-I want to get into all of your projects,
'cause there's so many. -Thank you.
-But I want to really get into the idea that you guys --
You took an RV cross country. -Yeah.
-This is something I've been dying to do.
-Have you? -Yeah.
-Oh, very interesting.
We were really excited. We is my --
-I'm freaking out. -Whoa.
-This is you.
-Guys, this was our -- This was our --
This is our baby... -Yeah.
-...for ten days. We decided --
We lived in New York City for about three years,
and decided when we were done,
we were moving back to California.
We were gonna drive in a giant 40-foot vehicle
with our two children,
and it was a mighty undertaking.
-Wow. -And it was so --
It's so fun. I mean, this country --
It's beautiful. [ Laughter ]
-You are not selling this at all.
Oh, my God! [ Laughter ]
wait, was it a nightmare? What happened?
-Okay. -I'm not going to do it now.
-No, please do. People, please do.
-Yeah. -See this gorgeous country.
It was good. It was just like --
You know, it's a big vehicle, and there's like toilets on it,
so you have to, like, stop and, like,
get rid of that stuff. -Yeah.
Oh, yeah, that's the part.
Always bummed me out a little bit.
-And, luckily, my husband kinda dealt with that,
'cause he's a kind man. [ Light laughter ]
But it's, you know --
It's serious. I mean, you're driving.
You're spending a lot of money on gas,
which could be on, you know, nice hotel rooms...
-[ Laughs ] -...in each city.
-Yet again, you're not selling it at all.
-But it was fun. we saw the Grand Canyon.
We went to Graceland. -Oh, you did Grand Canyon?
-Grand Canyon. You got to.
-Oh, of course. -Got to.
-That's the only way to get to Grand Canyon,
is an RV. -I think so.
-Yeah. -I think that's a true fact.
-That or, like, a mule. [ Laughter ]
-Very weird roads. -Yeah.
-And we went to Graceland, which was amazing.
-These are things I all want to do.
And there is an RV park attached to Graceland.
-Of course there is.
-So, you like, park it, you're in,
and then you just walk to the museum.
-'Cause Elvis thought of everything.
-He's a genius. -He is a genius.
-He's a marketing genius. -All right.
Now I really want to do this. -Yeah.
-You've had all this success with "How I Met Your Mother."
You're fantastic on that. The crowd went nuts when I --
[ Cheers and applause ] You're great.
-Thank you.
-But then you do giant movies like "Avengers" and a --
-Yeah, yeah.
When they invite me to play, it's really fun.
-Yeah. -Yeah.
-And you're not really allowed to talk about it.
I could already tell something --
-I'll tell you anything you want to know but just --
-That is not true. -Just you and this --
No, I wont say anything. -Your eyes glazed --
I could see your eyes kind of glazed over.
You go, "no." You shut down. -I just went, "no, no, no."
-I'm not gonna talk about it. -No, you know, I love --
I love doing these movies, and it's --
-Oh, movies. Plural? -Yeah.
[ Laughter ] Yes?
-A lot --
You spend a lot of time on the set?
[ Laughter ] -Like, how many days?
And where was the location? -I saw you on set, right?
-Yes, I like working for them,
and I feel like... -Them, yeah.
-...you don't say things on television.
-You don't talk. Oh, okay. -You don't talk.
-You don't talk. But you do in the film, of course.
-But do you disappear? -Oh, yeah. You did disintegrate.
-Oh, wait a minute. -I saw you disintegrate.
-You did? -Yeah.
Is that tough to do those things, those scenes?
-You know, it was actually kind of funny because --
-Because you don't know if you're gonna come back or not.
-Yeah. [ Light laughter ]
-But you might come back. -But maybe, but not.
But maybe? I don't know.
It's coming out so soon! -I know but we can't wait!
So, we want to know! Are you in it?!
And are you in the movie "Avengers"?!
And what do you do in it?! [ Cheers and applause ]
What do you do in it?! Sorry, I'm losing it.
I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. I'll get to my questions.
-I feel like there's more important questions.
There's a whole "Friends From College" bit
that we have to get to. -What about RV?
-That's coming out. That just came out today.
-We did the RV stuff. We covered the RV.
-Congrats on -- I will say this.
Congrats on "Friends from College."
-Yes. Came out today. -Season 2 out today on Netflix.
[ Cheers and applause ] -What a cast.
-What a cast. What a team.
-Keegan-Michael Key is one of my favorite people on Earth.
-Yes, he's lovely. -I love him.
-Billy Eichner's a funny dude. -Yes, yes.
-Fred Savage.
-Yeah, Annie Parisse, Jae Suh Park.
Yeah, we have, like, an amazing team.
And it's a really whack-a-doodle
dark comedy show,
and I'm so happy we got to do a second season,
because at the end of the first,
there was this big, sort of, affair reveal.
and it was very, you know, intense.
And now this season's more lighthearted,
and we're trying to be our best people.
-Oh. -Yeah.
-Are you going to be in the new "Spider-Man"?
-Yes. -What!?
Wait, what just happened? [ Cheers and applause ]
-That's out there.
-It is out there? -Yes!
-I thought that wasn't out there.
-That's out there.
-Well, it's definitely out there now.
[ Laughter ] -That's out there.
-You're going to be in the new "Spider-Man."
-Yeah, I can't tell you what's happening in it,
but yeah.
[ Cheers and applause ]
-Okay. That's a good scoop. -"That's a good scoop."
-I love the preciousness of all of this.
It's so magical. -It's fine.
-But we don't want to ruin anything for anyone.
-But it's fun try to get it out of you,
and see if you say anything. -That's true.
I get the game. -We love you, pal.
We love you, Cobie. I want to show a clip.
Here's Cobie Smulders in "Friends from College."
Take a look at this.
-Oh, my God. Your baby is so beautiful.
-She has your face.
-She does?
-The eyes and nose --
It's uncanny.
Should we get you something to eat?
Let see if there's some food.
Oh. oh, look, look, look, look. [ Gasps ]
-Hey, lady! Lady!
W-What are you doing with our son?
-[ Stammers ] I just --
I found him outside just all alone.
-He must have wondered -- Why didn't you wait there?
-Well, he was hungry.
What was he doing outside all by himself?
-Thank you for taking such good care of him.
-It's -- It's so -- This is --
-Oh. -Here's --
-Oh, thank you.
-This is strange.
-Thank you. -Thank you again.
-[ Clears throat ] I don't owe you an explanation.
-Cobie Smulders, everybody! [ Cheers and applause ]
