the whole day then what you should do is you should not use those programs which drains

the battery heavily such as Skype or other video chatting programs.

thing what you will do is go ahead and open "Settings".

Scroll down and go to "battery" and select "Low power mode" and enable it.

So, once you do it you can survive on the 10% of the battery in your iPhone throughout

the whole day.

so today! tadaa! a lotteria haul featuring their black pepper chicken mayo burger

Rib sandwich and hashed max cheese

and this might get posted later but its currently July 29th

and lotteria held their annual meat fest from july 27-29th

So what all this means is that All the burgers I bought have double the meat

I bought one of their normal ones here And two each of their double meat burgers

I wonder what they're like itadakimasu

To make the fries easier to eat I'll put them on a plate

This is one of the drinks that they were selling

don't it look huge?

its a mega ice cafe latte They also have the regular iced coffee in mega sizing

I will now try out the regular black pepper chicken burger

This is what it looks like And this is their black pepper chicken it looks yummy

Let's take a look at their double version as well

the wrapper is off kilter a bit

just look at it its got double chicken on it

there is just no comparison

such a deal!

The chicken is still very juicy And the breading is so very crunchy

the shredded cabbage and the black pepper mayo sauce goes so nicely with the chicken

The bun is so puffy

and the double

With two big pieces of meat its so satisfying

The chicken is marinated slightly in soy sauce and also flavored with ginger... its so flavorful

Being able to have two pieces of chicken makes me happy

its so T H I C C that you gotta open your mouth wide to eat it

the katsu style chicken is so yummy

this fluffy bun crispy cabbage and crunchy chicken come together so nicely

And up next is a pork rib sandwich

K this is the normal one And this is a double

they're so different

This meat is so Smoky and flavorful

The bun is both chewy and fluffy its got such great flavor

it's like a soft and tender french bread

There's lettuce inside as well

The sauce is some sort of spicy mayo or something like a BBQ sauce its very yummy

and this is the double

the rib is so flat that it makes it perfect as a double

These are their colorful tapioca cocktails

this is the fukuoka strawberry and orange

there are nice and colorful tapioca in here as well its like something you'd get at a festival

its so refreshing its very carbonated and delish

the strawberry and orange are sweet tangy and delish

the meat is jutting out it reminds me of a ghost

if you don't shake it up and drink it it turns into just carbonated water

pineapple and melon

The tapioca pearls are so pretty

The melon is so delish the tapioca are so chewy and yummy

The fries came with some ketchup

next up is max hashed cheese burger

This is what it looks like don't it look so delicious

There's a burger patty in it and hashed browns as well

It's also got some cheese oh wow it does come with 2 slices of cheese

I also bought two of their doubles

The regular one comes with 2 patties And these doubles come with 4 patties

Seven layers

shredded potato are so crunchy and flavorful

And with two slices of cheese you can really taste it in there

Ask for sauce I think it's ketchup

lemon and orange

Chilled orange juice is so yummy

The tapioca's are so nice and cool

the tapioca drinks were so yummy as well tapiocas are so great I love em

the mega sized cafe au lait was so awesome

which is free unlike Petra which costs 50 - about 50 euros.

And it's very nice, it's tiny, and there are no tourists, so it's enjoyable.

Actually, what my friend and guide just explained to me is that this place was created before the big Petra

but that in the end they preferred the other site with the mountains of red ocher

and more or less abandoned the Little Petra... but long story short, Little Petra is more ancient.

So let's see if I remember everything ... We just went down to the Reghane Mountains,

And now we are just before the Negev Desert, in the region of Wadi Araba.

And right now, the car is mired in the sand.

Well, this time we're really mired in the desert.

The car does not want to move anymore, the wheels turn in the sand for nothing.

I just landed.

It's been a long trip.

Anyway, so that's the video, and so I got in

around midnight, just past midnight last night

This hill,

crawl all the way up this hill, to see this one

coming the opposite direction to greet me.

It was amazing, like something out of movie.

反观我们国 乒小将们 ，虽然现 在还不是 很成熟， 但是他们 在比赛中 展现出来 的技术 能 力，明显 还是以均衡为主， 依然是我们国乒一直以来强调的"技术全面、特长突出"，当然也能够看得出我们国乒的新生代在技术是有明显进步的。在进攻能力无论是樊振东、梁靖崑还是林高远、王楚钦，他们在进攻中上手更加积极主动，台内球的挑打、拧拉能力更强，说明他们的进攻技术在各自技术体系中占得比重非常大，在中远台能力上国乒新生代明显更加强一些，特别是反拉能力明显有超越上一代的趋势。

当然跟马龙 比起来， 年轻一代 控短能力 没有那么 突出，不 过多数人 的控短能 力依然 一 流，所以 说我们的年轻一代 的技术更加先进和稳定，只不过我们的运动员还欠缺一些比赛经验，有一天梁靖崑、林高远、王楚钦、刘丁硕都在比赛能力上达到马龙、张继科的境界，那时候国乒依然是无敌的。

从欣赏的角 度看，我 们国乒的 运动员的 比赛明显 观赏性更 强，因为 技术的稳 定性都 很 高，所以 国乒队员内战时多 数球都需要打到相持才能决出胜负，而这些相持球不正是球迷们最喜欢看到的吗？从个人角度上说，小编还是更希望乒乓球的未来是许昕这样子，最起码我们能够在比赛中欣赏到艺术。

 CIUDAD DE MÉXICO (apro).- Por primera vez, en el contexto de su repudio al nombramiento de Manuel Bartlett como director de la Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE), Manuel Clouthier Carrillo acusó directamente a Carlos Salinas de Gortari y a Fernando Gutiérrez Barrios de asesinar a su padre, el excandidato presidencial Manuel "Maquío" Clouthier

 "Estos son los que mataron a mi padre Maquío: ¡Salinas y Gutiérrez Barrios! No fue Bartlett; Bartlett lo reprimió, lo difamó, le invadió las tierras agrícolas, se robó la elección del 88, todo esto en el sexenio del mediocre de Miguel de la Madrid", escribió Clouthier hijo en su cuenta de Twitter

 Y durante el día emitió numerosos mensajes en esa red social para manifestar su rechazo al nombramiento que hizo Andrés Manuel López Obrador de Manuel Bartlett como director de la CFE, quien en la elección de 1988 fue presidente de la Comisión Electoral acusada de cometer el fraude a través de la "caída del sistema"

 "Con la lógica que propone a Barlett (sic), AMLO bien podría nombrar a Felipe Calderón como secretario de Seguridad

Ambos se robaron los votos: Uno en 1988, otro en 2006", escribió el hermano de Tatiana, quien fue coordinadora de la campaña de López Obrador y quien también rechazó el nombramiento del exsecretario de Gobernación

 Vehemente y claridoso, como ha sido siempre su personalidad, el hijo de Maquío ironizó sobre la decisión del tabasqueño: "Mensaje de AMLO con propuesta de Barlett (sic): 'tengo los huevos morenos, pero a veces se me ponen verde, blanco y colorado' ¡Y qué!"

 Y ante críticas en la misma red social, Clouthier soltó: "Pregunta: ¿qué es más grosero en el tuiter? ¿A) decir que AMLO tiene los huevos morenos y que a veces se le ponen tricolores, o B) proponer a Barlett (sic) para CFE?"

 Completó: "En el México bizarro de las redes sociales, ahora resulta que yo soy un pendejo y Manuel Barlett (sic) es un héroe"

   En otro mensaje, el excandidato independiente a senador por Sinaloa recordó que el actual Bartlett es el mismo que como secretario de Gobernación mandaba reprimir las empresas de su padre e invadía las tierras agrícolas de su campo, lo difamaba a través de pasquines y se robó la elección de 1988, previo asesinato de opositores

 "Los asesinatos políticos de Xavier Ovando y Román Gil, operadores de campaña de Cuauhtémoc Cárdenas en 1988, fueron parte de la estrategia del histórico fraude electoral cuando Bartlett era SEGOB"

 Y una vez más ante las críticas, afirmó que le podrán decir viejo, pendejo, que no están de acuerdo con él, que perdió la senaduría, que es gordo, pero "no podrán decirme mapache ni que me calle

No me callaré, seguiré dando mi opinión informada".  Más tarde ironizó que ya no hablaría más, porque había perdonado a Bartlett, así como lo ha proclamado López Obrador:  "Ya, ya pues

Me sumo al llamado de AMLO al perdón y la reconciliación nacional, a la unidad… perdonemos a Bartlett ya que tiene derecho a una segunda oportunidad, pero como dice AMLO… perdono pero no olvido"

 Y "ya habiendo perdonado y reconciliado, me voy a callar, para que puedan tener buenas noches los chairos

Que descansen", escribió hacia la siete de la noche, pero enseguida advirtió: "Mañana le seguiré echando chingasos (sic) a Bartlett, hoy ya no porque ya lo perdoné y me reconcilié"

 Clouthier Carrillo, igual que su hermana Tatiana, siempre han repudiado a Bartlett y han mantenido sospechas sobre el asesinato de su padre por parte del gobierno de Salinas

 En julio de 1998, a casi nueve años de la muerte de Maquío, su hijo Manuel declaró a Proceso que fue un asesinato:  "No contamos con nada sólido que permita sustentar nuestra hipótesis, que no es exclusiva de nosotros, pues fue primero del pueblo

La gente en México cree que fue un crimen. Nosotros mismos rechazamos esa posibilidad en un principio

Pero se nos cayó el velo cuando en la carretera Costera un automóvil siguió a mi hermana Tatiana y estuvo a punto de provocar un 'accidente'

"  Ahora, en el contexto del repudio a Bartlett, Manuel Clouthier involucra inclusive a Gutiérrez Barrios en el asesinato de su padre, aunque deslinda a Bartlett de esa trama

 Tatiana Clouthier también manifiesta sus sospechas de asesinato en su libro "Maquío, mi padre", editado en 2007, pero es implacable en su repudio a Bartlett, a quien menciona una sola vez en el volumen, la noche del 2 de julio de 1988:  "Una vez iniciado el conteo de las actas, ocurrió la tragedia histórica que recaerá de por vida en la espalda del secretario de Gobernación en ese momento, Manuel Bartlett: El sistema electoral 'se calló', de callarse, y a la una y media de la madrugada anunciaron que el PRI había ganado la elección, pero los datos los dieron siete días después

A los ojos de la historia mexicana, nunca se había consumado un fraude de tal magnitud y, a pesar de haber sido negado en aquellos momentos históricos, con el tiempo y ya como expresidente Miguel de la Madrid Hurtado lo reconoció y lo nombró en su libro autobiográfico como el 'fraude patriótico'

which is free unlike Petra which costs 50 - about 50 euros.

Compared to the bony plates of an armadillo or the hard scales of a pangolin

or even the tough, leathery skin of an Indian elephant,

the thin layer of delicate epidermis that makes up our outermost covering

may seem like pretty wimpy protection from the outside world.

Except, all we have to do is take a closer look at a our silky-smooth skin

to see that it actually IS a small patch of scaly armor.

Those scales are made out of the same hard protein, called keratin,

as the scales of pangolins and other animals.

Of course, ours are a lot thinner, and therefore more fragile,

but that isn't normally a problem, because we don't regularly need to survive…

…this!

Our scales also don't have to be super durable

because our body produces a brand new layer of tens of millions of them every day.

The giant, never-ending task of producing this armor

is carried out by an equally giant and never-ending army of skin cells in the underlying epidermis.

Every second, some 500 new cells

split off from stem cells at the base of the epidermis and join this army,

gradually migrating to the surface of your skin as younger cells form beneath

and push them upwards.

The journey to the top is one of ultimate sacrifice:

In order to form a protective barrier between you and the world,

each cell is programmed to systematically destroy itself

as it nears the skin's surface,

using enzymes to dismantle its vital parts and essentially converting into a hard, flat shield.

so today! tadaa! a lotteria haul featuring their black pepper chicken mayo burger

Rib sandwich and hashed max cheese

and this might get posted later but its currently July 29th

and lotteria held their annual meat fest from july 27-29th

So what all this means is that All the burgers I bought have double the meat

I bought one of their normal ones here And two each of their double meat burgers

I wonder what they're like itadakimasu

To make the fries easier to eat I'll put them on a plate

This is one of the drinks that they were selling

don't it look huge?

its a mega ice cafe latte They also have the regular iced coffee in mega sizing

I will now try out the regular black pepper chicken burger

This is what it looks like And this is their black pepper chicken it looks yummy

Let's take a look at their double version as well

the wrapper is off kilter a bit

just look at it its got double chicken on it

there is just no comparison

such a deal!

The chicken is still very juicy And the breading is so very crunchy

the shredded cabbage and the black pepper mayo sauce goes so nicely with the chicken

The bun is so puffy

and the double

With two big pieces of meat its so satisfying

The chicken is marinated slightly in soy sauce and also flavored with ginger... its so flavorful

Being able to have two pieces of chicken makes me happy

its so T H I C C that you gotta open your mouth wide to eat it

the katsu style chicken is so yummy

this fluffy bun crispy cabbage and crunchy chicken come together so nicely

And up next is a pork rib sandwich

K this is the normal one And this is a double

they're so different

This meat is so Smoky and flavorful

The bun is both chewy and fluffy its got such great flavor

it's like a soft and tender french bread

There's lettuce inside as well

The sauce is some sort of spicy mayo or something like a BBQ sauce its very yummy

and this is the double

the rib is so flat that it makes it perfect as a double

These are their colorful tapioca cocktails

this is the fukuoka strawberry and orange

there are nice and colorful tapioca in here as well its like something you'd get at a festival

its so refreshing its very carbonated and delish

the strawberry and orange are sweet tangy and delish

the meat is jutting out it reminds me of a ghost

if you don't shake it up and drink it it turns into just carbonated water

pineapple and melon

The tapioca pearls are so pretty

The melon is so delish the tapioca are so chewy and yummy

The fries came with some ketchup

next up is max hashed cheese burger

This is what it looks like don't it look so delicious

There's a burger patty in it and hashed browns as well

It's also got some cheese oh wow it does come with 2 slices of cheese

I also bought two of their doubles

The regular one comes with 2 patties And these doubles come with 4 patties

Seven layers

shredded potato are so crunchy and flavorful

And with two slices of cheese you can really taste it in there

Ask for sauce I think it's ketchup

Chilled orange juice is so yummy

The tapioca's are so nice and cool

the mega sized cafe au lait was so awesome

and didn't get in until about midnight last night.

I'll quickly cut to that video that I shot,

in the taxi actually.

15th of July.

It's midnight, in the back of a taxi,

on the way to Uluwatu, here in Bali, Indonesia.

I just landed.

It's been a long trip.

Anyway, so that's the video, and so I got in

around midnight, just past midnight last night

and, yeah.

This hill,

crawl all the way up this hill, to see this one

coming the opposite direction to greet me.

It was amazing, like something out of movie.

and this is what we found and they had an extra room open,

and we were like, oh yeah.

I might just take the money right out of my wallet, right.

- Because I'm working in Pounds, you're working in Dollars.

Roughly about 30 pounds a night, well,

so the last couple of videos we've been putting up have been angled that the

motivation factor and you know keeping your motivation high I'm going to

continue that trend for today a big factor that affects motivation is

actually your happiness people are generally much more motivated and they

tend to get a lot more done when they're happy and what they're actually doing so

when you're when you're trying to keep yourself motivated or you're trying to

get stuff done it's important to make sure that you're also doing things that

make you happy if you're if you're just continuously stretch sorry continuously

stressing out your body and you're you're pushing it to breaking point all

the time and you're doing things that make you actually unhappy then you're

not going to keep that motivation up for very long because it's just going to

weigh you down so the the happiness factor has to factor in there if you're

on a diet and you're eating food that you genuinely don't like then every once

in a while it's okay to put a little bit of something in there that you might

enjoy just to curb the the stress and bring your happiness levels back up if

you're you're working out all the time and you're not actually spending any

time doing types of training that you actually enjoy because you're your

trainer or you know you're you read some article and it basically says you can't

go and do this and go and do that and go and do the other and you don't enjoy

genuinely don't enjoy any of that stuff and you know but I'll give you an

example let's say you're a runner and you like to run but you run a strength

conditioning program there's nothing more than you enjoy then getting out on

the road and just letting your your mind set free but you know that you should be

spending more time in the gym doing sweaty grunty stuff to burn the calories

and get your metabolism up then it's okay to go and do a little bit of

running because you know that's gonna massively offset

the stress response that you're gonna have so you know happiness has to factor

in there you've got to put things in your life and your in your lifestyle

that you actually enjoy if you don't what's the point living you know it's

it's no good being you know getting to where you want to be if you know you've

spent all your time doing things that you don't enjoy because you finally get

to where you want to be and you're happy about that but you're in a kurd because

you've spent doing every you know all your time doing stuff that you don't

enjoy doing so make sure you're you're setting aside some time for things that

make you happy if you enjoy doing our work do some artwork happiness and doing

things that make you feel happy have a very powerful response within the body

I'm a big fan of exercise I love training but the times where I actually

just want to keep back and I play my xbox because it just unwinds my head and

I find it very very relaxing so you know I'll I'll get in and a Saturday

afternoon and I'll give myself an hour back just to do nothing and because it

makes me happy so and you shouldn't feel guilty about that no one should ever be

able to make you feel guilty about you doing something that makes you happy

 And that has led to Woodward scrambling for new recruits with the transfer window shutting in just eight days time
