hey everybody it's DoctorJo and QL Remy, and today I'm going to show you my top 5

ql stretches for back pain. so let's get started.

so the first stretch you want to get into the

butterfly position. so the butterfly position is when you put your feet

together out in front of you knees are out to the side and depending on how

much flexibility you have, you can bring your feet in. so if you have tight

groin muscles this might be a little difficult. so you just get into a

comfortable position, then the side that you want to stretch, so if it was my left

side I'm gonna take my left hand and bring it up and over, and then take my

right hand and kind of push down and through. and so I'm just gonna kind of

stretch this way that I should feel that stretch kind of right in through here.

some people like to kind of push down on the opposite knee to get a stretch, but I

personally like almost like you're taking a big ball and you're just kind

of rolling it through. so you're going up and over and pushing through and I get a

really really good stretch with that. so since it's a full stretch, you want to

hold it for 30 seconds and do it three times. so if you just have one side

that's hurting, I would still stretch both sides just because you want to keep

everything balanced. and I also if I do both sides, I like to alternate back and

forth. you don't have to you can do them all on one side and then switch, but a

lot of times if you're alternating back and forth it gives the other side a

little bit of a break. so then the next stretch you're gonna take your leg that

you want to stretch, so I'm just gonna switch now so you can kind of see. so if

I wanted to stretch my right side, I'm gonna put my right leg out and so just

kind of out at an angle maybe that 45 degree angle or if you are gonna do a

split with your leg, and then so it's still kind of the same concept. so now

I'm gonna bring my arm up here because I want to stretch this side, and then I'm

leaning over. and again a lot of people kind of like to push down on that knee

so you can push with your arm if you have a little more flexibility, or you

can just kind of push with your hand and just kind of get that stretch all the

way down. so I'm feeling that stretch all the way kind of in that low side of the

back and that's where that QL or that

quadratus lumborum is. and that muscle a lot of times people forget about, but it

has a lot to do with back pain. so again 30 seconds pushing down on that opposite

knee getting that stretch holding it 30 seconds, doing that three times on

each side. so you can also do kind of a little bit of a change modification with

this one. so you're still in the same position where you're got one knee bent

and the other one out, and so this time when you come up you're gonna rotate

your whole body over to really get that extra stretch. so I'm bringing my arm up,

and I'm turning my body almost like I'm pointing over to the opposite side. so

arm up, rotate over, bring down. and I'm really getting that nice big stretch

through there, and so even though it's kind of hard to do, you can just do a

small stretch. if that's not too hard then you can come back up and then go

back over a little bit further. so you can modify it a little bit and even if

you just kind of turn without going down you might feel a little bit of a stretch

with that as well. so 30 seconds, 3 times on each side. so the next stretch is

going to get you in a little bit of a tougher position. so if you have other

aches and pains, injuries, this might be a tough one to do, but you can definitely

give it a try. so what you want to try and get in the position of is a hip at

90 knee at 90 position kind of front and back. so you're gonna kind of bring one

knee in the front so 90, 90 kind of thing and then the other one in the back 90, 90.

now this is going to be really uncomfortable for some people, so if you

can't do this, that's okay.the front one is the one that's a little bit more

important to do and then again you're just going to take that arm kind of up

and over while you're just kind of pushing this one through or maybe just

holding that side a little bit, and then just stretching over into that stretch.

and you're just going to get that nice QL back stretch right there. so again

holding for 30 seconds doing that 3 times.

if you want to come back over and stretch that way you can, but make sure

that you're stretching or switching your feet as well. so then I'm coming up this

way 90 90 and that one 90 90 in the back and then stretching over this way. so I'm

getting that nice stretch along the side in the lower back and make sure you know

again you're not stressing anything out in your legs while you're trying to

stretch out your back. so the last one is going to be lying on your side. this is

one of my favorites to stretch out the QL just because it's kind of easy to do.

the other one sometimes it's a little bit of a hard position to get into, but

all you're gonna do is just kind of lie on your side. it's almost like you're

going into a side plank but you're not because you want to keep your hips down

so it's not coming up into a side plank. keeping those hips down, keeping your

body at that kind of perpendicular position, and then you're just going to

push up. if you're in this position right here and you have a tight QL or that

quadratic quadratus lumborum hard to say, you might be feeling a stretch here, but

to get even more of a stretch kind of push up even more, and I'm feeling a big

strong stretch right through there. and I don't even have a tight QL so again this

might be enough stretch for you where I'm just pushing that upper body up, but

keeping those hips down everything in that perpendicular position, or if I want

a little bit more I can push all the way up getting that nice stretch. and so this

one's just a little bit easier to do because you have the floor to help you

out, but again holding it for 30 seconds doing that three times on both sides. if

you can so there you have it those were my top 5 ql stretches for back pain. if

Cardi B Confirms Plans For New Album in 2019 | Billboard News - Duration: 1:05.

Sounds like we're going to be getting a new Cardi B album this year if the Bronx MC

has anything to say about it.

"Of course there's going to be an album in 2019!"

Cardi opened up further as part of her Instagram Live saying she hopes to drop the

LP around the same time she did 'Invasion of Privacy,' which had an April 2018 release.

She did keep it real though, admitting she wasn't all that confident she'd be able to

The Rock Multi-time WWE world champion turned blockbuster actor John Cena reveals the best

advice he received from The Rock While Cena's film career has not reached the heights of

Johnson he is certainly making a name for himself outside of the WWE ring as he continues

to become one of Hollywood's most highly requested actors During an interview with The Floor

Seat the 16-time world champion revealed the best advice he got from Johnson Cena admitted

that the advice came just when he needed it most he also stated that most of his past

projects were done solely to create a business model When asked about any important advice

the action star had to offer Cena stated this The Rock has been genuine enough to tell me

to be myself I think it was great advice It came right at a time when I needed it I tried

some movies before and they weren't really successful The reason I was doing those movies

was trying to create a business model Then I looked back at myself and realized I just

like telling stories He gave me some pretty cool advice at unbelievable timing He said

Hey man they are going to like you or hate you for you Be yourself At least that way

at the end of the day you'll feel good about your body of work Perhaps Johnson shared just

enough for Cena to remain relevant as it is highly unlikely he would want Cena to outshine

him The WWE veteran is not unfamiliar with success he just has to find his footing in

the film industry similar to how Johnson did when he first ventured out of the professional

wrestling business Cena returned to WWE TV this week but it is not yet known whether

he will be factored into plans for the Road to Wrestlemania While the multi-time world

champion has a while before he becomes as successful as Johnson perhaps he can get there

much quicker by remembering the words of wisdom offered to him Cena is no stranger to living

by a motto as his on-screen never say die attitude goes beyond the squared circle With

several upcoming projects the future WWE Hall of Famer will have lots of eyes on him as

to our drastic world fallen Kingdom Dino rivals playlist awesome today we have

the savage strikes the EMU lock and the Dino rivals attack pack Velociraptor

can scan them in to the drastic world back okay so our first one is the Dino

rivals savage strike Stiggy mala so this one has the head buddy action if you

push its tail there you look at the back it says dinky mala ramming head there

has its card and I will show you his skin code

and behind this Diggy is a big huge dinah'll rivals box that was sent to me

by my friends at Mattel which had a bunch of Dino rivals in it including

this guy and my velociraptor Delta I did open that one yesterday is totally

awesome it's like a puzzle box inside with all the different dinos in the

puzzle pieces so if you didn't see that check that one out but anyways here is

the Stiggy malakas card so we have strength of six intelligent

I mean speed of six intelligence of two is not too good and attack of six while

aggression they say aggression of six but really it's okay so this is number

twenty cool I got quite a few of those cards and they are awesome what I

usually do is put the cards together randomly pick one and that's who does

the evil walk who's to fly but ah this Stiggy is real cool once again it's good

at the head striking action which I believe the regular savage strike one

so they did change anything there I wish they would have at least changed the

color plot so the arms move the head moves you could rotate the head to

different degrees there so you could have the Stiggy breaking through ah they

painted the nails great paint job like a word wrong tan color scheme so

okay so this one I'm excited about its velociraptor Delta I hope they bring out

echo and Charlie too cuz aw I guess the three of them perished in the last world

tend to SAP I think I believe blue was the only survivor so it's got the skin

point here in the collectors cards in the box

cool let's open her up okay then here we have wasa raptor delta let's check out

her card so she has a strength of seven she has speed of nine intelligence of

ten and aggression of nine so she is ready to fight let's just say that with

numbers she is ready to go and she looks best that that pose right there ah this

one I had a little hard time getting it to stand different poses I see because

the feet do not rotate okay there we go oh my just better okay

so anyway she looks best in a running pose just like that oh great paint job

with this girl mouth was open and closed the arms move up and down big claws but

the claws are not painted she is like a dark green with like gray stripe pattern

on her back she does have the third claw but again that is not painted so I wish

they would have painted those but you know I she still looks cool and I'm glad

she's back

okay so time to add it to the app so simply go ahead and hit the drastic

(Mikołaj Roznerski) co do niego czuje i zdecyduje się zawalczyć o tę miłość.

Dramatyczne wydarzania jakie rozegrają się w 1412 odcinku "M jak miłość" skłonią Izę do tego

by wyznać Marcinowi całą prawdę. Tuż po tym jak ktoś włamie się do mieszkania Izy

przerażona Lewińska padnie Chodakowskiemu w ramiona.

Iza domyśli się, że za włamaniem stoi jej były mąż Artur (Tomasz Ciachorowski).

Illustrator Tutorial: Flat Illustration With Grain And Noise Texture - Duration: 2:55.

Hello everybody, in today's tutorial you'll learn how to create a flat

illustration that has a noise texture applied using Illustrator.

The first step is to sketch out your idea or just feel free to use mine if you

want to follow along, you should find a link in the description of this video.

You can then place it inside Illustrator and go to the transparency tab,

lower the opacity to somewhere around 20% then create a new layer and place it

underneath, so whenever you're adding new elements or shapes, they'll be behind the

sketch. Start with a circle and only use gray colors so you won't get stuck trying

to get every detail right since this is only the beginning of the process.

Using the pen tool you can start creating elements by tracing underneath the

sketch and trying to be as loose as possible, a sketch can only take you so

far, of course you'll need to do certain adjustments along the way. If you've watched

any of my previous videos you also know that I enjoyed the Smooth tool, so try

going over any paths that have an unnatural look to them. Would also

recommend taking the direct selection tool rounding off some of the sharp

corners. Once you're done you can assign a color to each shape I found this color

scheme on Adobe color wheel, you can create your own or use the same one it's

up to you really. Let's apply the red color on the rounded

shape and once that's done we can move to adding the noise texture. I'll start from

the bottom, with the shape selected I'll go to the gradient tab and click on the

basic black and white one.Hit "G" on your keyboard to be able to adjust it. You can

then switch it up with a radial gradient from the tab and then go to the effect panel

look for the Texture option, select Grain and you'll then be presented with a couple

of options. Make sure that the selected grain type is stippled and adjust the

intensity and the contrast to your liking. Hit OK to see how it looks and

using the gradient tool I'll slide the colors a bit to get more white in the

middle. From the top handle you can create this oval shape which feels a bit more

dynamic, on the same handle you should find the option to rotate it and on the sides

the handle to make it bigger. When I go to the transparency tab and

select the Screen blending mode so that the black noise gets replaced by the

color that's behind it. With the black elements I'm doing the same technique

but I'll use the Multiply blend mode to mask the white noise. For the blue elements

I'll duplicate the shape then add a gradient on that shape

and use the same blending mode. Let's take the red shape for example, I'll first

copy and paste it in front in order to duplicate it, add a gradient to it, then

add the grain effect. Since I want a white part to be transparent you guessed

it right, I'll use the Multiply blending mode. It's really nice to be able to make

adjustments on the fly and see in real time how the illustration looks with the

noise texture applied even though you're actually using the gradient tool. After

lowering the opacity on the texture applied on the leg and of the hair this
