toppings and because we got cocky we went with six, but we got two meats there

is some donaire meat, which is a mixture of lamb and beef then there's chicken,

and then a whole bunch of healthy vegetables, along with all the cheese and

the sauce and then the dough of course, but there is green peppers, tomatoes

onions, and then mushrooms, but like I said we've got 30 minutes to finish,

that, but if we win we will be the first team to win and we will get the

Four minutes and 15 seconds in, this pizza is going right down, it is so

How To Set Goals And Achieve Them In Your Life and Business - Duration: 5:39.

- For those just tuning in my name is Russell Brunson,

and right now we are answering a whole bunch of the top

marketing, sales, funnel building, traffic generating,

cash producing questions you guys are asking.

And today's question is about goal setting.

So I do I effectively set goals for my life and also for my business?

So, this is a great question,

and I actually learned a lot of my goal setting

principles from one of my buddies Alex Charfen.

And it's funny because he taught them to me

in a business context.

And then since then I started use them with my family,

I don't know if you guys know much about me,

but I have a beautiful wife and five kids.

I was like, how do I set these things for goals

for our family as well?

And I think a lot of times

the problem with us entrepreneurs,

is we get excited for our goals,

and like I wanna make a bunch of money.

And then we're like whoa running around.

And then a lot of the times nothing ever happens.

Or we're running, and we run out of runway really quick.

Or we don't have a good vision of everything we want.

So, you start actually building a company,

you start trying to grow a team,

you start trying to do something amazing.

You have to start looking at things differently.

So, what Alex taught me,

and that we are doing really well as a family.

And we're incorporating it now more and more,

here in our company, inside of ClickFunnels,

is a couple things:

So what Alex talked about is that,

if you look at a traditional,

here's a football player, right?

In fact let's just say...

that nose is horrible.

There we go, there's a football player.

This is a coach.

Here's the whistle so you can see he's the coach.

Okay let's say it's Vince Lombardi.

The first day Vince Lombardi has a meeting.

What does he say the very first

of every football season, right.

Gentlemen this is a football.

Now he's got his team and here's all the players down here.

And he's like, I gotta get these players

to help me win a Super Bowl.

And so the first thing they set as a team

is what they call a Hall of Fame goal.

So, what is your Hall of Fame goal?

As a football player they all wanna be in the Hall of Fame.

So it's easy.

They want to be in the Hall of Fame.

Hall of Fame, okay.

So for you my question is what's your Hall of Fame Goal?

If you're doing this for your business,

what's your Hall of Fame Goal for your business?

If you're doing this for your family,

what's your Hall of Fame Goal for your family?

I sat down with my wife and my kids

and I asked them, I said,

what's our Hall of Fame as a family?

In 10 years from now, 20 years how do we know we succeeded?

What is it that that looks like?

And so we developed a Hall of Fame Goal as a family.

We've done it here as a company.

Like, what's our Hall of Fame Goal here as ClickFunnels?

So now that we know,

this is where we're trying to go long-term.

Then we gotta step back and say cool, cool.

That's where I can go long term.

Number two then, what is our Super Bowl goal?

For football players, it's easy,

we wanna win the Super Bowl, right?

They all have that.

So that's the goal.

Okay, so no we look at this,

okay, what's your Super Bowl goal?

In the next 12 months, what do you wanna accomplish?

And one of the big mistakes,

and I'm as guilty of this as everybody else,

is we set these goals like,

I'm gonna make a billion dollars.

The problem with that is if you don't hit it,

then everybody fails, right?

And so you wanna set realistic goals.

You wanna set goals that stretch you pretty far,

but you also wanna make them realistic,

where you can actually,

it's possible that you could potentially,

actually hit those things, right?

So you're team's like,

yes, we're gonna go for the Super Bowl.

So you set a Super Bowl goal.

Now you got that, now it's like okay,

for this team, if they wanna win the Super Bowl,

what do they need to do this month at practice?

And the season?

'Cause this is like the season, right?

So then you come down, you're like,

okay what do we gotta do this month?

Then what do we gotta do this week?

And then what do we gotta do each day?

And so for you, if you're setting goals,

it's the same thing.

With my family, what we did is we set our Hall of Fame goal,

then we set our Super Bowl goal,

then we said, okay, to hit our Super Bowl goal,

what do we gotta do this month?

Then we broke it down, what do we gotta do this week?

Then what each day.

Then me and my kids and everyone, we use Trello,

we have a little checklist.

My kids know every single day, I gotta do these things.

And they do all those things every single day,

then at the end of the day, they get a reward.

And then we have our weekly goals.

K, each week we gotta do all these things.

And one of them is do the daily tasks list

for an entire week, right?

And then we have a couple other weekly goals.

And then we have our monthly goals.

And then we have the Super Bowl goal.

So now everyday, we're coming in,

we know exactly what we gotta do,

boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.

And every week, what do we gotta do this week?

Boom, boom, boom.

Every month? And then boom, boom.

And it moves you towards the goal, okay?

And so that's how I do my goal setting here

as a family, also in the company.

But any entrepreneur, again, the biggest problem we have

is all that most of us see is this,

the Hall of Fame goal.

And we're like, oh I want that.

And we start running.

We have no idea where were going.

You have to understand, you have to reverse engineer that.

So like, okay cool, that's awesome,

but what's this, what's this, what's this, and what's this?

'Cause this is what you're doing day by day.

And sometimes people struggle

'cause they don't know where they're going either,

they just have these daily tasks lists

and they're going through to do lists like crazy.

And that's also tough as well because,

in fact I bet if I was to ask you guys, like hey,

where do you wanna be in 10 years from now?

For most of you, let's say...

Let me draw this a little differently

so you can kinda see it,

but if I said where you gonna be in 10 years from now?

You'd be like, okay, here's me today,

here's me 10 years from now.

And I'll have you explain to me.

And you'll be like,

I'm gonna be doing this and this and this

and you have a list of all the stuff you're gonna be doing.

And I'm like, cool what's your to do list today?

And you're like, here's my list of stuff I gotta do today.

And I'm like, okay does anything on this list here

have anything to do with this list right here?

And 99% of you guys would be like,

there's not a single thing on today's to do list

that gets me even a step closer to that.

Yet that's what we're doing every single day.

And the next day we got our new list

and we got our new list, and we got the things we're doing,

but we never actually are focused

on things that get us to that.

But going through this process of like,

okay here's our Hall of Fame, boom.

Now let's back step this, okay what's our Super Bowl, boom.

Now let's back step it, what's our monthly?

What's our weekly? What's our daily?

Now everything you're doing here

is gonna move you towards here, is moves you towards here,

which moves you towards here, which gets you to there.

And that's how we do goal planning and goal setting

here in our company and with my family.

I hope that helps any of you guys

who are trying to figure out how in the world

to set your goals so you can actually achieve them

both in your life and your business.

Thank you so much for watching.

Every single week we publish new secrets just like this,

so make sure you subscribe so you don't miss any of them.

And I will see you on the next video.

What If SCP 610 Was Real? - Duration: 6:24.

Hello internet - and welcome back to the most inquisitive channel on YouTube - Life's

Biggest Questions, the place where all roads lead to the SCP Foundation - and we're still

painstakingly scratching our head, trying to figure out what the hell this thing is.

What's going on guys - as per usual, I'll be your disembodied floating voice Jack Finch,

as we comply fully with the special containment procedures, thoroughly wash our hands and

check there's nothing malignant lingering on our sneakers - and curiously ask the question,

What If SCP 610 Was Real?

Uhh - by now you know we've plumbed the depths of the Foundation's archives - and

yet, as we've found time and time again - there's always something ominously lurking

it's creepy head that throws us off balance and forces us to reevaluate our moral principles

- as well as some critical hygiene habits.

Well - how's a contagious, unstoppable skin disease that wants nothing more than to recruit

you into its fleshy, grotesque ranks?

Yeah - let me introduce you to SCP 610 - and boy, I really hope we're ready for this

one.

Before we do that though guys - you know the drill by now, if you're a fan of this video,

the SCP Foundation, or just Life's Biggest Questions in general - then be a dear and

hit that thumbs up button as well as that subscribe bell so you can stay up to date

with our latest and greatest uploads.

If you'd like to get in touch with myself, Charlotte, Rebecca - and the creative team

here at LBQ - then feel free to take a peek at the info box down below.

On with the show.

As the record states - SCP 610 is a Keter class entity - which currently has no known

containment procedure, because - the bleak reality is that due to the vast area of infection

that this skip covers - containment is actually impossible.

Instead, isolation of a known infected area - which primarily exists in rural areas of

Russia - has proved to be far more effective than blindly attempting to tackle the skip.

Permission by the Russian government has been granted to establish a perimeter around the

infected area to strictly keep people out under the guise of military operations.

While it may not seem it though, there's much more to this skip than meets the eye.

Reports of 610 first came direct from the Russian government, who had received intel

on a string of disappearances of farmers in the infected region - followed by police officers,

and a government dispatched agent.

The military were later called to intervene, but quickly withdrew when they discovered

what was lurking there - at which point, The Foundation was contacted to investigate.

The area that SCP 610 covers is close to Lake Baikal in Southern Siberia - and the worrying

thing is, despite containment efforts - this thing is spreading.

At first look, SCP 610 appears to be a contagious skin disease that inhibits several initial

symptoms - a rash, itching and increased skin sensitivity.

Within three hours, the disease will causes heavy blemishes that resemble scar tissue

- which form in the chest and arm areas, and quickly spread to the legs and back.

All victims have been consumed completely within five hours of exposure - after which,

their life functions cease for several minutes - before they involuntarily resuscitate and

exhibit rapid physical activity.

That's when the Keter class stuff starts happening - and the scar tissue of the victim starts

to move on its own accord and grow at a rapid rate.

SCP 610 is also known as The Flesh That Hates - an anomalous entity with the soul purpose

to consume the world into a writhing mass of skin and sinew.

Victims of SCP 610 rapidly degenerate into a bulbous creature - growing grotesque extra

limbs, stretching and contorting into a dermatological beast.

They're super gross, really - so much so that I nearly threw up my lunch when researching

this script.

That's what it'll do to ya.

And somewhere in Southern Siberia, there's an entire town of these things - infected

settlements, entire buildings and houses covered in the same fleshy mass - and like I said,

it's spreading - so keep an eye out.

In actual fact though, SCP 610 is a biological weapon of the Sarkics, who worship the hateful

Yaldabaoth, the god of flesh and basic animal instinct - who is eternally opposed against

Mekhane, the god of machine and intellect.

Remember when I said there's much more to this skip than meets the eye?

Yeah, well SCP 610 is the Sarkic's trump card in The War of the Flesh - an ancient,

ongoing battle for the ultimate fate of humanity.

Pretty big deal, eh?

Well - we could lament over that topic in a whole other video - so for now, let's

leave that in a neat little jar on the SCP shelf.

So - how prepared actually is our planet when facing an all consuming contagion?

Well, in actual fact - pretty damn prepared.

Modern civilization is built upon a breathable membrane of population mechanics - designed

to fulfil the physical strain put upon the planet by over 7 billion individuals.

In essence, we could just shut down shop and build bigger walls - but as Donald J. Trump

is too embarrassed to admit, it's not that easy, is it buddy?

Granted - SCP 610 is on the extremities of world-ending diseases - so applying it's

hypothetical wrath is difficult at best - but we only need to look at recent real world

outbreaks, such as the Ebola 2018 outbreak - to see how the international emergency committee

responds.

Robustly - and although the tragic loss of life is most often the price, containment

is painstakingly inevitable.

Let's say things get really, really bad though - and the Foundation fails to keep

a lid on the devastating contagion.

From it's Southern Siberian ground zero site - SCP 610 spreads across the South Eastern

landmass of Asia, down through Mongolia, North and South Korea - potentially Japan - and

its first major scalp, China.

China has the largest resources available in Asia to combat SCP 610 - and if it fell,

then the majority of Asia would fall, along with the Middle East - most of Africa, and

eventually continental Europe.

As of now, we've no idea how SCP 610 fares in water, nevermind an ocean - so the United

Kingdom would be crossing their fingers and hoping these flesh monsters can't figure

out how to swim.

Eh, that sounds about right.

Unfortunately folks, that's all we've got time for in today's video - cheers for

sticking around all the way to the end.

Don't forget to hit that thumbs up button if you enjoyed this video - and why don't

you ding that subscribe bell so you can stay updated with our latest and greatest questioning

uploads.

As always, I've been your host Jack Finch - you've been watching Life's Biggest

Questions - and until next time, you take it easy.

Labor, also called parturition, describes the hard work of delivering a baby!

It specifically refers to the process which starts with uterine contractions which cause

cervical changes which allow the fetus to be delivered vaginally, and ends with delivery

of the placenta.

Labor typically begins at some point when the fetus is considered full term—between

37 and 42 weeks' gestation.

In the third trimester, before labor starts, a woman might have a plug of mucus and blood

fall out of the opening to the cervix, sometimes called a "bloody show".

Other times the amniotic sac might rupture, sometimes called "water breaking".

Either of these can trigger the onset of labor and so-called true labor contractions.

These guys have to be distinguished from the milder and ineffective false labor contractions,

also called Braxton Hicks contractions (or sometimes called practice contractions).

Once they start, true labor contractions progress in frequency, duration, and intensity, and

they can feel like waves that build up to a peak intensity and then gradually decrease.

The contractions pull on the thick tissues of the cervix, causing it to efface or get

thinner and also dilate or open up, so then the fetus can leave the uterus and enter the

world.

From the moment true contractions begin to the baby's delivery usually takes about

12 to 18 hours for a first-time pregnancy, and about half that time for subsequent pregnancies.

Although, as any mother knows, this time can vary a lot!

Even though labor is a continuous process, it can be broken down into three stages.

Additionally, this first stage is subdivided into two phases.

The first phase is the early phase or latent phase, and usually lasts up to 20 hours, or

until the cervix dilates to 6 centimeters.

At first, there are irregular contractions that occur every 5 - 30 minutes and last about

30 seconds each, causing the cervix to dilate from 0 cm to about 3 cm and efface from about

0% - 30%.Then, regular contractions follow - they happen every 3 - 5 minutes and last

about a minute or more, and this causes the cervix to dilate from 3 cm to about 6 cm and

efface to about 80%.

This marks the beginning of the active phase of labor, during which the cervix dilates

from 6 to 10 centimeters and effaces to 100%.

Contractions are very intense, lasting between 60 to 90 seconds each, with only 30 seconds

to 2 minutes of rest in between - so sometimes they even overlap a bit, with one contraction

beginning before the previous one is done.

Also, the amniotic sac often ruptures at this point if it hasn't already.

Now that the cervix is fully dilated, we enter the second stage of labor can be thought of

as the pushing stage.

During this stage, the critical thing is for the baby, and in particular the baby's head,

to navigate through the maternal pelvis, and this depends on the "3 Ps" - power, passenger,

and passage.

Power refers to forceful uterine contractions, passenger refers to the fetus, and passage

refers to the route that the fetus has to travel through the bony pelvis.

In fact, the relationship between the baby's head and the bony pelvis is so critical, that

human babies have evolved with unfused skulls, just so their head can be as large as possible

and still successfully and safely make that passage through the pelvis into the world.

Now there're a few factors that determine how easy this passage is for the fetus.

First is fetal size, the critical factor is the size of the fetal head.

Also though there's fetal attitude, which refers to the way that the fetal body is flexed,

not its personality.

When labor starts, the fetus is normally fully flexed, which means chin is on the chest,

and they have a rounded back with flexed arms and legs.

In this position, the smallest diameter (which is referred to as the suboccipitobregmatic

diameter) presents at the pelvic inlet.

Larger fetuses and those that aren't completely flexed have more difficulty making it through

the passage.

Next there's fetal lie, which describes how the fetus is positioned in the uterus.

A longitudinal fetal lie is ideal, where the long axis of the fetus, which is its spine,

lies along the maternal long axis—the mom's spine.

The fetus can also be transverse though, where the fetal spine is perpendicular to mom's

spine, or it can be oblique, where it's slightly at an angle, and these two positions

can impede the progression of labor.

Finally, there's fetal presentation which refers to the first fetal part, called the

presenting part, to descend into the pelvic inlet.

Cephalic, or head-first, is the first type, and furthermore the most common and optimal

presentation for easy delivery is a type of cephalic presentation called vertex, which

includes complete flexion of the head as well.

Also though, there's breech presentation (which is head up, so the bottom, feet, or

knees present first), as well as shoulder (where the shoulders present first).

To make it through the passage, the fetus makes several positional changes which are

called cardinal movements or mechanisms of labor.

Initially there is descent, which is the downward movement of the fetus to the pelvic inlet.

The degree of descent is called the fetal station, which is described in terms of the

relationship of the presenting part to mom's ischial spines.

The fetus moves from the pelvic inlet (which is about minus 5 station) down to the ischial

spines (which is station 0), and this position's called engagement.

Then there's flexion, where the fetal chin presses against its chest as its head meets

resistance from the pelvic floor.

Next there's internal rotation, where the fetal shoulders internally rotate by 45 degrees

so the widest part of the shoulders are in line with the widest part of the pelvic inlet.

After the fetal head passes under the symphysis pubis (which is at about +4 station), there's

extension, which is where the fetal head will change from flexion to extension, and then

they move to about +5 station and emerge from the vagina.

After the delivery of the head, there's restitution, where the head externally rotates

so that the shoulders can pass through the pelvic outlet and under the symphysis pubis.

And finally there's expulsion, where the anterior shoulder slips under the symphysis

pubis, followed by the posterior shoulder, and then finally followed by the rest of the

body.

This marks the end of the second stage of labor.

The third stage of labor occurs after the baby has been delivered, and involves delivery

of the placenta.

After the baby's is delivered, the uterus contracts firmly and the placenta begins to

separate from the uterine wall.

It's then carefully removed to ensure that there are no placental remnants left in the

uterus.

Sometimes the several-hours after delivery is called the "fourth stage", because

there are major physiologic changes like adaption to the blood loss, and the start of uterine

involution, where the uterus begins returning to its pre-pregnant state.

Alright, as a quick recap, labor is composed 3 stages.

The first stage starts with true labor contractions and ends when the cervix is completely effaced

and dilated.

The second stage is the pushing stage, which ends with the birth of the baby.

The third stage ends with delivery

of the placenta.

Morning, your honor.

That morning, I was driving my wife's car.

I was dropping her off.

She has the handicapped permit.

I had the handicapped permit in the window.

As I was dropping her off, I parked on Summit Street

and she said I parked in the crosswalk.

Do you have your wife's handicapped certificate?

No, sir, I don't have it with me.

She's in the hospital right now.

The one that you place on the mirror.

Yes, that's the only one I have.

Where is it? It's in the car, outside.

Oh, the car's outside? Yes.

There's a $100 boot fee.

On the new tickets, it's $160, so that's $260.

How much of that can you pay today?

500.

I'm going to accept the 500 to

release the car from the tow company.

How much can you pay?

What kind of a payment plan can you afford?

is some donaire meat, which is a mixture of lamb and beef then there's chicken,

and then a whole bunch of healthy vegetables, along with all the cheese and

the sauce and then the dough of course, but there is green peppers, tomatoes

onions, and then mushrooms, but like I said we've got 30 minutes to finish,

if we fail it's going to be about $80 Canadian dollars, we do not want to do

that, but if we win we will be the first team to win and we will get the

delicious pizza for free! You guys ready? Let's get this challenge

started!

All right Mr. Magic Mitch over here he's got his Michelangelo hoodie and then Mr.

Muscles over here Mr. Fitness Model is cramping my style but we're all in for

the pizza, but nobody's beating this thing so we're just going to try to

dominate, and I forgot to awesome prizes! Number one not a prize but two people

are able to try this challenge and you have 45 minutes to complete it and if

you win, the winners each get a free sweet t-shirt, and each winner gets a $75

gift card to use later here at a Alexandra's Pizza location, but nobody's

won this thing let's dominate you guys ready? Ready to rock! All right

1, 2, 3. . . Boom! All right going to eat some middle first, then crush this thing.

Four minutes and 15 seconds in, this pizza is going right down, it is so

delicious! So many toppings and the cheese is helping at all go down

and really quick but we are dominating let's get the win, it's almost like a

salad with all these vegetables on it.

There's a chance we might break 10!

[Joel] Good!

Nine minutes in 46 seconds, the new record! Crust was great with the sauce

and cheese, but lots of toppings! Thank you to these guys! It was a delicious

challenge! Overall win number 610! Thank you guys for watching!

Top 5 Scary Easter Eggs You Missed In Halloween - Duration: 4:24.

Now Halloween just passed us by but that doesn't mean we're not done with the spooky spirit

of Fall, and what better way to continue that frightening feeling than with the Top 5 Easter

Eggs You Missed In Halloween.

The latest installment in the Halloween franchise was just released, and we once again return

to Haddonfield to follow an escaped Michael hunting down his OG final girl, Laurie Strode.

Hey guys welcome back to Top 5 Scary Videos, I'm your host Lucy McPhee.

If you're a fan of Halloween or just spooky videos in general, be sure to give this video

a big thumbs up and turn on that notification bell so you never miss another scary vid.

Alright, bring it on Michael.

5 The Closet attack As we all remember, the climax of the original

Halloween film had Laurie running through a house attempting to escape from Michael

Myers.

She hides in a closet, arming herself with a clothes hanger, while Michael punches his

way through.

She then stabs him in the eye and he falls to the ground.

Now, in the 2018 Halloween we have a similar scenario take place.

In this climax, Michael makes his way through Laurie's booy-trapped compound, and hides,

forcing Laurie to hunt him down in one of the most terrifying scenes in film history.

She makes her way through the compound, reaching a mannequin room -- creepy -- which she used

for target practice.

She finds one of the closet doors spotted with blood, and opening it, her son-in-law's

body comes flying out and then out of the shadow pops Michael.

4 The Babysitter Murders So here's some nerdy history for you Halloween

lovers out there.

Before the title was decided upon, the working script was named "The Babysitter Murders",

which referenced the slaying of the 2 babysitters in the original movie.

In the 2018 version there's a line spoken by Sheriff Hawkins that alludes to the original

title.

It's short, and easily missable for those that aren't looking for it.

But it's there.

Not only that, but there's another little easter egg, that, though unconfirmed, many

fans were quick to pick up on.

During the film we see a pickup truck with "Resurrection Church" on the side, which

many took as a reference to Halloween: Resurrection...one of the worst Halloween movies in my opinion,

but still, it's a cute little easter egg.

3 Trading Places In the original Halloween there's a scene

featuring Laurie staring out of the window of her classroom.

She catches a sight of Michael, before disappearing in the blink of an eye.

In the latest film we have a very similar scene, this time featuring Laurie's granddaughter

Allyson, and instead of Michael, it's Laurie.

Also, making a special cameo in this scene is PJ Soles who played Linda in the original,

she voices Allyson's teacher, which is very sweet homage to the original film.

2 Bedsheet Ghost Now this one is a classic, and though we included

it in our trailer breakdown video we could not leave it out here.

In the original film, Michael slays Bob, pinning him to a cupboard door using his classic kitchen

knife.

He then donns a white sheet and puts on Bob's glasses in order to fool Linda before murdering

her.

In the latest film, Michael kills Vicky and then hides her body under a white sheet in

the bedroom, mimicking the iconic kill.

1 Patient Breakout At the beginning of the original Halloween

we get introduced to Dr Loomis as he's driving to Smith's Grove Sanitarium to escort Michael

to court.

Fearing that the masked killer may have other plans on the eve of Halloween.

As he arrives there are patients wandering aimlessly around the asylum, hinting that

Michael concocted a breakout plan and has fled the compound.

Michael then attacks Marion, the nurse travelling with Loomis, and steals the car fleeing into

the night.

In the 2018 version, Michael crashes a school bus he is travelling to the psychiatric hospital

in and waits for passers by to lunge on.

A farther and son approach the accident and are attacked by Myers, he steals the car in

an eerily similar fashion and flees once again to Haddonfield.

Well there we have it.

What did you guys think?

Were there any easter eggs we missed?

Have you watched the latest Halloween?

Let us know all your thoughts in the comments down below, and while you're down there

Naby Keita speaks out on Liverpool struggles & Reds move for £36m wing wizard? ● Liverpool FC News - Duration: 4:52.

Naby Keïta insists he has improved as a player since joining Liverpool despite struggling

to make an impact on Anfield after his £52million move from RB Leipzig.

After starting the first three games of the season, Keïta has struggled for both form

and fitness, starting just twice more in the Premier League since August.

He made his return to action against Fulham on Sunday, coming off the bench in stoppage

time, and he admits he is still learning how to play the Liverpool way.

'I am really, really happy to play with my teammates and I am learning from their

experience,' Keïta told reporters.

'I'm training with them every day and I am trying to get them better, to learn from

them.

'I watch them and of course the coach is always speaking to me, saying "you can do

this better, you need to do this".

'He makes me feel like I want to do better and I want to progress so I feel lucky and

happy to train with him and the players here.'

Keïta is also looking to improve his English to speed up the adaptation process: 'I am

following English courses and I am really, really motivated to speak English.

It is really important to me.

'I want to be able to speak to the coach and I want to be able to speak to the other

players in the team so I am really working hard.'

Naby Laye Keïta is a Guinean professional footballer who plays as a central midfielder

for Premier League club Liverpool and captains the Guinea national team.

He began his professional career with Ligue 2 club FC Istres in 2013, and a year later

he moved to Red Bull Salzburg, where he won the Austrian Football Bundesliga and Austrian

Cup double in both of his seasons.

He then moved to RB Leipzig in 2016, making the Bundesliga team of the season in his first

year and the UEFA Europa League squad of the season in his second.

Keïta made his senior international debut for Guinea in 2013.

He has earned over 30 caps and was part of their squad at the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.

Keïta is described as a dynamic, box-to-box central midfielder.

He is also able to distribute the ball with range and accuracy, score goals frequently

and has been compared to N'Golo Kanté and Deco.

Many questions were asked after Liverpool slumped to a 2-0 defeat to Red Star Belgrade

in the Champions League.

The Reds could have taken control of their group with a victory in Serbia but were downed

by two first-half goals.

Despite Mohamed Salah hitting the post late on, Liverpool never really threatened to get

back into the game, and the hosts deserved their victory.

Defeat leaves the Reds in danger of missing out on the knockout stages and need to results

against both PSG and Napoli.

Much has been made of Liverpool's defensive improvement, but their attack has suffered

as a result.

Chances have been few and far between for Liverpool's famed trio – a far cry from

last season when their attackers simply couldn't stop scoring.

If Jurgen Klopp's men are to catch Manchester City, they must be more ruthless in front

of goal.

One man who could help them catch the Citizens is PSV Eindhoven superstar – Hirving Lozano.

Valued at £36m by Transfermarkt, the Mexican burst on to the scene last year after leading

PSV to the Eredivisie title and starring at the World Cup with his country.

After his sensational season in Holland, Lozano was expected to earn a big money move to Europe's

elite but instead stayed put.

The 23-year-old's hot streak in front of goal has continued into the new campaign,

Lozano has scored eight goals and notched four assists already.

With blistering pace and expert dribbling ability, the Mexican is ready-made for the

Premier League and would give Klopp another quality option in their attack.

His eye for goal and versatility would certainly help Liverpool rediscover their spark in front

of goal.

He wouldn't come cheap, but this is a move Liverpool need to make in January.

These people had NO IDEA they ate HUMAN FLESH [CC] - Duration: 11:24.

This was less than two weeks ago! Ahhh! That makes me want to actually throw

up. Hey guys it's Katie and welcome back to whatever this is - before we get

started on probably the grossest video I'm ever gonna make, if you haven't

joined the club yet you know where the subscribe button is, and if you want to

follow me outside of YouTube all of my social medias are @cockyhorror because I

thought that that was a good name in 2012. So today we're gonna talk about

human burgers, because why... isn't... why wouldn't that be a normal thing to want

to talk about? This came about because I am in a creative writing class and

somebody in my class wrote a story about someone who was hiding human flesh

inside burgers and selling them to people, and when she posted this story to

us she included two real actual accounts of this happening and let me tell you

I've never been so glad that I'm a vegetarian. So I'm gonna get to this but

first of all I want to start with something a little bit easier to digest... ugh.

But first I'm gonna start a little bit easier...

something - Oh God. So there's a chef in London his name is James

Thomlinson, not only is he a chef he's also a big fan of the walking dead. He

designed and released a recipe for a burger that's supposed to taste like

human flesh. They're made with pork mince, veal mince,

and bone marrow, and his inspiration came from actual accounts from cannibals

including a serial killer who said that it melts like raw tuna in his mouth and

a journalist who ate human flesh for science. "For science". So what this means

is that people have gone to this restaurant in London specifically

looking for a burger that tastes like human.

That creeps me out could you eat a burger that's supposed to be like human

flesh? Just the idea of eating something and thinking this is what human flesh is

supposed to be like weirds me out. So the next story does involve a case of actual

human flesh being served in a restaurant but this was a vegetarian restaurant so

it's very likely that people caught it before anybody ate it, but nobody

actually knows for sure. So here's the article I'm gonna read it out to you - all

the things that I use are gonna be linked below. The headline is "food to die for" -

horrified diners at vegetarian restaurant served human flesh after

owner killed customer and hid meat in noodles. Customers at the eatery in

Bangkok were shocked to find chunks of meat in there supposedly veggie meals.

The disgruntled patrons believing that they'd been served pork or chicken then

complained to local authorities as the restaurant was supposed to be vegetarian,

however once investigators entered the premises they found blood splattered on

the walls and pieces of flesh on the floor. Ew? Ew! Ew! Police then found the

rotting corpse of a 61 year old man in the restaurant septic tank. The owner of

the eatery fled his business before the cops arrived and is still reportedly on

the run. The local media reported that the business owner got in an argument

with this man who was a regular customer and hit him over the head with a blunt

object and stabbed him six times. They believed that he tried to get rid of the

body by serving it with the food but nobody's sure whether anybody actually

ate it. So, after realizing how recent this was and how weird it is it was

posted on Halloween I scrolled up expecting this to be from like 10 years

ago - this article was posted on Halloween, the

31st of October this year! This was less than two weeks ago!

ooh I had no idea I was so on topic, is this true?

Thailand vegetarian... it's suspicious that it was posted on Halloween right?

Thailand vegetarian... human flesh. That's in my search history forever. Okay so

there are articles saying that this is fake but there was definitely a murder

in the restaurant and his body was actually found there. I'm gonna go ahead

and say that we don't know because I can't possibly know what is and isn't

true but it is possible that this happened and that it's still gross. And

now I've saved the worst till last, we're gonna talk about a man who killed

several people and hid the evidence by serving their flesh inside burgers that

he sold on the side of the road, and this is confirmed 100% true. So let me read

you this article again - "Joe Metheny made his victims into burgers and sold them

to unsuspecting customers" is the headline. When the police arrested

Metheny in December of 1996 they expected him to put up a fight - the man

was a 500-pound lumber factory worker with a tendency to fly off the handle. At

the very least they expected resistance. What they didn't expect was a detailed

and upfront confession, the brutality of which was preceded by Metheny's own

warning - "I'm a very sick person". In his confession Metheny describes to police

how he, driven by an insatiable need for revenge, viciously murdered and

dismembered prostitutes and homeless people while on a quest to find his

runaway wife. However, it wasn't the murdering and dismembering that was the

worst of his crimes - it was how he disposed of his bodies to cover them up.

That could be debated but we're not gonna do that we're just gonna

continue reading okay - Rather than bury or hide his victims somewhere secret

Joe Metheny chopped them up, mixed them with pork and served them as burgers to

unwitting customers from his roadside barbecue stand in Maryland. The murders

had started about two years before he was arrested. When Metheny's wife took

their son and left him he flew into a rage he spent days looking for them,

checking halfway houses and even under a bridge where he knew his wife used to do

drugs. There he found not his wife but two homeless men who he believed did

drugs with his wife. When they gave no indication that they knew where his wife

and son were, he killed them both with an axe. After killing them he noticed a

fisherman nearby who could have seen what he'd done and just in case he had,

Metheny killed them as well. Though he would later to turn his victims into

burger meat these first three were crimes of passion and as soon as he

realized what he'd done Matheny panicked and tossed the bodies into the river to

hide the evidence. He was soon arrested for the murders of the homeless man and

spent a year and a half in the county jail awaiting trial - at trial however he

was acquitted. Thanks his quick thinking in hiding the bodies there was no

physical evidence that he'd killed the two men. Now free, Metheny resumed his

quest of seeking out his missing wife and child. Though he'd spent a year and a

half awaiting trial jail time had clearly done nothing to slow Joe Metheny

down. Shortly after being arrested Metheny murdered two prostitutes, though

this time he'd had a better idea for disposing of their bodies. It seems that

he was now murdering people for sport as much as for revenge. Instead of tossing

them in the river, Metheny brought the bodies home. There he

dismembered them and stored the meatiest parts of them in his freezer, burying the

unusable parts in a truck lot owned by the pallet company he worked for.

Back home he mixed the prostitutes flesh with a mixture of beef and pork, forming

it into neat little patties. Over the next several weekends he would sell

these little patties out of a small barbecue stand he opened on the side of

the road. For weeks unwitting passers-by, truck drivers and

townie would all consume bits of human flesh,

essentially becoming living hiding spots for the bodies of Metheny's

victims. Upon his arrest Metheny told police that no one had

complained about the meat tasting funny, in fact no one seemed to notice that his

burgers had a little something extra in them. "The human body tastes very similar

to pork," he said "if you mix it together no one can tell the difference." Whenever he

needed more special meat Metheny would simply venture out and find another

vagabond. According to his confession he killed 10 people, though authorities say

there's no reason to believe he would have stopped there had he not been

arrested. He was finally caught in 1996 when a would-be victim managed to escape

Joe Metheny's clutches and went to the police. Eventually he was found

guilty and sentenced to death, which was overturned in 2000 and changed to two

life sentences. In 2017 he was found dead in his prison cell. During his

interrogation he willingly offered up a confession and details about each of his

murders, even mentioning the murder of the fisherman which he'd gotten away

with several years before. He also appeared to show no remorse for what

he'd done apart from one thing - and this is a direct quote from him: "the only

thing I feel bad about in any of this is I didn't get to murder the two people I

was really after, and that's my ex old lady and the man she got hooked up with.

So the next time you're riding down the road and you happen to see an open pit

beef stand that you've never seen before make sure you think about this story

before you take a bite of that sandwich." That that makes me want to actually

throw up can you imagine just you're on a long road trip and you're so hungry

and you see a burger stand and you're like thank God so you stop and you get a

burger and you have no idea that you're eating people meat?! Ugh! And this, this

really happens this is not a creepy story that you know you tell for fun

this is real life and that's the worst part of it. Let me know if you're really

creeped out too because I would not like to be alone in this. Thanks for being

here as always for one of the grossest, spine chilling-est, that's not

word videos I've ever done! Let me know if you want more of them because I love

to be creeped out, like I said at the beginning remember to hit subscribe if

you're not yet a member and you can follow me on all of these social media

things and the links to all the stories that I've told are down below - if you

want to click on them just be warned that I didn't leave out any of the

details of the stories but I did leave out some of the more offensive language

and possibly triggering things so just be aware of that if you're gonna read

them for yourself. But yeah I'm so glad that I finally managed to do another

video because it's been a long time coming and I always feel like sh- I

always feel a bit rubbish when I haven't done one in a while so yeah thanks for

being here! It's been gross! Byyyee!

Black women are beautiful white women are beautiful be yourself

Imagine following someone on Instagram, stalking their posts, watching their daily routine through their stories, feeling almost like you almost know them – and then finding out they're an entirely different race to the one they appear as in their photos. Among the latest trends on Instagram is this: white women deliberately wearing darker make-up and retouching and filtering their pictures in attempts to look Asian or black. Screenshots of the online phenomenon were shared by Twitter user WannasWorld, sparking a debate over white women capitalising from racial ambiguity for financial gain. The Instagram account of one white woman who has received criticism for attempting to appear black online ADVERTISEMENT Model Emma Hallberg is among those Instagram users. In the images she shares with her 188,000 followers, she appears to have a darker skin tone and tight curly hair, and could easily be pass as black or mixed-race. Hallberg receives no less than 30,000 likes for almost every picture she posts on the platform and is a brand ambassador for clothing company Fashion Nova. In a private message between the 19-year-old and another Instagram user that has since been made public, Hallberg confirmed she is in fact white and that her skin gets "very easily tanned". She stated that the before and after pictures circulating on Twitter are just "two different pictures taken on different seasons of the year" and denied that she was posing as a person of colour. The trend, which has been heavily criticised given the long history of objectification and exploitation of black women, has been blamed by some on the Kardashians. "It's down to the Kylie Jenner effect", says blogger and content creator Stephanie Yeboah. Yeboah told the New Statesman that it is almost "fetishistic in that they want to achieve this 'exotic' look in order to attract black men. It seems like it's all it is". The Kardashian family have long been at the forefront of the argument around appropriation. For years Kim Kardashian has been accused of appropriating hairstyles usually worn by black women, despite her claims that she's "not trying to disrespect anyone's culture by wearing braids". In July, Kim received heavy criticism on social media when she shared photos of herself wearing fulani-style braids at the MTV Movie and TV awards. The choice of hairstyle, which originates from Africa, was made worse by the caption, which simply read, "Bo West" – referring to white actress Bo Derek, who wore such braids in the 1979 film, 10. In the same week, Kim spoke about the backlash on a panel at BeautyCon LA, stating, "I've definitely had my fair share of backlash when I've worn braids. I've been fortunate to be able to travel around the world and see so many different cultures that have so many different beauty trends." Her younger sisters Kylie and Khloe have faced similar criticism. In 2014, Khloe was accused of appropriating her designs for her denim brand Good American from a black woman. She called the accusations defamatory and threatened legal action. One year later, Hunger Games actress Amandla Stenberg called out Kylie for wearing cornrows in an Instagram post, saying "when you appropriate black features and culture but fail to use your power to help black Americans by directing attention towards your wigs instead of police brutality or racism". Despite their critics, Kim, Kylie and Khloe continue to profit from the commodification of black women's bodies, language and mannerism. Kylie's cosmetic label Kylie Cosmetics has sold more than $630m (490m) worth of make up since it launched in 2016. It became a discussion on the American TV talk show The View, with one of the hosts Sunny Hostin, saying: "Kylie made her fortune from using lip fillers and sort of combined that with the lip kits because she had the big lips. Is it cultural appropiation? Is Kris Jenner this evil genius that understands being close to black culture can make you money, but being black cannot." But the sisters are not the only stars accused of doing so; rapper Iggy Azalea also often comes under fire for her urban lyrics and image. In an interview with GQ magazine, the 27-year-old, born Amethyst Kelly in Australia, defended her image, saying: "I've been in America since I was 16, I'm about to be 28. America is going to have an influence on me. I live in this country with everybody else. I'm supposed to live here for almost half my life and not be influenced by it? If I'm influenced by it, it's somehow inauthentic or an act? This is my life." As the Instagram trend shows, though, it is not just celebrities who are tempted to appropriate black culture. Nor is it confined to social media: Rachel Dolezal, a white woman with no known black ancestry, made headlines in 2015 for identifying as black, even being made a branch president for the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, an American civil rights movement. In 2016, she changed her name to Nkechi Diallo and illegally received $8,847 (£6,600) in public assistance funds. In May, beauty blogger Nikita Dragun was criticised online after posting a photo on Instagram wearing a bright pink dreadlocks wig. She responded to the backlash on Twitter, stating "my culture is more than just a hairstyle". As blogger Arielle the Lion writes, "throughout history in America, white people have shamed people of African ancestry for their looks, hair and body, and have often said those features are 'undesirable'." And yet, when they seek to gain, it seems quite the opposite is true. Ultimately, at a time when racist incidents are on the rise in both the US and Europe, there may be some truth to what social activist Brittany Packnett stated in her tweets a while back, that some white people love black culture enough to copy it, but sadly they don't love black people.

EXPOSING Guava Juice and His Garbage Content - Duration: 10:10.

Hi! My name is Tatum Borealis

and I'm in a bath tub.

Why am I in a bath tub?

Because... apparently that's where people film YouTube videos now.

Today I will be doing my very own bath tub challenge!

One where I'm making fun of Guava Juice.

An extremely popular YouTuber

as well as an extremely annoying YouTuber.

The most challenging part of this challenge should be sitting through his content because...

it's...

extremely boring.

Roi: As you can see...

she's very occupied over there.

Marshmallow! You're so fast. Dude!

C'mon I was just there girl.

I think this is it. She's over there.

Pretty much trapped.

And then I gotta go get her. Come here.

I gotcha! I got ya!

Oof! Alright, any words to say for the champion of hide and seek?

You want to go back to your friends?

[Dog Bark]

Yeah? Yeah, you want her to come back?

Okay. Okay.

Aaand loud.

[Air Horns Sound Effect and Screaming]

And impressively unfunny.

Alright here's another one. What's up? How you do?

What's your name?

Whats that? You're actually... Marshmallow?!

You DJ and stuff?

I'm just gonna poop right here.

[Laughing at Himself]

Of course this will be a 24 hour challenge! Meaning 10 or 15 minutes hopefully.

I stumbled upon this garbage content how I stumble upon most garbage content.

Through the trending page.

With his video...

I was actually able to make it through about half of this video.

Until... until the screaming got too much.

Wild!

[Slowed Down, Low Pitched] Wild!

[Horror Movie Scream Sound Effect]

In this video we get to see his main tactic of trying to make people laugh...

The Rule of Threes.

It's not how the rule of threes in comedy is supposed to work but... He's trying.

Hi, Papa John's? You're my favorite pizza place!

Hi, Little C-a-ser's? You're my favorite pizza place?

Hi, dad? You're m--

What?

I thought you and mom were working things out.

[Spitting Water and Laughter]

The rule of threes isn't typically used in a manner where you just slow down the same clip and replay it three time but

that's how Roi Fabito chooses to use it!

Roi: Shhh! I think Marshmallow is here somewhere...

Boo!

Boo!

[Slowed Down, Low Pitched] Boo!

It's funny, right?

Let's try it.

Guava Juice is terrible!

[Slow, Low Pitched] Guava Juice is terrible!

[Even Slower and Lower Pitched] Guava Juice is terrible!

Another ingenious comedic tactic that Guava Juice uses is his use of music in his videos.

For any minor inconvenience or... mildly disappointing thing that occurs in your video

just play the generic, sad violin song.

Roi: If anyone wants to come in the bath tub, bark!

Bark!

No one?

[Sad, Generic Violin Song]

Example:

[Sad, Generic Violin Song]

I'm so sorry!

[Aawww Sound Effect]

This channel and their videos are incredibly unfunny

but I don't think that matters to Guava Juice. All that matters to them is money.

The strangest thing to me about this video though, was this giant warehouse that they're in

with his icon painted on to the wall.

And that's because Guava Juice has become some ginormous, extremely successful business

but... we'll get into that later.

Let's cringe a liitle bit more at his content.

[Muffled] Esketit

I cannot bare to look at this man's thumbnails.

They are disturbing to me.

But apparently kids like that, right?

He certainly follows the Morgz Method for his thumbnails where your face literally hurts looking at them.

And his eyes... are they... Are they that big? Are humans eyes that big?

TV Announcer: You'll go on my count!

Are you both ready?

Contestant 1: I'm ready.

Contestant 2: Yeah.

Roi: Esketit.

1... 2... 3...

Go!

[Crowd Screaming in Disgust]

Now while Guava Juice's specialty is certainly bath tubs, he also prides himself on

epic videos consisting of...

and pretty much everything!

Oh! And make sure to grab some Guava Toys!

"What is a Guava Toy?" you might ask.

Not only on his website but also in Targets, we can find

Guava Toys bath bombs, Guava Toys slime, and...

Guava Toys pancake art?

All of his toys can be purchased around 20 dollars.

Which doesn't seem that bad until you realize that you can buy almost all of these things on aliexpress.com

It's like he took drop shipping to a new level.

Oh and about those super luxurious Guava Toys bath bombs that you can get at Target...

Apparently a lot of parents have been leaving reviews on the website about skin irritation.

Noting that their children had to get out of the bath after only 5 minutes of being exposed

because their skin felt like it was burning.

One parent saying that their kid started screaming in pain.

So Guava Juice has trash content, 12 millions subscribers, almost 5 billion views on YouTube,

an entire line of merchandising being sold at target, but... you know what he also has?

A net worth of 7 million dollars.

[Laughter] Lil Pump: Esketit.

Now I don't think that Guava Juice is shoving his merchandising down children's throats as hard as someone like

let's say Jake Paul.

Buy that merch.

Buy that merch.

Buy that merch.

Buy that merch.

Buy that merch.

But it is disappointing to see such valueless content being created for children.

I learned better life lessons watching SpongeBob as a child than I would watching Guava Juice's content.

Mindy: Look guys. You may just be kids but you're the only ones left who can get that crown!

SpongeBob: But... We're just--

Mindy: Hey! It doesn't matter if you're kids. And what's so wrong with being a kid anyway?

Kids rule! You don't need to be a man to do this.

You just gotta believe in yourself!

You just gotta belieeeve!

About the only thing that I can take away from Guava Juice's content is...

to leave a comment down below! Because engagement supports YouTube channels.

It's impressive how many call to actions Guava Juice puts inside of his videos.

and they lead to a lot of sub4sub type comments

from people even more desperate for engagement than Guava Juice.

Like me for example.

But at the end of the day I really am just jealous of how many subscribers, and views, and...

money that Guava Juice has.

That's why I'm producing my very own line of toys!

So I hope you enjoyed this video! If you did it would mean the world if you gave it a thumbs up

and maybe subscribed to my channel.

And... I'm going to use this bath tub how it's intended to be used now.

Man Utd transfer news: Red Devils receive Everton boost over Yerry Mina - Duration: 4:14.

The Toffees had spoke to Barcelona over the Colombian international, who Marco Silva had made his top target to strengthen his side defensively

But with Barca valuing the 23-year-old in excess of £30million and a number of clubs retaining interest, the Liverpool Echo say that Everton are prepared to back out of any deal out of reluctance to become involved in a bidding war

And that could allow United to swoop in and seal a transfer with Mina having emerged as a target for Jose Mourinho, who has been unable to sign Toby Alderweireld or Harry Maguire due to their £75m price tags

Mina is a far cheaper alternative for the Red Devils and impressed at the World Cup for Colombia in the summer with three goals from central defence

He only moved to the Nou Camp from Brazilian side Palmeiras in January for €11.8m (£10

5m) but made just five La Liga appearances in the second half of the campaign, failing to make the match-day squad on numerous occasions despite being fully fit

But United have been heavily linked with the towering centre half as Mourinho looks to plug a gap he has been looking to fill throughout the summer

The manager has been frustrated in his hopes of landing top target Alderweireld with Tottenham holding firm for their £75m valuation although the Belgian is out of contract next summer

Likewise, Maguire - who has made no comment so far on wanting to join United - would apparently command a similar fee, which is equal to that of the world-record fee for a defender which Liverpool paid to take Virgil van Dijk from Southampton

Despite that, ex-United defender Wes Brown believes that his former club should prioritise Maguire over Mina

"Mina could be a good partner for Bailly," Brown told 888sport. "Obviously, he's not played in the Premier League before but he actually did very well in the World Cup

"I think Harry Maguire would be first choice but that doesn't take anything away from Mina who is a good player

" According to the Echo, with Mina too expensive for Everton, the Merseyside club could look at a move for United's Marcos Rojo

The Argentine is surplus to requirements at Old Trafford but is thought to be reluctant to leave despite the limited game-time available to him

Yet Brown believes Mourinho should sacrifice Chris Smalling if Mourinho is to shed numbers in defence, provided the Englishman isn't going to be a consistent starter

Brown - currently playing in India with Kerala Blasters - added: "Chris Smalling two seasons ago was United's best defender

Then Jose started to make a few changes and he hasn't played a lot since then.  "He might have had a word with the manager already asking what the plan is for his future and if Jose has said he won't be playing much then it's in Chris' best interests to leave and get first-team football

"If he's not said that though then there is still competition for places there. Chris is still at a good age and will want to be playing

"

Atrial Fibrillation and Stroke Prevention - Duration: 4:47.

we've got about a hundred thousand people who have got atrial fibrillation

we have only diagnosed about ninety thousand of those people so we have a

number of people left to find we have some of the highest levels of vascular

disease in the United Kingdom so unfortunately people in this region are

much more likely to have a stroke than in the UK as a whole stroke affects

every single part of your life you family you children work so I asked

the communist-era the mere that anyone suffers from and there's a one in

Forrest that any of us will develop atrial fibrillation in our lifetime is a

disease of the aging heart seem more likely to develop as you get older but

instead of a regular heart rhythm where you get an irregular heart rhythm which

means that clot and thrombus collects in the left atrium which is one of the

chambers of the heart and when that happens there's a risk of tiny blood

clots being thrown through the circulation and if they head up towards

the brain into the middle sobel artery that supplies the main hemispheres of

the brain it's very possible that these big clots can block off areas of blood

supply and cause stroke and that's called an ischemic stroke or an air

stroke we want to support our region in three crucial areas around the

identification and management of atrial fibrillation so the first one of these

is detect we want to find the missing thousands in our region within our

detect program we've got a number of different activities going on so one

thing that we do know is we're only a small team we can't get out to

everywhere in the region and we can't test everywhere in the region that we'd

like to so we have to work through colleagues partner organizations and

volunteers to help us do that the NHS innovation agency northwest

coast has provided us with a very basic ECG device which our staff have been

trained to use by a halt and CCG it's a stick but you hold on either end and

within about a minute and a half it gives a reading as to whether you have

an agent population issue or not the case may be well a volunteer now at the

brain charity in Liverpool and the services manager asked me would I be

interested in doing this and straightaway I said yeah I can prevent

some one person from after the stroke I'm there I'm going to do it we also

need to make sure that we protect them so once we've got them into primary care

or their GP practice or the under the care of a health professional we want to

make sure that they are able to have the right treatment for them to be able to

manage their condition in the optimal way we know also when people are being

treated with fibrillation they're often in adequately treated on drugs that

maybe aren't doing the job either inadequate dosing or the wrong type of

medication a lot of the work I've been doing over the past few years is

involved our personalization of warfarin treatment and so our work involved

identifying factors including genetic factors that are associated with the

dose that a patient might require and also we want to make sure that those

people who are receiving treatment are regularly monitored and managed and

that's the correct part of the program so we refer to it as detect

protects and correct we know that one in three people when they're given

medication when they leave hospital they stop taking it within three months so

there's no point having a tablet and it stays in your kitchen cupboard it's

about a deer and some persistence with medication to make sure that people get

benefit if as a region we improved both our management of atrial fibrillation

and improve our detection of atrial fibrillation we can significantly reduce

the number of very severe strokes that I see on our stroke unit every day

and therefore we can hopefully save lives from that and we can also reduce

the amount of people who have very severe disabilities from their stroke as

a result we think that we can save a stroke a day we're working with multiple

partners we've got people going out testing each day across our region and

we fully expect to have reduced the number of strokes to less than 500 in

our region by 2020

Using Travel Agent Vs Booking Yourself - 5 Tips Travel Agency Expert Shares On DIY Bookings - Duration: 5:15.

Using Travel Agent Vs Booking Yourself

what's up everybody Larry Porter here and I'm back once a again and in today's

video I want to share a couple tips with you all the benefits of using a travel

agent versus booking online yourself so which one will win the battle so if you

online you're looking for legitimate reasons why you should book yourself

versus going through a travel agent and you don't know which option to turn let

me help you and point you in the right direction as I give you five tips why I

recommend using a travel agent instead of booking online yourself so first tip

is top agents will give you insider access okay

a lot of things that you can try to do or should I say DIY I do it yourself you

would not have these options available to you so if you were on Trip Advisor

and you go on other sites like Expedia and you try to Using Travel Agent Vs Booking Yourself

get these inside and assets tools and secrets you would not have access to it

so therefore you won't have the savings like you want to okay you won't have the

proper tools you need to dig deep and customize your trip the way you want to

because keep in mind most on time online travel agencies always streaming the

right direction of getting more money from you so you will not have the inside

a success it's like insurance special promotions there are travel agent that

can give you okay so you would helps you know someone blew

off insurance and things of that nature but you won't won't have the insider

access and the special promotion promotions to get it special rates okay

only travel agents hazard assets okay okay number two travel agents will save

you time and money so think about it it will save you a ton of time and money

think about if you try to do all this on your own it's gonna take you forever to

customize the trip the way that you want to okay you can go through TripAdvisor

Expedia all the other online travel agencies and you can try to put together

the vacation package that you want but all the tools and resources are

scattered out you know about you but have to do site hopping you have to go

to this site that side that side just to get out information put in one place and

try to see about saving you some money so travel agent is your one-stop shop

okay it will save you time and money of doing the research okay

number three it's less overwhelming okay it's less overwhelming to use a travel

agent okay so think about you got a big trip you trying to plan and the big trip

like this won't take up a ton of time okay you have to research the everything

that's involved with the trip that research how to put the itinerary

together so this is you pretty much acting as a full-time travel agent but

you're not getting paid for it so save yourself some time and money

don't let them deal with the headache it's left in you and become less

overwhelmed okay number four online travel agencies inventory is limited Using Travel Agent Vs Booking Yourself

this is the no-brainer here so if you online looking at TripAdvisor and all

these online travel agencies and you're trying to book your vacation yourself

guess what you have limited access okay they only show you so much

keep in mind learning to make money so now there will only show you the things

that will make them the most money so the inventory is very limited versus

going through a travel agent but they have unlimited resources unlimited

inventory meaning what you may not find on the online travel agency side a

travel agent can find for you in a matter of minutes because they have

access to all the inventory for all supplies all in one database all in one

stop shop so they don't have to spend a lot of time looking around like you may

have to they have all the tools in one place okay so amateur it's not limited

with a travel agent but online travel agency try and do it yourself you have

limited tools and limited limited inventory meaning limited prices and

last but not least travel agents can tailor your needs and meet your budget

okay it's very important that you get the trip that you want and you customize

it that customize it the way you want you want a specific type of vacation and

you want to stay within a certain type of budget now if you wants to do this

online do it yourself it's like you're a long time trying to tailor your vacation

trying to customize your vacation the way that you want to however if you

really want to customize your trips and your vacations a travel agent is a human

being the student communicate to and they know exactly what you want your

heart's desire and they were putting the time and effort to get the trip that you

want and meets your budget okay so that's one of the huge benefits of going

through a human being a travel agent there's your one stop shop and your one

stop communicator as getting you everything that you need okay so that's

my time here larry porter signing off if you find

value from this video please give us a thumbs up leave a comment and subscribe

alright be blessed and happy market Using Travel Agent Vs Booking Yourself

- DFFOO - Zack Fair is Arriving at the Global Side!! - Duration: 12:01.

hello guys, puni here

Today we are going to cover my favorite character from final fantasy, Zack Fair

he finally arrived at dissidia global

and i really like his playstyle and his kit

So, lets do this overview, starting with his stats

his crystal afinity is dark, and his weapon type is great sword

his hp and defense are his highest stats, on dissidia he play the tanker role with damage potential

the 2nd place are his Atk and Spd, on 3nd his i.brv and max brv. that are pretty low

but of course if he had all stats high he would be the perfect character, right?

Now lets see his command abilities, that are chain slash and rush assault

This part of subtitles is me reading what are writen:D

zack has a cool mechanics that make him do much more damage when the enemy is targeting him

so we want to let all the enemies focusing zack

Rush assault has the same mechanic of chain slash, but has an hp atack in the end and grants max brv up.

Max brv up is a buff that zack needs a lot, because of his low max brv stats

Now lets see his passives, this part im just reading passives in portuguese.

So, zack works well with debuffers, because he has some passives that stacks when enemy is debuffed

Lets zack weapon, just reading this part

After reading 15 cp hardedge, we know that it is a must to be mlb in order to get the maximum of zack

on his 35, max brv incresed is worth for zack since it is his lowest stats + hp regen that every tank needs

Zack Artifacts, on this section i was reading in portuguese, in the end ill say my preferences

My zack ill aim for 108 atk + SOLDIER's Pride Up**, since i get max brv and damage with it.

probably we are going to cap damage using these artifacts, if the monster is focusing zack

Unfortunately we are on the lvl 60 cap, and zack will be benched a little, he continues to be good.

At lvl 60 he shines again, even brigther

Our enemy, target sniper. This boss is a little tricky, so we have to be careful against it.

His weakness is thunder, and his chase value is 30. So if you use layle on this quest, you probably

get a lot of chases during your try, and thats it pretty good for score missions.

Now im junsting reading the robot skills in portuguese :D

As conclusion we should pay atention at this eraser machine guy skill, since it dispels EVERYTHING of

our characters. And try to take out his bufs of speed and atk, using debuffers or dispeling it.

We should of course save our skills to the final wave, and try to burn one of them down.

And fight the other one alone, since are 2 of them

Character that we may use that are not synergy with this event

Vicent, zell, lightning and garnet, are really good because of their thunder element, particulary garnet

Vicent can do thunder damage and debuff the enemy, zell has boya + def down ll

Lightning has thunder element +atk up and brv regen.

Garnet has aoa thunder magic atack, if you have a sazh he can buff her, and turns her into a brv control

Tidus and sephiroth are good spd debuffers, since the boss has two bufs that provides spd up

and they can do some hp atack together. Only thing you should be carefull is the dispel on sephiroth

remembering that it dispel framed buffs as well

Terra is the greatest DPS that we have right now after her awakening, so she is pretty usefull too

Eiko and sazh can help with buffs, sazh with combat bufs, eiko with healing and brv battery

if u can't pul on this banner, or does not have gems, or want to save for EX that are near

these characters can help out on this EX

ill pull for it for sure, since zack is my favorite and i really like this banner at all

If i get layle + zack ill be happy already

Ill do a vid when this time comes of my pulls, hope you guys can see it!

The summons we can use on this event. For co op we want to use Chocobo and Sylph

Because they are quicker to complete their gauge, that way we can burn them quick enough

For the EX, we should use ifrit if you want damage, ramuh if you want some thunder element

Shiva for spd up when ur brv is low

The only thing you should concern about ifrit, is that those boss have a lot of hp atack

So we could loose its buff, maybe trying to take a healer or play on the safe side is the right choice

This EX is going to test us, so thats pretty nice, hope all of u manage to complete it!

This event is gonna be a lot of fun, at least for me :D. Ill do vids of the EX and banner pulls for sure!

Thanks for watching, hope you guys enjoyed it. Please like and subscribe to the channel!

Until next vid, see ya!!
