and fill out and submit the correct form, with all these papers attached.

And that's it! You're good to go.

RUSSIA has waded in on a conflict between

Israel, Syria and Iran, as Benjamin Netanyahu's forces launch strikes on suspected Iranian

targets in Syria sparking fears of a "new round of chaos".

Moscow, allied with the governments of all three countries, usually has to delicately

balance relations between them but yesterday made a stand.

Russian foreign minister Maria Zakharova said: "The practice of arbitrary strikes on the

territory of a sovereign state - in this case, Syria - must end."

The airstrikes on Syrian soil took place after Israeli forces reportedly intercepted a surface-to-surface

missile in the occupied Golan Heights region.

According to the Russian defence ministry, only Syrian troops were killed.

However, pro-Syrian opposition media claimed there were nearly a dozen casualties from

Iran, a close ally of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.

Ms Zakharova added: "In our opinion, forging an atmosphere of hostility in the region is

not in the long-term national interests of any of the Middle Eastern states, including,

of course, Israel.

"We must not allow Syria, which has suffered over the long years of armed conflict, to

become an arena for settling geopolitical accounts.

"We urge everyone to think about the possible consequences of provoking a new round of chaos

in the Middle East."

Former Israeli military commander Gadi Eisenkot, who stepped down on January 15 said his forces

had conducted "thousands of attacks without taking responsibility and without asking for

credit".

Mr Netanyahu last week confirmed "hundreds" of Israeli strikes in Syria, including airstrikes

against an alleged Iranian weapons storage facility near Damascus International Airport

just days before.

Iran has denied deploying regular forces such as-as the Revolutionary Guards and the Quds

Force in Syria, but openly supports Assad.

A number of Iran-backed Shiite Muslim groups are said to be fighting with the Syrian military

and have been attacked by Israel.

Among these groups is the formidable Lebanese group Hezbollah.

During one Israeli attack on an Iranian weapons depot in the province of Latakia in September,

Syrian air defences accidentally struck a Russian surveillance plane, for which Russia

holds Israel responsible.

On Monday, the Syrian defence ministry said Israel had dealt a "heavy blow" with their

missiles.

However, the statement added that most missiles were destroyed before reaching their target

in a "heroic response to the aggression."

Alright, so we're on our way to the United Kingdom.

To visit our friend, George Farmer.

And to visit Ray McCune, he's planning to open a shop.

I'm really excited to see what has he come up with.

Because I've seen the plans and they are just wonderful.

We have to go all the way to the left.

So apparently George is making us walk this very long corridor.

I'm surprised he didn't stop the car right in front of the terminal.

So we're at Aquarium Gardens here,

with David Pierce.

He's the owner of this beautiful-beautful shop guys.

I've been to only one place in the whole world...

(And I've been to many aquarium shops

believe me).

That has the smooth,

this really condensed Nature Aquarium Feeling.

And it was in Japan.

How long are you here for?

[David] 5 years, well shop's been about 3 years.

[Balazs] How many aquariums do you have?

[David] Nine aquariums at the moment.

10 when this one is set up as well, so...

I really love this scape.

One of my favorite scapes here.

You can see that it has some Seiryu stones,

and it looks like Christmas Moss to me.

[George] Mini Chrismass.

[Balazs] Mini Christmas Moss.

And then... Yeah, there's a Fissidens.

[George] It was a really bad algae problem.

But Dave put those Nerite Snails in.

And they cleaned up those rocks really nicely.

This is like a 90P, but a little bit deper.

Front to back.

And this was aquascaped by Filipe.

[BALAZS] Oh, he's coming to Green Aqua in a month Guys.

If you can - check out the workshop.

[GEORGE] Yeah, so he did this as part of a workshop.

Classic triangular composition.

Really beautiful contrast and textures and colors.

Really complex. This is favorite scape.

In the store.

Really love the open substrate areas.

Use of different materials there to create

a really nice naturalistic feel.

Going up the Grey Mountain Stone.

And finally there up you have dense and complex planting.

And a real simple fish-choice with the Ember Tetras,

and Celestial Pearl Danios.

[BALAZS] I love this scape.

This is set up by myself, and George.

Over a year ago now.

A very bold composition with the wood.

There's three pieces of huge bog-wood in there.

Huge clumps of the Microsorum Trident.

Some Cryptocorynes.

Various species, Bucephalandras...

All my favorite low-tech plants.

Really easy.

Yeah, we're not running high lighting.

We've got the two Twinstar 600SP-s on here.

Yeah, classic kinda' Nature Aquarium longterm style.

You have emergent Cryptocoryne Petchii.

Which looks very cool, you don't often see this in aquascaping.

I think it adds a real nice sense of Nature.

This has been running, I think, for about 1 year as well now.

So a good long-term...

[BALAZS] You have the Trident.

[GEORGE] Yeah, we're a big fan of Trident.

[BALAZS] And the silence in this place is just stunning.

It's so nice that you don't have any music playing.

You can just sit down, chill,

and enjoy the Nature Aquarium spirit.

And George's aquarium in the center.

With the creator himself.

I'm really fascinated by this home and I'm fascinated

by these aquariums,

and I want to present these aquariums to you Guys.

Please make sure that you follow George's channel.

He has the biggest Aquascaping Channel in Europe.

- What? - It is!

- Really? - Yeah, it's the biggest.

Cool!

[BALAZS] So, I love this tank.

[GEORGE] Super low-maintenance, only maintain it once a month.

[BALAZS] Even your Black Brush Algae look fantastic!

[GEORGE] Don't show that too much!

[BALAZS] Why? I love it!

Algae is part of nature.

Some algae is absolutely needed.

You know, the only snails that will eat it

would be the Clithon snails.

Which I don't see anywhere.

[GEORGE] No. I don't use them.

I'm not a big fan of snails.

Because to me it should be a floating column of water.

Almost like the glass is super-invisible.

It's almost like a cross-section of Nature.

If you see something glued against the glass,

it reminds you that it's glass there.

[BALAZS] Alright, and then we have a second aquarium.

Right next to this one.

What can you tell us about this?

[GEORGE] This is the Aquascaper 600.

So it's around the half of the size of a 1200.

This has only been set up for a few days.

Literally just planted it.

[BALAZS] I can see that the foreground plants didn't really

fill up yet.

[GEORGE] No, this is Cryptocoryne Parva.

This is gonna take probably a year.

To fill a carpet.

The reason I really love longterm Nature Aquariums is

because you can really see them evolve over the months.

And this is a really beautiful thing.

Just to watch something that you have created.

[BALAZS] I'm gonna quickly turn over.

And don't look at this frame-by-frame guys!

Because I'm at the other side of the living-room.

Still not revealed.

[GEORGE] This is an example of what you can achieve

just by getting everything from your local pet-store.

All the plants are Tropica, they're all self-serviced plants.

Which means that they're not kept in an underwater system at all.

In blister packs.

This is Nimrod, my Betta.

Had a tank for himself.

[BALAZS] Did you name your fish Nimrod?

[GEORGE] Yeah.

[BALAZS] Do you know that there is

a famous Hungarian director named Nimrod.

[GEORGE] Yeah, Edward Elgar, he is my favorite composer.

And Nimrod is my most beautiful piece of music.

[BALAZS] Guys, Nimrod is beautiful here as well.

[GEORGE] Now this is another Aquascaper tank.

This is the 300 Cube.

So a 30cm cube.No livestock here at the moment.

It's the part of the shop where we can dark.

The biggest and best tanks are up here along with...

The first one over here is a classic Iwagumi.

[BALAZS] And this was scaped by George.

[RAY] That's right.

He scaped it and I planted it.

[BALAZS] Moving on we have a bigger tank.

In the corner.

This is the third tank.

[RAY] An Aquascaper 900.

[BALAZS] When did you set this whole thing up?

[RAY] This is only... It'S about 3.5 weeks.

[BALAZS] All these aquariums are absolutely spotless.

You can see that they're new.

But there's no trace of algae.

You can Ray had been really working - a lot on it.

Making it so beautiful.

As we move on,

we will ask George to stop drinking in front of the tank.

So you can see that the Tropica lab plants

have been planted in here and it's gonna be a nice Wabi-Kusa.

so about 5 months it's been going.

It has some Staurogyne Repens in it,

and some Bucephalandra species.

Actually some of that Bucephalandra comes from Green Aqua.

I came from Antrim originally.

Just outside Belfast.

Been living in England for about 20 years.

But aside that I actually had a couple of years out of work.

Been a full-time dad with my son while he was young.

I started thinking about going back to work,

and I thought I really want to do something passionate.

This is it!

You know, I discovered Aquascaping a few years ago.

And I said I wanted my life to be about aquascaping.

Thankfully my wife was excited about it too.

She joined in, and so it's a family business.

Building it up together.

It's been wonderful to have you guys over.

You once again have been such an inspiration to us.

It's just been fantastic to have you here

to have celebrate the opening.

emotions of anger shame fear all those really low vibrational states then

you're a match to attract and to be open to other negative people things and

energies so it's really important to maintain a high state of vibration to

just protect yourself and if your state is high then the negative energies and

that also being in a high vibration will bring you closer to your heart's desire

to your soul's purpose to your true authenticity and the ego cannot block

you so much and cannot bring so much resistance into your life so that's

really really important too and last of all of course being high vibe makes you

feel good and happy and that's what we all want of course there's a lot more

reasons why you should maintain your high vibes but those are some of the

most important things so let's get right into it now method number one this week

of the most powerful way to raise your vibrations is this whole week I want you

to develop the ability to grow an immense energy of love in your heart at

will okay now bear with me you may think that this is simple and obvious but have

you really practiced this have you mastered this and are you doing this

consistently if not then you should really try it because it truly is the

number one way to raise your vibration with an energy of love in your heart and

you know that the part about doing this at will is really really important

because a lot of us just go through our day being reactive just reacting to the

things around us and not intentionally creating emotions and creating state

of being and this is about checking in with yourself and intentionally in any

given moment being able to create the energy the feelings the vibration of

love in your heart because your heart is a gateway is a Stargate your heart not

the mind is truly the key to getting into a high state to manifesting to

ascending to ascension to the ascension process so we have to bring love and the

heart into all of our practices if we want to really move forward in life so

being able to create this energy and not just a small one and immense a powerful

energy a feeling of love in your heart it's actually really really simple we

can all do it everybody has experienced the feeling of love before in some way

and being able to instantly get into that feeling will instantly raise your

vibration up really really high so how do we do this I'm going to walk you

through it I'm going to do this with you right now

and I'm going to use one of the crystals that I charged in the lunar eclipse this

selenite wand I'm going to use this as a tool anytime during the day several

times a day maybe in the morning before you start moving about in your day or if

you're starting to feel negativity if you're starting to feel sad if you start

to feel yourself going into a negative cycle which happens so often just stop

for a moment take a breath and do this put your hands over your heart I'm using

the crystal which I charged which will intensify this energy and this procedure

so just put your hands over your heart for a minute and quiet down

and just focus your inner attention on your heart let your consciousness drop

down a little bit and look down as you close your eyes to where your heart is

and start concentrating on feeling your heart that's all just feeling your heart

and noticing how you're feeling in your heart are you feeling neutral are you

feeling a little sad are you feeling good are you feeling disappointed are

you already feeling loved just notice for a moment where you're at regarding

the feeling in your heart

now I want you to bow your head a little bit and under your clothes lids just

look at that place where your heart is focus on the place where your physical

heart is in your body and notice your heartbeat for a moment and drop your

consciousness just a little bit more and then notice a warm feeling in your heart

a point of warmth in your heart it might feel like a vibration or warmth or like

a glow or even your heartbeat getting a little bit louder notice that point of

intensification of your heart feeling in a warm way and just grow that feeling

grow that point of warmth that vibration grow that a little bit just focus on

your heart while you're looking at your heart under closed lids

and then just say the word love three times love and focus on your heart

love focus on the feeling growing

love and see how that feeling has grown and intensified I'm feeling it already

this feeling of love and peace as well for me see how that feels for you may

start as a small feeling it may be big it may be medium-sized however that

feels just let it grow a little bit larger now and let it grow again a

little bit larger then I'm going to count from one to five and with each

number I want you to let that feeling of love of peace that good feeling in your

heart grow a little more with one two it's growing even bigger three

intensifying love for intensifying love more five feel it strongly now now you

can feel it and now I want you to continue to grow that heart that glow

that feeling even more bigger and bigger feel that vibration I want you to just

grow it so that it expands like a beautiful energy field expanding

even outside of your body and surrounding you

and let it grow even more even bigger until it forms a beautiful field around

your body that glow of love that feeling of love spreading and emanating out more

and more and more and growing bigger and bigger and bigger as though your heart

itself is expanding itself out until it fills a whole room that you're in now

I'm seeing my whole room filled with pink sparkling shimmering moving light

particles that's how I see it so however you feel perceive or see or

know it it's perfect notice that now expand that a little further out more

until that energy field encompasses the house the building that you're in and

every creature and every person in that building oh the pink glow is as big now

and it's intensifying instead of being diluted it intensifies so grow it even

more that it fills your whole property and feel how much easier it gets once

your energy field of love is big it can grow and grow immensely because that's

what your heart is capable of and as you're doing this that Stargate that

magical point is being activated and it's easy now so now I want you expand

that energy field of love from your heart out over your whole town or city

see how easy it is I want you to expand it over your whole state

now over your whole country and see it's so easy and I want to expand it over the

whole globe so that you can see yourself and the globe and this beautiful energy

field of love just covering the whole globe and expanding out out out of the

solar system and exploding out into the universe like a Big Love Bang the Big

Bang and now I want you to notice how you feel you see how I'm smiling and I

want you to open your eyes how do you feel how different do you feel now I can

actually physically feel that my vibration has gone up to such a high

level just with this simple exercise so whenever you're feeling low or sad or

that you really are in a very low vibration do this exercise and the more

you do it the easier and the more instant this feeling of love will come

and grow and once you've exploded this love out into the universe then you're

flying then all your troubles will be forgotten for the moment and you have in

that moment at will put yourself into the high vibrational energy of love and

that's such a simple method you can use and it takes 2 or 3 minutes once you've

done it a few times in 30 seconds you can get yourself there and that will

help calm you down immediately and with a feeling of love usually comes a

feeling of peace or peacefulness that's what happens to me and to most people

that I do this type of work with so I want you to try that for the next week

and you will see that if you're conscious about your day about how

you're feeling about what level your emotions are at that's all that you need

to focus on if you say well how do I know I can't measure my vibration your

feelings are the key showing you what vibration you're in

your thoughts as well but your feelings how are you feeling in the moment and if

you know if you're feeling a little bit low or imbalanced or out of it or

negative then you can do this and you will instantly raise your vibration so

try this for the next week and let me know in the comments what you think I'd

Collective Action & the revolution. What is the future of Collective Action? - Duration: 4:05.

I certainly hope that we will on the one hand see much more tangible evidence of the real

impact that Collective Action has had on anti-corruption and on business efficiency.

I also hope that we will see other CEOs speaking up like this morning Erik Fyrwald from Syngenta,

who said: well really, alone you're only going to lose business but if you are collectively

strong you can really start pushing the needle in a direction of interest to business.

So clearly more CEOs and leaders that recognise the value of collective approaches to things

as essential for business as anti-corruption.

I think sitting next to and in between someone from the Department of Justice as well as

from the French enforcement authorities and seeing the level of cooperation and agreement

between the two of them really takes me to a place that

I didn't think we'd get to quite so soon.

Certainly I think in terms of world enforcement and coordination, which is in everyone's best

interest, it's very exciting times.

I'm very optimistic.

It's very exciting for someone who's been working in anti-corruption for a long time

to see a new generation of professionals coming in with curiosity about where the field's

going, taking some of the things for granted that those of us who've been involved for

a long time didn't, seeing the cooperation and collaboration and above all understanding

that we need to work across different stakeholder groups in the anti-corruption space to really

see change come about and to work together for that change.

Public procurement makes up as much as $10 trillion a year in the global economy so the

opportunities to use tools around procurement to fight corruption are enormous.

At the World Bank we're focused on trying to use technology to mine data from procurement

information to really transform how we can predict

and identify proactively where corruption risk lies in procurement.

That gives us an opportunity to stop corruption before the contract is let and before the

bribe is paid and that's where we think there is really a tremendous amount of potential.

Probably the use of technology is going to be a bigger feature

than it has been up to now.

We're beginning to see that.

Maybe getting people to gather around technological solutions in a collective way

I hope will be what we'll be looking at in two years' time.

I think it has achieved several objectives.

One of them is to convey the idea of a strong commitment from the government

towards increasing transparency.

That would be the second objective: I believe that a general sense of an increased transparency

in the public bidding processes has been achieved.

I consider that the High Level Reporting Mechanism has highly contributed to that.

It's quite interesting to see that there's still an interesting debate about what are

collective actions and how they can be measured.

The Alliance for Integrity is still a young initiative.

We have tried out many different formats, different dialogue formats and trainings and

so on and now we are getting into the phase of how we want to define our success

and how we want to measure our impact.

I dearly hope that we will be talking about concrete Collective Action.

We've been a bit fluffy so far.

MY NEW YT SERIES!!! Chasing Endorphins with Petite Diva | Intro - Duration: 3:00.

hi everyone and welcome to this whole new youtube series chasing endorphins with

Petite Diva

so maybe some of you wondering why I named this new series "Chasing

Endorphins"? well Endophins itself is the chemical that your body release, mostly

every time you are exercising or working out. and this endorphins really really

gives your body lots of benefits physically or mentally; it can decrease

your stress level, it makes yourself happier and then also energized

throughout the day. if you want to know more about this endorphins thingy you

can always google it there's a lot of information about it. the main idea of

this whole new YouTube series, each episode I'm going to visit one of the

workout place in Jakarta and I'm going to experience it by myself

what the training method that they offered, for example on the first episode of this

series, I came to one of the Crossfit box in Jakarta, so I came to CrossFit 6221

and I had my ass kicked. I came to their class yeah I

experienced it by myself the sweat the craziness also I had a chance to have a

little chitchat with one of the coach there just to know.., you know, what is

CrossFit and then what the training focused on, just to collect information

about CrossFit in general. so the main reason why I started this series, I hope I

can give you new insight or more knowledge and information about

different types of training or methods out there especially

for beginners, I do really understand how it feels to.., you know, working out by

yourself, either you're working out at conventional gym or at home only, it's

really really different if you are joining one of the class that full of

supportive people, even we have different types of training methods, I guarantee

that we still have one objective: is to be the healthiest version of yourself. so

in the end if you do like this whole new YouTube series, don't forget to give me

PL winner's bizarre reason why Liverpool WON'T win the title - Duration: 3:16.

 Should Liverpool end their 29-year wait to win this English top-flight this season, Jordan Henderson will become the first ever Reds captain to hold aloft the Premier League trophy

 However, Anfield has witnessed one winning captain presented with the trophy before - Tim Sherwood

 The former Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa manager captained Kenny Dalglish's Blackburn Rovers to Premiership success in 1994/95, becoming only the second side to win the trophy after stopping Manchester United from being crowned champions for a third year in row

 Jamie Redknapp's last-minute winner saw Blackburn lose to Liverpool on the last day of the season at Anfield that year, but United's own 1-1 draw with West Ham United left them unable to snatch away the title

 Blackburn's success came just three years after their promotion from the second year, and a whopping 81 years after Rovers' previous top-flight title

 But despite Sherwood's own experience, he still expects to remain the only player to have lifted the Premier League trophy at Anfield come the end of the season after insisting Manchester City will end the season as champions

 Manchester City have won the Premier League three times since Liverpool last won a trophy in 2012, and Sherwood is insistent that that puts the Reds at a disadvantage in the title-race despite their current four-point lead at the top of the table

 "Yeah I think it does [put Liverpool at a disadvantage]," Sherwood said. "You know the experience of the team that's coming up behind you

 "But you're going to have to win sooner or later and I believe they're winners in that Liverpool squad

Premier League transfer news: Five deals that could be announced before deadline day - Duration: 4:24.

 The January transfer window closes next week, leaving clubs with just a matter of days to get any potential deals over the line

 Chelsea have been one of the busier clubs in the winter market but are still expected to be involved in a few more deals

 Manchester United and Arsenal are yet to make any additions but there is still time to strengthen their squads as we head into the second half of the season

 Express Sport has rounded up the latest deals that could be wrapped before the January 31 deadline

Alvaro Morata (Chelsea to Atletico Madrid) Morata's difficult 18-month spell at Chelsea appears to drawing to a close

 The arrival of Gonzalo Higuain on loan has paved the way for the 26-year-old to join Atletico Madrid

 The Guardian reports that the Spanish striker is set to join the La Liga side on an initial loan deal with an option to make the move permanent for £48

5million at the end of the season.Victor Moses (Chelsea to Fenerbahce) Moses has fallen out of favour under Maurizio Sarri at Stamford Bridge, despite being a key player under former boss Antonio Conte

 He now appears to be on his way to Fenerbahce on loan for the rest of the season, Goal reports

 It is said the Blues would have preferred to agree a permanent deal for the Nigerian, but will settle for him leaving on loan

 Moses also reportedly turned down an offer to play in China.Matteo Damian (Manchester United to Juventus) Darmian joined United from Torino in 2015 but he has failed to nail down a place in the side under Louis van Gaal, Jose Mourinho or current boss Ole Gunnar Solskjær

 His contract expires at the end of campaign but he has been tipped to leave Old Trafford this month

 According to The Guardian, the 29-year-old is in advanced talks to join Juventus on loan until the end of the season with an option to sign him permanently for £7

1m in the summer. Darmian is said to be keen on a move and Juve view the Italian as and excellent utility player

Nikola Kalinic (Atletico Madrid to Tottenham) Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino is thought to be exploring attacking options in the January window after recent injuries to Harry Kane and Dele Alli, and with Heung-min Son heading away on international duty

 As a result, Spanish publication Marca claim Spurs have tabled an offer for Atletico forward Kalinic

 The report adds that the imminent arrival of Morata will pave the way for the 31-year-old to leave this month

 Monaco and Valencia are also reported to be interested but it is said the biggest offer so far has come from Tottenham

Gelson Martins (Atletico Madrid to Newcastle) Martins has struggled for game time with the La Liga side, making just 12 appearances under Diego Simeone since joining from Sporting Lisbon last summer

 According to Sky Sports, Newcastle boss Rafa Benitez is interesting in taking the forward on loan for the rest of the season

 The report claims that the Premier League club have already made an enquiry about the player
