Have you ever made anything in the kitchen that exceeded your expectations?

Well, I think I just ate the best meatloaf I have ever made. I'm Tess and

tonight I made a copycat version of Cracker Barrel meatloaf. Come join me in

my kitchen and I'll show you the recipe.

(intro music)

I've made lots of meatloaf over the years and I've showed you how to make

meatloaf with a mushroom gravy and a turkey meatloaf. I came across this

copycat cracker-barrel meatloaf recipe and thought I would give it a try and

I'm so glad I did. It turned out great! I'm starting by making the sauce topping.

It is real simple with three ingredients... ketchup, brown sugar and a little mustard.

Giving that a good mix and setting to the side.

Now in a large bowl I'm adding three eggs and giving them a good whisk.

I usually use bread crumbs or saltine crackers in my meatloaf but this recipe

calls for Ritz cracker crumbs. I'm using a sleeve and a half and just crushing

them in a plastic bag and then adding to the eggs.

To this I'm adding some finely diced onion and green bell peppers. The peppers

can be optional because some people don't like them in their meatloaf.

I think they really added to the meatloaf flavor. In goes some milk, salt and black

pepper. For the cheese I'm using sharp cheddar cheese but I do believe Cracker

Barrel uses Colby jack cheese. Giving everything a good mix.

you can purchase online some of the ingredients and equipment that I use in

this video recipe. If you have a chance please check it out.

I'm adding in my ground beef and I'm using an 85/15 blend. Mixing well until

combined and be careful not to over mix. I'm adding the meatloaf mixture to a

foil lined baking pan and forming into a loaf. I'm baking this at 350 degrees

Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.

It's been 30 minutes and now I'm spreading and brushing on my topping.

This will go back in the oven and bake for another 30 minutes or until done.

The meatloaf is done and it smells wonderful. Going to let this cool for

about 15 minutes before slicing. I thought I would make this a Cracker

Barrel meal so I also made a copycat version of Cracker Barrel's hash brown

casserole. They both required a 350 degree

fahrenheit oven so it was nice that I can bake them both at the same time.

I made a video recipe for the copycat hash brown casserole so stay tuned in the

future for that recipe. As I said before this meatloaf turned out way beyond my

expectations. It was so good and my family just loved it. The meatloaf was

moist with a great flavor and texture. There was no leftovers for midnight

meatloaf sandwiches! I hope you give this copycat Cracker Barrel meatloaf recipe a

😱I BOOKED THE WORST HOTEL ON THE INTERNET // Large Family Travel Vlog // Jamerrill Stewart - Duration: 7:58.

- [Jamerrill] I think I'm gonna call this vlog,

mom books the worst hotel ever.

- That sounds right.

- And we still make the best of it.

Good morning friends.

It is day, oh what day are we?

Let's count the days of the week.

I think today is day three.

Yes, it's day three of our gonna be,

11, 12 day road trip running together here.

And today is what I had built in as a travel day.

So you will see as these travel vlogs come out

that the way I've planned it is that

we take a day of travel to get here

and then yesterday we woke up at our first big destination

which was New York City and we did

all the New York City things.

So today is another travel day

and then tomorrow we will wake up and be fresh

at our next big destination.

Some locations we will actually be doing things

for like, two to three days.

Other locations I've set it up so that we'll have

a full day.

For New York City we got there the night before,

had plenty of time to get a good night's sleep.

We could wake up, we spent the full day there,

got back to the hotel that night,

we slept until 8:30 this morning

and now we're gonna focus on traveling

and then our next fun that awaits us.

Oh, yeah I just jumped right in

to showing you guys our room.

That is our laundry bag.

So when we get to our next destination

I'm going to run a load of laundry there.

The way that we have it set up,

several of you have asked how we're doing hotels

for this big trip.

We've done two rooms.

So in this room we have myself and Travis.

We have Liam, Amelia, Daniel and then Mr. Benjamin

who's around the corner there.

We had two queen size beds

and then a fold out couch.

So Daniel and Liam slept here.

Amelia, Benjamin and I slept in the middle

and then Travis slept in the other bed.

At home we have a king size bed

and you know we just can't all fit in these

queen size beds.

We've also brought our cooler along with us

with lots of cold drinks.

But this is the look of our room.

So then in the second room

is my mom, Jayden, Zion, Naomi and Gabriel.

And then obviously we're getting together

for activities and such.

Some hotels could not guarantee that they would be

connected rooms.

I don't even think,

yeah this room doesn't have the adjoining door.

So they're right across the hall from us.

I'm going to call our next hotel today

and see if they can make the rooms connect

but if not that's what's helpful about having

a third adult on this trip

is that the older kids can share a room with my mom

and they're having lots of fun dong that as well.

This is not a style trip where I wanted to do like,

Airbnb for every destination.

The main reason is whenever you rent a house

you have to go through and like, clean it like a full house,

and because we were only gonna be like one full day

in some locations I did not also want the responsibility

on my 20 year anniversary road trip

of having to do full deep cleanings.

We have picked up this room.

They're going to need to obviously

change the beds and vacuum

and I didn't wanna do that on my trip.

Other trips that are coming up we'll do the whole like,

rent the cheap beach house deal for the week

and do it like we're actually living in a house

while we're traveling.

So you can see we are a little over six hours away

from our next destination.

I wanted to show you I'm trying to use the most

of this road trip time to get my online work done.

Woo, we are going over some bumpy roads here.

Anyway, this is a power source that Travis got for me

for my laptop for when we travel.

There's also some that he talked about

that's even more powerful

that he would have to wire in to the van.

This one is with this plug in outlet

and then my laptop goes in the end here.

So far, on our first day of heavy travel,

it was about five and a half hours or so

and I was able to work on my laptop most of that time

and my laptop was charged.

I had no problems whatsoever.

So this we just picked up at Advance Auto Parts

before we hit the road.

So we are about four hours or so from our destination.

We are somewhere in the state of New York.

We just stopped for gas and now we found a McDonald's

and it's one of those McDonald's that actually has

the playground in it still.

I know they've taken a lot of those out.

So we're gonna go in, stretch, use the bathroom, play,

get lunch and then get back on the road.

Okay, friends we made it to destination number two

and I will say this hotel is a Jamerrill

internet booking fail.

The last one was okay, I'm hoping our next one is great.

This one I booked it because of course,

hold on one second sweetie,

of course I'm booking all the hotels

and planning all the things.

This one had some wording in its title

that I assumed meant it was super close

to the destination where we are now

which you'll see tomorrow.

And it's just, it's so not good (laughs).

I try to not complain,

but I'm just being real with you here.

The hotel is, how old would you say this hotel is Travis?

We don't know.

It's 70s, it's bad.

It's just real bad.

We were joking it's like a crime scene filming location.

So, we are gonna make the best of it

we're gonna be gone all day tomorrow.

We're gonna sleep here tonight,

my mom checked it for bugs, we're clear, we think.

Gonna stay here tonight, gonna be gone all day tomorrow.

Gonna sleep tomorrow night and leave the following morning.

This is just a lesson in,

I will definitely check more thoroughly.

All I saw was, close to our location, indoor pool,

laundry facilities.

Yeah but, this one was a Jamerrill fail.

But I'm gonna give you guys just like,

a little brief tour.

This part, again it's not the hotel's fault.

The hotel didn't mean any harm.

This is Jamerrill online booking errors.

I mean, even you know, it's okay.

It'll be okay.

But for our big family trip, you know, I'm glad

that tomorrow is a day that we're not going to,

see stuff like that,

we're not gonna be here all day tomorrow.

So, the only elevator in the whole hotel.

Hit five yeah.

So that means this is a very popular elevator to take.

Amelia say, we're back.

Oh making faces, look at mommy.

You're gonna take these quarters, let me show you.

I'm gonna do the first one.

Are you ready?

- Yeah.

- So it's about 10:30 at night

and Amelia and I we moved the laundry into the dryer.

It actually smells really good.

It looks like it washed well

so we're excited about that aren't we, sweetie?

Here's my big kids pile of clothes.

Loosely folded, we're gonna stick in a bag

and drop off for them as part of their

vacation laundry service.

Well guys, we made it through the night

in this interesting hotel that mama booked online.

And we made it through the night.

The sun is shining, it's a brand new day

at our next destination.

Again we will be gone all day today.

We will come back and sleep tonight,

and tomorrow we are off to our next stop.

The longest ride in a Truck | Hitchhiking in USA - Duration: 20:21.

Its 6:25 am

Yesterday after arriving here, I relaxed on this seat

Around 2 am, I shifted to this bench

it was more comfortable

I used the washroom to get fresh in the morning

now I am going to find Malcolm

I found him

but probably he is still sleeping

a lot of trucks are here

Malcolm is still sleeping

Till then I will ask people for ride

Am I standing far from these trucks!

This is Petro truck stop

its 6:45 am now

Its foggy

A lot of trucks are exiting now, So there are a good chance of getting a ride

another truck !

So many trucks... I am not getting chance to keep the bags down !

Got a ride!

its 8:50 am

This is probably going to be the longest ride on my US trip

almost 1000 kilometres !

From Birmingham (Alabama) to Dallas (Texas)

will take almost 6-8 hours to cover this distance

let me introduce you with the person who helped me

He is a Cuban

initially I was not able to understand because of his accent

After hearing Cuba, I said Fidel Castro !!

He like Bollywood's musicals

Thats the speciality of our movies like worldwide

Thanks to the film makers

He is checking the tyre pressure

That is a camping groud

You can hire a caravan/RV and explore this country on your own

so that is a place for parking RVs

All these facilities are available besides the petrol/Gas station

These RVs have luxuries of bed, fridge, oven, shower, toilet, etc

They are getting charged

This RV is dumping the waste in the ground

Many Americans sell off their home and other assets after retirement ...

and rent/buy such RVs to travel across the country for their rest part of the life

They halt in such camping grounds for many days

He is going to leave me !!

Many people advised me to ask the truck owners instead of the employers for a ride

but how do distinguish between the two ?

but despite being an employee, Jovany has offered me a ride

I am totally clueless now

People have their different versions

This truck reminds me of my Thailand trip

For me, it is easy everywhere in the world except US!

In Cuba, everyone does not have cars. So they help each other

In US, there are more cars than the people

then I asked him about Mexico

he said, its quite unsafe because of the illegal drug trade

He says, Cuba is better than Mexico for hitchhiking

This leads me to realize that

unless we visit a place on our own and experience the culture

its difficult to know the reality about the place

This happens with everyone of us

We make opinions based on media reports and whatever we hear from others

This is how it happens everywhere in the world

Indians have opinions about Pakistan

Similarly Pakistanis have some opinions about Indians

South Indians have some opinions about Delhiites

Delhiites have opinions about the people from North-East

and they have some different opinion about the rest Indians

I think you should go and experience the culture, people before making any opinion about them

Many people warned me against hitchhiking in USA

People will kill you, rob you, harm you...

But I have successfully hitchhiked thousands of kilometres in USA till now

We have reached GreenWood

He is going to drop me here

Now he is not taking me to Dallas

because he is going in the south of Dallas city, whereas I have to go in the North

So he says, it better to get down here and ask for the next ride

There are 2 truck stops here

Loves and Flying J

This place is near Shreveport

He is going to stay here for next 2 hours

He said, if I don't get a ride in time, then he will take me to Dallas

Its time to say bye

He is going inside that building to take shower

after that he will take rest and then proceed further

I am going to use the toilet

its sunny

I have to look for a shade

I have refilled the bottle from the restaurant

Now I am going to ask for the ride

I am going to stand under the shade of those trees

I will stand here

But its all wet after the rain

Can't keep my bags down

I am going back to the store

It is scorching hot

my head is spinning

This is not a good symptom

I prefer to get delayed than felling sick

I sat here for almost an hour

but didn't get any help

Now I am going with him

Now this will be the longest ever ride

I said, My grandfather is also from the same place

I asked him to drop me to Dallas

but he refused

he is searching a place where he is going to drop me

I have reached Terrell, near Dallas

He is now not going to Dallas

I am going to get down and will search for a place to sit in the QuikTrip station

I am not feeling well

I need to take rest

Jovany helped a lot, but now I am stranded

they said, due to safety reasons they have asked me to sit at the back of the truck

I did gain a bit of weight.

I ate so late at night every day.

I didn't gain as much as I used to, though.

I had jokbal for a late-night snack today.

But it wasn't enough,

so I went to a convenience store and got a triangle kimbap

and a sandwich.

I use the corporate credit card (WHO PAYS FOR YOUR SNACKS?)

for late-night snacks. (WHO PAYS FOR YOUR SNACKS?)

The corporate credit card.

Lotteria has... (PEOPLE WHO KNOW BETTER GO TO LOTTERIA)

different flavors. (LOTTERIA IS THE BEST)

McDonald's and Burger King all taste similar.

Their patties taste the same.

But Lotteria has different flavors.

Burger King and McDonald's these days

and the AZ Burger from Lotteria all taste similar.

The patties taste similar.

I like their Bulgogi Burger and Shrimp Burger.

But they don't have burgers like that except Lotteria.

Especially, for Burger King,

their burgers

all taste the same.

Their patties just taste smoky.

I don't really like that flavor.

I've had the Monster Burger.

There were many things in it, but I just didn't like the patty.

I've had a burger from MOS Burger.

But it was okay.

Bulgogi Burger is the best burger I've had.

I like the Bulgogi Burger from McDonald's, too.

Burgers like that are not available in other places.

Wait, Mom's Touch has Bulgogi Burger, too.

They do have it.

I like burgers like that.

Double Delux Bulgogi Burger?

Right. I like the sweet sauce. (I GUESS YOU LIKE THAT SWEET SAUCE)

I like the sweet sauce and mayonnaise. (I GUESS YOU LIKE THAT SWEET SAUCE)

That's what makes a good burger.

I mean burgers are not supposed to be a gourmet food.

I don't get why people want expensive burgers.

Cheap foods are not supposed to taste like high quality food.

For a high quality meal,

I would rather go to a restaurant and get a steak.

cost like 7,000 to 8,000 won.

Burgers from convenience stores are okay.

I've never had a Teri Burger.

People keep asking me how much I weigh.

I've looking for foreigners the whole day.

And I didn't even find one...

Maybe because it's too hot, nobody was getting outside today.

I think I'll be finding foreigners a lot for a while.

Quite a lot.

For that, I was giving my best today.

Finnish people are all nice (from my experience.)

The first Finnish friend I knew was someone from the same class.

He was such a cool person with nice personality.

Right before he went back to Finnland, he had to sell his bike but nobody actually wanted to buy that.

So I remember I happily bought that for him.

Not just Finland, but North Europe in general,

I've felt they really have nice personality.

Everyone is nice.

How can that even be possible?

It's been a while since I did an interview.

I don't really feel nervous like before.

Maybe 'cuz I've done many times.

Instead, it was nice to do it again.

Maybe 'cuz I've done it before.

At least for a month, I think you guys might see a lot of interviews like this.

It's because I've got some reasons to do so.

It's a mixture of many reasons, but let me tell you the bigger picture around the midth of August.

What I want to say for now tho...

The reason why I didn't do it for a while...

was because it's such a topic that's so common on Youtube.

You know there're a lot of Youtubers like that.

So if I choose to pick those topics, maybe I would lose myself.

I thought I would lose my own color, and that was why I restrained myself from doing that.

And in these days, I realized that thought was partially wrong.

And that's also what some of you were telling me in the comments back then.

Now I kinda think you guys were right.

Maybe it doesn't matter what I choose.

As long as it has my vibe.

For me, it's...

NEW Resident Evil 2 Remake S.T.A.R.S. Easter Egg | RE2 Demo Secrets - Duration: 2:04.

The Resident Evil 2 demo came out weeks ago and only a few have played it, but that hasn't

stopped more easter eggs from surfacing!

Felipe DiMartini of New Game Plus a Portuguese language gaming site brought the latest easter

egg to light after RE2 came to Brazil (watch his NEW demo gameplay, link in the description).

The RPD in RE2 Remake has changed a bit, but a few classic things did not change, one of

those being developing film in the dark room.

Aside from uncovering another RE2 throwback secret using the film in the demo (watch our

demo secrets video), you can also see as part of the background a photo being developed,

but it is very dark and hard to see.

After spending 2 months trying to figure out what this was using Photoshop, Felipe points

out that it is actually the classic STARS team photo from Resident Evil 2 the original!

You can see the faint outline of that well known photo.

Really cool.

It looks like the exact image from REsident Evil 2.

Perhaps in the new STARS room we will have an updated team photo with more realistic

graphics?

Or will it be something new and different?

Finding these easter eggs basically out of nowhere is one of the cool parts about the

always exploring Resident Evil community that we love so much at the WB channel.

I can't wait to be there with everyone in January as we discover more, and when we finally

get to see the new STARS room in RESIDENT EVIL 2 Reeeeemaakkkekee

Crimson Army.

CONFERENCE ON WEDNESDAY.

TRUMP ALSO MOCKED CRITICS WHO HAVE ACCUSED HIM OF OBSTRUCTING THE RUSSIA PROBE BY ATTACKING

THE INVESTIGATIONS AND REFERRING TO THEM AS A "WITCH HUNT."

"YOU FIGHT BACK, OH, IT'S OBSTRUCTION," TRUMP MOCKINGLY TOLD REPORTERS.

TRUMP ALSO TOLD REPORTERS THAT HE PLANS TO SPEAK WITH SPECIAL COUNSEL ROBERT MUELLER

IN TWO TO THREE WEEKS, BUT SAID HIS LAWYERS ARE WORKING OUT THE SPECIFICS.

"I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO IT," TRUMP SAID ABOUT BEING QUESTIONED BY MUELLER.

"I WOULD DO IT UNDER OATH."

THE PRESIDENT HAS REPEATEDLY REFERRED TO THE RUSSIA PROBE AS A "HOAX" AND SAID IN DECEMBER

THAT THE INVESTIGATION "MAKES THE COUNTRY LOOK VERY BAD."

"IT PUTS THE COUNTRY IN A VERY BAD POSITION," TRUMP TOLD THE NEW YORK TIMES.

"SO THE SOONER IT'S WORKED OUT, THE BETTER IT IS FOR THE COUNTRY."

No one expected Trump to want to cooperate with Mueller.

But interviewing the President could be a sign that the ridiculous Russia witch hunt

is wrapping up.

No evidence of collusion has ever been discovered.

It was – as Trump always claimed – a fake news hoax invented by the Democrats to excuse

Hillary Clinton's loss in the 2016 election.

But there is still danger for the President to sit down with Mueller.

Mueller is a bloodthirsty prosecutor on a crusade against the President.

And the White House lawyers are working to stop him from setting up a perjury trap.

CNN reports:

NEW Resident Evil 2 Remake S.T.A.R.S. Easter Egg | RE2 Demo Secrets - Duration: 2:04.

The Resident Evil 2 demo came out weeks ago and only a few have played it, but that hasn't

stopped more easter eggs from surfacing!

Felipe DiMartini of New Game Plus a Portuguese language gaming site brought the latest easter

egg to light after RE2 came to Brazil (watch his NEW demo gameplay, link in the description).

The RPD in RE2 Remake has changed a bit, but a few classic things did not change, one of

those being developing film in the dark room.

Aside from uncovering another RE2 throwback secret using the film in the demo (watch our

demo secrets video), you can also see as part of the background a photo being developed,

but it is very dark and hard to see.

After spending 2 months trying to figure out what this was using Photoshop, Felipe points

out that it is actually the classic STARS team photo from Resident Evil 2 the original!

You can see the faint outline of that well known photo.

Really cool.

It looks like the exact image from REsident Evil 2.

Perhaps in the new STARS room we will have an updated team photo with more realistic

graphics?

Or will it be something new and different?

Finding these easter eggs basically out of nowhere is one of the cool parts about the

always exploring Resident Evil community that we love so much at the WB channel.

I can't wait to be there with everyone in January as we discover more, and when we finally

get to see the new STARS room in RESIDENT EVIL 2 Reeeeemaakkkekee

Crimson Army.
