Things Every Woman Should Avoid When Washing Her Hair - Duration: 5:09.

Most people wash their hair several times a week and probably don't think much of it,

but it turns out, they may be doing it the wrong way.

If you've been suffering from consecutive bad hair days, your shampooing habits may

be the reason — but don't fret.

Here are some things to watch out for when you're taking care of those shiny locks.

Bottoms up

It's not easy to wash a head full of tangled hair, so most people brush it out before washing.

But according to Fernando Salas, brushing from top to bottom — the way most people

are taught — is actually not the right way to go about it.

He suggests adopting the "bottoms up" method, which is combing your hair in smaller pieces,

starting at the bottom and working your way up toward your scalp.

He explained,

"When you comb hair from the bottom up, you are working with less surface area to untangle

at one time.

Working in smaller sections like this is key.

When you try to comb from the top down, think of how much hair you are attempting to pull

a comb through at one time."

Hot water

According to hair expert Sophia Porter, when it comes to washing your hair, most women

need to cool it — literally.

She explained,

"Women should try their best to avoid using hot water while washing because this strips

the hair of its natural oils and fades color tremendously."

Stephanie Johnson of Fusion Studio in Dallas revealed that avoiding hot water is especially

important for women with color treated hair, saying,

"The more hot the water, the more nutrients and color will be compromised.

The cuticle is your protection, so protect it.

Hot water on fine, damaged, or compromised follicles will be more damaging to [the cuticle]

and hair.

Rinse conditioners in cooler temperatures."

However, you don't need to use cold water all the time.

Washing in warm water is best for getting the gunk out of your hair… but then cool

it down to rinse, sealing in moisture and adding shine.

Hair type

Different hair types can have different cleansing needs.

For oily hair, applying shampoo before wetting the hair can actually get rid of build up

more effectively.

Johnson said that paying attention to the condition of your scalp is also important

and it comes up with her clients all of the time.

She added,

"I just recently shared a tip with a lady who asked why her sensitive, dry, and flaky

scalp wasn't clearing up.

She was using clarifying shampoos that were adding to the problem and her scalp was out

of balance.

Professional products for your needs make a difference."

It's not just the condition of your hair and scalp, but also the length that should determine

how you wash your hair, according to celebrity hair stylist Brandon Martinez, who revealed,

"A big mistake most women make, especially when it comes to having long hair, is that

they are not using a leave-in detangler after they wash."

Color can be another factor.

Blondes especially need to pay attention to what shampoos they use and integrate a purple

shampoo into their routine to cut the brass and keep that ashy blonde color.

Wet hair

All wet hair is delicate, and treating it harshly can cause breakage as well as a multitude

of other problems.

Even if you don't have color-treated hair, Martinez is still a big proponent of the Wet

brush and explained that women with long hair especially need to take extra care when their

hair is wet.

He advised,

"Women [with long hair] must use a leave-in conditioner and then a Wet brush, to prevent

tangling.

[If they don't, it can] lead to excess hair being pulled out."

He also added that teenage girls especially need to use detangler because,

"...[They] are bad at brushing their hair out anyway.

Their hair is changing from child hair to adult hair, and I always find this hair easily

tangles."

Martinez also noted that putting your hair into a ponytail while it's wet is a major

no-no, since wet hair is extra heavy, causing unnecessary breakage and pulling.

Color care

Color-treated hair needs to be treated differently than regular hair.

It can also require different products and tools.

Martinez explained,

"Color-treated hair is extra sensitive to pulling which leads to breakage.

Using a really good leave in conditioner and a Wet [detangling] brush, which every woman

should have, will prevent breakage and unwanted tangling."

Johnson says that women with colored hair in particular need to make sure they are buying

the right products.

She has noticed that many women take the wrong approach, spending significant amounts of

money on getting their color done, then spending as little as possible on the products they

use.

It's just as important to invest in quality aftercare products.

Rinsing improperly

Rinsing might be the last step, but it's not the least important one.

Doug Martucci, creative director of PRORITUALS explained,

"A common hair myth is that you should rinse out all of the conditioner.

Never do this.

Rinsing all of the conditioner until your hair is squeaky clean is defeating the purpose

of the conditioner.

Conditioner provides slip and protection to the hair.

If you're worried about being greasy rinse the scalp well, and leave that slippery feeling

on the ends."

But when it comes to shampooing, the opposite is true.

You should always rinse it off completely.

TRUTH Behind Vegeta Royal MAXIMUM POWER Form FINALLY REVEALED! Vegeta Ultra Instinct? - Duration: 10:22.

By completely skipping a form and going to it's next level, it was clear Vegeta's

physical strength was still ahead of Goku's.

But think about the way they achieved Super Saiyan Blue in the first place.

They had been thrown in a space full of paralyzingly heavy god energy.

Vegeta was the first to discover how to easily move in this space.

It was his understanding of ki control that sped up the process, leading to him achieving

a form at the same time as Goku rather than always after.

If Vegeta is really stronger in physical ability alone, then why can he still not pass Goku?

Don't be quick to forget the first lesson Vegeta ever received from Whis.

Physical training would never solely get him to the level that he desired to be.

Goku was ahead of him because of greater ki control.

When Whis noticed that Vegeta was ahead solely in physical strength, he knew that if Vegeta

evened the playing field in the only way that he was behind, he would then be the one ahead.

This is where Vegeta's most important test came into action.

Soon after meeting the fighters from Universe 6, Goku decided to take training into his

own hands.

This is a very important detail that gets swept under the rug.

Considering Goku is the main character of the show, it didn't really matter all that

much what Vegeta was up to during that time.

However, they made it a point to show Vegeta still training with Whis.

So not only did Vegeta have an entire 6 months of learning the ways of ki control and preparing

his body to move without thinking before Goku got there, he also received much more time

with the master of these concepts after Goku had left.

And by the time the Tournament of Power had been announced, Vegeta had learned his lesson.

As with any other critical fight, the only way to significantly increase the amount of

training time is to enter the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.

Vegeta ignored the warnings to not destroy the chamber as he had before his fight with

Zamasu.

But what was different proved that the pattern was still changing.

This was the first time anyone had ever left looking exactly the same as when they had

walked in.

No sweat fell, no clothes were ripped.

It was unmistakable.

He had done no physical training at all.

Only training his ki control, not only the one thing Whis had stated was holding him

back from surpassing Goku, but also the main practice needed to learn…

Ultra Instinct.

This brings us to the biggest question of all.

Does that mean Vegeta's new form is Ultra Instinct?

To answer that, there's one thing that really needs to be cleared up about this form.

It isn't a form.

But understand this.

What you see here is not just the Ultra Instinct technique.

Therefore, Vegeta also needs to achieve something similar to what Goku has in order to use the

Ultra Instinct technique as well.

And Vegeta's been showing tendencies of this powerful movement for quite some time

now.

Many remember the moment Ribrianne's ugly face caused him to instinctively jump out

of the way.

But what many don't remember happened much sooner than this.

When Whis ignored Vegeta's request to take him to fight Beerus, Vegeta decided he would

have to use force.

But he physically was unable to.

He felt an energy stronger than ever before coming from Whis and his body was warning

him not to approach it.

That says he's already had the ability to use Ultra Instinct, now the problem was how

to awaken it.

But when Goku awakened Ultra Instinct for himself, Vegeta was left in the dust again.

Yet the break in the old pattern stayed strong.

Vegeta wasn't upset at all to see Goku surpass him.

Compare that with the moment he realized Goku's new power was what Whis had explained to them

long ago.

The anger and jealousy was back.

So why the change?

There has to be a reason he regressed back into his old pattern.

The answer is found in the timing of these two events.

Vegeta's memory of that day on Beerus' planet came to him during the Kefla fight.

Goku's Ultra Instinct abilities had clearly improved at this time.

Vegeta was angry again because now Goku had surpassed him.

Watching the first Ultra Instinct fight didn't bother Vegeta because he knew he had some

kind of power that was equivalent to Goku's.

You're probably wondering how he didn't recognize the form then.

Because of the break in the pattern that we've been talking about.

Remembering that Vegeta's physical strength has always been above Goku's, I had predicted

back in November Vegeta would get a normal physical boost in

strength that most of their forms give them.

But with him now having a much better control over his ki, this boost would be in his Super

Saiyan Blue form.

Giving him a form that was exclusive only to him, thus breaking the normal pattern between

Goku and Vegeta.

So how could that possibly be stronger than Goku's Ultra Instinct?

Well, in my Discord server, they helped me answer that, the super active #ANIFAM.

Use the link in the pinned comment to join the discord server.

Don't think I'm saying Vegeta doesn't have Ultra Instinct as well.

We saw the proof that his tendencies for this technique are getting stronger and stronger

by the minute.

It's getting closer and closer to being awakened within Vegeta as well.

If not already awakened.

Many have the idea that this new form is the same power level as Goku's Super Saiyan

Blue Kaioken x20, since that's what Goku appeared to be using in this scene.

Thing is, there's not much we can understand about a form in such a short amount of time.

But the shiny eyes Vegeta now has is unmistakably similar to Goku's while in his Ultra Instinct

Omen form.

So regardless if he's fully awakened the Ultra Instinct technique or is still in the

process of doing so, Vegeta's new form is pushing him past Goku.

And here's why I say that.

By comparing Goku's two Ultra Instinct fights, we saw that he improves with this technique

each time he uses it, as expected of any new ability that a Saiyan achieves.

Specifically, he is improving his ability to attack without thinking about it first.

The dodging he's got down pat.

This is why Goku was able to do damage to Jiren, but it wasn't effective at all.

With Vegeta being more physically strong and having a more aggressive style of fighting

than Goku, it only makes sense for him to be able to do something like this

even before reaching any new levels.

But I know what you're thinking.

Even Vegeta said Jiren was stronger and faster when he had fought Goku, making these attacks

much less impressive.

Does it really though?

Jiren did make it pretty clear that he wasn't tired.

He was just holding back against Vegeta.

We should've assumed he was from the start.

He's been holding back against everyone.

Which made me wonder…

Why was Jiren purposely holding back more with Vegeta than with Goku?

Consider this.

Jiren had already fought Goku with the same Super Saiyan Blue form that Vegeta was attempting

to take him down with.

With that being said, the thought never crossed his mind that there are different levels of

strength associated with a Saiyan form depending on the holder of the form.

In other words, Jiren instantly underestimated Vegeta based solely on the form he was using.

He thought that if Goku was barely able to do anything to him in Super Saiyan Blue, and

even when he went higher to use Kaioken x20, then there was no possible way Vegeta would

be able to do anything to him either.

But he did.

Vegeta proved that just because he was using a form that Goku could also use didn't mean

he had the same strength.

Further showing us that Vegeta is physically stronger than Goku, and therefore deserving

of this added physical boost in his Super Saiyan Blue form.

Having enough dodging Ultra Instinct tendencies already showing through mixed with his Ascended

Super Saiyan Blue, Vegeta is the perfect match for Jiren.

However, it's clear that even this is not good enough to beat such a monster.

But even now that Goku and Vegeta have accepted the fact that they have to depend on each

other and will finally work together, It makes you wonder...

- Hello, ladies and gentlemen,

citizens of the United States, visitors from abroad.

Welcome.

I know a lot of you have traveled long and far to get here.

It's always so exciting to hear.

The Washington Monument is closed.

It was deemed unessential.

You're all out of luck.

At this point, if some of you wanna go back to your hotel,

you'll have to take a very expensive taxi to do so,

because of course all the unessential public transportation

has been shut down.

If you guys wanna go home,

because it's pointless to visit D.C.

if you can't visit the nonessential monuments

to our founding fathers,

or by the way, the unessential museums

dedicated to commemorating

the can do spirit of our democracy.

You can't, as the government subsidized

Amtrak has been shut down.

Nonessential.

The nonessential security personnel at the airports

has been put on leave.

Of course the highways, those won't work either.

Those have been shut down as unessential as well,

because we can't pay the unessential state troopers.

(groans)

That's weird.

I've never--

Well, that's, I didn't know--

Hey, here's something about the Washington Monument.

Marble can catch on fire.

I bet you didn't know that.

I'll give you that one for free, but then you gotta go.

This is actually exciting.

Are there any volunteer fire fighters here?

Because we shut all our fire houses

down because they are unessential

(explosion booming)

to the process.

Ain't that a shame.

That was one of the older ones too.

Erected in 1884, and your kids would actually learn

about that in school, but the nonessential education

programs were the first to go.

Okay, the fire is spreading.

At this point I would direct you to safety,

but I am not a real park ranger.

So, I can't do that.

They've all been let go.

I just always wanted to be a park ranger.

So much so that I lost all grip on reality

and was hospitalized.

But then they shut all the hospitals down,

so now I'm out here talking to nobody

without any pants on.

Have a great day,

and God bless America.

BREAKING: Omarosa Just BUSTED! She's Been A SPY ALL ALONG! LOOK Who It Was FOR! - Duration: 2:28.

BREAKING: Omarosa Just BUSTED!

She's Been A SPY ALL ALONG!

LOOK Who It Was FOR!

Omarosa Manigault suddenly left the White House last month leaving more questions than

answers, and now we're learning more about her activities while she was a part of the

President's team.

Apparently, while she was there she was recording just about every conversation she had, the

New York Daily News is reporting.

While she likely didn't record anything that is incriminating or otherwise harmful

to the administration, the fact that she did it shows where her loyalties lie, and it's

not with the President.

According to the report, Omarosa has been shopping high profile attorneys as of late,

ostensibly to deal with the coming legal backlash from recording privileged conversations inside

of the West Wing.

As if that wasn't already bad enough, she's reportedly been speaking with none other than

Lisa Bloom and former Bill Cosby attorney Monique Pressley, among others.

It's quite odd she ran straight to prominent Democrat attorneys after getting busted, wouldn't

you say?

It makes you wonder who put her up to it.

From the Daily News:

It is not immediately clear why the former "Apprentice" star is seeking legal help,

but those with knowledge of her unceremonious removal from the White House say she is "very

concerned" that trouble is on the horizon.

The 43-year-old apparently believes she may become a fixture in Mueller's investigation

into possible connections between the Trump campaign and Russia's election meddling.

"Everyone knows Omarosa loves to record people and meetings using the voice notes

app on her iPhone," a source disclosed.

"Don't be surprised if she has secret audio files on everyone in that White House,

past and present staffers included."

A recent ban on personal cell phones in the West Wing, which followed the release of Michael

Wolff's explosive White House tell-all was related to Manigault-Newman's track record

of recording conversations, the source added.

Perhaps it was the discovery that Omarosa had been recording privileged conversations

that led to her abrupt departure from the White House?

It's hard to say, but one thing is for certain; those with good intentions don't exactly

go around recording conversations with people who are supposed to trust her.

what do you think about this?

SFM lighting timelapse/very fast tutorial: hanamura scenebuild for a new short - Duration: 6:46.

thanks for removing annotations youtube

Since this is an environment we're lighting, the keylight is always the sun or moon or any very bright light. If you can, get reference as to the kind of look you're going for; it'll help out a lot.

Editing/remapping the MaxDistance and FarZAtten sliders so that the light travels further is super useful for outdoor keylights

Always remember to colour your lights so they're not pure white, but don't go overboard and oversaturate or it'll look unnatural!

ShadowSlopeBias and ShadowSlopeDepthBias are very important sliders. If the light is far away enough it won't render shadows correctly and will show them disconnected from objects. These sliders fix this

but if you turn them too far down they'll make the shadows look weirdly artifacted, so don't go overboard.

My first keylight wasn't properly lighting the top of the castle, so I added another one. As long as the light is travelling in the same direction and looks the same it's fine to do that. sfm has no directional lights rip

i have no idea why i made a second keylight. you wont even see the exterior of the castle in this short. why

Messing with the position of the keylights to make them match the reference better.

Adding a shadowless ambient light below the map. Ambient lights soften out and add colour to darker areas as well as providing an overall base colour.

that said, i had no idea what i was doing with this ambient light, so I just tried a bunch of stuff

Also here i had no idea how to properly light this indoor part so i made a big shadowless ambient light and tried some things

making another keylight. why not

here I used the camera's ToneMapScale as something similar to camera ISO/exposure to brighten the room and overexpose the exterior.

the light from outside of this doorway pours into the room in the reference and i thought it looked pretty neat so i tried to put it in

the light wasnt casting shadows and i had no idea why but it turned out i didn't set MaxDistance high enough. oops

there we go

softening out the shadows with ShadowFilterSize. i love shadowfiltersize so much

brightened the previous ambient light so see how that'd look with the new light from the door. alright for now

the ambient light from before looked a bit weird so went n fixed that right up

SFM lights by default don't have a lot of options but in their element viewer menu you can turn them into uberlights, which gives you full control over the height and width of the light. theyre pretty good

by turning off the shadows on these lights I can go within the lanterns and make the edges of the light match up with the width of the light source

Uberlights can also control the falloff of the height and width, so edges can be as hard or as soft as needed

duplicated these lights for the other lantern

quickly renaming the duplicates so things don't get confusing

because SFM isn't a proper rendering software it can't do bounce lighting or global illumination, so you have to fake it

When light hits a surface, especially a shiny or bright surface, it often bounces off of it

What I'm doing is looking at where the light would bounce into the room, at what angle it would do that and then creating shadowless lights to show that

When light bounces, it often bounces off as the same colour as what it's bouncing off of. The light is hitting this kind of brown wood walkway so I made the light kind of brown

hows it look with ambient?

looks terrible shut that off for now

extending the FarZAtten and MaxDistance on these lantern lights so they hit the wall a bit

then duplicating them and putting them on these other lanterns down here

OK LETS FINALLY GET THIS AMBIENT RIGHT

Placed the light right at the very top of the scene and then created another ambient, this time below the scene to hit all the surfaces the light from above couldn't get

also another light tip: don't be afraid to go all out on the light colours, especially for ambient lights. SFM is known for having a very recognizable kind of washed out style (mosty because of volumetrics) but it doesn't have to be like that all the time. Go crazy.

Now focusing on the AO and trying to make it look ok. you can adjust the settings for Ambient Occlusion via the SSAOBias, SSAOStrength and SSAORadius sliders on the camera.

Character lighting test to see how much the scene lights affect a model

...they literally dont affect him at all. cool. i have no idea why that is though i think it has something to do with ToneMapScale being turned up so high

Now time for the detail lights, lights that don't really affect the environment but make it look better i.e. all these lanterns hanging around

I made an uberlight with a very high width so that I could cover all of these lanterns in one.

time for the rest. i didnt realize it but i actually duplicated the top ambient light for these lanterns. it worked ok i just shortened the FarZAtten a lot

Default radius for lights is around 120 degrees but you can remap the sliders up to 170 degrees without breaking the light, covering a lot more area. pretty helpful for stuff like these lanterns

lanterns done.

Time for the mural light

after colouring, I turned it into another uberlight, giving it a very high width so it could cover the entire mural.

I also messed with the height a bit cause it looked pretty good

I made each group of lights into separate groups which I could hide to increase performance

The hanging lanterns/detail lights were grouped into a separate group, as well as the lights on the lanterns on the ground and the bounce lights

I added a volumetric light coming through the tiny window at the top

the MinDistance slider affects how far out until the light actually starts working. This means you can put a shadowed volumetric light behind a window (which will block it off) and then use MinDistance to make the light start from where the window is

rather than placing a volumetric light in front of a window, where the shape of the light doesn't match the window at all

I ended up making it an uberlight anyway

Uberlights have a different method of determining how far the light travels. on top of Max Distance/FarZAtten you have to use two OTHER sliders, CutOn and CutOff.

its dumb but its worth it. uberlights are Good

The light was now hitting way too much of the scene so I had to mess around and try and find out why.

in the end i faked the shape of the window using the width and height

finishing touch: messed around with the scroll light

god why are the lanterns so damn bright. im gonna have to fix that. in the materials themselves. valve. why

One-Third Of Americans Say Trump's First Year Was A Complete Failure - Duration: 3:39.

The latest round of polling data in the United States has even more bad news for Donald Trump.

According to the latest polls, 35% of Americans, a little more than one-third of everyone in

this country, gives Donald Trump's first year in office as president a grade of F, meaning

they believe that his first year was an absolute and complete failure.

Now when you break that down among party lines and among Independents, those numbers start

to look wildly different.

Seventy-two percent of Republicans think that Donald Trump gets an A or a B for his first

year.

Seventy-nine percent of Democrats believe that Donald Trump failed, and 45% of Independents

believe that Donald Trump failed in his first year.

But it's that number, the Independents, the 45% who consider him a failure, that is the

more important number here, because we know Republicans will be Republicans.

Democrats will be Democrats, but it's those Independents that actually sway elections

one way or another.

For almost half of them in this country to say that, yeah, Donald Trump has been a complete

failure, not only portends poorly for the Republicans in 2018 and 2020, but it also

shows that they're clearly paying attention.

After all, when you look back at Donald Trump's first year in office, is there anything that

you see that's like, at least he did that?

No.

For 99% of people in this country, there wasn't a single thing that Donald Trump did in his

first year that is going to make our lives better.

In fact, most of them aren't even going to allow us to keep the same quality of life.

It's going to take it down a notch because of all the health and safety regulations that

have been repealed by the administration.

That tax cut package, which is the only legislative accomplishment that Donald Trump has to his

name in year one, we're not getting that.

That's going to wealthy corporations.

That Supreme Court justice that he put on the court, he's not going to do anything to

help American consumers.

He's going to work on taking the right to choose away from women so that they can't

figure out what to do on their body on their own without white men telling them what they

can do.

That's not going to help anybody in this country.

So yes, I think by every possible measure, Donald Trump's first year in office has been

a complete failure.

He has taken more days off, more vacation days, than any of his predecessors during

year one.

He's had the highest staff turnover since, I believe, the 1950s.

He has accomplished the fewest legislative victories of any president in their first

year in modern history.

So what does this guy think he's doing?

Why does he keep telling us he's done such a good job?

The American public doesn't buy it, and certainly the statistics and data available don't support

his thesis either.

So hopefully as we move forward, more and more people are going to keep paying attention,

or maybe some of them will start paying attention and understand that the very few things that

Donald Trump did in his first year in office are not going to benefit 99% of people in

this country.

The few things that he did do, all of that, all of those gains, all of the benefits, are

going to the top 1%.

A WELL KNOWN CIA PILOT CLAIMS THAT THE MOON HAS 250 MILLION - Duration: 7:01.

A WELL KNOWN CIA PILOT CLAIMS THAT THE MOON HAS 250 MILLION CITIZENS

BY ARJUN WALIA

You may think its quite ludicrous to even contemplate that the Moon could be harbouring

as many as 250 million citizens, but its not.

Although this may not be true, those who have looked into it know that strange anomalies

have surrounded the Moon for decades.

Contemplation without investigation is the height of ignorance, a quote attributed

to Einstein holds true here.

If you actually do some independent research, you might be quite shocked with what you find,

especially when it comes to the credibility of the sources.

As far back as 1970, two well-respected members of the Soviet Academy of Sciences, Michael

Vasin and Alexander Shcherbakov, created a hypothesis suggesting that the Moon is a spaceship

created by unknown beings.

Fast forward to today, and we have former high-ranking members of the military and intelligence

agencies sharing their knowledge with regards to strange things that are happening on the

Moon.

A few examples are listed in the articles linked below.

Take for example Timothy Good, one of the worlds leading UFO researchers, who has

lectured at universities, schools, and many organizations, including the Institute of

Medical Laboratory Sciences, the Royal Canadian Military Institute, the Royal Geographical

Society, the Royal Naval Air Reserve Branch, the House of Lords All-Party UFO Study Group,

and the Oxford and Cambridge Union societies.

Good says that a former member of MI6 revealed her conversation with Neil Armstrong at a

NASA conference, when he confirmed there were other spacecraft on the Moon when Apollo

11 landed in 1969.

Armstrong also confirmed the CIA was behind the coverup.

He also goes into more detail about it in this 2013 lecture.

Dr. John Brandenburg, the Deputy Manager of the Clementine Mission to the Moon, which

was part of a joint space project between the Ballistic Missile Defence Organization

(BMDO) and NASA, has also made some fascinating revelations.

The mission discovered water at the Moons poles in 1994.

But, according to Brandenburg, the Clementine Mission had an ulterior agenda:

The Clementine Mission was a photo reconnaissance mission basically to check out if someone

was building bases on the moon that we didnt know about.

Were they expanding they expanding them?

. . . Of all the pictures Ive seen from the moon that show possible structures, the

most impressive is a picture of a miles wide recto-linear structure.

This looked unmistakably artificial, and it shouldnt be there.

As somebody in the space defence community, I look on any such structure on the moon with

great concern because it isnt ours, theres no way we could have built such a thing.

It means someone else is up there.

The quote above comes from the documentary, Aliens on the Moon.

Here is an interesting lecture Brandenburg gave with regards to strange anomalies that

have been found on Mars.

You can read more about that in detail here.

Members of the Society For Planetary SETI Research (SPSR) have recently published a

paper in the Journal of Space Exploration about certain features on the far side of

the moon that appear in the crater Paracelsus C. Titled Image Analysis of Unusual Structures

on the Far Side of the Moon in the Crater Paracelsus C, it argues that these features

might be artificial in origin, meaning someone other than a human being built them and put

them there.

It suggest that life could be contained within the moon as well.

Keep in mind that there is an entire side of the moon we can never see, unless we use

probes.

A new study published in the Journal of Space Exploration titled The Mounds of Cydonia:

Elegant Geology, or Tetrahedral Geometry and Reactions of Pythagoras and Dirac? has

added to the already robust evidence pointing to artificial surface interventions

on Mars.

The paper also mentions that it adds to the evidence which exists already that strongly

point to artificial surface interventions.

So you see, youre not crazy if you see a headline above and actually contemplate

if its true or not.

a major US Airline, hes flown over 160 different types of aircrafts in over 50 different

countries.

He holds 17 world speed records in the Lear Jet and holds every airline certificate issued

by the Federal Aviation Administration.

Mr. Lear has flown missions worldwide for the CIA and other government agencies.

A former Nevada State Senator candidate, he is the son of William P. Lear, designer of

the Lear Jet executive airplane, the 8-track stereo, and founder of Lear Siegler Corporation.

Lear became interested in the subject of UFOs 13 months after talking with United States

Air Force Personnel who had witnessed a UFO landing at Bentwaters AFB, near London, England,

and three small aliens walking up to the Wing Commander.

In the video below, he shows several images and describes structures, technologies, city

like structures and roads.

The study mentioned earlier published in the Journal of Space Exploration also mentions

something along these lines.

In the lecture linked above by Brandenburg, he describes the same thing on Mars.

Below you can watch a lecture given by John Lear regarding his research.

The last video is part 1 of a 4 part series done by Project Camelot.

Whats fascinating is the fact that a lot of his information actually corroborates with

other witness testimony, as well as the studies coming out bringing more attention to strange

structures on the moon that appear to be extraterrestrial.

The Most Bizarre Japanese Anime Ever Made - Duration: 5:39.

It's no secret that Japanese animation can go to some pretty weird places… but just

how strange does it really get?

From experimental short films to psychedelic roller coasters, here's a look at some of

the most bizarre Japanese anime ever made.

Paprika

Based on the 1993 novel of the same name, 2006's Paprika centers around Doctor Atsuko

Chiba, a research psychologist who begins testing a groundbreaking new psychotherapy

tool that allows users to enter people's subconscious minds to get glimpses at their dreams and

rewire their personalities.

When the tech is hijacked, things go haywire.

We're talking building-leaping, skin-peeling, body-morphing crazy, in a surreal setting

filled with larger-than-life creatures, half-human hybrids, and walking refrigerators.

It's a cautionary tale about meddling with the minds of mankind, told through a deeply

bizarre, nightmarish lens that erases the line between real life and pretend.

Critics have called Paprika an "eye-opening mind trip" not meant to be understood, a film

that rarely makes sense for all its unsettling elements.

Cat Soup

Cross anthropomorphic kittens and a creepy sort-of coming-of-age tale, and you've got

Cat Soup.

Inspired by the works of manga artist Nekojiru and directed by Tatsuo Satō, this bite-sized

anime from 2001 follows the relationship between two tiny, intelligent cats — Nyāko, who

is extremely ill, and Nyatta, who's rendered clinically deceased after a tragic accident.

Not willing to give up on his dying sister, Nyatta embarks on an engrossing, grotesque

voyage to rescue Nyāko's soul from a Buddha-like figure.

The pair swap bodies, split souls, shove their hands inside a giant pig, and take part in

a Noah's Ark scenario in their spirit-searching journey.

Think of it like Hello Kitty mixed with Salvador Dali… which is to say that it's very, very

strange.

Interstella 5555

If the full name of this anime alone didn't tip you off that this is something else, what

goes down in Interstella 5555: The 5tory of the 5ecret 5tar 5ystem will boggle your brain.

Directed by Kazuhisa Takenouchi, known for his work on Dragon Ball, this anime can best

be billed as a Daft Punk Fantasia.

It has no dialogue, just retro-inspired visuals done by Toei Animation, set to an electro-punk

soundtrack.

While Interstella 5555 is essentially a music video accompaniment to Daft Punk's 2001 album

Discovery, it actually tells the pretty strange story of a rag-tag band of alien musicians

who get abducted and shipped off to Earth to play for legions of adoring fans — but

there's a catch.

Skin-altering procedures, species exploitation, and a rogue pilot who will go to the end of

the universe to save the band's female member await you in Interstella 5555, the anime that

plays out like a techno-driven fever dream you won't ever forget.

GYO: Tokyo Fish Attack

The title of 2012's Tokyo Fish Attack pretty much explains it all: fish rise from the sea

on shiny metal legs to terrorize the city of Tokyo.

As the film runs on, waves of increasingly dangerous sea creatures come crashing to the

shore.

Prepare for incredibly cheesy romance scenes, spooky circus people, power-hungry mad scientists,

mutants with bathroom-based powers, and a squid that may make you never want to eat

seafood again.

GYO: Tokyo Fish Attack, which is based on a horror manga series, has its fair share

of gory moments, but the violence doesn't seem too serious when you remember that the

bad guys are walking fish.

Mind Game

The weird work of writer and director Masaaki Yuasa, Mind Game is the story of Nishi, a

young man who dreams of one day becoming a comic book artist and winning the heart of

his childhood crush.

After the two have a brush with the Japanese mafia, Nishi gets trapped in a spiritual limbo.

Filled to the top with mind-bending existential themes and unusual animation, Mind Game soars

through Nishi's wild journey back to the living world on a road marked with giant whales,

caricatured villains, and neon car chases, which is as cool as it is bizarre.

Dead Leaves

This 2004 sci-fi anime tells the tale of two unlikely rebels, Retro and Pandy, who are

shipped off to prison after committing an insane string of crimes.

While locked up, the pair meet some out-there characters, and have their patience put to

the test.

The story only gets weirder as the plot unwinds.

Without spoiling the madcap twist, Retro and Pandy's post-prison adventures see them encountering

an oversized demon caterpillar and a mutant baby, crash-landing onto a dystopian Earth,

and possibly breaking the space-time continuum.

How's that for bizarre?

Tekkonkinkreet

The title of Tekkonkinkreet translates from Japanese to English as "reinforced concrete,"

and that concept holds true to the central vision and underlying moral tale of this anime.

An adaptation of a manga series, this film surrounds penniless orphan brothers Kuro and

Shiro in sights and sounds that dizzy and dazzle the viewer.

The pair rob their way through Treasure Town without much trouble — until the Yakuza

enter the scene.

Upon the arrival of the notorious Japanese gang, Tekkonkinkreet devolves into a disturbing,

hypnotic string of scenes that flip-flop between true crimes and the trippy world of Shiro's

mind.

As with a few other films here, Tekkonkinkreet will move you, but not before shaking you

to your core with its unsettling strangeness.

Angel's Egg

Released in 1985, Angel's Egg tells the story of a young girl who lives alone in a lair

in an abandoned city, where she serves as the sole protector of an enormous egg that

apparently holds great value.

After a mysterious boy joins her, the two witness several mystical happenings involving

orbs, goddesses, and angels, and chat briefly about philosophy and theology.

Though the film clocks in at around 80 minutes, not much of its runtime is comprised of actual

dialogue.

Instead, the avant-garde anime leans on a wispy plot and heavy, abnormal visuals, doubling

down in the final "act" to reveal a cryptic half-resolution.

So...y'know...don't forget the popcorn!

Trump Using Same Tactics As Brutal Dictators, Republican Senator Warns - Duration: 3:57.

Republican senator Jeff Flake from the state of Arizona this past week decided to take

to the Senate floor where he gave a speech talking about the similarities behind the

kind of rhetoric that Donald Trump is using the attack the media, and the same rhetoric

that was used by former dictator Joesph Stalin.

Stalin was always a guy who talked about the enemy of the people.

That was how he remained in power.

He convinced the majority of the public that other groups were their enemies, and if they

wanted to defeat those enemies before those enemies defeated them, they had to follow

Joseph Stalin.

With Donald Trump, according to Jeff Flake, and according to anyone who's been paying

attention, is doing the exact same thing, specifically, as Flake pointed out, with the

media who Donald Trump has called the enemy of the American people, literally borrowing

a phrase from one of the most brutal dictators of the 20th century.

That is what we have sitting in the White House today, a man who admires these people,

who wants to emulate people like Joseph Stalin by taking their words and making them his

own.

That seems to be a bit of a problem, don't you think?

Don't you think we should expect more from the president?

Don't you think the president probably should be quoting dictators?

And don't you think, more importantly, that the president shouldn't be going directly

against the First Amendment to the United States Constitution by constantly attacking

the free press?

Most Republicans probably see no problem with this.

In fact, according to polls, Republicans like it.

Republicans don't trust the media.

The American public as a whole trusts the media more than the trust Donald Trump, but

when you break it down by party, Republicans trust the media a lot less than they trust

Donald Trump, and it's because of his attacks on them.

These attacks are baseless, they're without merit, but they're not stopping.

Because any time the media comes out with a negative story about Donald Trump, he slaps

them with the label of fake news.

Because he has the bigger microphone, he has the bigger podium, his words are what wins.

His words are what resonate more with the American public.

He gets the last say, because the news media, they have to move on.

They have to cater to their advertisers.

They can't dwell one thing the president said because other news is happening in the world,

and he's not the center of the universe.

Donald Trump, on the other hand, as we've clearly seen, loves to just hammer those same

points home every single day on this stupid, little Twitter feed and his idiotic Republican

followers eat it up.

Jeff Flake is 100% right.

Donald Trump is attempting to emulate these brutal dictators by labeling these non-enemy

groups as actual enemies of the American public, but Jeff Flake is not saint either, and I'm

not going to sit here and lavish praise on a guy who's voted with Donald Trump pretty

much all of the time this past year.

Yeah, he's still the most outspoken critic of him, but where does that sit with the legislation

that he's gone ahead and green lighted with the rest of the Republican party to help destroy

parts of the country and increase the gap between the haves and the have nots?

Jeff Flake gets credit for correctly pointed something out about Donald Trump, but I'm

not going to give him any credit beyond that.

He's still fighting against the best interest of the American public, because at heart,

he is a Republican.

He's just a guy who happens to be Republican who also occasionally gets something right

about how horrible Donald Trump truly is.

No Food, No Utopia: How Will Floating Cities Survive? - Duration: 8:30.

The pilot project is quite modest.

So before we go out and build huge floating structures for hundreds and thousands of people

we're building a small pilot which will be about the size if you can imagine a soccer

field—It's around 7500 square meters.

The engineers are saying it shouldn't be a single platform, it should be multiple smaller

platforms.

So maybe 12 platforms of 625 square meters.

So imagine a platform 25 meters by 25 meters next to another one with connecting bridges.

And the reason for smaller structures is that we're going to be inside the reef, within

the lagoon of an island.

And what you don't want is to cast a shadow on the bottom of the lagoon that will obviously

impact photosynthesis which means we'll have a problem with the environment.

So we needed smaller platforms in order for light to penetrate and we need deep lagoons.

So we had to literally do an inventory of all of the depths of the lagoons around the

main islands we're interested in.

We found certain lagoons and the engineers are telling us and environmental consultants

are saying that between 25 to 30 meters of depth we will be very—we won't have an

impact on the light situation.

So that's one of the elements of location.

Now in terms of size, because it's a pilot we don't anticipate being able to be completely

self-sustaining on food.

We can be completely autonomous on energy, on fresh water, completely recycle our gray

and black water, do all of that and deal with our trash.

What we're not going to be able to do on the pilot is be 100 percent self-sustaining

for food.

But we do have a food group that's involved in trying to look at these technologies and

what we can do.

And we're looking at all sorts of stuff.

I mean there's one thing that kind of came out of a laboratory in Hawaii from NEL, the

National Energy Laboratory in Hawaii.

They call it "cold ag", cold agriculture.

What it is is you put a pipe, a small pipe maybe 500 to 900 meters deep.

You bring in cold, deep ocean water—so it's similar to the sea water air conditioning

systems.

There's been two of them put—the first two have been put into resorts in French Polynesia

so those are installed and working.

The difference here is that you run the cold water through copper pipes, so small little

capillaries that you bury under soil.

So the air in French Polynesia is very humid and warmer, so when that warm moist air hits

these tiny capillaries, even under the ground, what happens is obviously you get condensation

and moisture around those tubes.

And what you do then is you plant cold weather plants, you know, fruits, vegetables, strawberries,

raspberries, and the roots actually will go down to these tubes and they'll pick up

the moisture.

So you've got a system that uses very little energy to create fresh water for your agriculture,

and it seems that the vegetables are tricked by the temperature at the root and not the

temperature at the leaves.

So you basically get the sunlight from the tropical environment but you get the cold—the

fruit, you know, the strawberry thinks it's in Maine but suddenly it's producing very

quickly.

So this is not new technology.

This has been tested now for many years.

It's one of the technologies we're looking at to have some vegetables on the seastead

itself.

We're looking at algae.

There's a number of consumable algae out there.

I'm not the expert on our team but we do have a full team of food experts that are

trying to see what we're going to be eating onboard the seastead.

We are not going to be bringing cows and cattle onto the platform.

It's very expensive in terms of real estate.

So there's all sorts of strategies about what exactly could we eat as alternatives

to meat.

Is it lab grown meat?

That's a huge leap in technology that's fairly recent where you can grow actual meat.

We're not talking about tofu.

Actual meat cells grown in laboratories.

So one of the aspects that I love about this project is exactly that is that it brings

a number of experts from diverse fields together on a common project.

And the fact that it's geographically, that it's real, we can all collaborate in this

one place in this one spot for the same goal, I think is a great catalyst for change.

So on the food side I would say that our aim is that once we get past the pilot and we

get into bigger size units that we would be completely autonomous.

We have to figure out what do we do for sugars—you know, are we going to be growing beets or

sugar cane to get sugar?

The salt, obviously we have no problem.

We may have an excess of salt.

Water?

Fresh water, we're in a region that gets very well irrigated, we get a lot of rain

so there's strategies where all the roofs off the seasteads would be used for catchment,

so water catchment.

We have technologies also that we're looking at—very, very innovative brand-new technologies

that are still in the lab—for getting, for desal-ing with low energy.

The big cost, of course, is de-sal, and the other issue is brine.

If you have a large concentration of very briny liquid, what do you do with it?

We cannot possibly just put it back into the lagoon.

It would sink and you can literally create these pools of brine at the bottom of a lagoon,

which is obviously unacceptable.

So we have to figure out how to deal with all of these cycles.

So on food there's a lot of work to be done.

We've talked to companies that are doing vertical farming with UV.

So they're saying okay, you've got limited space, let's go vertical.

So I mean we're talking to companies that have containers that can produce, you know,

we've heard some figures of a million pounds of food per acre per year.

So very innovative stuff.

It's UV lighting at the right wavelength.

I've heard of some NASA micro, you know, nanotech which you spray on the leaves of

whatever you're growing and they create like microprisms that change the wavelength

of the light to match – I mean just some out of the box.

This is stuff that NASA's been using I believe on the space station and things like that.

So the technology is out there, I believe, for us to be able to use the energy from the

ocean and nutrients.

And don't forget the oceans are full of nutrients.

But the objective is not that we're just going to be on board a seastead eating fish

all the time.

I mean that's the staple for Polynesians, we've been doing this for a thousand years

now—I assume our guests and our friends, international friends would like a more varied

menu.

So I'm sure we're going to be looking at some innovations in the food space.

Types of Liver Disease - Duration: 3:24.

What are the Different Types of Liver Disease

Liver disease is varied and there are many conditions that affect this vital organ, including

cirrhosis, alcoholic fatty liver, and hepatitis.

Primary sclerosing cholangitis is a type of inflammatory liver disease affecting the bile

ducts.

Hepatocellular carcinoma is a type of liver cancer that is among the most serious of liver

diseases.

Hepatitis of the liver comes in different forms and is contracted in various ways.

Hepatitis A, B, C, and D are the classifications of this disease.

The hepatitis A virus may cause symptoms of fatigue, jaundiced skin, and mild fever.

This is generally the mildest form and requires no prescribed medications.

The general course of treatment is bed rest and the use of a fever reducer or pain reliever.

Some individuals with hepatitis B may not show obvious symptoms and may not feel ill

in the chronic stages of this disease.

Over time, deterioration of the liver and its functioning may result.

The disease is contagious even with no apparent symptoms.

The same course of treatment as prescribed with hepatitis A is typically recommended.

The hepatitis C virus generally produces no symptoms in many patients, although over the

course of time, damage to the liver will manifest.

A disease known as cirrhosis, which causes scarring of liver and decay, may develop.

For those patients who have pronounced symptoms, sharp pain in the abdomen may be present,

as well as nausea and vomiting.

Hepatitis D is also known as delta agent.

This type of disease manifests in patients who have contracted the hepatitis B virus.

Abdominal pain and gastrointestinal symptoms may be present with this disease.

A liver biopsy my tell if a patient with hepatitis B has the delta agent present as well.

Alcoholic liver disease generally manifests in patients who have been heavy drinkers for

several years.

With this condition, a patient may develop cirrhosis of the liver.

The liver may become irreversibly damaged if alcohol consumption is continued after

a diagnosis has been made.

In some cases, the damage may be so severe the only recourse would be for the patient

to undergo a liver transplant.

Some types of liver disease may impair the organ's ability to function.

Cirrhosis, whether due to excessive alcoholic consumption or other factors, may impair the

liver's capacity to function properly over time.

The liver may not be able to filter toxins from the blood, and as a result, frequent

infections may occur.

Liver cancer that has originated in the liver is medically known as Hepatocellular carcinoma.

There are various forms of cancer that originate in other areas of the body that metastasize

or spread to the liver, however.

In such cases, this can often be life threatening.

Any form of liver cancer can potentially be fatal within a

relatively short span of time.

Acts 4 使徒行傳 4 (中英字幕) - Duration: 10:01.

went with his officers and brought the Apostles. They did not use force, because they

feared that the people would stone them. Having brought the Apostles they made

them appear before the Sanhedrin to be questioned by the high priest. We gave

you strict orders not to teach in this name, he said, yet you have filled

Jerusalem with your teaching and are determined to make us guilty of this

man's blood. Peter and the other apostles replied: We must obey God rather than men!

The God of Our Fathers raised Jesus from the dead - whom you had killed by hanging

him on a tree. God exalted him to his own right hand as Prince and Saviour that he

might give repentance and forgiveness of sins to Israel. We are witnesses of these

things, and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey him.

When they heard this, they were furious and wanted to put them to death. But a

Pharisee named Gamaliel, a teacher of the law, who was honored by all the people,

stood up in the Sanhedrin and ordered that the men be put outside for a little

while.

Then he addressed them: Men of Israel, consider carefully what you intend to do

to these men.

Some time ago Theudas appeared, claiming to be somebody and about 400 men rallied

to him. He was killed, all his followers were dispersed, and it all came to

nothing. After him, Judas the Galilean appeared in the days of the census and

led a band of people in revolt. He too was killed. and all his followers

were scattered. Therefore, in the present case I advise: you leave these men alone!

Let them go! For if their purpose or activity is of human origin, it will fail.

But if it is from God, you will not be able to stop these men; you will only

find yourselves fighting against God. His speech persuaded them. They called the

Apostles in and had them flogged. Then they ordered them not to speak in the

name of Jesus, and let them go. The Apostles left the Sanhedrin, rejoicing

because they had been counted worthy of suffering disgrace for the name.

Day after day, in the temple courts and from house to house, they never stopped

teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Christ. In those days

when the number of disciples was increasing, the Grecians youth among them

complained against the Hebraic Jews because their widows were being

overlooked in the daily distribution of food. So the Twelve gathered all the

disciples together and said: It would not be right for us to neglect the ministry

of the word of God in order to wait on tables. Brothers, choose seven men from

among you who are known to be full of the Spirit and wisdom. We will turn this

responsibility over to them. And we'll give our attention to prayer and the

ministry of the word. This proposal pleased the whole group. They chose

Stephen, a man full of faith and of the Holy Spirit; also philip, Procorus, Nicator

Timon, Parmenas and Nicholas from Antioch, a convert to Judaism. They

presented these men to the apostles, who prayed and laid their hands on them. So

the Word of God spread. The number of disciples in Jerusalem increased rapidly,

and a large number of priests became obedient to the faith. Now Stephen, a man

full of God's grace and power, did great wonders and miraculous signs among the

people.

Opposition arose, however, from members of the Synagogue of the freedmen (as it was

called) - Jews of Cyrene and Alexandria as well as the provinces of Cilicia and

Asia - these men began to argue with Stephen.

But they could not stand up against his wisdom or the Spirit by whom he spoke.

Then they secretly persuaded some men to say: We have heard Stephens speak words

of blasphemy against Moses and against God.

So they stirred up the people and the elders and the teachers of the law. They

seized Stephen and brought him before the Sanhedrin. They produced false

witnesses, who testified: This fellow never stopped speaking against this holy

place and against the law. For we have heard

him say that this Jesus of Nazareth will destroy this place and change the

customs Moses handed down to us. All who were sitting in the Sanhedrin looked

intently at Stephen, and they saw that his face was like the face of an angel.

Then the high priest asked him: Are these charges true? To this he replied: Brothers

and fathers, listen to me, The God of glory appeared to our father Abraham

while he was still in Mesopotamia, before he lived in Harran. Leave your country and

your people. God said, and go to the land I will show you. So he left the land of

the Chaldeans and settled in Harran. After the death of his father, God sent him to

this land where you are now living. He gave him no inheritance here, not even a

foot of ground. But God promised him he and his descendants after him would

possess the land ,even though at that time Abraham had no child.

God spoke to him in this way: Your descendants will be strangers in a

country not their own, and they will be enslaved and mistreated for hundred

years. But I will punish the nation they serve as slaves, God said, and afterward

they will come out of that country and worship me in this place. Then he gave

Abraham the Covenant of circumcision. And Abraham became the father of Isaac and

circumcised him eight days after his birth. Later Isaac became the father of

Jacob, and Jacob became the father of the twelve patriarchs. Because the patriarchs

were jealous of Joseph, they sold him as a slave into Egypt. But God was with him

and rescued him from all his troubles. He gave Joseph wisdom and enabled him to

gain the good will of Pharaoh king of Egypt. So he made him ruler over Egypt

and all his palace. Then a famine struck all Egypt and Canaan, bringing great

suffering, and our fathers could not find food. When Jacob heard that there was

grain in Egypt, he sent our fathers on their first visit. On their second visit,

Joseph told his brothers who he was, and Pharaoh learned about Joseph's family.

After this, Joseph sent for his father Jacob and his whole family, seventy-five in all.

Then Jacob went down to Egypt, where he and our fathers died. Their bodies were

brought back to Shechem and placed in the tomb that Abraham had bought from the

sons of Hamor at Shechem for a certain sum of money. As the time drew near for

God to fulfill his promise to Abraham, the number of our people in Egypt greatly

increased. Then another king, who knew nothing about Joseph, became ruler of

Egypt. he dealt treacherously with our people and oppressed our forefathers by

forcing them to throw out their newborn babies so that they would die. At that

time Moses was born, and he was no ordinary child. For three months he was

cared for in his father's house. When he was placed outside, Pharaoh's daughter

took him and brought him up his her own son. Moses was educated in all the wisdom

of the Egyptians and most powerful in speech and action.

when Moses was forty years old, he decided to

BREAKING NEWS !! LIVERPOOL CONSIDER £40M MOVE FOR JACK BUTLAND - Duration: 2:18.

Liverpool were considering submitting a pounds 40 million offer for Stoke city's

Jack Butland according to The Daily Express the newspaper claimed that the

offer from the Merseyside Giants is on the cards but Stoke have told them to

forget about Buckland as a deal won't happen The Daily Express report that new

Stoke City boss Paul Lambert is adamant that the goalkeeper won't leave the club

in January there is absolutely no way he is going in January absolutely no chance

said Lambert as long as I'm here I'll do everything I can to keep him the 24 year

old goalkeeper has featured 21 times for Stoke this season conceding 45 goals and

keeping two clean sheets but land is aiming to be England's number one at the

World Cup in the summer but currently only has six caps for his nation good

move for Liverpool yes the red goalkeeper problems are well documented

and it's only a matter time before a new goalkeeper is signed but land is one of

the best options available to Liverpool with pounds 40 million a reasonable

amount to spend on the goalkeeper as the goalkeeper is only going to get better

over the next three seasons as he gains more and more experience likely to

happen while a January deal is clearly off the Reds could try again in the

summer but his price could be higher than expected if he performs well at the

World Cup this could be an issue to any deal in the summer as pounds forty

million is more than a generous offer Butland has been tipped as a potential

Liverpool signing consistently and it's easy to imagine him arriving at Anfield

in the future

The light was now hitting way too much of the scene so I had to mess around and try and find out why.

in the end i faked the shape of the window using the width and height

finishing touch: messed around with the scroll light

god why are the lanterns so damn bright. im gonna have to fix that. in the materials themselves. valve. why

comment and showed me a picture about do you think I'm getting too involved in it

with this layout here so I'm gonna talk a little bit about that also if you

would like to see more videos like this go ahead and hit that subscribe button

and go to my channel click right below the video where it says Tom's transit

things click on that and that'll take you to my channel page and click on

playlists and that will show you all the playlists that I have I have them

grouped into different categories by topic so it's easy to find so if you're

looking for something on soldering you can find it if you're looking for

electrical project you could find it if you're looking for DCC you'll find it I

have over 40 playlists on there where the videos are grouped into categories

so you could find them easily so take a look at it two wires that's all it takes

for a DC layout a simple DC layout one circle and a transformer something like

this it could even be a dual transformer if you want to get a little bit more

complicated into it but that's all it takes even if you have some turnouts in

there with some sidings it still only takes two wires and I'll show you how to

do that and then I'll show you from those graphics on there

there was a double loop and then there was a reversing loop in there I'll show

you how to wire those also now depending on the transformer you're using you're

gonna have two terminals on the back now on this one in here on this one here it

says track D see this is an old model power one this is a very old one and on

this one this is even a very old one but it's a tech two and they still make

similar models to this there are several terminals on the back of here but on

this one you would want the variable DC because that's the one that goes on the

throttle and from there you'll be hooking up your wires to a terminal

track or if you know how to solder you could actually solder it on to a track

we're not gonna get into soldering in this video because I have a lot of

videos on soldering already that you could check out in my playlists let's

take a look at some of those graphics that I showed you and I'll show you how

to wire those we're gonna start off with the Atlas database because it's the

simplest one to to see right here even though on your power pack it doesn't

show a plus or minus we're going to show it here and we're going to use plus on

the outside rail and minus on the inside so as we go along the track it's always

going to be a plus on the outside and a minus on the inside even when we go on

the sidings now this is the most basic track plan that you could get other than

a plain oval but this gives you an idea that no matter where you are on here

your plus and minus is always going to be the same going around and even on

this hidings where you attach your to wires

it's totally up to you you don't have to do it where I have the plus and minus on

this drawing you would do it on your terminal track or if you would like you

could solder it on your tracks if you're a little bit more experienced with

soldering now this next one is a little bit more complicated it's also from the

Atlas database it's got two circles and several turnouts on there now this user

said that he bought an expansion pack of twelve turnouts and he wanted to use

this diagram here and he gave me this as an example so I'm gonna show you a

little bit about how to wire this and hopefully he has a to cab throttle where

he can separate the outer and the inner tracks on here so let's take a look at

this one here for the sake of clarity I'm only going to show the plus or minus

on the outer loop in one place but on the inner loop I'm gonna show it in

several different places so you could see the difference in relation to the

sidings when using two different sources on here you're gonna want a double gap

between the outer and the inner loop and I'll show it to you here between the

sets of turnouts at the top and the bottom of the display I'll show you the

different methods that you could use to gap your tracks at the end of this

graphics now that you have the two loops isolated you could start putting your

leads on the inner loop even though the two sidings on here appear to be from

two different directions as you can see going around the circle the positive is

on the outside in relation to the tracks on the inner loop you can also gap these

two sidings if you would like to turn off track power at any time to them you

could use insulated rail joiners a dremel motor tool with a cut-off wheel

or a block and back saw and do it manual I'll discuss these methods in another

video now this last one that I have is from another user and this is a little

bit more complicated even though it has less tracks on it it has a reversing

loop in there so it reverses your train as it comes around we have to take into

consideration that we have to change the direction somewhere in here and we have

to do that along the diagonal section we have to double Gap each side of it and

use a double pole double throw switch in there so we can reverse the direction of

it so when we're coming in from one side either side and going out the other side

we don't short it out so let's take a look at how we can wire this one here if

it wasn't for the diagonal section that goes through the freight depot this

would be a very simple track plan just a simple oval with another track going

through the station looking at the station siding the main oval and the

train repair yard and all the wiring is pretty simple but then we get to the

freight depo where we will have to put a few gaps in the rail on the lower and

the upper end of the freight depot track we're going to have to double gap each

end so we can isolate that track we could supply power to this section with

a double pole double throw switch connected to our transformer I have a

video on the double pole double throw switch where you could use it to reverse

the polarity on your DC layout you can access this video and some of my other

videos from the info card at the top right corner of your screen in model

railroading for beginners episode 10 mark from M&M rails did a good job of

explaining how to wire your DC layout separating his layout into four blocks

using all atlas components you can use any electrical components such as

switches and connectors at your favorite elect

seanix store or at any hardware store for more information on wiring go ahead

and check out model railroading for beginners episode 10 to see how mark did

his layout with the Atlas components practice two rails so one of my uncle's

the one screw an email goes to a screw and while you're at it go ahead and

check out Marc's youtube channel at M&M Rails for other good videos that he has

put out DC wiring is pretty simple unless you want to make it complicated

now you could make it as complicated as you want but since this is for the

beginners I just showed you some of the simple parts on there there's an endless

amount of possibilities that you could do with these track plans but I'm just

keeping it simple for you and don't forget to look out for the next videos I

got them coming out on Monday Wednesday and Saturdays if you have any questions

about model railroading don't forget to leave it in the comments down below I

like to read your comments and I'll answer every one of them if you got a

question that I can't answer I'll lead you in the right direction so you could

find a solution to your question so we'll see

Liverpool Lead Chase for Charlton Athletic Ezri Konsa Ahead of PL Rivals ● News Now transfer ● #LFC - Duration: 1:55.

Liverpool are reported to be in pole position ahead of a number of other Premier League

clubs in the race for Charlton Athletic defender Ezri Konsa

The 20-year-old has been a familiar figure in a Charlton side looking to seal promotion

back to the Championship.

Konsa broke into the first-team last season and has attracted a number of suitors looking

to take him away to a higher level.

The versatile centre-back has made seventeen League One starts for the Addicks this campaign,

missing just three games.

Kent Live claim Liverpool are ahead of the curve in the race to acquire Konsa's signature,

with a number of Premier League clubs holding interest.

Juergen Klopp's side have been linked recently with another defender in Emerson of AS Roma.

One of those is Everton who were understood to once be favourites themselves, but have

been overtaken by their Merseyside rivals.

The Reds are no stranger to Charlton defenders, having previously signed Gomez for around

£3.5m and the Catford-born star is currently excelling at Anfield, playing mostly as a

right-back.

Unpopular owner Roland Duchatelet is said to be eager to cash-in on Konsa as the club

are facing serious financial problems, which could speed up the player's exit.

Manager Karl Robinson has publicly voiced his discontent at the handling of Charlton

and believes he needs a permanent transfer, rather than another loan signing.
