If you come in contact with asbestos, you just gotta deal with it as-best-os you can.
Hey there, guys, Trace here for DNews.
You may have heard of asbestos as this hazardous material that can be found in old homes and
buildings.
It's been used commercially in North America for over 100 years, but now, in 2016, the
EPA is evaluating the material as a "high priority risk" with the potential to ban
it entirely.
So what the heck is this stuff and why is it so dangerous?
Ok first, I'm guessing you, like me, have no idea what asbestos actually is -- other
than a scary carcinogen, right?
Asbestos was first identified in ancient Greece by one of Aristotle's students in 300 BCE.
He noted it looked like rotten wood and had remarkable resistance to fire, even when doused
with oil!
Asbestos isn't a chemical or human-made substance, it's stone -- actually it's
a group of six naturally-occurring silicate minerals found in rock and soil in 900 different
regions of the US alone.
Asbestos is a stronger than steel, soft, fire-resistant mineral, that doesn't biodegrade, decompose,
dissolve in water, or evaporate.
No wonder asbestos is in everything, it's a frickin' wonder-material!
But not all asbestos' are created equal: amosite is 'brown' asbestos, crocidolite
is 'blue' asbestos, and chrysotile is 'white' asbestos.
The other three types come in a variety of colors and are actinolite, anthophyllite and
tremolite.
According to Scientific American, the "strongest and stiffest" are brown, blue and the other
three, but the white asbestos is "softer and more flexible."
Because of that flexibility, the white asbestos is used in 95 percent of asbestos products!
Even though it looks like wood or fibers, again, asbestos is technically a mineral!
It's made of chains of silicon and oxygen atoms with other elements (calcium, iron,
magnesium) incorporated in, which change its properties slightly.
Because of these amazing properties, the asbestos family of minerals have been used in heat-resistant
fabrics, paints and plastics, paper products, car brakes and clutches, and in building materials
such as roofing, siding, flooring and insulation.
And this is where we get to the problems...
While asbestos is basically indestructible under normal circumstances, human bodies are
not.
If asbestos crumbles and gets into the air it breaks into tiny, thin threads, which are
still indestructible, just smaller now…
If those threads become air or waterborne, they can get swallowed or lodged in the lungs,
causing problems.
This is why people who work with asbestos-containing products -- say, in building construction
-- run risks.
They're dealing with a high concentration of the material, and are more likely to get
it in their body.
You'd expect that inhaling fibers would cause symptoms like coughing, sneezing, or
itching, but -- and this is the scary bit -- asbestos inhalation doesn't really have
any symptoms!
It doesn't dissolve, melt or evaporate, and minerals don't have odor!
So you can't see, feel or taste asbestos fibers.
This is why people who work with asbestos have to take special care and use protective
equipment.
You don't want this stuff in your body.
According to OSHA, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, asbestos exposure
is a hazard for about 1.3 million construction workers in the U.S.
The EPA describes asbestos as a "known carcinogen" – that is, a chemical that can cause cancer
after exposure.
The health effects from these indestructible fibers entering the body include several types
of lung cancer, mesothelioma -- a rare form of cancer that develops in the lining of the
lungs -- and asbestosis – a serious, long-term disease of the lungs.
According to a meta-analysis from the journal American Family Physician, there are approximately
200,000 cases in the US of asbestosis annually, and over 6000 deaths from asbestosis, lung
cancer and mesothelioma combined related to asbestos exposure.
We've been regulating asbestos in the United States since the 1970s.We check for it in
"drinking water, schools, some consumer products, and workplace air."
A few uses of asbestos are even banned under existing regulations – like certain paper
products and spray-on materials.
But even if the EPA decides to ban it entirely, there will still be asbestos in places like
old buildings.
It's incredible that this naturally-occurring ancient material has been used so many things
over the centuries and it turns out it was killing us the whole time.
We just have to keep looking for it as-best-os we can.
I had to.
I HAD TO!
If this doesn't cement the myth that just because something is "natural" means it's
safe or good for you, I don't know what will.
I mean, what's really difference between natural and artificial flavors, for example?

NEGATIVITY IS THE EASY WAY OUT - Duration: 1:47.
- We're doing well. Say hello to GaryVee
and what are your thoughts so far?
- Hey Joe.
- [DRock] What did the last girl say on the radio show?
We couldn't hear it on my...
- The last call in from Joe was, I was driving and Gary was
making me super uncomfortable
because he was saying stop complaining
but I love complaining and I live my life
complaining and it just hit me.
Joe, I love you so much.
You don't understand.
This is the biggest thing for me.
Like, I've already made my thing.
I'm gonna buy the New York Jets and there'll be a movie and it's
gonna be great. (group laughter)
At this point, Joe,
this phone call means the world to me.
You have to understand why this matters.
If you actually believe what you just said,
if this is not a fleeting moment of the energy of this show and
you're able to maintain that feeling you cannot imagine how
much better your life is going to be.
It's easy to complain.
Complaining is the easy way out.
Negativity is the easy way out.
You're lucky if you're gorgeous but if you eat like crap and
don't take care of yourself and do drugs and drink alcohol
you'll not look gorgeous.
You're lucky if you're 6'11"
and can sprint like a gazelle
but if you don't work on your craft then you don't work on
your outside jumper, if you don't work on your intensity and
your endurance you won't be an NBA player.
So, yes, I got lucky that I can win the game of life and
entrepreneurship but I've put in the work for the last 25 years
minimumly and maybe even longer
to be the best version of myself at this thing.

I can see the spark's reflection through your eyes Tonight the shades of grey won't see the light

2016 snoGlobes - Video Game Awards - Duration: 21:24.
2016 seemed to be the year that kept on giving.
There were SO many games to play, both good and bad, that it was nearly impossible to
keep up with them all.
But of course this has its benefits, it certainly kept me busy, and this year gave me some of
my favorite gaming experiences of all time.
Hey, I'm snomaN and welcome to the 3rd annual snoGlobes, my video game awards for the year.
It was so hard to narrow down the choices for these categories, but at least for me,
these contenders stood above the rest.
That means it's my opinion please don't get mad at me!
Let's dive right in!
The first award we'll be giving away is for Best Art Direction.
It seemed like this year was chocked full of games that were pushing boundaries.
Just when I thought I had seen it all and couldn't be impressed with how a game looked
anymore, I've learned to never underestimate developers in giving us truly breathtaking
worlds to explore.
While AAA's continue to blur the line of fantasy and reality, indies seem to be modernizing
art styles that appeared to be long gone.
Let's get to the nominees.
ABZU - Water levels in gaming seem to get a bad rap - they either have annoying controls,
or limited breathing mechanics, so what do you do if you want to make an entire game
that's a water level?
Well, ABZU not only created intuitive controls and removed any worry of breathing, but most
importantly - made it so pretty!
The realm of ABZU is stunning and packed to the brim with underwater life to find.
Each area is unique and fun to explore - from swimming with whales to riding the current,
and it is just long enough to be enjoyable the whole way through.
It was refreshing to see a "Journey-like" experience in a different setting, and instead
of fearing what lies beneath the surface, ABZU made me appreciate the vastness of its beauty.
Owlboy - I feel like I say this with every new pixel art game that comes out, but Owlboy
is the best looking one I've seen yet.
When you see the detail in every corner of the map, you start to understand why it took
so long to develop.
Each location is different and serves the purpose of not only giving us beautiful scenery,
but helping push the narrative as well.
The polish is so apparent, from the cutscenes to Otus's facial expressions, and I don't
think Owlboy would have been nearly as fun if it wasn't so gorgeous to look at.
Whenever a discussion of graphical fidelity comes up in my circles, the conclusion we
land on always seems to be that having the most pixels or the engine that outputs the
best renders and particle effects matters little if you don't have a cohesive direction
to guide that technology.
And oftentimes, doing a lot with a little is the more practical route to take, especially
for independent development teams of a dozen or so people, at most.
In my opinion, no game from 2016 lived more through its aesthetic than Heart Machine's
Hyper Light Drifter.
The world it puts the player in is a heaving and coughing one, far past its prime as the
result of some cataclysm many eons ago.
We explore the ruins of this once magnificent empire, breathing life into machinery and
organisms coated in what I can only describe as post-apocalyptic cyber-magitek-punk.
Not a single pixel is wasted here, and even the jaw-dropping soundtrack by DisasterPiece
contributes to an atmosphere that is equal parts curious, animate, slumbering, cadaverous,
and most of all… haunting.
And the winner is:
Owlboy!
Just when you think a certain art style couldn't get any better, D-Pad Studio reminded us that
nothing is impossible.
Pixel-art platformers seemed to be a dime a dozen a few years ago, and I'm so glad
that games like Owlboy continue to push limitations and show us that older methods can continue
to innovate.
Not only did the art direction give us a lush environment to get immersed in, but it also
told a meaningful story of an owl discovering what he can truly be.
Hopefully Owlboy will inspire even more creative games like this in the future.
Up next is the Over the Top Award.
This is for the campiest and most ridiculous games of the year.
Serious stories and hyper-realism certainly have their place in gaming, but sometimes
you just want to bash a dude's skull in, is that so much to ask?
These games not only let us live out insane fantasies and do things that would be impossible
in real life, but they are incredibly fun in doing so.
Your nominees are:
Titanfall 2 - Man this game is just the hypest.
Who doesn't love giant robots with samurai swords kicking the crap out of each other?
But Titanfall 2 is so much more than just a mech fighter, you can also glide across
walls and powerslide on the floor as you enter a room - man it feels good to kill someone
while doing that.
Movement is honestly what makes this campaign so much fun, and it'll switch things up
constantly to keep it interesting.
You'll be jumping around kicking people in the face in an assembly factory, getting
thrown by your Titan across huge gaps, and even frickin time traveling!
I was blown away by how fresh it continued to be the whole way through.
Shadow Warrior 2 - This game is just as hilarious as it is over the top.
Not only will you be slaying demons with a chainsaw left and right, but you'll also
be listening to Lo Wang sarcastically comment on everything you see (the future just got futurier!)
Shadow Warrior 2 is so beautifully grotesque in all the right ways and lets you feel unstoppable
even against overwhelming odds.
You can slice and dice everything that comes your way, and with friends, the missions are
even better!
So grab some katanas, put on your sunglasses and have a bloody good time.
DOOM is one of the most over the top games I have ever played, and it is, personally
speaking, my game of the year.
In a world with mostly narrative driven and slower cover-based shooters, DOOM sets itself
apart immediately by beginning your guns-blazing adventure through hell within the first 30
seconds.
And from then until the credits, it is a non-stop rollercoaster against demons of all shapes
and sizes that may come off as a bit repetitive but it never fails to be satisfying.
There is a story, but I mean, you're a one-man army plowing through hell, there's no time
for that.
Add in weapon upgrades, minigames, and an arcade mode that favors speed and quick rapid-fire
kills, DOOM is far and away some of the most fun you'll ever get with an FPS, if not in
games PERIOD.
And the Over the Top award goes to:
Titanfall 2!
I never thought I would say this, but I LOVED shooters this year!
They finally realized that you need to keep changing the gameplay to stay engaging, and
Titanfall 2 does this in spades.
You'll be jumping around terrain like a ninja when you're out of your mech, and
decimating anything standing in your way when you're in it!
From ridiculous boss fights to an outstanding multiplayer mode, Titanfall combined a gritty
first person shooter with over the top campiness to make a truly memorable experience.
Our next award is for Best Game Design.
As you know, we love talking game design on this channel, so this is the one award that
comes back every year.
2016 had lots of games that blew me away, but these nominees either tried something
new in regards to gameplay, or just refined what we've already seen before to an unbelievable
standard.
Level design, character design and overall game feel all play a role in this, and these
games nail it to the degree that they have stuck with me long after finishing them.
Let's get right to it:
Furi - I was sold on Furi just from its art
design and music alone, but when you dig deeper it has a really deep set of mechanics!
Each boss in this game is a test of endurance and skill, but there are so many different
ways to tackle each one.
Obviously you can shoot with your gun, or chop 'em with your sword, but you can also
charge these attacks for more damage, although it will leave you exposed.
You can parry and dodge to get a better attack angle or to avoid incoming damage.
And above all, each boss has a different strategy and moveset, so you have to learn the right
puzzle pieces to take them down.
Furi was just the right combination of challenge and excitement, oh and some boss music too.
All I heard about Overwatch when it was first released was how there are 21 playable characters,
but they all handle completely different from each other, which seemed unrealistic, but
man, after I played it, yeah they really do.
So much of Overwatch's gameplay is streamlined - all characters move at around the same base
speed and everyone has unlimited ammo so you can focus on the variety of abilities the
heroes bring to the table.
There is no regular "deathmatch" mode; instead you have an objective that you must
accomplish as a team, and eliminations play a much smaller role so that you can work as
a cohesive unit to reach your goal.
However, there's still things like Play of the game to reward players that do exceptionally
well.
The Overwatch development team works tirelessly to make sure the game is balanced, polished,
and most of all super fun!
Owlboy - Purely from the trailer, you wouldn't expect Owlboy to be that inventive, it just
looked like a simple adventure game with an owl carrying a guy that shoots stuff and you
fly through some rings or something.
But when you actually play it, you realize that there is so much care and detail put
into every aspect of the experience.
You'll go all over the place trying to solve the mysteries of the relics, and face some
wildly different enemies and worlds in the process.
From the variety of partners and abilities to the memorable boss fights and set pieces,
Owlboy just gets it, and gives the pixel-art platformer a fresh coat of paint.
And the winner of the Game Design award is:
Owlboy!
More than anything else, what Owlboy has going for it is polish and charm.
This was not a game that was hastily thrown together for a quick buck, but clearly a passion
project that had so many hearts poured into it.
The level design and puzzles were creative, and each scene had something new to offer.
Characters had deep backgrounds and motives that made them so much more than simple NPC's.
But most important, it was enticing, and I couldn't put the controller down until I
finished it, and that's hard to come by these days.
Next up is the Most Disappointing Award.
While there were a lot of great games this year, without a doubt there were plenty of
bad ones too.
From unfulfilled promises to lackluster final products, there were several titles that left
people wanting more, or at least a refund.
Not every game can live up to expectations, but these nominees were exceptionally crummy
in faulty design choices and how they handled fan outcry afterward.
Now, I wanted to address The Witness real quickly - Yes, I didn't enjoy it much when
it came out and made a whole video about it, but now after the dust has settled I can understand
what it's trying to do, and that it was more just not a game for me.
So, basically, I'm over the salt and I don't think it's deserving of this award.
Anyway, whew, here we go:
No Man's Sky - I started to worry about
this game as soon as I saw statistics of what it was trying to accomplish online.
Quintillions of planets, all unique and different, a universe so big that while it is supposedly
online, you probably will never come in contact with anyone else.
And while it was a giant feat to achieve, it didn't translate to a grand adventure.
Combined with advertized features that were never implemented and radio silence from the
developers for months, players were disappointed to say the least.
Mighty No. 9 - It wasn't really a huge surprise that Mighty No. 9 was bad, but seeing the
final product and all the hopes and dreams of what it could have been be flushed down
the toilet was certainly a let down for those that backed the game.
A rebooted Mega Man spiritual successor sounds nice on paper, but due to poor management
and now notorious delays, Mighty No. 9 became a joke before it was even released.
Now what we're left with is an annoying, poorly made platformer, with pizza explosions.
Let me repeat that.
Pizza.
Explosions.
So I'll be up front in saying that I don't actually dislike Star Fox Zero; with that
said, it's hard to deny that it failed to live up to expectations.
Many would say it's been nearly two decades since we got a proper Star Fox game.
Miyamoto's general secrecy mixed with the constant delays built a ton of hype for Starfox
Zero, only for it to tragically crash.
It has some of the least intuitive controls I've ever seen in a game, and while you
can get used to it, that just requires far more commitment than most players are willing
to put into it.
Due to Zero's poor performance, we're probably not gonna get another traditional
Starfox Game for another 10 years.
Which sucks.
In the meantime, maybe we'll get an HD Remake of Starfox Adventures.
Anyone?
Ehh?
Ehhhhh?
And the loser is:
No Man's Sky!
This one probably seemed too obvious, but man were people really pissed about this one.
While the gameplay itself isn't necessarily broken or completely dysfunctional, it didn't
deliver on everything fans were hoping for.
It got boring really quickly, and even though there are near infinite possibilities, it
somehow ended up all looking the same.
The breadth of scope ended up hindering the goals and overall achievements that the game
was hoping to produce.
It truly is a showcase of how size without depth can cause major problems in game development.
Our last award before Game of the Year is for Best Story.
Sometimes it's easy to forget that a compelling narrative is important in feeling a connection
with characters in a game.
While many titles can excel with purely fun gameplay mechanics, a deep story can draw
us in and make us care about what happens next.
Luckily 2016 had lots of games that caught me by surprise in how they told their tales.
And while some people will write off "walking simulators" as not true games, they still
can give such a meaningful experience if they're done correctly.
Your nominees are:
Inside - Now this is an interesting one as
Inside doesn't really have an in-your-face narrative, but rather tells it subtly through
the background and scenes happening around you.
As you journey farther and farther into the game you realize that something it truly wrong
with this metropolis, as people are being forced via mind control to behave how they
would like.
There are several security measures trying to keep you out and guards wanting to kill
you at every turn, so when you do reach the end and see a huge spoiler that is seriously
too crazy to think up yourself, you're left with a lot of questions and not many answers.
It's something that has still stuck with me long after playing, and no matter if you
thought it was good or bad, it certainly was memorable.
Oxenfree - What begins as a simple "teens go to a deserted island to get away and have
a fun weekend" turns into a paranormal fright fest that I was NOT expecting going in.
I played Oxenfree with no previous expectations, and I was pleasantly surprised by the depth
of the storytelling.
You get an idea of how Alex thinks based on your responses to questions, but also learn
about her tragic backstory, and how it all ties into the current theme.
The voice acting is great, and while the gameplay takes a backseat to the plot, the twists and
turns that play out kept me engaged the whole time.
You see and hear ghosts, people die and come back to life, you jump through time warps
and have to solve the mystery of the island.
Oxenfree shocked me, in a good way, and much like Stranger Things or Westworld, it's
a fresh take on an overdone trope of years past.
Earlier this year, Developer Campo Santo delivered a game about escapism and avoiding your problems,
something the average human being can easily relate to.
This is what the player experiences in Firewatch after protagonist Henry takes a job as a park
ranger in the remote forests of Wyoming.
The gorgeous backdrop of the Shoshone National Forest is the perfect getaway for Henry and
his boss Delilah, and we as the player echo that sentiment.
The game is intentionally crafted with stellar attention to detail and interactions to astound
you with its beauty.
And when the conflicts and cracks starts to show up in the story, the allure of the forest
suddenly starts to crumble.
And that's the beauty of the narrative in Firewatch.
And the winner is:
Firewatch!
I did not think I would connect with a story based on forest rangers, but Firewatch blew
me away with how instantly I was drawn in.
The voice actors who played Henry and Delilah did such a phenomenal job at delivering purposeful,
and often sarcastic, lines that are just a pleasure to listen to.
Sure, you walk around the trees and investigate disturbances, but the story that unfolds is
not only captivating, but emotional and touching.
As a happily married man, Henry's struggle with his wife hit home so hard for me.
I couldn't imagine having to go through what he was, and I wanted to see what happened
to him next.
It's incredible how well I connected with a character that has an established personality,
backstory and voice, but I did - and we need more games like Firewatch in the future.
It's finally time - let's give out the Game of the Year award.
This was easily the hardest award for me to narrow down, there were SO MANY fantastic
games this year, and even just condensing it to 5 nominees was hard enough.
Just know that all of these games, and even more that I couldn't fit on this list are
great.
2016 was a great year for gaming.
But of course there must be a winner, so without further ado, your nominees are:
Dark Souls 3 - The series has finally ended, but I can't think of a better way to finish
the Dark Souls franchise.
All the things I loved about the games are here - beautiful worlds, deep hidden lore,
crazy difficult bosses, and secrets galore.
They did a wonderful job of giving us so much new but also several nods to the previous
entries, and connecting the dots in between.
I play Dark Souls for the challenge, and it lived up to that expectation, but I'm always
blown away at all the little details it includes as well.
I'm excited to see what From Software does next, but Dark Souls 3 was a journey I won't
soon forget.
Overwatch - I didn't expect to enjoy Overwatch as much as I did.
It's hard for me to get into shooters, but obviously Blizzard's newest IP isn't like most of them.
Everything is so bright and vivid, from the maps to the roster.
All of the characters have distinctive personalities, playstyles and purposes.
No match of Overwatch feels the same because of how diverse the teams can be
and each hero is fun to play as, even the less desirable positions like support.
With how much the dev team is updating and making changes,
I think Overwatch could be around for a long time to come.
Owlboy - Sometimes you go into a game hoping it will be something special.
Since Owlboy was right up my alley in regards to genre, I was really wanting it to succeed,
and by golly, it was awesome!
Of course this game was visually sublime, and had enjoyable levels and mechanics, but
I was treated to a heartfelt story as well!
Otus is unlike most heroes, being a mute and an outcast, but that's what makes him so
appealing as a character - he's different.
The whole package was exactly what I was wanting, and it went above and beyond in its charm.
Momodora: Reverie Under the Moonlight - this one sort of came out of nowhere for me, but
it was exactly what I needed at the time.
Combining 2D Metroidvania exploration with challenging Dark Souls-esque bosses seemed
like a match made in heaven.
Much like Owlboy, the art was stunning, and also had a deeper story hidden below the surface.
Momodora is the kind of game I can play over and over and over again, and what you put
into it is what you'll get out of it.
Whether I'm trying to beat it as quickly as possible in a speedrun, or finding all
of the secrets and collectibles, Reverie Under the Moonlight is delightful and gripping the
whole way through.
Hyper Light Drifter - I actually didn't like this game at first.
I made the mistake of playing it while I was in a call with friends, and I got lost and
didn't know where to go next.
But I gave it another shot, this time with my full focus and WOW Hyper Light Drifter
is amazing!
I love that even without a single word spoken in the entire game, you know what you need
to do, and it's open ended enough to let you figure out the best way to tackle your
goal.
It's pretty brutal, enemies and bosses don't mess around, but it can feel so rewarding
when you pull off a tough battle.
If you like dashing around, exploring, and a sort of 80's cyberpunk, ancient ruins
aesthetic, you really need to check out Hyper Light Drifter.
And the game of the year is:
Overwatch!!
While the concept of a cartoony MOBA shooter isn't something new, there are so many elements
causing Overwatch to be successful.
A creative cast combined with animated shorts coming out before the game was even released
caused players to feel a bond with their favorite characters.
The hype for Sombra's debut is an obvious example of how much breathing can intensify.
But of course this wouldn't matter if it wasn't fun to play.
I can't even think of the amount of precision and dedication it takes to make Overwatch
balanced and enjoyable, but Blizzard seems to be working nonstop, adding little tweaks
to make the best experience possible.
With 23 playable heroes and counting, it's sort of mind-boggling to think of the amount
of play-testing that requires.
Overwatch doesn't have a single-player campaign, but it doesn't need one because it built
a community outside of the game, and with special events and new content spicing things
up all the time, Overwatch could be the go-to game to play with friends for years to come.
So there you have it, those are my favorite games of 2016, but I'd love to hear from
you!
What are some of the games you enjoyed most this year?
Tell me in the comments below, maybe for these categories I listed, or make up your own!

Leaving half in and half out Part
And we stuck with adhesive
We take another piece
We cover the first adhesive
And we put the second over very well aligned
The screw will help to glue the two pieces and that the shaft is squeezed into them
We will read
We take another piece
We place the one with the front axle
And another piece covering the pin
All very well aligned
And we press with the screw without putting adhesive
While squeezing the part that comes out axis against the other two
Once subject, turn the piece of shaft several times
Thus the pin mark is and especially the head
we can put adhesive
Throughout the piece except for the mark let the pin
Since this has to be free to rotating the pendant
We put the shaft in place
And we close with the other piece that we mark
We return to tighten the screw
And we turn again to ensure that the pin was not stuck
This is how once left to drying the adhesive
To the other axis pendant use a Chinese or a similar stick
We located in the heart center about 6 mm. The bottom
And mark your outline as you see in the video
We have to make a hole in the heart the size we have drawn
We hold the piece again and cut with the saw and carefully
It is preferable not reach the mark and then round with a file to leave perfect
Cut off the two halves of the circle of the same way
While clean hole to introduce stick and can rotate smoothly
We mark stick a piece of the same thickness the heart
And we cut with the saw
So the second axis is within its niche
Then we cut it in half
Following the line that divides the heart in two
With a blade it will be very easy to do
We draw the two halves of the shaft
We place another piece under a Pendant halves
And we mark this hollow
In this brand we paste one of the halves axis
And we align well with the edge of the piece
We will read
We have one half, the other will do exactly same
Thus are the two halves of the shaft with their pieces
As you can see the pendant can rotate
But we can also open the heart turning stick
Let's finish tops pendant
That will draw the two halves with the wooden shaft
And we will stick the pieces are covering stick
Very well aligned, so
We mark where the axis will not confuse
we adhesive
We stick shaft
And so we have
To put these two finished halves
We just have to open your heart a little
E enter them as you see in the video
The pendant can rotate and change shape
Now we have to sand it well to leave rounded
After a while we will remain like this
To make room for photos and the message
We will remove the caps and will sandpaper the surface Heart on both sides
These will stick the message and the photo you want
Finally we will make a hook to hang a string
We will do another pin
U-shaped bending
And cutting the ends to 5 mm. double
We will stay with this form
We mark its position in the center of one Pendant end
And we enlarge some holes with another pin
Then we introduce the hitch and paste with adhesive
When decorating you can use what ye less very liquid paints
Since moisture deformed heart tops
We use a red marker
Then we disimulamos the court having pendant making an X in black
Finally what you can varnishing, but this It is optional
When has this form is not hanging you can open, and no one will know it contains
When we turn forming a heart
We can slide tops that expose photo on one side
And a message on the back
If you want one of these custom hearts done for us
You'll have to be very attentive to our social networks
soon we will say how to get it
So far today's video
I hope you liked it
And we see in the next

Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Is Incomplete — There's a Final, Forgotten Stage | Best of '16 - Duration: 8:04.
Many people think that Maslow's hierarchy of needs stopped with self-actualization.
And that's not actually true.
He had another piece that was on top of self-actualization and that was self-transcendence.
He just didn't publish it widely before he passed away.
It was something he started working on towards the end and so he published the hierarchy
of needs before he finished his work on self-transcendence.
He was one of the first people really to track flow and to track some of the more interesting
and advanced altered states that human babies can get to.
Things that you would find the terminology really similar to things that you've heard
advanced meditators describe.
And so he was working on self-transcendence.
And he just didn't publish it.
So there's actually another level on top of that hierarchy of needs.
And so when I think of human psychology I really think of human psychology as a spectrum
and it's not a series of islands or unique locations.
It's really sort of a spectrum.
And on one end you have what I call areas that require human support.
So this is when people are facing severe stress, severe anxiety and depression.
And then in the middle is what I call the human condition.
And so that is loneliness, happiness, connection, empathy.
The human condition is where we learn how to deal with our first heartbreak and the
first time that we fall in love.
The human condition is where we deal with sadness and betrayal and loss.
Basically all the things that happen to you as you grow up through life.
The full spectrum of human emotion.
That is the human condition.
And there's an infinite number of songs on the radio and poems and art that's about
the human condition.
So that's there.
And then on this other side which I think really maps to self-transcendence and Maslow's
later work is the part of the people in the world who are really pushing on human psychology
and what are the limits?
Where are our boundaries?
What is the frontier of human psychology?
And I think a lot of direction that we get is from the contemplative communities around
the world who really have been exploring and pushing on human psychology for as long as
humans have been organized.
And pushing on what it is, what does it mean to be human.
The other day I talked to a guy who now has three Guinness Book records on endurance sports.
And he meditates the entire time.
And he just swam the English Channel in a Speedo and he meditated the whole time.
So, you know, people are using mind training, meditation and other things to push into abilities
that right now, today, one could say are limited to the few.
But with the advent of things like transformative technology there's the ability, the possibility,
the potentiality of these extraordinary states, abilities and conditions to be available to
a much wider group of people.
And the reason why I think it's relevant is what would make it significant, relevant
and actionable is that when I think about the world today and the challenges facing
mankind I don't think the problems are technical.
I think they're human.
So last summer I went to Singularity University.
I took time out of everything that I'm doing to go into their graduate studies program
and it was a fantastic program.
I love Singularity University.
And the way that the program is set up is that it's this ten-week program and you're
in class from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. every night and there's just a parade really of
some of the most extraordinary people on the planet working either in exponential technologies.
So AI, robotics, 3D printing, bioinformatics, everything you could imagine.
And people who are on the frontlines of the challenges facing mankind.
Like the people who are working on the water problems.
The people who are teaching in the refugee camps.
The people who are trying and working legitimately, sleeves rolled up on the ground.
The thinking around SU is it's the place where exponential technologies are applied
to the grand global challenges that are facing mankind and that being the purpose and the
use for them.
So for me when I was there my questions always centered on what is your biggest challenge
to what you're trying to accomplish.
And the answers were not technical.
The answers were human.
It was about fear, one's own or the people around you.
They were all human problems and it was interesting to spend the entire summer there because you
definitely walk away with the feeling that the problems aren't technical.
We always figure it out.
We got a man on the moon and we have alternative energy and there's so many other things
that are happening so fast.
Changes coming hard and fast just from year to year if you see the difference in the quality
of the robots at the robotic competitions.
It's dramatic year after year after year.
And so really the challenge facing mankind is human.
It's can we get past the fear, aggression, anxiety, stress.
Can we get past that inner dialogue that takes us off track, either makes us miss out on
game day, not perform, makes us unable to create collaborations and cooperate with other
people.
Because we do have very real challenges as a species and the only way that we're going
to solve them is together.
We have some very serious conversations that we have to have about everything from genetic
engineering to what do we do with a lot of the technologies that are coming online whether
it's algorithmic accountability or a variety of things.
And so the way that I see my work and the way that I see transformative technology is
that if we could use the technology to understand ourselves better, if we can use the technology
to start to deliver and help people mimic the experiences of meditation so that people
can be calmer, happier, understand themselves better, silence the critical voices inside
themselves that stir up a lot of trouble.
And if they can also connect to other people better then we can get busy doing the work
that needs to be done to create the future that we'd like to have for ourselves and
for our children and our communities on the planet.
So that's why I'm doing what I'm doing.

Kent Dunn Intel Update Mass Arrests Planned for January 2017, Healing Light Ships, Purging of Negati - Duration: 11:06.
Kent Dunn Intel Update Mass Arrests Planned for January 2017, Healing Light Ships, Purging
of Negative Inner Earth Groups.
by Gary Larrabee
Editor Note: Im still not sure what to make of these Intel updates from Kent
Dunn.
I havent been able to find very much information about him or his sources, so while these updates
remain interesting please use discernment.
Some of the information does ring true when you begin connecting the dots with all of
the other recent rumors, gossip and intel, but honestly I could write one of these reports
tomorrow but it wouldnt necessarily make it true.
I remain cautiously optimistic.
Justin from Stillness in the Storm wrote a note about discernment on one of these videos
and I completely agreed with his thoughts, so Id like to included it here on this
one as well:
Stillness in the Storm Editor: I cannot confirm if the reports offered below are accurate.
Discernment is advisable.
And if anyone does have any data to confirm or deny this information, please send it to
me.
This is yet another update by Dunn that seems to pull from other data sources, such as Cobra,
Corey Goode, William Tompkins, and others.
Whether or not he has his own sources (independent of the aforementioned) or is just parroting
others remains to be seen.
REGARDING KENT DUNN BE ADVISED:
I have received a swath of feedback about Kent Dunns claims and information.
Some people say he is a total fraud or shill but offer no evidence to support their claim.
Others believe what he says without question, citing how well it resonates with their own
beliefs.
In my personal view, in some cases, Dunn speaks about real issues that can be verified with
some research.
In other casesespecially regarding certain eventsDunns claims cannot be verified.
For example, he recently alleged that mass arrests were taking place in various locations
around the globe, which cannot be verified using normal meansas the mainstream media
will not report on these things even if they were happening.
Some seem to think that because an assertion is either unbelievable or unverifiable it
is untrue, but this is not a valid basis to refute a claims validity.
As a result of the difficulty in validating Dunns information, it provides an excellent
venue to test and improve our holistic discernment skills.
This is one of the reasons why I am sharing his informationnot because I believe it
blindly.
As a result of the sensational aspect of some of Dunns claims, some people dismissed
them entirely.
I suspect that such dismissal is based on, what I call, incredulity biasthe idea that
something cant be true because it is too unbelievable.
But incredulity is not a valid reason to dispute a claim.
Hilton Hotel Family Tied To Global Pedophile Network
Kent Dunn has been off for the past few days and much has happened.
The Hilton family, famous for the establishment of the Hilton Hotels and socialite/celebrity
heir Paris Hilton are involved in a global pedophilia network.
Kent Dunn sends out an alert to the White Hat and White Knight special forces to investigate
the Hilton Hotel in Branson, Missouri.
A quick google search for Hilton Hotels in Branson, Missouri turns up a couple of Hilton
affiliated hotels.
The upscale resort venue is called Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing, which features
fine dinning, golf course, located within a shopping and entertainment district.
More information about the Hilton hotels in Branson, Missouri can be seen at the following
link http://www.hiltonsofbranson.com/.
Mass Arrests
After January 1, 2017 the U.S. government has 15,000 arrest warrants.
They have about 30,000 FBI agents to act on these arrests warrants which are targeting
dark cabal members.
10,000 bankers from around the world have already been arrested.
Anunnaki and Negative Inner Earth Groups
The Anunnaki bloodline families that have been born on earth are not allowed to leave
the planet.
Some of them have switched sides and are now working with the light warriors, asking for
protection because they know that their time of rule has ended.
Kent Dunn says that multidimensional light beings such as the Archangels and God are
actively trying to shift the frequency of the earth to higher vibration frequencies
to match that of 7th dimensional all the way up to 16th dimensional energy frequencies.
This is done in order to force the negative inner earth groups to the surface of the planet.
Kent Dunn states that the energy will be so intense on these negative beings who live
in inner earth, that they will not be able to handle the new energy changes.
Kent Dunn is quoted as saying they are going to be bleeding from every orifice.
Kent Dunn names some of these negative groups as the Reptilians, Anunnaki, Arcturians.
The light forces are purging this earth of all negative energy influences.
Other E.T. groups aligned with the so called Light Forces will move their space ships
into position around earth during this influx of energy.
When the negative beings in inner earth emerge from out of the ground, the E.T.
Light Forces will capture them.
It should be noted here that to claim a whole group or race is negative is not accurate
and is more of a racist ideology.
Just as if one human commits a horrible act, the entire human race is not responsible for
the action of that one individual.
Doing a search of the Arcturians brings up more positive messages than negative ones.
More information should be provided by Kent Dunn about this group since other messages
in the alternative community contradict Kents message of the Arcturians.
Could it be that Kent Dunn is trying to convey the message that negative beings who are not
in frequency alignment with the incoming galactic waves of energy will be severely effected?
Based on the more general interpretation of the incoming energetic waves affecting beings
of lower vibrational frequency would correlate better with information coming from Corey
Goode and David Wilcock.
As you may know they have been relaying messages from the Blue Avians and Sphere Being Alliance
stating that the Blue Spheres are actively trying to soften the impact of the galactic
waves of energy hitting earth.
The Blue Avians mention that if the cosmic energy was not being buffered at this moment,
humanity would be experiencing something to the effect of end time madness.
Here is a brief dialog about the galactic waves of energy between David Wilcock and
Corey Goode.)
Corey: And with all of these new influxes of galactic energy that are coming in through
the sun and being buffered by the spheres, were seeing a lot of strange behavior in
people.
And theyre not immune from it.
David: Right.
So this vibrational increase is causing, as youve said to me off camera, end time madness.
People are acting more crazy.
Theyre emotionally agitated.
You also mentioned that their karma, old karma is coming up for them.
Corey: Right.
People are being forced into karmic cycles until they learn what they need to learn and
accomplish what they need to accomplish.
 Source: Sphere Being Alliance
The report from Kent Dunn is very hard to fathom even for the already awakened community
so it will be interesting to see how this frequency bombardment on earth actually affects
each individual person as opposed to specific groups or races of beings.
Star Wars Actress Carrie Fisher and Her Family
Kent Dunn continues to make some incredible claims about how Star Wars actress Carrie
Fisher and her famous mother Debbie Reynolds were part of the cabal and had many dirty
secrets, suggesting that both Fisher and Reynolds were murdered this past week.
Apparently Fishers daughter Billie Lourd is also in on it and Kent Dunn does
not know how Mrs. Lourd will be dealt with.
New Zealand
Kent Dunn says that the dark cabal are planning to move to New Zealand for an unknown reason.
The White Hats and White Knights are aware of this situation and will not allow the cabal
to retreat to New Zealand.
Kent Dunn says to look for something to happen near New Zealand very shortly.
Antarctica
Kent Dunn states that in February 2017, space ships will start coming out of the Antarctica
bases for the purpose of healing people.
The healing ships will be able to scan an individual in 3 minutes to identify a persons
health problems and in 8 minutes completely heal an individual of any health problems
including age regression.
This intel update concerning Antarctica is unique as data from other sources have not
mentioned these types of operations occurring out of Antarctica.
It would be interesting to get comment from Corey Goode about this specific intel coming
from Kent Dunn.
DNA
Humanities DNA is waking up from its slumber and changing due to the cosmic influx of energies.
Everything is shifting and working according to a divine plan.
Global Currency Rest & Revaluation of Currencies
Currency rate changes are supposed to come out today.
Kent also heard that January 2017 is supposed to be the best time for people who hold currency.
Kent Dunn addresses the skeptics and negative reactions to his intel and commentary.
Kent says that his contacts are putting their life on the line to bring information out
to
the public.
This is Kents mission to disseminate truth to the public.

2015-2017 Mustang KONI Sport Shock, Strut & Eibach Pro-Kit Lowering Springs (GT) Review & Install - Duration: 12:00.
Hey, guys, Stephanie with americanmuscle.com, here with the KONI Sport Adjustable Shocks
and Struts and Eibach PRO-KIT Lowering Springs, fitting the 2015 and up S550 GT Mustang.
The pairing of the KONI Adjustable Shocks and Struts and the Eibach PRO-KIT Lowering
Springs is gonna be a good option for the S550 GT owners who are looking to push the
handling performance of their car, but still maintain a comfortable ride quality as well.
This setup is a great option for the street cars and the daily drivers that occasionally
see some track time.
If we start by looking at the springs, these are the Eibach PRO-KIT Lowering Springs.
They're progressive rate springs, which concentrate on providing balance at all times in order
to improve handling.
They're gonna lower the car just over one inch in the front and one inch in the rear.
The drop will change slightly, depending on if the car is a coupe or a convertible, due
to the weight differences between the models.
Now, this drop's gonna eliminate a lot of the wheel gap that the GT has from the factory,
and it's gonna leave the car sitting just above the tires.
A one-inch drop is pretty standard across the board for the S550, and a one-inch drop
is pretty significant for these cars.
Lowering springs have a big impact on the S550, so they can completely change the looks
of the car.
But at the same time, a lowering spring isn't always just about lowering the car.
Any lowering spring can lower the car, but the Eibach PRO-KIT is designed with handling
in mind as well, which makes them a great choice for those that are concerned with improving
handling and keeping as comfortable of a ride quality as possible.
Now, this isn't a huge drop, so if you are looking for more drop, Eibach does have the
SPORTLINE springs that will drop a half-inch more, but those are gonna ride differently
than the PRO-KIT.
They're just a more aggressive spring all the way around, and they also aren't available
pre-kitted with the KONIs.
You will need to purchase those separately.
And I said that the one-inch drop with the PRO-KIT is significant for the S550s, and
I mean significant in both looks and performance changes.
This drop will lower the car's center of gravity enough to have handling benefits and some
traction benefits.
Squattle will be reduced during acceleration, and so will some of the wheel hop that the
car has.
The springs are also gonna help with the body roll in the corners and nosedive under hard
braking.
All of this means that these springs are, generally speaking, going to tighten up and
improve handling in nearly all aspects.
The PRO-KIT is also a great option for the daily drivers out there.
They aren't gonna drop the car so low that it's difficult to drive places, but they are
gonna drop it enough to improve looks and handling.
They're also that progressive spring that I mentioned earlier, so they aren't gonna
have a harsh ride quality, and that's why I consider these one of the best springs for
the dailies.
I would consider the ride quality nearly equal to the factory ride quality, slightly stiffer,
but nothing to complain about, and I have nothing negative to say about it.
Now, I do wanna say that, a lot of times when you're shopping for lowering springs, you're
also shopping for things like adjustable caster camber plates as well.
In this case, I wouldn't say that the caster camber plates are required.
The drop is only just over one inch, so in all reality, the ability to get the alignment
within spec is still there with a small drop.
If these were the SPORTLINE springs and you'd be dropping more like one and a half inches,
I would suggest the caster camber plates.
But it never hurts to have adjustable caster camber plates, though, so if you've got the
extra cash, I'd say go ahead.
They just aren't required in this case.
Now, when it comes to the KONI Adjustable Shocks and the Struts, these are adjustable
components, and what that means is that you can adjust the rebound dampening to make if
stiffer or softer.
And these are all on-car adjustable, so you can do this without having to take things
apart.
Your adjustment points are gonna be right here at the top.
KONI does include a tool that comes in a hardware pack that contains the knob, which is right
here.
Turning clockwise softens the dampening, and counterclockwise stiffens it.
The cool thing about this is, if you have a street car that you wanna take to the track
or the strip or you wanna autocross it, whatever it may be, you can have one setting for street
driving and another for performance driving.
Besides having adjustable dampening capabilities, these are an upgrade over the factory struts
and shocks in other ways.
The big difference between these components and the factory ones is that these have a
larger diameter piston in them.
The larger piston will give better dampening and rebound when you compare it to the stock
shocks and struts.
Now, this means better street performance.
These have the standard twin-tube gas pressure design and a steel body.
As of right now, these are the only adjustable shocks and struts for the S550 that are currently
available.
Now, if you've lowered your car, upgrading to an adjustable setup like this is really
gonna be beneficial to you.
A shock and strut with this setup is designed to work with lowered cars, so it's gonna ride
better than the factory components as long as you have them adjusted properly, that is,
even if your stock ones aren't blown out yet.
These shocks and struts are capable of working better with a lowering spring.
They're better suited to work with the firmer spring rates and the lower ride height.
The internals of the factory components are not set up to take the abuse of a lowered
ride height like these shocks and struts are.
Now, moving on to price, you can expect to spend between $900 and $1,000 for this kit.
This is a price break, compared to if you were to purchase all of these components individually,
so it's nice that they're kitted and you get a little bit of a price break here.
The install here is gonna be your normal spring and shock and strut install that should take
about four hours to complete, and I'm gonna call this a two out of three wrenches on the
scale.
You will need a spring compressor, and a lift would help you out here as well.
You are gonna need to get down to the spring and strut assemblies, so everything like the
wheels, the brakes, the ABS lines will need to be moved out of the way so you can pull
the assemblies out of the car.
The spring compressor will help you remove the spring from the strut and install the
new front springs, which are compressed and installed the same way.
The new strut assemblies go back in the same way the old ones came out, and the install's
the same for both sides.
The rear is where things will go a little bit differently, but nothing crazy here.
Essentially, the IRS subframe will be dropped, along with the rear shock mount, so you can
slide the rear shocks and springs out.
Just like the front, the rear springs and shocks install the same way they're uninstalled.
There's no surprises here.
The new bump stop slides onto the shock followed by the factory dust boot.
The new springs can be installed, and the IRS subframe can be bolted back up, and that's
about all it's gonna take.
You might find that, if you play around with the adjustable shocks and struts some until
you find some settings that you like...
And I didn't mention this earlier, but a fresh alignment after the install is always a good
idea.
So now that we've got this all installed and ready to go, we can take the car out for a
drive and talk about the differences that you can expect to see.
All right, guys, so we have the springs and the adjustable shocks and struts installed
on the car right now, and we are taking it out to actually test the theories that we
talked about back in the shop.
So, honestly, I'm expecting a pretty big different out of this car over the stock suspension.
Stock suspension, honestly, it leaves a lot to be desired in the performance aspect, and
sometimes it makes me a little bit nervous, especially in corners.
It has a ton of body roll, which is a lot of movement in the car, a ton of nosedive.
I can tell already.
We just pulled out.
We're not even on a main road yet.
I can tell already the car feels a lot different.
Now, I did say that these two are a really good combination for a street car and for
a car that sees occasional track time.
And right away, right off the bat, I'm still gonna stick with that.
The car, I can feel that it rides stiffer, but it's not stiff at all.
It's not an uncomfortable ride at all.
Honestly, it's not much stiffer than factory, but already I can feel a big difference.
Now, we didn't really play a whole lot with the adjustable shocks and struts, and you
do have a pretty good range of adjustment with those.
We kind of set it right in the middle.
We're not really setting up for anything.
We're not really setting up for a track.
I didn't want them too soft, because actually I personally don't like too soft of an adjustable
shock and strut.
It doesn't really give a good driving experience, in my opinion, so we have them set pretty
much in the middle.
So you can customize this and change how you want it to ride.
All right, so we're kind of getting it in a little bit.
I got a little of speed there, because this road isn't the smoothest road, and I actually
wanted to feel how this setup handles bumps, bruises, changes in the road surface.
And this setup, I feel, is handling the bumps and the changes in the road surface really,
really well, actually even better than I thought it would.
So me personally, for street driving anyway, I feel like the adjustment that we have on
the shocks and struts is just about right.
Now, if I were taking this to a track or to a drag strip, I would definitely change some
things before I made any passes or took any laps or things like that.
But that's the beauty of a setup like this, is that you can have such a comfortable ride
on the street.
You can have a system that's going to handle bumps and changes in road surface really,
really well and give you a great ride quality and be extremely comfortable for a daily driver.
But when you wanna have some fun, it's really easy to change a few things and change how
the car is gonna perform for you.
So I kind of get a little bit nervous with the S550 chassis on a stock spring when I
really wanna start getting into some cornering.
I feel like the car has a lot of body roll, it's very unstable.
But the job of this kit is to actually keep the car centered and keep it strong and feeling
great so you can go into corners, you can get more handling performance out of the car.
The car is more responsive.
I can tell right away, getting in this car and just doing the little bit of driving that
I've done already, the center of gravity, even though this isn't a huge drop...
Like I said before, the S550 chassis doesn't need a huge drop to get performance gains
and looks gains.
I can tell that the center of gravity is lower, the car feels way more centered, way more
stable, and we're just talking about doing adjustable shocks and struts and lowering
springs that are gonna lower you about an inch all the way around.
I mean, honestly, it really doesn't take much to get these cars performing a lot better
suspension-wise.
So I can feel already the car is with me a lot more.
It's way more responsive steering-wise.
It feels glued to the road, I'm not noticing any nosedive, and I feel like the car is hooking
better.
I mean, I haven't really done any hard launches, but I did squeal the tires a little bit.
I'm not gonna lie.
I got on it a little bit.
It spun the tires.
There wasn't any terrible, aggressive wheel hop.
There's actually no wheel hop at all.
The car just spun.
So, to me, that's a huge improvement over the factory.
So I'm not sure how much you guys can hear, but another nice thing is that sometimes some
cars can get loud when you start to lower them.
Inside the S550, it's still calm, it's still quiet.
We don't have a rough or jarring ride.
The roads aren't smooth.
I am changing a lot of road surfaces, so I'm changing from different types of pavement.
We're about ready to go through some corners right up here, so I want to lay in this thing
just a little bit just to see how it's gonna respond for us and see about that body roll.
None, none at all.
Huge improvement over the factory setup, to be honest with you.
I did that in fourth gear, and then I even had a fifth gear shift, and the car didn't
hesitate at all.
It was right there with me the entire time.
It felt glued to the road.
I wasn't nervous at all.
Like I said, I get nervous sometimes with the factory suspension because there's so
much body roll.
I don't trust it.
And then that kind of sucks, to be honest with you, when you wanna have fun driving.
But you can't because you feel like you're always gonna break loose any second because
you're fighting with body roll.
And I don't feel any of that fight right now.
So, like I said, super response with even just these small changes in the steering.
The car is very responsive.
Now coming down to a hard braking situation.
I don't even have...I felt no nosedive at all, none, felt completely gone.
All right, guys, so that's gonna wrap up this video for the KONI Sport Adjustable Shocks
and Struts and the Eibach PRO-KIT Lowering Springs.
If you guys are interested, you can always head over to the website and check these out
more online for yourself.

2015-2017 F-150 Gibson 3" Single Aluminized Cat-Back Exhaust (3.5L EcoBoost) Sound Clip & Install - Duration: 6:45.
Hey, everybody.
I'm Justin with americanmuscle.com.
And this is my detailed review and install of the Gibson Aluminized Steel 3-Inch Single
Exit Cat-Back Exhaust, available for your 2015 and newer 3.5-liter EcoBoost-powered
F-150.
All right, everybody, in this review, expect to hear my thoughts on the sound profile you
can expect with the Gibson here on your EcoBoost-powered F-150.
I'll briefly talk materials and construction and price.
And then, finally, we're gonna break down the install for you.
And if you have a Super Crew F-150 with a five and a half-foot bed, this is gonna be
a direct bolt-on installation here.
No modification needed, no cutting, so an easy one out of three wrenches on the difficulty
meter with some more detail coming up later on.
So the Gibson system that we have in this video is going to be a great choice for the
EcoBoost owners out there looking to adhere to a very strict budget, but would still like
to increase the overall volume or present of their EcoBoost in the process.
Now, don't get it twisted, guys, this is not gonna be the loudest or the flashiest system
out there.
In fact, it's far from it.
But it's gonna deliver a solid build quality, given the very budget-friendly materials,
and it's gonna deliver on its number one objective of increasing the volume of your EcoBoost-powered
rig.
Now, as I just pointed out, Gibson is gonna be one of your more affordable options in
the land of aftermarket exhaust systems, case in point this guy right here, hovering right
around the $400 price point, which is just crazy affordable in the world of aftermarket
exhaust systems.
A little back story on Gibson, they've been around for a couple of decades now, producing
systems for a wide variety of vehicles, but also, of course, the Mustang and the F-150
with the number one goal of increasing the sound, increasing the performance, but not
for a whole lot of dough.
But this is an exhaust after all, so let's break down some sound here with the Gibson.
And honestly, guys, I thought it was pretty enjoyable overall.
Listen, I know the deal.
I'm an EcoBoost owner myself.
I know a lot of us would prefer to keep the sound down as much as possible.
And if that sounds like you, well, then the Single Exit Gibson will certainly be one of
your better options out there.
Breaking out my wake the neighbors scale, I'm going strong two out of five here on my
one to five or one to wake the neighbor scale with little bit more sound, a little bit more
tone on the exterior.
Same goes for the interior as well.
To be honest with you, at this point, I'd say the Borla Touring or the Ford Performance
by Borla Touring is probably gonna be slightly tamer than the Gibson, but it's very close
overall.
Now, that mild tone is shaped Gibson's Signature Superflow SFT Muffler here, a muffler they
use with a lot of their systems.
And it is something that's gonna feature a combination of both baffles and chambers,
keeping the sound in check in process, as you guys heard with our sound clips.
Now, Gibson does also claim that this thing increases volume efficiency, which is gonna
help increase your volume or your flow of your exhaust, increasing your performance
slightly.
But it does so in a way without any packing, which can sometimes burn out or burn in over
time, changing the sound of the exhaust.
But let's switch our focus to the construction and materials here with this particular Gibson.
And as I mentioned at the very top of this video, guys, this is gonna be a super affordable
system.
So don't look forward to the premium 304 grade stainless that you might find with the system
three times the cost of the Gibson here.
Instead, you're looking at aluminized steel, a great material, but, yes, one that is very
budget-friendly.
It's gonna perform just as good as any of those high-quality or high-price materials,
but it's not gonna offer you the same level of protection from corrosion as the 409 or
304 grade stainless steel.
So for that reason alone, if you live in a snowy climate, if your truck sees a lot of
road salt during the winter months, spend the extra 100 bucks.
Gibson makes pretty much an identical system of this, but with full stainless steel construction
that will definitely help you a little better to prevent corrosion.
Aluminized steel aside, you're gonna be looking at three-inch mandrel-bent tubing here for
this system all exiting out the 4-inch tip, rolled edge, and polished to a nice, bright
shine.
Now, the tip itself is actually made from 304 grade stainless steel, so that guy should
remain looking good for many years to come.
I do wanna point out, guys, this is a very factory-like system in appearance.
It's gonna exit in the factory location, and honestly, when it's installed in the truck,
it really looks like a factory exhaust system, but again, with just a little more sound and
maybe a little bit more performance.
If you're going for a more wild appearance, this isn't gonna be the system for you.
However, Gibson does offer a dual split rear exit system that you can find here on the
site.
It should sound pretty similar because it's gonna utilize the similar muffler, but it's
gonna cost you just a little bit more because obviously there's a little bit more material
involved.
Getting back to that install, as promised earlier, if you have a SuperCrew F-150 with
a five and a half-foot bed, this one isn't gonna test you in the least.
So one out of three wrenches is what you can expect as far as overall difficulty, maybe
an hour tops to get this thing onto your truck.
Now, because this is a direct bolt-on modification, don't expect to break out the cutting tools,
like the Sawzall or anything like that.
Instead, you're really just looking at a basic socket set to remove the factory cat-back
and get the new Gibson in place.
For being one of the most affordable systems on this site, the Gibson Single Exit Aluminized
Steel Cat-Back makes a strong case for the EcoBoost owners out there who'd like to upgrade
their exhaust, but really not spend a whole lot of dough in the process.
The sound is good without being over-the-top, the materials and construction, while affordable,
are certainly worthy of the new F-150.
And last but not least, you do have a limited lifetime warranty on your side, just in case
you do ever run into any issues.
So that is my review of the Gibson Single Exit Aluminized Steel Cat-Back, which you
can find right here at americanmuscle.com.

WHAT I GOT FOR CHRISTMAS 2016!! Diamond's Diary - Duration: 7:50.
*music* Hey guys, it's Diamond!
And for this video, I'm going to be doing a What I Got For Christmas 2016, where I show
you everything that I got for Christmas.
Before this video starts, if you're new to my channel, make sure you guys subscribe down
below and follow me on all my social media which will be on the screen somewhere.
And yeah, let's get into the video.
So, as you guys can tell I got like a new camera, if you have been following me on my
snapchat, you guys already know that, but I got the Canon Rebel t5i that I wanted, so
yeah.
And then, it came with the 18-55 mm--menm-- wait yeah, I don't know how you say it but
lenses.
It's like a zoom lenses, that's not really what I want for my videos so then I asked
for a 1.8 Sigma lenses because yeah.
This is what I'm using that gives me the blurry background, in the back that you guys see,
which I really like.
And then my parents got the camera in a kit so, it came with a bunch of extra stuff.
It came with two SD Cards plus the one that's in the camera, a battery grip which is an
extended battery case thing for it, two extra lenses.
This one is a HD wide angle lenses and this one is a HD lenses.
Also with it I got the Rode VideoMicGo camera mic, which here I'll insert -- if my phone
will work -- here's what it looks like -- there's ME! -- but there's the lenses right there
and the camera, and the tripod for it.
Sorry this lighting isn't really that good, but yeah.
Okay, so back to this camera, that's basically all like the camera equipment stuff that I
got.
So now I'm just going to turn back here and show you guys what else.
So, I got beats, the urbeats, the earbuds and I got them in silver and white.
You guys can't see this but I got those.
I got two coats; I got this black one from my parents and then I got a gray one-- there's
like an airplane flying by-- but I got a gray one from my god parents.
After it like focused, I got these really cute gloves, they're like bears, they're so
cute.
They have little faces on them.
I got a BUNCH of clothes, like a bunch of clothes.
This isn't even all of them.
I got some new boots.
These are Michael Kors rain boots, they're really cute, they have a buckle down here
with the logo on it.
Yess!
I got cute pajamas from-- what is it -- Old Navy.
I don't know where I got this from because I received this but this is a really cute
onesie.
It's like how cute, but then I got pajama bottoms like this with just like regular shirts
because I'm not into matching tops and bottoms.
Like I rather just have a plain shirt with nice pants.
Like just me?
I don't know.
But I got a bunch of pajamas.
I got this lotion body kit stuff from my cousin.
It's Pink Friday by Nicki Minaj stuff here, like that which hopefully -- I haven't tried
it out but hopefully it smells good.
So that's a plus.
I got a bunch of jeans and stuff that I have tops to go with it, but i'm not going to pull
out every piece of clothing because it just doesn't make sense.
So I got a bunch of clothes and stuff.
And then also which is upstairs I have giftcards and money.
I got this nail polish kit that my mom got me from-- I think she said kmart, but it has
really cute colors in it.
Like the colors are like yes! goals!
The colors are like cute, but yeah.
I think that is the main stuff that I got.
This video was in no way to brag, it was just for me to share what I got for Christmas,
so if you guys enjoyed it, make sure you guys give it a thumbs up and let me know if you
want me to do these every year because I definitely will.
Make sure you guys subscribe down below and comment what your favorite thing that you
got for Christmas was; I would love to know.
Did we get something the same?
Let me know down in the comment section below and yeah.
Bye guys!

In the future too, as 17's maknae, I hope you will be a ble to show a cooler side of you
I love you
It's heart-warming
Eat a lot and be healthy
Like now, tomorrow too- Next year too, I hope you become good-looking
You are already good-looking
This is for well-wishing?
In the future too, be healthy and don't get sick
I hope you will be able to promote healthily
Please speak, well-wishing
I hope you won't get sick in 2017
That's the most important
In 2016,
I am the one giving the well-wishing
In 2016, you made good choreographies
In 2017, I hope you get to make even better choreographies
You, just be healthy
Like this '17' on your chest
Make next year the year for 17. Do you understand? -Yes, yes
I'm really thankful because you had promotions with this handsome face in 2016
In 2017 too, let's work even harder. I love you
I thought you were going to kiss
You went through 2016 very prettily
In 2017, let's work hard like 'boomboom'
Next year too, let's continue having promotions enjoyably and happily
Like in 2016 too, really
You were a good Vocal Team leader
Thank you for writing really good songs
In 2017 too, take good care of us
-A long one? -A long one
Like in 2016, we've gotten along very well
In 2017, just like now, together, yes
Together yes
You've suffered a lot/You've worked hard
What kind of suffering?
Taking care of 17's ment in 2016
You suffered a lot for our songs
In 2017, take care of us well
Thank you. Fighting
Our Mingyu hyung
In 2016, although we loved and argued with each other
In 2017, I know that we will argue a lot
Our friendship
Will never change
Having fight is good too
I think it's a good thing as long as we are together
Mingyu hyung, let's go forward like this
Thanks
Me too, yes
-Just like this -It's time to wrap up
Everyone, on the last night of 2017, let's be together with 17
December 31st, Saturday, at the MBC Gayo Daejejeon
Let's meet there~
