How to make hasselback pumpkin - Duration: 3:24.

Hasselback pumpkin is a fun twist

on the classic potato dish.

You've got all those cuts in the pumpkin,

and you can pack the flavour in.

I'm going to show you a few tricks, so let's get started.

First up, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Now grab your butternut pumpkin.

We're going to cut the pumpkin in half lengthways

through the stem.

Make sure you apply some pressure,

and make sure you have a very sharp knife.

So, now we're just going to remove the seeds from the pumpkin.

Just use a spoon to do this.

To keep the natural line of the pumpkin,

use a vegetable peeler to peel, not a knife.

You don't want to take too much flesh off.

And also, peelers are like knives.

You want to make sure that they're sharp,

because they do go blunt quite easily.

I've got some chopsticks here, and this will just help

with not cutting all the way through the pumpkin.

So, we're just placing them on either side of the half.

Use a sharp knife to thinly slice each pumpkin,

going down to the level of the chopsticks.

When you reach the chopsticks, you know when to stop.

Make the cuts about 3mm to 5mm apart.

And with chopsticks, sometimes you get some

and the ends are thinner than the other end.

You can just move them up as you go along

so that you get even slices through the pumpkin.

Now we're going to place the pumpkin onto a lined oven tray.

I've just used some baking paper.

We're going to pop them on.

I'm going to tuck in some sage leaves.

You don't need to add leaves to every cut.

Just do this randomly all the way along.

Just get your fingers in there

and slightly separate the pumpkin.

If you didn't want to use sage, you could use rosemary

or thyme.

Look at that. It looks impressive already.

Press it back together, ready for baking.

To make the glaze,

have melted butter

and add maple syrup,

brown sugar,

mustard,

and a little bit of nutmeg.

Give it a good stir,

and then I'm going to season it with some salt and pepper.

And then, using a pastry brush,

brush half the glaze evenly over the pumpkins.

Then into the oven.

Bake for about 50 minutes.

Look how beautiful that looks.

That's halfway through cooking.

Keep brushing, probably three to four times

during the baking.

The glaze is going to give an amazing flavour

and it's going to get right into the cuts.

I'm going to pop that back into the oven.

Look at that.

They're nice and golden brown and they're tender.

Transfer the pumpkin halves to a large serving dish.

Be careful. It's quite delicate.

So, I'm just using a couple of egg flips or spatulas.

Then all you have to do is sprinkle with some chopped walnuts,

and they're ready to serve.

And there you have the hasselback pumpkins.

Great as a side dish or as a vegetarian main.

You can try doing this with other vegetables

like potatoes or sweet potatoes.

Try it with different flavours instead of butter.

Use a mixture of olive oil, crushed garlic,

thyme or rosemary.

asking why my skin sometimes it's very glowy on IG story it's probably because

I'm using the filter that makes my skin glow II know it's sometimes it doesn't

like a like again I use my vitamin E face cream you guys can get it at

Walmart other thing I personally feel like it makes my skin super glowy is my

closer in so if you guys have dry skin and you have not tried glycerin yet you

are missing out like your skin will be so dewy just looks very like natural

glow that's also available at Walmart I will leave a link down below you guys

low blood pressure and I just kind of want to find out from him what

best thing to do about that is as you guys mentioned caffeine the thing with

caffeine is I'm I'm not at the point where I'm willing to let go of the

caffeine I mean I'm just trying to think to myself and like feel dizzy have

caffeine feel dizzy huh caffeine oh my god I am addicted to coffee I'm addicted

to caffeine you guys know I have made matcha I don't know if I'm willing to do

that girl I don't know I I don't even know myself that's like telling me I

can't shop anymore like I just I don't know but I just don't like that I'm in

the middle of a workout and I like the other day amy was working out that she

was working out and I had to stop like I I couldn't be working out with her I was

I was sitting down and when I would get up from just sitting down like not

working out not lifting any sort of weight it was I was like I can't work

out right now Amy like I just can't work out with you I have to stop I am going

to show you guys a ton of stuff that I recently purchased I can't reach it you

guys cuz I'm so so so excited and I also have something very excited to share

with you guys but I'm going to share with you guys like around the end of the

have like this little lace detail but because they're white of course they're

gonna be see-through oh well this would be perfect underneath a biker short just

sort of cotton feel these are like my type of colors like you know these are

the real og colors that I used to wear all the time and you guys saw this in

because a lot of you guys were like I wish you're trying it on oh my god it is

to die I'm so in love with the color these shorts are from Topshop I also

haven't asked me for some casual look so that's what it kind of focuses on how

cute is this top this top is from H&M it says 1990 on it if you guys are not

aware this was actually the year I was born and it was so funny because I said

to Amy I'm like people are gonna know my age when I wear this she's like what are

you talking about I'm like 1990 she's like stuff I didn't even think

about that like people were the graphic tees with years on them all the time you

take things so literally I'm like no I definitely do like if it says like 1989

I'm not joking you guys I wouldn't have bought this I don't know what it is I do

take things like super literal I got this one in a size extra small kind of

surprise me because it's like super like it's pretty large for an extra small

$12.99 super good price for a graphic something like this this is the ultra

ultra basic I got this from when I really just want to like leave the house

it is eight ninety and I got it actually in a size large because this actually

fits quite small and it is super comfortable and super movable look

at this tank top you guys it's very like deep mustardy sort of tank top I did get

in a small it is a size small and it's 690 so this top over here is the large

and this is the small and this is actually larger than a large I don't

really have anything in this color like right now god bless you manly mama I'm

trying to show my shirt I know there's so nice how cute are these you guys I

got this from H&M these are actually a size 4 he's asking me to move that stuff

so he can go in a spot mama you want me to move that stuff areas oh my god

out sort of light Jean almost vintage Jean okay so now last but not least I'm

so happy about these wasn't gonna buy them because they were $100 and I was

like oh no I don't want to spend $100 but then I looked underneath the shoe

and some of the shoes were on sale and I was like why can't this shoe be on sale

so it wasn't sale for $79 I am NOT a shoe lover and I cannot stand like

shopping for shoes but when I find them I know that they're good quality and I

know that I can wear them for like summers and summers to come and that is

when I will pay the money for them how nice are these they are the most

gorgeous gorgeous like every day new taupe sort of color they have a gold

buckle and they are super comfortable the heel is not super crazy if you guys

are just walking around for a little bit so you guys have been kind of dying for

me to show you guys these pieces that you saw on my Instagram so these two

pieces are from to you best this is my first time trying anything from them you

guys so they sent me these pieces and this is that super cute Greece sort of

like look inspired top it is a cropped top and it has like the bow on the front

yes it is what I did was I grabbed tape you're not like masking tape but it was

clear tape that's why I have nipple covers on I put it on the nipple cover

put it over here wrap it around you all the way to this nipple cover over here

but you kind of have to move the puppies where they need to be and then wrap it

around and put it over the other nipple cover and then just cut it and I mean I

can't tell you guys how stuck I am like at the back but overall that is the look

this thing definitely makes me feel like very self-conscious makes me feel like I

need to get a lift done I think this piece comes in also black the block

would be like super gorgeous so this is the cross hop it is so super cute like I

can't even get over this this would look actually really good with the white midi

skirt like I wore or you guys can also do long white jean pants or you guys can

do jean shorts it definitely made me feel like I was in

Greece when I wore this top and when I did this look is you guys know how much

I'm dying dying dying to go to Greece so in love with this look I put on my white

Nike Presto's you guys asked me about the shoe I'll see if I can find it for

you guys but they just are the nike air pressed rose and white so I am wearing

the NYC shirt that I got from H&M I absolutely love this long sleeved

graphic tee I love how it says New York on the sleeve there and I'm just wearing

it with the shorts I got from H&M I absolutely love these shorts you guys

me and I typically wouldn't wear something like this but I am like really

really in love with it and I can't wait to use it but I'm kind of trying to yeah

like I'm trying to show them my outfit ok so ok seriously Ben how cute is this

much these are literally like you're walking

with a nothing on your feet that you're super super super comfortable this is

another casual look that you guys can use basically anywhere if you guys are

even going grocery shopping you guys can use this look this is very different

again from anything that I would wear so you guys I'm really like stepping

outside my box I know you guys are like what who is this girl and to be honest

with you guys I just feel so so good when I wear something different it's

just so like exciting so this is the white tank top that I got from forever

21 look how like it's definitely like

clinging on to my body a little bit for a large so it's actually really

surprised but that's okay I absolutely love this top I love how the neckline is

a little bit different like if I quickly just need to go out somewhere especially

like grocery shopping or if I'm just going to Starbucks or something like

that just keep in mind that the large is definitely kind of like a small if you

guys want it to be a regular fit this is what it looks like it's just ribbed

super super simple so this is that mustardy tank top that I got from

forever 21 this one is the size small and as you guys can tell I have more

room than the large from the previous table these are just like everyday tops

that I'm just gonna like take out of my drawer and just quickly wear when I want

to go out so what do you guys think about this mustard color on me let me

color and I always said like yellow isn't absolutely like no for me like I

just will not do it but I think I was just like so close-minded and I just

know what if they come in two other colors I'm actually gonna look it up and

comfortable fit this is the forever 21 taupe bodysuit I am wearing my Steve

Madden shoes you guys how cute are they they are so cute I really wanted to do

this look with a pair of white shorts but I haven't found the perfect pair yet

I know we were talking about color you guys but I'm not going to lie I can't

lie to you this like if you guys want to know what stuff like Steph looks like

this is stuff like I feel like I am so in my

element right now this is just me I feel so amazing in this outfit look I feel so

super confident and this bodysuit is this I small it still gives me some room

over here by the stomach it's not like super super snug on me but it does grab

me and right now I am just wearing nipple covers I'm not wearing a bra let

me know if you guys have any suggestions I need to find a bra whether it's like

literally like a triangle and a triangle and like a very thin strap that's

just loving a girl these are the shorts from Topshop I'm gonna turn around and

show you guys I never like Schwartz that show like a little bit of my cheek I

feel like they're like borderline they want to show the pocket does come out

like from the bottom so they are very like grungy they're definitely for like

a more spicier look I love this bodysuit you guys this is actually a size medium

this is not a small it actually fits like a small in my opinion and I love

the feeling of it it is very like spandexy and it has like this ribbed

detail sort of on it I definitely would describe it more of like a nylon sort of

material you can see that this color is definitely more of an orange --red these

ones that I'm wearing these are a US size six and they fit me pretty nicely I

just have a little bit of room by the waist over here they are more of that

rougher Jean they're not like stretchy at all they're definitely like a thicker

Jean for sure but overall I love this look and this is

the adidas sports bra so this is the size small and it is like a very snug on

me especially to work out and if I'm like on the treadmill are doing hit

something really fast I like when my chest is definitely like very very tight

in the sports bra and wearing it with my adidas pants as well I'm gonna show you

guys how you guys can make this a casual look you guys can wear it in public I'm

gonna put on the white tanks that I got from forever 21 it's such a quick and

easy like simple look and in these pants I will leave a link down below if I can

find them for you guys and these ones I am wearing a medium and I'm pretty sure

that these aren't guys I just throw on the white tank top that I got from

forever 21 this is definitely a very super quick look that you guys can use

it's just so simple it's around like 12 something right now I think I'm gonna

ideas hey guys it is 6:57 and I came back from getting my nails done and they

also just came back from the doctors you got I got enough day for you that's what

I got done I did a taupe I did a dockside diva by IBD if you guys are

interested so I just came back from the doctors so basically I was always

sitting there waiting I literally closer to before he kind of

called me in I cannot tell you guys I was getting like he's cold flashes and

I've never like I haven't experienced this yet and I just feel like this issue

has been kind of getting worse like day by day by day and then I was just

getting super super weak it almost like okay you know what it's it really sucks

that I'm feeling this way but it's gonna help cuz once I see him he's gonna be

able to be like okay something's wrong he's like he'd been feeling really dizzy

I said yes I've been feeling super dizzy like really really weak and I'm like now

I'm like cold I'm getting like when he takes my blood pressure and I

kid you not he he looks at the result and he goes like this and he looks up at

me he's like get up right now we have to go plug into the other machine he's like

this is not normal basically bottom line he was like

extremely shocked at what level I was at and he plugged me into another machine

that takes your blood pressure like over and over and over again he said I have

never seen anybody at your age of 28 years old I've never seen anybody at

your age have blood pressure this low who is the guy haven't basically it's my

sodium he's like your sodium is very very low you're dehydrated in a medical

sense so I didn't know this you guys a lot of you guys told me I was dehydrated

but I I always thought dehydration was when you don't drink enough water and I

was like I'm drinking enough water and he's like no let's not wait D hydration

is in a medical sense in a medical sense you need your electrolytes you need your

potassium you need your sodium so I'm basically in low on electrolytes and a

lot of you guys brought that up as well what he suggested for me was gastro late

so there's these little tiny patches and basically they will bring up my sodium

level that's what I haven't said my waterfall right now this was a major

lesson for me because lately I will say I have been watching it on my sodium and

a lot of the stuff that I'm like ooh this salty Amy's like no this is not

something like it's normal I asked him why Mike is caffeine a problem he's like

I would stay off of it for a while I was like what did you just say so you guys I

will be going off of caffeine for loading lord knows how long so if I

start to act like a little bit cuckoo like from this day forward stick

happening gonna find something that doesn't have caffeine in it taking away

my coffee they don't know what I'm gonna do I'm gonna be taking blood work

tomorrow but he's like it seems like you're going up and then you're dropping

really lower than you're going up and you're dropping extremely like he said

the level I was like he's like you can't you can't be walking around like that

and I said and I'm like I can't even work out with my workouts I'm just gonna

take it easy I'm gonna see how this kind of works out for me but I want to make

sure that there's no other bigger a medical issue so that's why I'm doing

blood work again thank you to all of you guys who tried

help me out I really appreciate it I just want to kind of figure this out

because I can't like I can't live my day-to-day life like this because I need

to be going to the gym and it needs to be doing my everyday you know life the

other day I was filming a video for you guys and I was like literally gonna

faint so there's things that you can do to bring it up and he's definitely going

to keep an eye on it after the bloodwork he's gonna look at everything me so

before I end this vlog if any of you guys have any suggestions go different

ways I can take and get my electrolytes back up if you guys have this issue that

I have and you guys are taking something for it and you guys are enjoying it it's

working for you I don't mind trying it out so make sure you guys comment down

And that hook is in there.

Hey, folks, Glenn May here with BassResource.com, and today I want to talk to you about fishing

floating worms, and I'm going to show you a way to do it that I've been doing it for

many decades and, honestly, if you look on YouTube, I don't think I've seen anybody show

you how to do it this way.

If they have, I just haven't seen it.

Or if you're watching this video a few years later and you see a lot of videos about how

to do it this way, well, this is how they learned it.

So, first of all, to fish a floating worm you can do it any time of the year while the

weather is warm.

The best time is right immediately after the spawn.

That's where I've had the most success with it.

The fish are just a little lethargic, they're still guarding fry.

That couple of weeks right after the spawn is really the prime time for fishing a floating

worm.

But it works throughout the entire summer.

Even in the spring I've done really well with that and into the early fall.

It's just triggering the fish, their instinct of to hit a bait that's dying, that's injured.

You're just preying on that, and they have that all the time.

So don't think you're limited to just a certain time of the year.

I haven't had as much luck, obviously, in the winter time when the water temps are in

the low 40s.

But any other time of the year works really well.

So let me show you what I do here.

First of all, let's talk about equipment and how I rig it, and then I'm going to show you

how I fish it.

First of all, I'm starting here with a baitcasting rod.

Now, you can use spinning as well.

I'm fishing a little bit of cover and stuff out here today, so I went a little bit heavier

with 15-pound line.

A lot of times I fish it with spinning, with six-pound line or eight-pound line when I'm

fishing in open water, say rocky banks and riprap and that sort of thing.

You can use whatever you want when it comes to that.

Just if you fish a little bit heavier cover, remember, if that fish buries down inside

the weeds, you're going to have to get them out.

So using the eight-pound line and six-pound line is a little difficult.

So that's why I'm heavying up a little bit today, I'm using 15-pound copolymer line.

I don't need to go too crazy here.

I don't really like to use fluorocarbon when it comes to this, the worm.

Although, it doesn't float per se, fluorocarbon is a little bit heavier line so it will help

it sink a little bit faster.

And I don't want it to sink real fast so I'm using copolymer line.

I don't use braid because I don't want to spook the fish.

A lot of times I am fishing clear water, braid just gives it away.

It's a big flare.

It looks unnatural to me and I don't think the fish like it.

So I don't use braid for this application.

So it's straight up 15-pound copolymer line.

Or if you're using spinning gear, again, six to eight straight up.

Now, tied with it...

Well, this here is a medium power rod.

This is a 6'8", yeah, 6'8" medium power rod.

If you're using a spinning outfit, same thing, medium power rod fast tip.

That's the sort of thing you want to go...even a medium light, you can do that as well if

you're using that real light line.

But again 15 pounds, I'm using medium with a fast tip on it.

The reel, again, reel speed isn't a big difference here because we're not bringing that lure

in really fast.

So anything with a gear ratio between 6:1 and 7:5 is fine.

Don't rush out and buy another baitcasting reel.

If you don't have that speed, you can use an 8 or 9:1, I'm just saying.

If you are looking to buy a new baitcasting reel for this particular application, you

don't need to spend the extra money on high-speed reels.

Talked about the line, the reel.

Now let's talk about the set up a little bit.

This is interesting.

I want you guys to see this.

What I've done here is I've got a leader on here, about a one-foot leader, and I've got

a little swivel.

This is a number seven swivel right here.

Now, this line is exactly the same line here.

This leader here is exactly the same one as I have here.

The reason why I'm putting the swivel here is it helps enable that lure to twist and

spin and move around without twisting my line.

This is especially necessary if you're using spinning gear.

Line twist is a problem with spinning gear.

Putting this little swivel on here will prevent that, all right?

But even with bait casting, it still allows this bait to spin and move around freely,

and that's what I really like.

So a good quality, like a number seven bearing swivel is what you want.

I'm using a 2/0 offset shank worm hook.

That's real important in this instance.

Usually, I use an extra wide gap, but in this instance, you can see the hook point is higher

than the eye of the hook.

That's important, and I'll show you why in a minute when we rig it.

I'm just tying with it, tying to it using the uni knot.

I've been using the uni knot for over 30 years, never had it fail.

I'm real comfortable with the uni knot and tying it, so that's what I've been using.

A lot of you guys like to use polymer knots or San Diego jam knots.

Those are equally effective as well.

If you're used to tying those knots, feel comfortable with those knots, go ahead and

use them.

All three of them are pretty much equal.

There we go.

It's a strong fish.

Okay, I got him.

Loving worm.

Boy, he ate it too.

He certainly took that.

It's the only way he can get that out.

There we go.

Good fish.

Thank you.

All right, so to rig it.

Well, let me tell you about the bait here.

First of all, I take it right out of the package and I store it in a little baggie like this.

If you notice, the baggie is not quite as long as the bait, and there's a reason for

that.

When I store it in my tackle box, you can see it's not straight.

I don't want it to store straight.

And over time it's actually going to mold and hold on to that.

It's going to have weird kinks and angles in these things.

They are not going to be totally straight all the time.

So I happened to pull one out that is straight.

The tail is a little kinked on that one.

But a lot of times you'll get some weird kinks in these things.

Yeah, that was a little kinked a little bit towards the tail as you can see, which is

what you want.

You want these little kinks and bends in them, and the reason being is that it's going to

enable it as it goes through the water to be really erratic.

It's going to deep and dart and spin and do all kinds of weird things.

So that's the first thing I do, is I distort kind of an awkward position so it gets some

weird kinks into it.

Now, to rig it, this is an important thing.

Let me show you.

Let me pull this up here for you.

I'm going to get right up here so you can see what I'm doing.

Now, the first thing you want to do is look at where the flat side is.

That's where you want the hook point to be resting when you're done.

So you start off by putting the hook point in this way.

Now a lot of people put the hook point right in the center.

Don't put it right in the center.

What you want to do is put it underneath right about here, okay.

That's important, it gives a little upturn on the bait.

So put it right about there, then you go in, straight down the middle just like so.

Now a lot of people right about here, that's where they bring the hook point down, the

traditional Texas rigging.

Don't do that with this.

You want to give it another inch or so, about an inch and a half.

It's like bringing down the hook about that much, about the whole bend of it, now bring

it out.

Now, flip it around, just like so, and I'm going to bring it through.

This takes a little bit of work but working on through.

Come on, there.

Now flip it around.

Now, look at this.

Look at what you got here.

Okay?

We've got about an inch or so.

Look at that.

Now, what that does is it enables this worm to get a lot of erratic action.

The line is coming out right towards the bottom like that, see that.

Not through the center, and you've got this extra amount of worm here that's going to

give it some more irregular action.

Now, before I bring it in, now you can see why I want the hook point up here because

it's going to give it a little kink when I put it on here.

I'll show you that in a second.

But before I do that, what I like to do is I'll get a spool of 40-pound real cheap mono

at my local tackle store.

I like that because it's really wiry.

I use that to peg the hook in place.

So I'll take the line and I'll peg it right through the eye of the hook.

Right through the eye of the hook, just like this.

Boom.

There we go, okay.

Then I'll cut that off.

So what that does is it holds that hook right in place.

It's not going to slide down, move around.

It's right in there.

So now that hook isn't going anywhere, okay?

See that?

I'm pulling on it, it's not sliding down.

So it holds it in place.

And now, finally, what you want to do is just bring it right on through, just like so, and

now we Tex-pose it.

Now look at this.

Doesn't this look funky?

That's what you want.

You want this lure to be kind of kinked up and looking kind of weird.

What that's going to do is it's going to give a lot of action on the water.

It's going to make it spin and twirl and flutter and do all kinds of weird stuff.

It's going to look like an injured baitfish.

Going back to this swivel, that's why you want it.

This is going to give it a lot of action.

Now, I'll rig it a little bit differently and maybe even use an extra wide gap hook

if I don't want that much action to it.

But, typically, this is how I start off.

Especially in the warmer months, fish really want that action.

All right, guys?

So that's the equipment, that's the line, that's how I rig it, that's what I do with

the bait.

I know you haven't seen it done this way before, but trust me it really works because we're

going to go out fishing and I'll show you how it works.

There we go.

Whoa.

I just about got him right off the boat.

He's small, and he's not very big.

Keri: He's not very big, but he'll do.

Gawd Glenn!

Glenn: Yeah, welcome aboard, buddy.

Keri: There you go.

Glenn: Yeah, I'm trying to hold down.

There you go, even little guys like the floating worm.

Oh, boy.

He just hit it like a missile.

That's why I set the hook, I saw him coming after it.

I was primed, I was coiled and ready, so...

Keri: You yanked him right out the window.

Glenn: Here you go little buddy, I'll let you go.

All right, so the first thing about casting this is because it's on a longer leader, your

cast, don't cast it really hard.

Do a nice easy lob cast.

Especially when you're using bait casters, you'll avoid those nasty backlashes.

So make a nice easy cast and then I'm going to show you the first retrieve which is essentially

you just want it to sink a little bit below the surface, give it one hard twitch with

some slack after you twitch it, and let it rest, let it sink a little bit.

Then give it another twitch and let it sit and relax.

So we just throw it out there, let it sit, let it fall a bit on slack line, reel it up

and just give it a good twitch.

And let it sit, let it fall and give it another twitch.

And make sure you have that slack in there when you do it, because the slack is what

gives it that action.

If you hold it real tight, it's not going to have that much action.

Every once in a while give it a little pop-pop and let it fall again.

What I've got here is some emergent and submerged weeds.

This is perfect for throwing a floating worm because it'll go right...

Like we have some milfoil here that's just under the surface, and some, as you can see,

a bit of weeds above the surface.

It just falls right between all that and you want to just give it these little power twitches.

And I mean power twitch.

You want to twitch it pretty good, you want to give it that action.

If you don't give it a hard twitch, it's not going to give a whole lot of action.

That's what I start off with.

I'm going after the aggressive bites.

So I start off with that hard twitch, let it rest a little bit and then just give it

another twitch or a couple twitches and let it pause.

It's very similar to fishing a jerk bait, if you've ever fished jerk baits.

This is very similar to that.

It's just here it's sinking down a little bit right between those weeds.

This is perfect, especially in an area that you wouldn't normally fish a jerk bait, but

because of all the weeds you get tangled up in it.

It's a good place to fish trick worm like this.

Now, another way to fish it, if the fish are really aggressive, is I'll throw it out there

and as soon as it hits the water, I just give it a twitch, twitch, twitch, and I'm constantly...if

you notice, I'm popping it, just like you would a jerk bait and giving slack between

those jerks.

And when you do that, boy, this bait really comes alive.

It starts dancing, shimming, going side to side, it twists and turns.

That ball bearing is going to work for you right there.

And that really works really well when those fish are aggressive.

It will elicit those bites, just twitching and keep it coming at you and just make sure

you give it that slack in between each little jerk.

And you'll be surprised how much this thing just dances when it comes back.

The last one is I like to let it fall down.

If they're not as aggressive, I'll throw it out there and let it sink down, almost like

you would if you're fishing a soft plastic stick bait.

Let it sink down and it falls real nice and slow, and then just give it a little pause

or two and let it pop back up through the weeds and let it slip back through in another

pot.

This works really well in rock areas as well, real clear water.

This is a visual bait.

It doesn't put off a whole lot of vibration.

So in muddy water, it doesn't work as well.

The fish have to see it in order to hone in on it.

But that's how you work it through, just like that.

I let it sink a little bit too deep there, it got hung up on a weed for a second.

But that's good, it popped it free.

Sometimes the fish will nail it right when it pops out of those weeds.

Just let it sink down in those little holes and those pockets and hold on because you

never know.

What you want to do is watch for that strike.

Because you're fishing on slack line, watch the line.

A lot of times that line will just do a little pop and you didn't do that, or the line will

start to swim off in one direction.

Well, you didn't do that.

When it starts to do something that you didn't do, probably something on the other end did,

so you want to set that hook.

Keri: There we go, another one.

Glenn: All righty.

Come here.

Keri: Nice one.

There we are.

Glenn: There, we've got a floating worm right in his face.

That will do the trick.

We've got the power poles.

It's a good fish, it's fun.

He can go back right where he came from.

So the NBA Finals are now over and pretty much there's one thing everyone is wondering:

where will LeBron go?

Based off of what he wants to accomplish, there's one team that LeBron should go to.

What is up dudes, dudettes, ballers, players.

It's ya boi MJ.

LeBron James holds a lot of power in this NBA Free Agency and wherever he goes will

shift power in the NBA.

If the Cavs don't do enough to improve this team, I just can't see LeBron staying.

If they don't get rid of JR, LeBron definitely ain't staying.

I wanna talk about all the factors LeBron should consider and then why this one team

no one is really considering is the best basketball decision for him.

I'm definitely gonna make more videos breaking down other options and where predictions as

y'all wanted.

LeBron James has always had to deal with having to do more than just be a basketball star

and leader.

It's always been on him to elevate the team's play instead of other players elevating his

play.

Erik Spoelstra has been the best coach he's ever had and while that is not bad, legends

like Kobe and Jordan had legendary coaches.

On the Cavs, the ownership of Dan Gilbert has been shown to be a complete joke and the

firing of a competent GM in David Griffin made no sense.

I know LeBron is considering his family heavily in this decision, but from a basketball point

of view, LeBron wants great management and a chance to play for a great coach who can

get everyone to step up and play, not like Ty Lue who couldn't get anyone to play better

than they were supposed to play.

With that in mind, I think the Rockets, Celtics, and Spurs standout.

The Celtics and Spurs both have great head coaches with amazing management while the

Rockets have a good head coach with amazing talent.

The Sixers don't have that bonafide head coach and once again it would fall on LeBron

to play with young guys and teach them the way while being the star.

While that could be good since he's in the East, I think that if LeBron gets paired with

a good coach, he can manage the tail end of his career much better.

The Spurs are known to handle the end of players careers better than anyone.

On top of that, LeBron has expressed a desire to play for Popovich and a desire to play

off ball.

With Popovich, he finally gets that great coach and is in a system where he can shine

yet not have to carry the heavy load, especially with Leonard being there.

But that's the big question mark.

Kawhi Leonard.

I think that if LeBron does sign, then Kawhi will be on board.

Leonard also looked good in those games he played this season.

You then have LeBron, Leonard, and Aldridge under Pop who always manages to get his team

to win.

And under Pop, LeBron can play off ball and manage the end of his career much better while

chasing rings.

Now, in terms of cap space, the Spurs can move pieces around and Popovich can pretty

much make any role player into a valuable asset.

In terms of beating the Warriors, remember that the Spurs with just Kawhi Leonard could

give the Warriors trouble.

Spurs are always a great defensive team no matter what pieces they have and you have

to think that against any team, the Spurs with LeBron would be scary.

Now whether this is LeBron's thinking or whether he will do this still remains to be

seen.

The Spurs aren't the exciting option and there may be more potential elsewhere, but

I think LeBron needs stability and the Spurs can be that great team that continues to go

for championships every year with LeBron.

TESTING NEW DRUGSTORE MAKEUP: Full Face of First Impressions - Duration: 11:05.

Hey guys so for today's video we are going to be testing out some new

drugstore goodies I'm so excited for this I decided to go for a super simple

but still I'm in love with it this very like matte peachy look it's perfect for

spring and summer because of the peach enos but it's also perfect because it's

all matte so you're not gonna have to worry about getting too oily or your

makeup melting off I also test out the new covergirl

foundation in this video which is really cool because I know a lot of people have

received this in the mail and are talking about this so yeah if you guys

are interested in checking out this all matte peach look and me testing out some

new drugstore makeup make sure to keep on watching so the first thing I really

want to try is the wet and wild photo focus primer spray I'm assuming they're

kind of trying to dupe the Smashbox one which I love the Smashbox one so just

kind of curious to see this I love the scent of the Smashbox I'm curious to see

what this one's gonna smell like this does feel super refreshing it doesn't

smell much like anything just feel really refreshing though so that's good

and I do really like the mist on it it spreads it really evenly and it's like a

fine mist it's not super heavy or spritzing at you so today we're actually

trying a new foundation and normally I don't try out a new foundation and a new

primer at the same time but I feel like these two will work well together

because they're both mattifying so this is the new and follow along we're

matlock mattifying primer I'm really excited to try this

they actually have one that has blue writing and it's the Glo version so for

today we're gonna try the matte oh I like how it's not super silicone II I

was expecting it to be like straight-up silicone but it actually is a little bit

of a moisturizer kind of feel okay

so it has a little bit of a moisturizer feel but once you blend it in you get a

little bit of that super soft silicone feel but actually like the way this

feels it doesn't feel drying I was expecting it to feel a little bit dry

but it doesn't so for foundation covergirl released their new true blend

Matt made comfort matte transfer resistant foundation and this is the

shade m40 I'm really hoping it matches me I tried it on my hand and it seemed a

little bit too pinky but we're gonna roll with it and hope that the color is

a good match let me know what your guys's thoughts are on the shade range I

mean there's a huge amount of shades in terms of you know light to dark but like

in terms of the tones let me know what you guys this thoughts are I didn't

receive all of the shades I just received this one and a light one and

then one dark one so this is the only medium one I could get my hands on so

this is one pump which one pump pumps out a lot which is good you know this

has a very like salmon peachy undertone but I'm hoping I could still pull it off

let's see let's hope so I am gonna blend it out with my Beauty Blender oh it does

not blend good at all with the Beauty Blender but it's blending good on this

side maybe I just didn't put enough product on this side yeah maybe

okay so so far you guys this foundation has like barely any coverage I feel like

it's super medium coverage like you can still see all my skin perfections

underneath I'm just gonna go ahead and put more on I don't know how I feel

about this you guys I don't think I'm crazy about it I just feel like it

doesn't really pack enough coverage for me it is a nice natural matte though

it's like a comfort matte how they wrote it on the bottle that's definitely true

doesn't look too drying okay so I did not have any new concealer or cream

bronzer to try so I just went ahead and did my concealer did my cream bronzer

and now I really want to try this new morphe contour palette I believe they

made new ones to replace their old ones so this is a highlight and contour

palette in the shade 8h it is so beautiful you guys and it comes with

four like Jayde's and for bronzing and

contouring so I am like in love with this shade right here so I'm gonna go

ahead and use that to set this bronzer I'm really curious to see how these

perform because I can always tell how good and soft and creamy a powder

bronzer is based on how it goes and sits on top of my cream bronzer and you know

the liquid products mmm so I like it I actually like how it's

not super pigmented I like a bronzer that's buildable because I feel like

it's it's less scary that way because sometimes it can go from zero to 100

with the bronzer so I actually really want to try this this is the power glow

highlighter by elf you guys I tried it on my hand and it is so beautiful so I

think what I'm gonna do is put a little bit on this oops

on the back of the sponge here spread that out with my finger and then tap

that on the high points like look at how pretty that is

and it has this very like dewy kind of finish which I like cuz it makes it look

like you're actually naturally glowing so I am gonna try one of these blushes

from the new morphe blush palette I loved their old blush palette so I'm

happy that they made a new one this is the shade 8w so i think i'm gonna go for

a peachy glowy shade for today so i think i'm gonna try this shade it looks

a little bit more pink on camera i can see in the viewfinder but in person it's

definitely a bit softer and peachy err so we're gonna try this shade well

that's pretty and you know what again I like how they're not ultra pigmented you

guys know when it comes to like blush and bronzer I don't like a product

that's too overly pigmented cuz they can go from zero to 100 real quick on the

cheeks so I like how it's like buildable and natural and pretty that looks really

good so I want to try one of the highlights I'm definitely gonna try this

shade I feel like if you have deeper skin this bad boy is gonna be your BFF

like it's a beautiful beautiful strong gold shade it's gonna look amazing on

deeper skin but I know for sure this shade is gonna be too dark and too

yellow on me so I'm going to try this shade which is more of like a lighter

champagne gold oh wow that's really pretty I can't

describe that formula the best I can describe it is like super smooth almost

like paper thin like it looks like I haven't even put anything on the skin it

feels and looks and applies super super paper-thin so I just went ahead and did

my brows off-camera and now I'm really excited to try this eyeshadow palette I

actually really love these I think they're called the yeah the magnifies

palettes from a Rimmel but now they came out with the spice Edition which is

really nice like it looks so good it kind of has a very warm peachy vibe and

I also think I want to use this nice peach from this little eyeshadow duo

from ELF this is called the peach squad such a pretty little eyeshadow duo so I

think for today I just want to mainly try out the shadow so I want to go for

something super simple I think I want to just do a really nice all matte smokey

eye so I think first thing I'm gonna do is just go in to this shade just to get

a little bit of definition into the crease I'm curious to see how pigmented

these are I've tried the other palettes like the other shades but you just never

know sometimes when they come out with new shades it's different this shade

looks a lot darker on the lid than it does in the pan for sure it does blend

out nicely though so I think next I'm gonna go ahead and take just a little

bit of this shade mix with a little bit of this

over the I

so I really want something lighter and fresher so I think I'm gonna go into

this peach shade from the elf palette and just put that all over so pretty

this elf eyeshadow duo it was actually really pigmented I am going to take this

shade again and mix it with this one just apply that on the lower lash

so I think I'm gonna take this dark shade and we're going to create a little

bit of a winged liner taking the pencil brush I'm just gonna smudge over that

taking that same highlight shade from earlier put down the inner corner I'm

just gonna go ahead and apply some mascara because we're actually gonna try

some new falsies so I recently got these new falsies in the mail and they look so

good you guys know I'm a huge fan of the kiss number 11 lashes they're like the

perfect to go to everyday lash but they came up with these new ones I think

they're like yeah they're the blowout lashes and they look so good so we have

beehive and then pixie I think for today I want to use pixie so we're gonna try

these ones out today and see how they look okay so I just went ahead and pop

the lashes on they're so pretty you guys they actually remind me a lot of Coco

Queen B lashes but these ones are much more subtle like the Queen B are super

long these are definitely easier to work with anyways you guys know I absolutely

love the Rimmel stay matte liquid lip colors they just offer a really natural

liquid lip look because a lot of the times liquid lipsticks are super like

thick and cakey and just so ultra pigmented I love how these just glide on

they're really smooth they're like a medium coverage you can definitely build

it it just I love them I love the shade mocha most of all but they just recently

released new shade and there's so many new nudes so I'm in love with that I

love how they came up with more shades so I think I want to do a peachy lip

today but I'm not sure which one to use so we have this shade here called

stripped which is a really pretty pale peachy kind of nude and then we have

this shade which is a straight-up peach it reminds me a lot of Kylie's dirty

peach and this one is called vanilla lovin and then we have this shade called

embraced which is a really nice pale nude what I'm gonna go ahead and do is

just line my lips first with the NYX natural lip liner so now I think I'm

gonna go ahead and go in MOCA first which is definitely probably

my favorite shade out of all of them and I'm just gonna use this as a nice nude

base first you see how just like lightweight that is it's not super like

thick it's not super high coverage it just looks so natural I'm gonna go ahead

and mix in some of the peachy shade and just blend it in with my finger okay so

that is pretty much eight you guys I hope you enjoyed this makeup look and

Jeff Sessions Gave A Secret Order That Is Bad News For Hillary Clinton

When Hillary Clinton walked away from her email scandal, millions of Americans believed

the fix was in.

Those fears were only confirmed when it was revealed that former FBI Director James Comey

and his henchmen had worked to water down their findings so they could clear her.

But that all changed when Attorney General Jeff Sessions gave a secret order, and it

is bad news for Hillary Clinton.

Conservatives were outraged when they learned the details of the Uranium One purchase.

Clinton's State Department did not raise any objections to the sale – they could

have recommended the Obama administration block the deal – and after the purchase

went through, Russian money flowed into the Clinton Foundation's bank account.

A Russian investment bank with ties to the sale also kicked Bill Clinton a $500,000 payment.

The Clinton's escaped the initial investigation which was conducted when Robert Mueller was

in charge of the Bureau.

But now Jeff Sessions is ordering the FBI to re-examine all the evidence they collected.

NBC News reports:

"ON THE ORDERS OF ATTORNEY GENERAL JEFF SESSIONS, JUSTICE DEPARTMENT PROSECUTORS HAVE

BEGUN ASKING FBI AGENTS TO EXPLAIN THE EVIDENCE THEY FOUND IN A NOW DORMANT CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION

INTO A CONTROVERSIAL URANIUM DEAL THAT CRITICS HAVE LINKED TO BILL AND HILLARY CLINTON, MULTIPLE

LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS TOLD NBC NEWS.

THE INTERVIEWS WITH FBI AGENTS ARE PART OF THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT'S EFFORT TO FULFILL

A PROMISE AN ASSISTANT ATTORNEY GENERAL MADE TO CONGRESS LAST MONTH TO EXAMINE WHETHER

A SPECIAL COUNSEL WAS WARRANTED TO LOOK INTO WHAT HAS BECOME KNOWN AS THE URANIUM ONE DEAL,

A SENIOR JUSTICE DEPARTMENT OFFICIAL SAID.

AT ISSUE IS A 2010 TRANSACTION IN WHICH THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION ALLOWED THE SALE OF U.S.

URANIUM MINING FACILITIES TO RUSSIA'S STATE ATOMIC ENERGY COMPANY.

HILLARY CLINTON WAS SECRETARY OF STATE AT THE TIME, AND THE STATE DEPARTMENT WAS ONE

OF NINE AGENCIES THAT AGREED TO APPROVE THE DEAL AFTER FINDING NO THREAT TO U.S. NATIONAL

SECURITY.

A SENIOR LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIAL WHO WAS BRIEFED ON THE INITIAL FBI INVESTIGATION TOLD

NBC NEWS THERE WERE ALLEGATIONS OF CORRUPTION SURROUNDING THE PROCESS UNDER WHICH THE U.S.

GOVERNMENT APPROVED THE SALE.

BUT NO CHARGES WERE FILED.

AS THE NEW YORK TIMES REPORTED IN APRIL 2015, SOME OF THE PEOPLE ASSOCIATED WITH THE DEAL

CONTRIBUTED MILLIONS OF DOLLARS TO THE CLINTON FOUNDATION.

AND BILL CLINTON WAS PAID $500,000 FOR A MOSCOW SPEECH BY A RUSSIAN INVESTMENT BANK WITH LINKS

TO THE TRANSACTION.

HILLARY CLINTON HAS DENIED PLAYING ANY ROLE IN THE DECISION BY THE STATE DEPARTMENT TO

APPROVE THE SALE, AND THE STATE DEPARTMENT OFFICIAL WHO APPROVED IT HAS SAID CLINTON

DID NOT INTERVENE IN THE MATTER.

THAT HASN'T STOPPED SOME REPUBLICANS, INCLUDING PRESIDENT TRUMP, FROM CALLING THE ARRANGEMENT

CORRUPT — AND URGING THAT CLINTON BE INVESTIGATED."
