Youtube daily report Jan 2 2019

what's up guys Foxen here! let's talk attack on Titan chapter 113 spoilers and

a Happy New Year to all of you! hopefully your new year has started a lot

better than mine. I woke up this morning and was feeling super sick just feeling

cold my stomach's hurting body aching. I was just on my back the whole day but

I'm gonna try to power through this. also second thing just so you know I can't show

any leaked pictures here or they're gonna take down this video and flag my

channel. alright so to start this off what is going on with Eren Mikasa and

Armin apparently in this chapter there's almost no lines from these guys. in the

previous chapter we just saw Eren beat up Armin and pretty much smash Mikasa.

unfortunately you're not really gonna get anything from them. oh and by the way

since I did forget to mention keep in mind that these leaks and spoilers could

be faked. we'll find out in a little bit over a week.

next up let me bring up Floch. apparently Floch put Mikasa, Armin and the rest

of the guys in prison meanwhile remember Keith supposedly they beat those guys

asked so much to the point that he couldn't stand up. this guy was really

just testing the loyalty from the other cultist guys. all right but now getting

into the juicy stuff regarding Zeke. first as Levi he previously left Zeke

as jogger man and then this guy freakin screamed out to turn these guys into mindless

Titans. it turns out that most of the chapters actually focused on this so

there's a lot of action. alright so for starters as soon as Zeke actually

screams out apparently off in the distance the other Eldians like Falco

they had their body numbed but they didn't get transformed. Alright so here's

a fun part you actually do see Levi surrounded by all these Titans

at one point it almost seems like Levi is hesitating. I mean keep in mind that

all of these people are Scouts that Levi just spent a good chunk of time with.

Levi was just wondering to himself whether those people were still inside

those Titans. alright so now getting into the juicy

bit apparently Zeke had a heavy miscalculation. it turns out that some of

these mindless Titans weren't fully under his control

so despite some of the Titan going after Levi some of them actually went

after Zeke's ass which actually forced him to transform into the beast Titan

which I'm sure he wasn't planning to do. at that point in the chapter it goes into

the all-out brawl Levi vs mindless Titans versus the beast

Titan. it seems like part of the beast Titans plan was actually to take

advantage of the fact that these are Levi's comrades. unfortunately that

didn't work out so well cuz it's Levi. he pretty much goes into the god mode and

slays everything in front of him. at one point it feels like the beast

Titan gets desperate he actually starts ripping Titus apart and throwing body

parts towards Levi. yeah ha ha definitely can't wait to see that animated although

I'm sure that's gonna be censored in the anime. Although it really does not matter

like I said Levi was full god mode and this guy is super pissed off eventually

you do see Levi ripping Zeke out of his Titan and I'm gonna try to sneak in a

picture right here. it's to the point where Levi actually stuck at thunder

spear in this guy's stomach and then connected that to Zeke's neck. Levi just

tells him that if he does anything funny it's just gonna be blown into a million

pieces. At the very end of the chapter you just see Levi dragging Zeke out from

the forest. at this point it seems like Zeke is having some flashback it shows

him in the younger self with this guy with glasses. now this is a guy you've

seen in the previous chapters around 85 to 90

perhaps the guy was though original beast Titan who knows? the chapter really

just ends with Zeke thinking to himself that he still has a mission to fulfill

so yes Levi completely dominating the beast a third time. I'm not sure the

second time counted so yes Levi is not dying not yet anyway so definitely let

me know what do you think about Levi almost so easily winning again against

the Beast Titan ?I'm gonna have more thoughts on this when the official

chapter comes out but at least right now I was really looking like Levi cannot be

defeated. I don't know this might remove all tension going forward when it's

involving Levi. anyway go ahead and post your thoughts down below the new chapter

comes out in a little bit over a week if you did enjoyed this leaked spoiler

video smash a thumbs up and subscribe! go ahead and check out my recent review on

the controversial anime goblin Slayer! Was it really the worst anime ever? or

where people are overreacting? also definitely check out the top upcoming

anime for 2019 and I'll see you guys later!

Does Sudan's Future Look More Like Syria Or Ethiopia? - Duration: 7:39.

Hey there… and happy New Year!

Today we are going to do one of my favorite things, and compare the experiences of three

different countries and try to learn a few lessons.

Keep in mind that the situations and histories of these three countries are super different,

so obviously you should take this video with a grain of salt, but I think it's worth doing

regardless.

Today, the question is, does Sudan's future look more like Ethiopia or Syria?

Sudan's President Omar al Bashir, is facing one of the largest protest movements of his

waaay too long tenure in power.

Bashir is pretty awful.

You may remember that whole Darfur genocide thing.

It turns out it's still happening and Bashir's government has slaughtered somewhere between

100 and 400 thousand people to date.

He also managed to lose the entire southern half of his country in one of Africa's longest

civil wars, ending up in 2011.

Bashir did all this warring and genociding on the behalf of the country's Arab majority,

but it now seems that much of that majority is finally rising against him.

In recent weeks protests calling for the end of the regime have spread all over the country,

and dozens of protesters have been killed.

This 25 year old dictatorship looks shaky.

Now Omar al Bashir has seen opposition like this before.

The most likely result is still probably that his regime cracks down, issues some bribes

and survives.

But what if it can't manage that?

We have two very different examples of what can happen.

The US and other "humanitarian" countries can seek a military solution.

That's what happened in Syria.

In 2011 a protest movement was met with a crackdown from Bashar Assad's brutal regime.

Outside powers encouraged violent rebellion by calling for the fall of Assad and rushing

to spend billions funding the violent resistance that emerged.

This resulted in the destruction of much of Syria's state machinery, the death of hundreds

of thousands and the displacement of millions.

Assad has not been taken out, and even worse, Syria has been knocked back decades in its

economic development.

The regime may have won but the country's shattered regions are run by a wide variety

of warlords both foreign and domestic.

This has not been a good result for anyone.

One of Sudan's neighbors provides a much better example.

Ethiopia has gone through an extraordinary transition over the past year or so.

Back in 2016 I called out the Ethiopian government on this channel.

It's worth taking a look at that clip in detail.

Now look, Assad is a mass murderer, and a terrible leader.

Looked at in isolation, these actions by the US government seem like a good thing.

But you have to realize that they only happen in certain countries.

Where was the US ambassador during similar issues in Bahrain at the same time?

What was Obama saying?

What's the US ambassador doing in Ethiopia this month, where dozens of peaceful protesters

have been killed?

What's Obama saying?

Essentially nothing.

Mild disapproval has been expressed.

No sanctions, no coordination of the opposition, and certainly no protest tourism, like we

had in Syria and in John McCain's ridiculous trip to Ukraine.

Ethiopia and Bahrain, like most countries in the world, are comfortably aligned with

the United States.

It's only a special class of countries that get the full regime change treatment.

Washington, DC's Shit list is a bad list to be on.

As recently as the beginning of 2018 it was easy to want the world to do more to confront

the Ethiopian government.

Instead, they were left to largely figure things out for themselves.

How did that go?

Perhaps we should back up a bit.

When I was growing up, Ethiopia was an extreme cold war casualty, with mass starvation and

a series of ruinous wars with itself and with neighbors like Somalia.

In 1991 the Ethiopian People's Revolutuonary Democratic Front or EPRDF came to power.

It started out more representative, but under the pressure of a ruinous war with neighbor

Eritrea, the elections got faker, and the people got angrier.

EPRDF prime minister Meles Zenawi probably would have ruled as long as President Bashir

of Sudan if his death hadn't intervened.

Zenawi and his successor were at least competent economic managers, but by 2016 the growing

fiscal pie was providing more for Ethiopia's many ethnic groups to fight over.

The Ethiopian government was regularly massacring members of the country's largest ethnic group,

the Oromo, and repression of all political and ethnic groupings had reached full on authoritarian

levels.

Over a million people were displaced in fighting between ethnic groups, and Ethiopia looked

to be falling apart.

Then all of a sudden it wasn't.

The EPRDF appointed a Prime Minister from the Oromo minority, and he quickly began making

bold reforms.

He has seemingly ended one of the world's worst frozen conflicts, renewing economic

and diplomatic links with Eritrea.

He has opened up the prisons and welcomed back political exiles in preparation for what

he claims will be free elections in 2020.

He has also ended the state of emergency, and initiated an ambitious slate of economic

reforms.

Ethiopia still has problems that may outweigh it's potential, but Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed

has made progress this past year that can only be described as stunning.

Obviously we would all be happier for Sudan to have Ethiopia's experience rather than

Syria's.

The Sudanese state needs to be reformed, not destroyed.

What's frustrating is that the most important factor here isnt. found in Sudan.

If I know the US intelligence community, and I think I do, there are already elements that

are angling to pull another Syria on this Muslim country.

Back in the 1990s Bashir's government provided shelter to Osama Bin Laden, and Sudan has

only recently been removed from the US list of state sponsors of terror.

The fact that Bashir has worked hard to get back in the US's good graces might not save

him from CIA sponsored rebels.

It certainly didn't save Ghaddafi.

This would be a terrible, terrible mistake.

If the US leaves Sudan alone it won't automatically end up in as hopeful a position as Ethiopia.

But if we let the CIA have it's way with the country there is no hope at all.

The US world order actually has a strategy that has very effectively dealt with dozens

if dictators in my lifetime.

It has nothing to do with armed rebellion.

Thanks for watching please subscribe, and check out my video Regime change is always

a mistake to hear about the right way to deal with dictators.

日本の好きじゃないところでも楽しくしましょう!スティーブ的 大渋滞 での過ごし方! 外国人から見る日本 Having Fun in Crazy Japan Traffic Jam - Duration: 10:05.

I love Japan but there are some things I don't like very much...

like these ridiculous traffic jams!!!

We're barely moving at 15km per hour...

WTF?!?!?

There is nothing Thumbs Up at all about this...

if anything, 2 Thumbs down!

I just want to drive already!!!!!

Look at this!!!!

At least there lots of cool cars that I never normally see in America..

Cool!

Look how much money he spent on this truck!!

This is kinda fun!!

this Lamborghini's engine is crying "please rev me up!!"

30 minutes still to Takaido??!!???

Good thing I filled the tank up at least!!

Wow!! 60 km per hour! finally!!!

Hi Everyone! I'm Steve with Steve's POV...

I am in Japan right now...

I love many things about Japan...

but quite honestly there are a few things I don't like at all...

This ridiculous traffic is one of them!!!

Owning a supercar or hypercar in Japan is meaningless with traffic like this!!

I'm driving a Lamborghini Aventador SV right now...

and we aren't even doing 15km per hour

this sucks!!

I realize there isn't much I can do about it....

but I am driving a Lamborghini right now at 15km/hr.....

wow... 16km/hr now....

Nothing Thumbs Up about this at all....

if anything this is 2 Thumbs down!!

Japanese trucks are cool!!

Look at this hand spun aluminum or stainless detail...

Cool truck!!!

Look at the back of it... this guy spent a lot of money on this thing!!

There is a lot of detail!!

Stainless custom parts and tail lights too...

I think I get excited because these are things I don't normally see in America...

Forgive me for getting a little excited in a traffic jam...

but I haven't been to Japan in a while!!

and there is so much cool stuff to see!!

and I'm driving an Aventador SV!!

yeah, I'm excited right now!! LOL

Supercars were not made to sit in traffic like this...

these engine weren't made to idle at 1050 rpms all day...

the whole engine and transmission get very hot....

it's not a very good thing for these cars.

but I guess there really isn't much you can do about that here!

This is just the way traffic here in Japan is.

Even with this traffic though, I gotta say its fun to drive a Lamborghini SV in Japan!!

But honestly, I want to drive this thing already!!!

This traffic sucks!!!

When I think the right lane is moving better...

I make my move and of course it stops and the lane I vacated starts to move!

That phenomenon seems to happen everywhere...

Thats why it's probably best in a situation like this to just pick a lane and stick with it!

Good thing I filled the gas tank up!!

This engine is crying right now; "Please wind me up!!"

Wow... we've hit a record 18km/hr...

I know that's not really funny....

But even with traffic there is some way to spin this positively....

There are so many cars I never normally see in America...

like this one!! is this an Alphard?

It is cool!!!

I like the Toyota Alphard a lot... the grills are cool!

nice!!

I love the look of the Alphard!

What is this van??

El Grand? Voxy?? I think it's an El Grand.

I think I like the looks of the Alphard better...

The El Grand is nice too but the Alphard is cooler in my opinion.

There are so many Mercedes in Japan!!

a lot of Mercedes wagons...

is that an E class?

there are a lot of Mercedes here for sure...

The Tacoma in front of us may have been imported from the US.

Is there a Tacoma model in Japan??

I like his license plate #88...

30 minutes to Takaido still?????

This sucks!

Being frustrated does no good so I gotta keep things positive...

27 km/hr... a new record!!!

There are a lot of Subarus on the road too!

That car looks nice!!

I like the truck too but wanted to see more of that Subaru.

Cool looking car!

There are a lot of STIs on the road today...

Enjoying the surrounding cars trucks and people is how I am trying to stay positive in this terrible traffic situation..

even while driving at 12 km/hr... lol

This Lamborghini Aventador is a SV.

It has factory full carbon fiber racing seats....

They are awesome but honestly a bit uncomfortable too after a while...

I wish there was a way to recline the seat more...

I feel like I'm sitting too straight up...

I like to recline a bit when I drive...

but I realize this is the proper and safe driving position...

Many of you may know already...

but this car has 3 modes... Strada Sport and Corsa

I am in Sport mode now but honestly in traffic like this Strada is probably the best...

If we were actually moving I would switch into Corsa for sure...

but in traffic like this its absolutely meaningless...

This car has Star Dropper exhaust on it... a Japanese brand...

it is chambered so you can open and close the valve to adjust the noise level.

this remote control opens and closes the valve to quiet or louden the car...

did you hear it get quieter?

But this is a Lamborghini and sound is essential!!

Easy to open and close!!

The exhaust back pressure sound is awesome...

sounds like gun fire!!

It looks like we are finally moving!!! Nice!!!

40 km/hr...

wow!! yeah!!

I changed lanes but it will probably come back to bite me...

well at least we get a better look at this Subaru!

Compared to the old days, there are a lot more Japanese license plates now....

I remember Shinagawa, Chiba, Narashino....

now there are so many new license plates I havent seen before...

Hachioji might be one... or was that an older one too??? I forget...

Tama is an old one!

and this is another #88 too!!

Just like that Tacoma before!

8 is a popular number in Japan!

I had a Kumagaya plated car a long time ago... cool or not cool?

Takasaki....

I had a Narashino plated car a long time ago...

a lot of people said that wasn't a cool license plate to have....

and mine was an illuminated plate as well!!!

Cool or not? a lot of people said it wasn't cool back then but I liked it!!

Traffic stopped again...

this sucks...

we got a little flow going and a tunnel too!!

and more traffic again!!!

That little bit was awesome!!

I was dying to do that!!!

We don't have a lot of tunnels in Los Angeles so a tunnel blast like that was fun!!!

Awesome!!! I'm up to 60 km/hr !! LOL

Armahda - EuroTour 2018 - Vlog #5 - Duration: 27:58.

It was worth the road.

We got to this paradise here.

Look how wonderful.

- Hey Tolmin! - Look at everyone's face, destroyed.

Take a look at this situation.

Excellent trip.

- Ale, how are you? - Destroyed, dude, but it's beautiful.

What's up?

I'm almost alive.

- Hey guys. We got to the festival.

- You mean the market, right?

- The market, but here we already consider part of the festival.

- Brasil!

What's the plan? Buy alcohol only (GORÓ)? Or food (LARICAS)?

What's up? What do you think? Will we chip in to buy poison?

Look at this viagra here.

This is poison.

It's poison and it's sensational.

I´m not responsible for who I'm going to kick.

How are we going to do?

This is where we are camped.

In this valley among several crazy mountains.

The cars here,

our beautiful tour bus.

There the tents begin.

More mountains. More mountains.

But that's a good sight.

We are setting up our tents (MOCÓ).

To protect ourselves from rain, insects,

Brazilians...

Guys, we arrived at Metaldays and look what we´ve found.

Let's go for a swim?

Let's go?

Let's go for a swim?

Yes, come on! Look how wonderful that is.

Look at the guys going to the beach.

That´s awesome.

There are showers there...

Today is Tuesday

Heavy metal day.

Tomorrow we will play.

Yesterday had Behemoth, spectacular show,

and some other nice bands.

Dude,

let's see what we have today.

Well, the big day has come.

Now the shuttle has picked up the equipment from the bands

to go to the New Forces stage.

There are people from Germany, from Indonesia, from Ecuador.

Everyone loading the van.

Since we will play at the end,

they will pick us up later.

that's it...

Now is the time. Sick!

Show the heads that band brought.

The staff brings up decorations for the stage.

Take a look.

Wednesday. Soon there will be Armahda´s gig

at the New Forces stage.

Look at the people with their buoys

going to the river.

There are gigs on the main stage right now.

On the second stage too.

And it will be fantastic.

It's summer here.

Metal music always playing.

It never stops.

Hey guys.

This is Yuri.

- Stage manager

- He is our boss tonight.

We are here to obey him.

-To obey my every command - Yes

- Be good boys on the stage.

We are Armahda, at your service.

Cool. Very cool.

In a few hours...

In a few hours we will be on stage

New Forces Stage.

- 6:15 PM

yeah

That's it.

'll show you this place here.

This is the band´s room.

We'll be back soon.

Let's see the stage.

This is backstage.

Let's see if I can show it here.

Hi guys. We are shooting something for Brazil

- Hello Brasil!

- Obrigado... - These are the guys that will save us...

- ...tonight

Cool

Well, these here are our monitors,

guitar speakers

drums, two bass drums,

Lighting. Soon we will put our banner there.

The stage is really cool, pretty cool.

Now it's empty,

but it should fill up at night when the New Forces stage bands start,

and Armahda will be the last one.

That's it. This is the sound table of the monitors

and there in front, the sound table for the PAs.

It will be cool.

That's people coming out of the river,

with the buoys going down the stream.

The river is here on the side.

Come on.

Bathroom here.

There they keep the equipment of the bands,

the heaviest.

Here by the side already has a camping.

There is a lot of camping area.

Well cool,

and that's it.

I hope it's a really awesome gig today, and in a little while it's going to be full.

Fuck, we're coming in!

Fuck yeahhh!!

- One more song! One more song!...

Man, we're at the after show and you have no idea of how broken we are.

It was awesome.

Paulão,

Not awesome. It was way better than awesome.

It was absurd...

Look here. The sweat.

It was a tsunami...

...of sweat. Crazy heat!

We heard what we wanted to hear.

Hey.

We have just played.

Actually, it's been about 15 minutes since we played.

It was spectacular. Good equipment,

good sound,

and the main thing:

they demanded another song after we played "Paiol em Chamas".

One more song! One more song! One more song!

And the stage guy allowed!

- So we played another song… - Queen Mary Insane,

and the show ended in an insane way!

That is the last word of the lyrics of this song,

which is the best way to describe how this show was. Insane!

And that was it. The crowd demanded,

and we played Queen Mary, which was not in the setlist.

People went crazy,

we toss T-shirts, we sold some CDs,

and now they invited us for an interview.

We're at the backstage of the festival.

- VIP area. The Armahda is VIP.

Yep. With the big bands. Then today it may be possible to meet Max Cavalera.

Stay tuned.

It was a great show,

and we are planning to record a new album

on the second half of the year.

I wanna say that we always try not

to choose a political stand.

We keep in mind that we are

a band that tells chapters of Brazilian History

no matter what our politics views are...

And since we are a country made by immigrants,

we have cultural parts from all over the world.

We are an independent Brazilian band playing at Metaldays.

You have no idea

how happy we are. We´ve crossed an ocean to get to you, to be here.

Hey scums! It's dawn here and look who's rocking.

Hello people.

I'm going to make a video

of the backstage area

of the main stage here at Metaldays 2018.

This is the entrance.

The staff having a snack.

Cool.

There's the press room behind

for interviews with the bands.

Very nice.

The guys relax, have a beer.

Jonis there, using the internet, the wifi here,

sending a message to the love of his life.

Taking advantage of the internet signal.

Here is the press room I had spoken of.

Ale is there too, sending messages.

They're interviewing bands here.

Let's take a look over...

there on the main stage.

Yesterday Judas Priest played.

Maybe it's the most important band at this year's festival.

This is stage One.

It is named after Lemmy

Lemmy Kilmister.

I'll see if I can show you a piece.

Now it's empty because it's early.

It's the last day of the festival.

It is empty but goes to more than twenty thousand people.

Very nice.

A very nice area, always with nature.

There's a lot of trees here,

lots of green space.

The place here is surrounded by mountains.

Amazing. Amazing.

It is far ahead of many great festivals in Europe,

renowned,

which does not have what they have here.

There's a band doing the soundcheck.

That's it.

Today there will be

Epica, Children of Bodom...

We're having fun...

Armahda´s gig was the day before yesterday

at the New Forces Stage.

Was great! It was crowded.

There was more nature where we played.

More mountains, there is the river.

Today is the last day

Everyone is already very tired, rotten.

But that's it.

It was amazing. We hope to return more often.

Thank you!

Cradle of Bavaria!

Very good beer!

We should have rented some bikes around here.

Look at the trouts down there.

What a beautiful place.

And this is a beach in Munich.

We're looking for a biergarten.

Having a meal here in Munich.

- to cure the hangover.

Sausage,

sauerkraut,

- and a... - child here, a baby

A little beer.

Take a look here at a ghost from São Paulo.

Show me the wound, Ale.

I'm cured now.

It fits!!

And we are not drunk right now.

we are not drunk

We are here

at Backstage with our brother Adrian.

- Nice to meet you guys.

one, two, three

We're here at the airport.

Now is the time to travel back to Brasil.

This tour was insane. It was awesome.

We had a lot of fun. We got pretty tired too.

There were people who came from Sweden

just to go to our show. Tooking a plane...

We passed through Poland, Czech Republic, France,

Germany,

Amsterdam in Netherlands.

There were even some Brazilian guys

who lived in these cities and they came to see us.

Awesome. They began the moshpit.

And the final show at Metaldays festival was absurdly fanstastic.

They went crazy.

And they demanded "one more song"!

My heart was pounding. I almost freaked out,

but it was okay.

Now we need to think about the next tour,

New album!

New album!

New album!!!!!!!!!!!

See, all hurt, with knife cuts.

Ale took a stab,

and we bandaged it,

some Nazis bothered us in Poland

but we got rid of them.

We're alive. Third-world rats, always watchful.

All that is good comes to an end.

All that is good has an end. The tour has come to an end.

We enjoy it a lot, we learned a lot of things.

It was worth every difficulty,

every fatigue, every pain in the body

that we all had.

It was worth growing this beggar´s beard.

But it was sensational. Unique experience.

Life´s dream accomplished.

I think I speak in the name of each one of the band when I say that.

Next year we'll find a way to do it again.

And better. That's it.

That´s it. Last day here in Europe.

There were 22 days of touring,

many miles,

lots of learning, mainly.

Learning is an important word in this tour.

Lots of nice trips, nice people, good surprises,

Polish people are crazy and very friendly.

Metaldays was a fantastic experience, closer than I ever got from paradise.

So I think it was really worth

all the energy to be here,

all the effort we've made to be here.

And this is just the beginning, because

it is something that vitiates

and next year has more. Stay tuned.

Hello guys. Countdown to go home.

After three weeks of beating.

Having fun, sometimes wanting to cry too,

but the balance is positive.

in general the shows were good.

Metaldays staff was wonderful.

We have great prospects now.

Everything indicates that next year we will be back here.

That's it.

After hours and hours of road,

three thousand kilometers wheeled,

seven countries,

fifty-five hours on the road driving,

I want to thank everyone involved. Everyone who attented the concerts,

Europeans, Brazilians,

and all who gave this opportunity to Armahda.

Everyone who believed in this madness of taking Brazilian History to Europe.

We had a very positive balance.

It was amazing to end the tour at Metaldays,

one of the biggest festivals in Europe and the World,

a superb place.

Now let's go back, back to Brasil

to continue the production of the new album.

Who knows if next year, we may be back?

Thank you all again. Stay tuned. Keep strong!

Event Wrap Up - Winter Madness Event - WWE Champions - Duration: 10:30.

hey guys and welcome to another video the first video of 2019 happy new year

and I'm going to wrap up something from last year I winter madness event there

are no target superstars just diamonds and whole lot of diamonds to go for

first let me open these appreciation bags I don't know why I have them still

okay there was one target superstar DX 1 2 3 Kid X Pac but as soon as I

saw the odds-on envelopes I think he was only meant for the top factions okay so

let's open the gifts first is bronze all I need are those diamonds let's see

what do I get four star token hmm that's better than the Diamonds I guess

next

another four star token well I thought those were the difficult ones to get

okay I was expecting another one anyways - four star tokens

most are gold tokens from that pretty much I also need the tps these are

five x hundred tps those will be good

yep as expected and diamonds are four stars the bronze gave me four star

tokens most are silver give me something another tp okay the last one what

will it be yes four star goal token all right those

three four star Gold tokens that pretty much sums up my winter madness event I

was targeting for diamonds but I think I got lucky or maybe the gifts were

supposed to drop those four star Gold tokens I'm not sure anyways I'm happy

with what the results were let's see what four star gold gift I mean the

token cases will give all I need is some NWO titles

I still need two more to get a trickster into four star bronze that's Razor Ramon

first let see the tps what I need from here is purple tps purple are really low

at the moment purple and blue ok blue 200 purple hundred

the rest are okay but I needed more purples anyways got all kinds of TPS

from those that's good next these four star silver tokens anything but Acrobat

please okay kettlebell and shin guards recently I'm getting a lot more shin

guards than usual and kettlebells powerhouse tokens never disappointed me

they usually drop when I need them okay so now it's time for some four-star gold

anything but Acrobat needed I don't need powerhouse as well all I

need is those NWO Vandalized title ah come on more of those need some NWO ok

showboat I'll take that next this is the last one come on NWO title yes alright I

have two now so I think I'll need to check my diamonds to get okay pretty

close to four pulls but let me try if I can get all the 3 NWO titles

now with three pulls and he just won title I don't expect to drop maybe if it

drops I can move on to some other class

come on okay here it is so getting lucky today maybe it's a new

year all right my razor will be ready once I get those

glitzy robes now I got one four star gold for the show boats but I wanted to go

with the strikers first

should I try for these I still got one pull I don't think I should go with this

one because hairspray (not boa) and wrestling mats are the ones that bother me and they don't

drop so this is the reason why I wanted to go with the striker first and can of

whoop-ass I need3 I think I will go with the striker or maybe show boat

that's the real question both our legend era and I need one from the legend era

let's look at some headliner loot I need to decide which one to go with first

after this I think there will be another event they should give more diamonds I'm

hoping because diamonds are the only things that I need

don't do that connection error right eight pulls let's see if I can get a

four star silver token out of this this will probably help me decide anything

but Acrobat on why we just give me a four-star silver everything there first

the luck seems same as last year on this okay one shin guard just won shin guard

I think I should go with striker guys hmm

all right I have decided to go with the striker next and so well that's about it

the winter madness event the pursuit for getting diamonds and four star tokens

four star gold tokens has brought me close to getting three more four-star bronze

characters well I already knew that I cannot reach the next milestone so I did

not attempt to get it anyway I missed out on these gold gifts which I

think are more awesome than the silver ones but I will never know and yes I

have attitude era my modern era will be ready and then New Gen and then legend

era striker is what I will go with next maybe it will take some time and I

will have to farm those four star gold token to get the four star bronze

characters next all right that was the winter madness event for me and hope you

guys have a good luck and wish you happy new year again and thanks for watching

see you guys in the next video bye bye

Dry Jan, FTW - Duration: 1:20.

- Welcome to "For The Win,"

a little show

that helps you tackle

whatever life throws your way,

like when drinky December

turns into dry January

and you need all the help

you can get.

So come on.

Let's get started.

We can do this, right?

For starters,

boost your vitamin B game.

After drinking

a bevy of beverages,

your vitamin B levels drop,

affecting your mood.

So start with a clean slate.

Technically, this is

a date night at the barre.

I guess.

What a workout.

Good thing you packed Degree

antiperspirant deodorant,

which will have you

feeling fresh and, well, dry,

all month long.

And don't forget to hydrate.

The Brita Stream

rapidly filters as you pour.

For added flavor,

infuse lemons and cucumbers.

Mmm!

Are we having fun yet?

Workout, check.

Next, party prep.

Pregame, milady?

[buzzer buzzes]

Uh-uh. Nice try.

For a satisfying substitute,

add agave syrup, lime juice,

and grapefruit sparkling water.

Then garnish.

Now we're having fun.

Cheers!

And that's how you'll

dominate dry January

for the win.

Tap the link on the right

so you never miss an episode.

Thanks for watching.

Armahda - EuroTour 2018 - Vlog #5 - Duration: 27:58.

It was worth the road.

We got to this paradise here.

Look how wonderful.

- Hey Tolmin! - Look at everyone's face, destroyed.

Take a look at this situation.

Excellent trip.

- Ale, how are you? - Destroyed, dude, but it's beautiful.

What's up?

I'm almost alive.

- Hey guys. We got to the festival.

- You mean the market, right?

- The market, but here we already consider part of the festival.

- Brasil!

What's the plan? Buy alcohol only (GORÓ)? Or food (LARICAS)?

What's up? What do you think? Will we chip in to buy poison?

Look at this viagra here.

This is poison.

It's poison and it's sensational.

I´m not responsible for who I'm going to kick.

How are we going to do?

This is where we are camped.

In this valley among several crazy mountains.

The cars here,

our beautiful tour bus.

There the tents begin.

More mountains. More mountains.

But that's a good sight.

We are setting up our tents (MOCÓ).

To protect ourselves from rain, insects,

Brazilians...

Guys, we arrived at Metaldays and look what we´ve found.

Let's go for a swim?

Let's go?

Let's go for a swim?

Yes, come on! Look how wonderful that is.

Look at the guys going to the beach.

That´s awesome.

There are showers there...

Today is Tuesday

Heavy metal day.

Tomorrow we will play.

Yesterday had Behemoth, spectacular show,

and some other nice bands.

Dude,

let's see what we have today.

Well, the big day has come.

Now the shuttle has picked up the equipment from the bands

to go to the New Forces stage.

There are people from Germany, from Indonesia, from Ecuador.

Everyone loading the van.

Since we will play at the end,

they will pick us up later.

that's it...

Now is the time. Sick!

Show the heads that band brought.

The staff brings up decorations for the stage.

Take a look.

Wednesday. Soon there will be Armahda´s gig

at the New Forces stage.

Look at the people with their buoys

going to the river.

There are gigs on the main stage right now.

On the second stage too.

And it will be fantastic.

It's summer here.

Metal music always playing.

It never stops.

Hey guys.

This is Yuri.

- Stage manager

- He is our boss tonight.

We are here to obey him.

-To obey my every command - Yes

- Be good boys on the stage.

We are Armahda, at your service.

Cool. Very cool.

In a few hours...

In a few hours we will be on stage

New Forces Stage.

- 6:15 PM

yeah

That's it.

'll show you this place here.

This is the band´s room.

We'll be back soon.

Let's see the stage.

This is backstage.

Let's see if I can show it here.

Hi guys. We are shooting something for Brazil

- Hello Brasil!

- Obrigado... - These are the guys that will save us...

- ...tonight

Cool

Well, these here are our monitors,

guitar speakers

drums, two bass drums,

Lighting. Soon we will put our banner there.

The stage is really cool, pretty cool.

Now it's empty,

but it should fill up at night when the New Forces stage bands start,

and Armahda will be the last one.

That's it. This is the sound table of the monitors

and there in front, the sound table for the PAs.

It will be cool.

That's people coming out of the river,

with the buoys going down the stream.

The river is here on the side.

Come on.

Bathroom here.

There they keep the equipment of the bands,

the heaviest.

Here by the side already has a camping.

There is a lot of camping area.

Well cool,

and that's it.

I hope it's a really awesome gig today, and in a little while it's going to be full.

Fuck, we're coming in!

Fuck yeahhh!!

- One more song! One more song!...

Man, we're at the after show and you have no idea of how broken we are.

It was awesome.

Paulão,

Not awesome. It was way better than awesome.

It was absurd...

Look here. The sweat.

It was a tsunami...

...of sweat. Crazy heat!

We heard what we wanted to hear.

Hey.

We have just played.

Actually, it's been about 15 minutes since we played.

It was spectacular. Good equipment,

good sound,

and the main thing:

they demanded another song after we played "Paiol em Chamas".

One more song! One more song! One more song!

And the stage guy allowed!

- So we played another song… - Queen Mary Insane,

and the show ended in an insane way!

That is the last word of the lyrics of this song,

which is the best way to describe how this show was. Insane!

And that was it. The crowd demanded,

and we played Queen Mary, which was not in the setlist.

People went crazy,

we toss T-shirts, we sold some CDs,

and now they invited us for an interview.

We're at the backstage of the festival.

- VIP area. The Armahda is VIP.

Yep. With the big bands. Then today it may be possible to meet Max Cavalera.

News24 - Fantasy Premier League tips: Last-minute transfers, bargains, captain picks for FPL GW21 - Duration: 7:45.

Fantasy Premier League bosses have just a few hours to organise their squads before the GW21 transfer deadline passes and the New Year's Day action gets underway

The hectic festive schedule is sure to have already caught out thousands of frustrated FPL gaffers, and there's no let-up with the latest round of fixtures coming just two days after the end of the previous gameweek

**PREDICT FIVE RESULTS AND WIN £25,000 - FREE TO PLAY HERE** Arsenal are looking to get back to winning ways when they host Fulham this afternoon, having suffered a 5-1 thrashing at the hands of Liverpool last time out

The Reds face Manchester City in a top of the table clash on Thursday while Tottenham are away at Cardiff and Manchester United travel to Newcastle – but which of their players will you sign before the 11

30am deadline?Top FPL transfer tips GKP: David Button (Brighton & Hove Albion) – £4

0m With Mat Ryan off at the Asian Cup, Button was handed his first appearance of the season against Everton and made an instant impression

Four saves, a clean sheet and nine points should be enough for FPL managers to start considering the Seagulls stopper, despite tough fixtures

DEF: David Luiz (Chelsea) – £5.8m The Brazilian remains a bargain with Chelsea picking up their ninth clean sheet of the campaign against Crystal Palace

Luis provided the assist for N'Golo Kante against the Eagles and helped himself to maximum bonus points so should be on the radar ahead of home matches against Southampton and Newcastle

FWD: Alexandre Lacazette (Arsenal) – £9.4m Restricted to a cameo appearance against Liverpool despite three consecutive assists for the Gunners, although Unai Emery will be under pressure to start the Frenchman against Fulham

Lacazette scored twice against the Cottagers earlier in the season and will hope for more at the Emirates

In-form FPL players MID: Paul Pogba (Manchester United – £8.3m) – 7.8 form The Frenchman now has four goals in two games for United and looks a completely different player under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer

Pogba also has four assists in his past three games and has registered points hauls of 13, 15 and 18 during his most recent appearances

MID: Mohamed Salah (Liverpool – £13.3m) – 9.4 form Three goals and three assists across his last three fixtures suggests Salah is in the groove again, with the Egyptian joint-top of the scorer's chart

A trip to Manchester City is next, but don't bet against the Liverpool star adding to his 13 strikes so far this season

MID: Son Heung-min (Tottenham Hotspur – £8.8m) – 9.6 form The hottest FPL property right now with four goals and three assists in his past three appearances

However, Son is not a clever investment with the South Korean departing for the Asian Cup

Best-value FPL bargains MID: Robert Snodgrass (West Ham United – £5.4m) – 1.1 value The Scottish midfielder enjoyed a bright spell last month but has now gone three matches without any attacking returns and is tumbling in value

DEF: Virgil van Dijk (Liverpool – £6.4m) – 1.1 value Just two points last time out against Arsenal but the Dutchman has already racked up 11 clean sheets so far this campaign

Not the cheapest signing, but more than worth the money. GKP: Neil Etheridge (Cardiff City – £4

5m) – 1.4 value The Bluebirds keeper saved his third penalty of the season last weekend and is closing in on the 100-point mark

Biggest FPL transfer ins and outs OUT – 5. Ryan Fraser (Bournemouth): 128,963 OUT – 4

Marcus Rashford (Manchester United): 131,304 OUT – 3. Callum Wilson (Bournemouth): 132,231 OUT – 2

Raul Jimenez (Wolverhampton Wanderers: 202,085 IN – 1. Paul Pogba (Manchester United): 551,338Who should I captain in FPL GW21? Paul Pogba (Manchester United) vs Newcastle United (A) Pogba has been on fire since Solskjaer took over at Old Trafford and his goalscoring run could well continue away at Newcastle

Over half a million FPL managers have signed the World Cup winner this week, so handing him the armband would be a safe bet

Harry Kane (Tottenham Hotspur) vs Cardiff City (A) Kane was on target last time out against Wolves but couldn't prevent his side from slipping to a shock defeat

The England captain has 13 goals so far this season and is expected to add to that tally this evening

TOP CHOICE: Alexandre Lacazette (Arsenal) vs Fulham (H) Surprisingly left on the bench against Liverpool but almost certain to start against the Cottagers as Arsenal look to bounce back

A threat all season but only owned by 7.1 per cent of managers, meaning Lacazette is too tempting to ignore as a differential

How To Break FREE From Fear (The Psychology of Fear) - Duration: 13:06.

What's up guys gavin here and in this video we're gonna talk about the

evolutionary psychology of fear and why most of the things that are holding you

back and most of the things that are keeping you in this fearful state are

actually just ghost stories and they're not real but they feel real but after

this video you're gonna know how to use your higher-level thinking to break free

from that and stop those primal feelings from coming up stopping you from doing

what you need to do we're gonna get back in one second again in this video

alright guys if you like this content subscribe hit that Bell notification

leave me a comment it will really help the channel grow and help spread this

information to more people now let's dive in to this psychology of fear and

to do so let's go back in time and start to understand the evolutionary

evolutionary process so number one the first thing was as we were evolving and

we were much less evolved beings we didn't have as higher-level thinking as

higher-level faculties but the main thing we wanted to do was survive so we

adapted and evolved this brain called the reptilian brain our amygdala and our

amygdala kept us safe within the physical world so if you are walking

close to a cliff you wouldn't jump off it if the saber-toothed tiger was in the

bushes you would get a strong sense and you would get away right so we developed

these very strong survival instincts now that's our reptilian brain over time we

started to adapt and evolve other brains like our mammalian brain which was our

social brain it allows us to feel these different emotions and navigate in a

social tribal environment it's what tells us what status we're at it's what

tells us who likes us who doesn't like us how to play the game of life socially

then we evolved a newer brain which is called our neocortex which is who the

character neo represented in the movie The Matrix

he was the newest brain the one Neil and this is our ability to think about

thinking to think five years into the future to be critical to be rational all

of these higher level thought processes now since we have these three different

brains and we can't really you know it's not like we're looking at them and

seeing them we still get these strong survival feelings we still use our

mammalian brain and we use our neocortex but they don't really communicate very

well together so when you're feeling a strong sense of fear let's say you're

feeling like you're in danger your other brains shut down for that

moment and you feel this fear and you kind of have no rational thinking of

point they call this the fight-or-flight response so you get that response and

you kind of freeze up or you flee from the situation now when you start to

understand this you start to realize okay that's a normal thing and that's a

normal response that's how I am wired however what are all the situations in

life that are causing my amygdala to fire and put me into a fearful state

that aren't actually real well a good example would be now think about a bunch

of people on an island and one day someone gets eaten by a shark and you

know over you know and let's say 50 years past and for 50 years they've been

playing this shark attack on the news but nobody in 50 years has ever gotten

eaten by a shark again around that area or anywhere close and they've been in

the water thousands and thousands of times but every time they get into the

water they still feel this fear at a very high level because they're

constantly thinking about these that situation because it's always on the

news now think about the news in general why does the news play 13 out of 14

stories that are negative versus positive it's because we are adapted to

look at look for those situations to stay safe

so the news understands to get more eyeballs on their programming they need

to have more negative stories that make people feel like they're gonna be more

safe in the physical environment but it's actually just causing people to be

in more fear so when you start to understand this you start to realize

that your reticular activating system gets what it focuses on so this is why

if you buy a car and you drive it off the lot you start to see that same car

everywhere this is why whatever you're focused on currently you will see more

of anywhere you go does that mean that there's more of it everywhere and does

that mean that it was what wasn't there before

no was already there objectively but your subjective mind is only focused on

what it's been thinking about recently this is called a cognitive bias we think

more about the things that we think about recently and that dominates our

thoughts and that dominates our environment this is why if you were to

look at anything around this environment and I were to ask you think of

everything that's green focus on green focus on green focus on green and you

were to look around and you were see everything that's green and then

say remember everything that was black you wouldn't be able to remember it

because all you were doing was focusing on the green this is a psychological

thing that they've tested over and over again with human beings when they focus

on one thing it's hard for them to see anything else this has been tested

countless times to see because our conscious brain only has make a very

small amount of bits of information that it can process but our subconscious

brain is processing like thousands of times more information so our conscious

brain barely sees anything in compared to our subconscious your subconscious

right now is beating your heart it has its dealing with trillions of processes

of cells and neurons and all this happening automatically for you and then

your conscious mind emerges out of all that and can only see a very small

amount of everything so when you're in these situations where like these

fearful things are coming up you have to start to ask yourself is this a real

physical danger to me is this a real thing or am I actually just being

tricked to believe to be in fear am i being tricked from all these angles am i

in anxiety because I keep creating all these ghost stories in my head of what

might happen or am i rationally thinking about it this would be like somebody

getting into a glass elevator and the chances of anything bad happening to

them would be basically zero but they're really scared of the height that they're

at and they're scared that something could happen this is why people love

rollercoasters because it gives you that sense of excitement and fear that you're

in danger but you're in it's a very small amount of danger you're in much

more danger on driving a car or on a motorcycle but people do that all the

time without as much fear so you have to start to ask yourself rationally what

things I might want am I getting triggered by a my amygdala that are

causing me way more fear than it's actually really true and what are the

things that are actual things that I should fear and you start to see this

rationally and now you can take action in spite of fear there's a great book

called feel the fear and do it anyways or a great book called the flinch when a

boxer when I when I started boxing I would you know it was super hard to do

sparring because as soon as I would get punched in the face even though I'd

always been doing all this pad work bag were called

all this stuff I thought I was good as soon as I get punched in the face all

that other stuff would like disappear my technique ago everything would get worse

because I started getting that fight-or-flight response and I started

to freeze up this is the same in your life if you are not feeling the fear and

doing it anyways on a regular basis and training yourself to stop flinching and

stop being and and overcoming those challenges then you're gonna be the type

of person who keeps avoiding everything and stays in this fearful state even

though most of the things that are happening to are just again ghost

stories so start to ask yourself why am I scared of this thing should I actually

be scared of this thing what's the worst-case scenario that could happen

what is the chance of that happening is it one out of a thousand and I'm still

fearing it every single day what are the probabilities of this actually happening

and then if it did happen could I overcome it and infinite if you say wow

yeah I could overcome that now you stop being so scared they say public

speaking on the list of what people fear is higher than death because people are

dreadfully scared of getting in front of a big crowd of people and being judged

and being criticized so people are terrified to do it but what's really the

biggest problem of getting judged and criticized in front of a group of people

when you're speaking about something there's not really that many bad things

that can actually happen but the fear is still that strong because it comes from

tribal times if you were to get criticized or banished from the tribe

that would probably mean death because a human being back in the day would not be

able to survive without other human beings we learn to survive together not

on our own so a lot of people feel that same pain that same evolutionary feeling

of speaking in front of a crowd like if I screw up I could get banished from the

tribe that's the same fear response that they get but it's not real I remember

doing this speech in front of about a hundred people and I bombed it so bad it

was the worst speech that I ever had and I was like I remember my body like

freezing up and it was like one of the worst feelings I ever had but it was one

of the best experiences of my life because I realized nothing happened I

didn't die nothing happened I'm still here and I actually got stronger from

that and I realized that I can do it more and more and more and now the same

with these videos I can get judged I can get

criticized people might not like it some people made some people something some

people will but I'm gonna do it anyways because what's the worst that can happen

I actually care much more about the one person that I'm gonna affect positively

from this video then ninety nine who criticized it right because I just care

more about helping that one person if that is the way I would look at it I

know it's helping more people than that but you kind of understand the idea so

the biggest thing to take away from this is that when you face the fear and you

do it anyways you become stronger that flinch response starts to disappear if

you were to do this to someone and kind of do this in front of the eyes they'll

keep blinking blinking and eventually they stop blinking right so that's the

flinch response but you can see that in every area of your life you're probably

sometimes like sitting at a coffee shop in like oh I should say hi to this

person next to me and you just don't do

it you just flinch and you sit there and

you don't take action but what's the worst that can happen it's never gonna

be as bad as you think it is but you still don't do it and then you start to

become this person in all areas of life that's constantly timid and scared of

everything and then you stop getting anything one of the worst things

children get taught is like don't talk to strangers this is like something that

is constantly like drilled into society don't talk to strangers don't talk to

strangers how else do you think you're gonna build a business is if you don't

start talking to strangers and start talking to people and start to get out

of your comfort zone so if you're gonna take one thing from this video it's to

start to look at all these areas in your life where you are fearful and timid and

one step at a time one day at a time start breaking those things so let's say

tomorrow instead of if you were not gonna say hi to a stranger say hi to

somebody you're in line for coffee say hi it doesn't have to be much but start

taking actions in those directions start doing it it doesn't have to be anything

crazy but just start moving in that direction if you start doing this in

every area of your life you'll be astonished of what happens because

nothing is gonna happen if you just stay in your comfort zone all the magic

happens outside of the comfort zone the reason why most people will never

succeed at a high level is they stay inside of a comfort zone and that

comfort zone ends up being the thing that kills them or keeping them inside

of a prison inside of a prison in reality and a prison of their mind but

as soon as you start stepping outside your comfort zone

you start to realize wow things aren't as bad as I thought and I'm overcoming

these challenges and I'm getting better and I'm becoming stronger and I'm

starting to attract more people into my life and I'm starting to achieve mark

wow this is pretty unbelievable so at the end of the day it's who you

become that gets you what you want it's not what you want that gets what you

want so in terms of the psychology of fear you have to start to realize that

your amygdala this reptilian brain of yours is playing a lot of tricks on you

and you have to start controlling it versus it controlling you and the only

way to do that is start to take action in spite of the fear but start with

small things and build your way up and as you immerse yourself in this new

world in this new reality you will start to realize that you can actually

overcome any challenge you can become unstoppable you can relentlessly go

after your goals and you will actually again be super astonish of where this

comes so guys if you like this video like comment subscribe hit that Bell
