I mean I was getting a little bit nervous today

mostly because up until 'Dancing With the Stars'

I'd never walked in a heel in my whole entire life.

I'm sure people are going to do a double take

as to why I have one blade and one shoe...

But they'll probably put two and two together quite quickly.

I mean this is my first runway show I've ever done.

I keep telling myself that "you dance in front of a million

people on TV you can walk a runway".

Just like one foot in front of the other.

I've always been attracted to beautiful things since I was a child

and I've always had this image of beauty in my mind right?

All the models that we always cast in our show,

they're always pretty amazing looking

girls and guys and all perfect.

and the last few years I've been really looking for like

characters for our shows like

individual people, people who are flawed

and people that aren't perfect.

Because I'm not perfect and none of us are right?

Yeah I mean I've spent my whole life being stared at

so it's something that I've gotten used to

and it's something that used to bother me but now

I've kind of realised people are just intrigued

and I kind of love that.

I'm not hiding behind anything

therefore people are just like

cool you know?

She carries herself like that, she's so confident,

and that to me is like more interesting.

I'm more inspired by that.

For me it's like the next step

in building this conversation on

diversity and body image and all these different things

that I want to talk about

and so to be walking in 'Stolen'

and closing the show

I was like "okay this is quite cool".

I think the diversity thing

mainly is a result of people just

yawning and being tired of seeing all this

over-curated perfection all of the time.

I'm tired of an over-edited life where everything is perfect.

There's so much diversity in this world

and I think the more of it we can incorporate in fashion

the better, because fashion is what people look up to right?

Like fashion is the trendsetter.

Every single person that's walking this catwalk

is different in some way.

I'm just the only one with one leg

which is kind of cool.

Diversity is just something that we are all hungry now for,

and it's about time.

Hello Namaskar and welcome back again to our cooking channel PAN TO PLATE

Today again I am going to make a Gujarati snack recipe

It is fav gujarati street food and its made in very less oil

today we are going to make "Amiri Khaman" recipe

lets start making Amiri Khaman

we have 1/2 cup chickpea

wash it properly and soak in water for next 5-6 hours

after 6 hours drain the water, the chickpea has become soft now

add this soaked chickpea in mixer grinder

add 1/4 cup curd in it

make sure the curd is not sour

make a paste of this

So the chickpea paste is ready, keep it aside at warm place for fermentation at least 7-8 hours

So its night at this time so I would be checking it tomorrow morning

So its next day morning and we can see the chickpea is properly fermented

Now transfer this batter in bowl

now add coarsely grinded 2 green chili and 1/2 inch ginger

Pinch of asafoetida

Pinch of turmeric powder

mix everything properly

add little water in grinder and clean everything and add that water again back in batter

add little salt

add 1 tbsp sugar powder and mix it properly

add 1 tbsp peanut oil, this will make the Khaman fluffy and soft

add 1/2 tsp Eno and mix it well

grease little oil in the container and pour the chickpea batter

set it properly

In a pan/Kadai we have boiled little water and placed a stand

now keep the khaman batter container on the stand

Close with lid and steam on slow flame for next 20-25 minutes

Its been 25 minutes lets check the khaman

the corner are lossen up automatically that means its cooked

now with help of skewer we will check the center whether its cooked or not

As we can see there is nothing sticked on skewer that means it is cooked properly

now switch off the gas and let the khaman cool down a bit

after 2 minutes khaman has cooled down little bit

with help of knife give cuts horizontally and vertically

we are done with cutting

as you can see Khaman is very much soft and spongy

We wont temper it directly at this stage since AMIRI KHAMAN is a bit different

Now with soft hands crumble the khaman's

Once the khaman's are crumbled now add 2 tbsp sugar powder

mix it properly

add 1/2 lemon juice and mix it again

add 2 tbsp oil in small sauce pan

keep the flame on medium mode

once oil is heated add 1/4 tsp asafoetida

add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

add 1 small chopped green chili and switch off the flame

now add the mixture above the crumbled khaman and mix it very well

add fine sev/aloo bhujiya as per your taste

fresh grated coconut

fresh pomegranate

chopped coriander leaves

we have prepared the green chatni also, if you want the recipe related to chatni then do comment I will surely upload a video on this

we will spread this chatni above the Amiri Khaman and enjoy the recipe

MEMBUAT BUTTERBEER HARRY POTTER - Duration: 10:02.

Hello everyone. It's me Diana Amelia. Welcome to Pufflova

In this episode, I'm gonna be making Butterbeer from Harry Potter

If you're not familiar with the movie,

It's about adventure in the wizarding world

Butterbeer is one of the most favorite beverage

This is one of the most requested recipe

for the past view weeks

In the book, Butterbeer has slightly alcoholic content

but today, I'm gonna make non-alcoholic butterbeer

I'll show you 2 ways of making this Butterbeer. Cold and hot.

Let's get started

First, you need to make butterscotch sauce

Melt the unsalted butter in the pot

then add in the dark brown sugar

heavy cream

and salt

Stir until the sugar dissolved

On a low heat, cook for 3 minute without stirring.

Take it off the heat

And add in vanilla extract

Mix well and let it cool slightly before transfer it into a jar

The sauce will liquidy at first

but it will thicken as it cool

Store in the refrigerator

for up to 2 weeks

For the topping,

Whip the heavy cream and 1/2 tbsp butterscotch sauce

Youonly need some volume

don't over beat it

Cold butterbeer

Pour the soda into a glass

and add in 3 tbsp butterscotch sauce

You can add more if you like it sweeter

Mix well

Pour the heavy cream on top

Voila! Cold Butterbeer!

For the Hot butterbeer

Pour the sodan and butterscotch sauce into a sauce pan

you can add more if you like it sweeter

Cook for 2-3 minutes

Pour into a glass

Pour the topping on top

And Voila! Hot Butterbeer!
