Trump reopens fight on internet sales tax - Duration: 6:51.

Trump reopens fight on internet sales tax

BY NAOMI JAGODA

President Trump's recent tweet about Amazon is putting the issue of online sales taxes

back in the spotlight.

In a tweet Wednesday criticizing the Washington Post, which is owned by Amazon founder Jeff

Bezos, Trump called the publication "the guardian of Amazon not paying internet taxes (which

they should)."

It's unclear exactly what Trump meant by "internet taxes."

Amazon in April started collecting sales taxes on purchases in every state that levies a

sales tax.

But Congress has also banned states from taxing consumer's internet access.

Asked about the tweet on Wednesday, White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders said

she had not discussed it with Trump.

The White House also did not respond to an email from The Hill Friday about the tweet

or the broader online sales tax issue.

But lawmakers and others who want states to be able to force online retailers to collect

sales tax were heartened by Trump's comment.

Its encouraging to see President Trump engage on this issue and [I] am hopeful well

soon be able to level the playing field for Main Street businesses, said Rep. Kristi

Noem (R-S.D.).

Noem and Sen. Mike Enzi (R-Wyo.) introduced legislation earlier this year that would allow

states to require out-of-state retailers to collect their sales taxes in exchange for

states simplifying their sales tax laws.

The bills have bipartisan support, and the Senate easily passed a version of Enzis

bill in 2013.

But efforts to resolve the online tax issue have stalled in recent years, in part because

a key House GOP chairman prefers a different solution.

And its unclear when Congress will again consider legislation on the topic.

There's a long history behind the debate.

The Supreme Court ruled in 1992 that states can only require retailers to collect their

sales taxes if the businesses have a physical presence in the state.

The ruling also said that Congress has the ultimate power to resolve the remote sales

tax issue.

While taxpayers are supposed to pay taxes on online purchases even when the business

doesnt collect them at the time of purchase, few do and that requirement is rarely enforced.

State and local governments have pushed for congressional legislation on online sales

taxes as they struggle to collect enough sales tax receipts to meet their revenue targets.

Brick-and-mortar retailers who feel theyre at a disadvantage compared to online retailers

have also backed Noem and Enzis bills.

Amazon is also a supporter.

But House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.), whose panel has jurisdiction

over the issue, has expressed reservations about the bill that passed the Senate in 2013

and has his own ideas.

Goodlatte released a discussion draft last year that would tax remote sales using the

tax base of the retailers state and the tax rate of the customers state.

And he recently signed onto legislation introduced by Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner (R-Wis.) that would

bar states from requiring retailers in other jurisdictions to collect their sales taxes.

Goodlatte says he wants to make sure that businesses are protected from regulations

in states where they do not reside.

He said that his draft bill also makes it easier for brick-and-mortar retailers to compete

with online businesses.

We will continue to discuss the draft legislation and the issue as a whole with lawmakers and

stakeholders, he said.

Goodlatte isn't the only one with concerns over legislation like Noem and Enzi are offering.

Other GOP lawmakers and fiscally conservative groups have also voiced concerns, and several

Senate Dems in states without sales taxes voted against the 2013 bill.

Carl Szabo senior policy counsel at NetChoice, which represents e-commerce businesses said

that hes concerned that legislation like the 2013 bill would subject businesses to

thousands of taxing jurisdictions and put them within the reach of multiple state tax

auditors.

That would be enough to make it near-impossible for small businesses to compete online,

he said.

The competing approaches to the issue have led to little movement in Congress, frustrating

those who want to help states collect online sales taxes.

Rep. Steve Womack (R-Ark.), a co-sponsor of Noems bill, said hed really like

for leadership to ratchet up a little pressure on the authorizing committee to get something

marked up.

With no sign the House Judiciary Committee will act soon, though, Womack said he thinks

the Senate should take the lead, including online sales tax legislation in a broader

measure and sending it over to the House.

For now, the sponsors of Noems bill have deliberately kept it underneath the noise

of higher-profile issues such as healthcare, tax reform and the budget, and are trying

to let some of the dust settle in Washington before we move further ahead, Womack said.

While Congress has been slow to act, states have been taking action on their own to mandate

collection of sales taxes on online purchases.

Some believe the issue may ultimately be resolved by the Supreme Court.

They note the flurry of activity in the states and the fact that Justice Anthony Kennedy

in a 2015 opinion said he wanted the court to reexamine the issue.

The most closely watched case stems from a law South Dakota enacted last year, after

Kennedys opinion, that requires certain out-of-state online retailers to collect its

sales taxes.

The case is currently before the South Dakota Supreme Court.

And if that court rules against South Dakota, the state is likely to petition the case to

the U.S. Supreme Court.

Max Behlke, director of budget and tax policy for the National Conference of State Legislatures,

said that if the Supreme Court overturns its 1992 ruling, state and local governments will

probably no longer want Congress to provide a solution.

They'll move to pass their own laws on collecting online sales taxes.

However, if the justices keep the 1992 ruling in place, states will have to find other sources

of revenue besides sales taxes, he said.

Brave Hero Jumped On A Grenade To Save His Fellow Marines, Are You Proud Of This Young Man? - Duration: 2:23.

Brave Hero Jumped On A Grenade To Save His Fellow Marines, Are You Proud Of This Young

Man?

The brave men and women of our armed forces made a commitment to defend their country

and if needed to sacrifice their lives.

William Kyle Carpenter took his oath as a United States Marine very seriously.

He jumped on a live grenade to save the lives of his comrades.

Miraculously, Kyle survived the blast and told his amazing story of courage.Carpenter

earned the rank of Lance Corporal when he was 21.

He was deployed to Afghanistan in 2010.

During a firefight, a grenade landed near a fellow soldier, and without hesitation,

Carpenter threw his body on top of the grenade.

Using his body as a shield, he saved the lives of his fellow soldiers.

Carpenter survived, but his body was seriously damaged. The bones in his face and skull were

shattered, and shrapnel was embedded all over his body.

Carpenter lost part of his jaw, and one of his lungs collapsed.

When he arrived at Camp Bastion, he was labeled P.E.A (patient expired on arrival)

He was killed by an enemy grenade – but came back.

Carpenter underwent forty surgeries over the next two years to repair the damage.

He was given a Purple Heart in Recognition of his incredible bravery.

President Barack Obama presented Carpenter with the Medal of Honor.

Kyle has now retired from the military and began went to the University of South Carolina

to earn his degree in International Studies. He now helps others with charitable acts and

motivational speaking.

Pardesi - Duration: 2:10:26.

On the basis of all witnesses and evidences..

..the court has concluded that Shiva has murdered Deendayal.

Hence under IPC section 302 the court sentences..

..Shiva to death.

No, judge. I haven't murdered anyone.

I haven't murdered anyone. I haven't murdered anyone.

You have not only broken the nib of your pen.

You have also broken the spine of truth and justice.

I haven't murdered anyone, Mr. Judge.

I haven't murdered anyone, Mr. Judge.

I haven't murdered anyone.

I haven't murdered anyone, Mr. Judge.

I haven't murdered anyone, Mr. Judge.

I haven't murdered anyone.

Has he been sentenced to death? - Yes.

He doesn't look like a murderer at all.

Yes, it is true. I haven't murdered anyone.

I am innocent.

I swear on God, I haven't murdered anyone.

I haven't...

Son, I heard that you are going to the city to sell the grains.

Yes, father.

But son, we are indebted to the landlord.

Yes, we are, father. We have taken money from him.

We will give him money in return of money.

Why should we give him grains?

He pays 1 rupee for our grains worth 10.

That's okay, son.

But this is a years old custom..

..that we have to adhere to.

Father, if we continue to adhere to this custom..

..how will we have Radha's eyes treated.

How will Munna study?

But son, your talks are scaring me.

Thakur will get very angry.

He is a very dangerous man, son.

Father, we will anyhow die.

At least let us try to live once.

Greetings, Mr. Thakur.

Greetings. You thief.

You are greeting me since I have caught you red-handed.

You can act smart as much as you want to.

I, Lala understand everything.

Thakur, he has become a rebel.

No Thakur, it is not like that.

I am just taking my crop to the city to sell it.

Till date not even a handful of grains have gone to the city.

And you want to take away your entire crop.

You are greeting me since I have caught you red-handed.

Have you forgotten the history of this village?

The crop is only sold to Thakur here.

Thakur, you know that most of our land..

..has been mortgaged to you.

And if I sell you off the crop from the remaining land..

..then how will I have my blind sister treated, Thakur.

And the price you pay for our crop is too low.

Thakur, he is trying to defame you.

I am habituated to be defames since conceived.

Tell me more.

Thakur, just allow me to go to the city.

Thakur. Don't do that. Don't listen to him.

If you allow one to go then the entire village.

..will queue up and go to the city with their crop.

Then what is bad about it, Lala?

The farmers should be legitimately paid for their hard work.

Legitimate!

I have never come across this word since childhood.

I am not the son of Thakur Surjan Singh's legally wedded wife.

In fact I am the illegitimate son of his mistress.

And you shouldn't talk to legitimate stuff with people like me.

Take his grains.

Thakur, aren't you shamed to be cruel to the people..

..because of whose efforts you are leading..

..such a comfortable life?

No!

Hit him more.

Asking for rights! The dog.

I had asked him not to go.

Shiva. How are you son?

Where is Hussain, father? - He is here, son. Near you.

Hussain. Hussain.

Hussain. Hussain.

Are you okay?

I will go to the city now, father.

Why son?

Why do you want to go to the city?

I cannot sell my crop in the city.

But I can at least sell my labor.

I will labor there and earn money.

And then have Radha's eyes cured.

And have Munna educated.

"Don't forget us."

"Don't forget us."

"Traveler, do return."

"Traveler, do return."

"Don't forget us."

"Don't forget us."

"Traveler, do return."

"Traveler, do return."

"Traveler, do return."

"Traveler, do return."

"You are the lamp and I am the wick."

"We are destined to be together since many births."

"You are the lamp and I am the wick."

"We are destined to be together since many births."

"The way the sandalwood is fragrant."

"I the same way our lives are tied."

"My marital status saws."

"My marital status saws."

"Be loyal to me."

"Traveler, do return."

"Traveler, do return."

"Traveler, do return."

"I will show you the world."

"I will get eyes for you."

"I will show you the world."

"I will get eyes for you."

"How will I forget you?"

"I will return soon."

"I will return soon."

"In your arms."

"In your arms."

"Come and lift my palanquin with your arms."

"Traveler, do return."

"You are the support of my old age."

"You are dearer to me than my own life."

"You are the support of my old age."

"You are dearer to me than my own life."

"I will give you all the joys of the world."

"I want to spend my life at your feet."

"My stick."

"If I ever drop my stick, come and pick it up."

"Traveler, do return."

"Traveler, do return."

"Traveler, do return."

"Don't forget us."

"Don't forget us."

No!

Postman, any letter for me.

No sir, none for you today. I will deliver if it comes.

Yes.

Radha. Radha.

Radha, whenever I come to the village to deliver letters..

..you always run after me at my bicycle's bell.

And then you stumble and fall. And get hurt.

And today you are bleeding.

Don't worry about that.

I am blind so I am habituated to stumble.

I know that there is no letter from my brother even today.

But the bell of your bicycle always revives my hopes.

Radha, now I will ring my bicycle bell in this village..

..the day your brother will return.

May god bring that day soon.

Goddess.

The day my husband will return..

..I will get him to You first.

And I will soak my hair and wash your floor with them.

Just send my husband home soon, Goddess.

Just send my husband home soon.

"My eyes have got tired waiting for you."

"The traveler has not returned."

"The wind."

"The wind, go and tell him my condition."

"Traveler, do return."

"Traveler, do return."

"Traveler, do return."

Shiva.

Here. Sign this.

These are the documents for you to appeal.

This might lessen or suspend your sentence.

I hate your law.

But why do you hate your life?

I have been working as a jailor for ten years.

I have always asked criminals with death sentences..

..about their final wish.

But you are the first person for whose appeal..

..I had prepared the documents.

But why?

I am just doing my duty.

If it is our work to punish the guilty.

Then it is also our duty to save the innocent.

And we can always try.

I will prepare your appeal documents again.

Sign them.

Otherwise I won't regard your death as punishment.

In fact I will regard it as suicide.

Take these utensils too. - No, Lala. Don't be so cruel.

We have got nothing to do with cruelty. Rahu. Ketu.

Yes, Lala. - Ransack the entire house.

Take everything..

Sister-in-law, stop them.

Yes, stop me. Why are you standing there? Stop me.

The one who can stop Lala from collecting interest..

..should be someone with money.

You don't even have a rupee.

Where are you taking this broken pot?

Lala, people with such bad luck will only have broken stiff.

Shall I keep it back or take it along?

No, take it. Nothing should be spared. - Okay.

Please leave this.

This is the only utensil we have to prepare food.

Lala, have pity on us.

We will pay of the loan as soon as he returns.

Pay off the entire loan!

I am sick of listening to the same tirade since a year.

This is not going to affect me anymore. Go now.

By the way I can forego the interest.

On top of that I can also fill up your house with food grains.

The condition is that have an affair with me. - Lala.

Yes, I knew empty vessel makes a lot of noise.

If you have an affair with Lala you will live comfortably.

No affair, you will get bankrupted.

Will you come tonight?

Lala, did you get slapped hard?

Lala, should I also add it to the accounts?

Listen to me properly.

One day I will have this entire house auctioned off.

I am deeply connected to this house.

This slap is going to cost you dear.

Sister-in-law, don't worry. Brother will come soon.

Yes.

Shiva. I tried a lot but your appeal has been rejected.

This is your black warrant.

Only 2 days are left till your date of hanging.

Meanwhile do you want to meet anyone?

Yes.

Whom?

The judge.

At such times people want to meet their family and friends.

But you want to meet the person who... - Yes.

I want to meet him.

But why?

Why do you want to meet him?

I want to meet my helplessness. My helplessness.

Sorry to disturb you so early in the morning, sir.

No problem, I am sure it is something important.

Yes sir. I have a prisoner in my jail called Shiva.

You had sentenced him to death.

He is about to get hanged tomorrow.

And he has made a strange wish.

What?

He wants to meet you before he is hanged.

Why me?

Even I asked him the same question..

..but didn't give any answer.

Will you come to meet him, sir?

Look, I can't promise.

Okay sir.

Why has the jailer come so early in the morning?

Any problem?

Shiva has come, daughter-in-law.

He must be waiting for me. I will go to the station.

No, father. He is not a child.

The day he has to come he will reach home himself.

Have your food.

Daughter-in-law he is a child.

I don't know why he is angry with us.

He has not sent us a single letter till now.

I have only one prayer for god now.

Once he returns I will go and bathe in the Ganga.

Shiva.

You wanted to meet the judge, right?

Did you want to meet me?

Why?

I haven't killed anyone but you still sentenced me to death.

I accept my punishment.

But before getting punished I want to punish you too.

Punish? - Don't worry.

My punishment is not scary like getting hanged.

Your punishment is that you will inform..

..my family about my death.

My old father, wife, blind sister and innocent son.

You will inform them of my death.

Listen. Listen. - Yes.

Where can I find Shiva's house? - Shiva?

His father was looking for him in this train just now.

He looks for his Shiva in every train..

..that comes here since several months.

I don't know where he is. But you... - I..

Are you from the city? - Yes.

How is our brother Shiva?

Uncle Wasim, have you seen grandpa.

This is Munna. Shiva's son.

Munna he is from the city. Your father's friend.

Is it? - Take him home. Fast.

Sister-in-law will be very happy. - Yes. - Come.

Mother. Mother. Mother. - What happened, Munna?

Aunt. Aunt. Brother's friend has come from the city.

Brother's friend? Where is he?

He is standing here.

Greetings.

Greetings.

Munna, let him freshen up and make him sit.

Sister-in-law will be so happy to hear this.

Munna, go to the temple.

Sister-in-law should be there. Call her fast.

Why do you need to call her?

She will come home running happily..

..as soon as she will get the news. Yes.

My aunt is like an express train which hardly stops.

You haven't seen me when I could see.

Now I can only speak.

Otherwise at that time I could cross the entire village..

..at once call from brother Shiva. Run now.

Aunt.

You are very naughty.

Munna said that brother's friend is very grand.

My brother is doing good, right? Where does he stay?

Does he prepare food himself or eat in the hotel?

My brother would be working a lot, right?

We are very happy in that case.

We have got only one job. To wait for brother.

When will my brother come?

Mother. Mother.

Father's friend has come from the city.

I know, brother will come only after..

..he has earned a lot of money.

He is always so truthful and honest.

You are his friend so tell me.

Have you ever heard him lying?

What happened to me was that I listened to what he said.

Everyone has to listen because brother never lies.

Aunt.

What are you doing?

It is Karwa Chauth today?

The one who brings news of the husband today is like god.

And it is a custom to touch the feet of god.

On Karwa Chauth even the god of death is frightened of wives.

Radha, did you serve him anything?

Sister-in-law, I was talking to him till now.

Sister-in-law, don't be angry.

I will get something now.

She is absolutely crazy.

He was not here on Rakhi and we didn't even have his address.

For us to send him the Rakhi band.

Still Radha bought the Rakhi band and have kept it safely.

And said that she said that she will only tie to her brother.

Even the Rakhi has got discolored now.

Sister-in-law, it might have got discolored but it is still intact.

It is the thought that counts.

Right, brother? Take this.

What is the need for all this?

I was about to leave by the 4 o'clock train.

Even I will come with you.

Why has he not written to us till now?

Please tell him, I can live anyhow.

But he should think about his blind sister..

..old father and Munna.

Whenever she hears the bell of the postman's bicycle..

..she follows him crazily.

And father...

Father can only hear him in the whistle of the train.

As if he is calling his father.

If he wanted to punish is for any mistake..

..then tell him that we have been punished enough.

He should punish us anymore.

And return soon.

I will leave. He has sent you some money.

Tell brother, that I said that I don't want eyes.

There is no need to earn money for that.

He just needs to return.

And I don't want any toys either.

I have grown up now.

Yes, dear. You are grown up.

I will tell him all this. I will tell him all this. Yes.

Listen.

I have a request for you.

If he doesn't want to return home because of some reason..

..then do send us to the place he is.

Listen sir. Listen sir. Sir, listen.

I am Ram Prasad. Shiva's father.

You have got Shiva's message, right? - Yes.

Dear, bend a little.

Bend, dear.

My eyes have become dim while waiting for him.

But after kissing your eyes today I have seen my son.

Kareem, look. He has got my son's message.

Choudhury. He is my sons friend.

Dear. They all think that I am mad.

They say that he will never return. Look, dear.

If you met him then ask him to return as soon as possible.

I can't live without him, dear. Will you tell him?

Yes. - Daughter-in-law. - Sir.

I am Hussain, sir. Shiva's friend.

Just tell him that I have become incomplete without him.

I miss him a lot.

This money is for our monthly groceries.

And Munnaa this is your school fees.

This is for your new dress.

And this money is for father's treatment.

No. All this is for the interest.

Shanti, you remember everything but not your interest.

But I am like that dog which pounces on money.

So that I can collect my interest.

Affair with Lala. Party.

No affair with Lala. No party. Bankruptcy.

Money you are great. You always make me happy.

Daughter-in-law.

Daughter-in-law, today is a happy day for us.

Daughter-in-law, Shiva has sent a message for the first time.

Prepare some sweets. I am very hungry. But yes.

Before that make some fried flat bread.

Don't forget to temper the soup. Hurry up, Go.

Go dear, go. I am very hungry.

Daughter-in-law, why haven't you turned on the stove yet?

I am very hungry. Hurry up, dear.

No, dear. I don't want to have food.

Shiva has come, dear. I am going. He has come.

I am going, dear.

What have you done? Tell me.

Destiny is already making fun of your grandpa.

Now you are making fun of him too?

What would I do, mother?

I know that there is no food in the house.

That's why I did this.

Today I have found out that when someone is hanged..

..he is not the only one who dies.

With him someone's hope, wait, support and husband also dies.

It is very important.

Mr. Sharma. - Yes, sir. - Who is that criminal?

This is Shankar, the most dangerous rogue of the city.

He has got several cases filed against him..

From robbery to murder.

But he has never been punished.

Why?

Because people are so scared of him..

..that no one wants to testify against him at court.

That's why he is being acquitted every time.

My name is Khanum.

I have even the greatest people bite dust here.

Come on. Why won't you come? Come.

You won't dance. - Let me go. - Rascal.

Don't act smart with Khanam. Come on.

"The moon sets."

"The stars break."

"But the threads of love are never broken."

Wonderful. Wow.

"Time passes."

"The day gets over."

Wonderful. Wow.

"But the wait never gets over."

Wonderful. Wow.

"When the lamp is lighted the flies come."

"The one who deals with me. My crazy ones."

"Accept the greetings from my heart."

"Every evening of mine is for you."

Every evening of mine is for you."

"The bells ring."

"The anklets speak."

"No one should get injured."

"The bells ring."

"The anklets speak."

"No one should get injured."

"The bangles jingle."

"The flower strings are fragrant."

"This kohl steals hearts."

Wow.

"What people call youth is a priceless delicate story."

"What people call youth is a priceless delicate story."

"How can anyone pay its price?"

"Every evening of mine is for you."

Every evening of mine is for you."

What happened? Why isn't she dancing?

What happened? Why isn't she dancing?

We have paid money. - Dance.

I say dance.

I say dance. - No.

Rascal. You won't dance? You won't dance?

Even your mother will dance.

"My darling you don't know."

"My darling you don't know."

"Come, I will tell you my desire."

"I want to be your anklet and ring."

"I want to be the flower string in your hair."

I wouldn't have come to quench the fire of my heart."

"I would have died if you were not here."

"Darling, don't look like that."

"Don't be scared of the world."

"Love me."

"Daring, I am crazy about you."

"My heart is restless to get you.

"I can only get rest in your arms."

"Every evening of mine is for you."

Every evening of mine is for you."

Every evening of mine is for you."

Every evening of mine is for you."

Shankar. Shankar.

Someone has come to meet you outside.

Who has come so early in the morning? - Wake up.

Take this. Get up, goodness.

Judge, you?

How do you know me?

Mr. Judge, the way every judge knows every criminal..

..in the same way every criminal knows every judge.

You joined here on 11th November, 1980.

And you full name is Rajiv Verma.

Judge Rajiv Verma.

You didn't say the entire thing.

The judge knows everything including the future

He also sentences people to death.

Whom are you sentencing to death here?

I have not come here as a judge.

I have come here as a humane.

Take this.

In return you have to do some work for me.

Count it.

Mr. Judge, I don't count money. I weigh it.

50,000. Tell me the name? Who is it?

Actually...

Mr. Judge, I only do violent work not stressful work.

Go. I said, leave.

Shankar, you have done several crimes.

You got a chance to do a good deed today and you refused.

If you have any love for me than agree to do this job.

At least try. For me. For our love.

Shiva has come.

Villagers, Shiva has returned from the city.

Radha. Radha.

Your brother Shiva has come. Your Shiva...

Didn't I say so? Radha. Radha.

Radha. Your brother Shiva has come.

Yes. - My brother has come?

My brother has come? - Yes, Radha, truly.

I saw him at the station myself.

Sister-in-law. Sister-in-law. Sister-in-law. Hurry.

What happened? - Sister-in-law.

Sister-in-law, brother has come.

My brother has come.

Take me to him fast. - Come. - Take me to him.

Mother, what's the matter? What happened?

Munna, your father has come. - Really?

Father has come? - Your father has come.

Shiva! You have changed in the city?

Why are you staring at me like this?

I am Hussain. Your friend. Your dear friend.

Did you see my act?

I am returning to the village after so long.

Even I wanted to see if you will recognize me or not.

So you got cheated, right? Come on give me a hug.

Why are you staring at me now?

Come on give me a hug. Hug me.

What is wrong with you? Come on give me a hug.

After you left for the city the Thakur..

..was cruel beyond tolerance.

And friend, when I raised my voice everyone left me.

I became alone, my friend. Absolutely alone.

And one day the Thakur and his men...

The thing that comes to me becomes mine.

Like this necklace around his neck. So it is his.

Remember, once you had placed your hands on my neck.

So even both of your hands are mine now. Mine.

And you won't give them up amiably.

So that's why we will cut off your hands from your body.

Thakut, do you think Hussain will die without his hands?-

Never.

Without hands I won't be able to use them like swords.

But I will continue to rebel with my voice.

Without hands I won't be able to fold them to pray.

But my prayers will have the same kind of devotion.

And just think and remember.

Cruelty is cruelty.

It gets wiped out when it increases.

Love is love.

It gets clotted.

And Thakur, Hussain's blood will get shed here today.

And time has witnessed that Hussain's blood was never wasted.

What are you staring at? Cut off his hands.

Lala, I am not habituated to laugh at my victory.

You laugh. - I do.

Well no problem, friend.

So what if I don't have my hands.

The devotion in my prayers never lessened.

Because of my prayers you are here again.

Father. Father. Father. Father. Father. Father.

Where is my brother? Brother. Brother.

Brother.

Brother, both I and the Rakhi are happy today.

'Goddess the day my husband will return..

..I will get him to you first of all.'

Goddess, I had promised you that the day he will..

..return, I will bring him here fast to pay homage.

He has arrived, goddess.

Now I will now wash your floor with my hair.

Son Shiva. Shiva!

You have come, my son. My child! Shiva!

You have come. You have come, my son. My son.

My child. I was yearning to see you, son.

Will you go away from me now? Will you?

Tell me, son.

Tell me, son. You won't, will you?

Everything seemed desolate in your absence.

And I felt like dying, son.

On top of that the villagers would make fun of me.

They used to say that you will never return.

And that would drive me mad, son.

But you have come now. I will recover now, son.

I will recover completely. Look villagers. Look.

My son has returned. Shiva has returned. Look at him.

He has not changed after going to the city.

You used to laugh at me till now, right.

Now laugh at yourself. Laugh at yourself.

But remember. Don't ever make fun of an old man.

You can kill him but don't even joke that..

..your only child will never return.

He will never return. Don't say so. It hurts a lot.

It hurts a lot.

Munna, open it fast. - Mother look.

Sari, I am sure father has got it for you.

Sister-in-law, how's the sari?

If you don't like it than blame the one..

..who came here before.

That rascal is responsible for all this.

Brother, why are you abusing your good friend?

Friends often abuse each other. Right father?

Of course. I will abuse him even more.

Here aunt, your dress. - Mine.

Munna. Move this.

This shawl is for you.

Father.

What is this?

It contains juice.

Then I and my friends will have it.

And tell them that my father has got it from the city.

Hey. Hey. Hey. Stop. Give me the bottle.

Damn. Lost the bottle.

My 50,000 rupees.

This is my money.

This is my money. - Yes, son, it is yours.

You had gone to the city to earn them, right?

Yes, but this is for some important work.

I know, son. What your important work it is for.

Now I know why you were in the city for 1.5 years.

Son, you were there so we can pay off the landlord.

And get our mortgaged land back.

Yes.

Son, I cannot be proud of you enough.

Today I can raise my head and tell the landlord.

Look, the blood of a poor man has reaped results.

And I will say so and throw this money at his face.

You can't handle lot of money.

You are not able to handle lot of money.

That is not the case, Lala.

Actually you cannot see the poor with their heads raised.

Why can't we?

Heads that are raised can be cut easily. Rahu-Ketu.

Yes, sir. - Why are you staring at me?

Lift them up. But with love. With respect.

Because we don't want to anger the goddess of wealth.

'Money' you are great!

Hip. Hop. Hurray. - Shut up! Pick them up.

But lovingly. - No.

Give us back the land papers before taking this money.

Don't glare at me otherwise I will show you.

I won't give you the land documents.

What will you do?

Have you forgotten?

Connection with Lala. Party.

No connection with Lala. No party. Bankruptcy.

Lala. If you continue with your cruelty on the poor...

Lala, give back Ram Prasad his land papers.

What is wrong with him? What is he saying?

Sir, that piece of land is very fertile. Don't do this.

I told you to return it. You are still speaking.

Lala, in spite of being so experienced..

..you still behave like a green horn.

Go and return them. Go.

What is wrong with the Thakur?

What is wrong with the Thakur?

The Thakur has gone mad.

Take this. Take this, old man.

Thakur, thanks a lot.

You have done a huge favor on me.

What favor? What thanks?

You gave us the money and we returned the land.

The matter is over. Go.

Yes.

Go.

Thakur, you said that I am like a greenhorn today.

When I am so experienced.

The most experienced of all.

All that is fine, Thakur.

But why did you insult me in front of those dogs?

And you have done a bad thing by returning..

..the land documents.

That was very bad of you.

Lala, I returned the land to them because of the..

..villagers found out that we will not return..

..anyone's land then no one will approach us to..

..mortgage their land.

Lala, it is necessary to be a little honest to cheat them big.

Chandulal. Look. My land documents.

Sister Ganga, I have freed my motherland today.

Now I will till my land for myself.

My land has become mine.

Chief. - Yes. - It is a happy thing.

But Ram Prasad is laughing too much.

Is he intoxicated? - I am not yet, Bholu.

But I will get drunk today.

For years I have I had denied myself, Choudhury.

But today I will do whatever my heart tells me to.

I will laugh.

I will dance and sing.

"Come on make a drink."

"It should be so strong that you should see Ooty in Mysore."

Start.

"We are opium addicts. Give us opium."

"We are opium addicts. Give us opium."

"We are opium addicts. Give us opium."

"Fill it with.."

"Long live."

"Fill it with the color of fun."

"The color."

"We are opium addicts. Give us opium."

"We are opium addicts. Give us opium."

"Listen to me carefully, brother."

"Listen to me carefully, brother."

"All ailments have just one medicine."

"All ailments have just one medicine."

"It calls happiness near."

"It gets rid of all sorrow."

"It calls happiness near."

"It gets rid of all sorrow."

"It gets rid of all sorrow."

"Give me a glass to drink. To drink."

"We are opium addicts. Give us opium."

"We are opium addicts. Give us opium."

"The sky and the earth sway."

"The sky and the earth sway."

"The entire world goes round."

"The entire world goes round."

"This is an amazing thing, lord."

"We start seeing heaven on earth."

"This is an amazing thing, lord."

"We start seeing heaven on earth."

"We see heaven. We see heaven."

"Feed me some cream and sweets."

"Some sweets."

"We are opium addicts. Give us opium."

"We are opium addicts. Give us opium."

"A young, unmarried, innocent girl.'

"A young, unmarried, innocent girl.'

"Look she has stolen my heart."

"Look she has stolen my heart."

"Wherever I look I only see you."

"Come to my arms."

"And make me forget the world."

"And make me forget the world."

"We are opium addicts. Give us opium."

"We are opium addicts. Give us opium."

"Fill it with the color of fun."

"The color."

"We are opium addicts. Give us opium."

"We are opium addicts. Give us opium."

Radha, you have left that party and come here suddenly.

What are you thinking?

Nothing. I was cursing my blindness.

I wish I could have also seen everybody partying today.

You will be able to see soon, Radha.

Yes. You will be see every day.

Brother Shiva! Brother Shiva!

Tell her that an operation will cure her eyes.

Yes, he is right.

Really brother?

Yes.

Now... What happened now?

But there is no guarantee in an operation?

It might or might not cure the eyes.

Radha.

If they don't get cured..

..than I will give you my eyes.

Your son had filled your dark life with light, Ram Prasad.

I wish even we had a Shiva in our families too.

I had waited long for Shiva to return.

I had yearned a lot for my son.

But I was sure that my son will return one day..

..and end all my sorrows.

'The rascal judge has put in such a fix. Completely.'

Before it seemed like a dream that even we poor..

..can free our land from the landlord's clutches.

But Ram Prasad it seems now that one day..

..we will re own our land too.

Just tell your son Shiva to show us the way too.

'I will have to find a way to get out of this hell.'

Mr. Verma, I have seen several judge sin my life.

But I have never seen a scoundrel like you.

I have come to a jail where I am sentenced to..

..hanging 10-15 times.

As they say I have come out of a rose and fallen into thorns.

If you escape the father, you get trapped by the son.

Once your son is gone, then you are what they say.

Get trapped with Karwa Chauth rituals.

And once you have escaped that your sister will get you.

And then you will have to answer her.

When will you have my eyes operated upon?

I have been worried a lot till now.

But I haven't taken any action.

Now, I will have to take some action.

Ketu. - Yes.

The papers he has I am sure are Ram Prasad's land papers.

Even I feel the same. - Come on now.

Lala. Lala. Lala. Lala.

Rascal! Scoundrel! You have spoiled my sleep.

Lala, there is good news. - I will tell it. - No, me.

I will tell it. - No, me. - Me.

Lala. Lala. Why did you hit me? - Speak.

Give me the papers you are holding.

Why?

Is this is your dead father's will to give it to you?

Come on. Move.

If you worry me, I will take action.

He won't listen to us so easily take away his papers.

And if he acts smart than kill him.

You burnt out log of wood.

Continue to be corrupted.

Eat, drink and make merry and let me relax too. Got it?

Otherwise I am reminding you.

If you worry me, I will take action.

What are you staring at? Snatch his papers.

Stop. I, alone am enough for him.

Go.

Shiva is there.

Son, those papers. - Yes, that...

Son, thank god you have saved these papers. - Yes.

When I woke up I found the papers missing from under my pillow.

Lala must have stolen them. - Yes.

Right son? - Yes. - He was running away.

Son, everyone should have a son like you.

You are right, Ram Prasad.

Old age is not a curse if you have a son like him.

'Judge Verma, you have trapped me bad.'

I will keep the papers.

Son, give me the papers. - No, I will keep them.

No, son, daughter-in-law will keep it safer than you.

Daughter-in-law, keep this papers safe.

This is the treasure of our entire home.

Come daughter-in-law.

Thank god, Shiva came in time.

You are done for now.

Now these papers are in a locker which I can't even touch.

I am not going to tolerate this job of yours.

Why? - It is easy for me to finish someone off.

But I can't be someone's son, brother, etc.

I can't do all this.

Tell me, judge.

Why are you thinking about those innocents..

..while dealing with criminals?

How come you are thinking of giving people life..

..while distributing deaths?

For humanity.

Is it?

Before dying Shiva willed that I should inform..

..his family about his death.

I went to his house but when I met his family..

..I felt that they were wounded completely.

And Shiva is the cure ..

..and his last hope.

If that is broken than they will be lost too.

That's why I couldn't tell his family about it.

Strange, Mr. Judge.

The one who passes death sentence..

..is scared to break the news of death.

Is Shiva's death the bundle of sins..

..which you are not able to bear?

No, I haven't committed any sin.

Shiva had murdered Deen Dayal.

He deserved to be punished for it and he did.

Why are you laughing?

Mr. Judge I laugh when I see the law helpless.

Not Shiva, but I should have been punished.

Because I had murdered Deen Dayal.

Now no one can punish me for that.

Because there can't be two hangings for a single murder.

I had prepared the ploy to trap Shiva.

And you sentenced him to death.

If that poor man had to die, than why me?

Father's friend. Grandpa, father's friend has come.

Uncle, I know a magic rick. - Is it? - Come, dear.

Come dear. - Hello. - Hello. - Come.

Munna, ask your mother to prepare tea for uncle.

Okay. - Sit. Sit. Sit.

Actually...

What is the matter, dear? You seem worried.

Is everything okay?

Sir, Shiva is...

My son has taken over the entire burden.

He has become the pride of the entire village.

Daughter-in-law has not got the tea yet. I'll get it.

Are you worried? I am not.

Because I knew that you will surely come here.

I had come to tell them the truth. - Go ahead.

Tell them that I had committed that murder..

..for which Shiva was punished.

Also tell them that Shiva has been hanged..

..and you were the one who passed that sentence.

I thought I will come and repent for my crimes here.

A murderer like you will repent!

Yes, I am a murderer.

Yes, I am a murderer.

If I am a murderer than you are one too.

The difference is that I committed the murder..

..for lack of money and you did for the lack of evidences.

Shankar has lost for the first time in his life..

..of crime since childhood.

Shankar has surrendered to the hopes of an old father.

A son's love had disturbed him.

And the love of a sister has chained me.

Mr. Judge do you remember I told you..

..that day that I can't be someone's father, son or brother.

I didn't know these ties at that time.

But I have seen this ties closely now, Mr. Judge.

This family and village has got lots of hope of Shiva.

Help me, Mr. Judge. I want to live as Shiva.

Otherwise this family will be lost mourning for Shiva.

Help me.

Did you think you can run away from here?

Bells can come off an anklet.

But I will not let you go, darling.

Because I am Khanam. Go inside.

Let me go, aunt. Let me go to my Shankar.

Go inside.

Rascal.

I have not raised you to such health..

..that when you are ready to earn for me..

..you will go and waste yourself.

Anyway one cannot trust drunkards and murderers.

You are yearning for him here.

Maybe he is snoring away at someone else's breast.

Doctor, will Radha be able to see again?

I hope so but I cannot guarantee anything yet.

Because a lot depends on the almighty.

God, I am so unlucky that I can pray..

..but I cannot lift my hands in prayer.

God, please accept my prayer.

God, please return the eyesight of our sister Radha.

Please cure her blindness.

Amen.

Father. Father. Father. I can see.

Munna. Munna. I can see. I can see.

Sister-in-law.

Sister-in-law. I have regained my eyesight.

Kishen. - Radha.

Brother. Brother. I can see. I have regained my eyesight.

Brother. Brother.

Thakur. Thakur.

A tall gentleman has come from Mumbai. Please come.

Hello, Thakur.

Hello. Hello.

I am Biharilal Bajaj.

Except for few all the remaining paper mills..

..in this country belongs to me.

I have got a gift for you.

That was wrong of you.

Why?

Biharilal Bajaj, who has a business of paper..

..he shouldn't befriend the god of fire.

When you had left you home with this gift..

..you might have thought that this would..

..please Jagiya Thakur a lot.

No, Thakur. Nothing like that.

When two noblemen meet for the first time..

..it is a tradition to exchange gifts.

He is right, master. Shake hands with him.

Okay tell me, who my father is?

What? I am sure he is some landlord.

He has got it absolutely right.

And who is my mother?

The daughter of some landlord or some queen.

My mother was not my father's wife.

She was his mistress.

And I am the son of the mistress.

What?

I have seen everything from poverty to riches.

So no one can fool me.

So let me see your gift and find out what you need.

These are diamonds.

And I only need land in return.

Sir, I don't understand the relation between diamonds and land.

Even I don't understand, master.

I want to open paper mills in your village.

Yes, so you want land for that.

Sir, my master has enough land..

..to cremate a million men together.

The mill will provide jobs to the villagers.

They will get advanced and happy.

Do you eat tobacco?

No.

Than start having it so that your brains work

Wait. Do you know who he is?

The local school master.

But master closed the school and had him work here.

So now instead of teaching children he serves master tea.

Go and keep the tea there.

I want the villagers here to remain poor, blind and illiterate.

And I want to be cruel to them.

Biharilal, the longer the poor are robed in tatters..

..we rich will wear silk.

And you want to better their lives and become happy.

They should see the light. Go away from here. Go.

Thakur you have got angry unnecessarily.

It is fashion to talk about the welfare of the poor..

..that's why I followed suit.

Otherwise I have come here for our profit only.

We two will be 50 percent partners of the factory.

And you will make a profit of 10 lakh a month.

10 lakhs.

If the work goes on well it can also increase to 20 lakhs.

20 lakhs.

So Thakur, how do you like this deal?

Thakur, I think he has started having tobacco.

Villagers even the Thakur is humane.

He is a good person not a wicked devil.

He doesn't want you to burden you with more debts.

That's why Thakur has decided not to charge..

..anymore interest from the villagers.

That is a very good thing. - Thakur is so kind.

Villagers if we calculate the interest properly..

..than not only your land but your home..

..and all other belongings will be owned by Thakur.

But Thakur is a nice man.

He doesn't want to invade your homes.

He is saying that if the borrowers deed their land..

..off to him then he will sign of both the interest ad principle.

Don't be scared. Don't be worried.

Thakur will build factories in that land.

He will open mills.

The unemployed villagers will get jobs.

They will get money.

If Thakur's mills run than even the poor will have..

..two square meals.

The one who agrees to it, we are very happy for them.

And the one who doesn't agree to this deal with Thakur..

..they will have to return their loan to the Thakur..

..within ten days otherwise we will add up the interest..

..and arrive at such a huge sum..

..that soon Thakur will own everything.

Villagers, I only give you 10 days time. Only 10 days.

Hey.

You burnt piece of log.

Blood was not enough so you have come for our flesh now.

Go and tell your Thakur, will not deed away..

..our land to him at any cost.

Brothers, we will go to government banks.

We will mortgage our land to the government.

And take loan from the government.

And we will pay off the Thakur completely.

We will become debt free.

I will go to the city now.

Nowadays banks are in such a pass..

..that one bank is asking loan of another.

And you have come to ask a loan for the land of the villagers.

Sir, who will the villagers go to for a loan if not the bank?

The condition of our bank is so bad nowadays..

..that we cannot sanction any loans.

Please leave, I am sorry.

This is how you get rid of problems without violence.

Wow. You have done a god job.

Here's your gift.

Associate with Lala then party.

Don't associate with Lala then no party.

But bankruptcy.

Brother Shiva.

Brother Shiva has come.

Uncle Ramu, brother Shiva has come.

Brother Shiva has come.

Uncle Ramu, brother Shiva has come.

What did the bank manager say?

Why are you silent brother Shiva?

Brother, is there no hope to get a loan from the bank?

Aren't we ever destined to be happy, dear?

This is the map of paper mill. - Yes.

And I need all the land here for that.

How much do you want? How much?

Lala, please. Let me talk to Thakur.

You can talk to me but Lala had to see this map.

Sir, my relation with Thakur is similar to..

..that of god and death.

Thakur, as a landlord you should also look into land matters.

Even my mother had got nothing to do with land matters.

She spent her entire life for a marital status.

In the same way even I am not concerned about land matters.

I just want the profit out of it.

Seth, the land you need for the mill belongs to the villagers.

Then how will we do our work?

But with god's grace all this land is now mortgaged to us.

We will usurp it all.

The problem is only regarding this piece of land.

This bit of land belongs to Ram Prasad.

Even this was mortgaged to us before.

But because of Thakur's benevolence we lost it.

And now we won't get this land back ever.

This is the central but of land. It is very important.

Does it have bugs? - No.

Then why did you stand up?

Biharilal, Thakur's guests should relax like corpses.

Do sit. - Sit. - Lala. - Yes.

Go to Ram Prasad and tell him that I want his land..

..at any cost.

Ram Prasad.

I say Ram Prasad.

What is the matter?

Hello, Ram Prasad.

From now there will be no poverty in your house.

There will be only prosperity. Riches.

And these new utensils.

This is all for you.

Ram Prasad, that day I had taken leave of my senses.

That's why we broke all your utensils.

Today I have got new utensils for you..

..to repent for my sins.

What are you staring at fools? Lie down. - Yes.

Ram Prasad, please accept these utensils.

Sister-in-law!

Sister-in-law! Please forgive me.

Sister-in-law! I beg you to forgive me.

Actually I lost my children in childhood..

..and was raised in dirt and grew up.

That's why there is dirt in my head, Sister-in-law!

Please forgive me for what I said that day. Forgive me.

Look, Sister-in-law, if you forgive an orphan..

..god will bless you for this virtue.

Anyway Sister-in-law, I am like a ripe mango.

I might die at any time. If you don't forgive me...

Come here. - What are you doing?

Nothing, Sister-in-law. Children are like god.

Taking care of them liberates you.

Anyway I have decided to serve you for life. That...

The land you had taken back from Thakur.

I will that worthless bit of land sold for millions.

Millions of rupees. - Lala. - My face is black.

So this is the reason.

That's why you were barking like a dog. - Oh no.

I was not barking. I was talking affectionately.

Wolves who drink blood can never have milk.

Get out of here now otherwise I will..

..squeeze till you bleed. Go.

I will see you. No prosperity for you now.

Hell with you. I will see you all. I will see you all.

Rascal.

Son.

Son, this land is not just land. It is our mother.

Don't hand it over to these wolves at any cost.

Promise me, son. - Promise me.

I promise that I won't lose this land even if I lose my life.

What? That beggar refused to give the land. Kill him.

"Wow. Wow."

"Wow. Wow."

"Wow. Wow."

"The whole village has become noisy."

"The whole village has become noisy."

"I have lost my finger ring."

"I have lost my finger ring."

"I have lost my finger ring."

"I have lost my finger ring."

"I had gone to eat in the roadside café."

"I had gone to amuse myself."

"My youth got into trouble."

"I looked into the eyes of a lover."

"I escaped and ran away from there."

"When I woke up in the morning the ring was missing."

"The entire neighborhood woke up."

"I don't know where I lost my ring."

"What should I say more? I feel shy, god."

"I have lost my finger ring."

"I have lost my finger ring."

"Wow. Wow."

"Wow. Wow."

"The whole village has become noisy."

"The whole village has become noisy." - Stop it.

Master, I was about die. He beat me like a dog.

But I somehow escaped completely crippled.

Tell me. What happened to you?

My... When I reached there?

You can't leave me and go. - Father.

What have you done?

You turned away from me and embraced death.

God, you didn't take any pity on him.

This poor man had just got his land back.

His blind daughter had just regained her eyesight.

You could have allowed him to be a little happy.

He could have at least married of his daughter.

You have said that you will never leave me.

We two will support each other and you have left me.

But I will never leave your hand. Never.

I will never leave your hand.

I will never leave your hand.

Rascal!

You want to take over the land by taking..

..his thumb imprint on a blank paper.

You want to usurp the land, rascal.

You want to usurp the land.

Tell me. You want to usurp the land

Let him go.

Let me go.

Let him go.

You will go to hell. - Let me go.

Leave me.

Thakur, our plan will be spoiled..

..if we don't get that piece of land.

I thought that no one can go against you in this village.

But it seems that villagers have gone against you.

Since the time I was born this world was against me.

But how did it create a difference?

It will create no difference even today.

The mill will be built. It will be built for sure.

It will be either built on land or on a mound of corpses.

Girl.

Brother.

Have you seen my Shankar around?

Shiva.

This is not Shiva. This is my Shankar.

She is right. This is Shankar.

A dangerous ruffian from the city.

Thakur, Shankar looks exactly like Shiva.

That means there is a connection.

What do you mean?

I mean let us have Shankar kill Shiva.

And then we will plant him in Shiva's place..

..and buy the land from him. - Yes.

Thakur, please action this idea fast.

Come Biharilal. Long time.

Whom do you want dead now?

Shankar, this is Thakur Kripal Singh.

He is famed to have been cruel to everyone in the village.

And interestingly in spite if this the government..

..has no evidence against him.

Dig. Rascal.

I used to think of myself as such.

But after meeting you I found out that..

..worse rascals than me exist in this world.

Biharilal, you are a good butcher.

You have got the victim along so I can kill him.

No, Shankar. Thakur is my friend.

Damn, I thought I will earn some virtue..

..by cleaning this evil bastard.

Well, tell me whom I need to kill.

He looks just like me.

If he dons moustache and goes to my girl..

..even she will be fooled.

I will do the job. Show me the money.

Take this. 30,000 rupees.

Rascal, are you trying to worry me?

I might get violent.

You won't even get a finger for 30,000.

And you want a life to be taken.

Shankar. Shankar. Please. One minute. One minute.

Thakur, why are you worrying him?

He needs to sign the land papers too.

Give us another 20,000.

Here Shankar.

This is advance.

Another 50 after he is killed.

Get lost, I don't like his face.

Come, Thakur. Come.

There is your target.

I have beheaded the rascal.

I have not only killed the enemy.

I have buried him too.

In a few weeks he will turn into dust.

Take this. - Give it to me.

It has my thumb imprints.

If law gets hold of this you along with me will get hanged.

Come on.

You have done this job.

Do another favor on us.

Why? Do you want to die too? - Oh no.

I don't want to die. Enter that house as Shiva.

And get us all the land documents.

And then your world will be done.

Come on, give me money. - Give.

Take.

Get lost. I don't like this rascal's face.

I like it.

Shiva had bothered me for so long.

Thank god he is buried now.

I will sleep in peace today. In peace.

With the coverlet. Done.

Who are you?

Shiva.

Ghost! Ghost! Ghost!

Shiva! Ghost! Ghost!

Don't kill me.

Don't kill me.

Don't kill me.

Don't kill me. Don't kill me.

Who killed my father?

Why was I killed?

Until I get my answers I won't let you live in peace.

Thakur is responsible for all this. Thakur.

The Thakur killed Ram Prasad for his land.

And had you murdered too.

Don't kill me. Don't kill me.

Ghost. Ghost. Ghost.

Wake up. Wake up. Wake up.

Ghost! - Where is the ghost?

Ghost in my room. Shiva's ghost.

I swear on my account book.

Lala, talking about ghosts. There is nothing as such.

Go and sleep. - There might not be any in your city.

But there ghosts in our village. Ghosts.

I think you are drunk so you had a dream.

Go and sleep in your room comfortably. - No.

I won't go.

I will go under your bed. Under your bed.

You stay above. - What are you doing?

Who killed my father?

Why was I killed?

Until I get my answers I won't let you live in peace.

I will tell you. I will tell you.

Thakur is responsible for all this. Thakur.

The Thakur killed Ram Prasad for his land.

Judge, you might remember that day..

..in the funeral you told me to calm down on the name of law.

And now within the limits of the same law I had..

..those criminals trapped in such a way..

..that they are in an inescapable trap.

You have the evidence and now you have to do justice.

I will go to the city tomorrow and..

..prepare nonbailable arrest warrants for them.

And have them arrested.

A criminal can run from law but he cannot escape.

They will be punished for their crimes.

They surely will be.

Son of law, look.

Brother Shiva's friend.

Mr. Judge. Mr. Judge.

Mr. Judge, what happened? Who did this?

Shiva my actions have murdered me.

Maybe one of my wrong decisions has killed me today.

I had thought of writing my decisions with ink in my life.

But today...

Today I am writing my final decision in blood.

With blood? - Yes, Shiva.

This servant of law.

This judge who always followed law.

I want to write my final decision in blood.

Thakur and his men...

Today the judge has died.

Soon the entire village will be killed one by one.

You all will get cremated.

And you will see the black smoke from those pyres.

Open your eyes, villagers. Regains your senses.

Regains your senses.

I was late in coming to you in this form..

..because this sinner had several responsibilities.

And I was bound by law.

But today the sentence will be passed.

You had been very cruel to the villagers till now.

But today I will paint your walls red with your blood.

Acids can burn things.

But your blood will end all cruelty.

After that no wicked man will dare to be cruel here.

Look. Look.

Stop being angry otherwise I will shed her blood.

You broken spoon!

You have not experienced gun powder yet.

Now you are standing on gun powder.

Make him understand. - Not on gun powder.

We are standing on your Achilles heel.

And that I will because I am rascal and always will be one.

Even she doesn't like my face like you.

And I don't want her to get troubled by seeing me for long.

Lala, kill her. - Thakur.

Hussain,

without hands you can neither help anyone..

..nor can you hug a corpse and cry.

You cannot even carry the hearse.

So why have you come?

Thakur, do you remember what I told you?

Even if my hands are gone my devotion..

..in my prayers will never lessen.

Thakur, because of those prayers today I have several hands.

Look. Look.

Look, Thakur.

The blood you have shed has come to you as your death.

No. No.

Got you. Got you.

Not my hands.

Not my hands.

My hands.

The account books.

The account books.

No!

No!

Thakur.

You cannot die.

I have to tell you something.

I have to tell you several things.

That you are not him.

I knew that already.

But you have made a child believe that you are his father.

You became a sister to a brother.

I died the day when...

Just promise me one thing.

That you will never let Munna and Radha know this.

Promise me.

Promise me.

Shankar. Come. Let's go home.

Shankar. Who Shankar?

I am Shiva. Shiva.

NAKED HEAT URBAN DECAY - REVIEW & TEST (ENG SUB) | MrDanielmakeup - Duration: 9:39.

Hi guys! Today I'm reviewing the new Naked Heat by Urban Decay.

As you know, it's not yet available in Italy and I'm very happy because I received it 2 weeks ago.

When I received it, I was super excited because you know how much I love these tones.

When I saw the reviews on Instagram and the video on UD's YouTube channel, I couldn't wait to try it.

It was a pain not to be able to post photos on Instagram, but I'm glad I had the chance to test this product.

Today I can finally show it to you in detail.

I want to specify that this is not a sponsored video and that my reviews will never be sponsored.

I don't love to make this kind of specifications, since I think our relationship should be based on trust.

I would never rave about a product I don't actually like, regardless if it's sponsored or a collaboration.

I want to underline this to make everything very clear, since there's always someone ready to doubt.

This is the palette in its packaging and the recommended retail price is 51 euros.

I say 'recommended' because the various shops can slightly change the price.

The palette will be released together with other products of the same collection:

2 eye pencils and 3 limited edition Vice Lipsticks in a bronzed packaging.

All products will be available to be purchased separately.

It will officially launch on the 1st of September in stores and a few days earlier on Urban Decay's website.

So between end of August and beginning of September it will be available in Italy.

Today I'll only review the Heat palette, since I don't own the other products,

but if you would like me to review also the other products, please comment down below.

The external packaging is metallic, warm-toned, and the gold raised writing is very pretty.

Unlike all the other Naked palettes, you open it as a matchbox.

On the inside you can even see the burnt matches, I think it's a nice and unique idea.

This is the actual packaging: it's rigid plastic, with a shiny transparent surface

that allows you to see these lines and shades.

It's very three-dimensional and I love the effect it creates.

The name of the palette is gold and raised and the whole palette is a satin bronzed-copper colour.

I think it's beautiful and elegant, but very modern at the same time.

Let's now see the inside.

There's a mirror, as for the other Naked palettes, a double eye brush and 12 eyeshadow colours.

They range from amber, to brown, red, bronze and they are all warm or neutral-toned.

It has a well defined chromatic mood and all shades remind of the heat.

Some eyeshadows are matte, some other slightly satin, some metallic and some other have small glitters.

Let's now see the swatches.

This is Ounce.

This is Chaser.

This is Sauced.

This is Low Blow.

This is Lumber, I'm not sure if it's in Spanish.

He Devil.

Dirty Talk.

Scorched.

Cayenne.

En Fuego.

Ashes.

Ember.

I'm now going to create a quick eye makeup, so that you can see the eyeshadows in action.

As a base, I'm using my Chanel concealer.

I then lightly powder the lid to get rid of the oily effect of the concealer.

I mix Chaser and Sauced.

I apply them in the crease.

I then apply He Devil to intensify the outer part.

I apply Cayenne on the inner part.

I then blend.

On the centre of the lid, I apply Scorched.

With En Fuego, I intensify even more the outer part.

And also the crease.

I apply Low Blow on the lower lid.

I then apply Lumber on the inner part.

I blend the edges with Chaser.

I use Ashes to darken only the base of the lashes for a smokey effect.

I also apply it on the outer corner.

In the inner corner, I apply Ounce.

I apply a black liner on the waterline to create a smokey look.

I then blend it.

On the liner, I dab Ember.

Like so.

Ember is stunning: a very dark brown with a copper reflection. It's one of my favourite shades of this palette.

I then dab Dirty Talk on the centre of the lid.

Like so.

I also apply some mascara so that you can see a complete look.

I think that the chromatic choice in this palette is very well done, given the theme.

With 12 shades, you can achieve an infinite number of looks, both natural and intense.

If I really had to change something, I would change He Devil or Cayenne because they're very similar.

I would have preferred whether a red or an orange.

The matte texture is very good, they're very pigmented on the eye and they apply and blend well.

They even have a smoothing effect.

The metallic shades are a bit softer, so they need a bit more attention to avoid fall out.

However, they're very good and very metallic on the eye.

This palette is absolutely approved, I love it and it became my favourite Naked palette.

I'm sure that if you also like warm tones, you will love this palette.

So this was my review on the Naked Heat palette by Urban Decay, I hope you found this video helpful.

Please let me know with a comment if you have any suggestions to improve my reviews.

I always read your comments, even though I can't always reply to all.

Thank you for watching this video, please give it a thumbs up you if you liked it.

I send you a big kiss and I'll see you in my next video!

Xiaomi Mi Max 2 - First Look - Duration: 5:00.

hey guys welcome to tech bests today we have a new phone that just arrived in

the office today this is the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 - I have the original Xiaomi

Mi max over here so both of these phones feature 6.44 inch

displays I got this one here from gearbest and there'll be a link in the

description below if you want to check it out but today we're just going to be

unboxing this and having a quick look at it so let's just get into it

okay so inside the box we get the phone itself very nice we'll just put that

to the side for the moment and we'll just have a look and see what else we

get in here so we have some documentation there's a sim ejector

tool in there as well and not a lot else in here we just get the

charging cable and a charger it is now a USB type-c charging cable the original

mi max has micro USB so it's a good upgrade there we also get a fast

charger this is an 18 watt fast charger so very good put that to the side okay

so here is the phone itself so size wise very similar to the original Xiaomi Mi

max the new version the Mi Max 2 is on paper just a tiny little bit bigger it's

like a millimeter taller a fraction of a millimeter wider and a fraction of a

millimeter thicker but the new phone has a much bigger battery so this one here

the original 4850 milliamp hours has now been upgraded to 5300 milliamp hours

they've also reduced the performance of the processor which is an interesting

move so this the original mi max you can give with a Snapdragon 650 or Snapdragon

652 - whereas this version here comes with a Snapdragon 625 so with their

bigger battery and the more energy-efficient processor you should

get some pretty good battery life out of this thing but anyway let's go ahead and

remove the screen cover

love that sound get rid of this one here on the back as well and also get rid of

that alright and just to compare the size of the 6.44 inch

screen we have here a Xiaomi Mi6 so this has a 5.2 inch display

and the phone almost fits entirely within the display of the Mi Max sorry

in this case it to be Mi Max 2 so first impressions the phone itself is a

lot more rounder it feels a lot nicer to hold in the hand the original one

here has these sort of more square lines it has a chamfered edge along here so

it's a bit sharper in the hand whereas the new one is a lot more rounded so

very nice to hold in the hand another easily noticeable difference is the

antenna band so you've got these thick plastic areas here on the original

Xiaomi Mi Max whereas the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has the very iPhone-esque

looking antenna lines here so it's very nice now another difference here with

the cameras the positioning of the LEDs both them have dual LEDs but the

original has a 16 megapixel if2.0 camera whereas the new one has a 12

megapixel f2.2 so it'll be interesting to see what sort of camera quality we get out

of this phone here so fingerprint sensors both on the back they're very

similar positioning the buttons on the side so we get power and volume buttons

in the same place on the bottom very similar there again exceptr microUSB

on the original and USB type-c on the Mi max 2 Sim cards are both on the same

side over here and on the top three-and-a-half millimeter audio jacks

we get I believe this is the IR blaster here we have one here and the mics there

as well okay so we've just turned on the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 for the very first time

and one thing I noticed straight away is the lack of the black border that goes

around the bezel that you'll notice here on the original Xiaomi Mi Max this black

edge that goes all the way around so we don't have this on this phone so that

has always been a pain with a lot of the Xiaomi phones with the black border

so it looks like that's something that they are now doing away with which is

great news but anyway guys that is a very quick look at the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 I will

be doing a full review of this phone and doing some benchmark comparisons between

these two as well but anyway guys thanks for watching stay tuned for some more

content and take care catch you in the next one

NASA TO LAUNCH PLANETARY DEFENSE MISSION - Duration: 3:49.

NASA TO LAUNCH PLANETARY DEFENSE MISSION

NASA is going to launch a mission for the first time that uses a deflection technique

against asteroids for defending the planet.

NASA LAUNCHING DART MISSION TO DEFLECT ASTEROID The mission is known as DART, Double Asteroid

Redirection Test and it will be able to show how any deadly impact due to an asteroid could

be averted if one was to be heading towards Earth.

It would be able to strike the asteroid with force enough that it would force it to move

trajectory away from the Earth, this is a method that is called kinetic impactor technique.

The mission is at the moment in the preliminary design phase, but the goal of it is to strike

Didymos B, which is the smallest of the two binary asteroids that are said to be approaching

Earth in 2022 and will make their way around again in 2024.

The program scientist, Tom Statler, said that a binary asteroid would be the perfect natural

laboratory of a test.

DART WILL HIT DIDYMOS B NINE TIMES THE SPEED OF A BULLET DART is about the size of a regular

fridge, and it has an autonomous targeting system onboard that it will aim at Didymos

B and will then proceed to hit it at around nine times faster than a bullet from a gun

would hit it.

Andy Cheng from the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory in Laurel Maryland in the

USA said that the mission is a very critical step in showing how Earth can be protected

from a possible impact by an asteroid.

He went on to say that as no one knows very much about the internal composition or internal

structure of asteroids, the mission is needed as an experiment on an asteroid that is real.

He said that thanks to DART, NASA will be able to show just how Earth can be protected

in the event of an asteroid strike with a kinetic impactor as it can knock any objects

that are hazardous hard enough to send them onto a different flight path, one that would

not be any threat to Earth.

On the website of NASA, it was said that the DART mission is now moving away from the concept

development and going into the preliminary design phase after getting approval from NASA

on 23 June.

NASA said that the target for DART is Didymos B, which is about 530 feet in size; the system

has been under the close scrutiny of NASA since 2003.

Summer Ideas, Summer Homework, Summer Jobs and Internships! - Duration: 11:05.

Hey, everybody!

Today I'm going to be sharing with you 5 tips to boost your productivity over the summer

so that when you return to school you're not in a really sluggish mindset and you are able

to get back in the swing of things relatively quickly.

Before we move on though, I want to encourage you to follow me on social media, the links

will appear at the bottom of your screen.

So let's get into the video.

You want me to take classes during the summer?!

While it may seem like a bit of a stretch, online courses are a great way to pursue academic

interests that you're not able to in actual brick n mortar school because most of the

time these courses aren't offered.

You can pursue classes in the theater field, in the technology field, or even in the art history

area.

All of those courses are available online through different providers.

Speaking of providers, there are thousands of them out there.

Now if you want the credits that you earn through online school to apply to your actual

graduation, then you're going to have to check with your school to see which credits they

will accept and which ones they will not.

Also, you're going to have to investigate how much the classes that you want to take

cost.

Classes that I have taken online range anywhere from 400 to 800 dollars a pop.

So make sure that you're selecting the ones you want to take carefully and that managing

your time when you do so in order to complete them and get the grade that you want.

I'm going to be doing a video on online courses relatively soon.

It's going to be on how to tackle online courses, what you should look for when you sign up

for online courses, and how to manage your time effectively when you're taking them.

So make sure to watch out for that video, which should be coming up pretty soon.

The second things that you should consider doing over the summer is looking for a job.

This could be an internship, and externship, a fellowship, or just a general job at a store.

It really doesn't matter.

But if you are able to demonstrate during the college application process, that you

were involved during the summer, and it was geared towards something that you ultimately

want to major in, you'll be able to demonstrate a passion for that major.

So if you have an interest in the legal field, and you ultimately want to become a lawyer,

then you should look for legal internships, If you want to become a doctor, then you should

look for internships in the medical field.

If you are in high school, it can be difficult finding jobs, especially looking for internships,

because not a lot of companies are willing to take on 15, 16, or 17 year-olds.

They want kids who are already in that field and who are already in college.

But don't lose hope.

Definitely, go check out a lot of the internship job sites and see what's out there.

And just like the online classes, I am definitely going to be doing a ton of videos on how to

find internships.

So if you want to find internships and you're only in high school, be sure to stay tuned

to this channel because a lot more videos are coming up.

Can you stop with the fireworks?!

It's not even fourth of July yet and I don't know why these people are doing this.

Something else that you may want to consider doing over the summer is standardized test

prep.

Are you kidding me?!

As I was saying, something else you may want to consider doing is standardized test prep.

I know that during the summer you don't really want to think about the SAT, and the ACT,

and the PSAT, and the SAT Subject Tests, and the ASVAB, and all of those tests that we

all can't stand but will eventually have to take.

So something that you want to do is definitely start preparing for them since you don't have

to worry about other class work.

The time that I allocate to standardized testing over the summer is about an hour to two hours

a day.

But I don't like those expensive classes where you have to follow their recommendations on

what you should study for and what you should do.

I prefer really to use the prep books because I can customize my own study plan.

I take practice tests to assess my weak areas and then I use the book to strengthen those

areas.

A couple books in particular that you may want to look into: The Princeton Review books,

I'm sure you've heard of them if you are watching this channel, are really really good.

This one, in particular, I am using to study for the PSA.

It has two practice tests and it covers all of the material.

It also gives you some background on the test, and how it is scored, what it is used for,

and information on the National Merit Scholarship.

So if you're taking the PSAT, I would definitely recommend this book.

I'm pretty sure they have a 2017 version and probably are already coming out with a 2018

version but most of the information hasn't changed.

So if you are studying for the PSAT I would definitely recommend picking up one of these

books.

For the ACT I use The Real ACT Prep Guide 3rd Edition.

Something to consider about this book, particularly the third edition, is that it is no longer

applicable to the writing section because the writing section has changed.

So if you're going to use the ACT Prep Guide 3rd Edition, make sure you don't really pay

attention to the writing guide.

Some of the tips and styles may still be applicable but the test has changed.

But nonetheless in this very, very thick book it gives you 5 practice tests, a ton of practice

questions, and explanations for all the questions.

Something that is very important, in my personal opinion in a prep book, is the answer explanations

because there is nothing more frustrating than getting an answer wrong and not understanding

why.

So if you're not understanding why you are getting answers wrong, definitely go get a

prep book, look at those same types of questions, and go to the answer explanations.

Look through your answers, look through the correct answers, and then compare.

Why am I getting this wrong?

And what can I do to improve?

So forth and so on.

Now AP Tests, of course, are a long time away.

They're not until May of 2018.

But if you want to get a head start on your AP tests or your AP courses in general, you

can use the AP prep books.

So if you're taking AP classes, I would definitely recommend getting a bit of a head start and

buying the prep books.

Here I have two examples.

I have the AP U.S. History Exam, the 2017 Edition.

I bought this off of somebody who was selling it.

They took the class this year, 2016-2017.

And I got it at a cheaper price.

So that's a little tip also: if your friends are selling AP prep books, get them because

they are going to be cheaper and the content is pretty much going to be the same.

And then here I have the Barron's book for AP Art History.

Barron's and Princeton Review, in my opinion, are pretty similar.

I find that Barron's is a lot better with the content review but the Princeton Review

is better at the actual practice test questions.

So I think it's the best to get both and use them both for their strengths.

But if you can only afford one, in my opinion, I would definitely go with the Princeton Review.

All in all for test prep, just look at some of those books, look at free content online,

Khan Academy, and just basically Googling free SAT or ACT practice tests.

You'll find a lot of online free resources that you can use to your advantage but all

in all, just use those free resources, use your prep book, and get a head start on studying

because you're going to feel a lot more alieved or alleviated...I can't talk.

You're going to feel a lot more comfortable with those tests when you start school because

you have used your summer time wisely,

My fourth recommendation is research.

Now, this may seem a bit odd if you're in high school because I know there are a lot

of college kids who only- or there are a lot of high school kids who only think that research

is something that can be conducted in college.

That is not true.

The only disadvantage you're going to be at in high school doing research is that you're

not, most of the time, going to be able to conduct it in a university laboratory because

that is really for college students.

But if you're in high school and you want to do some research on something that interests

you, you have the world's biggest resource at your fingertips: the internet.

The internet is a great place to start looking into things you want to study, starting to

understand the foundations of what you want to study, and getting a grip on that material.

So if you have some free time and you really want to be able to demonstrate to colleges

that you are interested in studying something specific, get online, start writing some papers,

start doing some research and get to know that material that you ultimately want to

major in.

Research is also a great opportunity for you to experiment with what you might want to

major in.

If you are not sure if you want to major in biomedical engineering or neuroscience, investigate

the two and do some research on the two, and figure out what you want to do.

Research doesn't have to be specifically limited to academic material.

Maybe you are a rising senior and you want to find out more about a college that you

are ultimately going to attend.

Summer is a great time to investigate those colleges to see what college you might want

to go to, the activities they have to offer, the layout of the dormitories.

There is so much to consider when going to college that you should be using your summer

time to figure all of those things out.

My last tip is getting ready for classes that you are going to be taking the following year.

If you are taking some pretty hard math classes, or science classes, English classes, whatever

it may be, you may want to go ask that teacher or buy the prep book for that course and get

ahead in that material.

You may want to ask the teacher if you can see the textbook, what kind of textbook they

are going to be using in that class, so you can read the first few chapters and get acquainted

with the material.

If you walk into a class, especially a harder subject, with some knowledge behind you already,

you're going to be able to move through it with ease and get through the homework a lot

quickly.

A lot quicker.

You're going to be able to get through everything a lot quicker and you're not going to have

to spend as much time reviewing everything.

So that's something you may also want to consider, especially for math, is reviewing previous

concepts.

In math and science classes especially at the AP and honors level, a lot of the concepts

are foundational.

You can't forget A before you move onto B, C, D, etc.

Make sure you understand the foundational topics and what you need to know moving into

that course.

And that is it for my 5 tips for staying productive over the summer.

Unfulfilled Dreams of West Bengal Transgender Board - Duration: 3:59.

It's been over two years since the West Bengal Transgender Board was formed.

But until now, the promises made by the board on the development of the transgender community

have just remained promises.

Promises like creation of sex reassignment surgery facilities in the government hospitals are yet to be fulfilled.

Promises of separate public toilets are yet to be fulfilled.

Promises of jobs in the civic police are yet to be fulfilled.

And these allegations aren't just from the community, but also some prominent

members within the board like Ranjita Sinha and television serial personality Tista Das,

among others.

One of the dreams we had for the board was public toilets for our community.

That we could have created as a model.

But that hasn't materialised yet.

The other promise was employment in the civic police.

We had recommended a lot of people from our community.

But that has remained a dream.

We have't been able to give them any job opportunities.

After years of struggle, our dream about an ideal transgender development board

seems to have remained unfulfilled.

I feel that the board members including the chairperson and vice- chairperson

is to much concerned about the tans- women only.

Hence the umbrella concept of "transgender" is being ignored.

Hence, the board is unable to reach out those who mentally feel that they belong to the opposite sex.

They can either be " a woman who is man at heart" or "a man who is woman at heart"

It feels like this board has failed to do that and isn't trying to rectify it.

As an actress, it is very unfortunate to be told by one of the board members of the Transgender Development Board

— who has been associated with television serials — that entry is strictly

prohibited to a transgender.

My question is that can't transgenders have any other talent besides clapping on roads?

And if they have others they'll be shunned away?

Is this he kind of transgender board we want?

One with snobbish people and have their own echo chamber?

The government makes a lot of promises but doesn't act upon them.

The situation that government presented, gave us some hope.

All the years that we spent struggling made us think that good days were ahead.

Maybe our debts would be repaid.

But it seems to be a doomed and a failed project.

Smite Kali Goddess Lore & Mythology - Duration: 6:56.

Appearance/personality So Kali or Kaushikia has the title of Sanskrit

meaning "she who is Black" or "she who is Death".

She is usually rocking a Black or more commonly seen blue skin look and whilst she can be

seen partially nude she is no stranger to that nothing to hide style as well.

If she wore a skirt then protruding from it would not be some sort of silk, cloth etcetera

but instead hands.

Her tongue was also quite something as well and long as hell, with more than two arms

at her sides, necklace of unfortunately removed craniums and in fact she likes detached heads

so much that she can even be found carrying one for the lols from time to time.

I can't say too much about previous Kali's look but current Kali looks cool and even

traded a severed demon head for an extra sword; don't worry I always thought her weapons

were just really stylized daggers too.

Purpose Kali is considered to be a Goddess of death

most commonly, destruction as well but also creation or mothers depending on your interpretation.

Whilst Shiva lay dying Kali positioned herself over him and devoured his entrails as well

as his censored region.

Now she's also credited with dominion over time so there's that too and in all honestly

she's one of those Gods or Goddess in smite whose kit actually syncs up with her lore

kit quite nicely.

Well except for the whole only being really terrifying late game thing; I wouldn't want

to meet Kali any day of the week at all Relationships

Now Kali does love to dance so I'm surprised that she doesn't have one of those special

looking moves in game by now and when I say dance I mean on top of a special someone.

But not just anyone, oh no her husband Shiva.

Ok I say loves to trample all over her husband but the truth is that she doesn't and the

whole long stuck out tongue thing usually depicts her shock at this fact because you

know she didn't notice that the ground felt a little funny.

Any who Shiva is something of a big deal in Hinduism who is worshipped as a supreme God

who enjoys such titles as the Shambhu meaning benign and Shankara meaning beneficent.

Myths Kali's creation has two well-known tales

surrounding it.

The first says that in the heat of deadly battle with some good demons Durga just happened

to notice that she would have to become more aggressive and powerful to combat Chandra

and Mundra the demons.

Durga got pretty mad and so from a third eye spawned lightening and from this lightening

a dark shadowy figure emerged with madly lit eyes and lengthy black hair.

Her style consisted of a necklace decorated by human heads and being a total badass wore

cobras as a bracelets for each of her four arms.

With a sword and trident in hand she went on a rampage driven by blood.

As you might of guessed the demons were screwed and Kali earnt herself the name Chamundra.

Now remember when I said Shiva happened to be Kali's dance mat?

Well it turns out that Shiva attempted to end her carnage by throwing himself at the

new beast's feet.

When she eventually realised that Shiva was underneath her she stopped killing stuff;

a bit late but she stopped.

You remember Parvati from Ganesha's lore video right?

Well that doesn't matter all too much but you should know that in another myth she sheds

some dark skin and the discarded remains of that became known as Kali, hence the black

skin.

Now she wasn't just randomly chilling when this happened either, you see a demon Daruka

threatened the Gods which made Parvati mad resulting in Kali.

It's also the reason that Kali can be considered an aspect of Parvati.

Now there is another version of Kali's creation involving a real dick called Raktabija.

You see Raktabija was a mean demon that caused the Gods a great deal of problems.

His special annoying party trick was that if a single drop of his blood was spilled

then from that blood another one of him or his demon legion would be produced.

A power like that would make taking over the world a lot easier wouldn't it?

Anyway Raktabija forced the Gods to work together and they made Kali who they immediately gave

a bunch of divine weapons.

Kali didn't waste time and found the demons sucking them all up including raktabija, catching

any blood that escaped her mouth and eating him all up.

She made sure to decapitate him before not allowing single drop of blood to flee her

grasp and that was that, demon dead and gg Kali.

The last myth sees some thieves steal a monk in order to sacrifice him to Kali.

When the gang arrived at a statue of Kali they were shocked to witness it come to life

and execute them for their deeds.

The priest luckily got away with his life and Kali played with the heads

of the victims for

hours

The Deigos bloom profusely, calling the wind, the storm is here

Over and over the sadness crosses the island like the waves

In the forests of sugarcane we meet

Under the sugarcane we say goodbye for a long time

Oh island song, ride the wind with the birds and cross the sea

Oh island song, ride the wind, taking my tears with you

The Deigo flowers scatter, just swaying with the rippling waves

A meager happiness is an ephemeral flower on the waves

In the forests of sugarcane you sang, my friend

Under the sugarcane we part for eternity

Oh island song, ride the wind with the birds and cross the sea

Oh island song, ride the wind, taking my love with you

Oh ocean, oh cosmos, oh God, oh life, give me the evening calm for eternity
