and there is a really huge selection of the local Singaporean local dishes as well

this is the famous Hainanese Chicken Rice

it's so famous, and we like it in japan too

it's the highest pool in the world

access to the Infinity Pool is restricted to registered hotel guests only via their individual room key card

which needs to be presented to gain access

i'm now in SPAGO restaurant, it is italian-style restaurant so near to the infinity pool

after swimming you can come here to eat and enjoy your time

and the view from here is so amazing

and because it's so high, this so unique

they builded this place here with a collaboration with a japanese team

Earth from Space: Madagascar - Duration: 3:07.

Hi, I'm Keira Ives-Keeler

and welcome to this week's edition of the Earth from Space programme

from the ESA Web TV studios.

This week the Copernicus Sentinel-3 satellite takes us over Madagascar.

This huge island nation, located off the east coast of Africa,

seen on the left of the image,

has a population of around 25 million.

More than half of the country's inhabitants are aged under 25.

The island is also home to rare flora and fauna,

having developed its own ecosystems and wildlife

since splitting from the African continent some 160 million years ago.

Approximately 90% of the flora and fauna on the island are found on Madagascar alone.

Preserving its impressive biodiversity is an ongoing challenge for the country.

With an area of almost 600 000 km2,

Madagascar is the fourth largest island in the world.

Some of the world's most extensive coral reef systems,

huge mangrove areas, and a vast array of birds, lemurs,

and many other species can be found here.

Deforestation poses a serious threat to the island's habitats,

with illegal wildlife trade representing a further challenge.

In this true-colour image,

taken using Sentinel-3's Ocean and Land Colour Instrument (OLCI)

we can see sediment in the water along the coast.

The island appears in green on the east coast,

where the prevailing trade winds bring clouds and rain

of up to 3.5 m per year to the low-lying coast.

The central and western highlands and coast appear in brown

and are much dryer, especially from May to October.

The volcanic mountainous area of Ankaratra can be found in the central highlands.

In the north of the island,

the highest peak of Maromokotro stands almost 2 900 m above sea level.

The Mozambique Channel,

which separates Madagascar from the continent,

is an important shipping route for east Africa

and home to significant tuna reserves.

Efforts are underway to ensure that for local economic development sustainability is considered.

Identifying and protecting critical habitats,

such as migratory corridors, is part of this work.

Sentinel-3 is a two-satellite mission

to supply the coverage and data delivery needed

for Europe's Copernicus environmental monitoring programme.

It provides critical information for a range of applications

from marine observation to large-area vegetation monitoring.

today I'm going to share my morning skincare routine from a mature dry skin

hi I'm Schellea this is fabulous 50s a lifestyle channel that explores fashion

beauty and lifestyle and if you're a woman over 50 click subscribe and click

relate to you today I'm going to share with you my morning skincare routine

it's simple and uncomplicated and I don't buy a whole lot of products and I

get a really good result so for the same as my evening routine I've reduced

everything by a lot I was buying loads of products layering

everything and getting a great result but I have learnt since that there's no

need to be spending all that money and layering all those products because I'm

not going to get that much of a difference and I strongly believe that

what we put inside our body and even inside our mind has a huge contributing

factor to what our skin looks like so if we're doing the right things internally

the job up here of making our skin look better and you know helping us get rid

of our dry skin or our flaky skin or our fine lines and wrinkles we don't have to

spend a huge fortune on our faces so I've reduced I've gone down to just a

few steps and the first step for any skincare routine is to cleanse because I

have dry skin and mature skin the oil cleansers work best for me and I use a

bio droga cleansing oil this is so beautiful and luxurious this cleansing

oil makes your skin very very clean it doesn't get squeaky which is what I used

to look for but I know now that that's a bad thing when you have dry skin and it

just keeps it moisturized so a good cleansing oil is perfect for us if we're

over 50 even if you have oily skin an oil cleanser is great and Shu Uemura

have a really great oily skin cleansing oil so I'll leave a link for that and

and I have a friend who uses it and it's very very good for oily skin in the

mornings I only cleanse once and then my first step is always hyaluronic acid I

put that on first before I put any other products and if you're used to layering

all your serums you'll know that you put hyaluronic acid on first and it preps

the skin and plumps it up and do you know that babies when they're are born full

of hyaluronic acid that's why their face is so plump and their whole body is

plump and everything's so smooth because they have a really high dose of

hyaluronic acid so just imagine how smooth baby is we are not that any more

because after the age of 40 hyaluronic acid stops producing in our body slows

right right down so that makes so much sense

babies are full of it and they're just plump and chubby and soft and beautiful

we got to buy that stuff and put it on but this is great if I'm feeling

particularly dry I'll add a little bit of squalene oil from the ordinary and

I'll just put it around my dry points I don't always use this but this is great

if you're someone who feels a little bit dry it's just another step that you can

add and then when I finished that I put on a barrier cream and moisturizer to

lock it all in and I'm using the Charlotte Tilbury magic cream at the

moment it's so moisturizing and so amazing if you've got very dry skin the

consistency of this is thick and nourishing but it doesn't feel heavy

when it's on your skin it Pat's in so beautifully and then when you put your

foundation on the top it just everything's smooth and beautiful and I

would really recommend this one because sometimes you put a moisturizer on it

feels greasy and your foundation will run and sometimes you put a moisturizer

on and it's just not enough and your skin still feels dry so pretty much it's

three products a cleanse a hyaluronic acid and a barrier cream to lock it all

in that's not much and then I'll use my

squalene oil if I'm feeling a little bit dry but that's it I was doing peptides

and I was doing growth factors and I was doing all sorts of things I was doing

vitamin C I've swapped my vitamin C out to nighttime yep

that's it it's super simple my skin has not suffered at all I've taken all those

products out and my skin is still equally as good as what it was when I

was doing all that I'm sure that all those products helped the one product

that actually probably I've noticed a difference is the peptides but I have

stopped using the peptides for now because I want to try this and I've been

so happy with the results because I'm spending a lot less money and a lot less

time and it's just less stressful having so much to do twice a week I'm going to

exfoliate and I just use an inexpensive gentle exfoliating scrub this is great

and that takes off all of my dead skin cells particularly at night time when I

use my retin a that can create some peeling this product just keeps that at

bay it gets ri d of the flakies on those two days I'll follow up with the Ren

flash rinse one minute facial this this is like a 1-minute brightening vitamin C

treatment it's very good so twice a week but you don't really need these steps

this is just nice to have but if you want to cut back or if you want to start

from scratch this is a really good morning routine that actually works you

get results because it's all about keeping the moisture in getting rid of

the dead skin cells and nourishing your body from the inside I did make a video

on what I do to get rid of my dry skin I'll leave a link up here but that's

some really good information as well if you suffer from dry skin and then of

course my morning routine is always finished off with a sunscreen sometimes

I put a sunscreen as my next step after I've finished moisturizing but of late

and particularly in summer I like to use a sunscreen zinc oxide powder that just

easily you can see the powder coming out so it's really easy to apply and that's

all you do it doesn't upset your foundation which some sunscreens can do

so I do have a couple of great sunscreens that I use under my

foundation but in summer this is my go-to and you can reapply it in the

middle of the day if you've been out in the Sun for a long time but because it

is a physical sunscreen which means it's sitting on top of your skin so as the

Sun comes down and the Rays hit your skin it reflects it back so you don't

need to reapply a physical sunscreen the same way you do need to apply a chemical

sunscreen this one doesn't need reapplying unless you've been swimming

or you've taken it off in some way so and this fits in your handbag but the

great thing about this as well is it doesn't get cakey like putting face

powder on it's not like that it's just the perfect complement to your morning

routine okay that's it it's really simple it's inexpensive I've reduced a

lot of products I haven't noticed a problem I haven't become any drier my

skin is still in very good condition I've stopped using eye cream because I

don't need it anymore these products are enough and I'm going

to continue doing this for another six months and slowly add back in some

products that I used to use to see if they make a difference please give a

Martin Keown made a very honest point about Aubameyang after Sporting draw - Duration: 3:18.

 However, Qarabag's win away at FC Vorskla assured Unai Emery of qualification - but they are not guaranteed top spot yet

 It was an underwhelming night at the Emirates on Thursday, which was marred further by the serious ankle injury sustained by Danny Welbeck in the first-half

 The reaction of the players around him said it all, with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang coming on in his place

 But the Gabonese striker failed to leave his mark on the game, missing a host of guilt-edged chances

 The jet-heeled forward did get Jeremy Mathieu a straight red card in the 88th-minute, but he then skied the resulting free-kick

 Not his best night, especially for a striker of his calibre.  Arsenal legend Martin Keown was in the BT Sport studio after the game and offered a very honest opinion on Aubameyang's current situation

 Keown said: "He is the closest thing to Thierry Henry that I have seen since he left the club, he really is that good

 "Someone in his camp should be pushing him on, dragging that performance out of him because he is a special talent, he scores lots of goals and it's just a hunger get him to boiling point, I don't think he was there tonight

"  He's got a point. Aubameyang has scored a lot of goals at Arsenal - 19 in 29 appearances - but he's struggled to impact a lot of games

 Joe Cole also shared Keown's opinion in the studio, saying: "He is so talented he has such good physical attributes but he needs senior players pushing him on telling him how good he can be because his goal scoring record is good but he sort of flits in and out of games

 "If I'm Aubameyang I'm looking around thinking I want to score goals like Kane or Aguero

I think he played within himself and he just needs a little push."  Emery is the man that needs to inspire Aubameyang

Today's goodness is about an Indian man

who planted a forest!

Jadav 'Molai' Payeng,

is the 'Forest Man of India,'

who planted his very own forest!

When he was 16,

he saw many snakes die

on a piece of barren land,

so he decided to start planting trees.

With 50 seeds and 25 bamboo plants,

he started planting these trees one by one.

And every year, he would plant more seeds

in the fertile season,

and spend the rest of the year

collecting more seeds and saplings.

36 years later, the Molai forest, named after him,

is over 1,300 acres big,

which is the size of 1,000 football fields,

with many species of trees,

and is even home to five Royal Bengal tigers,

over a hundred deer, wild boar,

and several species of birds!

sampling is art of freedom that's what I said in my previous episode

I think sampling shouldn't be limited to vinyls only

that's why I came out here

this is Zoom Q8 my old camera

the video quality is so-so in 2018 but

audio quality is still the best if you've got this stereo shotgun mic

I'm gonna sample materials around me by using this camera

now I'm gonna use samples I collected with my beats at home

let's go

there's a lot of sound effects on the internet but you can sample your own sound effects

which makes you more original than otherwise

this is the sound of train

this is loop mode

so funny

my sound effects were used to add some some kind of flavor kind of essence on my beats

but in other genres like Techno or something

a lot of artists use their own sound effects and process them more complexly

and makes completely different sound which is absolutely outstanding

so sampling is not only about hiphop

sampling is not only about vinyls

it's also about any other genres it's also about any other sound around us

that's what I wanna say in this episode
