Dirty Text Messages In His Girlfriends Phone Reveals Dark Secrets (Full Episode) | Couples Court - Duration: 16:45.
This is Couples Court With The Cutlers.
This is the case of Benning v. Bodine.
You all have been dating for two years, you were engaged.
But you've put this relationship on hold
because you believe that she's cheating on you.
Yes sir.
Why are you here today?
Um, honestly, I have always wanted a family of my own.
Uh, my mother passed away when I was 14 years old.
And it just left me real lost, real lonely.
And so, I've one thing I've always wanted as a kid, you know.
And, I met Kayla and
I just thought, that was the one, you know,
had a baby and...
I just felt like, finally, that hole, I filled it, you know.
I had a family again. That's what I wanted.
I can hear it in your voice, the emotion that you have
tied to this particular moment in time.
And so your family is everything to you at this point.
Oh yeah. I don't have much, so...
She is what I got. (CHUCKLES NERVOUSLY)
And so, this thing that you have wanted
is on the line because you believe Miss Bodine is cheating.
BENNING: Yes.
JUDGE DANA: Miss Bodine, He's put it all in your, in your hands.
He's saying you are his world, you're family.
Are you cheating?
No, Your Honor.
And why are you here?
Because I wanna save my relationship.
I want to prove that I am not cheating.
He makes me a better person.
Like, he's my world.
JUDGE DANA: All right.
JUDGE KEITH: You've been together,
you were happy obviously at one point. You even got engaged.
But now, it's on hold.
What went wrong?
Well... (CHUCKLES)
Five months ago, like I said, the baby was born.
I received a text message while I'm in the hospital.
I'm sitting across from Kayla who is in labor.
I received a text message from a guy telling me that the baby's not mine.
That... that Kayla has been out,
she's been sleeping with him and she's been playing us against each other.
I'm in the hospital with her.
What do you do when you get this info... I mean, what's going through your mind?
It just felt like this man was trying to take something from me
that I worked so hard for.
And, I mean, it's still, when I think about it. It's really...
It gets to me, it upsets me a lot.
JUDGE KEITH: Because you wanted this family.
I still want this.
You never even heard that there might be another guy somewhere.
No, I had no clue. I thought I was the one.
I'm the one, you know, paying for everything,
we're living together, we both got jobs, like...
I...
How was I supposed to know you're out doing something else?
I had no clue.
What do you say to Miss Bodine when you get this message?
I confronted her about it.
I showed it to her and I said, you know,
"Do you know this guy? Are you sleeping with him?"
I was told that she slept with him back in the past while we were not together.
But that she hadn't even talked to him recently. She knew nothing about it.
She told me that he was trying to start problems between us,
that he wanted her back.
Miss Bodine, is this a gentleman you have been with in the past?
Yes, Your Honor, while we was broken up last year.
I have not talked to this man since
July of this year, while we was on a break.
I have never talked to this man while me and Mr. Benning was together.
So, why is he texting your boyfriend, your fiance,
saying that the baby you are literally getting ready to deliver, is his.
BODINE: He wants to be with me, Your Honor.
He's trying to get us to argue so he can
break us up and have me.
And I don't want that.
So, this ex is still, has feelings for you?
Well, obviously, 'cause he's still messaging constantly.
JUDGE DANA: Okay.
You're saying he's messaged beyond this one
when she was in labor?
Oh, yeah, yeah. (CHUCKLES)
JUDGE DANA: Okay, tell us about that.
Well, I was at work
and I get a random message from the same guy.
He sends me a screenshot, just messages, messages,
whole, full conversation between them two.
We was not together, Your Honor.
I actually have one of messages here with me, that he sent.
And at the time that he had...
JUDGE DANA: Ron, could you please get that.
...these messages, we was not together, Your Honor.
We was not together. We was having a rocky spot in our relationship.
I don't care rocky spot or not. We have a baby, we are together.
JUDGE KEITH: So you believe you were on a break and you say you were never on a break.
But she was still your one and only.
BENNING: Yeah, and she knew that I wanted my family.
I've always told her, before the baby was born.
She's supposed to have her mother and her father together at all times.
That's what a family is.
All right. So the message you handed up to us,
this is a screenshot that was sent to you
by the same gentleman who claimed
that the baby, that Miss Bodine was having,
this is the same gentleman?
BENNING: Same guy.
JUDGE DANA: It starts with Miss Bodine. She sent the text.
(READING)
(AUDIENCE GASPING)
And he responds (READING)
(READING)
BODINE: We was not together, Your Honor.
How can you break up with somebody
and accuse them of cheating when we're not together?
We were not together.
JUDGE KEITH: So you admit...
You admit being with this man.
Yes, last year, while we was broken up.
I got these messages two months ago.
But you believe they were sent just recently.
I was at work, I received them just recently.
AUDIENCE: Ooh!
JUDGE DANA: So you still think she is being intimate with this gentleman?
Yeah, I do.
JUDGE DANA: Based on this message?
Yeah.
Are you being intimate with this gentleman?
No, I don't even know where he's at, Your Honor.
I sit in the house all day.
Obviously, you never used to. You asked him when he was coming back.
Two months ago, I have not talked to him.
You told me not to talk to him. Have I talked to him? I have not.
I did tell you not to talk to him. But it doesn't matter two months ago,
three months ago, I don't care. Your daughter is five months old.
Okay, well, I have not...
You should be talking to her dad.
Yes, I made a mistake. Yes.
BENNING: Her dad, not that dad.
But, I have not talked to him.
JUDGE DANA: So, in spite of, being in the delivery room
five months ago, anticipating your baby,
receiving a message from another man claiming
that that baby belongs to him,
you have stayed with Miss Bodine?
Yeah.
JUDGE DANA: Tell me why?
Like I've been saying this whole time, I want my family.
I... I wanna have that. I wanna have that
coming home, you know, your mom's helping you with your school work,
you know, you wanna have dinner where we're all sitting down together at the table.
It, I... I want that.
That's what I want.
JUDGE DANA: That's your dream?
That's what I want this whole time. Yes.
I want the white picket fence.
JUDGE DANA: Do you have any other reason to believe
that Miss Bodine is cheating?
Well, about a month ago, we got into a small argument over something stupid.
I couldn't... I don't really don't even remember what it was about.
JUDGE DANA: Okay.
You know, arguing a little bit,
She tossed her phone at my chest. It hit me in the chest
and she left the house.
So, me being depressed, sad, I go through the phone.
I'm seeing emails, text messages from all types of guys.
And once again, it's the same
disturbing messages that she sent that guy.
And, these are...
Multiple, multiple guys. Not this one.
And they are different from this first guy?
Yes, they're different. They're different.
JUDGE KEITH: Ron, would you hand us those papers please.
Thank you, sir.
BODINE: In the messages he is showing you,
was from August when we was not together, we was broken up.
BENNING: Not all of them are from August.
We were broken up.
JUDGE DANA: Okay, let's take a look.
Let's take a look at these messages.
JUDGE DANA: This is from one gentleman and it says "Text me" and
it gives a phone number.
And then, there's a second one
from June, where Miss Bodine says, "Text me baby."
She was living with me in June.
JUDGE KEITH: And so the next one says, "I wanna... Blank."
AUDIENCE: Ooh!
And then the final message...
Then there's another one.
And this is from July 16th
to a different person...
June, July, August.
JUDGE KEITH: ...that says,
"I like to... Blank.
"I wanna get... Blank and please you."
Now, you don't deny sending these text messages.
You're saying it was because you all were broken up.
We was broken up, we was in a rocky spot.
I can do whatever I want.
BENNING: I don't care. How was that... That was wrong.
We was broken up.
You do whatever you want while we were broken up, why can't I?
Who have I...
What makes it different
between you and I? Nothing.
It makes a big difference when you have a baby and you just out there...
JUDGE KEITH: What makes a difference...
I never had sex
with anybody else.
You haven't?
Well, these text messages...
I am talking!
It's talking.
Talking and doing is two different things.
Am I right?
JUDGE DANA: Well, here's the problem.
Talking and doing something,
talking and acting out is not two different things?
You're completely wrong.
When you're with somebody you do not do that.
We was not together!
Yes, we were.
So how are we... No!
We've been together since April when that baby was born.
No!
break us up and have me.
JUDGE DANA: Mr. Benning, just so the court is clear...
Yeah.
...you believe, because of these text messages
from June, July and August,
that she is in fact cheating.
I do.
JUDGE KEITH: And Miss Bodine, you say,
that you have not been with anyone. This is just talk.
Yes, Your Honor.
JUDGE KEITH: You've not been intimate with any man
other than Mr. Benning since your child has been born.
Yes Your Honor.
But I gotta tell you the talk that you having,
he has a reason to believe...
Yes, he does, Your Honor.
I don't deny that.
Mr. Benning, I see that you've bought a witness with you.
BENNING: Yes, I have.
Would you have the witness, would you stand up to the podium, please?
JUDGE KEITH: Would you state your name, please, for the court?
Uh, yes, Your Honor, my name is Anna Russeau.
Miss Russeau, what is your relationship with Mr. Benning?
Uh, his brother is my husband.
So, he's like my best friend, my brother, like, I love him to death.
And what do you know about Mr. Benning's and Miss Bodine's relationship?
Well, I met Jermaine
after Kayla was already pregnant.
So, that's when I was introduced to him.
So, through the end of the pregnancy
till, since Robin's been born.
I've seen it all, I've seen everything that they have gone through.
I've had to sit here and listen to Jermaine cry
because he is so upset about everything that is going on.
I've heard, I've sat there for hours
having him vent to me because he wants his family and he doesn't have it.
And it's heartbreaking.
I don't wanna see him go through this 'cause he deserves way better than that.
And we hear the heartbreak in his voice.
What have you witnessed and experienced?
A lot of their fights, a lot of their arguments.
When he was going through the phone, finding all this stuff,
I was sitting right next to him.
He was genuinely hurt and disturbed by what he found.
Yeah, I was.
Because he believed and it's your understanding
that they were in a relationship.
ANNA: Yeah.
An exclusive relationship.
Yeah, and it's like,
when you get, when he got mad and he'd tell her to leave
because you gotta walk away from stuff just to cool down.
Miss Bodine has testified that she has not had sex with anybody else
since the child was born.
What do you know or believe in that regard?
I believe she is lying.
From the messages that you see,
from just everything that we have found...
This is our business. This is the whole reason why we're here.
Because he wants to listen to his friends and not me.
This is all he does,
is listen to his friends. Why can you not have a mind of your own?
So, your belief...
BODINE: Yes!
At this point, it's nothing about listening to friends,
it's about this message that I'm staring at right now.
That is not a friend that I'm listening to.
That is you, that I'm listening to.
That is you on that message.
BODINE: It is!
Miss Russeau, thank you for your testimony, if you'll have a seat.
Mr. Benning, would you please tell Miss Bodine what is in your heart.
I can hear it but I don't think she hears it.
I mean, I don't see how she don't get it.
Kayla, you know I love you to death.
I always have. I told you at the first time we met.
I wanted to have your kids.
We have a kid together, we've been raising her.
And I don't understand why you have to do this.
What is... That's just wrong!
Why should I not be upset?
I mean, you have a right to be.
But then you really don't because we wasn't together.
I want this to work, I want my family.
I want the same thing you do.
If you wanted this to work, in June,
you would stop. But it kept going, in July,
and then there is one from August.
Dig deeper and I might find one from September, who knows.
And if you find out she is cheating,
what is that gonna do for your relationship?
I'm, I'm done. I can't keep putting myself through this.
I'm getting old, I'm stressing, I'm crying, I'm shaking, I can't keep doing this.
If she's cheating, I'm done.
Completely.
JUDGE DANA: So, you believe,
that cheating is if she's had sex
with some man since your child was born.
Yes.
JUDGE DANA: And if you should find out that that has occurred, you're done.
I'm done.
There's not a doubt in your mind, however,
that you have not cheated.
Right.
JUDGE DANA: And that's what you are here to prove?
Mmm-hmm.
But you understand...
But it's not cheating if we wasn't together.
But he is saying, you all have been together for the last five months.
BODINE: But, we haven't.
We took a break.
JUDGE KEITH: Whose idea was it to take a break?
His.
Because he's saying, you weren't on a break.
BODINE: We was.
You just left.
You, threw your phone at me, you left
last month.
Yes, I left.
You did that. I didn't do that.
'Cause you told me to leave.
You had the baby in the car seat and my clothes packed up.
Did I take you home?
You was wanting to.
Did I take you home? No, you left.
I did leave.
Okay.
That's my point.
JUDGE KEITH: And now, this is all on the line.
All of it.
And I hope she knows that she messed it up.
To get to the bottom of this,
the court ordered Miss Bodine to undergo a polygraph examination.
And we have those results.
But, Miss Bodine,
before we go to the results,
is there anything that you wanna tell this court and Mr. Benning?
That I love you and I wanna be together.
I want to put this behind us.
I love you too.
But if you've been cheating,
I can't put that behind me.
You testified...
BENNING: I'd put you behind me.
(AUDIENCE APPLAUDING)
Miss Bodine, you testified that since your daughter was born
you have not had sex with any other man.
Is that what you are telling this court?
Is that what you are telling this court?
Have you had sex with any other man since your daughter was born?
JUDGE KEITH: Now is your time to come clean.
On our break, yes, I have.
JUDGE KEITH: How many men?
Two.
(AUDIENCE GASPING)
You know what, wait a minute, wait a minute.
BENNING: What is a break?
Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.
BENNING: What is a break?
Wait.
Me too.
You too.
Yeah, 'cause I gotta have some mama talk up in here.
You are playing word games.
Own your mistakes, stop saying, "I was on a break."
You were with two men
after you had a baby with this man.
Period.
(AUDIENCE APPLAUDING)
Mr. Benning, tell her how you feel.
You've slept with another guy
while I was taking care of our daughter.
And I don't wanna have anything to do with you anymore.
Period.
JUDGE KEITH: Miss Bodine,
you hurt him and you heard him.
What do you have to say to him?
Wish your decision was different but I do love you.
I can't make my decision any different. I can't.
Mr. Benning, Miss Bodine,
you have this beautiful baby together
and she is the interest you have to protect.
To do that you have to be respectful of each other
because this is not about you, it's about her.
BENNING: It's for sure.
She's the lady of my life right now, I'd do anything for her.
With that, as we say in this court room,
everyone is entitled to a healthy, happy relationship.
I wish you the very best.
Court is adjourned.

Man Believes Wife Cheated While Serving In The Military (Full Episode) | Paternity Court - Duration: 17:16.
Please be seated.
Hello, Your Honor.
Hello.
This is the case of Brown-Murray v. Murray.
Thank you, Jerome, good day everyone.
AUDIENCE: Good day.
Ms. Brown-Murray.
First, I'd like to say thank you so much for your service to our country.
(AUDIENCE CLAPS)
Thank you.
Today, you say you stand before me outraged
because your husband has accused you of infidelity
while serving in Iraq.
Furthermore, you claim he now doubts paternity of your child.
BROWN-MURRAY: Yes, Your Honor.
Mr. Murray, you argue that your wife did indeed cheat on you while serving overseas.
You contend that there's no way you could be the father
because she announced she was pregnant too soon after returning home.
Yes, Your Honor.
Ms. Brown-Murray, what is life like overseas for a married woman?
I'll be honest, when you're overseas at first,
I mean, there's gonna be temptations, there's gonna be
guys who look good and there's gonna be guys all around
and you're gonna see guys, but that doesn't mean that you have to cheat
and that you have to go outside of your marriage.
So you admit that there is temptation?
There is temptation all around, but I didn't cheat
and I didn't go outside my marriage and I know that in the military there's a rule
that we can't do that.
And I assured him every day, I Skyped with him every day,
we would Skype every day and when I wasn't able to Skype
it was because there was a bomb going off or something
that I would have to get in the bunker for hours and hours.
So if there wasn't the time, then I would be in the bunker
and then I would get back to him the next day.
So I assured him over and over, plenty of times.
So you're saying you really tried your best to stay in contact with your husband
and to let him know you were being faithful despite
the challenges, the danger you were facing overseas.
Yes, I did, Your Honor.
Mr. Murray, so, what is it made you so doubtful
about your wife's time overseas?
Well, she went overseas a day after Valentine's Day.
Um, my birthday is on the 12th.
What made it scary for me, first time me being alone in another state with no family.
My wife is deploying overseas, I don't know if I'm going to ever see her again,
and if I do see her again in one piece,
is she still gonna have love for me?
There's a lot of men on base, younger men.
Keep in mind, I'm 22 years older than my wife.
So that has a lot to do with my being guilty or bad conscience.
Because you feel like she may have wanted to be with someone younger?
Yes, I lost 23 pounds, 25 pounds not eating,
uh, crying,
uh, there was an incident like she said, we're on Skype,
and I heard this enormous boom,
it was so loud it shook my computer.
I remember telling her, "Well, are they practicing?
"Americans are practicing?" And she smirked at me,
she said, "This is a real bomb."
My wife had a calm voice, she reminded me that this is her duty,
she has to keep a calm level.
Ms. Brown-Murray, you're there actually facing this danger.
BROWN-MURRAY: Yes, Your Honor.
Did you know he was nervous
and fearful on this level, or did you feel like he was trying to hide that from you?
I mean, I knew about it at times, but at times he was controlling it
just so I wouldn't be so scared while I was over there, but I knew about it.
And how about his fears of you cheating?
Were you aware that he was this fearful?
Yes.
Yes, because I guess that he was scared because of our...
Because I had a friend
while I was over there, so, I mean I built a friendship with a friend.
So I guess that's the reason why he was scared.
JUDGE LAKE: A male friend?
Yes.
And it was also, Judge, um,
while I was there in the apartment complex,
I met a few people.
Uh, this apartment complex has 85% military people either still active, or not.
And this young boy, he told me, he said,
which really, really... This is when I really started to get worried.
He said in the military's world, when they're overseas,
they have a group of people and that group gotta stay with each other.
If they're there for two years,
this is the only group of people you're gonna see for two years.
He said, "Yeah, there's married people."
He said it could be forty married ladies on base.
And that's not true, that's not true.
Well, this is what he said, it could be forty married ladies on base,
and he says every last one of them ladies would have sex with another man
because on the base, it's, "What happens on this base stays on this base."
So, picture it, me, she's over there and I'm getting told this? Yeah.
JUDGE LAKE: And that heightened your concern?
Of course.
I couldn't even drive right.
So, Ms. Brown-Murray,
did you realize your husband got that piece of information?
Yes, but that's not true, everybody in the military don't cheat on their spouse.
We don't have a code in the military...
(AUDIENCE CLAPS)
...of cheating.
All right. So, Mr. Murray,
let's just be honest, I mean, this situation has... It's been bothering you.
I mean consuming you so that you've done some research.
You started asking some questions and trying to figure out,
what are the dynamics
that go on in the military?
And you've brought a witness that can attest to just that.
(AUDIENCE GASPING)
Mmm-hmm.
He's joined us now, anonymously.
Hello, sir.
WITNESS: How are you?
Can you hear me?
I can hear you.
Thank you so much for joining us.
I know you are a former member of the military,
thank you very much for your service as well.
(AUDIENCE CLAPS)
And, Mr. Murray wanted you to testify today
as to the dynamics, the goings-on
in the military, because of course, as you know,
he has definite concerns as to whether or not
his wife was faithful and whether or not
her child is his biological child.
Can you explain?
Absolutely.
Um, first and foremost,
I don't want to bring any discredit upon the military
because the actions of soldiers,
they do not reflect the military.
Mmm-hmm.
But there are a lot of times where
you join the military, and you're away from home,
and so the first thing you can do is cling to people who are around you.
You develop a camaraderie where, pretty much, uh,
what goes on on base stays on base.
You know, a lot of times, a lot of married soldiers, they would be out
and we would go on what they call TDY, which is "temporary duty."
You know, the unofficial term for it was "temporarily divorced."
JUDGE LAKE: Ms. Brown-Murray, you had a close friend overseas.
Yes, I did.
Is that who your husband thinks the father of your child really is?
Yes, that's who he thinks that I had sex with.
MURRAY: Wait a minute, let me back that out.
When I picked her up in November,
we was riding around in the car,
I'm asking her, I thought it was kinda odd,
"Why is he calling you?"
"Oh, just to make sure I'm doing okay."
"Make sure you're doing okay? Well, is something wrong?"
"No."
And then she... That was the end of that conversation.
We called each other. He called me
because he wanted to make sure I was okay, that I made it home alive.
He left the deployment before I did.
It didn't stop right there.
What, it didn't stop right there?
No, because when we got our next apartment,
she's sitting on the couch, she had bought me some Jordans,
and I'm admiring my Jordans, she's talking to him.
I heard her tell him, "He's not stupid. (GIGGLES) He's not stupid."
And you know, well, she ain't talking to her mother like that,
she ain't talking to her sister, like, "Who are you talking to?"
And she said his name.
And I said, she said, uh,
"The man called you..." and I say "Well, who's he calling stupid?"
And she said, "You."
JUDGE LAKE: What?
And I said, uh, why would he call me stupid?
"Because you got new shoes and you are excited."
JUDGE LAKE: So while you're giving your husband a gift,
you've got your friend on the other line, on the phone?
BROWN-MURRAY: Yes. Yes, Your Honor.
A male friend?
Yes, Your Honor.
And so your husband thinks you're being flirtatious?
And if anyone would know how you sound when you are flirting,
it would be your husband.
Yes, but that's not the case.
But you weren't flirting?
No, I wasn't flirting at all with him.
It's just the type of person I am, I mean, that's the way I talk on the phone,
it's not... It's not anything about it.
My husband just doesn't understand friendship. He doesn't understand that.
Because there was males, there are plenty of males that came up to me,
asking me for sexual relationships and stuff.
And I still turned them down, so that's not true.
JUDGE LAKE: And I think...
(AUDIENCE CLAPS)
I think we need to make it clear that you brought your witness
and he, of course, is testifying to his own personal experience,
and you are testifying to your own personal doubt.
Exactly.
So, sir, is it common when, you know, you return home
to continue a relationship, friendship with,
um, some of your fellow servicemen
even if they're members of the opposite sex and married?
Is that common to continue those relationships because of the bonds built
while you were serving together?
Absolutely.
Absolutely, because a lot of times when we go to work,
our families aren't there, our wives, our husbands aren't there.
So whenever we see each other at work, you know, we can find whatever we can do,
you know, whatever place we can go,
and still continue. You go from city to city, country to country,
you meet a lot of different people.
And one thing, when you meet civilians,
they see someone in a uniform, and when you see them in the uniform,
you know, they're attracted to us.
MURRAY: Exactly. Money.
And so, Mr. Murray, as you listen to your witness,
these are the kinds of ideas that fuel your doubt.
And I am sure, Ms. Brown-Murray, as you so eloquently state,
that there are people that honor their marriages,
their relationships,
and don't necessarily engage in this type of activity.
So I'd like to thank your witness. Thank you, sir, for your testimony.
Yes, ma'am.
What has it been like to come home, to make it home alive,
come back to your husband and then you have a beautiful daughter
and he doubts whether or not it's his child?
It's exciting to be able to come home, but for the doubt, with the doubt,
trying to meet somebody and have a relationship,
you're out there fighting and trying to protect the country.
So it's just kind of hard to come back home.
So describe, what is it like at home?
Even with the doubt, he's still a good husband and he's still a good father.
He sits there and he takes time out with her,
he plays with her and he takes care of her when I'm at work.
So even with the doubt, he's still a good father, he still takes care of her.
I have other kids.
All my kids are spit image of me.
She doesn't too much look like me.
My mother says she's bad like me when I was that age,
but I just, I don't... I don't...
You know, for me, having kids, if my kids look spit image of me,
and she doesn't...
JUDGE LAKE: That equates to doubt.
Well, I had doubt, um...
I had a man's discharge that was unusual,
and the doctor told me years ago that
it has something to do with my sperm cells are weak.
When she got home, it happened so fast.
She got home,
she never was a type of person that had a very big sex appetite
and I understood that.
It took us a while to have sex, when we did have sex
it was nothing special you brag about. We just had sex.
I don't mean it in a rude way, it was just, it is what it is.
So the dynamics of your sexual relationship had changed?
Yeah, exactly.
When she got back home.
Exactly.
Which, I mean you'd have to factor in
she had been through a pretty traumatic time.
MURRAY: I took that into consideration too, that's why I never
scold her on that, I never had an attitude, it is what it is.
And I remember it, a long day, at 10:30 at night,
she wakes me up, and I'm sleepy.
She knows not to mess with me when I'm sleepy.
I'm sleepy.
JUDGE LAKE: Me either.
And then she tells me she's pregnant.
So she shows me the pregnancy test.
But, Your Honor, you can barely see the line.
Barely see the line coming all the way through and you can't hardly see it.
So she convinced me, 'cause I'd seen the line from the beginning to the end,
a very, very thin line.
Okay.
So I says, "Well, listen, to confirm this, let's just go on base
"and let's get the pregnancy test done there."
And you did?
And we did.
And the lady came back, to my surprise, "Yes, she's pregnant."
And so how soon after she returned home from Iraq
did this pregnancy announcement happen?
She came home in November.
I'm saying, um,
in December.
So that was a few weeks?
Yes.
So given the fact the doctor had already told you you had a low sperm count...
Yeah, that's true.
You've been together for amount of time before she leaves for overseas
and she never got pregnant.
Never did.
Then she comes back home and in under a month, she's pregnant.
Right.
You say to yourself...
How can that be?
How can that be?
Right.
This child may not be mine, is what you were thinking.
Right.
I think it's time we get to results. Are we ready?
(AUDIENCE CLAPS)
These results were prepared by DNA Diagnostics and they read as follows.
In the case of Brown-Murray v. Murray,
as it pertains to whether Mr. Murray is the biological father
of two-year-old Tai Murray,
Mr. Murray, it has been determined by this court
that you
are her father.
(AUDIENCE CLAPS)
BROWN-MURRAY: Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
MURRAY: I can't... My knees...
Forgive me.
That's exactly what the truth does, it brings families together,
and that's why we do this every day, right, Jerome?
Absolutely right.
And so now, Ms. Brown-Murray, I have to say thank you again for your service.
(AUDIENCE CLAPS)
As you said all along, you were an honorable woman.
And I'm wishing the both of you just the very, very best,
you have a beautiful, beautiful little girl.
Really, really, I'm so happy for you both. Good luck.
Thank you.
Court is adjourned!

Distant sparks call to a past still unnamed
Bear this torch against the cold of the night
Search your soul and reawaken the undying light!
On that day when the sky fell away
Our world came to an end
In our eyes, did a fading sun rise
In the dark glimmering shadows
Silence grows in the spaces between
Stretching out beyond time
Rising up as a chorus of souls
Finds a voice flickering through the void
These little sparks cling on to life
Everyone caught in the struggle
And then the storms of change they fan the flames
Scattering ashes to the wind!
Every soul contains a whisper of light
Gleaming faintly as it dwindles from sight
No escape, no greater fate to be made
In the end the chains of time will not break
Colors weave into a spire of flame
Distant sparks call to a past still unnamed
Bear this torch against the cold of the night
Search your soul and reawaken the undying light!
As fate spins a thread without end
New life draws it's first breath

Here where we stand, hand clenched in hand
Everyone caught in the struggle
This is the day we finally find our way
Stepping into our tomorrow!

Adult brain tumors - causes, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, pathology - Duration: 12:10.
Adult
brain tumors are masses of abnormal cells that generally occur in adults, and result
from the uncontrolled growth of those cells within the brain.
OK - let's start with some basic brain anatomy.
First off, there's the cerebral cortex which is the part of the brain that's supratentorial
or above the tentorium, and the cerebellum, which is infratentorial or below the tentorium.
And the brain has four interconnected cavities called ventricles, which are filled with cerebrospinal
fluid - a fluid that helps provide buoyancy and protection, as well as metabolic fuel
for the brain.
Highest up, are two C-shaped lateral ventricles that lie deep in each cerebral hemisphere.
The two lateral ventricles drain their cerebrospinal fluid into the third ventricle, which is a
narrow, funnel-shaped, cavity at the center of the brain.
The third ventricle makes a bit more cerebrospinal fluid and then sends all of the cerebrospinal
fluid to the fourth ventricle via the cerebral aqueduct.
The fourth ventricle is a tent-shaped cavity located between the brainstem and the cerebellum.
After the fourth ventricle, the cerebrospinal fluid enters the subarachnoid space, which
is the space between the arachnoid and pia mater, two of the inner linings of the meninges
which cover and protect both the brain and spine.
So this makes it possible for cerebrospinal fluid to also flow through the central canal
of the spine.
Now, focusing in on cells within the brain - there are many different types with specialized
functions.
For example, neurons communicate neurologic information through neurotransmitter regulated
electrical impulses.
Then there are cells that secrete hormones into circulation and regulate the functions
of other cells throughout the body.
These cells are found in glands, like the supratentorial pineal gland which is located
just behind the third ventricle.
Or the infratentorial pituitary gland located near the front of the third ventricle.
There is also a category of cells called neuroglial cells that help support brain homeostasis,
and neuronal functions.
These include astrocytes which have cellular processes coming off their cell body, giving
them a star-shaped appearance.
Astrocytes are found throughout the brain and spinal cord, and their main roles include
maintaining the blood-brain barrier, providing nourishment to neurons, and recycling neurotransmitters.
Another type of glial cell is the oligodendrocyte, which has a few cellular processes that look
like branches.
They are found mostly in the brain though they are in the spinal cord too.
These branches wrap themselves around neurons, and produce a fatty substance made of lipoproteins
called myelin, which helps transmit electrical impulses along the axons.
Some brain cells have a limited ability to be replaced, especially during injury, and
they do it by having undifferentiated stem cells - called embryonic stem cells - in the
brain activate and mature into a specialized cell.
Now, a tumor develops if there's a DNA mutation in any of these cell types that leads to uncontrolled
cell division.
Typically these are mutations in proto-oncogenes which results in a promotion of cell division,
or mutations in tumor suppressor genes which results in a loss of inhibition of cell division.
You can think of proto-oncogenes as the accelerator or gas pedal and tumor suppressor genes as
the brakes.
Too much acceleration or an inability to brake can lead to runaway cell division.
As a result, the mutated cells can start piling up on each other and can become a tumor mass.
Some of these tumors are benign and stay well contained or localized.
But some become malignant tumors or cancers, and these are the ones that break through
their basement membrane and invade nearby tissues.
Malignant tumor cells can get into nearby blood or lymph vessels, and travel from the
primary site to establish a secondary site of tumor growth somewhere else in the body
- and that's called metastasis.
Brain tumors can be categorized by their primary site location as either supratentorial, or
infratentorial tumors – though some tumors can form in either.
They are typically named by the cell type involved, so an astrocytoma is a tumor formed
by mutated astrocytes.
But their severity is classified, or graded by the World Health Organization's (WHO)
scale.
The scale goes from I to IV based on the morphologic and functional features of the tumor cells;
a grade IV tumor being the most abnormal looking cells that also tend to be the most aggressive.
But not all tumors have all four grades because some tumors are basically always more benign,
whereas others are more aggressive.
So let's start with tumor types that are generally supratentorial tumors, because they
make up the majority of adult brain tumors.
A common one is a type of astrocytoma called a glioblastoma.
Because astrocytes are found through the brain and spinal cord, astrocytomas can form in
all of these locations, but glioblastomas are mostly in the cerebral hemispheres.
And while astrocytomas can be graded I through IV, glioblastomas are only grade IV because
they are highly malignant tumors.
Because of their quick growth and invasion of nearby tissues, glioblastomas tend to rapidly
cross the corpus callosum.
The corpus callosum is the midline structure that separates the two cerebral hemispheres,
that looks like a characteristic "butterfly" on a cross-section of the brain.
Cancer cells typically recruit blood vessels to provide them nourishment in a process called
angiogenesis, but glioblastomas proliferate so fast that even with angiogenesis their
nutrient demand outpaces the blood supply.
As a result, because the blood supply serves the peripheral tumor cells first, the tumor
cells at the center of the tumor die first because they're the furthest from the blood
cell network.
Meanwhile the remaining viable tumor cells collect along the edges of the necrotic regions.
Histologically, it appears like the viable cells are lining up like fence posts against
the necrosis in the middle, producing a characteristic pseudo-palisading pattern.
Another common supratentorial tumor is a meningioma.
Meningiomas come from cells found in the arachnoid mater of the meninges, called arachnoid cap
cells.
They typically form in parasagittal regions and on the surface of the brain just under
the outermost layer of the meninges, the dura mater.
They are graded I through III and tend to be relatively slow growing.
Histologically, they form nests of cells or a multinuclear syncytium of fused cells, which
have an appearance like a wave in the ocean.
These tumors may also cause the formation of calcifications called psammoma bodies.
Another common supratentorial tumor in adults is the pituitary adenoma, which is formed
in the pituitary gland by hormone secreting cells of the anterior pituitary.
There are several cell types in the anterior pituitary that each secrete a tightly regulated
level of a particular hormone; for example, lactotroph cells secrete the hormone prolactin.
Pituitary adenomas are typically benign so they're classified by the hormone that's
released as the tumor forms, and by the size of the tumor; rather than using the standard
WHO classifications.
Histologically, the particular hormone secreting cell that's causing the pituitary adenoma
will increase in number.
Now, a relatively rare supratentorial tumor is an oligodendroglioma.
Because oligodendrocytes are found through the brain and spinal cord, oligodendrogliomas
can form in any of these locations, but adult oligodendrogliomas typically form in the frontal
lobes of the cerebral cortex because those neurons are the most heavily myelinated.
These tumors are categorized as grade II or III, with an overall tendency to be relatively
slow-growing tumors, though they still have the ability to become malignant.
Histologically, prominent features can vary from fairly small, round nuclei, surrounded
by well-defined "halos" or thick white borders of cytoplasm giving them a "fried
egg" appearance in grade II tumors; to having a "chicken wired" pattern of nearby blood
vessels with areas of calcifications in grade III tumors.
Ok, so, now let's focus on an infratentorial adult tumors, a hemangioblastoma.
These tumors derive from cells with blood vessel origins, so while they can develop
anywhere in the brain they are most often found in the cerebellum, especially in a middle-aged
person. They are slow-growing tumors and are typically grade I. Histologically, there are
often thin-walled capillaries that are arranged close to one another.
Now, the most common symptoms of brain tumors include headaches, nausea, vomiting, and seizures
- and they are a result of the compression and destruction of healthy brain tissue.
In addition, it's important to consider the cell type that's involved.
So, for example, a pituitary adenoma causing an increase in prolactin secretions may lead
to amenorrhea in women and infertility in men.
In addition, as the tumor grows in size, it can compress nearby cells and structures,
interrupting their normal functions.
For example, as meningiomas enlarge - the mass of the tumor can compress nearby ventricles
blocking the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, causing swelling which results in hydrocephalus.
Generally, the diagnosis of central nervous system tumors includes medical imaging, like
CT scans but more commonly MRIs.
But definitive diagnosis needs to be made based on the histologic and molecular characteristics
of a tissue biopsy.
Treatments depend on the tumor type, grade, and symptoms.
And can include surgical removal, radiotherapy, or chemotherapy - frequently in a combination.
But specific courses of treatment are guided by the molecular characteristics of the tumor
based on the biopsy.
Finally, the chance of recurrence gets higher in high grade tumors and in tumors that have
not been fully removed or destroyed.
Ok, quick recap: Adult brain tumors can be infratentorial and supratentorial and form
from a variety of cells.
Tumor types are classified using WHO grading based on morphologic and functional features.
Tumor symptoms depend on tumor cell type, size and location.
Diagnosis includes medical imagining, with a definitive diagnosis being made with a tissue
biopsy.
Treatments are largely dependent on the molecular characteristics and tumor grade, and can incorporate
surgical removal and a combination of radiotherapy
and chemotherapy.

PD: Which body part is skinny?
Owner: Look at the side
Owner: I don't know why it's so skinny
The dog is strangely skinny
PD: Its bones are visible
Its bones are clearly visible
Dobermann Seunggi / A normal Dobermann
They looks so different
PD: Is it sick?
Owner: It's not sick but just so skinny
The bones are so visible that..
scars appear even during minor shocks
He sits down
Due to the difficulty standing up
He starts to shake too
Owner: Let's go somewhere warm
Come here
He cannot control his body
What's the problem..
PD: Does he eat well?
Owner: He does eat well. All of this food is his. This is noodles
PD: Noodles?
Owner: I heard it can gain weight by eating noodles. So I got some.
The madam tried everything
Owner: I fed him everything.
I was told to feed him higher quality pet food
So I fed him high quality pet food
Seunggi is not getting better
Despite the madam's efforts
Chicken meat with pet food
Seunggi's meal is prepared full with sincerity
PD: How big is this serving?
Owner: One serving
Unbelievable!
Owner: He eats one whole serving
Will you believe it if you see him eat?
He eats well
Owner: He eats a lot
Owner: I don't know how he digests the food
He doesn't gain weight
Seunggi has no problem eating
PD: Is this his first meal for today?
Owner: No, he had a meal for breakfast
Owner: There is no need to wash the plate
He eats well
But why isn't he gaining weight?
PD: Since when was he skinny?
Owner: It's been 3-4 months since it was skinny
He was in this state shortly after coming here
Local neighbor: I looked at Seunggi every day
Seunggi looked lovely
Seunggi suddenly lost weight
Owner: We have no idea if he's sick
We got X-rays, examination for parasites
But they said to feed him well
So we brought him back with no worries
They said he had no health problems
But Seunggi is becoming skinnier for no reason
The owner is worried
The son comes upon hearing the news
Son: Hello
Owner: Seunggi is so skinny..
Son: Oh dear, Seunggi...
PD: It got up
Seunggi got up
Owner: He usually stays still but he kicked the covers
He was always crouching
Expressing his delight!
First time seeing this
Son: In the past, he looked healthy
But now I feel his bones first. Right here
We got many residential complaints
So we had to leave him here for a while
But since he's becoming skinnier
I feel very sad
The son was the original owner of Seunggi
He took care of Seunggi with his utmost sincerity
Owner: I wanted to do everything for him. I wanted to raise him as the best dog
But everyone is saddened...
by its sudden transformation
Son: Seunggi, let's go
Son: Should we go? Let's go
Suddenly, Seunggi starts to run
It's the first time since we moved
Owner: He's running like a deer
Where is excited Seunggi headed?
In front of another person's house
It hasn't been long since he ate
Seunggi is showing great appetite
He has an eye on a different dogs food
The bowl is already empty
Son: He should be obese at this rate
His appetite doesn't stop
Son: You're not allowed to eat this!
His appetite might be the hunger for feelings
A special meal prepared due to sad feelings
Son: Beef is said to be healthy food for dogs
Sit down, Seunggi. Go in
It's been a while since he ate special food
Seunggi digs in!
Son: Did you feed him?
Owner: Huh? I did feed him
He almost knocked over his bowl
He had a bowl this morning
His appetite feels like he starved for a week
Owner: People are going to think you've been starving
Son: Eat well, Seunggi. I'll visit often, okay? Don't be sick
Time to part ways
Sad that it's a short meet up
Son: I'll leave, mom
Son: I'll leave, Seunggi
Seunggi follows him
He can't accept the goodbyes
Seunggi is left alone again
He wanders around the floor for a while
He's still unfamiliar with saying goodbye
To a large animal hospital for another check up
Vet: He's very skinny
The organs are just there...
A strange case for the vet
Vet: Dobermanns are quite skinny
But there should be a reason behind his visible bones and organs..
Because there would be a serious problem
If he eats a lot but stays this skinny
All possible medical exams take place
It's been a while we've been waiting for results
The vets have encountered a problem...
Vet: Normally, there will be a result
If there is a problem
But for him, there is a result but it's difficult to find the causes
A rare diagnosis with no result
Vet: There is no special outcome with the blood test
But he has dysepsia
Where he can't digest and absorb due to an unknown cause
Or mentally, it could be psychogenic?
The problem is mental stress
Seunggi started to become skinny after moving
Was it caused by change in environment?
There is no clear treatment
Son: His results didn't come out. I'll take him back to the house we lived in
Let's go back home, Seunggi
The diagnosis was an illness to the mind
The family decided to return
Owner: Live well. Seunggi
Seunggi became skinnier after moving
The madam is sorry
Hope he can become healthy
beside his beloved owner...
Owner: I think he became skinnier because I didn't take care of him properly
Hopefully he'll do better when he returns home
The best option for Seunggi...
2 weeks later
PD: How is Seunggi?
Son: Seunggi?
Seunggi has changed
Son: Do you want to see his butt? It's plump
Current / 2 weeks ago
Son: His feet have gotten thicker. It's thick
PD: It is indeed
He has changed
And become healthy
PD: How did this happen?
Son: It was nothing special
I fed him at the right time and gave him pet food for every meal
After returning home
he started to gain weight
Son: After he returned to my place, he didn't feel homesick and felt comfortable
Seunggi has found peace
Kids: Seunggi!
The kids like Seunggi
He regained his happiness
Son: Let's go!
Son: I think he had a hard time when we were apart
But he has returned to his house and family
So he looks comfortable
Don't get sick
And live confidently like a Dobermann!

a good showing In his own way like the way other guys have come in and clean house like
Diesel or things like that Obviously it would be a different way of doing it But coming

ANGELO FOLEY, Part II Les Projections - Duration: 2:58.
- For me in fact everything that is manifested outside of oneself
and a projection of the human being necessary for him to experience what can not see inside
all the outside of what you live, serves as a tool to know what you are living
if for example you meet someone with whom you have common points
down at that moment you are projecting this person, the way you see it
the way you experience the relationship
and the commonalities eventually will often be things that you needed to project outside of you
to see that the qualities of that person or the defects of that person, are in you
when you're telling someone that he's stupid, once again it's your outside
so when you're having a relationship with someone you think is an idiot
finally he's just showing you the big ass that you are when you say he's a big cunt.
and that's why often ...
there are many people who relive diagrams, which relive scenarios
who reviews similar situations and often they are similar but they have another form
so that for example they will live something at work, a conflict at work then ...
they will come out of this situation
then after they will relive a trick at work and they'll get out of this situation
and at some point they will say to themselves, "Ahh, it's over." and then they will live a conflict but in their couple
this process is to project with a another form to make you understand differently
give you another angle to say: "-because there you have not understood, I'll show you this from another angle, maybe you'll understand it"
and after a while once you still have not understood in the relationship you will understand it on you you will live accidents
you will live trauma you will live diseases, you will live sufferings
once you have integrated for example a problem that you are living in a relationship outside of you
once it's integrated it's in, well you've needed to live it
and so you do not need to project anymore and so you do not need to see it anymore
and that is how the human being evolves, he evolves as and when to integrate the experiments
I consider that every human being is a projector or a camera
and so, indeed, there are our eyes that serve us as a projector and we imagine that finally
the world in which we live a kind of canvas in 360
and so every human being will project his film, the film of himself, the film of his life on this canvas in 360
and that suddenly the work that I do with artists or not is to know what film you inside of you
and by what do you want to replace it or what do you want to change inside
from the moment you change the film inside, that is, how do you experience your experiences?
how do you feel things etc. Your film is different outside of you
the only goal is to live without 100% authenticity

Danjo Garan - Wakayama - 壇上伽藍 - 4K Ultra HD - Duration: 6:41.
Danjo Garan is another important place of worship in Koyasan. It is where Kobo Daishi is also worshipped.
The legend has it that Kobo Daishi himself when studying in China through his Sankosho
(a pestle with three prongs at each end, usually made of gilt bronze) toward Japan and landed in a pine tree.
It was only when back from China, and looking for a place to erect the headquarters of his new religion
that he came across his Sankosho still stuck in the branches of a pine tree.
So he decided to start construction of his headquarters around the tree.
According to the temple administrators, Kobo Daishi worked on the construction of both the main hall and the Konpon Daito Pagoda,
a 45m tall red tahoto style pagoda where a statue of Dainichi Nyorai (Cosmic Buddha, also known as Variocana) rests.
After Kobo Daishi 's death, his followers continued his work and erected several other buildings including Toto and Saito,
two other pagodas, as well as Miedo, the founder's hall, and Koya Myojin Shrine, which enshrines Mount Koya's local kami (God).

What Really Works For Forecasting New Vehicle Sales? (w/ Daniel Ruiz) | Expert View | Real Vision™ - Duration: 2:42.
So now going to move onto what actually works.
And I should preface this by saying that what led to these indicators that I'm going to
share with you right now was really frustration as an analyst myself and as a consultant myself
because I couldn't find any correlation or a strong enough correlation to utilize any
of the indicators I just mentioned in a way that would help investors and in a way that
would help forecast future volume and margin.
I started thinking back to my 15 years in the automotive industry and what I experienced
with consumers.
And the obvious nonstarters, as I mentioned before, are if you're not employed, you're
not going to get an auto loan.
If your income isn't sufficient, you're not going to get the auto loan.
If your credit is bad enough, you're not going to get an auto loan.
And that's more specific to new vehicle sales because you can always find a home for somebody
with bad credit as it relates to a vehicle if it's old enough and inexpensive enough
to offset the higher interest rates.
But it's very difficult on a new car sale.
The biggest challenge that I always ran into was trade-ins and the level of equity that
the consumer had in their vehicle.
That was one of the strongest objections that I continuously encountered in the auto industry.
So it led me to start digging into, is there any correlation historically to equity and
consumer behavior?
I should also state that this is extremely important because 87% of new vehicle sales
in the US are financed.
On average, those vehicles that are purchased new that have debt attached to them are traded
within three years.
So we know, based on the average loan term, the majority of folks that are coming back
to trade their vehicles have an outstanding balance on their loans.
And the relation to it with the used car value, their specific vehicle, and the principal
balance that's owed on that car is what often determines whether they're going to purchase
a new vehicle or not.
What I've noticed is, throughout those transactions, if there was equity in the trade, the likelihood
that a consumer would move forward with a new purchase was very high.

Tim Sherwood reveals one reason Liverpool will NOT win Premier League - Duration: 2:13.
at the top of the Premier League and win the title again this season. The former Tottenham manager says he tipped Pep Guardiola's Citizens side to retain their crown before the campaign had even begun, and he's not changing his mind now
Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool are the current Premier League leaders and are four points ahead of Manchester City in second
They are very much in the driving seat, and Sherwood admits Liverpool have some 'winners' in their squad
But he thinks Manchester City's 'know how' when it matters will see them catch the Reds
"Yeah I think it does [put Liverpool at a disadvantage]. You know the experience of the team that's coming up behind you," said Sherwood, as reported by the Liverpool Echo
"But you're going to have to win sooner or later and I believe they're winners in that Liverpool squad
"They've shown that, they've come very close to winning stuff over the last few years, especially the Champions League final last year

It's going to be key, between now and the end of the season, the games against those top-four sides
"I said Manchester City at the beginning of the season and I'm not changing my mind
I just think they will catch Liverpool."

Liverpool news: 'Impossible' Mohamed Salah fear revealed, January transfer suggestion - Duration: 3:37.
That's the claim of Owen Hargreaves - who also believes Liverpool could benefit from signing a player like Nabil Fekir
The Merseyside outfit are six points clear at the top of the Premier League title ahead of their final game of 2018 tomorrow against Arsenal at Anfield (5
30pm). Jurgen Klopp's side have yet to taste defeat at the half-way mark of the campaign and have conceded just seven goals in 19 games - a feat only one other club have managed after 19 games in the Premier League era, with Chelsea doing so in 2008-09
**PREDICT FIVE RESULTS AND WIN £25,000 - FREE TO PLAY HERE** But Hargreaves believes Klopp's squad is still short in some areas
The German coach spent over £250million since January but missed out on an attacking play-maker in the summer, having wanted to sign Nabil Fekir on the eve of the World Cup
Liverpool missed out on the French attacker due to concerns over an old knee ligament injury and opted to concentrate their funds on Xherdan Shaqiri and Alisson instead
And Hargreaves insists the manager might be wise to have another look at his options in attacking midfield and out wide
"I love Shaqiri, he's the one player that can play that killer pass," Hargreaves told Premier League Productions
"All the other midfield players are really good players, more box-to-box. Shaqiri can play that final one
"If they were going to upgrade anywhere, I think it could be maybe a Fekir-type player from Lyon
"Similar to Shaqiri, but maybe even a slightly better version. We know he was close in the summer as well
"I think they could do something there or maybe a winger. "It just feels like if they lose Mane or they lose Salah, they're going to be impossible to replace for Liverpool
" Klopp has not completely ruled out doing any business in January - but suggests any incoming transfers are unlikely
He said earlier this week: "I'm very happy with what I've got and what I have but, how I said, we don't know
"That's the only little bit why I keep the door open because if some things happen - a few more things - then we need to have to have a look
"There is coming a monstrous number of games still and it's really important always that we can react, but as long as we can react it's all good
"If something will dramatically change then we need to have a look, that's all. If nothing happens then I would say we will not do anything
"

MOVED to AUSTRALIA to TRAVEL - Duration: 3:33.
Hey, friend. Daniel here.
coming to you from the Atlanta airport.
I recently quit my job,
sold all of my stuff
and I have a one-way ticket to Sydney, Australia
where I will be starting an extended stint of traveling.
I figured I'd take the time to explain
why I decided to make this big life change.
I feel like I've lived a pretty typical life in America
and I followed the standard, normal life plan.
Do well in school,
go to college,
get a job,
and you base your life around the concept
of chasing the next carrot in front of you.
A promotion,
finding a partner,
marrying that partner,
buying a house,
having a kid,
having a second kid,
so on and so forth.
This was all I knew
and what I thought
and was repeatedly told
lead to a happy life.
But...
something just never sat right with me
with that concept.
I spent my enntire adult life
doing things I had no interest in.
I went to college because
that's what you do after high school.
I got a nice, stable corporate job
after graduating cause
that's just what you do.
I spent years living a life
I wasn't passionate about.
Working in environments that I hated
because I was too afraid
to try to make my own way.
But this past year
I started to take a very serious
and deep exploration into myself.
I spent the past year
doing a lot of self-analysis
and therapeutic work on myself.
With the help of people like
Tony Robbins
and other mentors and teachers,
I came across some stark realizations.
I've been living my entire adult life
for the expectations of other people.
I sacrificed my true self
and my dreams
in hopes of making other people happy
or like me.
I wasn't living life on my terms
because I was afraid of failure and judgment.
But that ends now.
I've decided I'm not going
to live in fear anymore.
I'm going to do what I want
when I want.
And right now
what I want more than anything else
is to travel and have new experiences.
So that's what I'm going to do
regardless of how much uncertainty is involved.
Yeah it was hard
saying goodbye to friends and family
who I won't see for a while.
But this is something I have to do for myself.
So here I am
about to cross the threshold
into a new life.
And there's no turning back now.
So...
here
we
go.
Thanks for watching!
Let me know
if any of this resonated with you.
And if you're curious to see
if I figure out this thing called life,
I would really appreciate it if
you subscribed to my channel
and follow along on my journies.
My goal with this is not
to show off how much fun I'm having
and make everybody jealous.
This is sort of a spiritual journey for me
and I plan to intentionally put myself
into challenging situations
in hopes of growing as a person.
and showing that
travel is not only a way to discover
things in the physical world
but also to discover things
about yourself
and your internal world.
