Hello and welcome to the WrestleTalk News!

I'm Oli Davis, and I'll be replying to as many comments on this video as I can.

Last night's episode of Monday Night Raw, which you can watch my full review of right

here on WrestleTalk's YouTube channel, staged the first night of the WWE mini draft, the

Superstar Shake-Up.

I joked yesterday about one of the top trades being David Otunga to Raw.

A video posted to WWE's YouTube channel has revealed that's actually happening.

I'd like to apologise to all the viewers of this channel if I in any way gave WWE that

idea.

And I'd also like to apologise to Byron Saxton, because he now has to work on Smackdown

with reported real life asshole JBL.

As it currently stands, Dean Ambrose (who leaves behind his real-life girlfriend Renee

Young on Tuesday nights), The Miz, Maryse, Bray Wyatt, Curt Hawkins, The Drifter Elias

Samson (who simply drifted out of NXT to wander around the Raw arena), Mickie James, Alexa

Bliss, Apollo Crews, Kalisto (who will hopefully be used in the Cruiserweight division), Rhyno,

Heath Slater and David Otunga have moved to Raw.

In exchange for all that, Smackdown has...just Byron Saxton actually, for the moment.

Yes, that means AJ Styles is safe to feud with Shinsuke Nakamura forever!

Not so fast, Best Case Scenario Man.

There is a possibility more wrestlers could go to Raw on tonight's episode of Smackdown.

PWInsider are reporting both the Raw and Smackdown rosters have been told to turn up backstage

for both shows - hinting that Vince McMahon is still changing his mind on an hourly basis.

And Styles has been reported for a Raw move since late last year.

The WWE Slam Trading Card game app has done little to alleviate these fears, posting a

preview of their new post-Superstar Shake-Up base cards, with the silhouettes of Charlotte

on Smackdown and Styles on Raw.

Charlotte appears to be on her way to Tuesday nights, losing clean on the last two weeks

of Raw.

AJ could still be announced for a move to the red brand on tonight's episode Smackdown.

Wrestling News World are reporting a full WWE Draft was originally scheduled for June,

but Vince McMahon now wants two roster exchanges a year - one following Wrestlemania, the other

after Summerslam.

Apparently the Superstar Shake-Up was announced on short notice, and WWE were still trying

to figure out what it was, exactly, over the weekend.

This makes sense, as Daniel Bryan was announced for Raw last week, seemingly setting up trade

negotiations with Kurt Angle, but it just turned out being wrestlers randomly turning

up and announcing they're now on their respective brands.

Last Thursday evening, Alberto El Patron - the former Alberto Del Rio in WWE - streamed several

Periscope videos live with his fiancee Paige.

Admittedly rather drunk, he called a WWE official a big nose p****, threatened to go to Stamford

and knock on someone's door, and accused a certain PG company of doing something to

his relationship and Paige.

Despite all that, Alberto's most unbelievable claim was arguably that WWE had reached out

to see if he wanted to return to the company.

The same Alberto who has quit the company twice now - firstly over a reported physical

altercation with a backstage member of staff, secondly following a Wellness Policy suspension

- and who has repeatedly buried WWE in interviews ever since.

PWInsider have confirmed WWE actually have contacted Alberto about a return, and "that

it was a Vince McMahon idea."

Alberto was always reported to be a Vince project, with McMahon enjoying the rich aristocrat

gimmick.

The major backstage heat instead appears to be between Triple H and Alberto, which is

presumably why the current Impact Wrestling star turned them down, saying "I'm not

going back ever, ever, ever."

Despite all the Alberto controversy, her two Wellness Policy violations and the recently

leaked sex tape and images online, Paige is still with WWE.

Following her tweet that she's getting a check up on her neck injury, PWInsider are

reporting she's still scheduled to return to WWE this Summer.

News just in, Braun Strowman is still beating up Roman Reigns.

DUOS: Impact and Ray - Duration: 11:36.

If I'm in a scrim or a match and I make a mistake, I do get a bit worried.

I think, "Ah, if this was Impact, he would've dealt with it well."

Impact is...

unrivaled.

I wasn't able to play any matches while on EDG.

I was even lower than a substitute.

I am disappointed I spent a lot of time there but didn't learn much.

I joined C9 not as a starting player but as a sub.

The reason I chose to join as a sub is

Impact is a winner, a World Champion.

The reason why Ray joined was probably because he realized he wouldn't improve

even as a starter for a different team.

For top, experience is very important but so is learning from watching.

He has a lot of experience.

So, if I can do well, even as just a sub,

if I'm part of the team, work hard, and absorb it all...

then it wouldn't be a lie to say that I could work myself up to that level.

The biggest feeling I had was, "I can do it too."

Impact and I have very different styles.

It's almost the direct opposite.

Ray likes to get the advantage,

play champions that shake up the game,

and make plays.

That is why his solo queue rank is very high.

But he is a player that severely lacks a sense of security.

That is why you see him going into a match, but then getting subbed out many times.

If Ray wants to become a more successful pro player,

then he has to learn how to play safe.

If I were to compare us, Impact is the shield and I'm the sword.

No matter what weird place an attack comes from,

he's able to firmly withstand it and block them all.

And the reason why I am the sword,

is because I can cut whatever opponent I am facing.

I have a very aggressive disposition.

You can block with a sword, though. You're a spear.

Oh, am I a spear?

It knows how to pierce things, but you can't go like this.

What's really cool about a shield is that you can hit people with it too.

- What? - You can hit someone with a shield.

Yeah, I think that's really cool. I think the shield is cooler.

I'm the type to experiment a lot,

I think about what would counter what, I test different runes and masteries.

I always check everything, and if I'm practicing I check it too.

You sort of give off that scientist vibe.

You kind of know about everything.

I usually just try something and if it seems good then I use it.

But you check and verify all the things, in detail – 1 through 10.

I thought that was really interesting.

Normally, it's dangerous early game. Yeah?

- Do I take flat, or scaling? - Flat no matter what.

Normally, you have a risky early game against AP champions.

- Yeah - But Maokai wins because of items.

Right? Honestly, Maokai wins when he gets a cowl.

So you take these with the mindset of getting through early game.

I'm honestly not sure how much Impact expects from me.

But what's certain is that C9 top laners have to do well.

- Are you done? - Nearly done.

What did I need again? I don't remember.

- You can do it tomorrow anyway. - Yes.

Oh yeah, there's a chance for you to play today.

I don't think I'm going to play today, though.

No, you have to make sure I don't play today.

Since we don't know what will happen, you should be prepared.

There are a lot of C9 fans. They're a very famous team.

And since Impact is unparalleled

there are probably people who come just to watch him play.

But sometimes I'm the one to play the game.

The reactions are a bit... when I'm the one to play,

"Oh? Ray's coming in, where did Impact go?"

"Oh, isn't C9 going to lose then?" There are a lot of responses like this.

It can be amusing,

but on the other hand, should I say... it hurts my pride?

Something flares up here, within me.

What do you feel when you watch me on stage?

It's very comfortable for me when I watch.

When I play on stage, sometimes I feel burdened because

you're really good, and the game always seems so stable.

But I have a lot of very unstable moments.

So, it was comfortable when I was watching from backstage.

The best part is,

I can hear what you say. It's nice that I can learn from it.

For this particular situation I would've made this call but you made that one.

Like, "I don't make these calls but he does?" That's what's great.

Oh! We won, we won, we won.

- Nice, right? - Yeah, feels great.

- The day after tomorrow. You win it, okay? - Okay.

- What is that? - I'm 1st in damage dealt.

How about tanking, how much did you tank?

- Tank. Tanked, tanked. - I didn't really lose.

- Tanked? - Tanked.

Put in a solid amount of damage.

You did well, hyung!

Ah, that was tough.

It's very comfortable for me to watch. Like I'm learning, hearing a lecture.

It's different for me. It's the opposite. I get scared, Jiwon.

- I was anxious during the Liquid match. - That match was pretty severe.

I don't think there was one moment where I was comfortable while watching,

now that I think about it.

If Jiwon plays well in laning phase we'll win,

if he goes even it'll be okay, but if he loses it's going to be difficult.

I don't think he'll lose to Lourlo.

They did well.

In my opinion...

Jiwon tries to roam too much.

I can't watch.

I'm just going to drink my coffee.

Jiwon should've just pushed top.

In the end they did well and won. So I thought, "Ah, that's great."

I think the reason why Eonyoung was happy,

was because the team won. I think that was probably the biggest reason.

I thought, "I can watch them win without being worried!"

It was a great feeling because I was experiencing it for the first time.

It was the first thing I had achieved since I joined the team.

It was a big sense of accomplishment,

knowing that I was able to make it happen.

It wasn't much, but it was huge for me.

Rather than helping Jiwon a lot, I showed him a lot.

This is so damn scary!

Shifts so damn much.

They don't have handles to grab, do they?

Hey, look over there.

Yes, I think the scenery's really nice.

Wow, the view is really inspiring here.

We were really worried when we were on the ground.

All the things I do badly are all things that Impact does well.

So, I'm learning a lot thanks to him.

I think that I'm definitely a lot better than last year

and I can become even better.

Hold Your Phone Like A Bad-Ass | Don't Look Weak Holding iPhone or Android - Duration: 5:40.

So, have you ever looked around and noticed how when a lot of men are looking at their

phone, it just looks weak it just looks bad?

Their neck is bent over they've got their hands together like this.

They kind of make themselves smaller, they scringe themselves together, it just doesn't

look good.

So, I'm out there looking for information on how to hold your phone and look like a

badass.

I couldn't find any research titled like that, but I did find better ways to hold and to

look at your phone talking about posture, talking about best practices, talking about

reception.

So, I brought it all together in this video.

Tip number one to looking better with your phone is to turn it off and put it in your

pocket.

I know I'm cheating right there.

Some of guys are like, Antonio come on.

But here's the thing, self-awareness knowing what's going on around you.

So, when you're driving when you're walking when you are out in and around with friends,

turn it off put it away.

Pay attention to the people you're with to your situation.

Self-awareness seems to be something that a lot of people have forgotten.

I've seen people walking down the street two blocks not even looking up from their phone.

What if their future wife is walking right by?

She's checking you out, she likes what she sees, you don't even look up.

So, look around, be aware of what's going on.

Make eye contact, engage with other people.

Yes, check your phone when you need to, but keep it off when you don't need it.

Tip two to looking great with your phone is to choose strong poses versus weak poses.

So, I was talking about this at the beginning, but if you put your hands like this and you

bring in your shoulders you keep, you know, your elbows in, this is relatively a weak

pose.

You're trying it looks like you're making yourself smaller.

Instead, how about you actually take up a little bit of room, hold the phone up here

and check it out.

Take up a little bit more room.

Maybe if you're sitting down, you prop your elbow up.

Now, I'm not talking about manspreading on a subway where you take up three to four seats.

No, I am talking though about being comfortable.

Now, you know, owning your space and in a sense sends a signal of power.

Tip number three for holding your phone better is to bring your phone to your face, not your

face your phone.

Make sense?

So, anyone in the military probably remembers the whole food to the face not your face to

the food.

I took a little bit of a change on that because the studies that I read talked about, okay,

so when you've got a zero degree tilt on your neck and you're looking straightforward, you

have your phone up here, 10 to 12 lbs of pressure right here on your neck.

However, go down 60 degrees, you're looking at it like this, 60 lbs of pressure right

here on your neck.

What does that do?

Over time that's going to curve you spine, it's going to have a detrimental effect on

your health.

Tip number four to better hold your phone is to lie on your back.

So, lie on your back take all the pressure off your neck and then you hold your phone

up like this.

Now, there's a couple advantages to this.

One, like I said you're going to take the pressure right off your neck.

The other one you're using a different muscle group to actually hold your phone.

And, yes, your arm will probably get a little bit tired, more tired faster, but, hey, spending

less time on the phone, always a good thing.

Tip number five to holding the phone better is actually hold it farther from your face.

What they find is on average people are holding phones 7 to 10 inches from their face.

Now, it used to be with newspapers, magazines, books, they were more like 14 inches.

What's interesting is the text the size of it that we're reading on our phone versus

the newspaper or the book is about the same.

So, this larger text closer to our eyes is actually causing eye strain and it's causing

headaches.

So, one of the better things you can do and, again, this is you creating new habit is to

move it a bit farther away more like, you know, at least 14 inches maybe 12 is going

to be okay.

You know you probably don't need to go out to 16 inches unless you've got really good

vision.

The point being avoid the phone being too close, it's not good for your eyes.

Tip number six to better holding your phone is actually buy the right phone to begin with.

This comes down to the size specifically your hands size your thumb length and actually

what's going to work with that.

If you want something that's comfortable, something you can use for one hand, don't

be drawn necessarily to the bigger phone.

If you've got smaller hands, go towards the smaller phones.

If you've got even larger hands and I'm talking LeBron James' size hands, then, yes, go maybe

towards the bigger phones, you'll find them functional.

The point being, you want to have the phone that's right for you.

So, this next tip I just thought was really interesting and they compared actually reception.

If you were to hold a phone in your right hand and put it up to the right ear or you

hold the phone in the left hand and put it up to your left ear and they found by far

that phones held on the right hand to the right ear are always going to have better

reception.

I think they talk about the placement of the antenna, but, you know, I don't know if that's

going to make you look better, but it is going to make you have less of a puzzled look when

you keep, you know, you're not dropping a call as much as the guy that's holding over

here and keeps losing his call.

That weightlessness was so entrancing.

They had to practically haul me out of the water.

As a young scientist,

I had this appetite for being able to stay and explore,

and use the ocean as the laboratory.

In 1969, I got to be the leader of a team of women aquanauts.

Our mission was two weeks of living underwater to explore.

I've lived underwater now on 10 different occasions.

I feel driven to dive into the ocean,

to develop new equipment, to use new equipment.

I used the JIM suit to go down to 1,250 feet

and walk around on the ocean floor.

I want my fellow humans to know all about life in the sea.

Earth is in trouble; therefore, we're in trouble.

90% of the big fish are gone.

Half the coral reefs have disappeared.

To try to elevate the whole concern about protecting nature,

I started a non-profit organisation called Mission Blue.

Together, we can pool who we are, what we know, what we can do,

to respect the natural world;

making peace with nature

Feeling Negative Emotions As A Portal To Ascension

Until we surrender to our feelings, we are stuck in a stasis.

It has been said that our emotions are our e-motions, or our �energy in motion�.

If life is anything, on whatever level you wish to look at it, be it physical, spiritual,

metaphysical, micro, macro,�.all of it is energy in motion.

And what you are feeling right now is energy moving through the energy-in-motion that YOU

are.

You are reading this seeking something.

That is desire, want, seeking, moving through you.

E-motive-ly.

This is your motive for being.

People have long advised and devised multitudinous ways to overcome our feelings, reprogram our

feelings, numb our feelings, but what we have failed to see in every one of these proposed

solutions to our feelings is that the solution is proposing another feeling overlay to the

one deemed unwanted.

We�re left with a inner war of feelings where one part of us in our psyche seeks to

maintain dominance and control over another part of ourselves.

This controlling part is then essentially running our lives, living our life as us.

And gratefully so, some �one� needs to look after life, until a new arising authentic

us can show up to the relief of all involved.

Why we�ve worked so hard collectively to suppress and demonize (in many cases literally)

our feelings is up for ongoing discovery, but for me, what feels so apparent is that

it has been a way and a strategy for us to regulate the pace of our growth to what for

most is a snail�s pace, or even a reverse direction, born out of the very real fear

of our own bigness.

Our feelings are the portal to our own greatness and the doorway out of our stasis into the

infinity of love that we actually are.

Am I saying that feelings of depression or anxiety or rage are this portal to more?

What about something so debilitating as shame, or the related inner critic?

Are these emotions moving through me somehow a portal to my deeper essence?

�Why,� you may say, �I�ve always perceived these dark emotions as the barrier to my arising,

not any portal to my ongoing awakening.�

I so get that.

I too lived in that domain most of my life.

What I want to offer you and offer you deeply is a �what if?� question to feel and see

where it takes you.

Here goes:

�What if what you�ve related to as your negative emotions are actually the portal

to more and more of your authentic-self arising to lead and flow in life?�

This what-if question (and its quest) could go on and on, worded in so many ways, but

you get and feel the tone of it.

I know you do�I can feel you do, or these words wouldn�t be holding you right now.

Wow, if this question is pointing you where I think it is, then there is no such thing

as a negative (negating) emotion.

There is only invitation into what is, to more of the all that you are, that is awaiting

you.

Why would any one of us be okay with leaving a part of us behind!?

Of course, I so get and feel the resistance we�ve all worked so hard at to keep our

emotional worlds from infecting our self image togetherness.

We, men more so, but women too, have relegated the emotional body to the insubstantial, to

the meaningless, to the powerless, when in actuality, it is the essence of what we are.

And we don�t get to embrace our essence any other way, but by going inward to all

that we are, getting to know and feel who stands at the door of our hearts that we previously

feared, but now open out to in genuine curiosity and love.

Now we finally cease demanding that some one else takes care of us in the multitude of

ways we can do just that bass in a medicative relationship to all of life, and we begin

instead taking care of ourselves in an ever deepening way beyond what we�ve ever known

or imagined.

In SoulFullHeart, we take seriously each arising part of us and get to know and feel them intimately

without judgment toward their charge and strategies, but instead open out to feeling why they are

the way they are, and why they feel what they do, with all the time and process needed,

with tears of gratitude for all they held in our absence.

My truth is that only as this kind of rigorous self-differentiation process, recognizing

the emotional body, grounded in our everyday life and relationships unfolds for us, can

we genuinely trust that our draw to spiritual practices are not simply another drug of medication

to numb and keep unfelt emotional pain at bay.

If we have not embraced the emotional body, our seeking of Ascension or �raising our

frequency� becomes very suspect as simply a way to transcend our essence as a human

being.

That may work for a part of you, but is it enough for you?

How much richer and fuller could your Ascension awakening be if no part of you gets left behind,

allowing all of your energy in motion to fully flow into

the infinite magic and wonder

of life?

As spring emerges, trees blossom,

flowers bloom, and fields green up.

We're reminded of the earth's newborn fertility.

It's easy to understand how eggs, symbolic of new life,

have become tied to the Easter theme of rebirth.

In beautiful Slovenia,

in the remote region of Bela Krajina,

where many of Slovenia's folk tales were born,

old customs have been kept alive

in villages tucked among the hills and forests.

The region's isolation has preserved these traditions,

which, over the centuries,

have morphed from those prescribed by the seasons,

to those prescribed by the Church.

In medieval times,

to celebrate the arrival of spring after months of scarcity,

decorated eggs were offered as gifts.

Many families still dye their Easter eggs

according to tradition:

spring leaves and flowers from the garden

are pressed onto an egg, wrapped in gauze,

and then boiled in onion skins.

After the gauze is removed, the eggs are left to cool,

now beautifully decorated with stamps of springtime.

Today, Slovenian decorated eggs are a revered folk art

and prized gifts at Easter.

This woman is using a delicate technique

of drawing on the shell with a tool loaded with hot beeswax.

She then dyes the egg with natural colors.

Finally, eggs are rubbed in pig's fat to lend a nice sheen.

While techniques vary,

decorated eggs with designs inspired by nature

add heritage and local pride to Easter celebrations.

Slovenes today value this humble gift

just as they did in medieval times.

As their grandmothers did,

these village women enjoy working together

as they embroider cloths to cover the Easter baskets

Here, in a backstreet of Rome,

a fine chocolate shop embraces Easter with enthusiasm.

inside a big chocolate egg.

Why Workout Motivation Doesn't Work - 3 Things To Do About It - Duration: 4:20.

Most of us can't seem to work out daily.

We look on the internet for motivation.

We keep searching for the right exercise gear, clothing, and right workout program.

Sometimes, when we hate ourselves enough, we decide that we have to change.

We even start exercising and it goes on for a while, but then we fail.

What's going on here?

Why can't we do something that we know is good for us!

Let's find out.

Oh, by the way, you can check references to every single claim I'm about to make in the

description below.

Let's look at 3 reasons why we can't stick to a workout program and what we can do about

it.

First of all, we treat exercise as something that's done only in the gym.

Or when we have the proper workout clothes on.

Or if it's done in the morning.

If we miss the first few minutes of class at the gym, or we have to leave early, we

say that it doesn't count.

We say it only counts if we're completely drenched in sweat, and are pushing our bodies

to their limit.

But the science says that any and all physical activity counts.

When you take the stairs, it counts.

When we park far away in the parking lot, it counts.

A good rule is to stick with what's called the ventilatory threshold--the point at which

it is hard to hold a conversation with someone.

Research says that at that rate, we feel good about ourselves and want to keep exercising.

And when we start liking exercising, we don't need motivation to keep doing it.

Secondly, most of us treat exercise as a chore or punishment.

It's something that we "have" to do, "should" do.

We've heard the scientists, or our own doctor has told us that we need to workout.

And that's exactly why we can't get ourselves to exercise.

When you workout to reduce your cholesterol, or to be "healthy", you won't feel motivated

to work-out.

When we "should" all over ourselves by telling us that we have to do this, we must do this,

we create resistance.

Our minds immediately say "oh yeah? you can't make me exercise!"

The solution?

We are much more likely to do things that we decide to do for ourselves.

This is called Self-Determination Theory.

Stop making exercise into a punishment and find a reason to enjoy it.

We'll get into the best reasons to workout in just a moment.

Before that, let's look at...

Reason number 3 - the reason we fail at exercising daily is because we make it about losing weight.

We don't know how we will look like in 6 months, 12 months.

And so, we give up when we don't see any changes quickly enough.

That's the danger of making weight loss or looking good into your motivator.

We don't know when it's going to happen.

Instead, the research shows that people who make exercise and physical activity into something

that makes them feel better right then and there, they stick with it.

It's having more energy, it's feeling better about the day, feeling more in control.

Find a reason that you yourself decide, not a reason that someone else gives you.

Even if weight loss/looking good is your second or third reason to work out, you will still

be less likely to workout.

You dilute the energy of your goals by having too many reasons to move.

Make it about making your day better and you'll stick with it.

In conclusion, remember 3 things:

Exercise doesn't happen only in the gym or in gym clothes.

Find ways to move everywhere you go.

2.

Stop "shoulding" on yourself.Find a reason to exercise for a reason you enjoy - making

your day better, feeling more energized, jamming to music, being in nature, or being with your

friends.

3.

Stop making it about weight loss or looking good.

That will definitely happen, but move to enjoy life now, not in the future.

In short, find ways to move throughout the day, and do it in a way that you enjoy and

improves your day right now.

Getting started with an exercise habit will change your inner identity so that if you

do want to hit the gym and push yourself hard, you can one day.

If you make working out into a gift for ourselves to improve our day, you won't need motivation

to do it everyday.

Is it Really Important to Build a Database List? - Duration: 6:08.

Hi! I'm Sharon Jurd and welcome to my Biz Blitz video.

And today the question I pose to you is it really important to grow a database list? I'm telling you yes, yes, yes. It is really important.

And I find that a lot of business people that I talk to aren't building a database

around their business and I say to them, "Do you have a database list?" and they go, "Oh yeah I've got so many likes on Facebook, I've got so many Friends."

That's not your database list. That is not what I'm talking about here.

I am talking about a supply of email addresses of people who want to hear from you;

who are genuinely interested in what you have to say.

Now, I want to cover off on three things today. Firstly, you do not own social media.

So at any point, as ghastly as this might sound, Facebook could stop tomorrow.

It could be shut down and gone and we know that there's been other social media platforms

that have come and gone and if you're relying on only contacting the people around you or your prospective

customers or your current clients, I'm telling you social media is a great way to communicate in some areas

but if that is the only way you're communicating, that is not good for the longevity of your business.

You do not own those platforms.

Make sure that you use those platforms to connect in a way and then ask them to join your mailing list.

And if these people from there want to know more about you, they will be happy to subscribe to you

as long as you're sending them great information and not spamming them.

So use the Facebook or other social platforms to get them into your email database list.

Secondly, the way you do that you can get to more people.

You can talk to these people on a more direct level.

So when they're on your database they really want to hear your message.

They really want to receive help from you in whatever format that might be.

You can really talk to them in a one-on-one conversation,

but to many people and you can really then share what you do in your business.

They may have come to you to talk about one service you offer or one product

you offer but then you can let them know about other products and services you do offer and they will be interested to hear about that from you.

So using that database, you can talk to them on a more direct level and give them the information they require.

Thirdly, it is a tangible asset in your business.

Now you hear of businesses selling all of the time never made any money but they have a huge database

of information of people and other businesses come and buy them out.

You hear on the television all the time where online businesses particularly selling for billions of dollars and they haven't made any money.

That's because they are looking for this customer information.

You go, "Yes I'm not some major online business. I'm just little old me", that doesn't matter.

You will hear it in your environment where they go, "So and so sold their business for a motzer,

these people approach them and wanted to buy their business."

They buy the businesses for one, the systems which I love and it's a whole other video but secondly, around their database.

Is it cleansed? Is the information in there correct? Are you communicating with them on a regular basis?

If you are then when you're ready to sell your business and I'll ask you, put up your hand if your business is for sale.

Yes it is, every business should be for sale and you are going to sell your business at some point.

You are going to sell it because one, you want to retire.

Two, you want a change of lifestyle or a change of direction or three,

you become unwell very quickly and you can no longer operate the business.

There's a myriad of reasons. You will sell your business at one point.

You don't just want to close it up and just go, "Look, it's worth nothing.

The desk, the chairs, the computer is worth nothing to a prospective purchaser."

But if you go to a prospective purchaser and say, "Here's my database of x amount of people.

I communicate to them regularly, the data is cleansed,

it is clean, it is up to date. Do you want to buy this from me?" And I'm sure they will.

So there are the three things that I wanted to discuss with you today.

One, you do not own social media. Use it to connect with people and then move them into your database.

When you have them there in your database,

make sure that you're talking to them on a very intimate level, a very direct level and letting them know the services and products you offer.

And thirdly, build your tangible asset.

It is the saleable part of your business and you will be selling your business in the very near future.

Did Jesus Make The Apostles Priest? - Duration: 2:31.

Most Catholics are aware that Holy Thursday

commemorates Jesus' Last Supper as the First Mass.

But what some miss is that Holy

Thursday also celebrates Jesus'

institution of the ministerial priesthood.

But when you read the Last Supper narratives in

the Synoptic Gospels, you don't find Jesus

ordaining the apostles.

You're left wondering, "Where does the

Catholic Church get off thinking that Jesus

made the apostles priests at the Last Supper?"

There are three clues that support this claim.

First, Jesus commands the apostles to "do

this remembrance of me."

The Greek verb for "do," poieo, can be

translated literally as "offer" in the

sense of offering a sacrifice, as it is in

Leviticus 9:7 of the Septuagint (the Greek

translation of the Old Testament).

Now, offering sacrifice is a priestly function.

Therefore, Jesus' command to offer the Last

Supper as a sacrifice suggests that Jesus

made his apostles ministerial priests.

A second clue is the washing of the

apostles' feet in John 13:5.

This calls to mind the ritual washings of

Aaron and his sons, which included the washing

of their feet, at their priestly ordination in Exodus 40.

Finally, Jesus says in John 13:8 that the

apostles could not take "part" in him

unless they were washed.

The Greek word for "part," meros, echoes

Numbers 18:20 and Deuteronomy 10:9, which

refer to the "portion" (Greek—meris)

that Aaron and the Levites have in God as priests.

So, did Jesus make the apostles

priests at the Last Supper?

I think these exegetical points give us

sufficient reason to answer yes.

Why Workout Motivation Doesn't Work - 3 Things To Do About It - Duration: 4:20.

Most of us can't seem to work out daily.

We look on the internet for motivation.

We keep searching for the right exercise gear, clothing, and right workout program.

Sometimes, when we hate ourselves enough, we decide that we have to change.

We even start exercising and it goes on for a while, but then we fail.

What's going on here?

Why can't we do something that we know is good for us!

Let's find out.

Oh, by the way, you can check references to every single claim I'm about to make in the

description below.

Let's look at 3 reasons why we can't stick to a workout program and what we can do about

it.

First of all, we treat exercise as something that's done only in the gym.

Or when we have the proper workout clothes on.

Or if it's done in the morning.

If we miss the first few minutes of class at the gym, or we have to leave early, we

say that it doesn't count.

We say it only counts if we're completely drenched in sweat, and are pushing our bodies

to their limit.

But the science says that any and all physical activity counts.

When you take the stairs, it counts.

When we park far away in the parking lot, it counts.

A good rule is to stick with what's called the ventilatory threshold--the point at which

it is hard to hold a conversation with someone.

Research says that at that rate, we feel good about ourselves and want to keep exercising.

And when we start liking exercising, we don't need motivation to keep doing it.

Secondly, most of us treat exercise as a chore or punishment.

It's something that we "have" to do, "should" do.

We've heard the scientists, or our own doctor has told us that we need to workout.

And that's exactly why we can't get ourselves to exercise.

When you workout to reduce your cholesterol, or to be "healthy", you won't feel motivated

to work-out.

When we "should" all over ourselves by telling us that we have to do this, we must do this,

we create resistance.

Our minds immediately say "oh yeah? you can't make me exercise!"

The solution?

We are much more likely to do things that we decide to do for ourselves.

This is called Self-Determination Theory.

Stop making exercise into a punishment and find a reason to enjoy it.

We'll get into the best reasons to workout in just a moment.

Before that, let's look at...

Reason number 3 - the reason we fail at exercising daily is because we make it about losing weight.

We don't know how we will look like in 6 months, 12 months.

And so, we give up when we don't see any changes quickly enough.

That's the danger of making weight loss or looking good into your motivator.

We don't know when it's going to happen.

Instead, the research shows that people who make exercise and physical activity into something

that makes them feel better right then and there, they stick with it.

It's having more energy, it's feeling better about the day, feeling more in control.

Find a reason that you yourself decide, not a reason that someone else gives you.

Even if weight loss/looking good is your second or third reason to work out, you will still

be less likely to workout.
