Youtube daily report Jan 23 2019

*music*

* annoying alarm goes off *

Good morning!

Honestly, this "woke up & wasn't snoozing at all" situation

is not realistic and true!

I only do this when I have an early flight somewhere, cause I'm afraid I'm gonna oversleep!

In fact, I am trying to leave my bed from 6:30 am, because I really wanted to wake up early today,

and while I was attempting to leave the bed I already had time to chat with Irakli who's in New York now, because his day is still coming not over (hello, crazy time zones),

Today is a suuuper rainy day, and I just can't easily wake up with THAT behind my window.

The weather is on the one hand ideal for working and other serious things, but

on the other hand, all I wanna do is just lie in bed the whole day!

But I can't stay in bed any more-ee-ee! Good morning!

*music*

This situation is called "Uliana did not clean up yesterday before going to sleep"

What can I tell you, guys?

Yesterday I had a strange principle .. half .. principle .. ATTACK! half-insomnia attack.

I really wanted a dessert!

At 11 pm...

I was just lying in bed thinking "I want a dessert!", "Where can I get a dessert in Sochi in the middle of the night?"

I couldn't find out where to get dessert in Sochi in the middle of the night, but

this morning I realised that I had RawLifeBar Cherry-Chocolate flavoured in my backpack all along, and that's very sad.

Anyways, today I just want to tell you a little bit about how my day in January looks like.

And I do actually want to film videos like "a day in my life" once a month.

My days aren't much different from each other usually,

just everything happening all at once. *laughs *

And I thought that while I'm in this new beautiful environment,

I'll tell you all about what a day looks like in the life of a blogger / freelancer / student aka ME.

Let's see what my busy Saturday will look like.

I can't say that my fridge is quite full now, but aaahm...

Quail eggs for breakfast! That's what I usually cook while I'm in Moscow, so we're gonna stick to that.

I'll take some spinach too. Spinach is always a good idea!

I think I'll also cut some bell peppers and tomatoes

to eat with the boiled eggs.

That'll do.

Oh, bon appetit!

Well, if I'm being totally honest, most of my mornings begin with

me being glued to the computer screen, if the battery is not dead.

Are you dead, eh?

Nope, you're okay

Yesterday I was checking my connection speed.

In two different browsers. And for some reason, Google Chrome is performing two times slower!

And I've started watching How I Met Your Mother. Again. Don't know why.

I will sit and sip my lemon water for the next 15 minutes.

That's what I always do before breakfast.

And then I'll finally start cooking my breakfast.

I'm letting my vegetables warm a bit!

*music*

* timer sound *

So, my breakfast is finally ready! And it is 9 am already.

I'm gonna eat now. Don't know about you, but I have a strange eating habit -

I'm peeling all my eggs first

and only then do I eat them.

First of all, it gives me plenty of time to watch some YouTube videos during breakfast.

and, secondly, I'm going into some kind of meditative state during this process, if I peel them first, and then eat them. *weird, I know*

And I do usually watch some videos or I begin listening to a new podcast episode.

while i'm peeling all of the eggs.

And now I'm going to watch Ellina's "thinking about plans for the year" vlog

OHH, what a beautiful kitchen Ellina has!

I'll leave a link to this video down below in the description, just in case you guys decide to check it out.

And then, when I'll be done with peeling and will finally get to eating, I'm going to plan the day in my little travel notebook,

with my wonderful "Harry Potter"-like pen

that *based on the way it looks* should write everything down for me by itself

I will plan my day, update my to-do list

because, frankly, there are some things left that I did not have time to do yesterday

And we'll check what I managed to do! *achievements, lol*

So that's it, lots and lots of e-mails to read and lots of comments to answer!

That's my plan for the morning. Let's dive into it!

*music*

Hiiii

Time for an update!

It is now almost half past twelve, apparently

12-something p.m.

As you can see, I washed my hair rags and

I'm almost done with all the comments, slowly moving further along my to-do list.

Still have to deal with: exam answers, few e-mail, filming.

And then I'll be able to finally relax!

I finally cleaned the apartment, because yesterday I had some people over.

And hopefully,...

I'll show you the room tour!

Let me show you the apartment tour!

What am I so blunt

So!

Oooh.

Let's start with the room tour!

So, this apartment is located in

SOCHI !!!! 11

My, perhaps, favourite Russian city.

And this is my first time in Sochi ..

In Sochi, yea. During the winter time!

And I did not regret going on this trip at all!

*music*

So! Technically, this is a small studio.

First, you enter a long, long, long corridor.

And then you get into the kitchen.

And then, if you'll run a bit more, you'll see a bedroom.

And then, if you'll run a bit more

you'll see a living room! *lol*

That's the perfect space for YouTube filming,

perfect space to just relax & rest,

to work,

because the Wi-Fi is incredibly fast.

And the upload speed is sometimes even faster than in my Moscow rental home.

So just an incredibly cool space overall!

Here I have a small workstation organised in my kitchen,

I spent here most of my time during the day

and spent most of the time during this trip.

Currently editing new #BookBreakfast video, that will live this Sunday.

With wonderful Eugenia,

she's the host of the knigagid channel!

My notes and phones.

The apartment has absolutely everything you need to live. Forks are all there ..

Cups and kitchen-y things like that.

See - beauty!

You have

ALL YOU NEED HERE!!! 11

Very convenient refrigerator, microwave oven, if you need it,

and even some meds left by the apartment owners up there.

The bed is unrealistically comfortable!

I didn't really enjoy pillows because

they're not so squishy as I'm used to, they are rather dense

Therefore, I slept on the decorative ones from the sofa

And they were cool indeed!

By the way, time for a progress update:

half past three (MSK)

I filmed a video, edited several videos, wrote a script. * edited = sent for export

Almost every email is answered, all of the working issues resolved,

almost everything I had to write is written.

Therefore, I can now chill and relax for some time by giving you an apartment tour.

And, as you can see, there's a TV on the wall behind me.

Beautiful TV, super-flat screen

I have not seen a flat screen at home for a long time.

Well, I have one back at home in St.Petersburg, so I see it on the wall when I'm visiting %)

Honestly, since I got here, I have never turned it on yet.

I have no idea what is shown on the local news or TV in general. * lol *

Cause the view from my window is way coolers than the TV shows!

Well, and there is a giant TV screen across the street,

which sometimes intrudes my cozy space with its bright lights in the evenings.

Love!! Love this apartment.

That's my verdict!

Come, I'll show you the bathroom!

Uuuh ... almost hit the table!

Bathroom is pure L.O.V.E.

Are you ready?

AAAAHHH

Come inside!

Here is the bathroom!

Firstly, the coolest thing in here is the heated floor.

Here is the shower.

Everything very stylish, very pretty. Some of my things are hanging here.

A small shelf for you to put all of your beauty blogger belongings.

My wonderful hair straightener.

Washing machine for those who are here for a long period of time.

The electric towel rail. Some stuff hanging here too, as you can see.

*music*

Well, of course, the most important exhibit in the whole apartment.

My

what ..

Which way should I turn ?!

Never understand which way to turn when I'm using this Joby Gorillapod -_-

My Samsonite SUIT-case!

Come on!

Feels like I've showed you everything!

Twinkly lights - the property of your truly.

I brought them from Moscow, cause I knew they would look very beautifully on the headboard at the background.

I guess the apartment tour is over now!

Hope you enjoyed it! I hope it was interesting for you guys!

I'll leave the link to this apartment in the description below!

In case you'll want to come over to Sochi and live here.

And you'll also find the Airbnb discount link in the description.

It'll give you 1200RUB discount (in fact, 2100!)

if I'm not mistaken (I AM), for renting this place.

So you can get almost a night here for free!

If you register with my link and book this apartment.

Or some other space on Airbnb.

And thats is not sponsored, just a cool incentive from Airbnb!

So you can send out a link like this to your friends too!

*music*

Just wrote "monday morning" on one of my texts

and a song immediately popped into my mind

I don't remember what it's called

Wait, isn't it called Monday Morning or something?

A girl singing something like...

Because i'm leaving on Monday morning

Monday morning

Yep, that's the one by Melanie Fiona!

*music*

More upbeat tracks

and all sorts of 'dancing trough life'

can be found on my Yandex.Music playlists. Link is in the description.

And now it's time to get back to work.

Yes Yes Yes. Back to work, back to work guys

*music*

It's 19:27 now.

And, if you are wondering:

"Did she leave this bar stool in the last 2 hours?"

My answer to you is ...

NO !!! 111

* laughs and cries *

But I just finished editing the vlog

and I almost over my obsessive-compulsive

face scratching (skin picking disorder)

because sometimes when I'm editing a video

I'm scratching and scratching and scratching

and then I get up or look in the mirror, hence the mirror is right in front of me

and I see that my whole face is red because I was scratching it so hard. Looks terrible.

I'm very very hungry right now, so I'll probably cook

some buckwheat

Yeah, buckwheat & broccoli probably.

Something tasty and kinda healthy.

Aaaaaand

Then I'll probably will go and relax a bit, watch some of the Big Bang Theory episodes

* yawns *

Oh, all tired and sleepy already!

Meanwhile, it's already dark outside

I can see my "skyscrapers" cityline

So beautiful!

Looks

very cool aaaand

it's still pouring rain outside.

eeeh

I'll miss this view.

I love this line!

So here's, my buckwheat. Here's my broccoli.

Now I'm gonna cook it.

And it will be delicious!

All right! One of the world's coolest combinations is ready!

I have this delicious dinner waiting for me!

And the coolest, one of the coolest TV sitcoms I know

"How I Met Your Mother"!

Currently watching the The Pineapple Accident* episode *Incident (1x10)

woohoo

Bon appetit to me!

SO it's now 10:15 pm.

I'm just starting with my dinner.

I usually eat around this time when I'm in Moscow too.

Hope you enjoyed this vlog!

You probably learned something new and interesting about my life. Hopefully.

If you have any questions,

leave them down below in the comments section.

In about an hour and a half, around midnight, I will go to sleep.

For about 7 hours.

And yep, see you soon on my channel!

* hears a strange noise from the corridor *

Don't know what that sound is. BYYYYYEEEE!

Hooorray!

This day is finally coming to an end!

As you can probably see, make up is off

back to the clean face * lol *

I didn't mention the most important while giving you the tour earlier today.

The thing that changed me a bit while I lived here.

MINIMALISM!

I've never lived in minimalist interiors before.

I have a big family, so

there are a lot of things just by default.

And now I also don't live in a minimalist apartment,

cause there are books everywhere.

In fact I would love to see a bookshelf on the wall

in front of me.

It would definitely add something to the atmosphere and would make this space MINE.

But at the same time,

I like that there is so little stuff everywhere

and everything is so functional!

SO convenient!

You know where everything is right away!

You see everything right away!

And it kinda makes you a bit more productive!

I even thought that maybe, when I'll have my own real estate, my own apartment or a house,

maybe I'll add some minimalism ideas to the interior.

Or, maybe, I'll just need to figure out how to recycle some of my things.

Books for example.

I have some options for book recycling already though.

On one hand,

I can sell them, as many book tubers and bloggers do, but

on the other hand

I didn't pay for some of these books in the first place.

And I have this mental dilemma in my head.

SO yeah

I need to recycle my sh*tload of stuff.

And I really liked a video Arden Rose recently posted,

where she was trying on all of her clothes (Video: Trying on my clothes / closet purge)

And I think that I should try on everything I own too!

And find things that I will definitely not wear at all in the future!

Some things from my wardrobe, I would definitely sell

or would give away to H&M on recycling.

I'm starting to get the ideas and logic and meaning behind all of that

minimalism everything is talking so much about not.

At least I begin to understand

what makes it appealing to me.

The minimalist ideas weren't attractive for me at all before! : D

I LOOVE my little action figures from% ghdh

I LOOVE my little action figures from% ghdh

I LOOVE my little / my Gosh, I can't say the MONSTERS f-in CORPORATION /

I LOOVE my little action figures from Monsters Inc.

* facepalm *

And yeah, by the way, I realized that did not show you the office zone while giving you the tour

A workplace with a divine city view.

Ahhmazing flat

Ulielie approves.

And in fact, living in this apartment made me kinda more productive!

Because, as I said,

in a video, a couple of weeks ago,

new home, new year, new beginnings

And constructions noise is everywhere all the time.

So on weekdays you have like only 2 hours to film stuff

The small filming window, from 13 to 15

Two hours required by law.. And that's it!

Weekends are kinda quiet too.

The rest of the time

* Uliana imitates a drill sound and, apparently, a jackhammer noise*

And when you realize that you have a lot of stuff to film in these 2 hours

You are incredibly good with your time before and after the filming window.

Less distracted!!

I really liked it,

because in Moscow I can sit at my table and go like:

"woooo"

"here is an interesting book, let's read a bit and look through"

"What do I have here? 15 different kinds of tea?"

"we must try three of them" * laughs *

Of course, I am exaggerating a lot now, but

I'm usually easily distracted.

And here the distraction factor is just naturally eliminated.

Less things. Nothing to be distracted by.

Even the TV does not attract me with its distractions.

* yawns *

So, yep. That's all I wanted to tell you today!

Let's go to sleep!

JK, we will not go to sleep now,

because this video is going live early in the morning

STAYMOTIVATED!

Go go go

work work work work work

* laughs *

SEEEEYAAAA!

Poor camera-baby, I hope it wasn't too cold in there.

The murder: How one man's teeth made him a suspect - Duration: 10:57.

At 6:45 in the morning of November 3, 1984, a man walked into a police station on the

North side of Milwaukee to report that he'd found what appeared to be a body, lying in

a lot near his home.

That's where police discovered 63-year-old Ione Cychosz, wearing only "a pair of white

socks and a left shoe."

Her blue shirt and bra were pulled up behind her head, which was bloody and swollen.

She'd been beaten to death

and possibly raped.

Neighbors described the victim as "a nice woman."

She was known for collecting aluminum cans and playing bingo at a Ukrainian church on

Friday nights.

That's what she'd been doing the night she was killed.

"And she was let off after midnight by friends who normally dropped her off after the bingo

games.

They observed her walk in front of her home and those are the last people who saw her

alive."

One of the real challenging things about this case among many was you had no eyewitnesses.

You of course had no confession.

You had no motive.

This was before DNA profiling, before home security cameras were common, there were no

fingerprints on the knife they found nearby.

But the killer did leave one clue:

He bit her.

"Investigators took 60 photographs of numerous bite marks."

"The bite marks are being analyzed by a forensic dental specialist."

Dr. L. Thomas Johnson, a dentist and professor at Marquette University, examined the bite

marks on the victim the day she was found.

And he gave the cops a lead.

He told the detectives look you are looking for a guy with an abnormality in one of

his upper teeth.

So the cops began knocking on doors.

Three days after the murder, the detectives knocked on the door of Robert Lee Stinson,

a quiet 20-year-old whose only criminal record was a fine for shoplifting when he was younger.

He lived with his mother and siblings in a house right by the crime scene.

Stinson told the police that on the night of the murder, he came home from a party around

11:30, went to bed, and slept until morning.

But what caught the attention of the police was that Stinson had "an upper right front

tooth missing."

That missing tooth made one of the detectives believe they "got the guy".

His partner later told the Milwaukee Sentinel that they went back inside and told Stinson

some jokes to get him laughing, to confirm that there were those teeth.

So the state had Stinson appear at a secret hearing before a judge — called a "John

Doe investigation" in Wisconsin — where they could have Johnson, the dentist, check

his teeth.

The John Doe was the first time that I met Mr. Stinson, but I'm looking at this

kid who is very warm, very affable, very cooperative.

Everything in my gut, my experience, six years in the DAs office in the sensitive Crimes Unit.

No way.

No way did this guy do this.

He thought they would eliminate Stinson as a suspect.

But that's not what happened.

Johnson looked into Stinson's mouth for 20 seconds, the same amount of time it takes

to read this:

And then Johnson said Stinson's teeth matched a sketch that he and a police artist had made

— a sketch of what the suspect's teeth would look like based on the bite marks.

Nobody brought the drawing to the hearing

but Johnson said "it resembles what I see here."

Stinson's mouth, he said, "certainly is consistent with what I drew.

It is remarkable."

And that was enough for the court to order a full dental examination.

But if they'd had the sketch in the room, they would have seen that it said the suspect

would be missing a lateral incisor.

Stinson was missing a central incisor, his right front tooth.

But now the dentist was on the record saying that they matched.

The field of bite-mark analysis is one of the so-called "pattern matching" disciplines

in forensic science.

Fingerprints are the best known example, but the group also includes shoe prints, tire

treads, handwriting, and bullet casings.

We call them "forensic sciences" but they developed independently of what we typically

think of as the "science world":

the universities and research hospitals, peer-reviewed journals,

grant-funding organizations.

Those institutions of basic research have fed some forensic fields, but many others

lack that foundation.

You go up the street to the University of Wisconsin and you look for the Department

of fingerprints or the Department of shoe impressions.

It's not there.

That's because these fields mostly developed in response to crime scenes and the obligation

to study whatever bits of information they contained.

The examiners look at the samples closely, and make a subjective assessment of how similar

they are.

You know, it's funny.

when when people watch CSI or think about forensic science they often think that it's

very high tech and glossy and perfect and often automated.

And in the real world the pattern identification sciences do not work like that.

It's not that subjectivity makes it illegitimate or necessarily incorrect.

But we ought to know something about how accurate it is.

We ought to know something about how accurate it is.

For the criminal justice system, this is still a new idea.

So at the time of Stinson's case, nobody knew how accurate, or inaccurate, bitemark

analysis was.

The man who examined Stinson's teeth, L.T. Johnson, is a forensic odontologist.

And bite mark evidence is just a part of what they do.

When we have tragedies, plane crashes or other kinds of terrible events sometimes we use

teeth that are found to help identify human remains.

And that's an important tool.

And I believe quite an accurate one.

"Rescue workers were there quickly but they quickly learned there was no-one to rescue."

The same year he worked on Stinson's case, Johnson led a team identifying victims of

a plane crash that killed 31 people.

He would go on to help identify 11 decomposing victims found in

serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer's apartment.

Forensic odontology had been an established field for decades.

But it was only in the 1970s that they decided to go beyond identifying victims by their

teeth and started identifying suspects by bite marks.

It began with a 1975 case, People versus Marx, in California.

Edgar Marx was accused of murdering his landlady and leaving a bite mark in the cartilage of

her nose.

The bitemark evidence was deemed admissible even though the appeals court conceded that

there was "no established science" behind it.

And it became the germinal case.

Because all of the precedent establishing cases in high courts across the country cited

back to Marx.

Fast forward a few more years.

Ted Bundy goes on trial and there's bite mark evidence in the Ted Bundy case and it made

a movie stars out of a couple of forensic dentists.

And bite mark evidence took off.

This norm of precedent -- of conforming to past decisions -- it exists for a reason.

But it happens to be the opposite of how science works.

Precedent is really important in the judicial system.

we want constancy, predictability, and we have a rule that like cases should be decided

the same way.

Science by contrast is inevitably and unavoidably and always contingent, progressing, growing

changing, shifting as new research tells us new things and corrects past misunderstandings.

The legal system is not really designed to adapt to that.

So a game of judicial telephone convinced the courts that bite mark identification was

an accepted area of science, when in fact, it had never been tested.

There is no science that we have seen to support that.

It's really quite astonishing.

it's the one thing that gets truly agitated because there's just no science to support it.

A month after Johnson collected models and photographs of Stinson's teeth, he came

back with  his final conclusion.

"The teeth of Robert Lee Stinson would be expected to produce bite patterns identical

to those which I examined in this extensive and exhaustive analysis."

He said the evidence was "overwhelming."

The sketch Johnson referenced at the prior hearing?

It was never mentioned again.

He was showing me how you take this overlay of the pictures of his teeth and you put it

on the pictures of the bite wounds on Mrs. Cychosz's body and you kind of see how they

align.

And he did the same thing with the models.

But I wasn't completely convinced that I could convince a jury based on what Dr. Johnson

did that Mr. Stinson was guilty of an offense like this.

I said we need a second opinion on this case.

Johnson recommend Raymond Rawson, who was known as one of the leaders in the field.

So the detectives flew to Las Vegas to deliver the evidence.

And they reported that Rawson "gave a verbal confirmation of Johnson's finding."

But he didn't spend much time on it.

According to a memo book that one of the detectives kept and later published, Rawson met them

at their hotel room at the Four Queens, "took a look at the x-rays and the molds, and said

that was good enough for him."

Five days later, Robert Lee Stinson was arrested at his home.

And we decided that been given a brutal horrific crime like this, we now have two witnesses

who are saying it's him.

And matched against that is what, my gut level feeling?

And so we issued the charge.

the charge.

Answering Dhruv Rathee And Akash Banerjee's HYPOCRISY On Logical Fallacies - Duration: 20:06.

hello and welcome to this episode of The Sham Sharma Show. thank you for joining me and thank you for watching!

So Dhruv Rathee and Akaash banerjee have collaborated again on a video.

they talk about logical fallacies in this video

A logical fallacy is an error in reasoning that renders an argument invalid

And they say how Modi and his "Bhakts" use logical fallacies to fool people and to avoid talking about important issues.

First thing first. This has gone away from really being about issues and being about destroying Modi.

Even the Mahagathbandahn was formed talking only about removing Modi and this is what these people are also doing.

So let's look at the fallacies and i will show you how both of them use these fallacies themselves:

But before that, I want to answer a point he raised

Firstly, Modi did answer many uncomfortable questions in the Smita Prakash interview:

Are these not tough questions? What do you want? for the Journalists to get up and slap Modi?

and PM is not accountable?

What are you smoking? Give me some as well

Which country are you living in? This is India, not Somalia or Pakistan

If people don't like his work, they will kick him out, they won't reelect him. This is the ultimate accountability.

Now lets discuss the fallacies:the first is Strawman fallacy

He says that people use this argument to misrepresent issues

But they use the same strawman argument on the Citizenship bill and Sabarimala.

They say that the bill discriminates against Muslims and Sabarimala discriminates against women

But exclusion does not mean discrimination.

Muslims made a choice in 1947 to leave India and make their own country

so they do not get a right to just come back

But India must help the minorities that are being harassed

People say Sabarimala discriminates against women

The issue is not about women, it is about the Deity's brahmacharya.

Sai Deepak has explained this issue really well that Exclusion does not mean discrimination in all cases.

But they keep using strawman argument on these issues

The blind teaching people how to see.

Next up: Slippery Slope fallacy

They keep using this fallacy themselves

Dhruv rathee says that in the past 4 years the birth of Andh Bhakts is destroying the country

He also keeps pushing narrative about about lynchings and intolerance, and attacks on journalists

This is the same slippery slope fallacy

Left and Rathee and Akaash Banerjee has been spreading the narrative that due to Modi all our institutions are in danger.

worse than the emergency? really? Is this not the slippery slope fallacy?

They were talking so much crap that they Then get called out by Markandey katju, another leftist, as well that you are talking nonsense.

F3. Loaded Question:

He says people ask Modi loaded questions:

Most politicians in the world give easy interviews, including Obama, Sonia and rahul

talking about virtue signaling on loaded questions, But he himself uses a loaded question in an interview to Vinod Dua

Look at how loaded this question is. he answers the question in the question itself!

says all institutions are in danger and the atmosphere is worse than the emergency?

This question is so loaded that Vinod Dua will have a backache.

F4. False Dichotomy:

He becomes father Teresa.

He says, woe is me, If I criticized the BJP, that means I am Congressi Leftist.

we shouldn't call people names for asking questions

then what's this?

But he himself calls people who criticize him "Bhakts", :andh Bhakts" and "Zombies"

then he turns around and says, People should not call other names for making an argument.

the interesting thing is, he himself calls people who criticize him "Bhakts", :andh Bhakts" and "Zombies". Then he turns around and says this

So first abuse them then ask them to come together

F5:Circular Argument:

So he says that Bhakts give no reason for India's image improving under Modi

They themselves use circular arguments over cow lynchings and attacks on journalists

people often give actual reasons for why India's image has improved under Modi

after Doklam Standoff and surgical strike. Gave confidence to the Army and the world that India will not run away from confrontation.

the strategic relationship with Vietnam against all odds which has now agreed to facilitate Oil exploration to ONGC-Videsh dispelling the Congress party's fears of a backlash from China.

Despite everything, he went to meet Nawaz Sharif and Pakistan stabbed him in the back with the Pathankot attack.

Thus, he showed the world, that he tried to talk but Pakistan only know enmity and how to stab people in the back.

The world is beginning to understad this and Now you have Trump who is much harsher on Pakistan.

Developed a better relationship with Iran for Chabahar, and Saudi Arabia, while strengthening ties with Israel. This is a difficult task which has to be given credit.

Under Modi's "Act East" policy, Better relations with ASEAN and Japan to offset China

Also better ties with its immediate neighbors in Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Had success in Bangladesh with Sheikh Hasina who has helped in anti-terror ops in North East

Connected with the diaspora, showing that your nation cares about you, you are not alone

Sushma Swaraj and how quickly the government has acted when an Indian has been in trouble overseas. Send a big message.

Many influential minds like Philip Kotler and Bill Gates and big organizations are lauding Modi's programmes to help people

The world is starting to see India as a serious international player

So The accusation of a circular argument is completely bogus.

F6: Red Herring:

Akash babu has already shown us a red herring that Modi is destroying all institutions.

Even the judges have said that everything has been by the book

They have been pushing the same propaganda on rafaele despite the clean chit by SC

They are using these accusations as a red herring

Even Dhruv keeps using the Cow Lynchings, red herring

Opindia has done an incredible expose of people like IndiaSpend, AltNews & BBC who have used data selectively to paint a certain narrative

Only presented the story from one side. If you present both sides of the story then you realize that in many cases there is an aspect of attacks by Muslim community, smugglers' attacks on Hindus, bad law and order. But if you focus on this, it will take away from the "red herring"

F7: Ad Hominem

He says if you can't answer your opponents then attack them personally.

then what is this?

This is nice, keep attacking people that criticize you as Bhakts, braindead zombies, but them come on YouTube and educate people about ad hominem.

They use Ad Hominem in every single video!!

Look, there a little too much hypocrisy in this video and so I really felt like I needed to make a rebuttal

There is bias on both sides. I have biases. But its incredible that these people come out and virtue signal that they are pure and everybody that disagrees with them is a fascist and is horrible and they use all the same fallacies that they accuse their opponents of using.

They keep attacking people that criticize them as Bhakts, braindead zombies, then they virtue signal

Let Me Introduce You to My Grandad | Jesse Lingard - Duration: 4:42.

- I went downstairs to pick him up,

and the words that they said -

I remember every word they said.

They said, "Where have you been keeping him?"

That was at nearly six and a half, he was.

- Ever since I was young, my grandad was very

strict with me on what I was doing

outside of football, at home and stuff like that,

even in school.

You know, he was passionate. He wanted

me to get where I am today.

I can remember a few games where he got banned

on the sideline. I think we lost against Stoke,

I think he came on the pitch and was shouting at us.

I think I was like 12 ... 12 years old.

He's shouting like, we're not fit to wear this shirt,

stuff like that.

So, obviously, we're like 12 years old, we're young,

and I think he got into an argument with one of

the Stoke player's parents, you know, at the time, so....

I could tell he was very passionate

back then, and he still is now.

He played rugby when he was younger,

and he was representing Great Britain in powerlifting.

So he was keen to get me in the gym from a young age.

I remember him going to the training ground

and asking the coach at the time, Tony Whelan,

if I could start doing gym sessions

in the back garden at home. He was

like, "Nah, not at 10 years old."

The way I was developing back then, I was small, so....

He's got paving down all over the garden.

He's got one shed full of weights and gym stuff,

and another shed full of drinks and food

and snacks and stuff like that.

At that time he used to bring the

weights onto the paving and we used to do sessions together,

even though I was at a young age, so....

I don't know if it was bad for me at the time or not.

I just got along with it, and it would try

and help me one day.

Yeah, that's the one, isn't it?

- That's the one. That's the one.

That's the main man, there. That's him, isn't it?

The main man.

- Look at my little head.

- He actually said that you wouldn't

fully flourish until you were about 22 or 23, right?

- I remember him saying it in the meeting.

I think it was me, my dad, my grandad was there.

At a young age that can kinda put pressure on you

to go and reach them goals.

But no matter what, if you work hard

and believe in your ability and believe in yourself,

you get where you want to be.

Look at the size of the ball.

- See the size of the ball like that?

And you were doing step-overs, weren't you,

when you were younger?

- I think it was like under-16s....

I think my dad and my grandad went to see the

coaches about like contracts and stuff like that.

It was kinda devastating. Everyone else was

getting pro contracts, and I didn't

get like a main contract, so....

It hit me hard but, you know,

the determination and hard work,

you know, eventually paid off.

After my debut, I think, all the

texts was flooding in, and stuff like that.

But there was more of like congratulations, but

in a "I feel sorry for you" kinda way

that you got injured. And like I said,

you know, it was upsetting for my family at the time.

You could see how hard they worked,

to kind of build you up into the person you are

to get, you know, to where you was. So, you know,

they was all there that day and, you know,

I could imagine them, as I was walking out

to Old Trafford, with smiles on their faces.

You know, maybe a few cried. I think my

brother, Louie, cried.

It's moments like that that you've gotta save, yeah.

And so you look back and think how proud

must he be now if he was proud back then?

You're just ready to go home and get

a Maccies, aren't you?

the deep blue ocean is full of mystery there are so many species of living

some local fishermen on the island of Koh Yao Noi in Thailand found a mysterious

creature in their nets the unknown creature was caught in their crabbing

nets

the fishermen released it into the boat and the marine creature which looked

like carrying some seagrass on its body was seen moving around fast on the

matches back to a crab with a shell like covering its claws the animal seems to

have been stuck with dry seaweed to it unless that is its natural covering not

much is known about this creature yet but this finding once again shows how

the marine life is still much more vast than we know

this is also not the first unknown creature that has been spotted by locals

residents living near a beach in New Zealand had found a skeleton of a

strange creature some months ago people even thought of it to be an alien but it

was later identified as a male scape fish the deepest ocean depths carry many

China's strategy to gain power in Asia | IN 60 SECONDS - Duration: 1:24.

Recently, China has combined two practices to make significant political

and territorial gains in Asia without crossing the threshold into open

conflict with the United States. First, since the 1990s, China has focused on

low-cost ways to disrupt, disable, and deny US' ability to operate in the region.

Instead of trying to compete directly with US power projection capabilities,

China's ballistic and cruise missiles, for example, hurt the US' ability to

come to the aid of Japan, Taiwan, or the Philippines in the case of a conflict

with China. Second, since 2009, instead of direct confrontation to push the United

States out of the Asia-Pacific, China has engaged in activities below the

threshold of conflict. For example, China has increased the risk to the United

States of operating in the South China Sea by harassing US vessels and aircraft

with non-military platforms to maintain a degree of deniability and discourage a

counter response. As a result, China has gained more power and territorial

control in Asia without recourse.

Do you think the United States should push back

more against China? Let us know in our poll. Also, let us know

what other topics you'd like our scholars to cover in 60 seconds, and be

Sushi Omakase in Bangkok - TUNA BELLY Japanese Food at Umi Gaysorn in Thailand! - Duration: 18:10.

- Hey everyone, I hope you're having an amazing day.

It's Mark Wiens, I'm in Bangkok, Thailand

and I think Bangkok is one of the best cities

outside of Japan for Japanese food.

And so today for lunch,

I was invited to a restaurant called Umi,

which is one of the best Omakase Japanese sushi restaurants

known for very seasonal fish and ingredients.

Today they got a big chunk of fish,

a special chunk of fish which comes from a giant maguro,

so that's the special event.

The restaurant is at Gaysorn Plaza.

I just got here.

I'm very excited for sushi today for lunch.

(smooth techno music)

You ready to eat some sushi, Ying?

- Yes! (laughs)

- We just arrived to Gaysorn Plaza.

(smooth techno music)

Ying, What floor are we on?

- The first floor.

- Okay, oh yeah, first floor.

It was kinda tricky to find it.

First floor, Gaysorn Plaza,

and then you come all the way to the back corner

and it's kind of just like a little hidden door,

but very beautiful Japanese...

And yeah, just kinda hidden back here.

So this is the spot, it's called Umi.

We are just in time for lunch.

(soft upbeat music)

(speaking in foreign language)

The fish just came in today

and it's gonna be a lot of tuna today

and they were just explaining to me about the whole tuna.

How the tuna is caught, it comes directly from Japan

from a very well-known supplier.

(smooth upbeat music)

Okay, first opening course, little fish on top,

and then there's a vegetable on the bottom there.

Mm, and it tastes like vinegar, slightly sour,

and with that very crunchy fish, that's awesome.

Oh this one is the skipjack tuna?

Skipjack tuna, which is just slightly marinated,

beautiful and even the spring onion

and the ginger is from Japan, beautiful.

Yeah, and just that tiny little dab of green onion,

but it comes, you taste it so vibrantly,

and that fish just, it's so smooth.

Okay, next is Kawahagi, this is leather fish.

And you can just see how fine the detail is.

There's just a tiny, tiny...

These are Japanese spring onions on top

with maybe some sesame seeds

and then there's like a little jelly on the bottom as well.

All the sesame seeds

and then like wrapped up in this jelly sauce.

Mm, the sesame seeds and spring onions

really come in nicely.

- [Man] Cheek bone of the fish, cheek meat and the tuna.

- [Mark] Oh wow, and it's cured?

- Um yes, we age them actually, we aged them

for about six days.

- [Mark] Wow, that one is beautiful, the marbling.

It's an aged blue fin tuna,

and just beautiful fatty marbling.

(slow relaxing music)

That's amazing.

Is that a radish sauce on top?

Yeah, just this light radish relish almost.

It's so fatty and juicy.

(soft upbeat music)

This one is abalone?

- [Man] Yeah.

- Abalone with, what type of sauce is it?

- [Man] Just the liver sauce. (coughs)

- Oh that's the liver sauce?

The abalone with liver sauce. - Right.

- Okay, awesome.

Abalone in it's own liver sauce.

The liver almost looks like mustard.

Like it's got that slight yellowy color to it.

- [Man] That sauce, that sauce.

Sauce okay.

- That's awesome.

That liver sauce really rich and almost kinda sticky.

And then with that abalone is sweet and almost spongy.

You wanna wipe up all of that liver sauce.

(speaking in Thai)

(Ying laughing loudly)

We all wanted a little bit of rice

to finish off all that liver sauce.

(slow upbeat music)

Stunning.

(slow upbeat music)

- [Man] Komakata, it's a monkfish liver.

- [Mark] Monkfish liver.

Oh it's seasonal, okay.

How is it?

- You need to try it by yourself.

(everyone laughing)

It's the best thing.

- [Mark] Is this a winter fish?

- Right, just winter.

- [Mark] And they all tried it, they said it's amazing.

Yeah, it looks beautiful with a little dab of wasabi on top.

(slow upbeat music)

Wow, yeah. (speaking Thai)

It's so creamy.

Is that like a little bit of yuzu?

- [Man] Yeah.

- Or the citrus?

Slightly taste the yuzu in the wasabi.

Wonderfully creamy and custardy.

(speaking in foreign language)

Okay, next dish that we're having

is called Shirako, which is cod sperm.

And I remember the first time I tried this in Japan

I actually didn't know, didn't know I was trying it

until I posted it and then somebody mentioned that,

but it's really good.

Again, this you can smell the...

You can see the little fish on top.

And yeah, it's a popular winter dish item.

At first you think it's really creamy, really rich,

but then it sort of like dissolves in your mouth.

It's awesomely good.

How big was that fish?

- This one is about 180 kg. - [Mark] 180 kg?

- This one is from Big Maya,

it's like the area between Hokkaido and the Mainland.

- [Man] This is the meat. - [Mark] Ah, okay.

- [Man] So basically we gotta try this one.

We gotta try the one with the age for like seven days.

- [Mark] Oh, that's the...

(bouncy techno music)

Just unwrapped the chunk of tuna.

That is beautiful, you can just see the layers

and the different grids and the belly part

have it goes from dark to lighter color.

But what's awesome is that it's just us eating here today.

So we can film and make a video.

And yeah, just have fun as you're eating.

But, okay now we're getting to the serious tuna.

What is that part?

- [Chef] It's the black part.

- [Mark] Oh, thank you!

- [Man] You need to understand, this part right here.

- [Mark] 3D, wow.

- [Man] Whoa (grunts).

- [Mark] That's the chunk comes from that front belly part.

- [Man] So basically this is...

What ever is here, it's right at the bone.

So the black, you take it out.

- [Mark] So that's from that section.

This section right here.

- [Man] Yeah, this section is this.

- [Mark] You see the chunks of fish

but you're not sure exactly where they come from.

So that's awesome that we have a 3D Tuna Model.

And so the second that he's cutting up right now

which is, that's where you get

a lot of the main pieces

comes from the front belly bottom section.

Very cool!

(upbeat music)

- [Mark] So that one is the Akami?

- [Man] Yeah.

- [Mark] And then chutoro? - [Man] Chutoro.

This part is between chutoro and otoro?

- [Mark] That fish looks beautiful, and this is Umi.

They're explaining me all they use is wild caught tuna.

It's all wild tuna, it's all local Japanese tuna as well.

Had a sushi omakase before

where it's the course, piece by piece,

but never one with this amount

and variety of part of tuna.

So this is a really special experience.

Again, slicing up a different tuna,

and it comes from two different fish,

so you can see the marbling and the different sections

which looks different from each other

because of two different fish.

Some of them are going in marinades,

others are gonna be left as is.

And he's just preparing all the ingredients

and the fish to start making the sushi.

(upbeat music)

First bite of sushi.

Mm, good wasabi in there.

Fish is just perfectly like warm room temperature.

The whole some of it together, yeah that's awesome.

Okay, next one is from a fish called Buri.

And this is the belly part, and you can just see it close

even in your finger you can just feel how soft it is.

(soft relaxing music)

Mm, yeah, that one is awesome.

- [Ying] (speaking in Thai)

- [Mark] It's extremely soft,

but then it has this almost snap to it when you bite down.

All right, this one is horse mackerel.

(upbeat music)

Again, topped with those spring onions.

Oh, that complements it so well.

Okay, it's time to start on the tuna.

(upbeat music)

- [Mark] This one is chutoro, and you can just look

at the vibrancy of that color.

And that's because it's from the very very fresh fish,

which was just newly arrived to the restaurant.

That's the fish he just caught up.

Like even, you can see that gradient on it.

(upbeat music)

Wow!

Oh, that is spectacular!

Literally just melting in your mouth.

You barely need to chew.

And that's just full of flavor.

- [Mark] Shimofuri? - [Man] Yes.

- [Mark] Oh, I didn't even know that one.

Okay, this one is shimofuri which is between

the medium fatty and the very fatty belly.

So it's that stage in between,

and you can just see it glistening.

You could see that the fat strands just weaved through it.

(upbeat music)

Wow, the quality.

Just the texture.

- [Man] (coughs) Aged them for seven days.

- [Mark] Oh this one akami, aged for seven days?

- [Man] Yeah.

- [Mark] Okay, this is that 200?

- [Man] Yeah, 260 kg.

- Akami tuna, the red part of the tuna,

which has been aged for seven days.

Mm, was fatty content but very rich,

still very a deep up flavor.

Again, it's the one between the otoro and the chutoro.

So kind of the fattier, medium fatty tuna.

And then this one is aged for seven days.

Because we had the fresh one of that same fatty content.

This one is different.

It has developed more rich and more juiciness.

Sweeter.

They're both good, just different.

(upbeat bouncy music)

(chuckles)

- [Mark] (speaking in Thai)

Okay, on to the Uni, sea urchin.

Mm, it's so sweet.

It is melted ice cream, so sweet and so silky.

- [Man] This one is very special casing.

- [Mark] Mm, okay.

- [Man] Wow. (soft voice)

(everybody laughs loudly)

- [Mark] (speaks in foreign language)

So what type of urchin is it?

- [Man] These are buffalo.

- [Mark] He just opened up a box filled with uni.

It's a very special type of uni.

It's just blooming.

(upbeat music)

Next up is a little rice bowl with the uni.

He put on wasabi and then some salmon eggs

I believe salmon eggs on top.

You can literally see the uni just starting to melt,

like custardy melting nest on top of that rice.

Mm, that uni is just dissolving

and then has just like a hint of a bitterness

which increases the flavor

and liquefies in your mouth, on your tongue.

Ying, can you hold my bowl?

(giggles)

Thank you.

(upbeat music)

Okay, this one is anago sea water eel.

That zing of the citrus, the sauce,

just the melt in your mouth fish.

And like fleshy, mm.

(upbeat music)

(everyone speaking on foreign language)

- First he put in rice then

he puts in a whole layer of wasabi,

and then like a little handful of minced tuna

of variety of parts of tuna, just chopped up minced.

Oh, this is one of my favorite things.

Yeah!

That is outstanding.

The crisp seaweed, the rice,

just the melt in your mouth minced tuna

and then just the balanced of wasabi.

(upbeat music)

And this is the tamago, the final course.

This is the egg, sweet egg.

This one very spongy, you can feel the moistness of it.

Mm, really nice, has that sponginess

but at the same time it sort of melts down in your mouth.

And that wraps up just an incredible,

incredible sushi omakase experience.

Okay, the tamago is not the ending course

there's some fruit Japanese grapes.

(speaking in foreign language)

(everyone laughing)

It's so juicy, so plumped and just...

All right, we just made it back home

after an amazing lunch.

And what was so cool about that experience, oh okay...

For one thing they weren't actually open

so it was just us kinda sampling sushi and just having fun.

But it was such an education.

I've had omakase sushi before,

a set menu where the chef gives you piece by piece.

But this was really fully based on tuna.

So it was really a tuna experience, a tuna education.

And so Kunat and Kunshin, they really know

a lot about fish, a lot about sushi.

So just having them and the chef was awesome as well.

But then having them explained every piece, where it's from,

being able to really taste for myself

the difference between an ultra fresh piece of tuna

and then aged intentionally piece of tuna.

And then mere different marinades,

but also then just no marinade,

and then just having them all consecutively

that was very cool.

That was an amazing tuna sushi

omakase experience in Bangkok.

I wanna say a huge thank you

to Kunat, Kunshin and Kun Eis for inviting me for lunch.

Here's why Adrien Broner blew up on Al Bernstein - Duration: 7:08.

LAS VEGAS — Those who believe Adrien Broner will upset the odds Saturday night and finally win a big fight keep echoing the same sentiment: "This is a different Adrien Broner

"  But Wednesday afternoon at the final press conference for his first pay-per-view headlining bout, we saw the same Broner

There were certainly moments where he gave thoughtful answers to reporters' questions

But it was again overshadowed by unprofessional conduct beforehand.  Join DAZN and watch Demetrius Andrade vs

Artur Akavov on Jan. 18   Broner complained, saying Showtime PPV went cheap on the promotion for his fight against Manny Pacquiao

"I'm pissed off for real," Broner said when he took to the dais. "Coming in here doing this press conference in this little ass room

When I went to the Mayweather fight and Pacquiao fight, they was in that big ass place, and it was mass people around

They just let the media in here I guess. They didn't spend no money on our shit like our fight ain't nothing

I see what they trying to say. They ain't gonna do this shit anymore when I win. I swear to God

"  Broner comparing his fight against this version of Pacquiao to the Filipino icon's fight against Floyd Mayweather Jr

shows just how delusional Broner is when it comes to his market value. Broner is coming off a draw against Jessie Vargas, a fighter who was soundly beaten by Pacquiao a few years ago — and yet he has the biggest opportunity of his life

Also, imagine if you're Showtime or the people who have guided Broner to this stature

The first chance he got, he showed disapproval of the job they're doing. He acted like a petulant, spoiled child, and nobody stopped him

Broner followed that up by attacking one of the smattering of boxing personalities that is universally liked — Showtime analyst Al Bernstein

In 10 years of covering boxing, I've never heard a negative word about Bernstein

So, when Broner refused to answer his questions after the press conference, it was surprising

When he followed that up by calling the venerable commentator a "b— ass n—," it was shocking

Bernstein tried directing his questions to Broner's trainer Kevin Cunningham. Broner interrupted, saying "gang gang" and that his team will follow his lead

Cunningham fell in line and ignored Bernstein's question, leaving him out in the cold

The Cincinnati product followed that exchange up with racially-insensitive comments targeting members of the Filipino press

Broner's comments directed at Bernstein were the talk of boxing Twitter, due to Bernstein's standing as one of the sport's true good guys

Showtime Sports head Stephen Espinoza has a close relationship with Broner, having been the network home for most of his fights dating back to 2013

Even Espinoza seemed taken aback by Broner's comments.  "Al Bernstein is one of the most well-respected analysts in boxing," Espinoza told Sporting News on Thursday

"Adrien has a right to his opinion, but the manner and language he used is unacceptable

We will address this directly and privately with him."  Broner said that he had seen Bernstein make negative comments about him on Twitter

So, for laughs, I decided to do a Tweetdeck search on @AlBernstein using the phrases "Broner," "Adrien Broner" and "Adrien" to see what the worst Al could have said about Broner

As expected, they were mostly pretty tame. Bernstein scored Broner's draw against Jessie Vargas from this past April in favor of his opponent, adding that "as usual Broner tarnished things a bit with his boorish postfight behavior

" He also laughed "well eloquently put by Broner LOL" referencing his comments targeting Keith Thurman: "After I F— up Vargas, I want you B—!" last March

Bernstein has also referred to Gervonta Davis as "a much better fighter than Broner" with "more skills" and he "works harder at the sport

"  These are reasonable criticisms and opinions, far below what would make what Broner said about him acceptable

Going further back, I did find a couple of more stinging Bernstein tweets. After Broner defeated Ashley Theophane in April 2016, Bernstein tweeted the following: Now Broner has to face his biggest challenge--staying out of jail

— Al Bernstein (@AlBernstein) April 2, 2016  Considering Broner is currently facing two court cases as he awaits the biggest fight of his career, is Bernstein really off base? "@AdrienBroner: Bitches ain't shit" ok, there must be some kind of deep symbolism to this erudite Broner tweet

I can't quite get it. Help?— Al Bernstein (@AlBernstein) August 26, 2013  There was, of course, the gross promotion of Broner's fight with Paulie Malignaggi, integrating a storyline where Broner says he stole his opponent's woman

Malignaggi wrongly engaged the topic, referring to the woman as his "sidepiece." Bernstein, like many of us in the media, had a problem with Broner's antics; Broner's interjection of the "girlfriend" issue into this fight weeks ago and and reintroducing it this weekend was classless

— Al Bernstein (@AlBernstein) June 24, 2013  One thing that must be said about Bernstein — he's never been anything, but fair to Broner on Showtime broadcasts

He's as professional as it gets — the polar opposite of Broner in every way.  As fights draw closer, Broner always adopts a him against the world mentality

When engaging with reporters, he made note of which reporters had written negative things about him

In the past, it hasn't translated into victory in the ring. Perhaps Saturday against Manny Pacquiao will be different

If not, he will again be remembered for his boorish behavior surrounding the fight, which alone has been enough to earn him marquee fights

Why change now?

Chris Brown DENIES violent and brutal rape allegations in five-star Parisian hotel - Duration: 11:54.

she met Brown at the Crystal Lounge nightclub on the Champs Elysee Rapper Chris Brown has denied that he raped a model during a drug-fueled party that turned 'violent and brutal' in his five star hotel in Paris

'For my daughter and my family this is so disrespectful and is against my character and morals,' Brown wrote in an all-caps caption to an Instagram post on Tuesday following his detention in Paris

'This is false,' he wrote. The image on the post simply read: 'This b***h lyin'.Brown, 29, and two other men detained in the case were released from custody on Tuesday night after staying overnight in jail, the Paris prosecutor's office said

Prosecutors said the investigation is ongoing. The woman at the center of allegations said her horrifying ordeal occurred at the Mandarin Oriental in the center of the French capital, where suites can cost more than $24,000 per night

It was in the exclusive hotel that the 24-year-old woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, says she was attacked by Brown, his bodyguard and a family friend

In an interview with French Closer magazine, the woman said she met Brown 'through a friend' who works at the Crystal Lounge nightclub on the Champs Elysee

'This friend asked me what I was doing the next day, and if I would like to meet Chris Brown,' said the woman, who finally met the rapper on January 15

'I said yes and the next day, on Tuesday, I had an appointment at 11.30pm at the Mandarin Oriental hotel to meet the rapper

At the reception of the hotel, I found myself with friends of his and other girls

We went up to his suite to pick him up and we all went to a nightclub called 'The Quay'

'Everything was going well.Around 4am, they decided to go back to the hotel.I wanted to go home, but someone in Chris Brown's entourage took me by the arm and said: 'Come on, we'll have a good evening

' 'Leaving the nightclub, there were two Mercedes vans that were full up.So I said, 'There's no place, I'm going home

'Then I was told, 'No, come on!'.And I was put in Chris Brown's car with another girl

' The group got back to Brown's rooms at the Mandarin Oriental. The woman told Closer: 'Before entering the suite, the bodyguard took all our cell phones

It didn't seem surprising given the artist's notoriety and I didn't worry.Once in the suite, we were offered drinks

There was cocaine and cannabis.'There were about fifteen girls, friends of Chris Brown

The music was loud, people were coming in and out .It was a bit chaotic.' Asked if prostitutes were present, the woman said: 'I don't know

There were only very pretty girls.' She continued: 'At one point, I went to the bathroom

Chris Brown followed me and took me by the right arm.He made me enter a sort of dressing room

He closed the door.' Saying the rape followed, the woman explained: 'It lasted 25 to 30 minutes

It's still too difficult for me to explain in detail what he did, but it was brutal and violent

'He was threatening and aggressive.I was very afraid.Once it was over, he opened the door

I told him that I wanted to pick up my cell phone and go home.'Chris Brown went to see one of his friends

I thought this person was going to accompany me to the bodyguard for my cell phone, but that's not what he did

'He took me to his room, he locked the door and he abused me too.It was the same with the bodyguard

All I wanted to do was go home.I was too scared. There were three muscular men, aggressive and menacing

I couldn't do anything.I'm traumatized, I can't overcome what happened to me and resume my habits

It's horrible, I'm lost.' Asked by Closer how she managed to escape, the woman said: 'I said that I had to go to bed, that I had classes the next day

I cried. When he saw me like that, he returned my cell phone and I left.' Following the attack in the early hours of January 16, the woman waited two days, until Friday January 18 to go to the police in Paris

Confirming she had been hesitant, the woman said: 'Yes.I was scared. They have my address, my cell number, my picture

'But I didn't want them to be able to do the same thing to other girls.Chris Brown is the kind of person who thinks himself powerful and thinks himself above the law, but no

I'll go to the end.Abused three times in the same evening by three different men – it's unbearable to live with

' The woman said she did not know if other women claim to have been raped that night

'I don't know,' she said.'Sometimes girls do not dare to speak. They are scared and I understand them, but I want them to stop doing this to girls who have not asked for anything

'I just thought I was having a good night with a star.I didn't imagine that I was going to find myself locked up with aggressive and menacing men who forced me to do things I did not want to do

' The three men, including Brown, were finally arrested at the hotel on Monday, and face charges of 'aggravated rape' and 'violation of drugs legislation', including using a 'banned drug'

Referring to Brown, a prosecuting source in Paris said: 'He is accused of a rape and is being held at the judicial police offices in the 1starrondissement

'He was arrested with two others on Monday, and interviews and other enquiries are ongoing

All three men can be held for a period of up to 48 hours.' A source close to the case claimed yesterday that 'a number of the suspects were carrying cocaine, which police found at the hotel after responding to a complaint

' The singer's bodyguard is one of the two other men detained, according to police officials

Brown's publicists at Sony Music would not immediately comment. In 2009, Brown was charged with domestic violence in the United States against superstar singer Rihanna, his then girlfriend

He admitted the offences, and was sentenced to community service. He completed his probation in that case in 2015 but has been beset by a series of further legal issues including further accusations of assault

The musician has been seen in the French capital in recent days attending events in the city's fashion week

On Saturday night he was seen with his model girlfriend Ammika Harris at Paris nightclub Cirque Bonheur

Le Crystal, also known as the Crystal Lounge, describes itself as a 'VIP clubbing experience bang in the middle of Paris'

Brown was discovered by a record label when he was a boy working at his father's gas station in Virginia

First identified as a rapper, Brown has since found success with his rich singing voice

He is best-known for hits in the 2000s such as 'Run It' and 'Kiss Kiss.'He retains a loyal fandom, including nearly 50 million followers on Instagram

Do czasu… Aż do akcji wkroczył Artur (Tomasz Ciachorowski) i

a o wszystkim oficjalnie poinformują Aleksandrę… Kobieta zachowa się jednak z klasą.

Ukryje rozczarowanie decyzją Marcina i obieca Lewińskiej kolejny kredyt zaufania.

Pojedzie tam w towarzystwie Ani.

W 1392 odcinku "M jak miłość" byli zakochani nareszcie będą mieli szansę ze sobą porozmawiać.

- Tak się cieszę, że to wszystko się już skończyło. - To dzięki twoim zeznaniom.

Dziękuję. Arturowi grozi wieloletnia odsiadka...

Jest podejrzenie o oszustwa podatkowe, przemyt alkoholu...

- A możemy o nim już nie rozmawiać? - poprosi Iza. - Jasne. O!

- Pogadamy wieczorem! - Wieczorem będzie za późno, Iza pojechała właśnie do notariusza…

Wreszcie Chodakowska poprosi o wsparcie drugiego syna - Olka (Maurycy Popiel).

Iza miała swoją szansę, zresztą niejedną i wszystko zniszczyła!

Masz porozmawiać z bratem, rozumiesz? Porozmawiasz z nim?

- Tak jest... Jeszcze tego samego dnia w 1405 odcinku "M jak miłość"

Aleksandra zacznie namawiać Marcina na ŚLUB Z ANIĄ!

Rel Co-Creator Kevin Barnett Honored by Costar Lil Rel Howery and More: 'I'm Truly Heartbroken' - Duration: 4:03.

Kevin Barnett's costars are remembering the co-creator after his sudden death in Mexico.

The comedian, 32, passed away unexpectedly while vacationing in the country, the Last Podcast Network — on which Barnett co-hosted weekly podcast —confirmed on Tuesday. His cause of death is currently unknown.

Barnett co-created Fox's comedy series , which premiered in September, alongside Lil Howery and Josh Rabinowitz.

Following the devastating news, Howery, 39, struggled to find the words to pay tribute to his fellow costar and friend in an Instagram post.

"I was trying to figure out what to say but I can't I'm truly heartbroken by this and just really hurt as the hours pass…" he wrote alongside a photo of Barnett. "So gifted and so dope and a true friend!!!! I don't know what else to say this is crazy to me!!!!"

Joining him in remembering Barnett were fellow costars Jess Hilarious and Jordan L. Jones.

out with sinners I'm a sinner come join the group of sinners which is

the second change in your mind change the way you think about God he loves

hanging out with sinners he loves hanging out with bad people

number two the church is a church of sinners listen no big people say oh the

church is filled with hypocrites yeah it should be the church is a church of

adulterers of promiscuous people of greedy people of lustful people of

David Beckham follows 'Class of 92' by becoming shareholder of Salford City - Duration: 2:10.

Salford City have announced that David Beckham is set to take a 10% stake in National League club Salford City

The 'Class of 92' are part-owners with Gary and Phil Neville, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes and Nicky Butt, along with Beckham now set to own 60% of the club

Singapore businessmen Peter Lime owns the other 40%.  After the news was announced, Beckham explained why Salford means so much to him  "It is a really special club with a special group of people," said Beckham

"My early years in Manchester were all spent in Salford. I grew up there in many ways so to be able to finally join the lads and the club today is a great feeling

"Salford City has achieved so much success in a short space of time, the fans are incredible and I'm really excited to be spending more time in Salford again

"  Salford are currently third in the National League, just one point behind Leyton Orient and Solihull Moors

Promotion to League Two would see them reach the Football League for the first time in their history

Since the 'Class of 92' bought the club in 2014, Salford has been promoted four times and redeveloped their ground

And the club have admitted that they're delighted that Beckham is now on board

Gillette Ad Reaction - What It Means For The Modern Gentleman - Duration: 16:26.

Welcome back to the Gentleman's Gazette!

In today's video, we discuss the ad we believe the best a man can be which has been quite

controversial in the last few days.

Because we're called the Gentleman's Gazette and we hold ourselves out to help men be gentlemen,

we thought it was a good time to discuss what it means to be a gentleman or masculinity

and men in general.

So without further ado, let's watch the video and I'll comment along.

Okay so it's obviously about the me too movement, honestly, to me, saying, Gillette, the best

a man can get, it's like saying McDonald's, the highest quality health food a man can

get.

It's just a complete empty statement that couldn't be further from the truth but again,

that's just my opinion.

Yeah, bullying is not something a gentleman should engage in, neither is sexual harassment,

but if we actually take a step back and look at a piece that we created in 2016, it's called

what it means to be a gentleman today, and we simply tried to analyze what it means in

this day and age because you know back in the day, there were simply different terms

for gentleman right?

It used to be a courteous or honorable man but all those things don't necessarily ring

true anymore in this day and age.

So we came up with these 11 points, right?

One is a gentleman is imperfect.

A gentleman has high standards, he's well dressed, he has good manners, he's open-minded,

he's interesting and informed, his actions match his words and he treats other people

with respect.

Now, when you touch a woman's ass, that's anything but respectful because you just treat

her as an object, right?

So I know there was a time when this was considered okay or men would say "Well, she wants it"

Frankly, I'm happy to live in this day and age where everyone should be able to decide

whether they can be touched or not and they can express feelings and they're in control

what happens to their body and not someone else.

Honestly, I would agree!

Just laughing things off or saying "Oh, it's not that big of a deal"l is not gonna solve

the deeper issue of an imbalance of power that is often there.

Now, don't get me wrong!

Everything we do is for men and we will never do a ladies Gazette or a Woman's Gazette because

we're passionate about helping men and becoming better.

Now a great man who is often not discussed at first when it comes to a gentleman, Vin

Diesel.

He had those wise words to say "Being male is a matter of birth, being a man is a matter

of age but being a gentleman is a matter of choice" and to me, that really rings home

because it is very very true.

I didn't have a decision in whether I'm a man or not, I was born that way.

When I turned 18, I became a man but by trying to become better every day and to live to

a certain standard where I treat others with respect, I hold myself out to be a gentleman

where I'm aspiring to be one.

I know it's hard, we all make mistakes, I did them and

we're not always on our A game, however, that doesn't mean that we can't strive to be that.

Okay, so in this case, for example, I doubt the gentleman actually thinks that he's behaving

in an ungentlemanly way but by touching her and saying what she's actually trying to say

is he's basically belittling her right? and you never as a gentleman want to belittle

others, you want to treat them respectfully and a question to ask is, would he have treated

a man or would he have treated an equal like that?and the answer is probably not because

putting your hand on someone's shoulder and trying to articulate what they want to say

is usually what you do with a little boy or when you basically want to show that they're

just learning and they're not up to par yet to talk at the table with the big shots.

Now, boys will be boys, yes!

I was a boy.

Boys are often more rambunctious, they want to fight, and they want to have little toy

weapons and while all that is okay, it's not okay to accept other kids being bullied or

beaten up simply because they're different and frankly, when I was a boy, I engaged in

behavior where we had one guy in our school and we knew that he would kind of flip out

or go crazy when we just kind of teased him and so we would tease him just to get that

reaction.

Looking back, that was a very ungentlemanly behavior and I think it would have been great

if someone would have stepped up and gone in between and told us boys "Hey it's not

okay to do that" and rather than just ignoring it and letting us tease that boy who probably

had a very hard time.

Yes, it's true.

The me-too movement is here, it is real and it's good.

I think that it's a subject of discussion because oftentimes, it was not discussed or

just treated as something that is not worth being discussed.

I don't know to me it seems more like a marketing slogan that they try to use to push their

products but if I remove myself from that, I think being a gentleman is inherently connected

to improving and getting better, taking criticism, and just learn from it and grow.

What I mean by that is if we stop getting better, we already stopped being good and

it's something that all Oliver Cromwell once said and it was a very wise slogan.

So just because this ad is bringing up negative behavior that some men, not all men express

or demonstrate, doesn't mean that all men are bad but I think it's a good reminder to

just reevaluate our own behavior because I think, often, we don't think about our own

behavior as bad but others, particularly women, look at it and feel like it's sexist whereas

we think "oh it's totally okay" In my opinion, it's just good to take a step back and say

"hey what behaviors do i display that may be sexist?

For example, the other day we got some books from Germany and I was just reading them to

my daughter and they were about you know market squares and firefighters and policemen and

I was just reading it to her and my wife said "oh well it's not just a fireman which is

the word for firefighter in German but also a firewoman" and so once I took a closer look

at it, I realized all the activities of firefighters or policemen, it was all male across the board,

all the construction workers, it was all male.

Now, yes, it's true most of our time these jobs are run by men but women can do them

as well and by having books and just teaching our little children that only men can do those

things, we engage in sexist behavior and I didn't even realize it so it's just sometimes

good to take a step back and think about those things.

What's displayed here is more like a form of civil courage.

When you see something that is not okay, you speak up and I think as a gentleman, that's

always the honorable thing to do, you don't just walk away and let others do their thing

but if you see that someone is getting beaten up, speak up.

If you see that a woman is maybe harassed or treated in a way that makes her uncomfortable,

speak up and give her the feeling of comfort and I think that's something where, we as

men, can just reevaluate our behavior and think what we're doing is truly respecting

others, including women.

Yeah, that's another aspect of it right?

If we're men and we are insecure in ourselves, it's great to help others feel better and

empower them and ultimately, being a person that others want to be around with, that helps

them to grow rather than someone who tries to push him down or belittles them.

I think that's something that we can all aspire to as human beings and just as men or women

or LGBT, it doesn't matter.

It's just equality that great people have.

Yeah, it's the old game right?

Do as I say, not do as I do.

Living by example is a lot more powerful than just telling people what to do and actually

showing, as a dad or someone who is an important figure in someone else's life and acting responsibly,

has a huge impact which is why a lot of sports people oftentimes get disciplined if they

don't act well in public because it has such a big impact on kids and if it's okay for

other people to do stuff, then little kids think it's okay for them to do stuff.

So our actions don't just affect ourselves but also others who look up to us.

So keep that in mind!

The best a man can get, looking at the ad as a whole, I think a lot of people got offended

by it because they felt like it was just pointing out negative things about men.

Now, I think it pointed out certain aspects of negative male behavior that is sometimes

displayed and it's something that men can change, that they can get over with.

A lot of men don't actually do this stuff which is great and men are important in our

society, right?

I mean men fight in the military, men help to rescue others, the suicide rate for men

is higher, depression rate for men is higher, so men sacrifice a lot in our society and

it doesn't mean that men are not valued or that they have to change everything they do

but there are certain aspects where we engage in a certain sexist behavior or we do things

that belittle others and I think that can be changed and that's a valid point.

Do I think Gillette did that because they genuinely believe in that?

Frankly, I don't know.

I'm rather doubtful.

To me, it's a big marketing thing because they're really having a hard time, from a

business point of view, they're selling products to women and they just want to be a part of

the conversation and clearly, with 24 million views after just a week, they're achieving

that goal.

Will it help them turn around sales?

I don't know, I'm rather doubtful because the product itself sucks but at the end of

the day, I think it's good to discuss these things and bring men to think about their

behavior and maybe have others think about their behavior too.

Just because being a woman doesn't mean you can't

belittle others or you can be unfair to others.

If you look at things like the CEOs of Fortune 500 companies, do you realize that 95% of

men or an average, men still earn more than women not necessarily because they do better

work but because they're traditionally considered to be the breadwinner so it is just something

to consider and looking at overall wealth, I mean 88% of all billionaires today are men.

I think we have some ways to go to achieve true gender equality but that doesn't mean

I have to be apologetic of being a man and I'm very secure in who I am but it doesn't

mean that I can't improve.

I try to improve every day, I want to make our website better, I want to make our products

better, I want to be a better dad, and I want to treat people better and having that mindset,

I think helps me and if I'm just shutting down when someone criticizes me and just say

"oh I'm offended I'm not gonna do or buy this product again" because they criticize me in

a way, then that stops me from from getting better because I have a picture of myself

in mind and by putting down any valid criticism, you're just actually holding yourself back

from achieving that level.

So again, I'm not telling you what to do or that you're a bad person, I'm just saying

reconsider your behavior think about it and be conscious of it and that's what you can

do to be a better man and therefore, you can strive to be a gentleman and aspire to be

that and help others and help them grow and be a better person.

I know it was a slightly different video if you enjoyed it please leave some comments

and let me know what you thought and see you again with another video about Canada goose

on Friday.

Serena Williams crashes out of the Australian Open - Duration: 4:57.

Tennis giant Serena Williams has crashed out of the Australian Open after a devastating upset against Czech star Karolina Pliskova

World No.8 Pliskova saved four match points to send the seven-times champion packing in a heated final set after a more than two hour long showdown at Rod Laver Arena

Seventh-seeded Pliskova rallied from 5-1 down in a tense deciding set to advance to her first semi-final at Melbourne Park with a 6-4 4-6 7-5 victory over the American on Wednesday

'I played too passive,' the Czech winner said about the final set.'On the one hand I was (almost) in the locker room, now I'm standing here

It's a good feeling.' 'My mind was in the locker room .She was really playing well

' Williams looked to be on rocky ground from the outset of the three-set thriller after Pliskova stole a 3-1 advantage in the first set

The 37-year-old quickly picked up her game and managed to crawl back to deuce.Though 11 unforced errors and no break point opportunities overall from Williams did the player no favours and an unflagging Pliskova managed to steal the first set with a 6-4 win

Pliskova looked to steal the second set after she broke William's serve at 3-2, though Williams managed to bounce back to steal the set at 6-4

The grand slam titan looked set to take home a third set win and progress to the semi-finals as she was up 5-1

Though in an unexpected turn of events, Williams looked to have hurt her left ankle after she awkwardly tried to return the ball

'It has been a big shift,' commentator Jelena Dokic said.'She hasn't been able to push up for the serve

Also hasn't been able to move as well.'She has grimaced a couple of times and even limped after a couple of shots in that last game as well

It's definitely affecting her.' Pliskova seized on the opportunity of a noticeably affected Williams to crawl back to an even 5-5 before she ended the the decider on 7-5

'It was tough because she was really playing well,' Pliskova said of William's performance

'I didn't have many chances in the third set and I was too passive, mentally down

'I said let's try this game 5-2, maybe I will have a couple of chances.'She did get a little bit shaky in the end

So I took my chances and I won.' Williams limped off the centre court visibly upset - only in the 2014 Australian Open did the American player exit the competition as early

Williams had set her sights on matching Margaret Court and her all-time Grand Slam titles record of 24, which would have happened if she won in Melbourne

Her next shot for the record will be at the French Open 'Roland Garros' in Paris later this year

Pliskova will play Japanese fourth seed and reigning US Open champion Naomi Osaka in Thursday's semi-finals

Rami Malek says he was 'not aware of' Bryan Singer allegations before making Bohemian Rhapsody - Duration: 7:10.

Rami Malek put all of his focus into portraying Queen frontman Freddie Mercury — so much so that he wasn't aware of the allegations surrounding the film's director Bryan Singer

On Tuesday, shortly after learning he earned an Oscar nomination for best actor in Bohemian Rhapsody, Malek, 37, explained where his mindset was in the early stages of filming the blockbuster biopic

"As far as I knew, I was considered before Bryan was even attached," he told the Los Angeles Times

"So I had my head down preparing for this for about a year ahead of time, and I never really looked up

"  Of his time working with Singer, 53, who was repeatedly accused of sexual misconduct, Malek said, "I didn't know much about Bryan

I think that the allegations and things were, believe it or not, honestly something I was not aware of, and that is what it is

"  "Who knows what happens with that … but I think somehow we found a way to persevere through everything that was thrown our way," he continued

"Perhaps that was Freddie himself doing it because we wanted to make a product that was worthy of him

Who knows? I'm just proud that this cast and crew collectively raised their game and we depended on one another

"  "It was a testament to everyone's spirit and courage and skill. And one thing I will say about everyone — almost everyone — we never gave up," the actor added

Singer was fired the film and replaced by Dexter Fletcher for allegedly being "unexpectedly unavailable" for several days on set

The director has had multiple accusations of sexual misconduct levied against him

In 2014, aspiring model and actor Michael Egan filed a civil suit against the director, claiming he forced him into sex during parties in California and Hawaii in the late 1990s

The director's attorney, Martin Singer, called the lawsuit "absurd and defamatory

"  Singer also submitted evidence he claimed proved he was not in Hawaii at the time of the alleged assault

Egan later parted ways with his attorney after declining to enter into a settlement

He ultimately dropped the lawsuit, saying he could not find a new lawyer to represent him

In 2015, Egan was sentenced to two years in prison after pleading guilty to committing securities and wire fraud, according to Variety

Later in 2014, a second accuser filed a sexual abuse lawsuit against Singer. When he was 17, the man claimed in the lawsuit, Singer fondled him and tried to force him to have sex

Singer denied the allegations.  The director responded to a report that Esquire would be publishing an exposé on him last year, writing, "In today's climate where people's careers are being harmed by mere accusations, what Esquire is attempting to do is a reckless disregard for the truth, making assumptions that are fictional and irresponsible

"  On Tuesday, Bohemian Rhapsody netted five total Oscar nominations, including best picture, days after it crossed an astounding $800 million at the worldwide box office

The film, which has become the highest-grossing music biopic of all time, tells the story of Queen lead singer Mercury, played by Malek, and the band's rise to fame

At the 2019 Golden Globes, the film won the award for best motion picture, drama, and Malek also took home best actor in a drama

Malek later explained his decision to leave Singer out of his acceptance speech following the awards

"There's only one thing we needed to do and that was to celebrate Freddie Mercury in this film," he said backstage

"He is a marvel. There is only one Freddie Mercury and nothing would compromise us giving him the love, celebration and adulation he deserves
