Youtube daily report Nov 10 2018

welcome back to my channel

today i'm going to show you how to grow arrowhead plant in different potting media

here some arrowhead plant root separated cuttings

to check the growth of theses plants i just take some plastic cups

and making the drainage holes in cups

next

i'm going to put the growing mediums in the cups

and then plant the arrowhead cuttings in these growing mediums

the different growing mediums are coco peat, sand and garden soil

after planting

pour less water or you can use spray water

and also i didn't use any fertilizers or compost to grow the plant

after fifteen days results

sand, coco peat and garden soil

good and healthy growth showing in the all growing mediums

so we can use any of these potting media to grow the arrowhead plants

next

i'm going to re pot these arrowhead plants in mixed growing medium

now i'm just adding 50% sand, 30% coco peat and 20% garden soil to make a soil mixture and also add some compost but its optional

then repotting the propagated arrowhead plants in new soil mixture

after repotting keep the plants in shady areas such as balcony or near the bright light windows

and these plants prefer bright light but not direct sunlight

water the plants every three days and pour less water in winter or cooler climate

thanks for watching

How Derrick Rose Became A Superstar Again (The Truth) - Duration: 5:56.

..

For me in particular, I never really thought skill wise Derrick Rose relief. I loved much in the first place. I

feel as though

It's just taking him ages to regain his footing after all the injuries that he's gone through. Also, I think that his explosiveness

Speed it hasn't really lost much of a step either which is a true testament in my estimation to how bless he is in terms

Of his fiber distribution and all those twitty stuff and all those things

You know, you seriously have to be a very very role a fleet to sustain your athleticism after all those injuries that he's been through

You know

It's just that Derrick Rose has always just been in these awkward situations like New York and Cleveland

But now that he's back with Thibodeau his guy

You can see him really regaining that confidence that he once had during his Chicago years

And the only difference is he's older. He's wiser. He slaughtered. He's in a brooder

He's shooting 46% from the three this year and he's also remodeled his game and he's really now enjoying more than ever

before I think

What I like to call freedom of movement in that second layer

I think although it's only been about six years or so since its injury

The game is a lot more spread out which sort of gives him a unique spacing that he's never experienced as stairwells

And on top of that because he's committed to shooting two three

And he's been making it consistently

Derrick Rose now has some gravity that he's never had in his entire career which again only brings out the best in him to utilize

His explosiveness to get down hill against that second layer. And so this leads me to the question can

Derrick Rose be better than he ever was in his entire career and it sounds outrageous

but if you look at his production in

The big games he's had throughout this season

It doesn't feel like a fluke and on top of all of that

He's playing on team with ball dominant players in

a drama-filled

Tumultuous environment yet. He's still able to produce big numbers hell if he doesn't leave

the game early in the first quarter the other day, he would be averaging about 22 points per game hell if andrew wiggins

Wasn't such a big baby in a softie and karl towns played with some

Semblance of passion the wolves are a legitimate super team argue with me Rose Butler Wiggins towns

Last two minutes if they're not soft wolves aren't super team

Hearing these rumbles about Jimmie bowlers holding back town and Wiggins man in my head. I'm like no

Nigga, no

They're just soft. Both of them towns

his big ass is seven feet tall and fat and he's nowhere to be found half the time that Jamie some set but when Jimmy

Said so now he wants to come out the Woodworks and play with confidence like a fourth grader when his mom comes home

These are not the kind of guys that you want leading your franchise

I'm sorry

but that kind of DNA is not conducive to championship success no matter how much upside you think towns may have

Which I concede that need us, but that sort of rolling over and curling up

will

1000%

self-sabotage that organization on the back end

Then you have Wiggins Andrew Wiggins Wiggins Wiggins Wiggins. Who's six eight?

The brother is six eight with like a 48 inch vertical

in a jump shot

The brother is teammate. He's literally t-mek

He doesn't even realize niggas off like agent pussy unmotivated and the Wolves made him filthy rich

So now he really don't give a fuck

This is the issue with the dilemma the Timberwolves currently face

They're trying to go to war long term with two army cooks

When they have two Navy SEALs ready for war and rose and Butler

so they'll

self-sabotage the short term for shred of hope

In the long-term and I know this sounds counterintuitive

but the wolves will never be anything with Wiggins and towns as a

Cornerstones dead organization. Sorry nigga. Sorry

What they need to do is shit wagon somewhere in try to reconcile towns and mothers relationship

but

We announced in concert will not get you very far if you want them to be the cornerstones of your organization

so one of those things

what a

Tackle and it's not gonna be sounds

Sure. Whoa, so

The obvious answer is it has to be Wiggins nigga, you gotta cool and you'll likely get some solid pieces in return

Either way. It's an out for that horrible contract

that they gave that big baby and

then the team might actually be better not only in the long term but in the short term of

Course contingent on whether or not Derrick Rose's consistency will be there which I have already iterated that

He's legitimately back to playing at an all-star ish level the only concern of course when it comes to Rose is his health

but in my estimation

It's a damned. If you do damned if you don't situation, I'm pulling the trigger on Wiggins with more upside in the do

because baby

baby, baby

young Simba

How Do I Choose Medicare Coverage When I Retire? - Duration: 1:25.

Many pre-retirees are uncertain about their choices when it comes to enrolling in Medicare.

There are 2 main ways to get your coverage - you can choose the traditional fee-for-service

Medicare, known as Original Medicare, or A Medicare Advantage plan.

Medicare Advantage plans are similar to an HMO, which stands for Health Maintenance Organization

or a PPO, which stands for Preferred Provider Organization.

Original Medicare consists of Part A - Hospital Insurance for in-hospital care, and Part B

Medical Insurance for outpatient services like doctor visits and lab tests.

Medicare Advantage, known as Part C, is a managed care option that rolls all the different

parts of Medicare into one.

There may be extra coverage like dental and vision.

And everyone on Medicare is eligible for prescription drug coverage either from a Part D plan or

a Medicare Advantage Plan offering drug coverage.

There are many considerations that can factor into the Medicare planning process.

Let us help you with your important Medicare decisions - visit our website or give us a

Artwork + Tesla = Oslo 😀 - Duration: 25:57.

Haha!

Good morning!

This morning I'm lazy.

Yeah ... It's 9:30, and I'm still in bed.

Ahahahahah !!

Ah, it's been a while since the last time I did that, it feels good.

I do not even feel bad.

What I said yesterday about the window ...

In Norway, it's not a very good idea to install a bed under a window.

I woke up at 4:30 and it was already clear like that.

OK maybe a little less.

But not a lot.

It's crazy how their nights are short and how the days are long, it is crazy.

But...

In winter, they also have the opposite.

They have super long nights and short days.

I do not even know if it was dark for a moment.

Probably not.

It was dark, but not black.

Phew ..

Well...

I still need to eat.

So I'll get up.

I will take the opportunity to visit a little city.

It's worth it, it's not every day we are in Oslo.

Day 15.

Today we will visit Oslo.

Last night when I arrived here.

Here is where I sleep.

I wanted to cry.

Because when I rang downstairs to contact the guy who rented my room.

He told me it was on the 4th floor.

I had just done 158km of cycling.

There is no elevator.

So I had to ride my 110-pound bike on the fourth floors.

It was really great.

And the door closes itself.

And it's really ...

It closes like that.

Quick like that.

It was not easy to get in, especially after 159km.

Well, I do not know where I'm going, I hope to find something to eat soon because I'm hungry.

And we will see what it will give.

It must be fun to have a statue to his effigy.

That way there are birds that can land on your head and shit on you all day long.

Phew ... That's special.

I think it did not even make me that in Japan.

In Japan, let's say I think I was taking a walk almost every day after

my bike rides and here ...

I do distances I think who are when even longer than what I was doing

every day in Japan.

And there ... well ...

I have hard time walking.

My legs ...

There is something weird about it.

The movement is not normal.

Ah ah ah ah!

Yeah well I read that I did 1700km from Amsterdam in 14 days.

It's a lot.

The mode of travel in Oslo is quite different from the other cities I saw

since I arrived.

Here there are more people walkers or they have a bus system and

suburban train.

And people who use the bike have more tendency to use a mountain bike.

In Amsterdam and Copenhagen, people used an old city bike to get around.

Here people use beautiful mountain bikes.

We can see that the population still has a lot more money.

If we look at cars, we see a lot of Mercedes.

Audi, big models, which are very expensive.

It means that despite the fact that we are in one of the most expensive cities in the world,

people still have money.

They still have funny choices at lunch.

At 10am you can order hot dogs and pizza.

I pick this Skolebrød.

Which is a simple pastry.

Its good.

We will find something else.

I needed to put something in the stomach fairly quickly.

Ahahahahah !!!

When I said it's one of the most more expensive in the world.

Here, right there.

We can pay 5 crowns, with your credit card to go to the bathroom.

A maximum of 15 minutes.

There is something that I find odd by cons.

There are three toilets like that.

And all descriptions are written in French.

And it says that between each use ...

Every heated toilet, yes because there are winters here, is automatically cleaned, brushed and disinfected.

But 5 crowns to go to the toilet.

Ahahaha !!

It looks complicated to use.

Right now there are 5 people who are in tried to figure out how to use it.

Ah!

That's it.

It's still less bad than in Italy.

I remember in Italy at a train station.

So at a place we already pay be there, my sweet half had to pay

two euros, to go use a Turkish toilet.

Hahaha !!

It's still pretty impressive amount of bronze sculpture in the city.

It's everywhere.

Everywhere everywhere everywhere.

Maybe every resident have it's own.

No, I'm exaggerating, but there are really a lot.

A lot a lot.

I have a hard time judging how old the city is.

On most statues, there is a name and a year of birth and death.

Wow I did not need to do elevation.

But...

It seems to me that it's all dates that are not so far away.

Franklin Roosevelt.

It's still a really beautiful city.

With the marina, the water, the mountains, the city.

I really have trouble judging what age can have the city, there are buildings that have ...

They seem to have an old style, but they do not look old.

And there is a lot fairly modern building.

I do not really see them ...

We can see a bit here, but when when I entered in the city it was really modern.

Do you remember that juice?

When I was in Copenhagen, the 750ml version of was the same price.

That's a 250ml.

It's funny while I filmed inside, I think it's the owner of the store

he stopped me and he asked me if it was for an official source like the newspaper or the television.

It's crazy what it can create the effect of a camera ... Professional.

I bought myself a Skolebrød.

It looks like a big donut ...

coconut.

Its good.

It's crazy virtually all convenience stores have this kind of pastry.

In addition to pizza and hot dogs.

I think that since I'm in Norway all the places where I get in had that.

Pizza, hot dogs, pastries.

Anti-smoking laws look a lot less severe than in Canada.

We do not see anyone smoking indoors, but on the terraces, public places and everywhere, they do smoke.

I just found a sushi restaurant a bit like I had eaten in Tokyo with

plates surfing on a treadmill.

It's just not really the same price it's ...

It's ridiculous.

Well, I just ordered myself to eat.

I thought of sitting down quietly to eat it.

But there is a fire alarm.

So I have to leave.

So as I said, I found myself a quiet place to eat, but

I had to leave because there is a fire alarm in the central station.

So everyone had to go out.

There I took a sandwich with a mango smoothie for only 150 crowns.

It is really a city that must be visited quickly.

It's expensive, it's incredible.

It's like dehydrated meat with brie and a little sauce, a salad.

It's so good.

I went to see the restaurants.

This is completely crazy.

Completely crazy.

Not as much as Switzerland, but ...

Still.

Menus, it was around 300 crowns.

It's still quite multicultural as a city. There are people coming from all over the world who live here.

The owner of the apartement where I sleep is Thai, earlier I talked to

someone who came from Los Angeles and obviously there are people of all kinds of culture.

I hear already somes tell me that it's non sence, but ...

I was still hungry after my 150 crowns plate.

Now I have a fries, a burger, a mc fest, I do not know what it is.

In any case it's still quite consistent.

With a mango smoothie.

The other one was not really good.

This one is half price and if it is the same one I know ...

He is really good.

For 117 crowns.

I can not say that ...

I mean when visiting Japan there was lots of interesting things to discover

and it was affordable too.

In Italy there were pizzas pasta and those things there that were interesting

to taste because it was something from there and it had something extra to offer.

But all the plates that I see here which are at crazy prices.

Well it's not their fault is like that here, but it does not bring anything.

I mean it does not bring an special experience, it does not make discover anything

it's food that you can eat everywhere in Canada I do not see the interest

to waste so much money in whatever I can eat at home.

I do not know what they eat special here.

I did not see anything special, they look to eat pizzas and hot dogs.

It's going to be my favorite activity of the day.

I sit in the middle of nowhere here, I install the GoPro to make time-lapse and I sat

quietly next to it and I wait, I relax, I'm tired.

I did a lot of cycling, it's just stupid.

Sometimes I tell myself that I should do less and see more of each place,

but it's still a dilemma which ends the same way.

I prefer to see more, but less.

I mean I'm going to ...

In three weeks I will have gone through, in whole or in part of five countries.

I could have limited myself to Norway.

See three weeks of Norway, I would have very well seen Norway.

But I had the choice between that, or to see five countries.

What would you choose?

I leave you a little survey if you want to answer in the top right corner.

I'm curious.

I do not know if there's a reason for that, but in Norway the sewers come out of the ground.

Well, it's now almost half an hour I'm sitting on this bench park.

Just ahead of me, there is a park of statues.

It looks pretty special.

We'll go see that.

And I think after that, I'll go back to the apartement.

It's pretty well done and it's crazy the amount of statues there is.

There is so much work in there, it's crazy.

It's quite special here all the statues everywhere and the tower of.

It is high!

It's 17.3m high.

It looks to be all concrete.

It must took years to do that.

Not only do people have beautiful cars here, but ...

The amount of electric cars is still quite impressive.

At the moment we are in a street with charging stations for electric cars.

And they are all used.

There is a lot of e-golf, there are a lot of Tesla.

I love that e-golf.

I'll take one for myself.

It just it doesn't drive enough km with a single charge.

Right now I'm going back to my room and I'm heading the same

way that I had spoken to you in the training with my watch.

So I'm just following the little arrow until I arrive.

So I am at 421 m in straight line.

That is weird.

There is a bridge structure, but there is nothing below.

And the cars can not pass on.

I do not understand.

Ah! Ah ah ah ah!!

It is comfortable a sofa.

That's what I'm going to do for the rest of the day.

I will do nothing and relax.

I deserve it.

Yes, I deserve it.

I deserve that too.

I found that.

I did not know what it was so I decide to try it.

It's was just $7, that's ridiculous.

It's little bits of chocolate with a kind of sponge in it.

It's good.

I will start looking at my tomorrow journey.

My next trip is 255km with a little over 4000M of elevation.

So I plan to do it in two days and so far I have not found a place where

to stop where to sleep so I think I'll have to find a refuge on my way.

I'll double check to see if I'm not able to find me something now.

Otherwise, I'll find a refuge on my way.

Well, that's how the day ends.

Terry Allen UNI Athletics Hall of Fame - 2018 inductee - Duration: 3:34.

We've got a story coming up now on Terry Allen.

Coach, goes into the UNI Athletics Hall of Fame

earlier this fall.

Somebody that you're very close to.

FARLEY: Yeah and deservedly so.

He's probably late going in, because you know, he

was a big part of this program as a player -

number one - when it was Stan Sheriff.

He learned under Coach Mudra over all those years

of great football, and then he had his own run of

extending the legacy of Darrell Mudra into what

became Terry Allen.

So, you know it has been a baton handing down and

we've each learned from each other and I've

learned a lot from Terry Allen.

WELLS: Certainly bleeds purple.

Here's a look at UNI Athletics Hall of Famer,

Terry Allen.

WELLS: It was eight terrific seasons with

seven trips to the playoffs that sent Terry

Allen into the UNI Athletics Hall of Fame.

The five-time conference coach of the year also

spent ten years as a UNI assistant after starting

his time in the college ranks as quarterback at

UNI - from 1975 to 1978.

ALLEN: When they were building the dome, I would

come at the concourse level before the roof was

on and just look down and go, "This is going to be

someplace pretty special.

" I was a starting quarterback the day it

opened and played here and started for three years,

so it was pretty cool.

WELLS: Terry played for Stan Sheriff for four

years, and then joined his staff for four more.

He stayed on as an assistant for five years

with Darrell Mudra and for one season under Earl

Bruce who helped him land his first head coaching

position.

ALLEN: When he took the Colorado State job he

said, "Terry, you can obviously come out to

Colorado State with us, but you should be the next

head coach at UNI.

And he to me to a Clothier's and bought me a

suit to interview in.

And so at the ripe old age of 31 I got the

opportunity to be the head coach here and we had

eight years - was fortunate enough to win

the league seven straight.

WELLS: Terry's influence at UNI also includes being

the first person to hire current head coach Mark

Farley as a full- -time assistant in 1989.

He then helped send two Panthers back home in

2001.

ALLEN: Mark and Bill Salmon had both been on

staff or were on staff with me at Kansas at the

time and I literally begged Rick to hire one of

those guys, because this is a UNI place, and

obviously he hired Mark and Bill came with him and

I mean it's been great.

My emphasis when I was speaking today was this is

a special place because it's our people.

You know those guys are Northern Iowa graduates.

You look at every program: they're all Northern Iowa

graduates or were Northern Iowa assistants and you

don't have that much of anyplace else in the

country where it is that unique.

WELLS: Terry Allen: a UNI coach, a UNI quarterback,

and a UNI Hall of Famer.

WELLS: You can catch a couple more of Terry's

stories on our Twitter and Facebook page.

Look up @PantherST on Twitter, and Panther

Sports Talk on Facebook.

When we come back we preview the next test for

Coach Farley and the Panthers, and we show you

what the UNI wrestlers have to say about the

Panthers's returning All- -Americans.

Sailing the last few GREEK islands before checking out of GREECE - Sailing A B Sea (Ep.042) - Duration: 13:52.

That guy captaining the cat that's just left behind us is a two times Olympic

team member for the Estonia Olympic team. Nice guy called Sven and he's going the

same place as we are today. He may not know it but there's a race on.

Look at you being all healthy. Greek yogurt in Greece. I'm having average sugar and chocolate

Well that was a bit of a wild ride exiting Astipalaia and now we're out

here we've got 17 knots of apparent wind which is handlable. The swell is fairly big but

now we're under sail and working with the ocean and the boat motion is

relatively calmed down but why it was so bad in there was because first of all we

were headed straight into the swell and the ocean comes in from depths of

200 300 400 meters of depth into that Bay where it suddenly narrows down and

shallows down to 60 meters 50 meters 40 meters and all that water getting blown

in by the the wind has to build big waves as the the depth gets shallower so

that's why we had such a soaking. Luckily we've checked the boat and everything is

still good, all cameras are still good and we're on our way to Nisyros yeah

oh Aannsha's got a soggy bandage - wet paw -

and that little triangle I just pointed to is the catamaran that left before us

that we're in the race with but don't tell anyone. He's winning Baz. He's not there yet is he? He could get dismasted

rolled over anything could happen. But don't wish that on him? No I don't wish that on him because he's a

nice guy. But the race isn't finished until it's over.

We could win this.We could. I don't care if he's an Olympic champion. We could win this!

So it's 3:30 in the afternoon and we've just arrived at Nysiros. The journey

itself was really quite pleasant, it was about seven hours long and we had about

20 knots of wind for a lot of the time. Getting out of the channel from where we

were last night was really tricky but you will have seen that already but the

rest of the journey was great and we had the head sail out and we sailed pretty much all

of the way averaging about six knots so we were really happy with that

so we're in and we're now sitting down having a nice glass of wine in a beer

before we do some work so that you can get to see the next episode!

It's the 10th of October today and it's a lovely calm sunny day in the

Dodecanese islands in Greece. We left Nysiros at about 10 o'clock this morning

and we're headed for Simi which is where we're going to find an anchorage

for tonight and then tomorrow we're going to go into the main town in Simi

so that we can check out of Greece and head over to Turkey to check in to Turkey

Okay drop it

All right I'm gonna test it

Aannsha's dodgy arm means of course that I don't get my hair cut so I'm having a bit

of a Don King moment. If you don't know who Don King is just google it you'll

see what I mean I'm Dom King. We are anchored up here on the island of

Simi in the southwest corner in a little Bay

and this is drop-dead gorgeous. It's just I would imagine in the summer

it's a nightmare with lots of charter boats and DayTripper boats and lots of

to-ing and fro-ing with the ferries - one's just come in now but right now out

of season there's just us, two other yachts mmm and a catamaran, and the monastery just in front of us so

we're bedding down here for toniight before we head up north to Simi's main

town and then we'll be checking out of Greece yeah we'll have to take the flag

down. Oh and get a Turkish flag - get the Turkish flag up . And Turkish delight when we get

ther. Proper Turkish delight yeah. So yeah this place is just absolutely - it's beautiful

beautiful. It's very very tranquil isn't it? Yeah. Okay

The following morning we

lifted the anchor and made our way north to the old town of Simi so that we

could check out of Greece

We're at Simi at the moment and we're just checking out of Greece

We're both tied to the customs dock and only certain people are actually

allowed to get off the boat to take the papers

So it's all quite interesting.

So behind me you can see the main town on the

Greek island of Simi. We've just checked out, we went to the port police where

they looked at our passports and our crew list then we went all the way

across to the other side, we had to walk across - just the captains of the boat

walk across to the other side of the port area to check out with kind of like

Coast Guard if you like where they check your insurance documents and they check

your boat registration papers. Now we've got about a two and a half hour trip

further east to check in to Turkey. We've already sent some of our documents ahead

via electronic means to an agent who's going to help us check in to Turkey so

it was very simple for us with the DEKPA. It took about I don't know it took

longer for them to check the passports and the crew list than it did to check

the insurance papers and the boat papers but all in all I think the whole process

probably took maybe 20 minutes with a 20 minute walk between the two offices as

well so that's it we're out of out of Greece and technically also out of

Europe once we cross over into Turkish waters

so we'll let you know what happens when we get on the other side of the water here

Join us next week on Sailing A B Sea as we cross the maritime border between Greece

and Turkey and we're greeted at the Harbour of Bozburum by our shipping

agent with all the paperwork ready to check in to Turkey. If you enjoyed this
