DESTROYER | Official Trailer - Duration: 2:24.

I spent my whole life scrapin'...

Jealous, hungry, scared.

I wanna find something decent...

something...good.

You can be better than me.

Who is it?

No ID, no idea.

I know your whole story...

Placing our agent undercover,

She'll look right enough next to our guy.

If we do this, we accept the consequences.

Do you love me?

You know I do.

You chose to play cops and robbers...

And you lost.

GO!

Are you cops?

I'm mad, I'm still mad, it's burned a circuit in my brain.

I just want to do one good thing.

If You Love 'This is Us' Don't Miss Ellen & Justin Hartley in 'This... Is Onions' - Duration: 2:59.

One of the most popular shows on TV is This Is Us.

And one thing they do better than any other show

is make people cry.

So now, all the new shows are trying to make people cry.

But I had an idea for a show that

goes way further than these shows are willing to go.

Grab some tissues, because here's a promo for my new show.

[NBC CHIME]

This fall on NBC.

[LAUGHTER]

[GASPING]

Sarah.

What?

[LAUGHTER]

I don't know how to tell you this.

[GASPING]

I can take it.

[WAILING]

I got the test results back.

Yes.

But everything's fine.

We don't need a muffler.

Ah, that's nice.

Salsa.

A brand new show where everyone is constantly chopping onions.

Oh.

[LAUGHTER]

[MUSIC PLAYING]

This Is Onions.

[LAUGHTER]

[APPLAUSE]

Ethan.

Huh?

I need to tell you about your real father.

[SNIFFLING]

[CHOPPING]

What you're saying, that the father that I believed

was my father my entire life is not actually my real father?

No, no, it's him.

I don't know why I used that phrase.

I should have said, "your father."

[LAUGHTER]

So my real father is my real father.

Uh-huh.

[LAUGHTER]

OK.

[SNIFFLING] What did you want to tell me about him?

I saw him at the grocery store today

when I was buying the onions.

[CRYING]

The most crying on TV.

The most onions on TV.

[SNIFFLING]

Oh, Sarah.

I have some terrible news.

What is it?

It's terrible.

What?

You know that old slow cooker that we got from our neighbors?

Yeah.

Yeah, well, you know, you left it on all day.

OK, it kept getting hotter and hotter.

And the kids-- well, the kids were home alone.

What happened?

You forgot to put the onions in.

It's going to taste like garbage.

Oh!

[CRYING] My god.

Oh, your real father is going to hate that.

[LAUGHTER]

Why do I keep saying that?

I don't know.

[CRYING]

Oh god.

[WAILING]

The Boston Globe calls "This Is Onions, even dumber

than you think."

The New York Times says, "Boooo."

And an NBC executive says, "Whenever

I find out who approved this they're going to get fired.

Was it Ryan?

Jennifer, get me Ryan!

No, not Brian.

Ryan."

[CRYING]

This Is Onions.

This fall on NBC.

Explaining The 3 Different Types of "Green" Vehicles - Duration: 3:05.

- [Narrator] Shopping for a green vehicle.

Let's compare your three options.

Hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and electric.

So you can decide which is right for you.

A hybrid vehicle has two power trains.

One gasoline and one electric

which work together for maximum efficiency.

In some situations, the engine can shut off entirely.

Relying solely on the battery.

The battery is charged by capturing energy

from the braking system or directly from the gas motor.

Hybrid's come in all shapes and sizes,

and the most fuel efficient today

can return almost 60 miles per gallon.

It's a great choice if you want to save on fuel

without sacrificing range or lifestyle.

There's no electric charging to worry about.

Just fill the hybrid with gas and go.

A plug-in hybrid, sometimes called a PHEV

is a step towards full electrification.

PHEV's can go between 12 and 97 miles on electricity alone.

Once the battery is drained,

PHEV's operate like conventional hybrid's

and switch between gas and electric operations seamlessly.

Now PHEV's do require some extra effort.

To get the maximum EV range every time you drive,

you'll need to plug into a charger daily.

But the beauty of the PHEV is it's flexibility.

For example, a Chevy Volt with fully charged battery

can travel 53 miles on electricity alone.

That's enough for most commutes.

Add a full tank of gas and the combined range extends

to an impressive 420 miles.

The PHEV is best for people with short commutes

who can take full advantage of the EV only capabilities.

Access to charger in your home or workplace

is essential to get the most out of a PHEV.

Electric vehicles or EV's are true to their name.

Fully electric with no gasoline engine, even as a backup.

Today's EV's have EPA estimated ranges

between 57 and 335 miles.

With most falling somewhere around 100 miles.

Highway driving, cold weather,

and driving habits can all negatively impact

an EV's range in a dramatic fashion,

and since you can't just stop for gas,

you'll need to plan your trips carefully.

Also, the EV driving experience

is different from a traditional car.

EV's offer a strong swell of power from a stop.

Something most drivers like.

Let off and the EV will begin harvesting energy

to regenerate the battery charge.

The braking effect from regeneration can be quite strong.

It's a little strange at first.

But a lot of fun once you get used to it.

EV's are best for urban drivers

who have a short commute, access to a charger,

and are comfortable planning a charging strategy ahead

of time so they don't run out of juice on the road.

If you need to travel longer distances occasionally,

you want to visit a site like PlugShare

to locate public chargers near you.

With a little preparation, you can find the green vehicle

that best fits your lifestyle,

and remember, Autoblog's Car Finder is always there to help.

Happy hunting!

Is It Time To Leave The UN ? - Duration: 17:19.

Hello ladies and gentlemen welcome to CCN cross-canada news where you get to right

news not the left 2010 Stephen Harper ceased donations to the UNRWA they were

funneling money to Hezbollah and Hamas two Palestinian terrorist groups now to

the government they come into power right away Trudeau reinstates the

donations to the UNRWA still funneling money to Hezbollah and Hamas

he donated twenty five million dollars of our money to the UNRWA now he's

doubled down to 50 million is that every two years or is that every year well not

a hundred percent sure I'm not now that's a UN organization should

Canada be in the United Nations should we be a member and we know the UN their

agenda is world government we know the evils of world government so

there's a little information here and you can watch this and then make your

decision if Canada should stay in the UN or should we leave we know it's probably

not going to happen especially under a liberal government so here's what I've

put together 1919 the League of Nations was formed to maintain world peace

obviously it was a failure the league lasted 26 years in total was replaced

after World War two by the United Nations on October 24th 1945 their main

objective was to maintain peace and security develop relations among

countries based on respect for equal rights and self-determination of people

and to solve international economic social cultural and humanitarian

problems for respect and to promote human rights and serving as a center

where countries could coordinate their actions and activities at the beginning

of the 21st century the UN struggled to deal with these differences differences

between the wealth the world's wealth between the richest and the poorest

people the United Nations conference on Environment and development the Earth

Summit was held in Rio de Janeiro in 1992 and there was to focus their

attention on environmental issues and plan the sustainable development of

earth's resources into the 21st century agenda 21 the global warming convention

was amended in 1997 by the Kyoto Protocol and in 2015 by the Paris

agreement on climate change both aim to limit global average temperature

increases through reductions in greenhouse gas emissions United Nations

estimated that governments need to impose effective carbon prices of 135

dollars to $5,500 per ton of carbon dioxide pollution by 2030 to keep

overall global warming below 1.5 degrees Celsius or two point seven degrees

Fahrenheit some of the scientists they hope that this would speed things up and

get nations on board and it's actually panic they're trying to panic the people

it started with Maurice strong he had a big part of getting this started his

quote there we may get to the point where the only way of saving the world

will be for industrial civilization to collapse well it seems

like they're working on that Trudeau he's pushing heard here's Trudeau's

agenda checklist mass immigration promote green enviro scam watch read

wealth redistribution to the UN ruin the Canadian economy and support terrorism

well trudeau's definitely following all those steps so the UN agenda 21 is

hiding behind the agenda 2030 after 40 years of socialist indoctrination in

schools and LGBT activism the progressive agenda is finally bearing

fruit the warping and destruction of our children's minds in schools is so

complete they now think the way feminists and LGBT militants want them

to think the United Nations sustainable development summit held in September in

New York addressed sustainable development as defined in the 1992

agenda 21 document after injecting it with steroids and repackaging it into

agenda 2030 yeah well not it will not address just global warming turn to

climate change talking points it will embrace every facet of human life

through its 17 goals a new Universal agenda for humanity and a blueprint for

global governance in poverty in all its forms everywhere that's communism it's

all depending on government subsidies and subsistence level of standard living

no proper health care no cars no homes drab concrete cubical housing few

personal possessions no private property depend on mass transportation only no

mobility outside of the city except to commute to work

poverty won't end citizens will be dependent on welfare food stamps housing

poor medical care and drugs schools will teach global citizens how to remain

perennial victims on the dole because government is the only entity that

protects and hunger achieved food security and improved nutrition and

promotes sustainable agriculture food security in case of a large-scale

calamity is not guaranteed the world's supply of grain it only lasts two days

grocery stores that supply the majority of the urban population only have enough

food for three days this your healthy lives and promote well-being for all

ages that's forced vaccination for kids medical subcutaneous ID tags

sterilization prescribed medication for hyperactivity meds for real or imagined

depression mass medication for health prevention programs forced nutrition by

government standards like school lunches reduced soda drinks reduced salt intake

walkability are just some of the issues that will rob global citizens of their

freedom of choice under the guise of government mandated healthy ensure

inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning

opportunities for all this is an interesting goal for third world and

Muslim nations where girls are not encouraged or allowed to go to school

past eighth grade and are forced to marry very early in their teens in the

developed world the globalists are dumbing down education with common core

standards that prepare students to be collective workers not independent

thinkers and global citizen busy bees in large corporations Common Core also

replaces history with revisionist history non facts impossible math

collectivist indoctrination and proselytizers for Islam to the detriment

of Christianity achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls gender

equality is just another code word for feminizing or Chickifying society

lowering standards to include women in the military police and

firemen even though women are physiologically different that man

particularly in muscle mass and body fat content marginalize and shame men for

the brutes that they are make parents particularly dads into babbling idiots

in every sitcom on television or in books encourage and nudge citizens into

obedience relentless young private property and accepting communal property

where everything is shared because we are all equal

there will be an equally miserable experience

ensure availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for

all allow powerful corporations to seize control of the world's water supplies

and charge monopoly prices to build new water delivery infrastructure that

ensures availability as your access to affordable reliable sustainable and

modern energy for all the media glosses over ignores the high cost of renewables

the providers rate of bankruptcy the insufficient energy generated visa vie

the world's electric needs the huge plots of land taken out of agriculture

production in order to accommodate solar panels and wind turbines the kill rate

of millions of birds the burning of crops is fuel pushing corn prices higher

and the human health costs from wind turbines promote sustained inclusive and

sustainable economic growth full and productive employment and decent work

for all government mandated living minimum wage of $15 per hour has been a

disaster so far replacing humans with technology causing more unemployment in

the service sectors and reducing work hours due to the requirements of the

Affordable Care Act forcing quotas for various minority workers lacking

qualification destroying a free market system based on supply and demand the

government has socially engineered the economy to steady decline by denying

permits and licenses to companies they don't like or the companies that do not

abide by their rules build resilient infants infrastructure promote inclusive

and sustainable industrialization of foster innovation

the UN has demanded that technology be transferred to the entire globe without

any remuneration to inventors and innovators for research and development

reduce inequality within and among countries to do so one would have to

confiscate the wealth of all entrepreneurs inventors and innovators

who took a risk and worked hard developing an idea

the so called rich and redistribute the fruits of their labor and any

associated gains to those who chose not to work be dependent on government

welfare and reproduce in high numbers there will always be inequality we

cannot regulate it away by the United Nations make cities and human

settlements inclusive safe resilient and sustainable socially engineering humans

from suburban and rural areas into make a city's is a recipe for disaster

crime pollution crowding disease and riots there is no sustainable anything

in the city if there is even a remote interruption of fuel and water to large

urban areas chaos will ensue quickly forcing humans to live in such crowded

high-rise mixed multi-purpose dwellings will allow government to control them

better particularly if gun ownership is banned

around the world ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns

being told how much electricity food and water to consume is like living in a

third-world nation that the government fails to provide the population will

experience shortages of basic goods like food water electricity hot water light

bulbs toilet paper medicines and other stuff we take for granted look at

oil-rich Venezuela destroyed by decades of Hugo Chavez's socialist policies take

urgent action to combat climate change and it's impacts climate change in

industry is getting rich beyond belief by taxing people to death for the

non-existent carbon pollution from co2 forcing them into

mmm standard of living changes going back to pre-industrial times penalize

car ownership shaming people into driving unsafe tin cans forcing the

public into mass transit walking and biking everywhere conserve and

sustainably used to use the oceans seas and marine resources for sustainable

development banning ocean fishing would reduce the

food supply and increased food prices for a lot of poor humans whose survival

depends on seafood mmm the law of the sea treaty LOST would we would place all

the oceanic and marine passage and ownership in the hands a United Nations

the agency who would give passage approval fishing and marine exploration

giving itself the lion's share for exploration of fossil fuels and other

minerals at the bottom of the ocean protect restore and promote sustainable

use of terrestrial ecosystems sustainably managed forests combat

desertification and halt and reverse land degradation and halt biodiversity

loss to fulfill this agenda 2030 goal all humans must be herded into cities

according to the biodiversity treaty the wild lands project map by controlling

passage on land via human corridors forbidding private land ownership

banning wood stoves banning rainwater and snowmelt collection criminalize home

gardening the way HOAs do in most areas in order to make humans dependent on

government-run and controlled agriculture promote peaceful and

inclusive societies for sustainable development provide access to justice

for all and build effective accountable and inclusive institutions at all levels

to achieve this goal a massive invasion of illegal aliens has been planned and

is currently underway legal immunity and special status and privileges are

granted to said illegal aliens special groups

and minorities to the detriment of the general population who is required to

follow the law strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global

partnership for sustainable development globalism will finally be enacted as a

mandate for every signatory country 178 countries superseding national laws and

borders making Parliament and our Congress irrelevant allowing the largest

companies in the world become transnational monopolies over drugs

seeds chemicals weapons technology medicine energy education and

transportation so progressivism will finally succeed in installing global

socialism under the umbrella of UN's agenda 2030 dressed as sustainable

development and equality so as the organization went from League of Nations

to the United Nations maybe it should be the separated nations let the nations

breakaway reorganize into a proper organization that will be for the people

for the countries and not for the organization so don't forget Sunday's 6

The Most Disturbing Facts Found In Celebrity Autopsy Reports - Duration: 7:02.

While the majority of celebrity autopsy reports contain few surprises, sometimes the findings

made by coroners are more revealing than the death itself.

From crazy drug cocktails to injuries too severe to imagine, here are the most disturbing

things that have been uncovered in celebrity autopsy reports.

Johnny Lewis

He built a reputation as a new talent with appearances in Smallville, The O.C., and Sons

of Anarchy.

But, despite being popular with fans of the biker show, Johnny Lewis wanted out.

After quitting Sons of Anarchy, Lewis fought an unsuccessful custody battle over his daughter

and was repeatedly arrested for assault.

It was then that he booked out an LA mansion retreat called the Writers' Villa, operated

by 81-year-old Cathy Davis.

But in 2012, police were called to the villa, and found Lewis dead in the driveway.

LA Mag reported,

"[Police] noted that Lewis's left eye socket was caved in.

His skull was smashed just to the left of center.

He had plunged from either the second floor or the roof and died instantly."

But before his fall, investigators believe Lewis beat Davis and her cat to death.

The initial assumption was that Lewis was on drugs at the time, but the autopsy revealed

he was not.

Cory Monteith

In 2013, Glee fans gathered to pay tribute to Cory Monteith, who died alone in a Vancouver

hotel room at age 31.

The actor died from a toxic reaction caused by high levels of alcohol and heroin, but

those close to him claimed he had been trying to talk about his substance abuse for years.

"I felt like I had to step in at some point and relate to people my experience, and relate

to people the truth of, you know, my life and where I come from."

Monteith had been candid about his past on several occasions, telling Parade that at

one stage, he was abusing,

"[…] anything and everything, as much as possible."

According to the coroner's report, the actor was found with,

"[…] a spoon with drug residue and a used hypodermic needle.

There were also two empty champagne bottles and multiple glasses located on a nearby table."

Heath Ledger

He passed away before he could reap the rewards of his painstaking portrayal of The Joker

in 2008's The Dark Knight.

But for his efforts, Heath Ledger was posthumously awarded the Oscar for best supporting actor.

His father remembered in the doc Heath Ledger: Too Young To Die,

"He pretty well locked himself up in a hotel and his apartment for a month or so."

The documentary gave us a glimpse into the journal Ledger kept, in which the actor scrawled

the words, "Bye Bye."

Many believed that playing The Joker killed Ledger.

But what really killed him, according to the New York City medical examiner, was accidental

intoxication due to the abuse of six separate prescription medications.

Michael Jackson

Perhaps the most anticipated autopsy in the history of celebrity culture was that of the

King of Pop, Michael Jackson.

On June 25, 2009 he was found in his bed, not breathing, by his personal physician Conrad

Murray, who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in 2011.

According to People,

"[…] prosecutors portrayed Murray, 58, as a reckless doctor who, for $150,000 a month

[…] gave the King of Pop a nightly drip of propofol, an unpredictable and potentially

fatal anesthetic."

But that wasn't the only drug found in Jackson's system.

Reports revealed that the pop legend was operating on a cocktail of professional-grade sedatives

and, according to a physician via CNN,

"These drugs have no place in an unmonitored setting or in unskilled hands."

The autopsy was performed by Dr. Christopher Rogers who said,

"There was no indication from the autopsy that there was anything anatomically wrong

with him that would lead to premature death."

Carrie Fisher

For Star Wars fans, Christmas 2016 marked the sudden passing of Carrie Fisher.

The 60-year-old actress was on a December 23rd flight from London to LA when she went

into cardiac arrest, and died not long after being rushed to the hospital.

She wrote herself into pop culture history playing Princess Leia, but while fans of Fisher

were aware that she liked to party, the results of her autopsy were still disturbing.

According to the LA Times, Fisher's toxicology review found,

"[…] evidence of cocaine, methadone, MDMA, alcohol and opiates […] There was an exposure

to heroin."

Fisher's brother, Todd, spoke up after the autopsy was made public, telling ET,

"I would tell you, from my perspective that there's certainly no news that Carrie did

drugs.

If you want to know what killed her, it's all of it."

Paul Walker

In 2013, Fast and Furious franchise star Paul Walker was killed when the Porsche Carrera

GT he was riding in, crashed at speeds of about 100 miles per hour and nearly broke

in half before it exploded into flames.

The driver, Roger Rodas, was also killed.

According to the Daily Mail, the LA County Coroner revealed that the actor was found

in a defensive position and the official cause of death read:

"[…] combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries […]"

But according to his autopsy report, Walker also suffered multiple broken bones, and his

body was severely charred.

Perhaps the most disturbing finding, according to the Mail, was that Walker,

"[…] could have taken a few breaths after impact as bits of soot were found in his trachea."

No drugs were found in either man's system.

Amy Winehouse

Many predicted the premature death of Amy Winehouse, including the singer herself.

Winehouse burst onto the scene in 2003, with her debut album Frank, and her follow up record

in 2006, Back to Black, made her a star on the world stage.

But as her career skyrocketed, Winehouse was privately spiraling out of control.

On July 23, 2011, she was found dead in her bed with three empty vodka bottles discarded

nearby.

According to The Guardian,

"Winehouse had 416 mg of alcohol per decilitre in her blood, enough to make her comatose

and depress her respiratory system."

Friends of the singer said that she had been acting quote "pretty normal for Amy" at the

time, but the warning signs had always been there.

"They were being the good guys, by just steppin in and strong-arming me into a rehabilitation

center, but I just didn't really need it."

In 2007, after suffering from what was described as a series of drug-induced seizures, Winehouse

reportedly told her mother that her days were numbered.

Mom Janis Winehouse told the Daily Mail,

"It's almost as though she's created her own ending."

Larry Sharpe, A Candidate With Better Ideas - Duration: 5:09.

I live in New York state,

one of many where

politicians spend more money than we have.

There's a $4.4 billion dollar deficit.

My governor wants to raise taxes,

but this man says

there's a better way to raise money.

We can lease naming rights on our infrastructure.

We can use…

Infrastructure meaning…

Bridges, tunnels,

The Triborough bridge could be called

the Staples Bridge,

or the Apple Bridge.

Companies would pay

because bridges are seen by lots of people.

Hundreds of thousands of vehicles pass by,

and see that big sign.

That's valuable.

That I disagree with.

That's a bad idea.

Most people we asked didn't like the idea.

I definitely wouldn't want to rename something

after some sort of corporation.

People don't like this.

It's commercializing!

Absolutely.

Shake your fist and say

"this doesn't sound good"

if you want to.

And you're going to wind up in a place where

the tax burden is insanely high.

I just think some things should be left pure,

not tainted by money.

You know what she should do?

Start a nonprofit,

raise 30 million dollars,

she can name it whatever she wants.

It's one of the largest construction projects

in the country.

Our governor just had a beautiful new bridge built

and he named it after his father.

Yes he did.

That's true.

Governor Mario M. Cuomo bridge.

We actually have an imperial bridge

named after our royal family.

I'm embarrassed.

Sharpe is the libertarian candidate.

We libertarians don't worship politicians

and don't think they deserve monuments,

just because they got elected.

I'll tell you what I'll do.

He's got 30 million dollars a year?

He can keep his name on that bridge

and he needs to take care of the maintenance.

Someone asked me,

Larry, how are you going to pay for I-81?

Sharpe's campaign is attracting new people.

His rallies have bigger crowds

than third party candidates normally get.

And Sharpe's original ideas

helped get him speaking roles

at big events

and media coverage.

If you're unhappy with the system,

you've got to change it.

One poll found Sharpe getting 13%

and after people hear his campaign pitch,

25% support him.

I'm not gonna roll back anything.

Some of Sharpe's positions surprised me.

You're a libertarian.

I assume you want to cut these wasteful programs.

Of course not.

Look, the issue here is

you don't want to just pull the rug out from people

because when you do that, they become afraid.

If people are afraid,

they rarely vote for you.

So you would keep all these government programs?

When did I say that was going away?

Yeah.

I said no new programs.

And you would keep the existing-

Sure.

Why ... who said I would get rid of them?

I never said that.

I just assumed because

Why?

They're inefficient, they're bloated, they're-

So get rid of them?

That's the worst idea.

Let me be very clear about something.

If you pull the rug out from somebody,

somebody's going to be afraid.

Sharpe focuses on his alternatives to taxes.

Why don't we instead have a 3M bridge

or a Apple bridge,

or a Pepsi bridge?

Why hasn't this been done?

Because no one has any new ideas.

There's no ideas how I'm going to fix anything

or do anything right.

It doesn't even exist.

I'm a third party.

I have to have ideas

or no one will listen to me.

The MTA, New York's subway system,

is falling apart.

Trains are packed, buses are packed.

We need the money.

So Sharpe says,

rent out the tracks at night.

We have so many lines on the MTA right now

that are not being used at all at night.

Home Depot or Google or Amazon

or whomever,

they can decide

they can use these freight lines,

they'll help pay for maintenance obviously

and they'll pay to move their freight.

Again, win-win-win.

Then Sharpe said something else that surprised me.

There are systems out there

that are both safe and unionized,

so we keep the unions happy

and our workers safe,

and be cheaper.

Why do you want to keep the unions happy?

Because they're unionized?

Why would I want not to keep unions happy?

Because unions can be destructive.

They can be, absolutely.

I don't think of a libertarian as a pro-union guy.

Unions are part of our First Amendment.

It's people getting together

saying they won't do X until you do Y.

Nothing wrong with that at all.

It raises prices.

Fine, that's okay.

It is what it is.

Collective bargaining is fine.

My issue with the unions has always been

are you forcing me to be in a union?

Are you forcing unionized labor?

If you're forcing it, I'm libertarian.

I have a problem with that,

but you're voluntarily doing it?

I don't have a problem at all.

Sharpe is the rare politician

who proposes new ideas

that might actually reduce the burden

of government.

This man liked his subway-funding idea.

I think that would be good.

We need air conditioning in the subways,

so Amazon, get us air conditioning.

He's thinking the right way.

Amazon will love it, we'll love it.

I like that guy.

And I like it that there's at least one candidate

who doesn't want to make government

bigger.

New programs?

No. I'm libertarian.

No new programs?

No no no no no no no no.

That are going to take care of people?

You do know what party I am part of, right?

Libertarians believe

that you should be as conservative

or as liberal as you want to be,

as long as you don't want to force yourself on others.

Larry Sharpe for Governor 2018.

6 TIPS TO STAYING POSITIVE WITH A DISABILITY | How This Riding Hat Saved My Life! - Duration: 10:52.

yeah I know what you're thinking! What shade of lipstick is that? But seriously why am

I wearing my riding hat? Well in this video I'm going to be talking about how

this riding hat saved my life, and not in a way that you might expect. Having a Disability

mental disability or even a chronic illness is extremely hard, believe me I

have been there and I continue to struggle with this sort of vicious

circle. I'm going to be talking more about that later on in this video. Did

you know that there are 15 million people in the UK with a physical

disability? Four million of them will at some point suffer with a mental health

problem. 46% of people in the UK with a mental health problem will have a

physical disability. Long term studies have shown that the initial

psychological distress caused by a long-term disability does gradually fade

over time. Now I would like to think that I am a good example of this. My injury

happened when I was 9 and I lived in a very dark place and suffered a lot with

mental health problems for a very long time- I'm talking years- but I can

honestly say that time really does heal, you sort of become aware of your

triggers and you become aware and you learn how to adapt and there is a light

at the end of the tunnel and I hope that by watching this video you will be able

to see that hopefully one day you will be able to turn the corner and you will

be able to put your disability at peace. So what kind of things can we do to try

and keep as Positive as possible? If you have any sort of tips

of how you try and stay positive when things are so so negative then make sure

that you drop them down below I would love to read them and I'm sure a lot of

people reading the comments would also like to see some tips.

Now are you still

thinking about the riding hat? well let me explain. As a lot of you know I am

obsessed with horses I have been riding since the age of four. I suffered my

spinal cord injury at the age of nine and there was just not a shred of doubt,

there was just absolutely no question about it I was going to get back on a

horse. I went to a riding for the disabled riding school and they were

absolutely fantastic they have ramps that go up to the horses back so that

you can get on and all sorts of things to help you. And if you can't get

on a horse they find ways around that as well. If you're interested in horse

riding then please feel free to look up the RDA Riding for the Disabled

Association to find a riding stables near you but. I cannot recommend it

highly enough it was the one thing that brought normality back into my life it

was the one thing that didn't make me feel disabled, thought I managed to get

back on my horse I was able to ride and I was able to have as much fun as I used

to have. Getting back on the horse and being able to do something that I loved

to almost the same standard sort of brought back that

normality into my life again it also was something that didn't make me feel

disabled I felt free I was able to sit on the horse I was able to move and it

was just so good mentally and physically for me, and I have got to say it honestly

saved my life I think if I wasn't able to ride I would

be in a very different place that now. I highly recommend that you find

some sort of sport to do there is a hospital here in England called Stoke

Mandeville where invented the Paralympic Games for all of the War veterans who

had been disabled in the Second World War, and he found that by getting all of

the troops together and to compete in these games really helped boost them and

boost their rehabilitation and I just honestly I can't recommend doing

something like that highly enough, finding a Para sport or something that you're

really really interested in can really really help boost your mood. Exercise has

shown to have such a positive effect on the mental state you know just by doing

little short bursts and exercise throughout the day has proven to be

extremely beneficial they call it exercise snacking, by just

doing little short bursts here and there you can fit it into your day and it's

not like you're not doing you know a half an hour of full-on exercise that could

Finnish you off for the rest of the day. So really try and do that.

Getting out! get out if you can get out into the open

it's going to make you feel a hundred times better sort of feeling that sort

of mindfulness taking in your surroundings turning off any electrical

equipment and just breathing it all and enjoying the time that you have got Ive been

trying to have these days where I'm super positive about everything and I am

just a naturally positive person the glass is always half full, every cloud

has a silver lining lots of my friends and family will know

that I say -every clou-d but I really think that helps to really change your

mindset also start the day in a positive way I know it sounds so cheesy, Oh what a

beautiful morning, the birds are singing the sun is shining... it's like a Disney

movie and all the squirrels and the dears are running out, but it's true start

the day as you mean to go on it really really does help! "Today is gonna be a

great day" and also just look in the mirror when you finish brushing your

teeth and smile I know that again that sounds really really cheesy but it

really helps it actually sends chemicals to the brain making you feel happier

Concentrating on what you can do and not what you can't do again this is you know

reprogramming yourself to think in a positive way if you're constantly

thinking about what you can't do you're never gonna do good things because your

concentration on that area of lack, okay you might not be able to do this certain

thing anymore find a way around it there's always a way. Where there's a

will there is some sort of way, something else that I try and do when I feel

myself feeling very negative is putting on positive talks and reading positive

books and sort of things that kind of give you motivation

hearing one of this motivation you're like yeah yeah yeah that's true actually

and it gives you that motivation to sort of feel better about yourself and get

out there and do things. Try and get some sort of hobby that way you'll get

out and you'll start to meet people and make friends and you know build a really

really nice network of people maybe you know enroll in some sort of course or do

some sort of craft evening. Something that I have found to be really

beneficial is to give something back to society whether that is volunteering I

volunteered in the mental health department at my local hospital for

geriatrics I found that to be really really rewarding and a bit of an

eye-opener as well and I sometimes read at my daughter's school or get

involved with things there and that really does make me feel a little bit

happier and a bit better about myself as well by giving something back.

The last thing that I'm going to talk about is start to look for your triggers

I can sort of start to feel negative thoughts coming in, feel very down about

things and and sometimes I'll be scrolling through social media and just

be thinking "oh why" so these are really big triggers in me so I have to shut it up

like turn it off and have a break from it because I'm feeling really really

negative about things and I'm putting my negativity and turning it into their

negativity and you're concentrating again you're concentrating on the lack.

So I've just been talking about how to stay positive when you have a disability

it is hard and if you feel that things aren't getting any better

and things aren't improving then please go and seek some professional advice

contact mind they are an amazing charity that can help you, or contact your GP as

well you don't have to suffer alone and remember it's okay not to be okay.

Sometimes we do have to have these negative days we do have to pour our

heart out we do have to get things off our chest. But I hope this video has

helped you sort of identify triggers and try and help you to be as positive as

you possibly can be. At the end of the day there is only one person that can do

this, and that is you, no one else is gonna do it for you you have to go out

there and get the world the world is not going to come and get you. Make sure to

share this video with someone who may need it subscribe if you haven't already

and I look forward to seeing you in my next one xxx

Why ... who said I would get rid of them?

I never said that.

I just assumed because

Why?

They're inefficient, they're bloated, they're-

So get rid of them?

That's the worst idea.

Let me be very clear about something.

If you pull the rug out from somebody,

somebody's going to be afraid.

Sharpe focuses on his alternatives to taxes.

Why don't we instead have a 3M bridge

or a Apple bridge,

or a Pepsi bridge?

Why hasn't this been done?

Because no one has any new ideas.

There's no ideas how I'm going to fix anything

or do anything right.

It doesn't even exist.

I'm a third party.

I have to have ideas

or no one will listen to me.

The MTA, New York's subway system,

is falling apart.

Trains are packed, buses are packed.

We need the money.

So Sharpe says,

rent out the tracks at night.

We have so many lines on the MTA right now

that are not being used at all at night.

Home Depot or Google or Amazon

or whomever,

they can decide

they can use these freight lines,

they'll help pay for maintenance obviously

and they'll pay to move their freight.

Again, win-win-win.

Then Sharpe said something else that surprised me.

There are systems out there

that are both safe and unionized,

so we keep the unions happy

and our workers safe,

and be cheaper.

Why do you want to keep the unions happy?

Because they're unionized?

Why would I want not to keep unions happy?

Because unions can be destructive.

They can be, absolutely.

I don't think of a libertarian as a pro-union guy.

Unions are part of our First Amendment.

It's people getting together

saying they won't do X until you do Y.

Nothing wrong with that at all.

It raises prices.

Fine, that's okay.

It is what it is.

Collective bargaining is fine.

My issue with the unions has always been

are you forcing me to be in a union?

Are you forcing unionized labor?

If you're forcing it, I'm libertarian.

I have a problem with that,

but you're voluntarily doing it?

I don't have a problem at all.

Sharpe is the rare politician

who proposes new ideas

that might actually reduce the burden

of government.

This man liked his subway-funding idea.

I think that would be good.

We need air conditioning in the subways,

so Amazon, get us air conditioning.

He's thinking the right way.

Amazon will love it, we'll love it.

I like that guy.

And I like it that there's at least one candidate

who doesn't want to make government

bigger.

New programs?

No. I'm libertarian.

No new programs?

No no no no no no no no.

That are going to take care of people?

You do know what party I am part of, right?

Libertarians believe

that you should be as conservative

or as liberal as you want to be,

as long as you don't want to force yourself on others.

Larry Sharpe for Governor 2018.

Thank you very much.

The Ford Maverick, Everything You Need to Know - Duration: 7:31.

welcome to wacky Wednesday's, where everyone has a chance to show off their

car mods, and here's this week's winner,

I know what you're saying, what the heck is a maverick, a lot of people look at

this car and they go, is that an old Mustang well I guess it does have

somewhat of a family resemblance, the maverick was in the 70s the early 70s to

77 and it was a simple car originally but they made this sport package called

a grabber, this is a 71 grabber and it's very unusual and that it has what's

called the dual dome hood scoop, which was for only two years, otherwise they

had flat black or color paint only, the rear taillights were blacked out the

trim that is and you can see this particular one has a black vinyl roof

the grabber was a trim package, it was not a performance package these cars

originally came with 200 cubic inch six eventually they came with a 302 cubic

inch v8 which this one has, the grabber package included these high-back bucket

seats non adjustable but nice, the interior was pretty Spartan but really

quite tasteful, I think Ford really did a good job on it

now the car is 47 years old and you can see where my elbow has been all those

years, but it's held up remarkably well, back in the 70s getting in and out of

this car and wasn't too easy it had this seat that's kind of bent back and forth

you bent it back and forth and then you jumped into the back seat what a drag

a couple of my favorite things is these wheels, if you notice they're red well I

actually had them powder coated the entire wheel and the outer trim ring is

stainless steel and the hub cap covers most of it, but I loved a little bit of

red that peeks out, the Maverick grabber stripe you can still buy there's a guy I

believe in Arkansas makes that stripe, insane isn't it, by the way all you

purists check it out the original spare tire and yes it has

the original air, this had the optional sport mirror package notice with the

remote yeah baby, now this is the original v8

that came in the car, I did take it apart just to see if it needed work and as it

turned out it didn't need anything at all, one of the unique things about it is

had a factory over bore, what do I mean by a factory over bore, it had the

original Ford Pistons in it board 30 over I was talking to a Ford old-timer

and he said back then, he says it wasn't uncommon for them to pull a v8 or any

motor out of the assembly if there was a scratch, hone it down and put in

oversized Pistons, over the years I've tweaked it for example you're probably

looking at the Edelbrock carb, but if you take a really close look, you

can see that I have air flow research heads on it and some simple hooker

headers, it really makes the car breathe a lot better, now I've taken Scotty's

advice, I have all the parts Scotty, this car used to be a power steering car at

about 20 or so years ago I took it off because it was that old external power

steering and it dragged and leaked, well I'm getting older now and I needed power

steering, so there are wonderful kits now that take Saginaw which is integrated

power steering, integrated in the power steering box, so you Ford guys are

noticing that looks like a Chevy power steering pump and it's a Saginaw pump

which yes Chevy uses, the car came with standard drum brakes, four-wheel drum

brakes can be exciting sometimes to stop so I managed to find from a 1977

maverick power disc brakes, so this car has power disc brake conversion and

that's that weird ugly bracket that goes around the master cylinder and brake

booster, let's see how quick a 47 year old engine starts up

not too shabby, it has a slightly what they call a slight cam on it, again it

helps it breathe real nice and gives it plenty of power for a very light bar I

have a flex fan on it those are all old-school power tricks, old school power

can you say rumpitty tumpitty, here's the dash, you maverick guys, you torino guys you

pinto guys, probably know that that turn signal lever, reflected right on to the

glass on the speedometer and the instrument cluster, that's why I took off

the glass because you would be driving down the road on a normal day and you

could not see the gauges, because of the reflection of that stupid turn signal

lever, great engineering Ford, close up at the tiny backseat but if you're a small

person, a kid it was just fine, by the way there are two old-school 6 by 9s from

RadioShack, yeah everyone remembers RadioShack right, now these cars didn't

have roll-up back windows, they had these strange sort of pop out windows, check it

out now many times, not with this car, but I would see these windows pop out at

highway speeds I mean pop out on the floor on highway speeds, grabber package

included this rear deck spoiler, can you see that little lip there, now on the

eBay parts market that is a highly highly desirable part, also the bumpers

started to get bigger bigger and bigger this is a small bumper maverick in 73

they started to get big and by 74 they were gigantic and here's the tiny bumper

again in the front, much much more tasteful, the big ones were well they

were terrible, but a it's what you got with all the regulations that were

coming in, put in an aftermarket oil and transmission cooler it does use the

standard c4 transmission which is their medium duty transmission, the c6 was the

bigger one that was in Torino and other big cars, they're great transmissions I

have never had any trouble in all 47 years of it being around, I do have a

what's called a mild stall speed converter to allow it to rev up a little

bit to get a little bit off when you tap the gas, and I do have a traction lock

rear end,

you know what they say Scotty, friends don't let friends drive a Chevy, well that was this week's video and to

have your car mods shown on my channel here, check this out, so if you never want

to miss another one of my new car repair videos, remember to ring that Bell!

15 Min Chair Yoga | Yoga In A Chair | Office Yoga Routine | ChriskaYoga - Duration: 16:34.

Hi, I'm Christina and welcome to my channel, ChriskaYoga! In today's video we will be doing a

15-minute chair yoga

Sequence the entire sequence takes place on or near a chair. You can do this if you are

Struggling with mobility and flexibility. You can also do this if you're in an office and you're looking for some office

chair or desk chair

Yoga sequence maybe during your lunch break or something like that

So I really hope you find this helpful and that you enjoy the class

Before we get started if you aren't subscribed yet to this YouTube channel, please hit that subscribe button down below the video

It's free to subscribe and I would love to have you as a part of this community

So if you're ready grab your chair and let's get sorted

begin by sitting in a chair

With your feet hips distance apart flat on the floor hands on your legs

sitting up tall

Lengthen your spine

Close your eyes and begin to deepen your breathing

Breathing in and out through your nose take a moment to draw your attention inward to your breath and

Hold here

Slowly open your eyes inhale, raise your arms up

Looking up towards your hands palms facing each other on

Your exhale twist your upper body to the left bringing your left hand to your leg

Your right arm behind you on the chair or wherever is comfortable

We're going to come to a twist

Keeping your legs even on the ground

Using the arms to help you twists around a little bit deeper with each exhale

Being mindful not to force your body into any deep stretches before it's ready

And

Slowly on your next inhale come back to the center raise your arms up once again lengthen your spine

And on your next exhale twist in the opposite direction bringing your right hand to your left leg your left arm behind you

Keeping your legs and hips even as you twist around to the left feet are still flat on the floor

Hold here

On your next inhale come back to the center or raise your arms up once again

On your next exhale

bring your arms down and come to a forward fold resting your torso on your thighs bringing your hands to the ground if

Your hands don't reach the ground and your torso does not reach your thighs. That's fine. You can hold on to anywhere on your legs

and look down keep as much length in your spine as you can and

Breathe here

Slowly make your way up to a seated position out of your forward fold

Take your right leg and cross the ankle over the top left thigh flex the right foot

Bring your hand to your right knee and your left hand to your right foot

Remain here sitting up tall

Feeling the right leg turning outward from the hip

fold for a moment

On your next exhale come to a forward fold

Looking down finding as much length in your spine as you can you can keep your hands on your leg and your foot

Hold here breathing deeply feeling the stretch in the glutes the outer thighs and the low back

Come back up out of the forward fold take the right thigh and cross it over the left

Bring the left hand through the right knee the right arm behind. You come to a twist once again

Twisting the upper body around to the right and keeping your hips even on the chair as you sit

Unwind from your twist come back through Center and come to an open twist in the opposite direction

Placing your right hand on your legs your left arm behind you hold here

And come back to the center uncross your legs and switch sides taking the left ankle cross it over the right top thigh

Left foot is flexed. Your hands are on your knee and on your foot

Holding here feeling a stretch in the left outer thigh as your left leg is turning out from the hip

breathing deeply

And we'll take our forward fold keep your hands on your legs fold the torso over any amount that you can today

Finding it as much length in your spine as you can keeping the spine long

Hold here

Sit up right from your forward fold cross the left thigh over the right thigh

Come to a twist to the left right hand to your leg left arm behind you find length in your spine

Remain, even on the sits bones on your chair fold here

Then come to twist in the opposite direction your open twist

Bring your left hand to your legs your right arm behind you hold here

Unwind from your twist uncross your legs and gently make your way up to

standing

Standing up tall and Mountain Pose feet hips distance apart

Take your right arm and wrap it above the top of your head

Tilting your head over to the right and stretching the left neck muscles keep the rest of your body

Even your shoulders your hips you're standing evenly on both of your feet

And you're just gently stretching the left side of your neck not pulling too hard with your hand

Remove your hand from your head tilt your upper body over to the left and reach your right arm up and over on the diagonal

Lengthening the right side of your body

Slowly come back up to standing upright

Wrap your left arm around your head tilt your head over to the left

Stretching the right side of your neck muscles

Remain, even on your feet remain even with your hips and your shoulders

Gently stretching the neck and hold here

Remove your hand from your head tilt your upper body over to the right stretching the left side of your body

Reaching the left arm up and over on the diagonal

And come out bring your arm down

Turn your chair so that both of your hands are on the back of the chair and walk your body back

So your back is flat

Folding here with both arms on the chair stretching your arms out in front of you your feet are hips distance apart

Your spine is as straight as possible

On your next inhale, we're going to roll through the spine starting from the lower back and

Lengthening the spine up and then on the exhale, we'll fold back into this position

So inhale roll through the spine to lengthen the spine looking up

lengthening the spine in a somewhat of a half arch and then

Exhale come back to your forward fold here over the chair lengthening the spine to straight

Breathe here for a moment. And then on your inhale, you're going to repeat rolling through the back of the spine

Lengthening the spine to look forward and up coming up about halfway

And then exhale coming back down to your forward fold once more inhale rolling through the spine

Starting from the low back

Rolling up to look forward

lengthening the spine exhale

Fold back down looking down at the ground keeping as much length in your spine as possible flat back here

And then on your next inhale roll yourself up coming to standing walking your feet back in

Towards the chair

Turn the chair so that you're facing the side

And lift your right leg bringing your heel onto the chair flexing the foot

The right leg is straight and we'll come to a forward fold

Stretching the hamstrings on the right leg the entire back of your right leg

Keeping that foot flexed and keep as much length in your spine as possible hold here for another moment and breathe

and

Then on your exhale you'll come into a lunge on top of the chair bending the right leg

Lunging forward here keeping your hands on the chair for stability

The left foot is on the ground keeping your left leg straight and energized here hold

Take an exhale and shift your weight back onto the left leg straightening the right leg once again

Coming to your forward fold here in your hamstring stretch

breathing

And on your next inhale shift your weight forward once again into your lunge on top of the chair

You may need to adjust your hand position keep as much length in your spine as possible

feeling a stretch here in your glutes and

Then exhale shift your weight back on to the left leg one more time coming to your forward fold

Hamstring stretch on the chair relax over the leg and breathe

Slowly and gently make your way up to standing release your foot from the chair and switch sides

Straightening the left leg out in front of you flex the left foot and fold over that leg bringing your hands to the chair

Feeling a stretch in your hamstrings your calf muscle on the left

Hold here and breathe

Take a deep inhale gently shift your weight forward coming into your lunge on the chair

Keep your right leg straight and active

Hold here

And on your next exhale shift your weight onto the right leg straightening the left

Feeling the stretch here in the hamstrings once again

Once more take an inhale shift the weight forward

Bending the left leg coming into a lunge on the chair holding here

And on your next exhale

Come to your forward fold straightening the left leg standing on top of your right leg

folding here breathing deeply

And slowly make your way up to

standing remove your foot from the chair and we'll come back to

Sitting on the chair just as we did at the start of the class with your hands on your thighs and we'll take some

Shoulder rolls back. We'll do ten slow gentle and smooth

Movements of these shoulder rolls rolling your shoulders forward up and back

About eight to ten times here lengthening your spine

Feeling the shoulder muscles relaxing and stretching

And then from here

We'll pause and roll the shoulders in the opposite direction about eight to ten times once again

slow and smooth movements and

stretching the muscles around your shoulders

When you're ready slowly come to stillness

setting up tall

Close your eyes for a moment then begin to deepen your breath once again

Coming inward

breathing deeply

folding here

And when you're ready slowly come to open your eyes

Man Utd news: Jose Mourinho is tired but Manchester United can beat Chelsea 3-0 - Merson - Duration: 3:01.

That is according to former Arsenal midfielder and Sky Sports pundit Paul Merson

Manchester United travel to Chelsea on Saturday as the Premier League resumes after an international break

United earned a crucial three points with a 3-2 win over Newcastle before the break, lifting some of the pressure on Mourinho, amid reports he would be sacked regardless of the result

Mourinho then claimed he was the victim of a "manhunt" by the media. Merson reckons the pressure is getting to the United boss but feels it would be no surprise if the Red Devils left Stamford Bridge with a win

"Jose's got a template that works. He looks tired, to me. He's been working virtually every day since 2005 at top clubs, and I mean 'pressure' clubs," he told Sky Sports

"Not clubs where if you win, you win, and if you lose, it's not news - if United even draw games there's an inquest

"He just looks tired and frustrated, and when that happens to you it's not a good recipe

"He's been around long enough to know how far they are off the title. "Why change when you have a template that's won everything? People have this thing in life, saying don't ever change anything that's not busted

"It works for him. The way he manages his team, the way he sets them up, he's won leagues everywhere

So why should he change? "Manchester City have spent more money, but they've also bought better

"I'm a Chelsea fan, and when we won the league a couple of years ago, and when we were 2-0 up at half-time you knew it was going to be 2-0 at full-time too

"Man City are the best team in Europe, I wouldn't say he's getting shown up by them

If they get in the top four, that's pulling up trees for them at the moment. "Football's a funny old game, and they could go to Chelsea, win 3-0 and it's a mastermind result

You just don't know with Mourinho. "I'd never have a go at him - he's done too much in the game

I've been a manager at a lower level, I know how hard it is, so to do what he does - my god

"

Beef Bash 2018 in Princeton, KY - Recap - Duration: 2:38.

At the Beef Bash event held on September 20 at the UK Research and Education Center in

Princeton more than 320 cattlemen converged to learn about current issues and research

affecting beef production.

Many demonstrations, educational exhibits, and hands-on activities were held.

During one of the many presentations, Dr. Michelle Arnold and Dr. JD Green discussed

potentially poisonous weeds that could affect your pastures and appropriate weed control.

We see a lot of these in the pastures.

Spiny amaranth, all our favorites, this pigweed: can cause two different syndromes.

One is kidney failure.

And it's kind of a progressive, over time you'll start to see weakness.

Maybe difficultly walking.

Some paralysis in the rear.

Kind of non-specific signs.

And that's true of nearly any toxic weed.

They're going to be non-specific.

Usually a little bit of diarrhea, there's some GI irritation.

You'll see weakness, trembling, staggering; it can be almost any weed presents like that.

Ultimately, it can impact the stand life of the desirable forages.

Because they can crowd out and shade out the areas that we want to grow.

Along with that, they reduce the quality and palatability.

Sometimes the reason why we have some of the more prominent weeds that we have is because

they're just plain not palatable.

Also at Beef Bash was a discussion on winter feeding options including hay, stockpiling,

rainfall erosion, cool-season annuals, and the importance of hay testing.

So, we can reduce this to a third of the cost, hay feeding, somewhere between a third and

a half if we use stockpiling in our grazing system.

We won't be able to go without hay.

But if we can reduce our hay feeding period by about 60 days, we can have significant

savings in our winter feeding program.

So, let's talk about what we know about testing hay.

Testing hay is testing hay bales like this, getting enough samples so it's representative.

Sending it to a good lab.

The Department of Ag is a certified laboratory.

Pick a lab.

Just get it tested.

Then, when you have those numbers, run them through a tool that's going to help you know

how to feed it: So, A, you're not buying the same nutrition twice.

And, B, you're not unintentionally underfeeding a set of livestock.

Full videos of the weed control and winter feeding

presentations can be found on the KCA YouTube page.

Be sure to follow the page for more updates and videos.

DSN Mystery Diagnosis Case 9 - Duration: 1:36.

Welcome back to the DSN Clinic.

We have another patient who has come in for your expertise.

Let's see what is going on…

Today we have Mrs. Olive Tacky, she is a 38-year-old Account Executive and mother of four.

What seems to be the problem?

I have been having some issues with my heart rate.

My iWatch tells me that it is always very high and I believe it.

It feels like it goes very fast, and at times it makes me dizzy, breathless, and nauseous.

I am beyond exhausted and I feel like I could collapse.

It has been going on for a while now and I thought maybe it was because of all the coffee

I was drinking to help me get through my day, so now I only have decaf, but it just keeps

getting worse.

If I lay down it is not as bad but it still shows me being in the low 100s, but as soon

as I get up it goes really high.

Forget about working out, my iWatch told me my heart rate went up to 189 just hopping

on the bicycle.

It shows my average heart rate for the day being 130.

I am super busy and I don't have time for all this.

You have to fix me!

Well, Mrs. Tacky, with an average heart rate that high, it is no wonder you are exhausted.

We received the results of the 14 day heart monitor you wore and it confirmed what your

iWatch showed, a high average heart rate.

And your tilt table test did not show much postural change, just a very high heart rate.

So DSN Residents, do you have any idea what is going on with Mrs. Olive Tacky?

Send me an e-mail at mysterydiagnosis@dysautonomiasupport.org with your answer to be entered for the prize.

Best of Luck.

GUIDE -- Catch more trout with Release Tackle - Duration: 16:27.

Hello and welcome

Today I wanna show you how to fish with small-hook tackle on your lures for trout

For coastal fishing Especially line-trough lures

Itís called the "Release Tackle" which a lot of you guys out there has been asking for

Iíll show you how to make the tackle

You want to prepare the lures for the release tackle

Itís impossible to burn the HAMA pearls correctly out here with the wind

Itís just gonna be a pain in the arse

SÂ remember to prepare your favorite lures back home

Now we are inside where itís nice and warm with no wind

And now weíll show you how to rig up the lures for the release tackle

First of all you need a line trough lure

A braided line, in this case itís Fireline

Around 0,20mm thickness

Youíll need some rig rings

These are Xsmall but they can also be bigger It doesnít matter that much

And Iíve never felt like the trout get spooked by bigger rings

I donít think it matters horseshit

We need some pearls

The first pearl weíll need is HAMA pearls

Thatís the ones the children use for playing

And the other pearl is a simple glass pearl

That you can buy in any hobby shop

It doesnít necessarily need to be just like these ones

It just need to be some that the lure can spin well on

Weíll need a match

To hold the HAMA pearl while we burn them

Youíll see that in a second And offcourse a lighter

First we need to burn our HAMA pearl in both ends

Iíll use the match for that

And the lighter

And Iíll just burn it ever so slightly whilst turning

Not too much, it just needs a little collar

Then weíll flip it

Iím doing this since I like to expand the hole

So the pearl will release more easily

When fishing on the coast 38 00:02:15,460 --> 00:02:18,880 Now we just need to burn it on the other side

Same procedure again

Make sure not to burn it too much

Because then the pearl will not release properly

Now it is burned on both sides

Now we need to put our HAMA pearl on the braided line

Iíve made a little noose

And now we just tie a grinner knot

Like so

With five turns

Now we have a proper noose here

Where we can put our HAMA pearl

And tighten up

To get the braided line tight around the pearl

Like so

I will cut the loose end of the fireline

Make sure to let 3-4mm stick around

Use a sharp scissor

To make sure this stays in place, Iíll burn the end

Like so

Now Iíll cut the braided line according to my lure

This is a Danish ìBornholmerpilî in 24g

So 7-8cm above should be perfect

I know this from precious experiences

Like so

Now we take the small glasspearl

So it will rest against the HAMA pearl

Now thread your lure

The reason we put the glasspearl here

Is to give the lure something to rest and rotate against

Last thing we need on here is out small rig ring

Thread it as well

Now you need to try and tie the ring as close to the lure as possible

And it takes some finesse, but should you end up being 2cm away from the lure itís all good

Now Iíll see if I can manage to do so I use a regular fishing knot for this

Like so

Five turns

Trough here

And back And Iíll hold the rig ring in my hand whilst pulling

You can use your mouth for this

Now it should look like this

Now Iím using a single hook

Put it in the rig ring

So we can tighten it real nice

Now we just need to cut the excessive braided line

And like before, weíll burn it

Now itís actually ready for use and we are ready to head out to the coast again

It should look just like so

To tie the actual tackle youíll need some fluorocarbon

In 0,35-0,40mm because thatís stiff enough

And a pretty suitable thickness for coastal fishing

Youíll need some snap locks

In this size

Youíll need some Drennan floatstops in size Small

Youíll need some rubber elastic stop

The kind you use for stop knots when pike fishing with floats

Youíll need size 12 treble hooks

These ones from Owner works really well because they are sharp as hell

And they can handle big fish too

Youíll need a Zebco floatstop in size Medium

The reason that it needs to be Medium is that it fits in the HAMA pearl

That we burned back home

So you should not use other float stops

Because these ones fits perfectly in the HAMA pearl

Last item you need is another rig ring

To connect your tackle on to you main line

If you prefer tying it on your mainline

Which is typically braided, then thatís ok Or using a swivel is also okay

I prefer a rig ring because itís a delicate presentation

Take your fluorocarbon

Pull 1 meter off the spool

And warm it up with your hands

Flurocarbon can get pretty twisted

But when you warm it up itíll straighten out

Run your fluorocarbon trough the snap lock

The open side of the snap lock should point towards your lure

Like so

Take your Drennan Small float stop

And mount it on the line

Use some spit to slide it up so you wonít burn the fluorocarbon and make it tangle

Take your Power Gum And donít clip it off your spool just jet

You can save a lot of material by not doing so

And tie a standard stop knot on the line

Around the line with five turns

2

3

4

5

And tighten up

Like so

Cut the excessive line so you have 2mm on each side

It should look like this

Take the first of your size 12 Owner hooks

Take the point of the hook that aligns with the eye of the hook and point it towards yourself

And thread it from the right side

Make a noose with the fluorocarbon

And make five turns

1

2

3

4

5

Pull the hook trough the turn in the middle

Pull the treble hook trough here

And remember to spit on the hook before tightening it

Tighten it by gradually pulling in both sides

Adjust it with these small nooses

The noose you make here, where the hook will be hanging from, should not be too big

Iím adjusting all the time

Like so

And I know that if Iíll tighten it now we should be good

It should look somewhat like so

Tie a simple knot

On your flurocarbon

And this will determine the distance between your two hooks

So make sure it fits the lure you are using

In general

I think 5cm suits most lures for coastal trout

Like so

Run the line through the hook

And slide the simple hook all the way up against the hook

Turn the line 3 times

This is actually just a Rapala knot

And put the line through the simple knot

When tightening this itís really important to hold the simple knot all the way up against the hook shaft

By doing so youíll make as small a noose as possible for the hook to rest in

This will prevent any tangling when fishing with the tackle

Moisten up

And pull and tighten up at the same time

Iíll tighten this all the way using my pliers

Whilst simultaneously using my teeth to pull the other way

Iím doing this to get the right angle on the knot

Like so

Now the knot has an angle of almost 90 degrees

Which makes the tackle sit just right on the lure

When we are using it practically on the coast

Take your Zebco float stop

And mount it like this

Just slide it all the way to the knot

Tie another simple knot

On the remaining line

And place it 1.5cm from your float stop

This is to prevent the float stop from slipping off

Like so

Cut the remaining line so youíll have 4-5mm excessive line

Make sure not to make it shorter

Because then you donít have any line to work with when you set the tackle later

Now the tackle is done

And you can mount it on your main line

Using a rig ring or a swivel

This is the final tackle

Now take the lure that you prepared from back home

Mount the rig ring in the snap lock

Click it on like this

Take the Zebco float stop from the bottom of the tackle

And mount it in the burned HAMA pearl

Now you can see if you burned it correctly

Because it should slide in pretty easily

So your tackle can release when a fish strikes

It should be relatively easy to release

Otherwise the tackle wonít release when you get a fish on

Like so

Now the tackle does not align properly with the lure

Weíll have to adjust this using our rubber stop and float stop

The tackle should be parallel to the lure Like 0.5-1cm from the lure

Iíll adjust the rubber stop

And the float stop down a little

Until it looks right

As you can see, this is jus right now

The tackle should lie like this all parallel to the lure

Like this the lure will have enough space to work properly in the water

If you use a lure that rotates a lot

Then the space between the tackle and the lure is really essential

But like this is how it should look

Now the tackle is perfectly adjusted

If we hold the hook in the bottom with our pliers

And pretend to be a fish

Now weíve released the lure from the tackle and the lure can slide up the main line

This makes you capable to have direct contact to the fish with one or two small and sharp hooks

Without the lureís weight working in the favor of the fish

And this will give you amazing hooksets and landing rates

Personally Iíve experienced

That I started fishing with two hooks like this

But I realized that the upper hook The one Iím pointing on here

Can be left out in most situations

The fish will mostly be hooked with the lower hook

Which results in

If the line twists around the fish

That youíll hook it in itís vital parts like the eyes or in the gills

From an ethical point of wave I did not like this because some trout fishing is Catch & Release

Thatís why Iím never using the upper hook

And you can simply tie the whole tackle just like we did

But just donít tie on the upper hook

And just use the tackle with the hook in the bottom of the lure instead

I strongly recommend to bring a good set of pliers

When fishing with this tackle

Because itís impossible to deal with these small hooks with you bare hands

Fish with a pretty tight drag

And point the rod tip in the direction where you are fishing

Then youíll get a good hookset as soon as the fish touches the small hook

After the fish has been hooked

Just lift your rod tip nice and easy Donít set the hook like you would usually do

And after the fish has given 2-3 headshakes

Loosen up the drag and fight the fish with a pretty light drag

So you donít pull too hard in the small hooks

I hope you can use these small tricks that weíve been showing you guys today

And that youíll have great success out there using it

Tight lines! :)
