Joyner Lucas: BEST Verses - Duration: 9:07.Hey guys, CDTVProductions here and today in Best Verses we will be looking at Joyner Lucas.
I've been meaning to do this one for a long time, it was just difficult to narrow it down
to a few choices, especially when Joyner is one of my favourite rappers, but now I feel
like I've got a good list ready.
So with that being said, this is CDTVProductions, you can follow my social media accounts under
that name, and let's look at Joyner Lucas's best verses.
Happy Birthday (Verse 3):
Here we have one of the rawest and most emotional verses from Joyner.
The song kicks off with 2 verses of Joyner just berating what we assume to be his son,
saying that he wishes his son was never born and that he doesn't want to be a part of
his life with some really harsh lines.
It's really brutal and taps into a dark subject that some people might actually relate
to, whether they express it or not.
But in the third verse, he reveals why he actually feels this way.
He says that he initially wanted to be a father, and was looking forward to having a son, but
the twist is that he found out his son actually wasn't his.
This explains his anger towards his son throughout the track, as his son acts as a constant reminder
that his wife or girlfriend cheated on him.
It's a fictional story, but it's definitely possible that it's fueled by his real life
experiences, as he revealed in the song Forever he wasn't happy initially when his son was
born and he may have injected some of that into this song.
Speaking of that song...
Forever (Verse 4):
So like I said before, we can assume this track is all
true as opposed to Happy Birthday.
On this song, Joyner talks to his son about how he wasn't happy at first when he found
out he was going to be a dad.
It's delivered in quite a soft tone over a beat that for the most part doesn't have
any drums during the verse, and he even talks about crying at his sons baby shower because
he just didn't feel like he was ready to be a father.
However, the 4th verse makes sure this story has a happy ending, as Joyner talks about
how regretful he is of those feelings, and that he's grown to love his son more than
anything else in the world, which could be seen on his Instagram before he deleted all
his posts.
This is an honest and heartfelt song, and it's great that it ends with Joyner being
thankful for his son.
Who Got the Yayo (Verse 3):
Moving away from his more emotional verses for a second, this verse is just really intense
and energetic.
The whole concept of the song is Joyner questioning what he's gonna do with his life if rapping
doesn't work out for him, wondering if he'll have to sell drugs to get by.
The way the beat breaks down during this third verse is amazing, it adds even more to the
intensity of the verse and Joyner makes sure to match this with his tone of voice.
I also love how his flow really build up as the verse goes on, really picking up towards
the last few lines.
It's so great and I love the passion behind it.
Words With Friends (Verse 1):
I just thought this verse had nice bits of wordplay and it's a cool idea for a song
as a whole.
Basically the idea is Joyner's friends throw different words at him, and Joyner expands
on those words or just takes them and goes on a rapping tangent focusing on those words,
pretty much a word association game in the form of a rap song.
It's a very cool idea, and he executes it really well, even managing to throw his thoughts
about politics in there.
It's nice to see how he takes the ideas and runs
with them
Keep It 100 (Verse 3):
Like almost every Joyner song, this one has an inventive concept, essentially chronicling
the journey of a single hundred dollar bill, showing all the different types of people
and activities a single note can pass through.
As with a lot of Joyner songs, the last verse is where it takes a bit of a tragic turn.
It starts off great, as a homeless man finds the one hundred dollar bill, and gets excited
at the thought of all the stuff he could buy with it.
However, unfortunately the homeless man goes to the exact same store which this specific
hundred dollar bill was stolen from, and the bill is easy to identify because it's got
a phone number written on it in red marker.
This is expertly set up earlier in the song, and the payoff is that the innocent homeless
man either gets killed or arrested because people thought he robbed the store due to
that hundred dollar bill.
This song is a clinic in storytelling from start to finish.
Don't Shoot (Verse 2):
This is up there with the hardest hitting verses that Joyner has written.
This was fuelled by his outrage and anger at the repeated cases of innocent black men
being killed in America, and he handles the whole situation in a really realistic way.
Obviously, this is something that I can never fully relate to, as you can probably tell
by my voice I'm neither black nor American, but I think that's what makes songs like
these important, it spreads that message worldwide even to people who can't relate and instead
helps them empathise.
There's some brutally honest lyrics here as well, such as Joyner saying "if I got
my hoodie up then I'm a criminal, if I got my hands up that means I probably got a weapon",
and it's sad to hear stuff like that cause it really does relate to some real life events.
It's a very real verse, but it's definitely one that's important too.
Frozen (Verse 2):
This is another emotional storytelling song by Joyner, where he focuses on 3 people that
get involved with car accidents, talking about a different person in each verse.
The first one was great, but I feel like the child who got hit by a car calling the driver
of the car a "stupid b***h" really broke my immersion with the song for a second, so
I instead chose the second verse for this.
It's genuinely heartbreaking, its told from the perspective of a married pregnant woman
who died in a car crash after being driven home by a drunk friend.
Joyner starts off by painting a picture of the crash scene, then details all the stuff
that this woman is gonna lose out on now that she isn't alive anymore.
It's incredibly sad, and again really relates to real word issues such as drink driving,
making it all the more chilling.
It's an incredibly touching song, I'd highly recommend it.
I'm Sorry (Verse 2):
And of course I had to include this song on this list, it's another one that is so incredibly
sad, and this one really hit me when I first heard it.
The first verse is told from the perspective of a suicidal person, who by the end of it,
takes their own life.
Joyner being the artist he is didn't leave it there, and in the second verse, he switches
it around to look at how this suicide affects the family and friends close to the person
that died.
Joyner always likes to look at multiple angles when it comes to complex issues like this,
and I think he handled this one really well.
He raps from the perspective of someone really close to the suicide victim, talking about
how much he misses him and even delves into his frustration at his friends taking his
own life.
It's a sensitive subject, but I like the way Joyner tackles it, and his ability to
put himself in someone else's shoes is incredible.
Great verse and song as a whole.

Looking Back At A$AP Rocky's "F**kin' Problems" | Song Stories - Duration: 3:02.HILLARY: Few collabs have woo'd us like "Fuckin' Problems" by A$AP Rocky featuring
Kendrick Lamar, 2 Chainz & Drake.
HILLARY: Produced by OVO's 40 and Drake, under the pseudonym C. Papi,
the track first came to Rocky's 'Long. Live.A$AP' album with the hook, gift-wrapped.
2 CHAINZ: I remember doing this hard ass verse for Drake.
Fast forward a couple months later, he kinda just took one of my verses and made it a hook.
HILLARY: Drake revealed that Aaliyah was an inspiration, saying, quote:
HILLARY: The verses also contain interpolations from Ol' Dirty Bastard's "Shimmy Shimmy Ya,"
HILLARY: Nelly's "Flap Your Wings..."
HILLARY: and Kendrick's "Money Trees."
HILLARY: And "Fuckin' Problems" didn't initially belong to the Harlem rapper.
As Drake said, quote:
HILLARY: Ultimately, "Fuckin Problems" didn't fit the narrative of Dot's debut 'Good Kid, m.A.A.d City,'
so Rocky saw it as a reunion of sorts and picked it up.
ROCKY: Everybody on that record was on the Club Paradise Tour.
You know, we supported Drizzy for the Club Paradise Tour.
So it was like a Club Paradise Reunion type shit.
HILLARY: The track would be A$AP Rocky's first Hot 100 hit, peaking at No. 8 in February 2013.
So why didn't Drake not keep the hit for himself? He explained, saying quote:
HILLARY: If you want to learn more about "Fuckin' Problems,"
check out the song page on Genius.com.
I'm Hillary for Genius News, bringing you the meaning and the knowledge behind the music.

How Long Can You Survive If All The Plants In The World Die? - Duration: 8:15.Plant life affects our own life in many different ways – from the cotton clothes we wear,
to the fruit we eat, the air we breathe, to the flowers we give as romantic gifts to our
significant others.
Green life matters from the very bottom of the food-chain to the very top.
Plants also dictate Earth's climate and the habitats we live in.
Can you imagine a life without plants?
Is such a thing possible?
And what kind of disaster could turn the world into a barren dark desert void of plant life?
Would the world still keep turning without plants?
Can we live without them?
Join us in this plant life apocalypse as we consider what might happen if all plant-life
suddenly disappeared, in today's Infographics Show- What if all the plants in the world
Died?
First, what could cause such an event?
Well, let's say the sun plunged away from earth and the planet was shrouded in darkness.
In this case plants would not be able to live.
Being starved of their light energy source they would no longer grow and reproduce.
On the other hand - if the Earth suddenly heated up dramatically plants would also suffer
being unable to function and grow under intense heat.
So in cases of lack of light or intense heat plant life would quickly go extinct.
And what would that mean - a world without plants.
What would happen?
Well, the earth would become a much quieter place as all living creatures need plants
for food and most living things would become extinct without plants existing at the bottom
of the food chain.
Would everything on earth die if plants disappeared?
Experts have some different views on just what would happen, but the general consensus
is that we'd all die eventually.
Let's look at oxygen.
We breathe in oxygen and exhale carbon dioxide.
The air around us contains around 21 percent oxygen and .04% carbon dioxide.
Carbon dioxide becomes dangerous at around 1 percent of the air mass.
As we all know, plants produce oxygen via a process called photosynthesis.
Most of us remember learning at school that photosynthesis converts light energy to chemical
energy and it is this process that plants use to grow.
Once this process stops most plants would die swiftly, although some plant matter might
hold out longer depending on how much sugar they had stored.
Larger trees, for example, would be able to last longer than a smaller shrub.
But once the process of photosynthesis stops - plant life will ultimately die.
And here's the kicker.
Once photosynthesis stops the population of animals would face a serious problem – a
fast depleting food source would occur almost overnight.
Lack of oxygen would at first glance seem to pose a serious threat but in reality it
isn't the lack of oxygen from plants that would cause the initial threat to all life
if plants were to kick the bucket.
According to NASA calculations the average human being requires 840 grams of oxygen per
day.
The Earth's atmosphere holds around 1000 billion tonnes of oxygen and the total world
population is 7.5 billion meaning that we would last another 370 years based on current
reserves.
Animal life would also require oxygen, but with plant life dying animal life would be
swift to follow.
Death by lack of oxygen is not what will actually kill us in this worldwide plant death as the
atmosphere alone holds enough oxygen to sustain life on the planet for years.
But there's also oxygen in the ground and inside ice.
Scientists estimate that the oxygen atmospheric content would be exhausted after 52,535 years
if the population of animals remained constant.
So the lack of oxygen would not be the major problem.
Instead the main concern will be the devastation of all our food webs.
Once the green plants are gone each and every animal that feeds on the green stuff will
also die.
Herbivores would die from starvation in a few weeks.
That would mean most of our domestic farm animals reared for human consumption would
disappear if we humans didn't have adequate supplies of food to feed them.
We would have to make a decision to either feed our live-stock or feed ourselves.
If some seeds and fruits remained in the trees birds would last a little longer but they
would be fair game to the humans looking for an easy meal.
Carrion eaters such as vultures, crows, and hyenas would have one almighty feast before
also slipping out of the eco-system.
Carnivores would have to eat each other as they naturally do and again we'd have a
feeding frenzy on our hands.
By the calculations of Nick Canning of Coraline, the time for the animal population to die
out would be 13.75 years, meaning life on earth would collapse during most of our life-times.
Humans, being top of the food chain, will ultimately suffer too, but would probably
be the last of the Earth mammal species to expire.
People in developed nations would be likely the first to die as they don't live off
the land and would have to rely on stored resources.
People in the developing nations will get to survive on their crop reserves for a limited
period of time.
But what would happen to the conditions on Earth?
For starters it would become a much hotter place to live, without plant life levels of
greenhouse gases would increase and temperatures would rise.
The water cycle would be affected.
Plants take in rain and snowfall, and release moisture back into the atmosphere.
Precipitation patterns would change dramatically.
Without plants to hold soil to the land, the soil would be washed away into the sea leaving
much of the planet resembling a hot barren muddy dessert.
Following a few months the only edible food left would be fungi living on dead vegetation.
It would become one giant mushroom hunt for those remaining survivors.
These fungi could provide humans with food but mushrooms lack essential vitamins such
as vitamin C and eventually fungi would also disappear as the dead matter from which they
feed erodes away.
Once at this stage humans would probably be the only mammals left on the planet owing
to our food storing habits.
Rodents may also co-exist if they have access to human food stores.
So we may have a world where humans become rodent eaters and perhaps even turn to cannibalism
in an attempt to survive.
But maybe things could be better at sea.
What about the ocean?
If only green plants disappeared there may exist in the ocean microscopic algae, bacteria
and phytoplankton.
These aquatic plants are right at the bottom of the food chain and may be our saviors.
So, in theory life could remain and evolve in the oceans.
But as a human food source, fish, crustaceans, and other aquatic sea-life would only support
a small fraction of the human population.
Humans killing each other in a fight for the resources that remain in the sea is a real
possibility.
But there could be chance for those hardy survivors to find a new way of life using
the resources of the ocean.
Water could be used as means to create oxygen using electrolysis to split water molecules
into oxygen and hydrogen with the oxygen released into the atmosphere to breath and hydrogen
used for the chemosynthesis of food.
That would mean the potential oxygen crisis and the food shortage epidemic could be solved
for those few who survive the plant death epidemic.
So what do you think will happen in a world without plants?
Could we survive?
Let us know in the comments section.

Most Insane Places Where People Actually Live! - Duration: 13:39.Here are 10 of the most insane places people have actually lived!
10 - Meteora Monasteries, Greece The Meteora is a rock formation in Greece
where you can find one of the largest and most dangerously built complexes of Eastern
Orthodox monasteries.
The name means "lofty", "elevated", and as you've probably guessed by now, the name
is also related to the word "meteor".
In the 14th century, monks seeking a retreat from the expanding Turkish occupation found
the inaccessible rock pillars of Meteora to be the ideal refuge spot.
More than 20 monasteries were built but only six remain standing today.
The six monasteries are built on immense natural pillars and hill-like rounded boulders that
dominate the local area, with some of them stretching up to more than a thousand feet
in the sky!
Since the access to the monasteries was deliberately made difficult, it required either long ladders
lashed together or large nets to haul up both goods and people, until the 17th century.
This required quite a leap of faith because legend has it, the ropes were replaced only
quote "when the Lord let them break".
Yeah…….doesn't sound that inviting to us!
9 - The Paro Taktsang Monastery, Bhutan The Paro Taktsang is a popular Buddhist monastery
located on the side of cliffs in the upper Paro valley in Bhutan.
The monastery hangs on a precarious cliff about 3,000 feet above the Paro valley, at
an elevation of 10,240 feet!
The rock slopes are very steep, stretching out almost vertically, with the monastery
built into the rock face.
The temple complex was first built in 1692, around a cave where a guru supposedly meditated
for three years, three months, three weeks, three days and three hours, back in the 8th
century.
The monastery consists of four main temples and caves, as well as residential buildings
built solidly into the rock.
Out of the eight caves, four are comparatively easy to access.
All of the buildings are interconnected through steps and stairways carved into the rocks.
There are a few rickety wooden bridges along the paths and a few stairways to cross over
certain points.
Each building has a balcony, which provides scenic views of the Paro valley down below.
Although it looks insane, it turns out that the monastery complex can be accessed fairly
easily in several different ways.
You can access it through a forest path, through a path used by religious devotees, or by passing
over a rocky plateau called the "Hundred Thousand Fairies".
Hey, that doesn't sound too bad!
8 - The Solvay Hut, Switzerland
The Solvay Hut is located on the northeastern ridge of the Matterhorn, near Zermatt in Switzerland.
Located at a little over thirteen thousand feet, the Solvay Hut is the highest mountain
hut owned by the Swiss Alpine Club, the largest mountaineering club in Switzerland!
The hut is named after Ernest Solvay, who donated funds to build the hut back in August
1915 as gratitude for his time spent in the mountains.
So how was the Solvay Hut built?
All the building material was brought up with the help of animals to the Hörnli Hut, which,
by the way, is a bit over ten and a half thousand feet.
From there, a temporary cable car was used to transport the materials all the way up
to the building site, and the actual hut was finished only within five days.
The hut was rebuilt in 1966 and in 1976, an emergency telephone was finally installed.
You'd think that would be one of the first things they would have put in, right?!
Mountain huts are intended to provide food and shelter to mountaineers, climbers, and
hikers, and the Solvay Hut isn't any different as it's meant to be used in a case of emergency.
However, plenty of Matterhorn climbers have rested on the small ledge outside the hut
admiring the spectacular view of all the Monte Rosa summits.
And of course, it's been used for emergencies!
7 - Castellfollit de La Roca, Spain The Castellfollit de la Roca is a small town
in Catalonia, Spain.
One of the most scenic villages in Catalonia, Castellfollit de la Roca is dramatically perched
atop a cliff side at the meeting point of two rivers.
The basalt crag where the town is situated is over 160 feet high and almost half a mile
long.
The cliff was formed by the overlaying of get this, two lava flows!
Given its unique positioning, it's easy to see why the first inhabitants would have
chosen to settle on this patch to stay safe from intruders.
Dating back to the Middle Ages, the town is composed of a network of narrow roads and
small squares, many of which are made using the volcanic rock found in the area.
Anyone trying to invade wouldn't have had too much fun trying to do so!
Curious to visit?
Well, one of the nicest ways to soak up the views of Castellfollit de la Roca is by taking
a hot air balloon ride.
It'll let you see everything from the Mediterranean sea to the Montseny mountains, as well as
the stunning la Garrotxa volcanic area's unusual landscape!
Let us know if you've actually been!
6 - The Korowai Tree Houses, New Guinea Deep within the inaccessible jungle of Papua
New Guinea, about 93 miles inland from the Arafura Sea, lives the Korowai tribe, a tribe
totally isolated from the rest of the world.
They are hunter-gatherers living in a small society who need to share all they have in
order to survive.
Until their discovery by a Dutch missionary in 1974, the Korowai had hardly any contact
with the outside world.
The Korowai people live in tree houses ranging from 20 to 40 feet in height, but some of
these treehouses rise as high as 114 feet above the ground!
Most often, each house is built on a single tree.
Sometimes, the base of the house consists of several living trees, with an additional
support delivered from wooden poles.
In each tree house, the flooring has to be strong as each house often accommodates as
many as a dozen people.
A dry tree trunk with notches is hung from the bottom of the tree house and acts as a
ladder.
The tree houses protect families not only from any unwanted visitors but also against
the swarms of mosquitoes below on the ground.
These treehouses are essentially our dreams as 8 year olds coming true!
5 - Rocamadour, France Overlooking the Alzou canyon, the medieval
village of Rocamadour looks like it's perfected its balancing act – it's built almost
vertically on the rocks!
Residing at an elevation of almost 1,200 feet, the village has a scarce population of a mere
650 or so people.
Built into a cliff that stretches 390 feet in length, the village clings high above the
canyon, where the Alzou river flows through.
Its houses, roofs, and churches look like they're part of the rock itself!
Rocamadour has attracted visitors not only because of its setting but also because of
its historical monuments and the world-famous sanctuary of the Virgin Mary, which for centuries
has attracted pilgrims from many different countries.
The town, which is the home of beautiful medieval buildings and churches, used to be traditionally
dependent on pilgrimages coming to the area but is now mostly reliant on the tourist trade.
4 - Ronda, Spain Ronda is a town in the Spanish province of
Málaga.
It's located about 62 miles west of the city of Málaga and has a population of about
35,000 inhabitants.
Ronda is situated in a mountainous area about 2,460 feet above sea level, the reason the
town has spectacular views!
The Guadalevín River runs through the city, dividing it in two and carving out the steep,
300-feet-deep El Tajo canyon above which the city perches. The main attractions in the town
are the three bridges.
Puente Romano or the "Roman Bridge", Puente Viejo or the "Old Bridge", and Puente Nuevo,
the "New Bridge" are the most impressive features of the city.
The Puente Nuevo is the tallest of the bridges, towering 390 feet above the canyon floor!
All three of the bridges span the canyon and all three attract thousands of visitors each
year.
Both Ernest Hemingway and Orson Welles had spent many summers in Ronda as part-time residents.
Both wrote about Ronda's beauty and famous bullfighting traditions, which is why Ronda
is still popular to this day!
3 - Al Hajarah, Yemen Al Hajjarah is a village in Yemen built upon
a precipice.
Built at an elevation of 6,096 feet, it has a population of 2,500, and it's most famous
for its towering houses that are built directly onto the cliff faces!
The village in the Haraz Mountains seems ancient and yet weirdly modern at the same time.
To some people, the taller of the brown, flat-roofed houses precariously balanced on top of the
mountain, pretty much look like skyscrapers.
What do you guys think?
In Yemen, great pride is taken in building a house and once the house is finished, it's
often decorated with calligraphy.
Windows are often the most decorative element with palm tree drawings, dots, zigzag lines
or floral designs.
The town's remoteness and narrow streets formed close-knit communities that in times
of invasions, may have allowed the occasional outsider to enter but not necessarily to leave.
Al Hajjara is a former market town that nowadays is used as a base camp by trekkers.
Interestingly enough, the small village is also known for its production of black pepper!
2 - The Hanging Temple, China Have you guys ever thought of living literally
off the side of a cliff?
Of course not!
It's because you're not insane!
However, for some reason, the Hanging Temple is a temple that was built into a cliff 246
feet above the ground in the Shanxi Province in China.
According to the legend, construction of the temple began at the end of the Northern Wei
dynasty by only a single man, a monk named Liaoran.
Over the next 1,400 years, many repairs and extensions led to its present-day look.
The monastery is located in a small canyon basin, with the body of the building hanging
from the middle of the cliff under the summit!
The structure of the temple is kept in place with oak crossbeams fitted into holes chiseled
into the cliffs.
The entire 40 halls and pavilions are all built on the cliffs with the main supportive
structure hidden inside the bedrock.
Built more than 1,500 years ago, the temple is known not only for its ridiculous location
but also because it's the only existing temple that combines the three Chinese traditional
religions: Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism.
But really though, living here is a test of faith in the structure!
1 - Bonifacio, France Who doesn't like an entire city built on
a cliff?
Perched 230 feet high up on a white limestone cliff on the southern coast of Corsica, lies
the medieval town of Bonifacio.
Known as the "Mediterranean's Sentinel," or simply, the "Citadel of Cliffs," it's arguably
one of the best-kept secrets in France.
Founded at around 830 A.D., Bonifacio is Corsica's oldest town.
Bonifacio is built on the southern coast of Corsica, separated from the Italian island
of Sardinia by the 6-mile-long Strait of Bonifacio, which is named after the town.
The two islands were once joined, but volcanic activity tore them apart, leaving huge shards
of granite rock in the turquoise waters!
The cliffs have been undercut by the ocean so that the buildings, which have been placed
on the very lip of the precipice, appear to hang over the cliffs!
Many of the town's main gems lie beneath the surface, but you have to work hard to reach
them.
For example, the Staircase of the King of Aragon features 187 steep steps, carved inside
the flanks of the cliff that descend to the sea.
With an incline of 45 degrees, a little bit of dizziness and painful thighs are almost
guaranteed!
Here's what's next!

The next exercise, shoulder press.
We're working our deltoid and our pecs.
I'm using a resistance band, the CLX band.
You can use hand weights,
or you can use cans or bottles of water.
Come back down again into your squat, up to goal post.
Reaching up and down.
And up and down.
Upper body workout.
Deltoid, chest.
Pull in those abs, keep those shoulders down.
If you have hand weights, pushing them up.
And up.
And up.
Excellent.
We're also gonna do three sets between 10 and 12 reps.
Third exercise is the plank.
So we're gonna come back to our static plank.
Elbows over top of wrists, I should say.
Kick back, tuck that little booty under.
Everything's engaged, and hold.
I'm gonna lower my back knee down and lift it up.
My front knee down, and lift it up.
And both knees down, and up.
And down again.
Back knee.
Nothing's moving off my back.
You can have a tray of cookies or a tray of champagne
resting on there and they will not spill.
And what's really working into your lower abs.
And down.
Let's do one more time, perfectly still.
Lower abs, lower abs.
Both and both.
And up.
And rest.
Good.
Three sets of 10 to 12 reps of those.
You're especially gonna feel that in your lower abs.
Next exercise, booty, yes.
We want a nice shapely booty.
I'm gonna use the resistance band again.
If you don't have this you can use
and do these exercises without.
You can try putting an ankle weight on.
Or you can use this.
Foot in a loop.
So I'm gonna do a kickback
that's gonna work into my hamstring and glute.
So I'm coming into tabletop position.
Kick my leg up.
It's gonna go parallel against the resistance.
My foot is flexed, my leg is parallel.
Bring that knee into my navel and I kick straight back.
Into navel, straight back.
Good.
Without the resistance band, same exercise.
Try an ankle weight.
Straight back.
And straight back, good.
For that one, we're gonna do two sets
of 20 reps on each leg.
And now for our outer and inner thighs.
So our adductors and abductors.
Line up, elbow underneath shoulder, extend both legs.
Pull up that waist if you have any shoulder issues,
you can do this laying down.
If not, stay up.
We're gonna work, lift the top leg up.
Outer thigh.
This underneath leg is the working one.
This is the tricky one.
You come underneath it, click that heel,
place it down and lower down.
We do lift and squeeze and down and down.
Lift and squeeze.
You wanna keep those legs parallel.
You're gonna make sure that your hips are stacked
on top of each other and that your navel's
drawing towards your spine.
And you're just lifting the leg to hip height.
Parallel and pointed.
Close heels, down and up.
Abduction, adduction.
Whoo hoo hoo.
Good.
And those will also be two sets of 20 reps on each side.
So those five exercises should take you
about 15 to 20 minutes in length to do them.
And remember, we don't wanna speed through it.
We wanna use correct technique and correct form
because that's the way you see results.
Good luck.

The Truth About Sarah Huckabee Sanders' Relationship With Trump - Duration: 5:24.For Sarah Huckabee Sanders, defending the president has become an art form.
The Arkansas native picked up the position of White House press secretary when Sean Spicer
resigned after months of public ridicule.
Since then, Sanders has seemed to become a trusted confidante to Donald Trump, whose
presidency has been plagued by a record amount of staff turnover.
Though Sanders is responsible for defending the president, the pair haven't always on
the same page.
The mother of three has often been misinformed or at odds with Trump, who notoriously dislikes
what he perceives as signs of weakness.
Sanders also had to learn to weather Trump's unpredictable moods, so it's no wonder that
rumors about her plans to leave the administration persist.
Sanders may put up a good front for the press corps, but she doesn't always get along with
the man she's tasked to defend.
Here's the true state of things between Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Donald Trump.
The face
You'd think that Sanders would have a tight personal relationship with her boss, considering
her role in the administration.
But reportedly, the two really aren't that close, with others in his inner circle getting
much more adoration than the press secretary.
While some of Trump's staffers are treated more or less like family, the best he can
reportedly say about Sanders is that she's, quote, "fine".
Of course, Sanders isn't necessarily disliked by Trump, who's notoriously concerned with
aesthetics.
According to CNN, the president has given her props for presentation, saying, "She's
got a great face.
Perfectly round."
Well, that's better than the alternative.
Stormy weather
Presidents and adult film stars didn't used to go together in the news cycle, but Trump
is a different sort of president.
Even two years in, government staffers are still trying to adjust to the new status quo,
and Sanders may have missed the memo.
Reportedly, Trump was quite upset with the way she handled the Stormy Daniels situation,
while that story was still developing.
Daniels' allegations outlined an outlandish extramarital affair that reportedly involved
nondisclosure agreements, thug-like threats, and somehow, Shark Week. Trump denied the
affair and initially claimed to have no knowledge of the $130,000 payoff Daniels claimed she
received in exchange for her silence.
Naturally, Sanders had to field quite a few questions about the payoffs.
In March 2018, she claimed that Daniels' case against Trump went to arbitration, which ended
in the president's favor.
According to CNN, this was the first time the White House admitted Trump was involved
with Daniels in any way, essentially serving as an admission that the nondisclosure agreement
existed.
As you might imagine, Trump was reportedly unhappy with Sanders' statement.
Settling the score
In June 2018, Sanders was turned away from Red Hen, a farm-to-table restaurant in Lexington,
Virginia.
The restaurant's co-owner said the move was a protest towards what they saw as Trump's
"inhumane and unethical" administration.
Though Trump came to Sanders' defense eventually, his response was delayed and notably lukewarm.
He also was allegedly asking people about their private impressions of the press secretary.
To many, this signaled that Sanders was falling out of favor with Trump.
Roasted
During 2018's annual White House Correspondents'.dinner, comedian Michelle Wolf roasted the administration
and made particularly sharp remarks about Sanders, who was sitting at the head table.
"And I'm never really sure what to call Sarah Huckabee Sanders.
What's 'Uncle Tom, but for white women who disappoint other white women?'"
It was reported that members of the administration walked out of the dinner after hearing Wolf's
scathing remarks, but Sanders took it gracefully.
But if she thought that was the right move in her boss' eyes, she was wrong.
Apparently, Trump believed staying in attendance was a bad move.
He allegedly thought Sanders should have walked out of the dinner as well, feeling that sitting
and taking the routine was an act of weakness that reflected poorly on him.
On message
You would think that the president's official mouthpiece would be the one person who's always
on-message, but that's not the case.
In fact, the two have a history of contradictory statements.
In March 2018, Sanders denied that Trump knew anything about the payment given to Stormy
Daniels, which Trump's former attorney Michael Cohen claimed was from his own personal funds.
Sanders admitted that she had "conversations with the president" on the subject.
Fast forward to early May and Trump's attorney Rudy Giuliani claimed Trump had reimbursed
Cohen for the Daniels payment, meaning he definitely knew the payment existed.
Cohen later confirmed as much in his guilty plea at a criminal trial that stemmed, in
part, from the payoffs.
Sanders claimed that she had no idea Trump knew about the payment in advance, putting
her in a lose-lose situation.
She's either lying to the public, or she's out of the loop.
The long haul
While Sanders has managed to hold onto her job for more than a year, that doesn't mean
she's going to be in the White House through Trump's whole presidency.
But during her tenure, she's become one of the more reliable elements of Trump's White
House, and some close to the president have reportedly gone into panic mode over the thought
of Sanders leaving.
As one former administration official reportedly put it, "Who would want that job?"
Thanks to numerous contradictions and incorrect statements, Sanders' credibility has waned.
The real problem preventing her from sticking around may be the amount of times she's contributed
to embarrassing Trump: a hard thing to come back from.
Though Sanders has publicly claimed she has no plans to leave, it's been reported that
higher-ups have begun asking around about possible replacements.
If history's anything to go by, no one, including Sanders, is going to see the end coming until
it actually happens.
If Sanders does leave, it'll be par for the course of an administration plagued by early
departures.
The only real question is: who will be next?

Assassin's Creed Odyssey: Ep. 4 - Ancient Greece | Behind the Odyssey | Ubisoft [NA] - Duration: 5:03.[MUSIC PLAYING]
SCOTT PHILLIPS: In our setting of ancient Greece 431 BC,
the Peloponnesian War is raging.
So every little city-state has its own army.
And they're allied with either Sparta or Athens.
Those are the major superpowers of the time.
At first, the Peloponnesian War took place during the fifth
century, which is a crucial moment in history
for our civilization because as [INAUDIBLE] says,
it was the most important conflict in antiquity between
the rise of a democracy and the ancestral system of the tyranny
and oligarchy, but also, plenty other opposition between
tradition and modernity, religion and science.
That time period is still relevant for us today
because we still embrace a lot of those philosophies.
We still quite have the same questions
and they were thinking about back then.
So it was a match made in heaven for an "Assassin's Creed"
game and its war history.
BENJAMIN HALL: So the landscape of Greece is magnificent.
We went to visit.
And the epic vistas that it allowed us to create
were something that we really wanted to concentrate
on recreating in the world.
THIERRY DANSEREAU: Greece is made out of 85% of mountains.
So it's a very mountainous landscape,
which is great, by the way, because it's
creating tons of layering.
So we could play with fogs and mists,
so to create a very unique ambiances.
BENJAMIN HALL: It also plays with the sensation
of the odyssey as well, because there's always
the sensation of, what's beyond the next mountain range?
What am I going to get when I go there?
You always get a really cool view as you come over the hill,
and you see the next region lay out in front of you.
That really reinforces the sense of you
being on your own odyssey.
THIERRY DANSEREAU: For us, Greece
needed to be colorful and very lush
because that's what most people have in mind
when they think of that amazing land.
We push saturation and colors quite a lot in our game.
Even though we are different, but I am also in it.
BENJAMIN HALL: We knew that this world was going to be huge.
So it was super important to make sure
that we kept it interesting for the players.
So as they go from region to region,
it's not always just the typical picture of Greece.
We saw snow-capped mountains, and we saw lush, spring valleys
and things.
So we wanted to really recapture that and make sure
that we gave that to the player when they went on the journey.
STEPHANIE-ANNE RUATTA: Reconstructing ancient Greece
was quite a challenge.
For some cities, it was harder to find some specific data.
For example, on Mykonos, nothing is remaining.
So that was quite hard to reproduce exactly the city
as it was during [INAUDIBLE] time.
BENJAMIN HALL: The big challenge was the chaos
that the Greeks used to build their cities.
There was no urban planning, as we know it today.
So we needed to try and embrace that chaos.
STEPHANIE-ANNE RUATTA: We tried to capture
the importance of mythology for the ancient Greeks.
Mythology is an integral part of their society,
their social behavior, their belief,
their religious tradition.
Mythology also inspired them in their art
in their decoration of their temple.
Also, mythology was used during that time period
as a political propaganda.
BENJAMIN HALL: So again, it comes
down to a lot of research and working very closely
with their stories to make sure that the actions
and the behaviors of what people are doing in the world
is creditable to our time period.
The [INAUDIBLE] system is still present.
People still live their own lives.
They have their own schedule.
MELISSA MACCOUBREY: We were really lucky
that our historical character's had quite a bit of information
about them.
You know, you have Plato's accounts of Socrates,
and who Socrates was, and how he would infuriate people
with the amount of questions he asked.
And then we look at historical documentation,
and the different myths and legends, and the stories
that helped us craft the fictional characters,
and who we knew we wanted to represent,
who we knew we couldn't leave out,
and craft their personalities based on that.
I'll do my best with what you've told me.
Good luck.
JONATHAN DUMONT: The heroes of the past,
the legends, the myths, the philosophers--
it is an amazing cultural setting to explore.

She Would not Feed The Dog Because She Broke Up With Boyfriend – Arrested! - Duration: 3:12.She Would not Feed The Dog Because She Broke Up With Boyfriend – Arrested!
Some people are really not meant to be around
any animals at all, if you have a dog then you have responsibilities, surely people are
intelligent enough to realize that, and the consequences if you do not?
The woman from South Carolina really just flaunted her responsibilities utterly and
completely by starving her dog to the point that it would need a miracle to stay alive.
The dog has now been removed from her home and taken to a rescue organization in New
York, he is getting the medical care he so desperately needs!
The Rescue Dogs Rock NYC said that a passerby, passing the woman's home was the one that
saw the dog and contacted the Animal Control of Laurens County…
Rescue Dogs Rock NYC posted this on facebook :
How did THIS dog become THAT dog??!!!
It's called animal abuse!!!
It was intentional cruelty by clearly a sick individual who watched his demise day after
day knowing he had no way to escape.
We could scream we are SO ANGRY AND UPSET!!!
It needs to be taken seriously everywhere!
Enough is enough!!!
This happened to Champ (Ace) in 6 months & it sickens us to our core!!!
Nothing about this is ok!
This poor dog suffered unimaginable pain by being tied up & denied food!
We must all come together & stand against abuse!!!
Do your part!
This lovely and sweet dog, so badly mistreated has now been named 'Champ', he was so
thin he could hardly move, super sleepy and on the brink of passing.
The rescue group said that they thought that Champ was about 16 months old and around 50
pounds, being a mastiff mix, he should be double that weight, and plus another 10 pounds!
The organization is desperately seeking donations for his care, he really needed a lot of care
and they need all the help they can get to provide it for him.
Rescue Dogs Rock NYC posted this on facebook :
Good evening from our beloved Champ!
Update: there are "unconfirmed" reports that Elizabeth James has been "locked up"
tonight Champ's blood-work confirms his numbers
are still way off & there is no regeneration at this time.
There will likely be another blood transfusion in the next day or so.
His spirits are up a bit, likely because he knows he is SAFE & that we are trying to help
him!
He is eating a little bit of chicken!
Champ will continue to get round the clock care for as long as he needs it!
Please help!
Laurens County Animal Control Giles Gilmer said that the woman, Elizabeth James, has
actually been charged with cruelty to animals and is due to face the court and judge in
September.
We hope that she gets the justice that she really, for champ… deserves!
Giles also said that Elizabeth told the investigators that the dog actually belonged to her ex-boyfriend…
It is believed that she stopped feeding the dog after her and her boyfriend split up,
she decided to deliberately stop feeding the dog and leave it to die, the poor boy..
Sheriff Don Reynolds said in a news release: "Inhumane treatment of animals will not
be tolerated on my watch.
No animals should have to go without food and water"

Southern Blackberry Cobbler Ice Cream - Southern Certified - Duration: 3:17.Welcome to Southern Certified!
Do we like ice cream ? Yes. Yes.
We got some ice cream. We got some ice cream.
I'm skeptical. I don't
really want people to put stuff in my ice cream.
The word cobbler makes me
think of shoes and feet.
So why would you put that word in your food title?
I feel like cobbler, just cobbler is a southern thing.
It could be called Atlanta Traffic and I would eat it.
I love Blue Bell ice cream.
Bluebell coffee. Bluebell homemade vanilla, chocolate, cookie dough, cookies
and cream. Oh my god. This is always the pan on you just like staring as I list things.
Yep.
You put the ice cream on the blackberry cobbler normally.
I like to
put my ice cream first and then just like dump all the cobbler on top of it
as it melts.
It's time for that ice cream.
Let's do the ice cream.
I could just by looking at this tell the BlackBerry to vanilla ratio
seems a little off.
It seems like more blackberry.
Oh cause I can smell a lot.
I feel like I can smell the blackberry.
I just see a lot of vanilla here.
That is like real
blackberry stuff. This may be the most beautiful Blue Bell ice cream I've ever seen.
OK, are there pie pieces in it?
It's got chunks. What's the chunks?
That's like a pie crust right?
Ohhhhh!
This tastes like blackberry cobbler but it doesn't have the
temperature. It doesn't have the warm with the cool.
I want the cobbler to
be warm you know. Bring it out of the oven.
It'd be hard to pull that off in the
freezer section.
It's super sweet. It's really good and there's no little seeds
in there. Yeah, there's no gritty.
There really is pieces of cobbler in this.
So I can't believe how good this is.
Absolutely taste like blackberry cobbler...
to me. Are you gonna eat all of yours?
Yep.
It's terrible.
You get that vanilla flavor at
first then you get that black berry texture like yeah yeah. Then the pie
crust hits you and its just...
I would not buy this.
Let's not fight in front of the kids.
No.
Yeah. All the way. The hype is real.
oh
Can we do that again?
Good job.
Yes, this is really good.
Nope. It does taste like blackberry cobbler with ice cream but it's not the
experience. It's like grandma is in the kitchen. She
pulls out the warm cobbler out of the oven.
Homemade. Takes the homemade ice cream, puts it on the cobbler.
You're all sitting around, enjoying each other's company. It's a very southern
experience.
It tastes like real blackberries. This is not like the imitation
flavors that we've tasted before.
It's just like unbelievable because I don't
know how they got the cobbler in there.
It doesn't taste like my grandma's cobbler, but it's very good.
It's southern.

Liverpool would finally replace Coutinho by landing ace who cost just £5.4m | LFC transfer News - Duration: 2:09.Liverpool have coped remarkably well since Philippe Coutinho left the club and the supporters
seem to have forgotten about the Brazilian despite their disgust at his mid-season sale.
But if anything Coutinho's departure seemed to galvanise the Reds as they marched on to
a Champions League final and a 4th place finish in the Premier League.
Despite this, Jurgen Klopp would be wise to sign a new number ten player in the future
to add a new dynamic to his midfield.
Klopp has Adam Lallana to call upon in an attacking midfield role, but his inconsistency
and struggle with injuries should encourage the Liverpool manager to keep a close eye
on the development of Ante Coric.
The Croatian midfielder is widely regarded as one of the most promising talents on the
continent,
but Roma still managed to secure his signature for a fee of just £5.4 million in the summer.
The 21-year-old is a technically gifted playmaker who, like Coutinho, is at his scintillating
best when he is given time and space to drive at the opposition with the ball at his feet.
In the final-third Coric has the ability to carve open defences with his creative instincts
and vision to execute an incisive through-ball,
and with further development on his decision-making there is no doubt he can become a future star
in European football.
It's a true test for Coric with the expectation of the Croatian nation resting on his shoulders
and the small price-tag should certainly not fool potential suitors.
Roma grabbed themselves a bargain this summer and will be expecting to make a healthy profit
on the rising star if Liverpool eventually decide that he has the potential to become
the club's first electric number ten since Coutinho.

Chrissy Teigen's Trainer Reveals The Ultimate 15-Minute Workout - Duration: 4:55.- Hi, I'm Simone De La Rue.
Creator of Body By Simone.
Here are five simple exercises
that are gonna give you a full body workout.
Let's start off first with cardio.
We're gonna do a jump squat.
This is working our largest muscle groups in our body.
So that's working our quads, our hamstrings, and our glutes.
And it's gonna fire up our heart rate so that we're really
gonna get in our cardio fix
for a nice jump squat, so you start down,
you jump up in the air, and lower down.
Again, jump up and lower down.
Jump up and lower down.
Jump up and lower down.
And squeeze.
Yes, you're gonna do three sets of 10 of those.
Heart rate will be up.
That is your cardio.
Good luck.

Practice English Vocabulary - Guanajuato, Mexico - Duration: 11:02.What's up guys I'm here in the city of Guanajuato, which is in Mexico
I thought maybe since I'm here I'd show you guys around
explore the city a little bit and maybe explain
the things I'm seeing and that could help you with your listening practice and give you some new vocabulary
to work on. So I'll put the subtitles down below and I'll see you in a bit.
Alright, so we're just outside our Airb&b here and here in Guanajuato, there are a lot of alleyways.
That's what we call these little side streets that are just for pedestrians that kind of go up and down through the city.
These are called alleys or alleyways and this city is filled with them.
Alright and we're off. Here you can see my shadow. I don't know if you guys know that word: shadow
Okay, so here I'm walking past some small shops
Going into the garden area. You can see these really
well-kept
trees
to create this cute little kind of European atmosphere around here
This city feels a lot like Europe actually with just a little bit of a Mexican Flair
so
Here we've got some
Kind of boutique stores or souvenir stores
as well as some
fancy restaurants close by
Here you can kind of hear the water from the fountains
And we're coming up on
The theater here
Which is one of the most famous buildings here in the city of Guanajuato.
You can see kind of the statues up above of some
famous... no, I don't think they're famous people. I think they are
Who knows what they are
But yeah, this is kind of one of the principal walkways that we've got here
This city's filled with students filled filled with students. So there's like a really famous university here
So you've got a lot of exchange students.
Exchange students are students that come from
Other countries for a semester or something like that, or maybe they actually spend all four years
But the word exchange student
Just refers to someone who is not from that country, is from the foreign country and is studying at that university
so
Yeah, come back around here
As you can see I'm traveling with my
carry-on bag
Which is like a small suitcase, but it's small enough to take on the airplane
So here's what we call a street stand
So a street stand is one of these little carts on the street that sell food or other items like that
So in this one, they're selling fresh fruit. So I'm sure in some of your countries
street sands are pretty popular, I imagine.
Alright. Let's keep on walking here. So the part of the street that you walk on
The part where the cars don't go on is called the sidewalk
okay, and
Here the part that separates
the sidewalk from the street we call the curb
Now we're coming up on the Basilica
of Guanajuato, I believe it's called
So this is kind of the central point in town right in the middle of downtown
So the word downtown
refers to the center part of any city
So you can say "I'm going downtown today"
Aright, let me get a good angle here
Okay, so this is the Basilica of Guanajuato
Pretty beautiful architecture
Okay, now I'm gonna take a little rest on one of these benches right here. This is what we call a bench
so
Let's take a little break and enjoy the view.
These little birds here, that are always
walking around the city and begging for food, we call them pigeons. These are pigeons.
Okay, so now we're walking up another alley or alleyway if you remember that vocabulary word that we learned
here
We also see some crafts being sold
So now we're coming up on the University of Guanajuato, the famous University I was talking about
Wow look at that
Really really
iconic site here in the city the University of Guanajuato
Here, we've got a very very large
stairway. There's a word for you: stairway
Let's go to the top
So if you're doing the action that I'm doing right now you're going up the stairs
Going up the stairs
And this thing here we call the handrail, the handrail
Alright, so let's take a look at the view from up here at the top of the stairway
so
Here you see the side of the building but up here, we have what we call hills
Hills
Okay, they're like small little mountains, right? So on the hills here in Guanajuato, we have a lot of really colorful houses
It probably doesn't show up very clearly on camera
But the houses are really cool because each one is like a different color of the rainbow
So we see some more hills over here in the distance as well
Very cool
And also from here you can see the side of the Basilica and
Here you can see
the bells
So, you know those things that make a lot of noise from the churches? Those are called bells or church bells
And
up there very far away, you can see a monument which is the most famous monument here in Guanajuato
And it's a popular lookout point for people to go up there and enjoy the view of the whole city
actually
Tonight we're going to be staying in a hotel that's right by that monument
so a little bit later I'll be able to show you the cool views from up there
and so now
I'm going down the stairs. Before, I was going up the stairs
Now I'm going down the stairs.
These things here on the outside of people's houses,
right? Where they have their door
sometimes little plants right here. We call these balconies. So this is a balcony.
You probably have a similar word in your language
And it rained last night. So here we have some puddles
some puddles
Alright, so for our second night in Guanajuato, we're gonna stay in this hotel here. Let me show you our view
Very very cool
so here you can get a
panoramic view of the city from up above
If you can see here, there is the basilica right there
here's the
University building right here. There's the stairs over here
you've got another important church over here
and down here, I think you have right here the theatre and another important building
I forget which one it is. But yeah, it's a great view from up here and not too expensive either
We got a pretty good price
So here let me see if I can point out any other
areas.
You can see up on this hill
maybe not too well in the video, but there are a lot of different-colored houses up there: green, blue, orange, red, yellow
Kind of those different colors I was telling you about before
So if you remember our vocabulary word, this is a
balcony as we call it and some people might also call it a terrace. That's another word: terrace
and if you remember these up here are called hills
Alright, so the outline of the hills up here
When you are looking at the
picture of the Earth from
an angle where you can see a lot of it, we call that a
landscape. So right now we're looking at the landscape
of Guanajuato. The landscape.
Okay, and let's see, anything else of importance?
Here, there's kind of like a cable car. You can't see it right now
But from this building, there's a cable car that takes you down
into the city, so there's a red kind of a
Moving cart that goes up and goes down right here and that'll take us to breakfast in the morning
Let me see. Our restaurant is going to be right over on the other side of that theater where they give us breakfast
Oh, here's the car right there a little cable car
Here they call it the funicular
Not really sure what we call it an English actually
Yeah, well that's all for now

What Would Qualify as a PURE Soul? || Bendy And The Ink Machine - Duration: 4:57.So with all the hype of Bendy and The Ink Machine and the release of chapter four
it got me thinking about the thought that good people turn into perfect
versions of a certain character. So what would qualify is a good person? Well
that's the topic of today's video! But before I begin why not smash the
subscribe button it's a great way to see when I upload. Now grab your cans of
bacon soup and let's get right into the video! So the way the theories go is that
the good hearted workers become the good ink creatures and the bad hearted people
become the evil ink monsters. The ink machine is basically a judge and decides
who becomes a perfect version of a character and who turns into the bad
version of a character. But the neutral workers turn into the searchers or the
ink monsters we see in here in this scene. Let's start by analyzing the
game's characters. Alice angel: she's obviously one of the more sinister
creatures in this game. She makes us do her bidding in Chapter three and takes
away our best friend! She's just straight up evil and that can be traced back to
who she was before the ink machine changed. From her audio logs we can see
that before she was replaced she was a pretty decent person but then
she gets replaced by Alison and that's the tipping point for Suzy. She gets
really angry and when she gets the opportunity to become Alice she takes it
but she becomes the imperfect version of Alice. Also this wasn't her first time
she was in the ink machine. She says "they told me I was perfect for
the role absolutely perfect" maybe she's referring to what she was on
her first go on the ink machine. But what was she? Well maybe she was a searcher
you know the creepy little ink monsters that Alice wants you to get the ink from.
She didn't get the results she wanted on the first try and tried it again and got
a slightly deformed Alice. Good enough. That would point to the fact
that she was vain. Boris: the original not the new mech Boris or whatever his name
is. He was originally Wally Franks. He seemed pretty neutral.
He always says "I'm outta here" and complaints constantly on his audio logs
yet he is the quote "most perfect Boris" so he's not really a bad creature he's
somewhere in the middle. But somehow he ended up as Boris. He did have one flaw
though like Susie has vanity Wally had arrogance and in one of his audio logs
we can see he feels superior to his coworkers. Quote "If these guys don't start
figuring out who the real genius is I'm out of here!" Yes! nailed the Wally
impression! But it sounds like he thinks very highly of himself. A bit arrogant
maybe. Now this is just speculation but arrogant is how he comes off at least in
this recording. And bendy oh ho bendy you literal demon spawn. Well if we were
going with the theory that bendy is Joey Drew which we are because it's easier to
explain well Joey wasn't exactly a saint. He was the opposite: cruel, manipulative
(me trying to say "manipulative") and heartless are just a few traits that
Joey possesses. There is a ton of evidence to prove this! For example in his
chapter four audio log he starts off all perky and happy but as the log
continues it's clear he's faking and doesn't believe what he says. Quote:
"people eat this stuff up" so he became an imperfect bendy because he was a flawed
person. Now on to the perfect ink creatures. Mech Boris: I think that's his
name I'm not sure so I'll call him Thomas Connor which is actually who he
was before the ink machine turned him into the Boris we see. Now he's not
really the perfect Boris because he has the robotic arm which reminds me of the
Winter Soldier but anyway he seems like a chill guy. Granted we don't have many
audio logs to go off of but he doesn't seem to like the ink machine. Other
than that there's not much left as for Alison Angel well not much is known
about her due to the fact that she has no audio recordings and up until chapter
four has only been mentioned by Suzy and in her audio logs.
But wait where does Henry
stand on the purity scale? Let's look at the evidence: he seems pretty gentle
around Boris saying things like "don't be scared Boris" he seems really nice but in
chapter one he says "looks like they knocked out a wall or two after I left
guess it took a few people to replace me" Wow he seems a little cocky but it seems
that his kindness towards Boris is greater. But then again he has no problem
killing off other ink monsters who might have been his ex coworkers but they were
attacking him. I don't know about you but if some ink demons came out of nowhere
and start attacking me I would definitely grab the axe and get to
choppin in an act of self-defense. So I'm guessing Henry is on the more
pure side of things or maybe he's already an ink creature himself. it would be
so cool if in the fifth chapter Henry looks in the mirror and we see him as an
ink creature! Thank you guys so much for watching
don't forget to comment like and subscribe and I'll see you guys in the

Officials wasted little time enforcing the NFL's new helmet-hitting rule in the Hall of Fame Game - Duration: 3:55.The NFL's new helmet-hitting rule was ratified by league owners in March. (Jack Dempsey/Associated Press) By Mark Maske , Reporter August 3 Ever since the NFL enacted its new helmet-hitting rule in March, players and other observers have wondered how the rule would be enforced by the on-field officials during games and how much effect it would have on how the sport is played
The earliest of the early returns came Thursday night in Canton, Ohio, as the Baltimore Ravens and Chicago Bears played the Hall of Fame Game to open the NFL's preseason
There was plenty of talk — and plenty of confusion — about the new rule, which resulted in two penalties being called on the Ravens
The first of those 15-yard penalties came about 4-1/2 minutes into the game, quickly establishing that officials are willing to penalize such infractions
There were two other personal fouls called during the game for illegal hits that did not fall under the scope of the new rule
That did not stop broadcasters, fans and other analysts on social media from commenting on the new rule in relation to those calls
After watching 3 1/2 quarters of this game, I have no idea how coaches are going to teach defensive players how to make a "legal" tackle in the @NFL
I'm looking at textbook wrap-up tackles drawing flags tonight. I just don't know how you can legislate contact out of the game— Bucky Brooks (@BuckyBrooks) August 3, 2018 These are ridiculous personal fouls being called— Geoff Schwartz (@geoffschwartz) August 3, 2018 Good luck playing safety in the #NFL
Or getting paid a big contract to play safety in the #NFL.— Charles Robinson (@CharlesRobinson) August 3, 2018 It quickly became clear that this will be a learning process for everyone in and around the sport
"The rule is so simply written but it expands so far, depending on how it's applied," former NFL referee Terry McAulay, now a rules analyst for NBC, said on the network's broadcast of the game
[Will the NFL's new helmet-hitting rule change how the game is played?] The new rule, formulated by the NFL's rule-making competition committee and ratified by the owners at the annual league meeting, makes it a penalty for any player to lower his head to initiate a hit on an opponent with his helmet
NFL leaders hailed the new rule as a significant player-safety development. But some players have been critical of the new rule and have said they wonder how it will be applied by officials during games
Players also can be ejected from a game or disciplined by the league with a fine or suspension for egregious violations of the rule
The first penalty assessed under the new rule came in the first quarter Thursday
Ravens linebacker Patrick Onwuasor was given a 15-yard penalty for an illegal hit with his helmet on Bears running back Benny Cunningham
Cunningham caught a two-yard pass from Bears quarterback Chase Daniel and was being tackled by another Ravens defender, Anthony Levine
Onwuasor joined the play and lowered his helmet to hit Cunningham. The hit by Onwuasor was a relatively obvious penalty under the new rule
It occurred in an open-field situation and was a comparatively easy call for the officials to make
Ravens linebacker Kamalei Correa was called for a penalty on a third-quarter hit under the new rule
Again, it was an open-field hit and a violation that was clear to just about everyone
"Anything with the helmet this year, they're not gonna let that go," NBC analyst and former NFL wide receiver Cris Collinsworth said during the broadcast
But there also was discussion of the new rule after penalties were called Thursday on Bears defensive back Nick Orr and Ravens cornerback Stanley Jean-Baptiste
But both of those calls were announced as unnecessary roughness. Officials apparently were applying the sport's previously existing rules for illegal hits on defenseless players, not the new helmet-hitting rule, on those plays
There were no calls under the new rule Thursday on offensive players or on players at the line of scrimmage, although the rule potentially applies to any player in any spot on the field
The application of the rule will remain a closely watched issue as the NFL preseason proceeds, beginning with a full slate of games next week

Ducati Scrambler Project off-road review - Duration: 14:47.hey guys Albe here one of you asked, why don't you take the scrambler off road,
so here I am in my local area we're gonna do some local stuff maybe a jump
or two over there and then we're gonna take it with trail over there see how it
goes buckle up butter cup, let's go
Wow
not bad
there's a tight turn ahead
yeah and that's how you turn tight
definitely a lot of fun
here we go
let's find a descent with a good escape way, cause if anything goes wrong on this thing
we're going straight here we go
yeah
you can probably hear the front suspension complaining heavily about it
I'm gonna do the same trail I do with the f800gs it's a fairly
simple trail with with the GS, is not that much effort to put into it and
let's see if the scrambler can do it just as well, so far so good
one of the difference you can notice right off the bat is the suspension it's
obviously quite harder then than the F800GS and the throttle really
needs to be feathered in, I can't I can't like on the GS open it up I really
need to be careful cause the engine has a little bit more torque and the tires a
little bit less grip which yes that brings me to the tires they do have less
grip than the f800gs but so far they've been they've been working pretty
good now one thing that'll make you notice it is
doable because I'm doing it right now one thing that makes you realize that
this is not quite a bike to go off-road is the fact that to get to the
dis-engage the ABS you've got to go in in the menu and that you gotta find abs and
do all sorts of maneuvers to make it work
here you go
and obviously there is not that much cushion like there is on the GS but
it doesn't have to be great at it it just needs to be able to do it and so
far... so far is doing a better job than I thought it would, mind you this is just a
little
just a little bit harder than a...than a fire road one thing that came clear
very very quickly is the ground it's the ground clearance the ground clearance
there is very little and if you go in through through a ditch kind of sideways
the your feet are bound to touch the ground fairly quick yep , oh man the
rear tire slides, whoa pretty good
as you guys can see from my hard breathing
even if the bike is lighter than the GS I'm actually having to use a lot more of
my body to make it... to make it go where I want it to go
other than that
well
I'm not gonna be able to take that goat trail over there especially in this
thing but again probably go there and go that way
and
another thing I just found out is the steering angle
I didn't realize how small or how wide the bike steers, there is not
much steering angle going on
but other than that
go up this way
other than that the bike is capable it might not be the greatest off-road
bike all times but it's definitely good enough to have some... some fun on it and
it's easy to maneuver so that's... that's definitely a plus
the steering angle might actually turn into a problem if you're trying to do
something tight but on the other hand because the bike is so low it actually
tends to be... oh snap oh... it tends to be fairly stable therefore it's easier to
get the rear tire to do some like this
and there you go you just did a 180 but I want to go that way so let's go that
way
now because the knobbys on those MT 60 are not that great
you're gonna be sliding quite quite a bit when you break and you'll be slowing
down very little but as long as you're prepared for it that shouldn't be too
big of a deal, the front tire on the other hand, get very very light on the
front break
oh yeah
come on
oh I guess I just bottomed out the front suspension and
and
and the engine guard did its job because I heard that a giant knock
I wonder if it dent it... I'll check it out later
oh now the bars are quite low so to properly take these off roads
you might gonna need some bar risers cause otherwise a its way.... it feels way
better to just sit down compared to standing up but there are some parts where I
got to move around the body so I gotta I gotta stand up
yep like this
directional control it's okay the front tires It's not very confidence-inspiring but
I guess you gotta slide the rear tire to make it work properly
and if the road is not too rocky it is not a bad ride
you're better off using the the engine braking rather than the actual brake I
mean let's let's face it with a set of knobby you can take pretty much anything
off-road even a even a Honda CBR 600 if you want to
I guess this one gives you just a little bit more latitude, because the
suspension are a little taller a little plushyer than an Honda would be
all and all it's a lot of fun
so
I went thru this little trail back and forth
and thumbs up, the bike can definitely do it I'm Way more tired than if I was on my
F800gs even if the f800 is definitely heavier, but this one... but you
know what if you have a scrambler definitely take it off-road because it's
fun it's pretty good fun other than that if you guys like the video like if you
love the video subscribe if you don't love the video subscribe anyway let me
know what you don't love about the video dirt on and I'll see you next time with the
scrambler project probably installing something more

This Is Like Art.
Lake Superior's Frozen Surface Is Hypnotic And Beautiful In The Winter
Our world is a beautiful, wondrous place to live, which is why there are constant efforts
to protect it and make sure it stays that way.
If you've ever been outside (and you definitely have), you know exactly what I'm talking
about.
Recently, people filmed the frozen waters of Lake Superior washing ashore, and the resulting
footage is hypnotic.
Once you see this, you'll want to watch it over and over again.
The frozen water looks like broken glass.
Isn't nature incredible?
Winter temperatures might be unpleasant, but you can't deny that the season is beautiful.
What do you think ?
