This spot ,from below eye to lower jar,

has to be within 2.5cm.

But i am way over that size.

Standard of "sleep moderately"? i admit i slept too much.

But i usually take 7~6 hours(to sleep) When i get busy, 4~5h is the maximum

I sleep for 2~3 hours When i have schedules for performance show.

Hello Everyone......

Today we will make Pasta in a Coffee Mug that to in a Microwave in just 5 minutes

Colour and texture of pasta is very nice & it cooked perfectly without sticking to each other

So let see how we will make it

I have taken big size microwave safe coffee mug

Better to choose bigger mug otherwise water will spill out when we will boil pasta

Now add 1/2 cup of pasta to it

Here I m using macaroni, you can use any variety of pasta of your choice

Add 1/2 cup of water n salt to it

Mix it well

Microwave it for 1 min on high power

My microwave is 900W If wattage of your microwave is different then change the timing accordingly

Stir the pasta after 1 minute

Now again microwave it for 1 minute on 50% power

after 1 minute pasta starts boiling

I reduced the power level so that extra water will not spill out

Again microwave it for 1 min on 50% power, stir in between

It took total 3 min, 1 min on high & 2 min on 50% power to cook the pasta perfectly

Remove the excess water if there and boiled pasta is ready

Now add 1 1/2 Tbs of pasta sauce

Here I m using red sauce, you can also use white sauce if you wish to

next I will add some mixed herbs or pasta seasoning

to make it creamy I am adding 3 Tbsp of milk here

Mix all the ingredients really well

Now add some grated cheese, you can also skip this, its totally optional

Here I m using mozzarella cheese you can use any variety of cheese

Now mix all the ingredients really well

Delicious, super tasty & perfectly cooked pasta in Mug is ready

Hi! this is dalchi~

Today, we're going to make pencil holder by using toilet paper roll.

Also, I wore some ribbons round the holder.

Then, let's make a pencil holder!

First, please get ready with toilet paper roll.

I cut toilet paper roll diagonally.

It's more stable when cutting diagonally, rather than straight line.

I will make the bottom flat.

The wrapping paper was weak to use it as bottom.

So, I used thicker paper to strengthen the bottom.

I attached thicker paper by using white glue.

And I applied transparent tape to make it clean and neat.

I attached wrapping paper neatly inside of it.

You should cut the wrapping paper in this way to make it look cleaner.

And I put double-sided tape on the edge and wrap with papers.

It looks better when you're using double-sided tape, rather than liquid glue or white glue.

Roll up like you make Gimbap~~

Please pay attention when you cut off the paper neatly.

It's finished! But it looks plain, so I put some race and ribbon on it.

Hello Everyone......

Today we will make Pasta in a Coffee Mug that to in a Microwave in just 5 minutes

Colour and texture of pasta is very nice & it cooked perfectly without sticking to each other

So let see how we will make it

I have taken big size microwave safe coffee mug

Better to choose bigger mug otherwise water will spill out when we will boil pasta

Now add 1/2 cup of pasta to it

Here I m using macaroni, you can use any variety of pasta of your choice

Add 1/2 cup of water n salt to it

Mix it well

Microwave it for 1 min on high power

My microwave is 900W If wattage of your microwave is different then change the timing accordingly

Stir the pasta after 1 minute

Now again microwave it for 1 minute on 50% power

after 1 minute pasta starts boiling

I reduced the power level so that extra water will not spill out

Again microwave it for 1 min on 50% power, stir in between

It took total 3 min, 1 min on high & 2 min on 50% power to cook the pasta perfectly

Remove the excess water if there and boiled pasta is ready

Now add 1 1/2 Tbs of pasta sauce

Here I m using red sauce, you can also use white sauce if you wish to

next I will add some mixed herbs or pasta seasoning

to make it creamy I am adding 3 Tbsp of milk here

Mix all the ingredients really well

Now add some grated cheese, you can also skip this, its totally optional

Here I m using mozzarella cheese you can use any variety of cheese

Now mix all the ingredients really well

Delicious, super tasty & perfectly cooked pasta in Mug is ready

Sick Couple Plots To Drug & Molest 2 Children, Then Unlikely Hero Jumps Into Action

One preschool teacher was settling into her seat on her Southwest Airlines flight from

Seattle to San Jose last month when she happened to glance between the seats in front of her

and catch a glimpse of another passenger's phone.

When she saw what was on the screen she felt sick.

"I don't know how I saw it, I just saw in big text, 'child in their underwear,'"

said the teacher, who wishes to remain anonymous.

"I thought, 'What did I just see?'

My heart started racing.

Then I could see more texts coming.

The man in front of her was Michael Kellar, 56.

As the teacher watched, Kellar detailed disgusting and horrific plans to drug and molest two

children with 50-year-old Gail Burnworth.

In their texts, the couple wrote about their plans to drug the children, ages 5 and 7,

with Benadryl and then film themselves raping them.

As soon as she saw the horrifying exchange, the teacher knew she had to do something.

She snapped some pictures of the messages with her phone and then alerted the flight

crew, who called the police.

When the flight touched down in San Jose, police were waiting there to arrest Kellar.

Burnworth was arrested shortly after.

Both of them have been charged with attempted enticement of a minor, including rape of a

child and conspiracy to produce child pornography.

While Kellar, a divorced father of two, attempted the convince authorities that he had just

"engaged in fantasy," it was clear from the lewd messages on his phone that this was

not the case.

In fact, Burnworth admitted to having already made 20 videos of the two victims and sending

them to Kellar.

While it is sickening to even imagine anyone doing something like this to two innocent

children, we are so glad this preschool teacher caught on to the couple's nefarious plans

and was able to put them to a stop.

After the arrests, San Jose Police Sgt.

Brian Spears, who leads the Silicon Valley's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force,

visited the preschool teacher to thank her for reporting Kellar and the disgusting exchange.

"I felt that she needed to be told in person she is our hero," Spears said.

"I was blessed to meet her, gave her a big hug and said thank you.

"She was emotional.

She said, 'I just knew something was wrong,' and she felt it in her heart."

While many have labeled this brave woman a hero, she has pushed back against the praise,

insisting she just did what she knew she needed to do.

"I'm being labeled a hero.

I don't need a bunch of attention," she said.

"I'm just so thankful the kids are safe.

I really just did what I did out of my heart.

And being an early-childhood educator, I'm trained to look out for that."

Thanks to this woman, two innocent children have been rescued and protected.

We know they certainly view her as a hero and, regardless of what she might say, we

do too.

Special Counsel Robert Mueller is seeking an interview with President Donald Trump,

and Democrats are screaming that he'll be subpoenaed if he refuses to go.

Of course, Mueller is leading the bogus "Trump-Russia" investigation, and his back is up against

the wall as it is starting to fall apart.

Trump has answered by dropping a shocking truth bomb right on Mueller's head, and

it's rocking Capitol Hill as the biggest win by any president in the last 100 years.

Before we get to the truth, backed up by facts, on what in the world was going on at the FBI

and DOJ regarding the so-called "Russian collusion," let's just say Trump has no

reason to not go and speak with Mueller.

He wants to go speak to Mueller because the president has been running his own sting operation

for the last year, and now, he has all the intelligence he needs to squash these traitors

likes the cockroaches they truly are.

There is a cabal of traitors who conspired starting in July 2016 to prevent Trump from

becoming president.

Sometime around November 2016, the one good guy left in former President Barack Obama's

administration and in charge of a major intel agency, the Director of the National Security

Administration Admiral Mike Rogers, found proof that a cabal at the FBI and DOJ were

spying on then-candidate Donald Trump.

We know this from FBI agent Peter Strzok's text which confirms the "insurance policy"

in case Trump is elected.

What Rogers did was notify Trump, going over the heads of Obama's men, Director of National

Intelligence James Clapper and CIA Director John Brennan.

We know Rogers went to Trump Tower on December 30th and the next day, Trump's presidential

transition team moved immediately to Bedminster, New Jersey.

Recall the sheer "outrage" by the Democrats and mainstream media when Trump dropped his

tweet in March 2017, claiming his phones were "tapped" by Obama.

The Democrats called Trump a crazy "conspiracy theory nut."

They called him a liar, saying how dare he accuse Obama and his minions of a crime.

How low has President Obama gone to tapp my phones during the very sacred election process.

Rush Limbaugh went over this on his January 8th, 2018, broadcast, saying, "The director

of the NSA is Admiral Mike Rogers.

And, in I think November, December, I'm not sure which, Mike Rogers visited Trump

in Trump Tower.

We don't know what was said.

But, he's military, and it's kind of unusual for a military man, even though he is the

head of the NSA, to jump chain, but he went and talked to Trump."

Limbaugh continued, "And shortly after Mike Rogers spoke to Trump, Trump relocated his

transition team out of Trump Tower and over to his golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey.

Now, it is assumed by people who have been studying this that Trump was alerted, and

then, of course, Trump tweeted a couple months later in March about how unfair it was that

Trump Tower had been wiretapped."

What Rogers knew is what Devin Nunes was shocked to learn when he viewed highly classified

documents that can only be viewed in a special room called a Sensitive Compartmented Information

Facility or SCIF.

If you'll recall, this led Nunes to run over to the White House and divulge information

to Trump.

Then, he called a press conference.

Again, Nunes could not "reveal" to the public exactly what he saw, but we can now

confirm what caused Nunes to almost have a nervous breakdown.

According to The Conservative Treehouse, after Nunes reviewed the information on March 22nd,

2017, he stated the intelligence product was "not related to Russia, or the FBI Russian

counter-intelligence investigation."

The report adds, "House Intelligence Committee Chairman, Devin Nunes, then held a brief press

conference and stated he has been provided intelligence reports brought to him by unnamed

sources that include 'significant information' about President-Elect Trump and his transition

team."

Here's exactly what went on.

As you all know, neither Trump nor anyone on Trump's campaign ever colluded with Russia.

It was a fabricated scheme that was started by a cabal including former FBI Director James

Comey and former Attorney General Loretta Lynch, and it goes all the way to the top:

Barack Obama.

This group used a false document that the Hillary Clinton campaign paid for, which has

become known as the "Russian dossier," as evidence to obtain FISA warrants to spy

on Trump and his campaign.

This is what Admiral Mike Rogers found out about, and he immediately started an investigation

into the bogus FISA warrants.

But, there's more.

The Conservative Treehouse has uncovered the proof that Obama indeed knew about this cabal

and sanctioned it.

Sure, we always knew Obama was in on illegal schemes, but proving it is another thing.

research indicates that in February and March 2017 Chairman Devin Nunes, a gang of eight

member, reviewed intelligence reports (most likely PDB's) that were assembled exclusively

for the office of the former President (Obama).

That is why he went to the Eisenhower Executive Office Building (EEOB) Information Facility

to review."

So, here's the kicker: What Nunes was looking at in the SCIF was Obama's PDB's, meaning

Nunes read the reports Obama was getting as president by the cabal about spying on Trump.

If it was not for Admiral Mike Rogers and Rep. Devin Nunes, who knows where this country

would be today.

In essence, and I cannot stress this enough, they averted a Constitutional crisis.

Now, my fellow Americans, get ready for this entire scheme to be outed by Trump's sting

operation on January 15th, 2018.

Save that date, pop some popcorn, sit back, and watch the sheer panic and gnashing of

teeth by the Democrats and their useful idiot supporters.

Inspector General Michael Horowitz is the lead investigator of Trump's counter-intel

operation into these crimes, and he's announced that his findings will be released to the

public on January 15th.
