example, so that you end up having to more frequently come back and

see what the new likes are.

And the problem is that they don't do this because they're evil, they do it because,

again, they're in this race for our attention.

And we should also ask, is that necessarily such a bad thing if they're orchestrating

it so that other people like my photo?

I mean that might feel good to me.

So we have to have a new conversation about, as these technology companies use these techniques,

these vulnerabilities in our minds, when is that actually aligned and good for us?

When is that ethical?

When is that honest?

When is that fair?

And when is that dishonest and unfair?

Because they're actually manipulating our minds in a way that doesn't add up to our

spending our time well on the screen.

Well, so another vulnerability in our mind is something called a variable schedule reward,

and that's like a slot machine in Las Vegas.

It turns out that slot machines make more money in the United States than baseball,

movies and theme parks combined.

People become addicted to slot machines, I think it's two to three times faster than

any other kind of gambling in a casino.

So it's insane.

And why is that?

Because it's very simple: you just pull a lever, and sometimes you get a reward and

sometimes you don't.

And the more random it is and the more variable it is the more addictive it becomes.

And the thing is, that that turns our phone into a slot machine, because every time we

check our phone we're playing the slot machine to see "what did I get?"

Every time that we check our email, we're playing the slot machine to see, "What did

I get?

Did I get invited to an interview at Big Think or did I just get another newsletter?"

Or if you're on a dating site like Tindr and when you're swiping, each swipe is: you're

playing the slot machine to see "did I get a match?", I'm playing the slot machine

to see, "did I get a match?"

And the problem is that this dynamic, these variable schedule rewards or this slot machine

mechanic, is so powerful that it's the best thing at addicting people and putting you

in the zone.

One of the original designers of the Facebook newsfeed told me that the thing that made

the newsfeed work at the very, very, very beginning back in 2006 was in part a hardware

innovation.

And I looked at her and I said, "What do you mean?"

And she said it was actually the scroll wheel on a mouse, because with the scroll wheel

on a mouse your hand never had to leave its resting position—you just scroll to see

the next thing.

Because before that you had to click on the down button or move your mouse and drag the

arrow down and scroll the page that way.

When you don't, you can take your two fingers on a track pad and do this, or you can just

scroll on a scroll wheel—it just means your hand never has to leave its resting position,

and it's more like a slot machine: you can just keep swiping and playing just like in

Vegas where there's the button right there.

They actually changed it.

In fact, it used to be a lever, and now it's just a button in Vegas because they found

it's easier just to get people to see if they get a match this way.

So, how much on our phones, when we use our technology, Instagram is like a slot machine?

What's going to come next on the feeds?

Snapchat is a slot machine, each time you see the red notifications and you don't know

what's behind it you're playing the slot machine when you click on it to see "what did I

get?"

And so it's sprinkled all throughout these products because it's a very compelling way

of getting people's attention.

What I Wore ~ Asian Inspired ~ Ep. 13 - Duration: 4:53.

[Audio Length: 00:04:52] RECORDING COMMENCES:

Rajka Hayden: Welcome to The Dress Up Mom.

Hi there.

Here I am, back in the closet.

No makeup, getting ready to get ready and show you some of the outfits that I wore this

week.

I hope that they somehow inspire you to be a little creative when you're picking out

your clothes this week and have some fun getting dressed.

Today, I'm featuring one of my favorite kimonos.

This is a black vintage one that I picked up at ReLove in San Francisco, and look at

the back.

It's very cool as well.

Love it.

Then, inside has this really nice fabric that's it's lined in, too, and I love the length.

It fits great.

I have it today with this old vintage I. Magnin top that I bought years ago at Flashbacks.

My corset belt from Love Strength, I think, ties it all in.

These are the Everywhere pant that was Lindsay Albany's collection she did with Monroe.

Then, these are a pair of Stuart Weisman slides that I picked up at a church thrift shop called

St. Peter's in Del Mar.

Kind of a little bit of everything going on here, but it feels kind of fun to me.

Today, I have on a vintage animal print shirt.

I've got on a suede skirt that I bought resale at Flashbacks vintage.

I have my Louboutin flats that I bought resale as well.

Then, I have this lovely corset belt, leather red corset belt from a brand I really like

called Love Strength.

I threw on a little bit of a headband, and this is a pendant that my mother-in-law got

me that's in Egyptian.

I believe it says peace.

That's what I'm doing today.

This is a beautiful Asian vintage coat that I got at ReLove in San Francisco a couple

of years ago.

It was sort of a big coat, almost like a robe.

I took it to my alterations guru Donna and we turned it into more of a dress.

I can still wear it open as a coat, too.

I did a whole video on redoing this piece, and I just love wearing it.

It reminds me of that every time.

I miss Delilah at ReLove, hope to get up there soon.

I'm wearing it with this vintage belt, which is very old.

It's an animal print that I got from my husband's aunt.

I inherited this.

Again, I think it works.

It's an animal print, which I consider a neutral, and I think it gives it a little bit of a

pop, a little bit of definition.

I just have a pair of these Dolce & Gabbana pants that I got at my sister's closet resale,

and of course, my Louboutin flats that I got resale.

Going out tonight in this and feeling pretty good.

I'm wearing this beautiful Asian vintage top today that has a nice Mandarin collar.

It's sort of loose and bigger, which is hard to find.

That's why I know it's vintage.

I love how the gold almost shines, however they did it here with this thread.

I got this at one of my favorite places, ReLove in San Francisco.

I have it with these vintage Levi's that I got in Ireland, at a little wonderful resale

shop called Le Harlequin, and I just frayed them a little bit myself to the length that

I wanted, and I've been wearing the heck out of them.

I love them.

Then, another favorite, my Briar clogs from San Francisco, which I just wear all the time

and love with the little peep toe.

Finally, I've got my earrings from 454 Tattoo in Encinitas.

Today, I have on some of my favorite pants.

These are vintage Versace.

They are just so much fun.

I always dig these out for holidays like Memorial Day, 4th of July, and other times during the

year.

I love wearing them.

They're just the right high waist, and they fit really well in the length.

They seem to be modern, even though they're very old.

I have them with a cashmere Theory sweater that I bought resale at a place called Double

Takes.

My trusty Levi's jacket, and then these little Bass loafers that I bought at an outlet

mall.

That's it for this week.

I hope that you enjoy the outfits and they might have inspired you in some way.

I would love to know which is your favorite in the comments below.

Thank you so much for watching, and until next time, dress it up a little.
