is more likely to be more negative in mood than positive.

Music psychologist Tim Byron says

part of the reason things feel sadder

is because songs are slowing down.

Where five to ten years ago,

songs by artists like Katy Perry and Lady Gaga

reached around 120 beats per minute,

in recent years, that tempo has slowed -

leaving more room for sad emotions.

Hey mamas... in my last video I talked about my plan to make this year the most

what I call a manifesting hot list, coupled with focus and action. But I want to take that one step further today and

talk to you about the number one thing you need to give up

to truly level up this year as a confident and satisfied

mama. And it's not sugar, or wine or your Amazon addiction. You have to give up trying to be

perfect!

Stop trying to be the perfect mom, the perfect wife, the perfect daughter, the perfect friend.

Always striving to do everything perfectly does nothing but stress you out and make you miserable. It drains your

enthusiasm, crushes your confidence and takes you away from the pleasure that you both need and deserve.

Not to mention the fact that it can also crush your libido.

This drive for perfection comes at us

moms from all directions, right? Everywhere you look people are telling you the right way and the wrong way to be a mom and

For each expert that says their way is the best, there are another 10

Telling you why that way is wrong and it's no wonder that the minds of mothers everywhere

Have been poisoned to thinking that they have to live the perfect, instalife and be the perfect instamom. But,

It's time for us to learn a different way

Now I know it's easier said than done. We see images of seemingly perfect

Moms and families and while we know we shouldn't compare ourselves to them

sometimes we can't help but head straight first into a downward spiral of

social media

Comparison, right? Suddenly, our inner voices switch from saying let's have the best year ever

I'm doing amazing. To... I'm not good enough my actions weren't right

I don't do enough. I'm not successful enough. I don't spend enough time at

my kids school or cook enough, or pay my partner enough attention in the bedroom, right? Or whatever that is for you and

Yes, it's normal to want to be the best mom you can be. But in 2019, it's high time we give up on

this quest

Perfection, right? Because it doesn't feel good

And that feeling of being lesser than... it's on the opposite side of a spectrum from feeling satisfied and

sensual and happy and confident! And in the few weeks

That I've been focused on this new attitude of giving up the quest for perfection, I gotta tell you,

it's been one of the most liberating

empowering, thrilling and

sexy actions that I have taken for myself and that you can take for yourself. But, you must stop

Comparing yourself to other moms. This is the first step in your quest to give up

Perfection the big problem with comparing yourself to other moms

is that it shifts you from feeling confident and happy, to feeling like you're struggling, in an instant right?

Do we really need more struggle in our life? No mama, we do not! So,

here's what I want you to do... This is the exercise I want you to do to break out of the comparison trap, right? In

moments where you are suddenly seized by a sense of crippling comparison

like, when you spot that seemingly perfect mom... with a perfect child... and the perfect hair and outfit and perfect husband and perfect shades of

Perfect ass across the room... I want you to take a deep breath and shift your focus back to you.

Tell yourself

Silently or out loud, I do enough!

Right here, right now

Today. I do enough, I am enough and then ask yourself the question, "how can I have more fun in this moment?" Right?

Creating more fun in that

Moment is actually a really effective antidote to the despair of comparison

Then I want you to recognize something even more profound... That she is you, and you are her.

The crazy thing is you can bet that while you're comparing yourself to that perfect mom across the room,

she's comparing herself to someone else too. Because we all

struggle with motherhood, right? You know that we all do. So instead of shrinking into the negativity of perfection

Comparison, walk over to that woman and strike up a conversation with her.

Ask her how her day is? Ask her what she's feeding the kids for dinner?

Ask her with the bag biggest parenting lesson that she's learned

Thus far on her journey? Not because you want to be like her, but because there's so much we can learn from each other's unique

Mothering styles. The point here is to actually practice

soothing your quest for perfection and to actively allow the

comparison and jealousy to fade away, making room for your confidence to rise and

real connection and even a potential new friendship with her to develop. Now, if your feelings of competition and

Perfectionism are fueled by

obsessively trolling those perfect

Moms on Instagram and Pinterest, take a break from looking at her page. Or just unfollow her for a while.

Search for more relatable moms, with a less-than-perfect social media presence that actually celebrates their mistakes and finds

Humor, right, within parenting. the bottom line here is this... For 2019,

commit to the idea of

"You do you"... And do you, like the beautiful badass

Mama you are. Because the truth is that we are all amazing mothers. So we may as well stop wasting our precious

energy and time comparing ourselves to others and obsessing about doing things

perfectly. Instead, let's embrace our greatness and create space to have more fun and to delight in the

Perfectly imperfect experience of raising kids with the person you love. So...

How to solve for an angle given a right triangle - Duration: 2:43.

Welcome back to speller math tutorials in

Today's clip were given a right triangle what we need to solve for X and we're going to use that value of x to find

this particular angle BYZ

So we have this triangle XYZ

It has an altitude that creates a right angle and then we have two expressions for two of the missing angles

We have to start here with the right angle because we know right angles have a measure of 90 degrees

So we're going to use that to leverage this

expression so to do that we're going to rewrite as

8x plus 2 and we know that expression should equal 90 degrees and then we're going to

work the simple equation by solving for x

We're going to begin by subtracting 2 from both sides leaving us with 8x is equal to 90 minus 2 gives us 88

And then to isolate the X we're going to divide both sides by 8 and doing so we're left with

An X and then 80 8 divided by 8 gives us a value of 11

for the X

Now, let's check our work first. So here we know that the x is 11

So let's substitute that back into this original equation and let's do that check over here

So that's really 8 times 11 plus 2 and we know that should be 90

Well 8 times 11 is 88 you may write that we rewrite the plus 2 equals 90

So 88 plus 2 is 90. So here we know that the value of x is correct

Now we need to find the measure of angle B Y Z or B Y Z. Is this angle here?

And we want to use this expression 5x

Minus 3. So we rewrite that as 5x minus 3, we know the value of x is 11

So we're going to substitute that in so this is really 5 times 11 minus 3

5 times 11 is 55

then rewrite the minus 3 and then 55 minus 3 is

52 so we found that the measure of angle B Y Z is actually 52 degrees

Moore is Jussie Smollett's music manager.

In the fallout from Smollett's allegations that he was the victim of a homophobic and racist attack on the streets of Chicago on the night of January 29, the "Empire" actor says he was on the phone with Moore.

Smollett says that he was attacked around 2 a.m.

outside of a Subway restaurant in the city.

He added that his attackers yelled at him, saying he was in "MAGA country." Smollett also said that his attackers put a noose around his neck as well as calling him "n****" and "f*****.".

In February 2015, Smollett signed a recording contract with Columbia Records.

He sang two songs, "I Wanna Love You" and "You're So Beautiful" on the first season soundtrack for "Empire." Smollett released his debut album, "Sum of my Music," in March 2018.

Here's what you need to know:.

Speaking to Variety, Moore backed up Smollett's story saying, "I heard that clearly.

I had the scuffle and I heard the racial slur." The Variety report says that Moore would not go into more detail because of the pending investigation.

Chicago police communications officer, Anthony Guglielmi, told NBC News on January 31 that Smollett has refused to hand over his phone in relation to the investigation.

It had earlier been reported that when Smollett asked the responding officers to turn off their body cameras.

Moore's other major client is rapper YG.

In 2015, the pair co-founded 4Hunnid Records together.

A year later, Billboard Magazine reported that 4Hunnid had entered into a joint venture with Interscope Records.

The article refers to Moore and YG as "longtime friends and partners." Interscope CEO John Janick is quoted in the article as saying, "YG has an unbelievable eye for talent and an innate understanding of what people want to hear.

His career as an artist proves that.

I know 4Hunnid and Interscope will do great things together." Moore is listed as the co-writer of two songs from YG's debut album, "My Krazy Life.".

While Moore told Billboard, "I've been a part of YG's management team since 2009 so I been there through the inception of a bad deal.

I've seen him progress and take advantage of a situation and go from an artist that nobody believed in, that everybody thought was a one-hit wonder to a multi-platinum artist and one of the most respected artists in the business.

I've seen him grow as a businessman and I feel like he hasn't even scratched the surface of his potential.".

Moore refers to himself as a music executive on his LinkedIn page.

Moore shares YG management duties with Brad Scoffern and John Bogaard of Ceremony of Roses.

On his Twitter page, Brandon Moore refers to himself as a "West Coast Don." Moore also worked for management company Stampede Management.

On January 30, police in Chicago released images of persons wanted for questioning in relation to the assault on Smollett.

Public safety group CWB Chicago tweeted in response to the release of the photos, "A consideration regarding the 'potential persons of interest' being sought by police in connection with reported hate crime incident in Streeterville: The men are walking *away* from the attack scene 15-30 minutes *before* the incident, per police timing of events." Police were called to Smollett's friend's apartment around 2:30 a.m.

on January 29 by a friend of the actor.

It is not clear if that residence is located in the same building that the actor lives in.

Smollett did not request paramedics and took himself to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where he was treated and released.

ABC Chicago's Rob Elgas reports that surveillance video from the apartment building, that Smollett went to after the incident, shows the actor walking "into the building, walks by building security and gets on an elevator.

This video is better quality [than the one showing the persons of interest] according to detectives.

And what appears to be road salt is on his sweatshirt.".

ABC News reports that the death threats that were sent to the "Empire" set and were addressed to Smollett, are being investigated by the FBI.

Egypt Criss has been dating boyfriend Sam for the past few seasons of Growing Up Hip Hop, but it appears that rapper Lil Twist has plans to make a move on Egypt.

During a book signing, Twist showed up and made Sam increasingly nervous.

Lil Twist, born Christopher Lynn Moore, has previously stated that he thinks Egypt is cute and believes he "fits the part more." The sneak peak for tonight's episode of Growing Up Hip Hop shows that Sam and Lil Twist nearly come to blows over Egypt.

Sam explained his side of the story, criticizing Lil Twist for being fake around him.

Twist has a long and detailed history of dating fellow celebrities.

According to Who Dated Who, he dated actress Paige Hurd from 2010 to 2012, models Chantel Jeffries and Ashley Moore in 2012 and 2013 respectively, and Kylie Jenner in 2014.

Twist is one of the latest additions to the Growing Up Hip Hop cast alongside Lil Eazy-E, the son of the late, great Eazy-E.

Sam Has Butted Heads With Egypt's Mom Sandra Denton On Several Occasions.

Sam and Egypt have been dating since January 2018, and have regularly posted photos of each other on their social media accounts.

Egypt posted a photo of Sam along with a caption for their six month anniversary.

An East El Paso gaming store is robbed by two men. Security cameras captured the

robbery, and investigators from the El Paso Police Department are asking for

your help in finding these two robbers through the Crime Stoppers, "Crime of the Week."

On the night of Saturday, January 12th, 2019, at 8:40 p.m. two men walked

into the GameStop store located at 1830 north Zaragosa. The men asked the

employees if they had an Xbox One X NBA 2k19 bundle in stock. The employees put

the requested item on the counter, while the two men continued to look at other

merchandise. After a short while the men approached the counter and a struggle

ensued as the suspects attempted to steal the console. One of the men punched

the female employees, and both suspects ran out of the store with the

merchandise. The employees ran after the suspects, at which time the men made a

threat of having a gun and shooting the employees. Both suspects are described as

Hispanic males, in the early to mid 20s, with light complexion, short hair, and a

medium build. The first suspect was wearing a black bomber style jacket, a

white button-up shirt, and light blue denim jeans. The second suspect was

wearing a light blue t-shirt with the word Fox on it,

white long-sleeve t-shirt underneath light blue denim jeans and black

athletic shoes. Anyone with any information on the identity of these
