1997 was a significant year.
It was a year that many of us realised that a game based around running a Hospital, wasn't
as ludicrous as it sounded.
In fact, it was actually damn good fun, and we had Bullfrog Productions to thank for expanding
our minds and wasting countless hours of our days.
Although its life began under DOS, it would also make its way to the Playstation the following
year.
Theme Hospital was in fact, such a good game that people still play it today, and indeed
there's even an Open Source high resolution engine called CorsixTH which allows owners
of the original base files to game in much more socially acceptable resolutions.
So really, there's no need for a sequel, or even games like Hospital Tycoon and Hysteria
Hospital, which failed to recreate the same charm, amusement and addictiveness, offered
by a game written over 20 years ago.
Personally I would be happy just listening to this music all day.
But then, from the end of hospital corridors, we began to hear whispers of a new game.
A game called Two Point Hospital.
A game which aroused those Theme Hospital feelings all over again.
Well, it turns out those whispers weren't Chinese in origin, even if the names we applied
to that old children's whispering game were perhaps a little dubious in origin.
Because HERE, is Two Point Hospital.
A game my brain keeps telling me to call Two Point Four Hospital, but has no connection
whatsoever to the average number of children in a British Household during the 90s.
So this video is here to serve two itches.
The first is to find out whether this new management sim is any good, the second is
to draw comparisons with Bullfrog's Theme Hospital and then mull on what 20 years of
programming & evolution has brought us.
Now allow me to set your expectations here, because people like ex-Bullfrog developers
Mark Webley & Gary Carr have worked on creating Two Point Hospital, and given he worked on
both Theme Park & Theme Hospital, expect some distinct similarities.
No Peter Moleneux this time I'm afraid though, I presume he's currently been held hostage
in Larry's basement.
We start with an introduction, which, although no where near as dark as Theme Hospital, merges
the same style of comedic wordplay & blatant disregard for patient life, that we all know
and love.
But instead of being thrown straight into a hospital, we're now presented with a map.
I mean, to start with, we can only select one hospital, but I like where this is going.
Now, from this point on, it really does feel like you're playing a modern Theme Hospital.
I expected similarities, but I didn't expect it to be THIS similar.
We've got the same isometric angle, the same reception desk, the same room layout design,
the same items in the room, in fact, I'm sure that's even the same tannoy announcer....
Rebecca Green did the original announcements... hmmmmmm, I can't find her name in the Two
Point credits, but she sure as hell sounds similiar.
Anyway, the point is.
This feels so much like Theme Hospital, that I barely had to think to play it.
Everything is where I expect it to be, and everything moves how I expect it to move.
From the placement of items, to the rotation of the screen.
Woah, wait a minute, Theme Hospital was strictly an isometric game, this 3D malarkey is new,
annndd pretty nice too.
Although it felt wrong to move the game out of that original isometric perspective.
I started to lose my bearings.
So, what are we missing?
Well, the original cartoon look of Theme Hospital has been replaced by more generic 3D representations.
When I saw this style on trailers, I had my reservations, but now, in the flesh, it looks
good and it feels right.
In fact, many of my concerns about this remake, especially the overall quality, floated away
within the first half hour of playing.
It's clear that Two Point Hospital is a labour of love, and a true spiritual successor to
one of my favourite 90s games.
This meant, that although there's a handy assistant throughout, to help you improve
and avoid pitfalls.
I barely needed him, as anything from placing radiators to keep the place warm, to hiring
the right staff, to building the right number of GP rooms was almost intuitive.
What's more, the niggles from the original, like having to heat the whole damn building,
even the empty parts to keep people happy, are gone.
I can now happily heat only the parts where people are passing through, and this works.
Like it should.
Along with more familiar ailments, we've got new problems to deal with, requiring new machines,
new rooms and new staff training.
We've also got statistics, graphs and tables, just like Theme Hospital.
In fact, we've got an even wider array of things to keep tabs on than before, all of
which will satisfy, even the most die hard analytics fan... well, probably.
But regardless, there's not to much to overwhelm you.
Alongside this are numerous challenges raised by both staff members and authorities.
For example, you might be tasked with capturing 2 ghosts.
For that you'll need a janitor with ghost catching skills, and you'll need some dead
patients who have come back to haunt your corridors.
Fulfil this and you'll earn some KuDOSH.. which you can spend on new items for your
hospital and it's rooms.
Perhaps a bean bag, a coffee machine, or even a SEGA arcade machine, running Sonic apparently.
Some of these we saw in Theme Hospital, others we didn't.
It's a nice balance.
Now this is all great.
But what's really key, is whether this combination of new and old keeps you engaged the same
way the original did.
Theme Hospital just used to suck days and days of your life without realising it.
The formula was so balanced that kept all the right areas of your mind busy and interested.
Thankfully Two Point Hospital seems to have just about pulled it off.
There were times when I was waiting for machines to be researched, or just for the hospital
to play out, but it wasn't enough to make me bore-quit, and just when you think there's
nothing else to do, a new problem crops up, or a new hospital is offered to you.
Here's where that world map comes into use.
In Theme Hospital, you'd often be offered new hospitals to take charge of.
But this meant giving up your current hospital.
All that hard work, might have levelled you up, but now it was pulled away from you.
Well, Two Point Hospital doesn't do that.
You get to keep your previous hospital and move onto the next, creating a empire of hospitals.
You're then free to go back to your previous hospitals at any time and level them up further.
3 stars seems to be the highest achievement for each site, but they'll keep on running
after that.
Your ultimate aim is therefore to build on every hospital site, from the rural outbacks
to the City locations, with each site offering different challenges and diseases.
For example, the University hospital starts you with only student medical staff.
From there you have to build your medical centre as normal, whilst providing training
to ensure everything runs efficiently.
Other outback locations may give you more facture cases, I presume because people fell
more trees directly onto their legs.
Then as you move to the city pharmaceuticals become a bigger role.
These new challenges keep you engaged and give you a reason to progress.
So, what's the verdict?
Well, it actually feels like how I would expect a modern day Theme Hospital to feel.
It plays like I would expect it, and throws a few surprises in there to.
Such as the ability to move entire rooms, rather than deleting and starting again.
I'll tell you now, this feels like a revelation after playing Theme Hospital for so many years.
The music does its best to conjour feelings of those classic midi tunes, whilst throwing
a few radio DJs into the mix who provide their own style of comedy inbetween tannoy announcements.
So, it's pretty much perfect.
My only niggle would be that it's sometimes harder to work out how to fix a problem, when
compared to Theme Hospital.
But really, that's a good thing.
It gives more depth, more variety and more intensity to proceedings.
I am somewhat pleased with how its all turned out.

Oi has haver been sick since she was adopted.

That night after I sent Oi to hospital, I felt so lost and couldn't do anything.
I wanted somebody stay by my side.

What happned ?
"Society Obsessed with Love"
EP 4. Do you really like me?
So... is Oi okay now?
Yes. The vet said in few days she can go home.
You could call me.
...Well, It's okay.
Well. I'm quite concerned because Oi is not well.
The vet said it's okay, never mind.
Well. I'm worried about not Oi, but you.
Seung-hyuk, I have something to say.
May I speak first?
Sa-rang. Whenever you have an overwhelming incident like yesterday,
I hope you could count on me... I'm your boyfriend.
But, you never do so.
You seem rather bothered when I want to care about you.
Seung-hyuk, I'm not. I don't think you bother me… I just…
I know that you don't like me as much as I like you.
Even so, you might have thought I was fair enough....
Maybe that's why you accepted me as your boyfriend.
I tried to do my best, but it doesn't seem to work. It's getting difficult.
… Do you really like me?
The vet said Oi would be okay. Nothing's serious, don't worry.
Even so.... I can't imagine how Oi was frightened.
I should have cared her better.
Did you call Seung-hyuk?
No.
Do you want me to call Seung-hyuk for you?
...... No.
...Sa-rang.
Do you really like dating with your boyfriend?
Sa-rang. Why are you dating him?
He is a nice guy....
And he likes me...
and frankly...
I was kinda obsessed with feeling that I should date someone.
But Sa-rang,
shouldn't you date someone you really like?
I am not an expert in love,
but wouldn't fake love affect negatively on both you and your boyfriend?
Seung Hyuk : Do you want to have lunch together today?
"Wouldn't fake love affect negatively on both you and your boyfriend?"
Seung-hyuk.
I am here today to say I want to break up
I've been thinking a lot...
I think I am not ready to love someone yet.
To me... There are so many things more important than date,
and there are too many to care for ....
You are saying among those important things… I am not included, right?
I am so sorry.
That's okay
You don't have to be sorry.
I just thought if I tried harder,
one day you would like me as well.
I was greedy, too...
You might have been uncomfortable.
I am sorry too for your feelings.
Then, Good bye. Take care!
.... Thoughts that I should date with someone,
and if I don't, I was obsessed with feeling that I fell behind compared to other friends.
These thoughts dominated my mind when I was 20.
Just because of my anxiety
I hurt someone who loved me.
That is still regretful.

Celebrities Who Claim They Were Abducted By Aliens - Duration: 8:18.
As reported by the Huffington Post, Fran Drescher believes she was abducted by ETs, when she
was a teenager.
During a road trip with her father, they both experienced "missing time".
She now has a small scar on her hand, the size of a penny.
According to Drescher, that is where the extraterrestrials, surgically implanted a chip.
She is only one of the celebrities, who claim they were abducted by aliens.
After the breakup of the Beatles, singer/songwriter John Lennon took up residence in New York
City.
He said that in 1975, he was asleep in his bed at the Dakota Building.
He was woken by a blazing light surrounding the door to his suite, coming from the other
side, like a searchlight, or a hallway on fire.
He jumped out of bed, and threw open the door, coming face to face with four entities, who
were like people, but not like people, and they did not want his autograph.
Lennon said they were smaller than humans.
Their features reminded him of insects.
They had large compound eyes, and like roaches, they scuttled past him, into his apartment.
Lennon tried to push them back through the door, but they pushed him back... without
touching him, as if by force of will alone.
At this point the ex-Beatle blacked out.
The next thing he remembers, he was back on the bed, but not under the cover... he was
on top of it.
In his hand he found an object, apparently given to him by the invaders.
It was a solid metal object, in the shape of a tiny Robin's egg.
The egg has survived him to this day.
It is now in the possession of Uri Geller.
Bettina Rodriguez Aguilera, is a Republican candidate, running in the midterm elections.
Her son-in-law, Jarrod Agen, is the deputy chief of staff, for Vice President Mike Pence.
If she wins the Florida seat, she will be the first member of the United States Congress,
to have disclosed an encounter with ET's.
She says she was taken aboard a spaceship.
The crew consisted of three beings with large bodies, two females and one male.
They all had blond hair.
They controlled the ship by passing their hands over illuminated rocks, similar to quartz.
She was told by the aliens, that in a cave on the island of Malta, could be found thousands
of non-human skulls.
They also told her, the energy center of the world, is located in Africa.
One of the stars of the original blockbuster movie "Alien", believes that he too was abducted
by extraterrestrials.
Yaphet Kotto, says he really does not care, if anyone thinks he is delusional.
Where one hundred is average, the veteran actor, has an IQ of one hundred and ninety-six.
His close encounters, started when he was nine years old.
He was sitting at the window of his bedroom, in the Bronx, watching kids in the street
playing stickball.
When the young Kotto turned around, a figure was behind him, six feet in height, and with
a head which was elongated.
It leaped behind his back, only to disappear.
As an adult, every time that Yaphet, moved into a new house, he would expect to see a
particular sign, indicating that he had been followed there, by the extraterrestrials.
Sooner or later, a circle of smoke would appear above his home, which did not look like a
cloud.
This would be followed by time loss, during which he suspected, he was taken by the aliens.
When living on location in the Philippines, for the filming of Ridley Scott's science
fiction epic, the ring of smoke appeared again, above his rented bungalow.
Again he saw the vapor, and a UFO, hovering above... as big as Yankee Stadium, turned
upside down.
But this time, the UFO was observed by other people too.
It was seen by the waiters at an outdoor restaurant across the street, and also by Kotto's wife.
Six years ago, the final resting place of Napoleon Bonaparte was exhumed, to determine
if the short height of his body, had been the result of a pituitary disorder.
Instead, researchers found a microchip, one half inch in length, embedded in his vertebrae.
The extent of bone growth surrounding the chip, suggests it was implanted, when Bonaparte
was young.
Is it possible the Emperor of France, was used by extraterrestrials, to alter human history?

Unai Emery has made four key changes to life at Arsenal after Arsene Wenger's reign - Duration: 2:34.
Unai Emery was a braver man than many when he took the Arsenal job. While the Gunners are one of the most prestigious clubs in world football, it's well-known the difficulty in succeeding a man who was in charge for as long as Arsene Wenger was
Twenty-two years to be exact, with Wenger winning three Premier League titles and keeping the club afloat during their move to the Emirates Stadium
Replacing him is almost an impossible task, but Emery is certainly stamping his foot down behind the scenes
A report from the Mirror details four huge changes the former Paris Saint-Germain manager has made already in his short time at the club
The first key one focuses on the players diet.Wenger was renowned in English football for forcing Arsenal's players to ditch booze and junk food back in the 1990's
However, Emery has gone one step further and banned fruit juice from the canteen because it contains too much sugar - the players can only have plain water
The rest of his focus has been on making alterations to how the players train every day
Emery has turned it up a notch by introducing more intense sessions to get players ready for his high-pressing game
He's also introduced one-on-one sessions with players, with Mesut Ozil and Aaron Ramsey already spotted partaking in them at Colney
Emery's last innovative idea has been to introduce a marquee at the side of training pitches with gym equipment in, so players can mix up their sessions
The focus being to shake-up the usual gym work and keep each day interesting. It's the level of change Arsenal fans were crying out for after years of stagnation under Wenger
With Emery implementing his style off the pitch, it'll only be a matter of time until the positive signs are visible out on the pitch

How to start BONSAI from beginning (with emglish subtitle) - Duration: 26:41.
hello!
The plants that you can see in this plastic bags are mostly peepal and banyan plant
I am transforming these plants into bonsai plants step by step
I told this before that for making a good bonsai tree, we have to start it from the small stage of that plant
if you want bonsai tree in a very small time then you have to bring the big tree and then cut its roots and do it many other ways
if you want to know about that then you can see it on my channel I have some video on it.
here I will show you how to make bonsai from plants step by step
these plants are mostly 1 to 2 years old
like this one 2 years old
this one also 2 years old
this one 3 years
before one month these plants were in a very small pot after that I re poted in this big plastic bags
after planting it I have cut the upper portion of these plants, these side branches were not there at that time
I planted it directly after cutting it
and the upper portion of these plants,
i have planted in here
here you can see branches coming out from everywhere and especially in this plant none of the leaves is falling apart
here I am showing you a glimpse of how I collect these plants and planted them.
at first, after collecting it I am cutting the long roots including the main root and plant it in this pot
because this main root separation is an important part of this bonsai work
because the pots were very small during summer time the water of the roots is getting dried very fast and gradually the plant getting weaker
so I put these pot in direct contact to the ground soil so that they can take some water from the ground soil also.
now I am repotting these plants in these little big plastic bags
and with this, I am truncating the excess long roots and branches
now I am going to show you rest of the cutting work
at first, you have to decide that what kind of bonsai you want
like I show you some example.
let me clean this place
Lets
see this one
this is another design. this one is also a bonsai, but some people say that this is not a bonsai
anyway bonsai is an art and how you give its form solely depends on you
today some people argue that this is not a good bonsai but after maybe 10 years or so the very same people will say that this is a very good one
see this is a heart shape, double heart
now see these 4 side branches ends here . I cut it here
there will be parts in all the four corners
and when the whole tree will be thicker it will look more beautiful
if you want this type of from then you have to think it from the early stage of the plant growth
you can understand after seeing it that you have to find out this 2 branches
now I will show you how to do that
for do it at first you have to choose a plant who has two side branches
like this one
here you can keep this branches cutting the other side branches if you want to give form like mine.
like here only one side branches coming out so I am separating it
now I am cutting this side leaves. and whenever any branch coming out here then you have to cut it off
see this portion
we have to cut it in a way so that it seems like a branch
that's enough
now this two branches will grow and after it will grow like one to two feet then we will make that form like mine,
now see
this bonsai tree
look at this bonsai form. this one almost turned into bonsai form. but
look at this tree. its almost turned into bonsai form.
this tree is 8 to 10 years old
this one also I made bonsai from the small plant
if you want this type of bonsai then what you have to do
see these portions, I cut these parts as time progresses
see here
this one is branch
I cut down the main trunk at first
let show you this part
now you can understand
see this inside part this was the main trunk
see how its joined, this was the main trunk and i cut it here
after that, this branch and this branch is growing up
here in this branch, there were two or three branches coming out
I have cut this one
here also the same, I remove some branches and keep this one only
here one got removed
this way you have to cut these side parts
see this
I had cut this one and this one, but
see this part I have to again cut it angularly
same for this part
we have to cut it in a way such that
later it seems like no branch is present here
like this how it get hidden
see this hinge we need to remove it so as to make it look prettier
this will be done later
if you want this form then I will show you how to do it
so i will show you a banyan tree and how to do it
it has two branches coming out, I told you that I had cut it one month before
here what you have to do. see this part
we have to mix it with this part cut it like this way
you can cut it with a knife like me or a scissor but this is safer
now
now it does not look like a different branch its seems like it's the main trunk
this way we have to do it step by step
let's show you some more example
this one, it's a few years old
see this part, I won't touch it now but when the trunk will be thicker
then i will cut it in here
I will keep the first branch coming out from here and cut down the rest of it
this one also the same
if we do this way then the main trunk will be getting thicker and the upper portion will be getting smaller
this is the actual technique of it. if you think it will happen normally then it will not
then the plant will be getting longer
if it is getting taller then it will not be a bonsai anymore, as a bonsai is a small form of a tree
we called it in Bengali bamon gach
means it looks like a big tree but in a very little form
to do that you have to do it in this technique step by step
now see
this peepal tree
its trunk is very long and getting dense upward
if you want to keep few branches and slowly make it grow upward then you have to cut the other parts in every branch
and if you want to keep it this way then shape it time to time
if you want to do this type of tree then what you have to do
i will show you
see this plant
see it has many branches here
so we don't have to touch it
because see it has this long main trunk and the branches start from here
so we have to keep it this way
when it is getting big and you think necessary to give it a shape then you do some work in it
in this tree, I have to cut these parts of this plants
here see these two branches ends here so here
this branch, we have to cut it in a way so that it get adjusted with this
this is also same
we have to give shape after every branch is out
because if you don't shape this then the unwanted part will be there it looks bad.
so if you want this shape then you don't have to shape much
which i show you , this one
see this one, if you want this to get transformed in a way that
the plant is getting thicker slowly
three, four trunks are coming out from the bottom etc.
like this then you have to shape it from this portion
now I am going to transform this plant into a shape
you can use this scissor or a big one depending on your preference
you have to do it very carefully as the plant its very soft.
see how i am cutting it
I have cut it and now i will shape it with knife
you have to use a sharp knife, like this one its very sharp
now cut this part very slowly but safely
this can happen
here i have no option so i separated it here
but no problem, new branch come out from here later
its very thick so this problem happened but its ok
if you don't shape it now then it will cause problem later
its done
new branch will come out from here later
these will be getting bigger and I will touch it after one year later
at that time I will remove some of the portions
then I will concentrate on the main branch that will come out for further shaping
in this way you need to move
see this we need to proceed in the same way as earlier
here I am cutting out one branch as it does not have many branches
cutting out this one
almost ok
do like this
I have prepared a liquid manure from cow dung that I will use here
this one
this is the cow dung
this I have soaked into water three four days back
now you can use this liquid three to four times after that you can use it but its quality degrades
provide the liquid to these plants in a very small amount
this is a large one so you can give more liquid its not an issue
as it has high amount of nitrogen
here I am transforming a mango plant into a bonsai tree, see how I am doing it
generally what we do
initially we make a column
most of the time we cut it from the middle and set a branch to it that belongs to a plant of a different kingdom
see it still the same plant that growed from the seed itself
what I have done to this plant
see this you can understand
I have cut it from the middle and use some wax on top of it as mango plant can degrade pretty easily
see the wax coating
now
I have maintained a size of 7 to 8 inch
see this the branches are coming out from nothing automatically
this branch is also growing like the others
now see this its an ordinary plastic pot
see this carefully two new branches are coming out
these small new branches
now for every branch that is coming out I will do a mix column with other plants for each of them
so that we get different type of mangoes from the same plant
now time will say how much will I succeed in this
but I will definitely provide update on this later
now I am showing you a glimpse of that as a part of bonsai

- Let's have a look!
- Yeah!
- Hi everyone! Copes Garša #10!
We have a guest from Belarus!
Famous Anton Fisherman!
He's speciality is big pikes, and today he will help
us to catch a big pike of Aluksne Lake!
It is middle of the summer, so probably
not the best time for catching pikes, but we'll try.
So let's go!
Since we have international team on board,
we'll be talking Russian today,
so that Anton would
understand what we are talking about.
There are subtitles in Latvian so that you could
better understand if not so good in Russian.
Ok, let's start!
- Anton! Hi, once more! - Hi!
- Look, our theme today
is.. as I understand this Aluksnes lake
is quite similar to yours in Belarus. - Yes! We crossed it with
those guys, and they showed me the lake a bit
and I observed, that some 17 - 20 thousand years ago
one and the same glacier came and made all those lakes,
mine in Belarus and yours here, because it's just 200km distance.
It looks very similar, relief, water and...
everything looks similar, and I have to confess
that this is not the best time to catch
trophy pike, but well... you can never know.
And sometimes even in heat
I've got some good pikes
and just had great fishing, that's why
I think we'll combine our knowledge
about this lake... you have also been here before - Yes
and I'm fishing in similar conditions
that's why I think .... ah, yes, the main thing we have Normunds,
who is always catching big pikes, so
if we fail, he will catch something for sure!
- I have an offer! to make all this more interesting
for us and
for all others
I will show you depth map of the lake
and you'll show what do you think
where the trophy pike should be.
- Ok, let's try. Won't you put on black bag over my head?
-No
- We'll mark points and then we'll see
whether there are some fish or not.
- Even not looking at the depth map
First of all I would look for
the vegetation
and bait fish
because a pike always lives in places where food is.
She won't stay anywhere
and generally I think she is not moving a lot.
So, first of all, you know spots you
have already hunted for big fish, and, let's
say this area ...
more shallow, because now water temperature is
around 20-21C degrees.
This is quite cool water, because in
our lakes now it is around 25-26C degrees
So, I think we can try these shallow areas...
big meadows with vegetation.
Besides we need to fish fast and
constantly moving with drift anchor
I mean one cast and keep moving
to cover large territory
Also I think we should try ...
... let's try to find
let's say here like small hills,
in my lake such spots are productive
at this time of the year. Like these small hills with depth around.
I think, ... I haven't seen them yet,
but I think there should be
vegetation on top.
We should see is there any bait fish
and then quickly check those hills
with three, four casts for each of us
is enough to understand.
So, we can spend some time
to check those hills.
Then we can check also some holes
because it is possible that ...
Do smlet live in that lake? - Yes.
- Small, white bait fish. - Yes.
So at this time of the year they are gathering
in deeper areas at 10-12 meters
and then there we can trey to
search for some pelagic pike, who
is sitting in the mid water near that bait fish crowd
and then it might react on our big bites
and rise if active.
- It's high time we should move! - Long time ago!
- Can't wait already! - Yes!
- Let's go!
- If I'd stand there and cast ... .
- There is one
- Looks like pike,
but not big.
- If we catch mother
and if the drag is not tight enough, we might lose it.
- Tell me, what we're going to do now?
- Are we drifting along with the wind?
with drift sock?
- Look , we'll check
the wind direction
and if it fits our trajectory ...
now I see we'd need to move
where we marked.
-Yes.
- I'd be moving like this way.
But now wind is taking us
- We can use electric motor
- Yes, we can pull drift sock out and use electric motor
which is better solution now.
I have started with such a bait.
I've experience that in
clear water
such colour is effective Middle size, not the big one...
just for checking, and then we'll change colours.
- Oho!
- this is ... - I have seen this Guppie somewhere!
- No doubt I'll see good equipment now.
- Right ones!
- Right toys for boys!
- There is one more 30cm - 26 cm
- ok, 26cm, wonderful
- Spotted Bullhead
colour
- this year 110cm pike with this one
- I also have experimental task
or how it is called...
I'll be working also with
bigger hard baits
130-140.
What I have observed with spinning reel
big lures are tangling up with leader
upon casting
especially with fast and sharp cast
but with baitcasting reel this is not happening, because
line is running out straight.
That's why today I have picked up some new
test set
and will try to twitch with baitcasting reel.
This is new for me and let's see what comes out of it.
I've used for big baits, but not for
such lures.
Let's see.
New Shimano baitcasting reel
I'm not an expert yet
but will see.
I'm not sure how many tangles
I'll have. Let's see.
- Here are centrifugal drags
and they all were on
which is for 40-50g.
We'll
all, maybe 3 of 4 switch off
one is left, because
I tried to switch off all of them
but then you might have tangles.
One is left on,
which is sufficient for that type
of lures.
- After that if you need more tight
adjust with magnetic.
Should be ok now.
- Clear! Thank you!
- Welcome!
- That's it! i'm going to work with normal baits.
- I did'n like my cast at all.
Just around 20m, Anton adjusted,
so now should be better.
Now it is about 45m.
Keep fishing!
- What is interesting in such glacier lakes
to my experience
July,
especially if it is so hot,
and almost all August
most inactive months.
Meanwhile in Finland it's vice versa,
in July and August, still difficult to catch
but lots of catches and small pikes are very active,
regardless of the warm water. Apparently it depends on bait fish.
- You want to say for us is "mission
impossible" today?
- well.... look, you know as they say about Musky
pike - yo need 10000 casts
the same about trophy pike. There are days you have 5
and days when there is none in a week.
- And the main thing, as my fellow says,
less pause between casts. - Yes! That's right!
- Listen, flies like arrow!
Thank you! - Always welcome!
you know my card number? - Of course!
- Water is blossoming, omg!
- Regarding clear water, many have stereo types that
if water is murky, you should use bright lures
but if it is clear,
then natural colours.
For me many times it was contrariwise.
Besides...
in murky waters
dark lures are visible better
than bright ones.
At least ichthyologists say so.
May time I had situations that in clear water
in Finland closer to the sea
when completely bright colours
like green, yellow
were more effective than
natural colours. I think it is related
to that if a pike has lots of food.. of bait fish,
sometimes you need to imitate bait fish,
close to to the natural one,
but sometimes it is vice versa, if there are a lot of bait fish
pike works like sanitary
fist of all it eats what is easier to eat.
Some sick fish
or not good at swimming
so when there is a crowd of bait fish and
some bright lure appears in the middle, so
this might better irritate pike
than natural colour.
- Regarding hard lures. I think that
the colour almost doesn't matter.
- Yes, because
pike is looking up
how can it see what's on lure's sides?
- Besides, look, - good fish!
- Yes,
we can even mark it.
- If you would be asked to choose one colour, what would you choose?
Universal, working in any water, for pike.
- Something like this,
with dark back ... - I would choose....
and light sides...
so that during
rolling action
there would this contrast.
I would choose that kind of lure.
- I would choose
Matt Tiger or Fire Tiger
composition of green, red, yellow
with stripes.
To my mind it works
always - Yes, because it is right colour.
Theses always have contrast,
dark back and lighter sides.
- Fish!
- I didn't really understand, is it fish or something?
- Give it to me, I'll fish with it!
- We are not fishing with live baits
- I have got fish with my new spinning set
But at the beginning I didn't understand
was it fish or not.
That's a small one.
On Ballisong
Active
- How long pike can you take. - 50 cm
- Still in the middle of the summer one small pike
we've got.
As to size, it's like
our big baits today.
- Such a big crowd beneath us.
- Listen, we have got four pikes.
How are our trophy
hunters doing?
Actually we are laughing a bit about them
those big baits... as Ivars said: "Imagine
if someone would throw bricks on above your head, you would run away"
but well...
we'll see
Trophy hunters are trophy hunters...
- Regarding soft baits
in my boat and in my colleagues'
in Finland for example
top three soft baits
Pig Shad
Mc Rubber and
let's say few years ago
also Snack Baits joined the company.
Also very nice soft lure
I will show you how I
prepare them
For example, now we are fishing in 4-5m
so logically we need to add more weight.
There is one version-
stinger attached with ring
from one side easy solution,
on other side not convenient storage,
and each lure should have it own stinger.
But we can do like this
attach stinger with snap
and then
don't change stinger, but just soft lure.
When I'm fishing in Finland
in not so deep water
all soft baits are kept like his
just with spiral,
and we are attaching one stinger and
then just changing lures.
Don't like colour just change...
just a second
Taking into account we are fishing in deeper water here
we need to add additional weight, we have different options
one of the simplest is
just tungsten weight
attached to the snap
just a bit above lure
like this.
Again those weights can be changed
smaller, bigger ... depends on situation
or remove at all if fishing in shallow water
and again with the lure
fed up with this one, remove and
easily change to another.
All those big soft baits are the same size
and stingers are also more or less universal
So... guys just presented me new Snack Baits
Thank you very much
I'll try to cath something
with it.
One more small tip
that I learned from my
Finnish friend Mikko
I'll disassemble the lure
Armands already cut a bit
but what we do
we take Mc Rubber
by eyes and
pull a bit aside
and accurately cut.
So you see now we have flat surface
ant that's why we get more resistance
and lure makes more
hydrodynamic noise under water
and even at a low speed
lure keeps
it's rolling
action, which usually stops
at low speed
It is not moving, but with
this cut
in Finland guys call it "dog face"
rolling action is present still at low speed
Really this
trick is working
because if look at my PigShads
those with cut nose
are more used
than those with not cut
Even Claes Swartszonker
pointed out this
theme, saying that maybe
he will produce special series with cut nose.
So this is what it looks like
Gints!
- I feel you'll get big one today
because we have
got small ones
already four pikes ... for us it seems funny
you're casting those "bricks"
but let it be
You are laughing about our lures,
we are about yours
but we have 4 pikes, and you?
- Eh...one.
- 40 cm - Ok
- We are moving on
- I think we still
have a chance, because it is getting darker
and it is going to rain,... wind
I think we have chance
we already know, that
it is hard to catch
big pike if there is no wind
so we'll keep casting
- But Gints, those pikes are not into account, you need to get perch
- Yes, yes, we are going exactly
- We got some small perch
but we'll have bigger ones as well
ok, guys, bye!
- We are in hell,
air is full with flies
I think we should chnge place
I should confess I like working with baitcasting reel
even don't need to use drag,
Antons adjusted and everything works fine
I don't know all yet
but casts are great
about 40 m.
Fishing almost all day
and I like it
and didn't hav any tangles
this is what I wanted.
I have experimented with casts and
all are fine.
So I think I'll continue
what we need is fish
who eats lure.
Rain is comming, getting more cloudy
hopefully we'll catch
we don't have a choice.
We wont use small baits, we are here for
big pike
at least remarkable.
- Going away
- Yes, look like...
- in the evening
a bit more cloudy
- Mhm
- But hasn't influenced fishing
results yet.
Here in this lake we need to buy licence
- Yes.
- We are allowed to take certain amount of fish or all should be released
what are the rules?
- Yes, we have
special rules, because
in Latvia you can take 5
50cm pikes
five 45cm zanders
and perch
10kg, no excuse me
5kg
here they have limit to 3 fish
three big fish. - But you are allowed to take big ones?
- Yes, it's allowed.
They are planning more restrictions
of the big size
in order to keep trophies.
- The more trophies...the more interesting lake
- Besides trolling is not
allowed in May.
- Otherwise allowed? - Yes.
Just with one rod.
They were not
satisfied, but...
the main things that
lake is in good control
I thin this lake is top three
if not the first
regarding trophies.
Persh and also pikes,
13kg or 14kg was caught
last year.
124cm
- Wonderful!
- It was great fish!
Now, Norchik, let's check teeth marks
as you like it.
- Yes, have a look!
It was big pike!
Really big!
Bite traces in head
look those cuts
so deep...
are not typical for small pikes. - Oho!
- This was normal fish! - Destroyed your gift.
- Yeah, just got new...
- But it is still quite good to use - What else, look!
How I usually judge about size,
cuts are one thing
but cuts are here
I had new fluorocarbon leader, even here small
there were jaws
but then you start checking lure
this is small one
- Here as well
- Look
- Cuts are even here
- Generally speaking all lure was in
jaws of the pike, so generally 3kg pike couldn't eat it.
- It wasn't small fish
- These were great jaws
- What a pity!
- Brrr... - I saw your face changed
- All day casting and then there was one
- As I said, clouds appeared and
Anton had first catch
he said it was big pike
so we still have hope
in all these hours
we have one .
Unfortunately
we lost it
but you can never know with big ones.
But at least
we have better feeling on board
that some action going on, otherwise sleeping already
Let's go!
- So, preparing for trophy fishing
in deep water and
also shallow,
what are conditions
where to search it?
- Main condition for big pike is food
first of all.
Actually if there is pike in general then there is big pike also
- So it means
it doesn't depend just on location
but also bait
- Of course!
Thinking about trophies
we don't need perfect place
but right bait.
- I solemnly believe that big bait
is essential in trophy fishing.
Pike is lazy fish
and eats what it can get with less energy
so there are no huge baits for pike
just we cannot cast so big.
There are many stories, that
bigger one grasped smaller pike
and even not just kilo, but three or more.
But you won't be casting so huge lure.
So fact that
20-30cm lures are attacked
by small pikes
proves that there are no huge baits for pikes.
Also considering, why should 10kg pike
be hunting for this small lure.
It is even not fulfiling...
why it is attacking, in order to eat
with this small lure it even doesn't compensate
it's energy waste
in order to
catch so small lure.
That's why logically pike will be catching what is bigger
and nourishing.
So big baits is good solution
for trophy fishing.
While I was fishing with small ones
I didn't got any big pike.
As soon as I started to use big bites I got more and more trophies.
Also I have an example
in my Braslava Lakes
we had
trophy competition
last autumn and there was...
GOT IT! - Oh! Big one!
- This is pleasure! I even saw it catching my lure near boat! Switch off the motor please!
- Anton!
- It is very important to carefully hold big pikes
because we are releasing it
so we need to do everything not to hurt it.
First we need huge landing net with silicone net
and first we need to remove hooks
not lifting pike in the boat
that's why we need big landing net
so pike can rest there
and feel well
carefully take and remove hooks
and then pike is in safety
because while there are hooks it can hurt itself cut artery and
start bleeding
and it will be complicate to save it.
All stinger was in jaws, we removed it carefully
took lure away
we don't need it now
and the pike back in landing net
to be sure it is doing well
if pike turns herself in right position
it means it is allright
meanwhile we are preparing weights, ruler and cameras
and fish all this time stays in the net
- Beauty!
- Super! We have got big pike of Aluksne Lake!
But probably we'll got more!
They are living here!
and we have a chance! - Good job, Anton!
- Lower down the rod!
- Don't let it rise!
- Great!
- 11.5kg!
- We have new personal record!
- Record breaks each time with Copes Garša!
- Anniversary broadcast!
- Too short!
122cm...
even
123cm
123cm!
- Almost 12kg, yes?
- 11.5kg
- What are you talking about, guys?
- About pike!
- Anton, Normund, you are simply great!
- This pike is great!
You, guys, showed how to catch... - So big pike...
you definitely have to release, because you can catch it again
Pleasure catching it is so much bigger that eating. - Catch and release!
123cm
11.5kg - OH!!!
- Normund, great job!
- Thank you!
110 cm and 123 cm
Aluksnes Lake
Friends,
big bait
is working! And right guys as well!
- Thank you!
- Cosmoss!
but this is something...
- We also had nice fishing day,
we had 9 pikes ...
We gave you Anton
now we are taking him back. Anton come on, let's go!
- That's it? You are taking me away?
- Let's go!
- Norchik! - Thank you for fishing with us.
- I think you've learned something.
- Come back again!
- Bye!
- What can I say
I'm happy, Normunds is happy, and Anton as well
and now Gints is happy too
I hope you also enjoyed
our adventures in Aluksne.
Frankly speaking I was not completely confident
that we will manage to catch
such trophy in the middle of the summer,
but well...
right guys know how.
Thank you for watching

Breaking News - Arsenal boss Unai Emery bans fruit juice - Duration: 2:06.
Arsenal boss Unai Emery has banned his squad from drinking fruit juice as he continues to make a stamp on the side following Arsene Wenger's reign
The Spaniard replaced Wenger at the helm in May, signing a three-year deal worth £15million
Emery has made the diet change and implemented a gym in a marquee at the training ground, according to The Mirror
In his early years at Arsenal, Wenger completely transformed attitudes within the club
Influenced by his time in Japan with Grampus 8, Wenger was a devotee to a healthy way of life
Out went the players' boozy drinking sessions and junk food, in came healthy and balanced diets, specialist nutritionists and muscle-strengthening exercises
His methods weren't popular at first but were gradually adopted universally by the Premier League when other managers started to learn the secrets of his winning teams
There are shades of Wenger in Emery's belief in the benefits of sports science and he was one of the first to insist on regular blood and hydration tests
Emery is highly-demanding of his players and staff on the training ground and in the meticulous preparation for each fixture
He firmly believes that the little things make all the difference in the heat of battle
Arsenal picked up their first Premier League victory under Emery last Saturday and face a trip to Cardiff at the weekend

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's hilarious suggestion after three games without a goal for Arsenal - Duration: 2:19.
It's been a tough start to the season for Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, but he's showing no signs of feeling the pressure just yet
Having scored 10 goals in just 13 Premier League appearances last season following his big money move from Borussia Dortmund in the January transfer window, the Gabon international has been tipped to challenge for the Golden Boot award alongside the likes of Mohamed Salah, Harry Kane and Sergio Aguero
However, unlike that trio Aubameyang is yet to get off the mark so far.He had a goal correctly ruled out for offside in the 2-0 loss by Manchester City on the opening weekend of the new season and then missed two glorious chances against Chelsea six days later as the Gunners fell to a 3-2 loss at Stamford Bridge
Whilst the north London outfit did register their first win of the season against West Ham United last weekend, Aubameyang is still waiting for his first goal
Yet judging by his demeanour on social media, it doesn't appear that the 29-year-old has been affected by what many would consider to be a goal drought
Following Thursday's training session the striker took to Twitter and joked that he's found a new position
He posted a video clip of him in between the sticks saving a few shots from his teammates and said: "3 games without scoring!! they found me a new job
" With Petr Cech, Bernd Leno and Emiliano Martinez all at Unai Emery's disposal for the season it's clear that the Gunners are well stocked in the goalkeeping department
That means Aubameyang can concentrate on what he does best - scoring goals - and will hope to do so against newly-promoted Cardiff City at the weekend

I don't know where I came from
I don't know where I belong
Where will I be
when it's all over?
Suspense is killing me
will make me going crazy
I just want to know
Why
should I leave
for a place
without memories?
where will I go?
To a world no one will ever know
There is no name
There is no pain
There is no root I'm coming from
There is no voice
There is no choice
There is no aim
There is no reward
There is no gain
There is no one who is waiting for
you
I wanna know it
You wanna know it
We want to know it
I wanna know it
You wanna know it
We want to know it
Whatever might be
mustn't be a mystery
I die
for shure
Wanna know what I'm waiting for
Why should I leave
for a place
without memories?
Where will I go?
To a world no one will ever know
Couldn't ignore what it might meant to be
Try to believe in your philosophy
Don't want to go
to a world
we will never know

Gemini - Something in Me, Something in You [Cover Art] - Duration: 4:07.
Tell me what you're thinking of
Now we're lost in the water
Tell me if you feel at all
If you're breathing deeper
Show me what it's all about
All that journs in the other
Something we can talk about
If you're breathing deeper
Resurrect the nights we stayed up
With nothing more than chaos on our minds
Promise me you'll find your way out
There's something in me, there's something in you
Resurrect the nights we stayed up
With nothing more than chaos on our minds
Promise me you'll find your way out
There's something in me, there's something in you
Tell me, tell me
Tell me, tell me
Tell me, tell me
Tell me, tell me
Which way does the river flow?
I think we're lost in the ocean
It's not something we can talk about
So, I'll breathe in deeper
I watch your eyes turn so cold
I got us caught in the fire
It's not something we can talk about
So I'll breathe in deeper
Resurrect the nights we stayed up
With nothing more than chaos on our minds
Promise me you'll find your way out
There's something in me, there's something in you
Resurrect the nights we stayed up
With nothing more than chaos on our minds
Promise me you'll find your way out
There's something in me, there's something in you
Tell me, tell me
Tell me, tell me
Tell me, tell me
Tell me, tell me
Feel your love, take its hold
And I can't seem to let it go
I'm falling away from you
I'm falling away
Resurrect the nights we stayed up
With nothing more than chaos on our minds
Promise me you'll find your way out
There's something in me, there's something in you
Tell me, tell me
Tell me, tell me
Tell me, tell me
Tell me, tell me
Resurrect the nights we stayed up
With nothing more than chaos on our minds
Promise me you'll find your way out

Grout Cut-out Mosaic 🤔 Mosaic art for beginners 🎓 - Duration: 20:06.
welcome to another mosaic art for
beginners and today I want to show you
how to grout a cut out mosaic piece in an
easy way
hello art people how are you guys doing
grouting is a messy work this is the
cut-out mosaic piece you cut up because
you don't you only have the heart the
year this we have created and the
earlier videos and you can go and check
them if you want to. it's all on this
playlist okay.
what we need to go grout this piece of
this is a ceramic tile art made in art
nouveau style you know art nouveau style like
I did it in Spain so let's check out
what we need for the grouting okay in
general we first we will need bit up
throughout because this piece is not
bigger than my hand then we need was a
Colin sweat okay
we cup with water then we needed cup you
know empty but then focusing is you will
need a flat you know you see it's flat
it's not like this one it means to cut
curves we have to you know mix the grout
the powder with water that's what you
needed flat we will need something like
that or similar
water then you will be is discovering
this trowel trowel how to call that
trowel it's a gum
we say Gummi in German you
know you can find all this stuff on
Amazon home on I have store over there
where it can find you know I sort of the
professional tools and materials to
they're almost all I don't mean I mean
almost all tools and materials you can
find over there worldwide so let's start
okay first first first thing first
this is a package of grout material okay. focus
that's cool and no matter what the brand
is that was not so nice anyway all these
letters okay this letters is trying to
say something what most of the mosaic
artists don't want to understand so it
says I don't know with who will able to
catch this right here it said before
good for joints between one and six
millimeters so what does this mean
excuse me we have a dusty situation in
here what does it mean it means if your
gaps are between one and six millimeters
okay you don't have to measure all the
gaps but this one four or three some so
we can use this kind of a grout so
it's important that you check before you
purchase any
grout no that's a small package it's
what is the 1 kilo about the gap okay
the measure of the gap is important if
our gaps are what we're between you know
there can be like 1 centimeter then you
have to buy a different type of a grout
ok let's do this first we're gonna mix
our stuff are we gonna do that
it's quite simple just decide this is
our flat our what is that cup so we
first we'll put some water just a bit
because the piece is really small I mean
that most like is not bigger than my
hand and then we're gonna go with the
grout I first put a bit and you start to
mix it and then I will go another time
one more time inputs also
okay we'll definitely need a bit more
and this grout will be too much I can
see it already
you see you can go like that
and to the sides that thing it's it's
too wide I wish I had a smaller one but
I don't have but it's okay
okay we will need a bit more okay now it
starts to get look like a grout
okay that's perfect so we're gonna let
this in here for a while not too long
now
we have to you know. This is a cut-out
mosaic okay and the only grout that we
need is on this area and we don't want
to mess up we don't want to have any
grout in here I mean it's possible that
we will have some drops but we have to
avoid it because we're gonna paint this
in white and we'll put some design
effects on it how to do that okay how to
do that I have this regular paper that's
DINA4 for in German you know it's like
a 29 by 20 or 30 by 21 I'm not sure it's
a small piece of paper and this is all
you need to grout a cut-out mosaic
without any mess and this is all you
need to grout it cut out
mosaic so you're gonna put it like that
okay then you're gonna press with your
fingers to the edge of the mosaic be
careful you know because this our
corners are very sharp so don't cut your
fingers okay now we have the shape
almost on this paper okay is there some
focus I'm not sure so what we're gonna
do now
we're gonna cut out this piece it's
quite simple like a stencil work I'm not
sure if it will be fit but it will I
believe that's a a cutter I don't know
how to call that it's a simple cutter
okay it's like closing a model perfectly
it's better than nothing
okay no let's check out our grout see
you don't want to have your grout too
wet
it needs to be like this hold on focus
okay see it's not wet that's important
that's a antracit gray and what we do
now you're gonna take this trowel is we
call that stuff it's called Gummi in
German you know it's very soft you can
find it on that Amazon thing I will use
not the side which is not so wide okay
not that side I will use this side and
then closer that's even too much that's
too much
that's enough you know my technique I
just roll a bit on the center and then I
go like this
I hope you can see anything it's black
on black right now this is what left
okay and this is what let form the whole
thing it was too much whatever so now we
have a bit on the sides a bit grout okay
there is one a bit missing at the corner
it's missing so I'll put it on with this
and then I'm going that and like that
and one more time
and then I'm gonna clean up the sides
like this
Also in here okay a bit of grout is
missing over there now we don't need grout
on the sides
this piece here in a in the corner I'll
take it out by using this tool in one
more time okay so we don't need this
paper right now. Perfect.
You see it is getting dry and the color
changes. I will let the camera on and put
it on time-lapse. okay that was enough
this was a cool three minutes three or
four minutes okay what now. Now we have
to clean it what I do actually what I'm
trying to show in here because of its
ceramic okay ceramic tile mosaic I do
wait until the surface is getting dried
you know okay then I start to clean it I
will put this on once again
and we'll take this what was that call
it swept whatever you know what it is
okay
it's dry you see it's not wet
so with the first move I clean it up
actually the almost dusty stuff if you
know what I mean and now I will make it
a bit wet okay like that not much
and now I will start to clean it
with some very fine moves I'm not
pressing I'm not pushing and doing
nothing so one thing that you have to
take in consideration I don't know if
you can see the the joint lines right
now so if you see a joint like this
don't go like that in the same direction
because you will take out the grout
which is already place it in the gap try
to go as much as End way so one more
time I will use the not wet site which
is this side
I'm taking care of not pushing too much
or any push you know especially where
the grout is - I mean the gaps
don't push over there don't push
anywhere just you know make your move
now we have to wait a bit more okay it's
on time-lapse that's that you can use this
baby fresher things I don't know how to
call that you know you can just clean
your fingers with that do it as soon as
you can okay see quite clean right was
it cool
another cool four minutes so what we
have to check before we make the final
cleaning before we get into the final
cleaning process okay I will just check
the surface there is no water it's not
wet please we can go ahead one more time
it's not wet okay this is the not wet
side perfect now we can take this out
again we are actually done with the
grouting
okay this is how it looks like for now
the color will get more light it's too
dark right now you know when you when
you wonder what color okay let's go this
way
Grouting has a real strong effect on the
visual look of your mosaic so if you
really want to know how you grow up
grout will look on your mosaic I mean
the real color I will take a bit of this
grout there was too much
anyway this is the real color we'll turn
to that so I will put it here on the
surface so if you can see the difference
between this grout color and this grout
color so that means the real grout color
it's it's wet right now so it's it's
looking dark but the color will turn
into this color this is a real color that
we will see tomorrow
because this needs to be dry a bit more
what I'm gonna do with this I have no
clue i okay
another you know this baby fresher thing
and we'll clean out that stuff on my
hands so if you see it's really simple
even if you know big mosaics is more
easier to make than a smaller mosaic and
in grouting small mosaic like you have to
take care of many other things you know
each detail is in front of your eyes
like any huge mosaic you don't have that
much. this is the final look for now and
you will see it's not pico bello
clean right now and the point is we
have to wait until to make the real final
cleaning after the the
the grout is as dried really we know how
we learn how we don't know that it will
reach the same color like and this
package then you know the grout is fine
but but listen I already clean almost
100% it's just a bit of dust on there
and I you know this is how I'm doing it
I don't want to destroy the joint the
gap the grout that's why I give it one
more chance to really get strong and
then I'm going to clean up the dust and
this is what we're gonna do tomorrow we
will also paint these sides on the next
video tomorrow and put up a bit of a
design on it because this is still just
a mosaic you know glued somewhere
so we have to give it a bit of you know
don't expect too much from the
next video it's just give it a bit of
movement just a bit of a idea design or
something
some people were angry Ida let have
further and half the last video because
I say share it don't keep it for itself
I'm sorry I don't want to say you know
I'm giving me a bigger informations no
just share it that others also know how
to do this kind of stuff
you
