all I eat is always in full

I am around 2800 to 3000 calories a day depending on the activity I'm doing
and my macros are around 140g of protein
from 350 to 400 grams of carbohydrates
and the rest in lipids is 70-80 grams

it is a spa "Vatel" 4 stars it was really good

the important as we have seen elsewhere in the course bayesian bodybuilding
it is to be satiated, so if we favor foods that have a high satiety index,
that is food that has a lot of volume for very few calories,
for example cucumber, salad and all that is vegetables, a little less fruit but it's still going
the white fish, the chicken and all that ... All these foods have a large volume but very few calories

you still have to do be careful with these foods ... you can
