Karma is one of those currencies what you will eventually have a ton of even without

farming.

Honestly, there are not many good ways how to spend it or efficiently convert it into

the gold.

So lets at least take a look on options we have.

I know most of you just wanna convert all your excess karma into the gold, but if you

are completionist like me you need to know there are plenty of skins, recipes, tonics

or minis what you can buy before that.

Each race has its own sets of karma exclusive cultural weapons in their cities, then there

are Lionguard and Pirate sets in the Lion's Arch and Ebon Vanguard set in the Ebonhawke.

All together for slightly over six and a half million karma.

World vs World karma vendor sells various common skins.

They are super cheap so if you miss some it's a great way how to unlock them.

If you need an exotic gear for your alts, the Temple vendors in the Orr sells lvl 80

with the base game stats.

Ofc they are only available after successful meta events.

The most useful will be zerk in the Temple of Grenth.

If you own Living World Season 3 Episode 6, you can go to Siren's Landing and buy various

ascended backpacks.

They have unique skins and selectable stats for 300k karma each and some Orrian pearls

on top.

Those can be gathered in the same zone.

Check my dedicated guide for more details.

Every episode map of the Living World starting with Season 3 offers once per day per character

local currency at each heart vendor.

For some zones like Domain of Istan, it's an awesome source of that.

Hearts in the Living World Season 4 also sell Trader Keys which can be used on chests there

and also in Path of Fire maps.

All those Living World hearts offers exclusive minis, weapons or armor skins.

Not mention tonics, recipes, gathering tools and other stuff.

Few heart vendors in the Core game offers interesting consumables like Ash Legion Spy

Kit in Plains of Ashford what provides stealth.

Or funny ones like Hue potions what changes your color like Poly-luminescent refractors.

Those are available at heart vendors around Hylek Village in Sparkfly Fen.

And ofc there are Obsidian Shards for Legendary crafting available in the Temple of Balthazar

in Straits of Devastation after you finish temple meta event chain.

In the direct conversion, it's around 1m karma per weapon, but there are other ways how to

obtain Shards so this may not be relevant for you.

The last semi-interesting way is Karmic Converter what offers time to time something interesting

like Large Crafting Bags, but the item itself comes from a quite expensive collection.

And now let's take a look on some ways how to actually convert karma into the gold.

You have to know that any of those aren't somehow super profiting, quick or easy.

Probably the most profitable one is Pact Supply Network.

In short - 6 vendors around the world sells a consumable item called Pact Scout's Mapping

Materials what can be used in various maps to quickly receive map bonus rewards.

Check my dedicated guide a link is down below.

Converting via cooking materials may have the most efficient karma to gold ratio but

crafting can be tedious and the food market is quite competitive.

There aren't some go to recipes, it requires searching and adapting on daily basis.

But if you love crafting, definitely check it out.

In the past was very popular throwing gloves from this heart vendor in the Bloodtide Coast

into the mystic forge and salvage results for linen.

These days is profit much lower but it's still a viable option.

And since some other materials became expensive too, you can use the same method with different

lvl of heart vendors, like this one in Diessa.

If you plan to use this method I would highly recommend to buy Mystic Forge Conduit and

forge items on the spot.

Another things that you can throw into the mystic forge are lvl 53 Commander's Rings

from this Heart vendor in Timberline falls and hope for some exotic result what you can

put on the trading post afterward.

Beaded weapons offer a bit higher profit per karma but also requires more effort.

You have to buy Sun Beads from the Heart vendor south from the Hylek village in the Sparkfly

Fen and craft weapons themselves.

And then wait till someone buys them on the trading post.

During the Wintersday festival, vendors sell Wintersday Gifts.

It's again not somehow super profitable but at least it's quick.

If you own Path of Fire and have a ton of spare Trade Contracts, various trade caches

at heart vendors offer a really good karma to gold ratio.

Don't forget to always check which box has currently the highest one.

One of the widely accessible items what you can spend karma on are Orrian Jewelry Boxes.

Profit is so bad that you should rather keep your karma and don't use it what so ever then

waste it on these boxes.

Another inefficient example are various gathering tools with bonus yield, like these unbound

ones.

On another hand buying basic gathering tools and salvage kits for karma is a really good

idea.

If you start studying English in your 20s

many people may say "It's already too late."

But I did start in my 20s and

there are advantages.

I was an English teacher for 7 years in Korea.

I taught elementary school kids

to adults, various age groups.

Korean parents want their children to be good at English.

So they send their kids to English academies

when kids are really young.

I have taught phonics to young children.

It took about a month for them to learn

how to read English.

But adults can do it

within a day.

Adults can understand more things

compare to children.

And if you attend school in Korea

everyone learns English for 6 years

in middle school and high school.

Even if you mess it up

you still remember alphabets and basic words.

So when Korean adults

start studying English in their 20s

they have basic knowledge and better understanding ability.

Once they try to learn for real

they got advantages.

You are forced to study English in middle school and high school.

If you don't like the way of teachers

it can be very difficult.

Test prep English is often far away from

practical English.

A lot of people in Korea have the perfect test score

but they have a hard time

communicating with foreigners.

Sometimes they give up learning English.

But things are different when you're older.

You know exactly why you need to learn English.

Once you make up your mind

you can choose various ways to learn

like taking classes, YouTube, online classes etc.

If you don't like it

you can always switch programs.

Among many ways to study English

Studying with movies and TV shows!

Then you can learn

how native speakers speak

and what expressions they use for real.

After hearing this

people google

how to study English with movies.

I need to watch it over and over again.

I'd better pick something I like.

Someone told me that she picked

Breaking Bad.

She was recommended to watch it with no subtitles first

then English subtitles, Korean subtitles

So she began but she couldn't understand

what people were saying.

So she quit.

Modern Family is a popular one.

So someone started studying with it.

But it was way too fast to listen for her.

When you study with movies and TV shows

it's very important to pick

something not to difficult for your level

and the right way to study.

No subtitles first, and English subtitles,

then Korean subtitles and vice versa.

People talk about different ways to study.

So it's confusing.

What am I supposed to do?

Do you know the best way?

Rather than trying numerous ways,

pick one good program that works for real.

I don't want you to go with a hard way.

So I'd like to recommned

a good English program.

It's Core English.

You can study English with movies.

It's also fun.

Unlike common English programs

it doesn't list what you need to memorize.

It has stories which make it more fun.

Core English teaches you

with 'shadowing' . Even interpreters

use this method.

If you don't know what shadowing is

I'll show you an example.

If you search shadowing on YouTube

you can find many videos.

It's a good way to learn speaking.

The man who you saw

in the video is the founder of Core English.

Shall we see how well

he speaks English?

OMG, he dropped out high school

and started studying English in his 20s.

A high school dropout made this far.

So you can do it too.

After experiencing it himself

he made a program according to it.

While teaching English for 7 years in Korea

I learned a few things.

Repeating what you learn is very important.

Shadowing should be done numerous times.

Want to know why?

There are movie that loser characters

become awesome fighters.

Like Karate Kid, The Art of Fighting, Kung Fu Panda.

There are scenes

that you can find in those movies.

The characters repeat the same moves over and over again.

They think it's boring and has no meaning.

But at the end, they get to use those moves

without even thinking.

Shadowing is the same.

If you repeat it until you can say it

without thinking

Not only you can use it but also

apply it in difference situations.

There are so many English programs

nowadays.

You try one and don't like it,

then you go to the next one.

But no matter how good the program is, if you are not consistent

You can't get anywhere.

When I was an English teacher

I could see a little improvement after 3 months

from students.

After 6 months, I could see

they got definitely better.

Whether you choose Core English

or different programs

Please keep going at least for 3-6 months.

077 - Rescuing duckings from locks and avoiding pirates... sort of... on our Narrowboat. - Duration: 12:00.

We've got locks to the left of us, locks to the right of us. we in the middle of a lock...

On with the charge of the Battle of the Light Brigade sort of thing... the

heavy dragoons are gonna go that way. We walked up that way yesterday a bit with

the dog, and it's just lock after lock, after lock.

I'm not in the mood for locks. I'm in the mood for just sitting and reclining, in the sunshine.

Well we'll be in the sunshine, I.. it's pleasant enough here, I mean basically

we're in the pound between two locks, it's a fairly short distance between

them. There's a cornfield over on that side there's a wheat field behind us.

And there is lots of boats moored in this pound, which they're not moored in others so I don't know what that is all about.

So we thought this was maybe the nice one to stop in. So we stopped here. So we joined them. Yeah. And, err, no, its been

quite pleasant, short walk that way yesterday, we had to save a bunch of

ducks. There was a duck going mental outside

the lock, and it wasn't really obvious why she was going so mental. Yeah, no.

But the lock was drained halfway, and I sort of noticed the mental thing, looked

over the side, and here's these little tiny babies. The tiny ones. Little tiny, tiny little guys.

And there's three of them, and they're freaking out on the inside, and mom is

freaking out on the outside. The lock was however sort of half way through. So,

couldn't just open the doors. So Jo went back to get the windlass, but while I was

standing there, just sort of supervising I guess. Supervising the ducks. Umm, she, the mother, sort of flew

down in to join them, and then freaked out. Like she was really, really, really,

really freaking out. Umm. she was trying to get to the sides and stuff and she just

couldn't get through. Then she flew up and went to the other side, the babies

started freaking out. So I was like, okay, let's see what I can do here. Everyone stay calm.

Everyone stay calm supervisor in action. So, so basically I found out that umm, with

sufficiently willingness to damage hands, you can raise a lock paddle with your

bare hands. It's not easy but it's not impossible. So

basically I got some calluses, and I and I got the door open for the duckies, and

they were very happy, and they went off, and they were just like, we completely

ignore you now thank you very much. Right, so, off we go to do the locks.

We're on our way? Yep. Okay, stopping recording .

So. we have just gone through Red House Lock, which is lock number 13. And it says to

leave the lock full, so, Michael has gone out and on, I'm just waiting for the lock to fill up, so

that so I can put the paddles down. Because it doesn't say to leave the

paddles open.

It's been a nice day, it's been lovely, and we found a mooring in the shade. Woohoo.

We have a mooring in the shade, and here's the hilarious part, our solar

panels are in the sun. But just the solar panels. It's great, it's perfect, it's ideal.

Oh my god I itch. That's why I'm complaining so much. You're uncomfortable. Go and have a nice

shower. That's a good idea. We're doing this. well after this go and have a nice shower. Oh,

okay after this. Because I'm not doing this in the shower. It's been a nice day,

it's been a pleasant day, the Aylesbury so far, has turned out to be, really

quite beautiful countryside. Quite a large number of locks. We only

saw one boat moving and that was the day boat, did you hear what the guys... oh no

you were bit further back. The woman was like 'watch out, there's a boat

coming. move over' and he was like 'it's okay we're pirates'

Lots of beautiful dragonflies, huge dragonflies.

Yeah, the one that came on the boat yesterday, it was like massive. And I've

seen a whole bunch more of them. All down here there was like loads like tall, like

you couldn't see the towpath, and from the towpath you can't see the canal,

there's all these tall wildflowers and like lily pads, lily pads. Everywhere. Little yellow flowers. Reams of reeds along the

side. You know very narrow path, very narrow bridges, very narrow locks.

But basically just gorgeous. Like, you know, really nice countryside, could use it

being a few degrees cooler but.. As always. Its been pretty easy going. There was that one

lock, that when I drove into. That... it was a little bit overgrown on this side. So

you couldn't line up, so you basically had to turn as you were going into it. Swing

into like with it. Which was a bit weird. But it was alright. Yeah, they really should trim that tree.

Yeah. Because it was really just a big overhanging tree, that that made that

difficult, but... and coming up is gonna be hard as well.

Yeah, cos you wont be able to... Maybe I'll do that one. What? I'll so that one. Well I did it fine.

Well you can do that one on the way out then. We'll forget which one it was.

Yeah. then you'll just hit a tree with your face, which I just did a few minutes

ago , so that's part of the other reason I'm complaining about things. Part of the

reason why you've got like bugs and foliage all round your face. Yeah, I'm

sure. You coming on the boat George? And then I found George a ball that was

floating in the canal. So now George has got a squeaky ball. Yes which he's not

normally allowed. Give me the ball.

He's got a... squeaky ball. Which he's not allowed.

So we've found this mooring in the shade and think we might stay here till Sunday morning.

Oh I see. Oh, we've just had a text from Michael's brother who's in Scotland.

And where is he? I'm not actually sure where. But he's... because

don't really know where the Kelpies are, but he found the Kelpies, the horses.

The large sculptures of horses, cos not, like, Scottish people made out of seaweed.

Which is what might assume if you don't know what a kelpie is. Anyway, its these big

sculptures of horses. It's quite beautiful.

I read his message before I saw the image, and he said he's found a lock and

I thought he was being funny and I thought it was gonna be like, you know, a

Scottish lock. Ahh, right, right, right. But it was actually a canal lock. It was actually a canal lock, yeah.

motion it's really funny, because it's like, nostril, whole head, ears, okay

Today I have a new back to school video for you

as you can see in the background I have also decorated my wall!

Today i want to show you how to make these pencil cases

how you can do them by yourself its pretty easy

i have made them out of empty candy bags

you can also store a lot of other things in it

like tissues or just anything you like

and if you want to know how to make these

stay tuned until the end

now lets get into the video

you need a bag of candy

ducktape

a zipper

and a stapler

cut of the bag carefully at both sides

empty the bag but don't eat all of it at once

then cut it open at the top where you want to have the zipper later

unfold everything

take your Ducktape an put in on the bag

stripe for stripe

with that tape your bag gets that cool feeling of a real soft bag

ducktape you get in a crafts store or at Amazon

the excess tape you cut off again at the sides

now be careful what i do

put the zipper upside down onto your bag

with the right side facing downwards

now staple it to your bag

but do not staple it together! only at the very one end of the bag

it should look like this

now flip it over an fold the stapled side

and put some more ducktape on it to hold it in place

now the bag also look neat from the inside

now you have to open the zipper

and the nice side faces upwards

take the other zipper side

and staple it to the other side of your bag

at the end you have to staple like this

now put some more duck tape on it

you also have to staple the sides together now

be careful to staple close to the sides

now cover everything with duck tape also

like i do here now

Now you have to turn it from inside out carefully

with a pencil you get better into the corner

And now your really cool bag is done!

you can fill it with anything you want!

hey guys whats up welcome to Munich airport!

we are at the Mac center right now, in between terminal 1 and 2

over there is our show jump right in the middle of the airport

and over there is a pump track where kids can practice their skills on the bike

we are actually giving courses aswell. its my turn today actually haha

some training now and later on we have the freestyle and the high jump show

and I will show you one whole day

but before we are starting to ride. it was one of the hottest summer days here in Germany

so for sure we checked out a little lake to take a swim, or a jump :D

they're gone for like twelve to thirteen dollars plus postage which is I've seen

it's registered and circulated versions you know you sell for a lot lower so
