You can make this remedy in anywhere in the world.
This remedy is for erectile dysfunction in any age or lack of sexual desire.
Use this remedy for at least 1 month and maximum there is no time limit. Use this remedy for 3 to 6 months for good results..
Use this once or twice a day with your meal.
For this remedy we will need
White or normal onion (Medium size)
Green chili (large size) 1
Ginger 1 small piece
Garlic 2 cloves
Pure ghee or olive oil 1 to 2 tablespoon
For powder we will need
Make this powder and store in an airtight jar
Bay leaves 4
Black cardamom 4
Cloves 10 to 15
Cinnamon sticks 3 or 4 piees
Nutmeg 2
Mace 2 to 3 pieces
Black pepper 15 to 20
Long pepper 5 (Optional)
Carom seeds 1 teaspoon
Black cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
White cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Green cardamom 5 to 8
Make powder of all these dry spices in a grinder
I am using these thing black pepper, long pepper black and white cumin seeds and carom seeds for you stomach...
If you cannot find long pepper then you can skip this.
Heat pure ghee or olive oil in a pan and fry vegetables for 2 minutes
Now add 2 pinches of spices
If you live in a cold country then you can add half teaspoon of spices.
Mix it well and our remedy is ready
Use this remedy with your regular meal once or twice a day.
