NEW SERIES! Behind The Scenes of Cirque du Soleil BAZZAR | Episode 1: The Cirque Experience - Duration: 3:10.

Our studio here in Montreal is really the jewel in the crown.

[SENIOR VICE-PRESIDENT TOURING SHOWS]

Under one roof we have our training studios,

our costume shops,

everyone is together so that we are able to support

all of our productions and our shows in operation.

Each year we sell over 12 million tickets around the world.

We have our resident shows in Las Vegas

We have 10 touring shows going on right now.

The Cirque du Soleil has been going overseas for over 35 years now.

We've toured in almost every continent and every major country in the world.

[SHOW DIRECTOR – BAZZAR] What I really love

about Cirque du Soleil is that there's no rules.

We're constantly challenging and pushing our ideas further,

whether it's acrobatic or artistic or costume design.

There's always something that we go beyond what is expected.

BAZZAR is different because it's a show made with a specific purpose.

We designed the show to be able to visit cities

where we've never been before.

We actually spent the last 4 years preparing to go to India now.

[COSTUME DESIGNER] I think what was really exciting

about BAZZAR was to create 30, kind of, individual artists

who will come together in this tent to create a show.

It's a show that I hope that the audience feels

as soon as they sit down that they're invited into it.

Performers are right in their face. You can see everything that happens.

We're almost under them.

It kind of brings the thrill also of the acrobatics. [CREATION DIRECTOR - BAZZAR]

It's actually humans.

We prefer to focus on the huge talent

that we have at the company

and to really highlight the abilities of the human

and the key to Cirque du Soleil's success

was being able to reinvent circus arts.

We've got amazing dancers, we have live music,

we have wonderful acrobatic acts, it's contemporary,

it's emotional, that's how we translated what the high acrobatic

and the high skills and the high numbers of Cirque du Soleil

to push forward the human being

and the power of what they're having.

We have to make a show that comes from the heart

combining elements that no one would expect.

It's a show that has to grab people,

grab their hearts and make them go through this emotional roller coaster.

It's a constant surprise.

I don't want to give it away.

Late Summer Veggie Garden | Volunteer Gardener - Duration: 8:20.

- To have a continuous supply of fresh vegetables

in late summer and early fall,

we plant the late summer gardens in June and July.

These gardens have the crops that love hot weather.

They're not gonna be as bothered by droughts

and 95 degree days like some of the other crops.

Sweet potatoes are planted the first week of June.

I've put lime on the field because there's a disease

called scurf, it's a superficial black skin disease

that'll get on the sweet potatoes if the soil is acidic.

Putting lime on at the rate of a ton to the acre,

or 50 pounds to 1,000 square foot

will sweeten the soil up enough

where the sweet potatoes will really thrive.

We spread 40 loads of biodynamic compost on this garden.

It's about an acre.

That would be about a cubic yard or a cubic yard and a half

for a thousand square foot garden or a coating

of about 1/3 of an inch.

We plant the sweet potatoes in ridges that are four feet

apart and we put the slips

16 inches apart in the row.

If I plant them farther apart, like two foot apart,

the sweet potatoes tend to get real big

like giant footballs.

So we plant them closer together so that they don't get

much bigger than this.

Nobody really wants a sweet potato much bigger

than that anyway.

The pepper patch is also planted the first week of June.

With peppers and eggplants and sweet potatoes,

I've found that I can hoe them, the whole field,

one less time simply by planting a few weeks later.

If I plant them in early May,

they just sit there waiting for the weather to get hot

while all the weeds grow up.

If I just wait a couple of weeks and do nothing,

then I can plant and it's so hot that the plants

just grow so fast that they don't need to be hoed as much.

Of course that's a real benefit for us.

Our favorite peppers are the Italian frying peppers.

Corno di Toro, otherwise knows as bull horns.

This one is Carmen and this one Escamillo.

These are really good tasting peppers

and they grow really well.

We also grow cayennes, like these here.

We have jalapenos.

Then the yellow bells that we grow

are a variety called Gypsy.

After the last path with the cultivators

in the pepper patch, I put the hillers on

and we hill them up to help hold them up

and conserve moisture around the plant roots.

Then we sprinkled a mulch of hay down.

This also helps to preserve moisture so the peppers

can just keep on putting out their peppers.

They'll do that until the first frost comes in the fall,

at which time we'll harvest bushels and bushels of em

and put em in a cool place where they'll store

for four to six weeks.

We count on peppers to be the star

of our late summer gardens!

The eggplant varieties we grow are Nadia,

which is a black beauty type of eggplant,

big, dark, purple fruits.

Then over here we have a slender,

Japanese Ichiban type of eggplant.

These are Orient Express.

Flea beetles are the real problem with growing eggplants.

They're the little black beetles that make

the holes in the leaves.

But flea beetles aren't so bad in the summer time

as they are in May.

So we've found that simply by planting later

we avoid that problem.

Okra is another heat loving, late summer garden plant.

I've found that if I put the seeds in the ground in June,

in five days the plant pops up.

If I plant in May, it'll take 10 days or two weeks

to sprout and then that's just

much more weeding I have to do.

So we always wait and plant the okra at the same time

we plant the peppers and the sweet potatoes.

This variety is burgundy, it's a purple okra.

Doesn't it have beautiful blooms?

This bloom can tell you that okra is in the hibiscus family.

This variety of okra is Clemson Spineless.

As soon as our beet crop comes out in mid July

we plant another late summer garden.

Here we have alternating rows of green beans

and cucumbers.

They're companion plants

who like to grow next to each other.

Over here we have a row of Jackson Wonder lima beans.

That's always a good crop for the fall.

We have them between two rows of summer squash.

This is an Italian heirloom called Tromboncini,

or little trombone.

They're used as a summer squash in the immature stage

and then as they mature they turn into these

five foot long snake like tan squashes

that can be used as a winter squash.

They're sort of like a butternut, they're in that family.

Asparagus bean is also known as the Chinese yard long beans.

You can tell by the dark, leathery foliage

that these beans are in the cow pea family,

along with black eyed peas and crowders

and purple hulls.

They love hot weather and don't seem to be bothered

by droughts or anything that happens in the summer time.

These beans are eaten in the immature stage,

like you would a green bean.

These climbing beans are a flat podded purple bean.

That we got from some neighbors of ours Ed & Margaret.

He brought me this bag of beans that he had been saving

for years and years, he was an older fellow

and he handed it to me, it was like he was giving me

his first born child or something.

He was real proud of these beans.

We really like em too.

Our last late summer garden is where the potatoes

were growing.

So we pulled the potatoes out in the end of July

and immediately planted more beans and cucumbers

and summer squash and also our favorite shelly bean,

Taylor's Dwarf Horticultural bean.

We simply call them, October beans,

because that's the month that we sit on the porch

and shell out our winter supply.

October beans can also be eaten though, in the green bean

stage when they're like this big right here.

They make a very good snap bean.

This row of lima beans was planted a couple of weeks

after that other row and doesn't seem to be nearly

as bothered by the bugs.

Lima beans love the hot summer weather

and all of these crops are crops that just thrive

the hotter it is, the more they like it.

Spring is for planting, but so is summer.

We have to keep on planting during the summer

so that we can have good food for our tables

all year long.

ALAN DERSHOWITZ "THE CASE AGAINST IMPEACHING TRUMP" AUTHOR - Duration: 18:14.

of the DNC it's a little bit of an awkward spot to be in because the DNC is

now reviewing these allegations of domestic abuse the committee's chairman

says he takes it very seriously that we downplayed the impact that this could

have heading into the midterms and you know Minnesota shaping up to be a

critical state in November and don't forget Sean Minnesota is still reeling

from the resignation of senator Al Franken just last year Sean Kristen

thank you for that report and joining us now with reaction to tonight's opening

monologue the author of another best-selling book the case against

impeaching Trump Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz by the way he has a

great book and criminal defense attorney David shone professor Dershowitz let me

begin with you I think that Sara's report tonight what are the firewalls

well I don't have any new information it sounds very nefarious and damning to

me well I have no idea that's why right from the beginning I've called for a

nonpartisan complete investigation by experts to all aspects of this whole

election we have to get to the bottom of this we have to have testimony that's

open to the public not behind closed doors of a grand jury

the American public is entitled to know what these things mean I have no idea

what these firewalls were referring to but it's certainly enough to open up

some kind of an investigation but can I comment just briefly on your opening

monologue you know I wrote a piece for the Boston Globe arguing that if the

president revokes the security clearance only of his critics that would raise a

serious First Amendment question it would be a close question because after

all he's not shutting them down these people can still say what they want and

criticize and they just don't have access to the material and if they don't

have access to the material if they're being in some way punished for their

expression of political views then I think you can have some First Amendment

issues that are raised I don't know how the case would come out it's similar in

some ways to a case that happened attorney of yet will do again I think

this way important yeah i CIA's rules in case of forward direction of directors

the agency holds their security clearance right

and renews it every five years for the rest of their lives however that

requires former CIA directors to behave like current CIA employees you cannot

make the case that mr. Brennan in any way is conducting himself like a current

CIA employee no I agree with that I agree with that the question is is this

being applied across the board to people and are they looking at everybody's

background piece went up to the Supreme Court it would be just like the case

involving the travel ban the court would ask the question are we allowed to look

at the motive of the president in doing this or do we just look at the action

the president clearly has the power to revoke security clearance but if he does

it for an impermissible purpose that couldn't be the basis for criminal

charges but it could be the basis for a constitutional violation I'm saying

argue that's probably a lot more to come under the First Amendment I think if we

apply the standard that I just read to you and you agree it's applicable yeah

um there's no ambiguity here he's not behaving like a currency a employee let

me go back to let me give you a just give you one quick hypothetical it's

quite hypothetical let's assume there was somebody who wasn't behaving like a

CIA director but was saying things positive about the president doesn't my

president didn't revoke his security clearance then we'd have a serious

question this is doing an immediate return to the information this is such

an egregious abuse you recognize it's not the common sense realizes no CIA

employee connect this way former director let me go to David David I want

to stay on this firewall issue and at firewalls plural I cannot imagine why

Christopher Steele is in contact 70 plus times at least that we know of would

Bruce or and that the things that they're talking about and the urgency

that he's he's expressing prior to commis testimony it's a shocking story

and as professor Dershowitz said from the start quite frankly on the special

counsel question the special counsel regulations provided and provide that

something short of a full investigation has spent the appointment of special

counsel is appropriate in the situation like this there has to be a full earring

it's not going to happen certainly from Mr Mol

on this question and the DOJ frankly right now has been missing in action so

I don't know who's gonna carefully look into this Sarah Carter has done a great

job reporting it but it has to be looked into I'm gonna jump back in to one other

question one other issue has professor Dershowitz recognized with all respect

as always with him the president certainly has the authority and the

exclusive authority on the question of Brennan's security clearance Brennan has

overstepped things here and by the way there's a history for this President

Obama isolated people whose views he didn't like or want to be associated

with like George Tenet like Paul Wolfowitz didn't include them in the

briefing it's true he stopped short of revoking their security clearance but

why does Brendan need the security clearance at this point he's misusing it

and he's abusing it I would argue that I think we're going to see probably more

people clapper should be next I believe Susan Rice with the whole list of people

Bruce or James Comey and on and I would argue that's all going to happen

professor I want to go the contacts though with Bruce or you don't find that

it's before the election well by the way one other thing

yeah House will have the former CIA director disseminating lies unverified

lies to the American people visa vie Harry Reid that's not the role of the

CIA professor that is a scary lightly and I think I know why he should be

criticized for it I know John Brennan I like him I thought he was a good

director of the CIA but I think he's gone overboard in his criticism and it

makes it sound when he makes criticism that he knows it because he was in the

CIA he has some special information and I think a former director of the CIA he

has to be much more discreet in his level of criticism having said that I do

think if the President and I security clearance only to his critics he will be

in court on the wrong side by the way I have a stand the ACLU will bring the

lawsuit because they will be awesome by the way against Donald Trump on the

security clearances has now said I'd put a Republican on the list that they were

incompetent or crazy well said we'll follow this in their argument

professor congratulations on the sex sick success of your book David Sean

always good to see you when we come we'll continue this discussion the great

one Mark Levin joins us that's next

and revoke of course the destroy Trump mainstream liberal media of course

extension of the Democratic Party at a complete meltdown let's take a look this

is without precedent in in modern American history I mean the security

clearances have never been used to punish people for speaking out this is

nothing short of extraordinary and we should all be scared about the state of

our democracy the president sent his White House press secretary out there

today to basically poop on the people from the press secretary podium and not

only threatened like they didn't just make a threat it was a promise they're

snatching John Brennan's national security clearance we begin tonight with

a chilling action taken by the presidents of the United States that

looks something like something you might see out of a dictate dictatorship or

authoritarian regime Trump is under fire for Nick Sounion enemies list tactics

those are the accusations of at least one former FBI official after the White

House is publicly admitting that it is retaliating against former CIA director

John Brennan joining us now is the host of CR TV's Levin TV the host of life

liberty Levin Sunday night right here on the Fox News Channel number one in a

slot I call on the great one Mark Levin mark we have never had a former

communist who literally we now know spread Russian

lies to this inform propagandize the American people to impact in a

presidential election either these are unprecedented times see if we can

unravel this from the fabulously stupid Omarosa media first of all apparently

the fact that Brennan voted for a Stalinist

who was funded by the Soviets the Communist Party USA was very attractive

to Barack Obama who made him CIA director think about that so how did

this man ever get a security clearance I'm curious about this now a couple of

things the president is looking at Brennan he revokes his security

clearance professor Dershowitz needs to know that's a privilege that's not a

right a secure privileged the fact of the matter is

nobody stopping Brennan from speaking fact nobody could stop he has a big

mouth he will never shut up he'll go on TV and be the kook that he is the idea

that he has a right to access to information because he served in the

Obama administration at the CIA is a preposterous argument but of course the

ACLU will take up the case because they take up a lot of stupid cases that's

number one number two who else is the president looking at Comey and people

who are keeping score Comey is a Republican how many times in the media

told us Mahler's a Republican comb is a Republican and even they questioned the

president okay you got a Republican and by the way for the media most of these

people that president are looking at are white I know that's very important to

you know Comey was fired at the recommendation of Rosenstein Comey was a

leaker and he absconded with government documents when he left his security

clearance should be pulled McCabe is under criminal investigation the number

two from the FBI never before in history media his security clearance should be

pulled Peter stroke was just fired the guy in

charge of counterintelligence investigations for misconduct his

security should be pulled James clapper committed perjury he lied to the

American people and Senator Wyden and that committee a long time ago his

security clearance should have been pulled Bruce or another one

pulled Yates another one not because the president has a problem with Democrats

or liberals here's a problem with these people and we haven't even gotten to the

unmasking issue yet so this is not a First Amendment issue meanwhile

meanwhile when these people had security clearances what the hell did they do

with them well let's take a look the russians interfered in our election

right well who was president who was head of the CIA who was national

security advisor who was the head of the FBI all these people with their security

clearances in positions of power did nothing effective to stop the Russians

from interfering in our election they did nothing to stop China from stealing

our technology they did nothing to stop North Korea's nuclear program and even

worse they awarded the aslam Oh hold it mark the tourist regime the

Tehran with a hundred and fifty billion dollars right with a hundred and fifty

billion dollars and provided them with a pathway to nuclear weapons good job boys

and girls in the Obama administration with your security clearances the fact

that Obama appointed these people and gave them security clearances is not the

obligation of this President to let them retain their security clearances there

is no constitutional issue that's just nonsense and again one of them's a

Republican so that makes this all okay mark I'd take away all their clearances

I'd take away all their clearances too but the fact of the matter is we really

need to focus in on the conduct of these individuals look at the phony media and

the arguments they're making this is like a dictatorship this is this is a

we've never seen anything like this before

all these blabbermouth who know nothing you're gonna see clapper on TV till you

throw up on your loafers you're gonna see Kony he had his book thing you're

gonna see Brennan all over the place all these phony victims and so forth and so

meanwhile when they were in office when they had their security clearances when

they had power they didn't stop the Russians they didn't stop the Red

Chinese they didn't stop the North Koreans they funded the Iranians and in

fact they are responsible for the greatest scandal in American history by

interfering with our election and trying to undermine the Trump campaign and the

Trump presidency they are gonna remember hold on mark and throw up what my

loafers but more importantly that's why we call you the great one great

commentary Mark Levin thank you don't forget Mark show Life Liberty Levin

every Sunday night 10:00 p.m. number one in its timeslot right here on

the Fox News Channel when we come back former CIA operative Daniel Hoffman well

he's been very outspoken in his criticism of John Brennan and Sebastian

korkut next hodgins officer Dan Hoffman and the

author of why we fight Fox News national security strategist sebastian cork up

both of you have been outspoken as it relates to brennan 35 years or so you

spend your life Dan Hoffman in in this type of business let's put it that way

yeah I always felt like John Brennan should take the Hippocratic oath of

respecting the privilege of holding security clearance and doing no harm to

our national security when he was enjoying his right to freedom of speech

and he did that tonight when he was speaking on MSNBC this isn't about

freedom of speech as as others have said on the show but let me tell you just

from my experience at CIA the concern that that I and I think others would

have is when foreign governments not to mention spies foreign spies stealing

secrets on our behalf here John Brennan making unsubstantiated claims that

Vladimir Putin could blackmail president Trump they think well John Brennan must

know something because after all he has a security clearance and that's why John

Brennan was causing a risking great collateral damage to our national

security well I think dr. korkor they want to

take all these people's security clearances call me strong spades the the

cave the whole bunch of them you know but this hack if you look at his he

tried to peddle lies to the American people in his role as director putting

aside with former directors must act as current CIA employees which he is not

doing so you know as a matter of protocol he's failed on every level how

did this guy even get a security clearance yeah you just stole my thunder

Sean issue number one John Brennan should never have had a security

clearance he admitted in 1980 when he joined the

CIA in a polygraph that he voted for the Communists at the height of the Cold War

when they wished to destroy us never should have had one i love alan

dershowitz but this is not a civil rights freedom of speech issue nobody

has the right to security clearance there's only one person who gets

peuta clearance automatically and guess who it is it's the president everybody

else it is a privilege of office Dan Hoffman

myself John Brennan we have all taken an oath of office I took it twice I took it

one I joined the Defense Department I took it when I joined the White House it

says you will protect the Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic

and you will bear faith true faith and allegiance to the same

John Brennan has betrayed that oath of office and he has betrayed his

profession and the intelligence community every time he accuses the

president of treason with no evidence he is reprehensible and he has betrayed his

oath of office short it is that serious Daniel I and I agree dr. Gorka I why is

it to stick in my craw as CIA director that he literally perpetrated on the

American people spread misinformation firm ation by the way right out of

Pravda right at a you know former Soviet Union lies and propaganda misinforming

purposely the American people with unverified information that bothers me

as much as all that he's done after I mean I think that's a separate issue

frankly about the extent to which he politicized intelligence and involved

himself in politics I think he was the most political director in in my over my

career in the government of over 30 years but I guess that's to me it's it's

probably a separate issue this one is him abusing the privilege then he

enjoyed us for having a security clearance but also let's be clear the

clearance was designed so that he could go and help his successor I don't think

anyone's inviting him back and asking for his assistance at this time anyways

regardless I'm not sure yeah sorry good no that's go ahead dr. corker

John Brennan supported Moscow during the Cold War and he's still supporting the

Kremlin today that's who he is he's not the first person who should be stripped

of his clearance and there should be more to follow Sean I'd stripped the

whole bunch of them they're all corrupt they've all abused their power they've

all betrayed the American people with a political agenda and so many of them

tried to literally steal an election and influence an election in the United

States thank you both when we come back

Democrats continuing to embrace their far left radical socialism the right

back

you

21st Single Prayer for a Hit Campaign

In connection with the title of the new song [Jikochuu de Ikou!]

center Saito Asuka will be allowed to do whatever she wants

The video taken will become an original music video for the show used to promote the song

its all part of this hit campaign

However last time

following up on the fun activities, the show prepared this for them...

[ Canyoneering ]

[ *audio removed for 20 seconds due to music* ]

Furthermore we found out Saito Asuka is a poor swimmer

From the start of the canyoneering

they were under attack from the terror caused by the gushing water

Coming up...even more treacherous spots await

The poor swimming center Saito Asuka...along with the new senbatsu members

can they overcome the most terror they've ever experienced?

As they make their way down the canyon...the next thing they'll face is

[ The reverse water slide ]

Sliding down backwards is the scariest!

eh? How do you do this....

So who wants to go first?

yada...yada

Reading the situation...the courageous Umezawa volunteers to go first

Hold your nose...you'll have to lie flat

3.....2....1.....

Won't she get flipped over?

No more~!

We don't need to hear you yell out "No more"

The 2nd person by default had to be Iwamoto

ah...there she goes

ah...nice one

You do go under for a little bit

Wait!

A little panic

And then its poor swimming Saito Asuka...her first reverse slide

smile!

HAHAHA

AH-HA-HA-HA!

AH-HA-HA-HA!

relax...relax....relax

This is too much for Asuka-chan

2....1.....

She got spun around again

yabai yabai yabai yabai yabai

I can't do this...

ah...you'll be fine

You must have hated it the entire time

Try not to panic and relax....one of the guides is always there to save you

But nobody's really hurrying to come and save me

[ The distrust is growing ]

And then at that moment...Saito Asuka displayed some strange behavior

A-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA

She can't stop laughing

[ Saito has broken ]

After that they continued going through rough canyon terrain

and Director Asuka's group has arrived at...

I see ropes....this next part looks bad

yabai!

So I don't know if all of you noticed this but

in front of us is a waterfall

Its the legendary 20m waterfall

20 meters!?

What these 3 will take on...with a glorious height of 20m

Inari Falls

Nogizaka46 up to this point has continued to battle waterfalls

but this is the first mission where they'll go down the waterfall

They'll go down a rope to a stable position

and from there, they'll do a nearly perpendicular freefall down the waterfall

They'll become one with the waterfall and take in all that power

this is something worthy of exceeding all of Nogizaka's past waterfall challenges

the majestic prayer for a hit

At this point Hoshino has come to the waterfall to give them encouragement

Minami-chan

Minami-chan

[ Miraculously timed yawn ]

ah Minami-chan

By the way during her free time, Hoshino has been taking care of a request from Director Asuka

I wonder what height we're jumping from

We're so high up

And right here the courageous Umezawa said this

If I have to go down it I'd rather jump from the top of the waterfall

Well you're going down the waterfall anyway right?

You'll never get this experience again!

Its still scary though

This is her first hit campaign, and Umezawa is fully motivated

She's been paired up with a poor swimmer and the youngest member

She wants to help filming go smoothly and keeps volunteering to go first

eh! This is scary though!

Not what I had in mind!

kowai...

That looks pretty scary

kowai!

Even the courageous Umezawa is hesitating

the intensity of a 20m waterfall is getting to her

You'll drop down along the wall on the right side of the waterfall

Actually Umezawa has a fear of heights

However the sense of responsibility that comes with senbatsu continues to push her forward

Please move forward a little bit

augh....

That has to be terrifying

I'm scared!

You probably can't see what you're dropping into

kowai!

ah...she's going! she's going!

Are you serious?

Ume-chan...ganbatte

What's happening here?

ah...that's where she'll jump from

This is crazy right here

kowai!

kowai!

That was scary...

What should I do?

eh! I'm scared!

That is scary

And next...its the youngest Iwamoto going down the 20m waterfall

Iwamoto always has a smirk on her face, I can't tell if she's actually scared

[ Laughing? ]

I was scared!

kowai!

Your friends are waiting for you at the bottom

Age 14

This innocent girl who still has a baby face

with this giant wall in front of her

she's about to take a huge leap in her development

Move forward a little bit

kowai! kowai! kowai!

At that point they really have no choice

kowai kowai kowai kowai

kowai kowai kowai kowai kowai....

kowai kowai kowai

ganbare!

These 2 went through trials like this when they were in the group at 14

They want to support the development of their kouhai

and then

ganbare! Its ok!

ganbare! Its ok!

ganbare! Its ok!

[ From crying to laughter ]

I can't take anymore!

kowai!

You made it!

It seems like its scary at first for them and then it gets enjoyable

And its time for center Saito Asuka to take on the 20m waterfall

Is someone going to rush to save me this time?

Yes....they're all waiting below and ready to rush to your side

For sure?

Yes really, they're ready to give you a big hug when you get there

Moana-chan is down there...don't worry

"Don't worry...Moana-chan is down there" he says

Suddenly what stands before her is the biggest fear of her life

Stick close to the wall and drop down

Asuka-chan!

ganbare!

Saito Asuka always finds herself alone when taking on severe trials

The toughest challenge in Nogizaka history

was the ice waterfall

she was the only one to conquer it without any practice

but this time she's also fighting the fear of being unable to swim

she's testing the limits of her courage

ok....all good

Move forward just a little bit

AUGH! Wait!

That has to be terrifying

Just looking at this is scary

This is not something someone who can't swim would attempt

Once again she has the crucial role of center

and this is a huge test

With all the fear standing in her way can she break through to the next level

ah Moana-chan got to her pretty fast

Look...Moana-chan was there instantly

Asuka-chan!

Asuka-chan!

I can't do this!

My nose hurts!

While they celebrated all of them clearing...Mike made this shocking announcement

Minakami is a great location...you can do anything there

The 3 of them have impressively cleared the 20m waterfall

In the middle of celebrating their success

Guide Mike-san made a shocking announcement

I know you're scared of the water, but you really fought through it

if you think of this as a positive, this was an incredible experience

whatever challenges you face from now on will seem easy to you

you just went down a waterfall

well you've got more work to do...we're only halfway done

[ Only halfway though this ]

That's just half!

and with that...even though the hardest part was cleared..we'll give you a quick rundown of the rest

What has suddenly appeared before them

they must dive in to move forward...the jump point

Once again the reliable and courageous Umezawa will get the ball rolling

ah that has to be scary when you can't see where you're going

Saito Asuka with a firm grip on her nose

does a tandem dive with guide-san

However Iwamoto is frozen in fear

she is unable to move

3....2....

1....ganbare! ganbare!

I can't take anymore!

For Iwamoto

she musters up the courage to make a successful dive

Next is a giant water slide that they could take a detour around if they choose to

once again the courageous Umezawa has volunteered to do it

This is just like before....hold your nose

Here we go

3

2

1

GO!

Umezawa ended up on the opposite side of the waterfall mostly avoiding it

Here she'll be forced to experience what its like falling directly under the waterfall

Here goes!

3-2-1

You didn't want to do that did you?

[ Adjusts the camera on her own ]

That part was the scariest

[ Update of the terror level ]

And they've finally arrived at the final waterfall

ahh kowai

Again the courageous Umezawa leads the charge

ah..wait

And Iwamoto

I'm scared

And then its Saito Asuka

eh? She's doing it?

ganbare!

One last burst of courage

into the waterfall

And finally all of them have cleared it

We're finished!

Isn't this the happiest moment

You all grew up today

And with that Director Asuka's music video shoot is complete

Got it

Suzuki...

You only had the one buggy scene?

hai

That's such a shame....you weren't feeling well...you must have wanted to go canyoneering

Since you're really good with water

[ The water ballon pro ]

What did you think watching the other members struggle?

I wish I could have helped them somehow...

You got that right!

[ Kicks them when they're down ]

And then these 3....Umezawa really showed some effort

She always went first

Yes...it was scary though

You actually enjoyed yourself right?

nope

Because we kept seeing everyone screaming and having a good time

That's true...after it was over we were told...this wasn't the kind of mood we were expecting

[ Mike was also shocked ]

Iwamoto you fought through it...what was it like watching yourself?

I'm thinking like "Hurry up and jump already"

watching yourself?

Like whats taking so long

Those times when you wouldn't dive in then?

I was kind of annoyed with myself

Well then for the next one

ah, that won't be necessary

no no...you're doing the next one

[ Getting a do-over on the dive? ]

And then it was Asuka-chan

hai

So you can't swim?

I cannot swim

Must have been terrified then

But for me....I have a hard time around water but

a long time ago there was a pool where I took swimming lessons

I had no idea I had gotten this bad in the water

but prior to 3rd or 4th grade I had tried swimming in the pool

then in 3rd or 4th grade everyone at school just assumed I was weak

so I just watched all of the swimming classes

So its been forever since you've tried paddling in water?

Its been awhile

Ikoma-chan...when you put her face in water she would panic right

I'd watch her like...oh come on

is it really that bad?

[ The Ikoma embellishment theory ]

I was thinking is she for real and now it happened to me...now I'm doing it

This was a hard one for you, weren't you scared the entire time?

I can handle the scary stuff ok

since I can imagine how scary it is i'm fine with it

but even still

Mike-sensei has that foreigner type of easy going vibe

He's like "You got this!"

I do not have this....

[ The easy going vibe is not helping ]

And Moana-san would always rush over to save you

nope...

At the waterfalls....yes she would rush over

but other than that she'd let you drown for a little while....

[ You know that's not true ]

She's waiting for the current to push you to her

But she could have waited where I would land....

The current pushes her away too

Moana-san couldn't be in that exact spot

That was funny when you didn't want to jump

He's like "Don't worry about it...Moana is down there"

[ The ever reliable Moana ]

Saying that isn't going to convince anyone to jump

Jump because Moana is here

The senseis would show us a little of how they jump off the bridges there

the waterfall that Umezawa-san jumped off of

they would do backflips off that waterfall

They showed us their waterfall trick moves

They're like "You'll be doing this stuff too"

No....no thanks

[ Not that easy going ]

Did you finish the music video?

What are we doing? Are we watching it?

[ Not watching it? ]

Now then...Jikochuu de Ikou!

Director Asuka version

[ *Song removed* ]

ah you got video of this too

ah wait up....wait

You kidding me?

Hoshino-sensei can decide to sit this one out

I'm out~

soda~

You took those bikes to a bunch of places then

It matches up with the lyrics

Got some intensity

What are you doing?

WAH!

That was insane!

cardboard cutout

ah its Hoshino getting the picture

Got some rain?

Arms straight...do not stick out your elbows

Want to try that again?

ah there it is

Why are you backing up?

21st single prayer for a hit campaign

is a success!

Feels great doesn't it!

Feels great doesn't it!

And there you have it

That was the Director Asuka version

Must be pretty satisfied with how it turned out

I am...lots of places where the video matched the lyrics

Like dashing up the slope

And you got some evening rain?

[ Miraculously got rain ]

internet searching yourself...that was Hoshino doing that

And you got video of Suzuki backing up

[ Cameo appearance ]

For some reason only my brakes weren't working very well

soft brakes?

That's right

Since I had bad brakes

That's dangerous then

It sure was

Odd behavior today as well

People who see this will want to visit that place

I think people will travel there

This turned into a really good tourism ad for them

[ Let's all go to Minakami! ]

But I was expecting to see the prayer with the "We hope it becomes a hit"

We didn't do it...

[ Completely forgot about that part ]

eh? I wanted to do that part

Well that's because

since they kept telling me I could do anything I wanted

I told them a bunch of things I wanted

I had so many ideas....they said we'd get to it but

because they decided to throw us down a waterfall

But you could have done the prayer before the waterfall part

They didn't say it

Its like what was the point of doing all this then

Say it at the end

Can't they just voice dub that in?

They can dub it if they have video of you doing it

trying to add the audio without any video isn't going to work

but that was great

21st single

Jikochuu de Ikou!

we hope it becomes a big hit

Arsenal transfer news: Italian expert reveals surprise Juventus medical for striker - Duration: 2:25.

Mavididi came through the academy at Arsenal and turned professional in 2015. The 20-year-old had a prolific record in the youth team and has been sent out on loan to Charlton twice and Preston North End to gain experience in the past two seasons

But the pathway to the first team has proved difficult for Mavididi and it appears he has decided to take his talents to Italy

According to Italian transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio, agent Jashari Nussi has facilitated the move which will see Mavididi link up with Juventus' B team

Mavididi has played for England at every level up to the under-20s and is highly regarded

Arsenal are desperate to cut their wage bill and a number of players could join foreign clubs before the window closes on August 31

Bernd Leno, Stephan Lichtsteiner, Lucas Torreira, Sokratis Papastathopoulos and Matteo Guendouzi all joined Arsenal this summer

But Sky Sports pundit Gary Neville believes Emery will need two years to change the club from its current position

"I don't think this is short term," Neville said on Sky Sports. "The recruitment has been so bad here over the last three or four years, it's going to take two or three, maybe four transfer windows to sort this out

"Emery is a great coach and he needs three or four transfer windows. "I don't care who the coach would be, you could bring Pep Guardiola in here, even with the biggest transfer budget and one of the best coaches in the world, it's going to take him more than that

"It's too early [to judge him]. "He's trying to rewind 20 years of culture, training, the mindset of everything and what you saw today was Emery, who is the head coach of the team, but a performance of a team who were still playing the same way

"

Mythbusting Episode 4 with Darcy Ungaro - I'll build wealth once I'm debt free - Really?! - Duration: 3:33.

I'll start building wealth once I'm debt free. REALLY?!! Come on, you don't build

wealth by reducing debt, you do it by growing assets at assets AT A FASTER RATE. Now, most

of my more successful clients have taught me that truth over the last 15

years. And now, I'm teaching others how to do it

using their own property. So, how do debt reduction programs actually work? Let me

show you: #1 you do a budget. #2 you exercise self-discipline

and pay someone else to keep you accountable. #3 They teach

you how to do things sequentially: Get rid of your debt first, then build wealth.

Many debt reduction programs out there just like this cost upwards of $5,000.00,

but you'll actually only find out about that, AFTER the end of the so-called 'free'

seminar. Now the band 'America' in 1974 taught us really well I believe: 'Oz never

did give nothing to the Tinman that he didn't, didn't already have...' so over the

last 15 years, we've developed this thing called the FINANCIAL STRATEGY SESSION,

it's a mouthful to say, but it's actually quite natural to do. We will show you

something that actually works for 10% of the cost, and in most cases we'll refund

the fee in the end anyway. So WHY does it work so well? It works because

it's not a template, it's not a repeatable program that's applied to you, and

it works because it's not about 'taking things away' it's about 'adding to'. It

works because self-discipline is no cure for your appetite. So HOW does it work?

Well, it works because we don't give you anything that you don't already have.

We're not going to expect you to become good with budgeting or self-discipline.

We'll help unlock what makes you financially unique, and we work with you

to help reveal the path that's right for you. Now just like the Tin Man, you have

the answer. We'll help draw it out of you, but you'll run your own race. The

FINANCIAL STRATEGY SESSION isn't about information

anybody can get that. It's actually all about REVELATION - who are you? Now, we've

met many clients after they've paid $5,000 for these debt reduction programs

and it just hasn't worked for them. And don't get me wrong, for about

10% of the population it works great. Because that's who they already are!

They're already wired like that. We believe very strongly in this

principle called 'congruency' - if we can amplify and work with who you already

are, to succeed, you're far more likely to do well, then by getting you to conform to

someone else's image of what successful is. Financially speaking, by finding out

who you are and how you relate to your partner, we can then start to work with

you to remap some of your beliefs around spending, and start to introduce this

concept of investing a lot easier. So, 'I'll start building wealth

once I'm debt free' - AAAARRRRGGGGHH that just doesn't work. I've met so many clients who have

taught me over the years that instead of getting rid of something, it's all about

acquiring 'more of' - that's how you do well. So instead of paying thousands on that

pipe dream that someone else can cure your appetite financially speaking, we're

keen to show you another way! ARE YOU READY?!

About Dan Rioux - Duration: 1:59.

Hi, my name is Dan Rioux.

I'm the founder of YouStretching.com.

I've dedicated over 20,000 hours to clients who've experienced aging related issues, injuries,

and chronic conditions.

Helping my clients get back to their active lifestyle is the most satisfying work I've

ever done.

When I first started out, I was using a number of different massage techniques.

And while my clients did get relief, too many of them weren't getting their issues fully

resolved.

I needed a technique or a modality that was especially effective for people who were dealing

with aging and aging related issues.

That's when I went into research mode.

After a lot of searching, reading, and questioning, I learned about a technique called Active

Isolated Stretching, or AIS in the professional world.

It turned out to be a highly effective technique for the very issues I was running into with

my clients on an almost daily basis.

I immediately set out to learn from Aaron Mattes, the creator of AIS, and a world-renowned

expert on Flexibility conditioning and soft tissue rehabilitation.

I spent over five years studying under Aaron.

I Volunteered at his clinic each week and later, I became an assistant instructor at

his seminars.

The knowledge and skills I acquired were priceless.

I went on to get board certified as an AIS instructor.

And about that same time I became a certified strength trainer through the American Council

on Exercise or ACE.

I'm pleased to report that most of my clients have added flexibility conditioning to their

fitness program.

And the benefit?

They've been able to get back to their active lifestyle, and enjoy their favorite Activities

with fewer injuries and less pain; and in many cases no pain at all.

And when setbacks do occur, they're better able to bounce back, and usually bounce back

more quickly.

And Today, through YouStretching.com, I'm reaching out to a broader community of people

who want to experience the same benefits that my clients have experienced for over ten years.
