In February about 400 members of the Democratic National Committee are going to get together
and they're going to elect a new chairman or chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee.
Right now one of the front runners is obviously representative Keith Ellison.
He is supported by Elizabeth Warren, by Bernie Sanders and by incoming Senate minority leader
Chuck Schumer.
Now for the most part Ellison has absolutely everything that the party needs right now.
He is an African American Muslim who understands persecution.
He understands being an underdog and he understands populism better than most people in this country.
However, Ellison himself is making the Democratic Elites, including President Barack Obama and
many people within the Obama Administration a little uneasy.
See, they don't want somebody who really is an outsider, somebody who is not part of the
Democratic Elite that's been in Washington for 20 or 30 years.
They want a good ole insider that they know they can have a direct line into and they'll
do whatever they ask them to do.
That's why Keith Ellison is making everyone in the Democratic Party that has been in the
Democratic Party a little to long quite nervous.
That's also the reason why he should absolutely be elected, because that's what the party
needs.
When you think about the fact that President Obama won his election after serving in the
Senate for only two years, became President of the United States, the American public
was clamoring for an outsider, somebody who promised to bring us hope and change, somebody
that wasn't entangled into the insider DC mess that was destroying this country and
destroying the Democratic Party.
That's what Keith Ellison is right now.
That's what Barack Obama was, that's what Ellison is.
That's what the party needs.
They need to return to that.
As Bernie Sanders said, and Keith Ellison supports this, the party needs to stop taking
corporate money and instead fully fund itself on the grassroots.
That's how Bernie Sanders ran his campaign, that's how Ellison could and should and probably
will run the DNC.
Get corporate influence out of there and return the party back to the people.
That's what this is all about.
The Democratic Party in 2016 lost to the least popular candidate in modern American history,
since the history of polling actually.
They lost to the least popular person ever because they put up the second least popular
person ever, because they felt for some reason that she was due.
Now, that's not a way to run a campaign, that's not a way to run a party, that's not a way
to win clearly.
The Democrats, under the leadership of Debbie Wasserman Schultz have lost influence in both
the House and the Senate.
She is no longer there, Donna Brazile is in charge right now, but things did not fare
much better in this year's elections with Donna Brazile serving as the interim chair.
We need something different.
We need somebody who frightens the establishment.
We need somebody who's not afraid to take on these DC insiders that have been in power
for 20 or 30 years, the people who continuously lose elections for everyone else.
We need someone looking out for everybody, not just for their own political career.
That's what Keith Ellison brings to the table.
The rest of the folks in Washington DC, including some of the liberal think-tanks, Liberal blogs
out there, they don't want this because they were mostly founded by people from the Clinton
Administration or before that.
They don't want somebody who's going to shake things up.
They don't want somebody that they can't control.
That is why we absolutely need someone who is free of the influence of two to three decades
of DC insider politics, and that's what Keith Ellison would bring as head of the DNC.

2015-2017 Mustang Blue Illuminated Door Sill Plate Covers Review & Install - Duration: 4:08.
Hey, what's going on, guys?
Adam here with americanmuscle.com.
Today, I'm bringing you a quick overview and installation of the Blue Illuminated Door
Sill Plate Covers fitting all 2015 and newer Mustangs.
In this video, of course, we'll be going over the styling and appearance you can expect
when picking up the Blue Illuminated Door Sill Plate Covers as well as their materials
and construction.
I'll top the video off at the end with the installation, which I'll let you know upfront
requires a very minimal amount of wiring, so I'll still be giving it a one out of three
wrenches on our difficulty meter, making it an almost plug-and-play install.
The Blue Illuminated Door Sill Plate Covers I have here today will be for any 2015 or
newer Mustang owner looking to spice up the interior appearance of their Mustang by giving
it a little bit of style when opening up the doors.
Now, these door sill plate covers are exactly what you'd expect them to be.
They're covers that'll attach on top of your factory door sill plates, allowing you to
make no necessary modifications, and you can attach and detach them whenever you wanna
make some changes.
With that said, there's blue illuminating LED strips attached to the bottom of the plates
giving you that blue customized color for your preference.
Now, of course, that also offers wiring that will require a little bit of splicing.
But, over all, it's still a simple enough installation, splicing right underneath your
factory option.
One thing some people overlook when shopping for door sill plate covers is that they can
actually provide that little bit of protection you might want for your interior.
Now, of course, nobody wants to see their interior getting beat up.
But over time, it definitely can happen and most likely will.
Now, of course, if it's taken care of properly or if you've got a set of covers like these,
you can keep your factory door sill plates clean and make sure they're in good condition,
on top of the styling and appearance, obviously, being their main functionality.
When you open up the doors, you get the blue illuminated logo here with a 304 stainless
steel material and a brushed silver finish just to give it that extra detail and design.
The blue gives it that customization.
And, of course, on top of that, it protects and keeps the interior inside your doorjambs
looking good.
Now, if this is something that you're interested in here, you can expect to pick it up for
just north of 200 bucks.
Now, honestly, that's a pretty expected price tag.
Now, door sill plates do normally go for a little bit less than that.
But when you factor in the illuminating LEDs, of course, that bumps up the price just a
little bit more.
This one is definitely going to cater to the guys out there going to a lot of car shows
and car events and are looking to make their S550 stand out against the very overwhelming
pack.
Shifting gears over to the installation portion of the video, like I said in the very beginning,
it does require a very minimal amount of splicing, but it's still easy enough for anybody to
take care of.
It doesn't really require any tools except maybe a flat-head screwdriver just to pop
off the factory door sill plates.
With that said, it still gets that one out of three wrenches on our difficulty meter,
and expect to get it done in about an hour, an hour and a half maybe, tops.
One thing I do wanna point out before I go any further is that if you have footwell lighting
installed on your S550, it might require a bit more wiring than usual.
Of course, you get to tap into your map lighting or other similar options as the factory door
sill plate wiring underneath will be taken, thanks to the footwell lighting.
So to kick things off, you'll use your flat-head screwdriver to ply off those factory door
sill plates and splice your wiring into, of course, the factory wiring underneath the
plates.
Once that's taken care of, pop that factory one back on, peel off the backing on the 3M
tape, stick it into place, and you're good to go.
Keep in mind we are using the 3M automotive bonding tape application already pre-applied
to the back of the door sill plates.
So, of course, you wanna make sure the surface you're sticking it to is free of any dirt
or dust just to make sure it gets a good and secure bonding.
Repeat that process for the opposite side.
Test it all when you're opening up your doors.
Everything should work properly.
You should see that very attractive blue LED lighting.
And if you do, you're good to go.
If not, you might wanna revisit some of that splicing.
All set and done in about an hour, an hour and a half, tops, and a one out of three wrenches
on our difficulty meter.

It's the best time of the year, because tomorrow I will be ice fishing.
In order to ice fish for pike, you need baitfish and I have roach..
..in my roach cages that's behind me.
I will now go out and take them up.
Although, before I go out it's important with the safety since it's the first ice.
The first ice is always the strongest one but it's also the ice which is thinnest.
I have on me a pair of ice picks. I also have an ice axe that I will use..
..to hit on the ice in order to see if it's thick enough.
Furthermore, I have a lifeline and a friend behind the camera.
Everything is set. I've checked before and the ice is thick enough to walk on.
Let's do it.
We now arrived to the hole. A good trick if you want to..
..use roach cage but don't know where to put them is to just before the ice..
..take the boat and use the sonar to find schools of baitfish.
Where you find baitfish before the ice, you will find baitfish when it's ice.
That's where you should put them.
I've know made a hole and it's time to check the roach cage.
A tip is to have a big plastic container. Then it's much easier to find them.
It's one roach in here. Time to move on to the next one.
I've checked all the roach cage. I managed to catch around 10 fish.
I thought I would catch more but they only been there for two days.
It will be ice fishing tomorrow. Let's do it!
We just arrived to the lake but unfortunately, we misjudged the darkness.
It's pitch dark and I think we arrived 30 to 60 minutes too early.
Right now, we can't see if we have flag.
What I will do instead is to use my Deeper.
It's a portable sonar that's easy to use.
You put it in the hole and then you see the depth. We never ice fished here..
..and therefore, we don't know where to put the rods.
What we know is that it's a deep hole here and it's very important to find it.
We will locate the deep whole with the Deeper and see if there's any baitfish.
Then we will place the rods accordingly.
This is Freddy and now we will make the first hole.
Let's see how thick the ice is.
It looks like the ice is around 10 cm. The next step after I put the Deeper in..
..the hole is to take out the phone. I then use the Deeper application.
I've already synced it to my phone.
It's now easy to see how it looks like underneath the ice.
As you can see, it's 8,8 meters of depth. This is perfect since it's almost the..
..deepest part in the deep hole. I can also see it's 3 °C in the water.
Unfortunately, there are no baitfish.
Although, they could still be in the area. They often move back and fourth.
At least we know that we should put our rods in this area.
We now moved around 30 meters and will put the ball in this hole too.
We will look for some structure, if it will get deeper or more shallow.
Let's put the Deeper in the hole and take out the phone.
I press on the Deeper application.
Let's see.
10,2 m - I thought the deepest part was 9,5 m.
Let's see if there's any baitfish. It looked like it was a baitfish here.
Maybe a new one will turn up.
It's empty here as well on baitfish. Although, it must be baitfish in this area.
Let's continue to search for them!
Here it's baitfish. It's interesting that they're standing on the drop off.
They're standing on 3,4 meters and then I will put the roach on 2 meters of depth.
The pike will then attack from underneath.
It's enough with light to put out the rods. Time to start ice fish for pike.
We've now placed all the rods on the deeper area.
They are on 6 meters of depth to around 10 meters.
We have one more rod and I will now show you how I do..
..when ice fishing the season 2016/2017.
The ice is around 7 cm thick and since it's quite thin..
..I like to make the hole with an ice axe. With an ice drill, the hole will be smaller.
With a bigger hole, the easier it is to land a big pike.
Time to make the hole meanwhile I look if we have a flag.
Let's make the hole!
The hole is now made, let's clean it.
Here I have an ice fishing scoop. I will use that one to clean the hole from ice.
I want it to be completely free from ice.
Nothing should blur the vision from the fish underneath.
Here we have the deeper, let's put it in the hole.
It's 9,8 meter and a fish on the bottom. This will be perfect.
I will put the roach 1-2 meters underneath the ice.
This is my self-made flags that I've been using for 3 seasons.
Fluoro color is visible against the ice and black is visible when there's snow.
I also have bells to hear when it's flag.
A Scotty clip is a good way to attach your line.
All the rods are now fishing.
The best feeling is when you can sit down, relax and drink coffee.

I like to sneak the last stretch in order to not scare them.
When the ice is thin, it sounds much underneath the ice when running.

It's not big but it's not extremely small either.
I had this roach 1 meter underneath the ice.
This is the hole I measured 6 m with the Deeper.
It's a lively fish.
When you hold the pike, it's important to not put the rod on the ice.
It will then freeze.
This pike is quite fat.
I hope we will catch one that's a little bit longer. It could then weigh much.

It was quite slow fishing today, we caught 5 pike.
We will now pack everything together, go home and reload for tomorrow.

I just wanted to show you the burn.
It's been a few hours, well, maybe like 2 hours now.
We're about to go to bed but the burn changed.
This is what happens when touch one of those little lights and it says not to touch them
with your bare hands.
That's all burn right there.
I think it's gonna blister.
