These GoPro videos capture some of the worst moments of people's lives, so please be

respectful in the comments section as we analyze these videos together.

After all, you are only one bad day away from any of these situations happening to you.

It's unknown if the individual wearing the GoPro in this video is hunting or involved

with some sort of wildlife conservation program.

The clip starts off with the man untying a moose and removing a mask from it's face.

He watches as the moose gets up while telling it to move along, instead the moose gets ready

to charge the man wearing the GoPro.

The moose then proceeds to stomp him while on the ground.

Eventually, the animal lets him go and the man stands back up, the moose still looks

ready to charge at any moment.

The man proceeds to start throwing objects to get the moose to run away, which eventually

works.

This man looks shaken up but appears to be alright, which is lucky considering how a

moose can easily take someone's life.

He's also fortunate that this moose did not have antlers, which are known to cause

massive damage to a human if they can even survive the blow in the first place.

My biggest question is why was this moose tied up to begin with?

The man was clearly trying to release the animal, and I hope he wasn't seriously hurt

as a result from the incident.

A YouTuber named rockmoonz90 is doing some hiking in the Ruta Aguajes trails in Mexico.

This video soons turns into a warning for all hikers that you never know what could

happen in the wilderness.

A truck soons pulls up in front of him and a masked man exits holding a powerful weapon.

It's unknown if this person was alone, but someone must have seen this hiker was holding

expensive gear, like a tripod and video camera.

Rockmoonz90 is lucky enough that this man doesn't notice the GoPro attached to his

clothes, so he has proof that this actually happened.

The robber nonchalantly drives off, rockmoonz90 is very lucky this person did not take his

life, as there would clearly be no witnesses.

He reported the incident to authorities and they told him this is not the first time something

like this has happened in the area.

Some people in the comments claimed this video is staged, but their actions and reactions

seem very genuine to me.

What do you think about this video?

A YouTuber named BEN S is low on gas so he pulls into a nearby station.

He always wears a GoPro helmet when riding, and as he is fumbling with the card reader

at the pump, it records something that he will have a tough time explaining later.

A shadow passes by close enough to make BEN react.

He turns around only to find nothing.

What's really strange to me is how, if you pay close attention, you'll see the shadow

disappear before it even makes it all the way across the pump.

It's going from right to left normally and then suddenly vanishes somewhere in the middle.

I know that shadows can sometimes play tricks on you, so I'm not going to say that this

is 100% paranormal.

If you have a scientific explanation as to how this could have happened, please share.

Until then, I am inclined to take BEN's word that this was a phantom figure.

A YouTuber called Survivor Life tracks a gigantic snake across his local soccer field.

I'm guessing that he must have been using a selfie stick to get this up close, but then

again, it wouldn't surprise me if his hands and fingers were only inches away when this

happened.

Eventually Survival Life backs off and leaves the snake alone, but I'm curious as to what

kind of snake this was.

I can tell by the tropical tree line that this video was taken somewhere near a jungle,

in which case this snake could definitely be poisonous.

Some of Survival Life's fans are saying that this was a cobra and I just wanted to

confirm what type of cobra this was.

That way, we would know if Survival Life was risking a hospital trip or even his life here.

YouTuber, Alexander Rusinov, climbs a crane with a GoPro and his friend.

This alone is enough to give people anxiety, me included.

What he does next is something I've never seen before.

With no safety equipment whatsoever, Alexander hangs off the crane, only being held up by

his two arms.

He's so confident he won't fall that he even attempt some pull ups.

While I certainly don't suggest anyone attempt something like this, this YouTubers courage

is certainly both amazing and scary.

A YouTuber named SEStyles is camping in the woods of Hinton, Canada when he hears the

last thing that anyone wants to hear just outside of their tent.

A lone wolf's howl pierces through their conversation and renders both SEStyles and

his friend silent.

As night sets in, they soon realize they are vastly outnumbered.

If anyone watching this happens to be an animal wildlife expert, I'd like to know if these

wolves were howling because they were aware of the human presence nearby, or if it was

for some other reason.

Perhaps this was a warning to SEStyles not to come any closer, although I'm sure he

and his friend did not need any extra convincing.

Jeff Westley is a paramedic whose YouTube channel gives us a glimpse into the frantic

lives of emergency medical service technicians everywhere.

Today he must drive an ambulance full speed into the heavy rains, making his job even

more difficult than usual.

The roads are slick and driver visibility is very low.

Every intersection is a serious gamble.

Sometimes the roadways grow narrow and give cars a little difficulty pulling over.

At one point some local wildlife even veer into the ambulance's path at the last minute.

Despite all of this, Jeff Westley gets the scene quickly and is able to provide help.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Jeff Westley and all of the other EMS workers like

him for their courage and service, as this video clearly demonstrates.

Bob Osborne flies down a bumpy mountainous road in Bolivia with little concern for his

health or safety.

The seven-minute downhill race is filled with large rocks like this one.

He navigates the obstacle just in time.

Look how slow this van is driving – that's the appropriate speed for such a treacherous

road, yet it's quickly passed.

Keep in mind this vehicle could easily kick a rock straight into their dirt bike at any

time and send them careening to their doom.

They eventually make it to the bottom of the mountain still in one piece.

I just hope that Bob Osborne performs regular maintenance on his bike because this looks

like the type of road that could snap a tire clean off at any time.

A YouTuber named This is Dan Bell has made a name for himself by exploring some of the

creepiest abandoned places on earth.

This time he is seeing what he can find at an abandoned house outside of Baltimore City,

the former home of the notorious Steven Craig Johnson to be exact.

In 1983, Steven Craig Johnson brutally ended the life of his child in a fit of delusional

rage.

The case grew famous all up and down the entire East Coast and it doesn't look like anyone

has lived in the house ever since.

As Dan Bell travels deeper inside, you can feel the sadness and despair clinging to every

room.

Amidst the discarded debris and wreckage Dan Bell finds a weird handwritten letter in the

closet with illustrations of a woman on the front and back.

There's a brief paragraph talking about how evil the house is and what can be done

to stop it.

Some of the handwriting is kind of hard to read, so if anyone wants to type this letter

out, I would appreciate it.

Two things seem kind of sketchy about this letter to me though.

First of all, the ink does not look faded enough to be something from the eighties,

and the paper does not seem very aged either.

I don't think it was penned by anyone in the Johnson family, so maybe someone else

snuck inside and placed it here in recent years.

Dan Bell is understandably nervous at this point, but he has come this far and there

is still an entire second floor left to explore, so he cautiously heads up the steps.

He eventually finds himself in a stale attic covered with scattered documents and heaps

of trash.

He's just about to leave when he makes eye contact with something that has been watching

him all along.

A vulture, the devourer of fallen animals, silently regards him from the floor.

Its gaze is calm and expectant, almost prideful in a way.

If this really is a wild animal and not staged, then it is almost certainly a bad omen for

sure.

It's a beautiful moment in an otherwise terrifying situation.

Just hours before, Jacob was happily diving with tour guides in Australia.

Somehow he got separated from the rest of his group and, upon surfacing, he found the

boat was long gone.

Now he is solemnly contemplating his fate while treading shark infested-waters.

He remains remarkably calm the entire time, but it could just be mild shock.

A rescue plane flies past, missing him by miles.

There's nothing he can do except keep waiting.

It's a full six hours before the plane finally spots him just as the sun is closing over

let's get into this so if you didn't know Avengers infinity

war actually takes place in less than two days the entire movie can't be more

than two days the director says from the moment we see phallus on the ship to the

snap almost no time passes at all this explains the speed of the film so much

more as the Russo brothers explain why each scene has to pull double duty by

answering at least two questions so guys you know by the video that this video is

a Loki based so let's say that the master of mischief Loki actually died

during infinity war I know this is crazy because there is so many potholes in at

this scene so the scene way supposedly died he was terrified before the tazza

rack was handed over then after holt and Loki had a fight

he's like we have the Hulk then he comes back and he's absolutely chilled a

completely different person so let's just say if all these plot

holes were there if the Russo brothers made it look so obvious that he didn't

die I'd love to speak to the Russo brothers to ask him why there's so many

plot holes in this whole scene but let's just say that it actually is crazy and

Loki really dies and as hard people understand because it wasn't like when

Heimdall died there like wasn't really much to kind of question when Loki died

there's at least 10 things to question so let's just say he actually does die

Loki always had the master plan he will be vital to defeat in phallus in

Avengers 4 and destroy in a natural timeline in ways so Tony would time

travel back to different places to get the Infinity stones with ant-man of via

at the time Ford we know it's already from set photos we seen back in New York

we see the scene where Loki's chained up so Tony we explained to Loki what

happened in future but him dying about phallus finger snapping and raising half

the universe then Loki will laugh at him like really laughs and act like you know

what's going on and Tony's gonna be like what why is this funny he's like I knew

this has happened I had this plan I always had this plan now this is where

Loki explains to Tony but this was always the plan he always knew this was

gonna happen and he's gonna explain sir there's a seven stone called the ego

stone now Tony's gonna be confused because guy like there's seven stones

and he's like so why Sunnis only got six because the seventh stone is hidden so

there's a stone in there's a stone called the ego stone or the ego gem it's

the seventh Infinity stone it's hidden in an unknown realm in Marvel Comics

universe called the ultraverse when the ego stone comes in contact with the

other Infinity stone a character called nemesis will be reborn it's true power

is unknown I mean it's really unknown so during a comic storyline with Loki

Avengers stroke ultra force Loki eventually gained possession of the six

gems which attracted the Grandmaster who wished to re obtain the possession of

the mine stone he had lost it to fun us together they made away and pitted the

Avengers against ultra force one another if the Grandmaster won he would get the

gem if he lost Loki would get the gym but Loki got it essentially then got the

ego gem so what I'm saying is it's coming so there's a massive twist here

so the stone could be in another realm the ego stone could be in the soul stone

potentially now this is where ant-man comes into it now we know that Captain

Marvel is going to the Captain Marvel movie is going to explore the quantum

realm and we're gonna find out a lot more in about the quantum realm in her

movie so although Loki would tell Tony about it good the ego stone actually be

the source of Captain Marvel's power because her power is unheard of her

power she can move planets she's got energy rejection so maybe this could be

a way that Marvel Cinematic Universe could introduce a new stone and new

power levels because no Avenger thus far yes I know

Thor can take the full power of a dying star and he's the god of thunder yet a

little electric shock to his body kind of knocks him out which is kind of weird

never get I he's like the god of thunder but a little electric shock takes him

down another plot hole so maybe the ego stone could be the

cause of everything and it'd be interesting because Loki has a

connection to it during a comet so maybe this was like he's canola oil um cuz

Loki always had a plan there was a reason why he gave up the Towser ah he

gave it up for a reason he had a plan now he went at Stannis with the butter

knife I mean he was sad and wrong that Loki didn't die well if Loki died he

died for a reason he knew this would happen and Doctor

Strange might be a much better magician than him come on guys that's that that

is apparent okay as good as Loki is projecting himself Doctor Strange is

better but hang on a minute Doctor Strange and Loki obviously he

took Loki in Thor Ragnarok and then we didn't see him again until the end and

I've been falling for 30 minutes you know that saying so they obviously had a

conversation so they know each other so Loki's plan was always to die if he died

for this specific reason but I still think they are going to bring back

because there are rumors going around that Marvel will bring back one of the

characters that permanently died now it's interesting because the actor that

plays Heimdall has now come out and literally said he doesn't know if he's

dead we're straight after Avengers infinity

war he said goodbye to the Marvel family so could this character be Loki who

they're bringing back because they brought in much joy in dark world could

it be Heimdall we already know that visions not vision is coming back

already we're gonna have like this silver yet whitish vision so it's

pointless talking about that so guys do you think they will introduce the ego

stone do you think the ego stone is stuck in wherever the the people that

were raised for universal right and do you think the ego stone could power

Captain Marvel first she's gotta get power from somewhere because she's not a

god she's not a goddess she's technically I guess an alien I guess you

could say well not really an alien or is she a scroll I don't know I'm just going

crazy with theories at the moment I don't know not really but guys let me

know I mean obviously this is a Loki base video and please don't say clique

but I mean you guys don't understand the word a clique but it really does get

annoying guys putting the word revealed in the title is

not clickbait revealed question mark come on my tires are questioned

and it doesn't seem to be many people here.

between Cape Cod and Mexico we did not have time to use it,

Once all the oils are on, I put the hot towel.

The heat opens up your pores and the water pushes the oils into the skin further.

So this is myrrh, and myrrh has antifungal properties.

That one smells so good to me.

Next one is turmeric. It promotes circulation.

This is eucalyptus.

Patchouli oil.

Then your last oil today is going to be frankincense.

Frankincense supports immune function — anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial properties.

Obama's Justice Department was a huge fundraiser for liberal groups, but Sessions says, "no

more free money."

Radical organizations such as ACORN and The Urban League received large donations because

the Justice Department would force companies to donate as part of settlement agreements.

But that policy of forcing companies to fund leftist causes is ending now.

U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions says, "No more money for private groups" as

part of federal settlements.

Obama's Justice Department forced companies to give leftist groups hundreds of millions

of dollars…but no more.

Obama's Justice Department forced companies to meet some of their settlement obligations

by directing "donations" to various non-governmental advocacy organizations that serve Democratic

constituencies and objectives.

These organizations were neither parties to the case, nor victims of the company's behaviors.

These "donations" are from money rightfully owed to the taxpayers, and should have gone

to the Treasury and spent at the direction of Congress.

The Washington Post reports:

Attorney General Jeff Sessions is reversing an Obama administration practice that encouraged

and sometimes required banks and other companies to donate large amounts of money to outside

groups as part of settlement agreements with the federal government.

In the Obama administration, the Justice Department negotiated settlements, especially with large

banks in connection with the residential mortgage-backed securities crisis, that required the settling

parties to pay funds to third-party community organizations, such as the National Council

of La Raza, Habitat for Humanity and the National Urban League.

"These third-party organizations were neither victims nor parties to the lawsuits," Sessions

said in a memo sent Wednesday to senior Justice Department officials and U.S. attorneys'

offices.

Sessions said that, effective immediately, settlement payments to non-governmental third

parties, such as advocacy or housing groups, are prohibited.

"When the federal government settles a case against a corporate wrongdoer, any settlement

funds should go first to the victims and then to the American people — not to bankroll

third-party special interest groups or the political friends of whoever is in power,"

Sessions said in a statement.

"Unfortunately, in recent years, the Department of Justice has sometimes required or encouraged

defendants to make these payments to third parties as a condition of settlement," Sessions

said.

"With this directive, we are ending this practice and ensuring that settlement funds

are only used to compensate victims, redress harm and punish and deter unlawful conduct."

The Obama administration's third-party settlement practice had been criticized by Republican

commentators and lawmakers, who have referred to it as a "slush fund."

In January, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) introduced legislation

to prohibit the Justice Department and other federal agencies from requiring defendants

to donate money to third-party groups as part of a settlement.

Under Sessions' policy, settlement funds will go to the U.S. Treasury.

An exception to the policy are payments that directly remedy the harm addressed in the

settlement, including harm to the environment or from official corruption, according to

the memo.

The policy also does not apply to payments for legal or other professional services in

connection with the case and to payments that provide restitution to a victim.

It's about time that they stopped using our tax dollars and the extortion of litigation

(legitimate complaints or not) to fund some politician's pet project.

Investor's Business Daily reports just how bad the problems were during the Obama years:

Extortion: Radical Democrat activist groups stand to collect millions from Attorney General

Eric Holder's record $17 billion deal to settle alleged mortgage abuse charges against

Bank of America.

Buried in the fine print of the deal, which includes $7 billion in soft-dollar consumer

relief, are a raft of political payoffs to Obama constituency groups.

In effect, the government has ordered the nation's largest bank to create a massive

slush fund for Democrat special interests.

Besides requiring billions in debt forgiveness payments to delinquent borrowers in Cleveland,

Atlanta, Philadelphia, Oakland, Detroit, Chicago and other Democrat strongholds, the deal also

requires BofA to make billions in new loans, while also building affordable low-income

rental housing in those areas.

He's written back-door funding for Democrat groups into other major bank deals he's

brokered, including the $13 billion JPMorgan Chase settlement and the $7 billion Citibank

deal.

Liberal groups stand to reap millions more from those deals.

All told, Holder has shaken down the nation's largest banks for a whopping $128 billion,

more than a 10th of a trillion dollars, and counting.

Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo are reportedly in talks with Justice to settle additional

mortgage cases.

In effect, lenders are bankrolling the same parasites that bled them for the risky loans

that caused the mortgage crisis.

With new cash, they can ramp back up their shakedown campaign, repeating the cycle of

dangerous political lending that wrecked the economy.

These settlements have little, if anything, to do with "justice" or restitution for

innocent victims.

In its 30-page "statement of facts," Justice couldn't provide a single shred of evidence

of fraud against BofA.

Nor could it identify a single "victim" by name.

The attorney general is actually perverting justice by extorting billions of dollars from

the largest banks in the country and giving it away to the president's political friends

and favorite political causes.

These GoPro videos capture some of the worst moments of people's lives, so please be

It's unknown if the individual wearing the GoPro in this video is hunting or involved

with some sort of wildlife conservation program.

The clip starts off with the man untying a moose and removing a mask from it's face.

He watches as the moose gets up while telling it to move along, instead the moose gets ready

to charge the man wearing the GoPro.

The moose then proceeds to stomp him while on the ground.

Eventually, the animal lets him go and the man stands back up, the moose still looks

ready to charge at any moment.

The man proceeds to start throwing objects to get the moose to run away, which eventually

works.

This man looks shaken up but appears to be alright, which is lucky considering how a

moose can easily take someone's life.

He's also fortunate that this moose did not have antlers, which are known to cause

massive damage to a human if they can even survive the blow in the first place.

My biggest question is why was this moose tied up to begin with?

The man was clearly trying to release the animal, and I hope he wasn't seriously hurt

as a result from the incident.

A YouTuber named rockmoonz90 is doing some hiking in the Ruta Aguajes trails in Mexico.

This video soons turns into a warning for all hikers that you never know what could

happen in the wilderness.

A truck soons pulls up in front of him and a masked man exits holding a powerful weapon.

It's unknown if this person was alone, but someone must have seen this hiker was holding

expensive gear, like a tripod and video camera.

Rockmoonz90 is lucky enough that this man doesn't notice the GoPro attached to his

clothes, so he has proof that this actually happened.

The robber nonchalantly drives off, rockmoonz90 is very lucky this person did not take his

life, as there would clearly be no witnesses.

He reported the incident to authorities and they told him this is not the first time something

like this has happened in the area.

Some people in the comments claimed this video is staged, but their actions and reactions

seem very genuine to me.

What do you think about this video?

A YouTuber named BEN S is low on gas so he pulls into a nearby station.

He always wears a GoPro helmet when riding, and as he is fumbling with the card reader

at the pump, it records something that he will have a tough time explaining later.

A shadow passes by close enough to make BEN react.

He turns around only to find nothing.

What's really strange to me is how, if you pay close attention, you'll see the shadow

disappear before it even makes it all the way across the pump.

It's going from right to left normally and then suddenly vanishes somewhere in the middle.

I know that shadows can sometimes play tricks on you, so I'm not going to say that this

is 100% paranormal.

If you have a scientific explanation as to how this could have happened, please share.

Until then, I am inclined to take BEN's word that this was a phantom figure.

A YouTuber called Survivor Life tracks a gigantic snake across his local soccer field.

I'm guessing that he must have been using a selfie stick to get this up close, but then

again, it wouldn't surprise me if his hands and fingers were only inches away when this

happened.

Eventually Survival Life backs off and leaves the snake alone, but I'm curious as to what

kind of snake this was.

I can tell by the tropical tree line that this video was taken somewhere near a jungle,

in which case this snake could definitely be poisonous.

Some of Survival Life's fans are saying that this was a cobra and I just wanted to

confirm what type of cobra this was.

That way, we would know if Survival Life was risking a hospital trip or even his life here.

YouTuber, Alexander Rusinov, climbs a crane with a GoPro and his friend.

This alone is enough to give people anxiety, me included.

What he does next is something I've never seen before.

With no safety equipment whatsoever, Alexander hangs off the crane, only being held up by

his two arms.

He's so confident he won't fall that he even attempt some pull ups.

While I certainly don't suggest anyone attempt something like this, this YouTubers courage

is certainly both amazing and scary.

A YouTuber named SEStyles is camping in the woods of Hinton, Canada when he hears the

last thing that anyone wants to hear just outside of their tent.

A lone wolf's howl pierces through their conversation and renders both SEStyles and

his friend silent.

As night sets in, they soon realize they are vastly outnumbered.

If anyone watching this happens to be an animal wildlife expert, I'd like to know if these

wolves were howling because they were aware of the human presence nearby, or if it was

for some other reason.

Perhaps this was a warning to SEStyles not to come any closer, although I'm sure he

and his friend did not need any extra convincing.

Jeff Westley is a paramedic whose YouTube channel gives us a glimpse into the frantic

lives of emergency medical service technicians everywhere.

Today he must drive an ambulance full speed into the heavy rains, making his job even

more difficult than usual.

The roads are slick and driver visibility is very low.

Every intersection is a serious gamble.

Sometimes the roadways grow narrow and give cars a little difficulty pulling over.

At one point some local wildlife even veer into the ambulance's path at the last minute.

Despite all of this, Jeff Westley gets the scene quickly and is able to provide help.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Jeff Westley and all of the other EMS workers like

him for their courage and service, as this video clearly demonstrates.

Bob Osborne flies down a bumpy mountainous road in Bolivia with little concern for his

health or safety.

The seven-minute downhill race is filled with large rocks like this one.

He navigates the obstacle just in time.

Look how slow this van is driving – that's the appropriate speed for such a treacherous

road, yet it's quickly passed.

Keep in mind this vehicle could easily kick a rock straight into their dirt bike at any

time and send them careening to their doom.

They eventually make it to the bottom of the mountain still in one piece.

I just hope that Bob Osborne performs regular maintenance on his bike because this looks

like the type of road that could snap a tire clean off at any time.

A YouTuber named This is Dan Bell has made a name for himself by exploring some of the

creepiest abandoned places on earth.

This time he is seeing what he can find at an abandoned house outside of Baltimore City,

the former home of the notorious Steven Craig Johnson to be exact.

In 1983, Steven Craig Johnson brutally ended the life of his child in a fit of delusional

rage.

The case grew famous all up and down the entire East Coast and it doesn't look like anyone

has lived in the house ever since.

As Dan Bell travels deeper inside, you can feel the sadness and despair clinging to every

room.

Amidst the discarded debris and wreckage Dan Bell finds a weird handwritten letter in the

closet with illustrations of a woman on the front and back.

There's a brief paragraph talking about how evil the house is and what can be done

to stop it.

Some of the handwriting is kind of hard to read, so if anyone wants to type this letter

out, I would appreciate it.

Two things seem kind of sketchy about this letter to me though.

First of all, the ink does not look faded enough to be something from the eighties,

and the paper does not seem very aged either.

I don't think it was penned by anyone in the Johnson family, so maybe someone else

snuck inside and placed it here in recent years.

Dan Bell is understandably nervous at this point, but he has come this far and there

is still an entire second floor left to explore, so he cautiously heads up the steps.

He eventually finds himself in a stale attic covered with scattered documents and heaps

of trash.

He's just about to leave when he makes eye contact with something that has been watching

him all along.

A vulture, the devourer of fallen animals, silently regards him from the floor.

Its gaze is calm and expectant, almost prideful in a way.

If this really is a wild animal and not staged, then it is almost certainly a bad omen for

sure.

It's a beautiful moment in an otherwise terrifying situation.

Just hours before, Jacob was happily diving with tour guides in Australia.

Somehow he got separated from the rest of his group and, upon surfacing, he found the

boat was long gone.

Now he is solemnly contemplating his fate while treading shark infested-waters.

He remains remarkably calm the entire time, but it could just be mild shock.

A rescue plane flies past, missing him by miles.

There's nothing he can do except keep waiting.

It's a full six hours before the plane finally spots him just as the sun is closing over

the horizon.

A few minutes later and there almost undoubtedly would not have been enough light for him to

have been seen.

Voor het eerst in vijf jaar maakt de huurmarkt van vakantiewoningen in Spanje een dalende beweging, en dat met zo'n 3 procent

De gevolgen voor de verhuurders zijn nu al voelbaar, ook Belgen krijgen hun appartement of huis steeds moeilijker verhuurd

Het ziet er bovendien naar uit dat het de komende jaren nog moeilijker zal worden, zeker nu bepaalde regio's beginnen experimenteren met een 'verhuurstop'

Terwijl Spanje elk jaar een recordaantal buitenlandse toeristen over de vloer krijgt - in 2017 waren het er bijna 82 miljoen - maakt de huurmarkt van vakantiewoningen en -appartementen voor het eerst in vijf jaar de omgekeerde beweging

De bezettingsgraad daalde er vorig jaar namelijk met meer dan 3 procent. Een trend die zich ook dit jaar blijkt voort te zetten: de laatst beschikbare cijfers van juni 2018 tonen alweer een daling van 3,8 procent in de bezettingsgraad ten opzichte van het jaar daarvoor

"Dat klinkt op het eerste zicht misschien raar, maar eigenlijk is het een logisch gevolg van het succes", meent Marleen De Vijt, CEO van Azull, Belgische marktleider in Spaans vastgoed

"Door de populariteit van Spanje als vakantiebestemming stijgt het aanbod aan accommodaties gewoon nòg sneller dan het aantal toeristen

" En het gaat dan niet alleen over het stijgend aantal buitenlanders - waaronder een pak Belgen - die een tweede verblijf in Spanje kopen en vervolgens hun casa verhuren wanneer ze er niet zijn

Ook de concurrentie van hotels - waar de bezettingsgraad wél steeg - wordt groter, alsook het aanbod van platformen zoals Airbnb

"Dan is het uiteraard logisch dat we van onze Belgische tweedeverblijvers te horen krijgen dat ze steeds moeilijker huurders vinden", meent De Vijt

Verhuurstop Heel wat Spaanse regio's, zoals Mallorca, zijn ondertussen gestart met een 'verhuurstop'

"Voor alle nieuwbouw in Mallorca geldt sinds 1 augustus dat kortetermijnverhuur - dat is minder dan 3 maanden - niet meer mag", klinkt het

"En in de hoofdstad, Palma De Mallorca, mag zelfs geen enkel appartement, oud of nieuw, nog verhuurd worden aan toeristen, tenzij je er een specifieke vergunning voor hebt

Die maatregelen werden genomen omdat de prijzen er door het toerisme zodanig gestegen zijn, dat de lokale bevolking het steeds moeilijker heeft om te kunnen huren

" Niet rampzalig Hoewel de Belgen hun vakantiewoning ook moeilijker verhuurd krijgen dan voordien, is dat nog niet meteen rampzalig

Het gros van de Belgen koopt z'n tweede verblijf in eerste instantie namelijk om er zélf van te genieten en om aan familieleden ter beschikking te stellen

"Al blijft het natuurlijk mooi meegenomen om hun tweede verblijf een paar weken te kunnen verhuren, wanneer het dan toch even leeg staat", stelt De Vijt

"Maar de periode dat het vooral investeerders waren die voor het geld kwamen, is al even voorbij, omdat de echte 'koopjes' bijna niet meer te vinden zijn

WATCH: Ramona Singer Says Bethenny Frankel Was 'Opportunistic' When She Reunited with Jill Zarin at - Duration: 5:12.

Although Bethenny Frankel may have attended the funeral of Jill Zarin's late husband as a sign of respect, Ramona Singer thought the Skinnygirl mogul's gesture was "opportunistic" In January, Jill announced her husband Bobby Zarin's passing in a family statement on her official website, revealing that he died surrounded by his family

When Frankel learned the tragic news, she was in Aspen, Colorado, but didn't hesitate to swiftly return to New York City to say her final goodbye to Bobby

At the time of Bobby's death, the former BFFs were still at odds, but when Frankel reunited with Jill at the service, an olive branch was extended between the duo

"It was a big surprise," Frankel, 47, told host Andy Cohen of reconnecting with Jill in a sneak peek at the Real Housewives of New York City season 10 reunion

"I was in Aspen, it was Martin Luther King weekend and I thought I did really love Bobby, I did have a relationship with him and I was definitely conflicted

Once I knew it, what was I going to do, sit in Aspen? Like I knew that the funeral was happening and so I said, 'You know what, I will never regret going, but I will possibly regret not going

' " While Jill, 54, may have viewed Frankel's attendance at the funeral as a peacemaking gesture, Singer thought otherwise

During the reunion, cameras caught Singer calling Frankel "opportunistic" in a whisper to Dorinda Medley

During the funeral, Frankel stood at the back and as she was walking out to go downstairs, she ran into Jill, who told her, "Bobby loved you and I'm so glad you're here," according to Frankel

The duo also spoke once more outside and has since been texting. But Singer had a different perspective on Frankel and Jill's reunion

"What I thought was really bizarre, I'm just jumping right in now, is that your told the production crew you wanted to film it

We all went without really wanting to film it and we didn't even know you were filming it," she said

At that moment, Cohen came to Frankel's defense and set the record straight: "Actually, we were invited by Jill

We wanted to cover the funeral." When Singer attempted to further share her opinion on Frankel's intentions — "Actually, I said to Bethenny, 'Speak to Jill first' because I was there, and she spoke to her and then when the cameras were there, she jumped out of the car to be on camera," said Singer — Cohen further defended Frankel

And that allows you some time to really figure out how you want to formulate your response. And how to deliver such in an assertive, yet kind way. Tip number two, and really, really simple. I think it goes a long way sometimes to just cushion the blow if you are to say no. It doesn't hurt to say things like thank you so much for even thinking of me. Or thank you for the opportunity. Thanks for the offer. Before you eventually are like, hell no. Again, we're trying to say no in a way that benefits us and ensures that we're putting ourself first. But also in a way that we're not burning any bridges. And that we're doing it with kindness as much as possible. Tip number three, be honest. I know it's super cliché but honestly really is the best policy. And I think if you're already struggling with how to say no, being honest will make you feel less guilty about it so that you're not saying no and lying about it at the same time. So if someone asks you to do something don't feel like you have to give them an answer right away

Just say hey, I'll get back to you

I'll check my schedule and that allows you some time to really figure out how you want to formulate your response and

Tip number two and really really simple

hey there today I'm going to share 11 things to do near Silverthorne Colorado

Silverthorne is one exit before the Breckenridge exit on i-70 and

Silverthorne is a great place to visit in the summer and you can do eleven

things there if you are on a budget I'm gonna give you family-friendly

outdoor adventure ideas and some places to eat so let's pop into my video my

name is Laurie and I want to say welcome to my channel please leave me a comment

below and introduce yourself I have visited Colorado in the winter and now

that I've gone during the summer I have found 11 things for you to do these are

with kids we had a six year old 11 year old in 12 year old 13 year old and we

had a 70 year old along with my brothers and their families so these are

kid-friendly budget-friendly ideas for you Silverthorne is nestled in

like this pocket of where the outlets are a good city vibe trails everywhere

and you also have Breckinridge and Keystone right there so you're gonna

have these gorgeous views of the mountains while being right there near

the city our condo was three miles up one of the mountains from Silverthorne

and we were that close to the city if we needed the store or anything like that

we spent most of our week enjoying the beautiful views around Silverthorne and

going to Frisco that is on the actual route when you exit for Breckenridge and

we spent a lot of time there one thing for you to do in Silverthorne is to eat

lunch at a local deli where locals eat and we can highly recommend the blue

moon cafe for lunch their eclairs looked phenomenal I got a chicken salad

sandwich on rosemary bread and it was right white bread that had the

consistency of like angel food cake it was so delicious and there are only a

few little tables in there so a small crowd area but the way we could tell it

was for locals is because locals were in there with their work dress outfits on

and the line was to the door by noon so get there a little early and if you have

a larger crowd we can recommend places they're too large brewery

restaurants around the corner from there like it's located on a hill and they're

just right up the little hill from there when you visit Silverthorne the number 2

thing you need to do is have coffee one morning at the Red Buffalo coffee

roaster place it has cool colorado vibes with a little bit of daintiness in it

like the menu for that day or the menu of coffees that you could choose from

was on like the brown brown paper like paper bag kind of paper

very very good coffee and I'm pretty picky about coffee and number three

thing to do in Silverthorne is to have lunch one day or breakfast at the

mountain lion cafe it's right across the street from Red Buffalo coffee we did

not eat there but on a Wednesday morning the parking lot was packed so that has

to be a local fave from the 2018 Olympics the snowboarder who won the

gold medal in snowboarding was named red Gerrard and he's from Silverthorne so

they changed the name of the talented gold thorn for a week after he won his

gold medal cute place to stay plenty populous enough and close to

everything alright the number four thing that you will do in silver thorn on a

budget is to go to one of the parks Silverthorne Dillon Frisco they are all

around this humongous reservoir lake it's huge

so three towns fit around this lake and then you have all the mountain views

around you you're gonna love it in the summer in the description box below I am

going to link six of the parks that you can go to in Silverthorne most of them

have playgrounds but there are also walking paths bike paths for you to go

along and they are all free I'll also link down below the town of Dillon

reservoir parks listing because you have a nature preserve to walk along the lake

and if there's easy parking it is beautiful a great place to just go for

an hour and walk around or just visit the look at the views the fifth thing

that I want you to do in Silverthorne Colorado is to take like half a day take

the family up Howie from Silverthorne toward Keystone Resort

it's like 11 or 17 miles and then you will hit the Continental Divide it's

free free parking and when you crest at the very top you'll pass Keystone Resort

but then when you crest the hill at the top you will see the parking all of a

sudden on the right and there is lots of lots of parking probably 20 cars can fit

there and then you have a space on the right and then you cross the street

easily because there's not a whole lot of traffic and you can see easily both

ways to the Continental Divide Sun and it has like a little path along where

you can look down in the valley and my niece and our 13 year old son they the

snow was shallow enough so we do not recommend this but the show snow was

like maybe six inches to a foot deep and they walked all the way up and then

sledded on their sweatpants and shorts down this little Continental Divide

Valley it's just a great place to just go and see the sights in Sun and you're

not freezing and then you can make your way down the hill back on highway 6 to

the Keystone Resort and go to be there open for like a month in the summer like

June 15th to the July 15th depending on how much snow is left be

sure to check the site for height and age restrictions but that was the most

affordable activity for us to do that cost money that wasn't free it was like

$35 for you to tube and know that truckers have to use this highway 6

coming from i-70 what are you scared about Nathan the truckers carrying all

their haul have to use that to get down into Silverthorne so on your way back

down be prepared for slow truckers going down but it's only like 11 or 17 miles

we absolutely loved the town of Frisco it is attached to that Lake Lake Dillon

but it is one exit past the Silverthorne exit it is the Breckenridge exit you

have to drive through Frisco to get to Breckenridge it's like five minutes ten

minutes from the Silverthorne exit they have this little Main Street that you

can walk down you can ride your bikes everywhere in this town

it's kind of like a seaside village in Florida where if you wanted to go get an

ice cream or go have breakfast one morning or brunch which is huge in

Frisco if you want to go have brunch you just walk there leisurely from your

condo or your valet whatever they're called shellay the sixth thing that I

recommend is leaving Frisco as you're going toward Breckenridge and hitting

their free disc golf area there are other things that you can rent it's

called the Frisco Adventure Center or something like that Frisco Adventure

Park but some of the things are free but we highly recommend the disc off for the

set up thing to do near Silverthorne Colorado we recommend doing a free trail

that is an easy hike it's called Rainbow Lake Trail and it is maybe 15 minutes at

the max from the town of Silverthorne there's plenty of parking and it's easy

to find you drive through a small neighborhood and then there's this

gravel lot that you can park in to the left following the Sun is the rainbow

trail and this was a great one for beginners because we had a six year old

like I said earlier and we also had a 70 year old and all the mix of ranges and

ages and it was easy enough for them but enough of an incline where you got a

sweat if you hike to the lake and back it'll take you maybe an hour you're not

going to have the wide-open views from this trail like you're gonna be taking

the pictures through all the beautiful Aspen's that are just twinkling in the

Sun during the day they're everywhere and it's so beautiful but it's a great

free easy thing to do near Silverthorne from that parking lot you can also take

a hard really difficult trail called royal mountain and this was too hard for

me I went maybe for a half of a mile and I could barely breathe after five steps

it's like a 60-degree incline the whole way up it'll take you maybe an hour and

a half to get all the way to the top because my 13 year old son and my other

family members made it to the top no problem but they were stopping like

every 15 feet they said to regroup and reget their breath and the views are

wide open from the top of there it is a rocky

edge it is absolutely beautiful you get the view of the lake down below and the

mountaintop experience the good thing about visiting Silverthorne and Frisco

Breckenridge is that there are so many trails in just the neighborhood here the

neighborhood across the street so we recommend just driving around and

finding the trail in a neighborhood and just trying it see where it goes

viii budget-friendly thing to do near Silverthorne is to hit up Lake Dylan and

go to Frisco Marina and rent their kayaks or stand-up paddleboard like my

niece and our son did I highly recommend reserving online and I will link that

below we went on a Wednesday morning and there were like five people who did not

reserve online and it took quite a while a good 20 minutes to get set up but if

you are a beginner reserve your spot online and your time they tell you what

tons are open and they will walk you through everything you need to do and

the you do kind of have an area where you need to stay if you're kayaking but

they tell you that I did forget several things and what we needed while we are

kayaking is one of them so make sure you check out our video about my video about

things not to forget when you visit Colorado in the summer there things you

need in the summer that are different from the winter oh I did write down how

much it was it was thirty four dollars per person for two hours of a rod and

the good thing about this Lake Dylan near from the Frisco marina is that you

have little islands that you can stop off and walk around in on if you're with

kids and stuff like that we thought that the only grocery stores near

Silverthorne were the Walmart and Safeway in Frisco they're very old

Silverthorne has a great grocery store that is a Kroger brand I don't know why

it's called City Market but it is a Kroger and it's right there on the hill

in downtown silver thorn at the marina they have one restaurant called the

Frisco Bay Island grill I highly recommend that you eat at the Frisco Bay

Island Grill the fish tacos have so much meat in them they were $12 and I think

you got two or three the the Bay Island Grill is

a three leveled restaurant most of the seating or all of the seating is outside

the only covered area is at the very bottom and there are plenty of tables

but everybody wants to go there because of the views the prices the fish tacos

there is a green grassy area do you see that there was an oversized Ginga area

where you can just have a drink or just wait on your table over by the kayaks at

the Frisco marina is which is we're all right in there with the restaurant and

the parking lot parking is limited by the way but you can easily walk from the

little Main Street of Frisco there is a little bitty sandy area maybe 50 feet

long that you can bring your kids and like let them kind of wade swam there

are no ropes no lifeguards so be prepared for that and there's also a

playground over there so it is such a family-friendly budget-friendly thing to

do if you're near Silverthorne in the summer everyone wants to eat here or

have a cocktail here at the end of the day and the Sun is beating down in the

summer so be prepared with sunscreen and for a wait time it can get hot but the

views are beautiful and it's a dry hot instead of spending all this money to go

eat in Breckenridge we feel like the food in the restaurants in Frisco was a

lot more handmade a lot less touristy so we recommend eating in Frisco we ate at

taqueria at the clubhouse and it is like a sports bar with fancy food the fish

tacos had very little meat in them but the nachos the half order of nachos was

like on a big cookie sheet sauce they looked delicious be prepared to wait

because I do think they are chef made meals very very good except the fish

tacos we can also recommend Peppino's pizza the dough is amazing there are

very tight quarters in there you have to know what you want when you get up to

the one register that they have and you have to wait a while but it is so good I

had a calzone after hiking for a couple hours in the dough everything melts in

your mouth my mom's chest artichoke salad or chicken salad

humongous so good portions for your money in the Greek sub is phenomenal the

bread is soft almost as soft as my rosemary brandt from the other place do

not miss the Walter Byron Park in Frisco this is the number 10 thing to do near

Silverthorne and everything there is free there's a great playground there is

a huge open green field almost for kicking the soccer ball there's that

babbling Creek with benches right beside it there's a volleyball court

oh and very clean bathrooms and very easy to get to if you're walking from

the Main Street it's one of those creeks that you can hear the water so bring a

blanket take a nap bring a guitar bring a lunch have a picnic they're so

wonderful peaceful gorgeous the 11th thing to do near Silverthorne is the

free Historic Park and Museum in Frisco there's like a block of mini log cabins

and each log cabin is a museum and there's one where they talk about the

clothes from way back when and they if you go upstairs the kids can try on some

of the clothes adults can try on some of the little party props they also have

free lectures midweek and the week that we were there we couldn't go but they

were having Sioux Indians come and talk there is a pavilion right in that block

where you can have a picnic lunch tons of tables for you to set up around

there's a bear like a bronze bear one other thing you can do near Silverthorne

is the epic Discovery Park at Breckenridge this is great for adults

and kids it opened the day we left but I have family friends who would go there

and say it is fantastic it's expensive but it is it seems so much fun and great

outdoor adventure thing to spend your money on if you buy your tickets online

on their site you will have a discount be mindful when you're planning your

trip to Silverthorne about when the outdoor adventures will begin because we

were there like June 8th or Jews second and it nothing opened outdoor adventure

was until June 8th we had to go all the way to Vail to Beaver Creek I think past

Vail to do some outdoor adventures I will also link our rental

that we stayed in it is so hard to find a rental house when you're visiting a

place like Silverthorne you don't know who you can trust this was on Royal

Redbird and we got it through VRBO very clean very good for large families but

I'll link it in the description box below for you when you visit

Silverthorne the outdoor adventures for your family are so expensive like

ziplining was a hundred and fifty something ATV driving was like two

hundred and twelve per person so I did find these 11 or 12 things to do on a

Weekly Fish Bowl Chats - How do I find out whether or not I can build a boat dock? - Duration: 2:46.

And we are still PB&G Home Group.

Welcome to our weekly Fishbowl Chat, and as you know, every week we bring you some

relevant questions, fun questions, that we often get asked in the daily lives of

being Realtors, and this week's question is a really good one. So the question is,

Paul for you, "how do I find out as a buyer whether or not I can build a dock

and a boat dock on a property?" Well, it's an interesting question, because you

started by asking about docks, but the question is potentially larger, in that

because it can impact other structures on waterfront property. Which didn't

sound like a full sentence, but it really was.

Who's counting?

Areas around almost all of the waterways in our area and Carteret, Craven, Onslow County: it's about

20 counties total in North Carolina, are considered areas of environmental

concern or AEC's. So let's find out how you can get permission to build a dock, a

boat lift, or even a house on a piece of waterfront property, because it's not

always just bringing the bulldozers. So, the answer is an application from a

Coastal Area Management Act, or CAMA permit application, has to be filed with

the Division of Coastal Management. It's called CAMA?

CAMA: Coastal Area Management Act. Okay!

So, it's filed with the Department of Coastal Management. Pretty much any project that extends into

or borders water in our area will need to have a permit filed. There are different permits

for different projects, and they'll require different levels of scrutiny and

approval. Whether they'll need to come out, how far out they have to go, it's

just going to depend on the project. So when we get that follow-up question on

how long does it take, is there really a simple way to answer that question?

Not necessarily; it's going to be on a case-by-case basis. CAMA is a pretty-

or, the Division of Coastal Management stays pretty busy. So, it just depends on how

the application process goes. So, if you're considering building a home, dock,

bulkhead, boat lift, out house, on a waterfront lot, just do yourself a favor:

take a look at the website for the North Carolina Department of

Environmental Quality, at deq.nc.gov. That's deq.nc.gov. And we'll go ahead and put that website

in the comments as well. We'll add the information to our block, and certainly,

and we are live... welcome to the day one journey.

episode 11. finally, I get to share with you my dreams. but where do I

start? I'll start with the biggest of them all. I cut to the chase and start

with the biggest of them all. it's so big it will take me a few episodes to tell

you all about that. it's just a dream it's it's a vision. it's a goal. it's a

life purpose for me. and more than that it's a life mission. so obviously a

lot of details and it will obviously take few episodes and not one. so it will

give you plenty of time.... plenty of time, to make fun of it. write everything you

want in the comments below. laugh your ass off about that idea.

because it's a good thing. it means it's big enough. it's huge,you see it's big

enough because it's personal. it's about me. it's one of the children of my soul

that dream. this is about Who I am this about why I'm here

and nobody else is going to do that.

so let's start with the details.

enjoy the day. yeah... what a nice park, love it. (I'm) here every morning. let's go we have

three minutes. so some of you already know me and you might think that my

dream is to be the best children author. because I create children books. so

first it's not a dream. you see, I don't even see myself as as an

author. I don't even see myself as an author. I don't like to write. I just

don't like to write. literature was my least favorite subject

in school. I liked math and sports. so that's not a dream but that's

very very very related to the dream. so I remember every time I spoke about that

with people just about the children author. people would ask me "how how do

you become a children author?" so that's that's a tricky question because it has

a very very short answer. I wrote a story, got an illustrator, edited the book

and uploaded to Amazon. and voila I'm a children's author. but obviously I assume

that you here for the real answer. and especially yeah, every episode I'm

talking to you: my children. you see that ring that's my commitment to you. so I

assume that you want the real answer. the real answer

it's a journey it takes time to understand what is your dream. it takes

time. so it was the journey. but the thing is

the journey that I understood that I want to be a children's author

it's the same journey I understood about that dream. and I didn't tell you

what's the dream (yet). it just related to being a children's author.

so where it all started?

remember the exercise we talked about, about taking a blank page, and brainstorm

all the ideas and all the dreams that you might have- just five minutes? so

it all started there. so back to you. back to you. if you did that exercise or not

open youtube search "dramatic soundtracks" - yes soundtrack no lyrics. put the song:

3,4,6 minutes. let it roll and brainstorm all

the dreams, all the experiences, all the skills you want, just brainstorm. play

with it. have fun. this is your exercise for today. and this is exactly

this is exactly where it all started for me. one line in these lists.

yeah setting goals, yeah sort of setting goals

workshop. I did many times. so one workshop, I wrote one line and it wasn't

the dream and it wasn't children's author. but it was the beginning. so treat

this day as day 1. do that exercise. brainstorm your dreams and bring them

life. and until tomorrow have a great DAY 1 !

Meet the man who spent nearly $200K to look like Madonna - Duration: 10:13.

Pouting in the mirror, Adam Guerra slips into a pink leotard before putting on his blonde wig – it's the final step to transform him into his idol, Madonna

But unlike others who dress up as celebs for kicks, Adam has gone one step further – over the course of 14 years he has spent over $190,000 on a staggering 18 cosmetic surgeries, including cheek, bum and jaw implants, a nose job and fillers – in a bid to look just like her

Adam, who is 33 and lives in Los Angeles, is now one of the top Madonna impersonators in the US, and even appeared on the third series of hit show Ru Paul's Drag Race

The Madge super-fan, who performs all her hits under the drag name "Venus De-Lite," admits he has spent "practically my whole life, my whole wallet, all the money that's been given to me" to look like his idol Madonna, who turns 60 today

"I've had my cheeks implanted and my jaw done several times, I've had my chin done and I've had brow lifts and fillers," Adam says

"But it is so worth it because goddamn I look like Madonna." Crazy for Madge Adam, who is of Italian descent just like the "Hung Up" singer, came from humble beginnings

His profile on a "Ru Paul's Drag Race" fan page says that he was "poor" when he started doing drag – but his life is very different now

The Madonna wannabe has 13,000 Instagram followers and performs in swanky clubs in Hollywood and Palm Springs

He now makes thousands a year as a performer – much of which he puts towards buying replica outfits from iconic Madonna moments

These include her 1980's fishnets and mini skirts to her demure outfits from hit film "Evita," and of course the famous cone bra from the "Blonde Ambition" tour

Adam wasn't always confident, however, and as a teen he struggled to come to terms with his sexuality

He credits his idol with helping him through the difficult times, saying he became obsessed with her at the age of 15

"I'd found one of her albums that my mom owned and I played it non-stop," recalls Adam

"I became obsessed with everything she was doing and I really felt like she was speaking directly to me

"Everything that I was feeling inside was what she was singing and everything I wanted to be was what she was

" When he was 19 he dressed up as Madonna for the first time to perform "Vogue" at a club near his home – and his drag act spiraled from there

Mama don't preach However, Adam's mom Annette Guerra, who inadvertently introduced him to Madonna, now regrets ever purchasing that Madge CD

"When he first became obsessed with her I was in denial – I didn't want to believe it," she says

"I really dislike her because he holds in her high esteem – it's like a religion to him

"I'm always worried about him when he has a procedure done. "When he first started doing it, he was going to some pretty shady places where I didn't think they were capable or qualified to do what they were doing

" Adam also had to justify his love of Madge to his ex-boyfriend of 11 years, Michael

The pair appeared on reality show "My Strange Addiction" in 2014, and the program showed friction between the couple

"I want to date a boy. I don't want to date a 56-year-old woman," his partner frankly admitted at the time

"My ex-boyfriend was like my mom – he didn't want me to do it but he knew it was a losing battle," says Adam

"They both wished I would spend my money on other things like savings or a nice car – but to me, money comes and goes, possessions come and go, jobs come and go but you've only got one life to live

" Adam has no plans to tone down his obsession with Madonna, saying: "Why would I give this up? All you can do is please yourself, and this makes me happy

"And when I take off all the makeup, I see this handsome, gorgeous, good-looking guy

" Lucky star After starting off earning just $7 a show, Adam has gone on to perform over 1,000 times as the "Like a Virgin" singer

He also has dreams of pop stardom, releasing a single in the US called "I'm Not Madonna

" However, he's still not met the star, despite getting into her concerts for free, telling a newspaper that he wasn't "ready yet

" "I know she knows about me. I think there's a part of me that's scared. What if she's not what I think she is?" says Adam

"I admire Madonna too much. If the universe reverses it around and she wants to meet me, of course, I'm going to take the opportunity

" But for now, he will continue performing as the blonde bombshell, he added: "It's an amazing feeling, it's a huge rush and I get nervous because I want to look like her and sound like her

"Whether I'm on for 30 minutes or three hours I just have to give it my all. I put a lot of pressure on myself so it can be really nerve-wracking

" But despite the reservations of his family and friends, Adam is proud of his choice to become Madonna, saying: "She's such a powerful character, she's such an iconic character and she's a b—h, she's a queen and just the image of perfection

"No one understands my love for Madonna, I don't even know if she would understand it
