to make sure that you stay on track the next time you go shopping.
Hey there, My name is Jenny Jaucian.
I am an online Fitness and Lifestyle Expert and Certified Personal Trainer and in this
video I'm gonna share with you 3 tips that have helped me stay on track with my healthy
eating every single week when I go grocery shopping.
#1 is to create a list
Make sure that you have a list prepared ready to go of all of the meals that you're gonna
be eating for the next 5 to 6 days , so that you know what food you should be going to
get and that's it.
So as long as the food is not on the list, you are not gonna get it.
This is the number 1 way to make sure that you stay prepared, stay on track and have
an offense, plan or strategy the next time you go grocery shopping so you that you don't
get tempted to buy things that are on sale, or
things that you didn't expect would be at the store but they look so good.
This will help you stay on track and make sure that you stay in line with your goal
the next time you go.
#2 is to not go when you're hungry
When you get hungry and go to a food store or restaurant, you're more just tempted
to get quick easy convenient sugar filled, fat filled foods.
You are ravenous, your body is telling you that I need something quick and easy and the
ice cream isle and the chip isle just calls your name so much louder.
So make sure that you have a snack before you go.
This is the same tip that I would share with you when you're eating out on a restaurant.
Make sure that you have snack on hand so that you are satisfied.
So that you can make smarter, better, more conscious decision when you're going shopping.
And lastly #3 Stay on the outside perimeter of the grocery store
Everything that you would need to stay on track with healthy, clean foods is on outside
of the perimeter.
That means veggies, that means fruits, that means fresh meat and produce.
All of the stuff that is not good for your body.
Such as junk food, processed food, added sugar.
All these dairy filled creams and sauces and everything, those are in boxes, packages,
containers, mason jars.
All with expirations dates, all that can last on the shelf for months at a time, and that
is not what we want to make sure that we're staying clean, we're staying fresh and we're
staying healthy and organic.
So try to stay on the outside of the perimeter.
You barely need anything in the middle of the store.
So stay on the outside and get all of your foods there.
Those are my 3 quick tips on how to stay healthy the next time you go grocery shopping.

Calling the Shots: Eden Hazard
Eden Hazard is the latest player to talk us through a selection of snaps from his personal Instagram account. The 2016/17 Chelsea Player of the Year picks out some memorable moments from his career and pays tribute to a Blues legend.
This is myself and Thorgan, my brother, together for the national team. He was on the bench for this game but we have played around 20 minutes together for Belgium, which was very nice for our family.
This was when we won the Premier League in 2014/15. It was a beautiful moment, the first of two titles with Chelsea and personally I had a very good season as well so they are nice memories.
It's not often my family are all together so when we are we have to do something entertaining. In this picture Im playing Monopoly with my three brothers, Thorgan, Kylian and Ethan.
We get on very well and they all play football. Thorgan is in Germany, Kylian plays in Budapest and Ethan plays for a local team.
Captaining Belgium for the first time was a very proud moment. It was in a friendly against France, in 2015. We won 4-3 and I scored so it was a memorable night for me.
I grew up watching Didier Drogba play and he was a huge idol of mine. I signed for Chelsea just after he left so I was a little bit sad that I was arriving as he was leaving, but two years later he came back.
I'm so happy I can tell my kids that I played with him, even if it was just one season. He's a great guy, a great leader and you always learn from the best in football. He was such a big-game player and I still speak to him..
This was when Belgium went to number one in the Fifa World Rankings, we were celebrating after the game. It was a historic moment for the country because it was the first time we had ever been top of the rankings. Unfortunately we are not there now..

What Causes Acne? Chocolate, dairy, sugars, oils and DHT/testosterone - Duration: 2:40.

80% of people experience skin problems, particularly acne. Can you
shed some light because people tend to think that DHT is the culprit,
dihydrotestosterone. What is going on?
>>Dr. Hertoghe: So DHT, dihydrotestosterone, is the hormone that
paralyzes or masculanizes. A woman for example can get a mustache,
beard growth,
and upper scalp hair loss.
So to my knowledge there is no scientific evidence that dihydrotestosterone
promotes acne. Acne is mostly
promoted by two hormones: Testosterone and DHT.
So when we have patients getting acne with a treatment
we have to check what is happening there. Now
testosterone & DHT are unable alone, almost unable alone,
to cause acne. Its only
when there's a diet that is faulty. For example you
need a diet problem and you need a male hormone problem,
and that is made from testosterone/DHT. The diet problem is mostly
when they eat: sweets, sugars, chocolate. Chocolate is the worse for acne.
Where I come from Belgium which is the chocolate country. So I'm not promoting Belgium
here.
Milk products, yogurt is the worst
of the milk products to promote acne. Maybe because the lactose, the sugar that is
in it.
Then the third
problem in the diet is eating cooked oil. You should
normally never eat food cooked in oil, even coconut oil,
olive oil, because they are always toxic fats that are made.
Patients use the
boiling water or the have special cooking pans where they don't need oil
to cook in it. >>Dr. Delgado: And eat more raw fresh food right? >>Dr. Hertoghe:
Fresh food is also excellent but don't
eat with cooking oil. And so if we avoid all these three groups of
foods a even if we have high amounts of testosterone,
usually, there is no acne. If there is
there is probably some other problem. There is
inflammation in the body like low cortisol or adrenal hormone levels.
That might also have to be corrected.
Sometimes we do lower a little bit the doses of testosterone and DHT.
Some women are so sensitive and men too.
But generally it's okay when you check the food and you change the food.

there are ways in which you can do to improve your videos, to improve your

checked out your creator studio there is an analytics tab. So basically this tab
is essential for you to grow on YouTube organically. This also tells you how you
can improve your videos and how you can do better in youtube search.
First, I want to share with you guys what is YouTube SEO and the YouTube Algorithm and
differentiate them from one another. You don't have to confuse YouTube SEO
and YouTube Algorithm because those two are different.
YouTube SEO is actually the practices that optimizes your videos and channels so that you get
higher rankings in YouTube search. So SEO stands for search engine
optimization and for you to grasp this concept you have to understand that
YouTube is essentially a search engine which means it runs the YouTube
algorithm. All search engine in the interweb have an algorithm that
basically sort and rank the content that is found on the Internet. So this algorithm
is very very smart. It basically sort all of the content uploaded in
YouTube in such a way that it correlates or associates with a certain keyword
user or people, when they go to YouTube sometimes they go to youtube to
search for certain keywords and I should also define that as well. So a keyword is
a search term or the words that are being typed in in the youtube search so
let's say I want to search for cat videos so of course I will type in the
youtube search "cat videos" so after I type it in and press ENTER
Youtube will give you several videos that rank high in this certain keyword.
The YouTube algorithm in the other hand is the AI or the brains behind the youtube
search so it takes in a lot of information from your videos and your
channel and basically it compiles all of the information called metadata that can
be found in your videos and your channel so that it will be associated or rank
against other content creators and other videos for a certain keyword there are
several metrics and factors that it looks into so that it will provide the
users or the people that searches (on youtube search), an accurate result
so this AI or the brain or the YouTube algorithm is very very smart. People have
actually tried gaming this algorithm like buying subscribers or buying views
which is actually a violation of the YouTube's Terms of Service. So guys, I
know you want fast growth but I definitely don't want you guys to break
the Terms of Service because it will hurt your channel
so don't buy views don't buy subscribers just grow organically guys. You will hear
me say this a lot of times in this YouTube creator series and that you guys
should strive for organic reach and organic subscribers and you will actually
learn in this next few episodes why the organic views and reach and the
subscription will help you grow more on YouTube. With that out of the way and I

youtube SEO and the YouTube algorithm? Well if you are serious in
YouTube. If you are serious in doing this as a probably a full-time career. You
have to learn advanced stuff and I'm sure alot of you guys have goals for your channels
and hopefully this thing that I will be showing you in the next few videos will
help you grow faster. This is actually organic and legit and legal way to grow
fast. You don't have to do a sub4sub you don't have to do view4view because
I will show you guys why in the next few videos but I tell you that right now
that sub4sub view4view will hurt your channel. Please guys stop the
sub4sub culture and I know a lot of the YTVPH members have been
educated well enough and I hope the other people who are not YTVPH
members also know the importance of growing organically on YouTube and this
is actually the aim of this series to help you guys grow on YouTube in the most legit
and legal way so let's not resort to those kind of practices and let's just
learn the advanced stuff if you're serious about YouTube do the hard work
so this is part of the hard work guys but let me tell you if you guys master
this you will just be probably the next big creator out there. I hope you guys
understand why I need to learn this stuff and basically it will help you
grow faster it will actually make you more conscious of the content that you
provide because having great content helps with the YouTube algorithm so that
is also one of the tips that I can give you guys right now is to create great
content guys and maybe also start with the basics. I hope you guys are taking
notes right now because I will use these terms across all of the new videos that
I will be putting out So first is the Keywords which are the search
terms or the word the people type in the youtube search box so another thing that
you have to learn is ranking and ranking basically is the position that you will
have for a certain keyword and your goal is actually to be in the on the first
page of the YouTube search page, second is the position in which you are ranked
in a youtube search so that's the top spot the second spot, up to I don't know
Basically it's your position in that page so your goal is to be on the
top spot and your goal is also to be on the first page the third thing that
you've got to learn is that you have YouTube analytics if you guys don't know
where your YouTube analytics are it's in the creator studio
YouTube analytics is actually very helpful so that and YouTube actually
provides you with this tool so that you can do better in youtube search again
since YouTube provides you with this tool this means that there's something
that you can do to improve your videos in your ranking so in the next few
videos I will explain some of the sections of this YouTube analytics tool
so that you can improve your ranking I also want you guys to know that there's
a there's a term called watch time and it's also in your YouTube analytics and
this watch time is very crucial in the YouTube algorithm watch time is a
different animal and watch time I will discuss that in the next few videos so
watch out for that. In this series of videos we will know who wants to take
YouTube seriously because this stuff the boring stuff but it will definitely
improve your video content as well as the ranking of your videos and who doesn't
want to grow on YouTube right? I'm sure all of you guys created a channel because
you want to build an audience. I'm teaching you this now because I am seeing a lot
of content creators that have great content but their videos are not
performing well and I want to help you guys I want to help each and every one
of you guys for free because in 'YouTube everything is possible' this is actually a quote
from NumuTV. I'm excited for what's to come
I am excited to see you guys grow more I've actually been supporting a lot of
new youtubers and existing youtubers and I have this tool that actually makes me
see how your videos perform so I watch a lot of content creators and their video
sometimes perform low and I'm quite disappointed because the content that
certain creators are actually so good and I want them to perform better I want
them to grow because they deserve it! All of you guys deserve it! That's why I am
putting out this certain content so yeah I am excited for you guys to actually
grow using the methods and teachings that I will be showing you guys in the

Burger King® | NEW Whopper® Review! 🍔👑 - Duration: 5:11.
hey guys it's Ian K for peep this out back again with another one for ya this time
returning to BK to take a look at a pretty significant upgrade to one of the
most iconic burgers ever now I think it's safe to say that most of the fast
food chains never really mess with their iconic flagship burgers only
because they've been around for so many years and people are very familiar with
the taste so I guess that you wouldn't want to mess with a good thing
especially when people are familiar with it and it's been around for so many
years once in a while though you do get some curveballs thrown your way I mean
McDonald's did recently upgrade their quote-unquote Big Mac to Grand Mac status
and that was actually pretty cool and now we've got a little bit of a makeover
coming our way in the form of what I'm calling the new whopper from BK because
for the first time ever the whopper is getting two major changes to its recipe
that have never been done before so let's see what those two new changes
are before we take a bite to see exactly how the flavor is going to be on a guys
but like always we got to get right up on it first that I closer look let's
peep this out
it's an upgrade for an icon as the classic whopper gets two big changes to
its overall recipe for the first time ever and the thing with this is you
probably wouldn't even know about it unless you took a bite so let's pop the
top and see what we've got going all the goodies underneath the seeded bun from
the whopper are going to be the same but let's start from the very bottom and
work our way backwards here because the real star of the show is going to be
what's peeking out right there so now that we got it flipped over let's take a
look at the star of the show guys the meat patty itself and if you take a
closer look at it here you're going to notice it is no longer perfectly round
it's a little bit more of a homestyle patty so it may closely resemble a backyard barbecue
type of burger but it is definitely no longer round for sure and aside from
that it's actually seasoned for the first time with salt and pepper it's
something Burger King has never done so the iconic taste for the whopper that
you've all known for so many years is going to be upgraded slightly in the
flavor department I'm thinking aside from the patty itself looking maybe just
a little bit thicker but I think it's pretty much just the quarter pound patty
still maybe just a little bit more but overall it is the appearance of it for
sure that is different aside from that salt and pepper seasoning underneath the
meat patty it's going to be business as usual guys so from my case here no mayo
no tomato but plenty of the pickles onions lettuce
you've got ketchup on there as well but the meat patty itself a little bit more
homestyle like I said is the main thing it's the first time they've tried
something like this in addition to the salt and pepper seasoning so not too bad
so there you go the appearance is subtle but it's all in the flavor guys it's the
upgraded whopper here at BK let's peep out the flavor you have to change to the
look of the beef patty is subtle but it's definitely no longer that perfectly
round meat patty that we already know so it's all going to come down to the
flavor here we go with it it's the new whopper here at BK
hmm well first off I'm instantly getting all the familiar flavors that I know
from BK's whopper already here but there's something else going on hang on
a second
I want to say it's got just a little bit more seasoning to it there just have a
little bit more of a pop to it but it's still the classic whopper but like the
appearance of the patty its subtle but just enough to be a little different now
from what I'm told they're not going to be advertising this too much in terms of
what the changes to the whopper are at the moment here so I think subtlety is
going to be the word of the day guys because it really is pretty much the
same whopper with just a little bit extra in the flavor department and again
you don't want to mess with a classic and that's what the whopper is but what
you're getting here is a pretty flavorful burger that you already know
from BK with just a little bit extra in the flavor department for the meat so
it's not too bad now if you like the whopper and obviously a lot of people do I
think you know what to expect from this one guys it's very similar to what you
already know with maybe a little extra salt and pepper on the beef patty itself
and the slight appearance change is decent but it's still a whopper through
and through and that's not necessarily a bad thing because the idea is to improve
upon a classic so if you make a slight adjustment to the overall recipe I'm all
for it as long as the taste is primarily the same and the preparation is a little
bit different because of the way the patty is but that's just my $.02
what do you guys personally think drop those comments down below let me know if
you're going to be having the whopper anytime soon because this change is
slowly trickling out right now and they're not going to be advertising this
one here so let me know what you think because personally for me with a name
like whopper I would have loved to have seen just a super thick patty to really
do that whopper named justice but as it is it's still a very very large burger
and still pretty tasty so let me know what you think down below I'm very
curious to hear your thoughts on this one and as for the overall score in this
new offer from BK it's going to finish out with a solid
8 out of 10
it's still a significant upgrade because BK has never messed with the seasoning in
the beef patty itself let alone the shape of it so it's definitely a first
for them in that category but it's still a whopper through and through and like I
said that is not a bad thing and those are my thoughts on this one as we close

HAPPY MAIL FROM CALIG! Destash Purchase - Late June 2017 - Duration: 13:03.
Hey guys! Welcome to my very first Happy Mail video!
I bought a craft supply destash off of CaliG here on YouTube - I just happened to luck
out and see the video right when she posted it, so I was able to grab it.
Normally when I see a destash video, I see it within about ten minutes of it being claimed...
I'm very excited to get into this box and see what's in it; she showed a little bit
in her destash video, but most of it she kept kind of secret.
I'm definitely excited to get into this, because it's a very large box, it's basically 11x14,
it's actually heavier than I anticipated, so I'm very interested to get into what's in here!
Okay, oh my god you guys, there is so much stuff in this box!
I just took it all out in like, piles, so it makes it a little easier to get it out
to show you on the video... this might be a longer video than I anticipated.
There's soooo much stuff in here, more than I expected!
This is a little folder with a little note that just says thank you for purchasing...
and there's a ton of either folders or like, plastic bags full of stuff, so this is going to be a long video!
So I'll try not to talk too much, I'll just show you what's in this stuff.
So first is this envelope...
Okay, so right off the bat I'm already freaking out, because this card with the little French
bulldog on it... this is something that I've seen a ton of people hauling from Dollarama,
and I keep forgetting to look for it.
And I heard that it goes really fast, so the fact that there's one in here, is like...
I'm just freaking out... this is SO. CUTE!
There's another little card there...
Aw, that's cute, it's a... like an invitation...
And then I'm not really sure what this is; I thought it was stickers, but I guess it's
just like a cellophane... decoration?

We've got a whole slew of stickers here.
She showed these a little bit in her destash video, these are cute, they're like pop-up...
oh, they're handmade!
Pop-up stickers of umbrellas and clouds and raindrops, and the clouds are kind of cottony...
These are gorgeous!
I don't think I've ever seen them before; granted I've only been to Dollaram-- er, Dollar
Tree, rather, once, and I know you can get this brand at Walmart as well, but...
I've never seen these, but they're really cute, they're like... they're all pop-up,
and they're handmade as well.
These ones I'm excited about because - ugh, there's a lot of glare - I've seen people
haul these, and I didn't see them the one time I went to Dollar Tree...
I thought they were gorgeous, so I'm super excited to have these...
We have some stickers with words on them from Michaels...
Got some letter stickers, you know I seem to be collecting those lately, so that's gonna
go into the sticker folder for sure [laughs].
I'm not sure if I've seen anyone haul these; I think I might have, they look familiar...
they're like little reminder stickers, you just write stuff on them...
And then we have this partial book of 1,000 happy face stickers... it is a used book - she
did mention in her stash video that some of the stuff would be used a little bit.
There's just smiley face stickers... a couple of these pages were loose...
So we've got a bunch of smiley faces there...
... little icons and stuff...

Got some stuff here that I wouldn't normally use, but now that I am looking at doing like
a junk journal/art journal-type thing, they may come in handy!
These are REALLY pretty, these here, they're paper flowers... there's like, music notes
and polka dots and words, and they're really pretty, so I could easily see myself using
those for something.
Got these really nice wooden buttons...
And then our first bag of a bunch of stuff! [laughs] Like, I'm not kidding when I said
there's a lot of bags with stuff in it... this is going to be a long video, but that's
okay, cuz...
I'm excited!
So this is a fabric tape; I've never seen fabric tape, at least I don't think I have...
... oh that's a cute pattern on it, it's got like, summery-type stuff...
There's some lace tape that I've also never used those...
I think I have seen lace tape... maybe?
There's a green one...

I thought it was two rolls stuck together - nope, it's one!
Some pearl beads... those are cute... they're actually really pretty!
So there's a bunch of the pearl beads... a little bit of these white - I'm not sure if they're white or silver?
They look kind of like both - beads as well... and a little flower with the pearl beads on it.
So here we have a craft punch from Daiso... this may be one of the only items I ever get
from Daiso, because we don't have Daiso here in Ontario, so...
it's kind of cool to say I have something from Daiso!
And then these, I would love to take them out of the package for you, but I have a feeling
I'm going to have a lot of loose stuff by the end of this, so I'm gonna leave them in here for now...
Cali actually did a video about these - she made these!
I love these!
Part of the reason I wanted to get this was because these were in them, because they are SO gorgeous!
And she sent an extra page of the corrugated paper that she used to make them.
I got some loose papers here, we have a very deep red cardstock...
I think this is a 6x6 scrapbook paper page...
And then there are... two of these?
Two sheets of... this.
[chuckles] I'm not really sure what it is... obviously it's a note paper of some sort...
I don't know what language it's in...
I'm gonna guess Japanese, but I could be wrong...
It's really cute though!
Like I love the design and the colouring on it, so I'll make good use of that...
So here we have Baggie Of Stuff #2...
This looks like it's cut off from scrapbook paper... with these little tickets... those
are really cute...
These are peel & stick, I guess, mail seals?
That say "We appreciate your business" and "Our wedding day"...
Oh, there's another "We appreciate your business" and another "Wedding day"...

So it looks like this is going to be mostly papers; she did say there was a lot of 6x6 paper & paper scraps in here...

Okay, and these little packs, I'm not going to open, because we'll be here all day if
I go through all of these as well! [laughs]
This is a "Songs of Spring" adhesive craft paper... there was-- this pattern here, I
showed that earlier, it was kinda thick, and I couldn't figure out why... apparently it's
because it's adhesive, so that's awesome...
There are some chalkboard sheets, which is pretty cool.
And these are-- these are what's from Daiso, these are the origami papers, I showed you
some of those, they were loose in the package.
There's a freaking stencil in here, guys! [laughs] I just noticed that it says, "Professional
plumbing fixtures template", which is kind of amusing.
And then finally we've got our last bag of goodies; I think I'm just going to dump ths
one out too, cuz it looks like a lot of loose stuff.
Okay I lied - that's not the last bag.
There's bags inside the bag.
[laughs] Oh my god!
Okay so obviously the first things you see are these two... this toucan, and this ridiculously
adorable giraffe... they're plastic but they look-- they're woodgrain... and it looks like
they're adhesive... this is HUGE, I don't know what I'm gonna do with it, but it's SO
freaking cute, I'm like, in love.
I have NO idea what I'm going to do with it, but this is adorable.
And we've got a little turtle in the same vein! That's cute!
We have some more stickers; I think there was a white sheet that had these similar stickers on it.
There's a cute little notepad...
There's a little bow embellishment...
A couple more bows here...
There's an... eye shadow duo... do people use that for crafting?
They could!
I dunno.
I don't use eyeshadow at all, so I have no idea! [laughs] But I'm sure I could give this
to someone... unless there's a specific crafting function I'm not aware of - please let me
know in the comments.

So we have these pencils that have lipstick print on them...
We have a very glittery pen...
Quite a few of these; these little adhesive, or wooden strawberries...
There's also some little mushrooms in the same vein - they're adhesive and wooden.
We have another set of earrings...
There's a little set of gems... my favourite is - you probably can't see it because of
the glare - but these little orange things are little skulls & crossbones, that's kind
of adorable and awesome for Halloween.
Then we have some more papers, it looks like...
