A close associate of Julian Assange, Craig Murray, is blowing this conspiracy theory

out of the water.

Murray says it was a leak (not a hack), and that the agencies that are supposedly investigating

the Russian "hacking" have never contacted him or even looked at the "hacked" servers.

This is one of the most ridiculous crazes the mainstream media has ever engaged in.

Americans realize it.

That's why outlets like CNN and the New York Times have lost all credibility with

the general public.

Craig Murray is the former UK ambassador to Uzbekistan.

He's also a stalwart defender of whistleblowers and is closely tied to Julian Assange and

Wikileaks.

Murray maintains what we real patriots know–Wikileaks obtained the damning DNC emails via a leak,

not a hack.

In fact, it was Murray himself who received the package from a "disgruntled" DNC worker.

Murray doesn't drop a name, but we all know who it was.

His name was Seth Rich, and the DNC had him killed for taking a stand against Democrat

corruption.

The funny thing is this.

Democrats have never expressed any interest in investigating Murray in order to get to

the bottom of the published emails.

They want to keep promoting the lie that it was a hack by the Russians.

As Murray points out, "I could tell them these were leaks, not hacks.

Murray has never been contacted to participate in investigations, despite his close ties

What evidence is there for "Russian hacking," then?

Nothing.

Murray emphasizes what the media conveniently ignores.

Throughout all this "hacking" hysteria, the DNC has continually REFUSED to turn over

their servers to the FBI, the NSA, and the Department of Homeland Security.

THE NSA could trace the packets of hacked information and pinpoint the exact time the

hackers retrieved data.

The DNC doesn't want that.

They've been completely uncooperative!

The "evidence" on which this entire conspiracy theory is based is a report by the Clinton-aligned

cyber security firm Crowdstrike.

Crowdstrike says there are "footprints" of Russian hacking, but these can easily be

faked.

The community of intelligence agencies have simply taken Crowdstrike's word for it without

conducting investigations of their own.

In short, there is no serious effort to investigate the supposed hacking.

It's all propaganda to damage Trump.

The Left knows it's fiction, but they'll peddle it for as long as they can to further

their agenda.

A Captioning Workflow - Duration: 6:47.

[Joseph Polizzotto] This captioning workflow consists of

four steps.

Step 1: Generating a "raw transcript" using YouTube's

automatic speech recognition technology.

Step 2: Editing the "raw transcript" in OTranscribe, a free

text editor you can use in your web browser.

Step 3: Segmenting and aligning the edited transcript with the

audio by use of a script that uses PERL and Aeneas, a Python-based

forced alignment tool.

Step 4: Checking the accuracy of the timestamps in the resulting

captions file.

Step 1: Generating a Raw Transcript.

I decided to use YouTube's automatic speech recognition

technology to create a raw transcript for a few reasons.

1) YouTube is free.

2) The Word Error Rate (WER) has been good in my testing, coming in

at 4% WER, compared to 7% for Speechmatics, 7% for Pop-up

Archive, 8% for Trint, 9% for GoogleSpeech API, 13% for Google

VoiceTyping, 14% for a trained Dragon profile, 23% for an

untrained Dragon profile, and 26% for IBM Watson.

And 3) Many people are familiar with YouTube.

After uploading the audio or video as an unlisted video to YouTube, I

wait for the automatic closed caption file to be generated.

I then use a script, which uses youtube-dl and mainly Sed

commands, to download the auto-captions file and clean up

the text so that it is a plain text file without any of the

formatting of the VTT file from YouTube.

Step 2: Editing the Transcript.

I then open the "raw transcript" file in OTranscribe, a web-based

text-editor.

This tool is free and allows me to quickly play back the part of the

audio that I want to hear while I am editing.

The text is not time-coded to the audio-- which would be great!--

but the shortcuts are handy and my work is saved every second.

While I am editing the transcript, I make sure to include important

information, such as speaker identification and important

non-speech sounds.

I place brackets around this information, which is important

for the alignment process in the next step.

These things are an expression of what we might call liberal

[Joseph Polizzotto] Once the editing is done and the transcript

is perfect as best I can tell, I export it as a text file

from Otranscribe.

Step 3: Segmenting and Aligning the Transcript.

The next step in the process is to segment the transcript so that the

sentences are broken into "caption-ready" chunks.

In keeping with best practices in captioning, we are interested in

creating caption blocks that do not exceed 35 characters per line.

We also want to have caption blocks that have two consecutive

lines, when possible, which can help reduce the frame-rate of the

captions and make them easier to read.

Finally, we also want the end of sentences always to appear at the

end of a caption block.

For this step, it is also important that the full-stops used

in abbreviations or honorifics are not treated as the end of

sentences.

The segmentation of the transcript is performed in the first part of

a script that I have created for use at this step in the captioning

workflow.

After segmentation is performed, the new chunks are aligned with

the audio file in the second part of the script.

The alignment is computed via a wonderful Python library called

Aeneas, developed by Alberto Pettarin.

In the Aeneas portion of my script, I can adjust some useful

parameters for the aligner to work just the way I want for my video.

Such as how long the head and tail of the video is and whether to

remove the non-speech segments of the audio from the alignment

process.

By executing this script, I now have a captions file and an html

file that opens up a text editor I can use for checking the accuracy

of the timestamps.

Step 4: Checking the Accuracy of the Captions File.

With a captions file in hand, I am now at the final step in my

workflow, which is to fine-tune the timestamps in my captions

file, if necessary.

To do this, I use an html editor called FineTuneAs, which allows me

to quickly check the time-stamps and download the corrected

captions file.

Alright, so today. We're gonna discuss the Secret Garden a new musical that'll be here in October

(Here in Houston), so we are learning about the show ourselves, so we don't really know a whole bunch about it

so we decided to let you guys in on our discussion and see if you can add on to it and

There's a moment in the play where her ancestors come and do this song number

So they like are kind of spookily behind her necessarily. I would say next

It's more like

It they're pretty ghosts don't have like ya crazy or anything like that, and that's like this moment where she's probably feeling alone

she's feeling sad and

Her Ancestors come her mother and father who died they come other family members that are a part of her legacy

You know they come and they kind of give her this beautiful song and support. I'm saying you know. It's okay. You're not alone

We're still with you. You're not alone, and you can move into this world you can grow into this world

I think that's a pretty pretty interesting

Of all the anime I've recently none of them had the same effect on me as One Punch Man.

Everything about the show is perfect in my opinion.

hero.

The hero Anpanman's costume consists of a red jumpsuit with yellow gloves.

If you reverse the colors, you will get Saitama's costume color combination.

Anpanman was a picture book series by an author during the Second World War who experienced

wonder where is the barcode of the knife.

Saitama must of thought that the knife was one of the merchandise.

Just imagine this guy ringing up your purchase.

ONE decided to go with a rather simplistic design for Saitama because there are way too

many superheroes that look "cool".

In ONE's opinion, coolness comes from one's spirit not looks.

I tend to agree with that.

Saitama's lack of a design is what actually makes him stand out.

EU considers additional sanctions against N. Korea - Duration: 2:03.

The European Union is talking tough on North Korea.

The member states have agreed to consider additional sanctions against the regime following

its launch of a long-range missile on July 4th.

The EU also said peace should be restored on the Korean Peninsula through dialogue.

Kim Hyo-sun reports.

The European Union has strongly condemned North Korea's long-range missile launch,...

adding that the 28-nation bloc may consider tougher sanctions against the regime.

EU foreign ministers adopted a statement on Monday denouncing North Korea's first intercontinental

ballistic missile test,... describing it as a serious threat to international peace and

security.

They also expressed support for South Korea's vision of resolving the North's nuclear issue

through dialogue.

we can do to facilitate a solution which is our view cannot be but a diplomatic and political

one for sure.

Not a military solution for the situation in the Korean peninsula, as the South Koreans

The European Union is considering tougher sanctions against North Korea following this

month's missile launch.

On Monday the EU's executive arm condemned Pyongyang's latest provocation, calling it

a serious threat to international peace and security.

Included in the official statement: the EU will now consider "further appropriate responses"

with its allies... in line with UN resolutions.

It also states they support Seoul's efforts to engage in dialogue with Pyongyang.

With tensions heightened in the region by North Korea's recent launch of an intercontinental

ballistic missile,... the United States has announced another successful test of its anti-missile

defenses.

The U.S. Missile Defense Agency said Tuesday that a THAAD system located in Kodiak, Alaska...

successfully shot down an intermediate-range ballistic missile target for the first time.

The agency explained that the target was detected, tracked and intercepted... in the 14th successful

test of the system -- the previous ones having been conducted on other types of missiles.

It added that the latest test further demonstrates the capabilities of the THAAD system to destroy

incoming ballistic missiles.

The Pentagon said the test had been planned for months... and was not related to last

week's provocation by Pyongyang.

But observers note that the test did come after analysts found that the North's ICBM

is likely capable of striking Alaska.

Amid the growing threat from North Korea's long-range missiles, senior defense officials

from South Korea, the United States and Japan vowed on Wednesday to put "maximum pressure"

on North Korea to bring the regime back to the negotiating table.

In a video conference, the three countries again condemned Pyongyang's long-range ballistic

missile launch, calling it a clear violation of multiple UN Security Council resolutions

and a threat to global peace and stability.

They also reaffirmed the importance of the complete and irreversible denuclearization

of the Korean peninsula.

President Moon concludes multilateral platform debut: Draws int'l support on N. Korea - Duration: 3:11.

front in the German port city of Hamburg this year.

At the same time, President Moon also called for international assistance for the North

Korean people... emphasizing humanitarian aid in the health and medical sectors must

not be linked to political conditions.

And, that's not all.

"Even on issues like trade and climate change where major countries remained starkly divided,

the president expressed our strong opposition to trade protectionism and support for the

Paris Agreement on climate change.

He called for policy cooperation by all countries thereby, restoring our status as a responsible

nation in the global arena."

The South Korean president also introduced the new administration's economic policy of

people-centered investment, fair economy, and innovative growth... as ways to tackle

low growth, high unemployment, and economic polarization - problems shared by countries

all across the globe.

All that... in four G20-wide working sessions and 13 bilateral and trilateral meetings on

the sidelines of the two-day long global leaders' meeting.

an end... without much hiccups.

Achievements, yes.

Pence vows no talks between Trump and Kim until N. Korea gives up nuclear ambitions - Duration: 0:48.

U.S. Vice-President Mike Pence has said that unless North Korea gives up its nuclear weapons

program, there can be no face-to-face talks between President Donald Trump and Kim Jong-un.

Speaking on an American talk radio show on Monday, Pence said the U.S. should be willing

to sit down and explore common interests to advance peace, security and prosperity in

the world with virtually any country... except with North Korea.

He pledged that unless the regime "permanently abandons its nuclear and ballistic missile

Seoul waiting for N. Korea to respond to Pres. Moon's 'Berlin Declaration' - Duration: 1:52.

Before heading to Hamburg, President Moon grabbed the global spotlight in Berlin.

During his speech seemingly directed to North Korea, he asked the regime to return to dialogue.

According to our Kwon Jang-ho, the unification ministry quickly got to work and is now ready

to begin talks...

BUT they must wait... as Pyongyang hasn't responded yet.

Before the G20 Summit last week, President Moon Jae-in laid out his vision for re-engagement

with North Korea during a speech in Berlin.

The key points of the 'Berlin Declaration', as its being dubbed, were to seek reunions

in October for families separated by the Korean War, to suspend hostile activities on the

inter-Korean border, and to have North Korea involved somehow in the Pyeongchang Winter

Olympics next year.

On Monday, Seoul's Unification Ministry released a progress report, stressing that they will

push for corresponding talks upon reviewing the response from Pyongyang.

However, four days since the speech, there has so far been no official word from the

regime.

The report does say that Seoul will remain patient, and that it is currently trying to

re-open lines of communication with the North, such as through the Panmunjom demilitarized

zone liaison office, or through military channels.

It adds that Seoul will seek to comprehensively discuss North Korea's denuclearization, peace

on the peninsula and improving inter-Korean relations.

But it also warns that if the regime does not stop its nuclear and missile tests, they

will work with the international community to seek stronger sanctions and pressure.

In the meantime the report goes on say that Seoul will encourage civic groups to reach

out to North Korea and push for humanitarian and cultural exchanges.

So far the Unification Ministry has allowed 50 civic groups to contact the North, but

they've had little response.

PUSHED TO THE LIMIT! (COLOMBIA HIKING VLOG) | Eileen Aldis - Duration: 10:40.

Hi guys!

Today we're going to do a hike at Valle de Cocora outside of Salento in Colombia.

We're going to see some wax palm trees which are the tallest palm trees in the entire world.

They're also the national tree of Colombia.

After about twenty minutes crammed into a Jeep we've arrived at Valle de Cocora.

There's a short way and a long way.

We have decided to go the long way.

So we'll see how this goes.

This our first glimpse of the magnificent wax palm trees.

They're enormously tall.

We just passed this couple coming back from this long hike

and the girl just looked like she was in hell.

She just could barely breathe, like, she wanted to die.

And her boyfriend or whoever was behind her like -

Eating chips like.

Just like a walk in the park.

No big deal.

And I was like, 'That's probably what it's gonna look like when we come back from this hike.'

I'm gonna be like...

See these smiles? You won't see much more of them.

So the beginning of the trail is kind of flat through a valley and now it's starting to go uphill.

There's a place at the top that we're trying to reach before we start making our way down.

It's a white horse!

Make a wish!

He's licking his face.

We have to cross the river and there's this really cool suspension bridge

that looks really precarious and I'm really excited to walk across it.

Isn't that fun?

The part we're at now is very, very muddy and quite steep.

I can't imagine doing this in the rain.

It would be quite treacherous.

We just saw a girl who fell down.

She's OK but you really have to be careful here.

There's one river crossing here where you have to cross a couple of logs that are tied together

and it's pretty tight so if you come to do this hike

I would definitely wear some very sturdy shoes.

That was a rush.

We've been on this trail for around three hours now

and the sun goes down in just a couple more hours.

So it's a bit of a race against the clock to make sure that we're not out here without any lights

because that would not be good at all.

So hopefully we will make it up the steepest part here to the top where there's a hummingbird sanctuary

and hopefully there we'll be able to sit down and have a drink and then make our way back down

while we still have some sunlight.

So we've had a bit of a twist on the trail and this is now the trail.

Yeah.

That's the trail.

Can't go over it, can't go under it, can't go around it.

Gonna have to go through it.

It's half a kilometre more to the top and I'm running a little low on gas

so Marc's helping me.

He's pushing me.

There's another bridge crossing with a couple of logs

and I know there are hummingbirds and water on the other side of this so let's go.

We've now been on the trail about four hours.

We did manage to get to the top and saw the hummingbirds which is really, really cool.

I think I even saw their cute little tongues as they flew over to have a drink of water

- it was maybe sugar water.

That was really neat to see and now we are making our way back down the trail

so I think it should be a lot easier from here on out and apparently the best is saved for last

on this particular trail because all of the wax palm trees are at the end.

So I can't wait to see that.

I'm pretty out of breath now.

There's a lot of fog or mist.

It almost feels like we've hiked so high that we're now up in a cloud.

One thing about this trail is that there aren't really any route markers.

When I say there aren't really: there are no route markers.

So it's a good idea to have a map or some semblance of an idea of where you want to go

and as someone who doesn't hike very often I'm definitely a beginner.

I don't really think this is a beginner trail.

The trails are quite steep.

There's some really precarious river crossings and sometimes you have to hike directly through a stream

so I don't think that's beginner.

So just be aware of that if you're planning to come here.

We're still not all the way to the top.

I thought when we passed the hummingbirds that it was all downhill.

Definitely not.

We have to actually hike up to what looks like the ridge of the mountain

before we can start making our way down towards those wax palm trees that I'm holding out to see.

So I'm gonna go further now.

Wax palms are the national tree of Colombia and they were very close to extinction

and they're still really rare.

This is one of the only places that you can still see them.

They were used historically for making wax candles and every Easter for their palm fronds on Palm Sunday.

But now they are being rehabilitated here.

They're absolutely beautiful, extremely tall, and we're about to see a whole lot more of them.

We're finally walking down the mountain.

All of the uphill is done, the bugs are coming out, the sun is almost done so we need to get going

to make sure we see these palm trees.

You know you're the last ones on the trail when they lock you in.

So I'm gonna have to climb this fence.

Try to climb this fence.

That looked hard with a backpack.

With a backpack - huge backpack.

Nice work.

We can see them coming around the bend!

Oh my god!

There are so many.

Wow!

Unfortunately it has started to rain.

We are walking beside the wax palm trees

but it's about 6PM and the last Jeep heads back to Salento quite shortly.

So we're trying to get there and, if not, we'll just have to walk.

Unfortunately, the rain makes it a little trickier to see the trees

but we did see them on the way in so that was amazing.

I'm so glad that we started at that time when it was really good weather.

But despite the rain and it getting darker now it's still incredible to see these wax palm trees.

It's like something out of a Dr. Seuss book to be honest.

They just look very Other.

They're so tall.

I believe they grow up to about sixty-five metres

and seeing their silhouette against the rainy sky is really beautiful.

After seven hours, twenty kilometres, two hundred and eighty-two floors,

and nearly thirty thousand steps, we have finished the hike.

We are back in Salento.

Unfortunately we missed the last Willy's Jeep -

the best and cheapest form of transportation back to Salento.

They leave at 6:30PM and we didn't realize that but we were able to get a different taxi so that worked out.

The next thing we didn't realize that became pretty important rather quickly

is that they actually lock the gate at the bottom of the hill.

You finish in this big pasture with these huge palm trees

and the gate was locked at the end of the trail with a huge padlock with barbed wire.

So Marc had to go over the barbed wire fence.

I ended up going through the barbed wire fence in the rain, in the dark.

It was not the ideal way to end the day but we still had an amazing time.

I am really glad that we went to Valle de Cocora.

It's beautiful.

We saw so many things we have never seen before.

In 2016, there were over 2,117 car thefts in Anchorage.

And the murder rate almost doubled every year since my opponent was elected to his seat.

What we are doing isn't working.

These rates of crime are unlike anything we've seen before, yet we have more qualified and

well trained police officers than ever before.

So what is the real solution to the problem of crime?

I have some ideas:

First, we need to push back on provisions in SB 91.

The bill removed too many consequences for crime in our communities.

Then we need to prosecute the criminals we arrest.

When someone steals a car, they should be charged with a crime, not put back on the

streets to steal another car the next day.

We don't need violent offenders and thieves wandering the streets of our neighborhoods

everyday.

It's time to get tough and prosecute those who break our laws, even if that means prioritizing

law enforcement over other things like parks and trails.

Our Mayor and Assembly must learn

to differentiate between "needs" and "wants".

Mayor Berkowitz says he wants to hire more police officers, and members of the Assembly

say they want more money for officer training programs, and community policing efforts.

But those things will not solve the crime problem here in Anchorage.

Let's get real: The crime rate will never decrease if criminals are allowed to commit

crime without serious consequences.
