Akakara Nabe♪ ～Super Spicy Hotpot from Nagoya～
This time, I am going to make Akakara Nabe.
It is a popular menu at izakaya named "Akakara" which originally started business in Nagoya.
It's delicious so please try it yourself.
Make chicken bone broth.
Soak chicken bone into cold water for about 30 minutes.
Put it into boiling water.
Take out them when they are whitened.
Clean and remove bloody parts and extra fat in cold water.
Good taste comes out from bones so chop each of them into several pieces.
Green portion of white leek.
3 sliced ginger(with skin).
1500 ml of water.
Turn on the burner.
Once it boils, turn the heat to low and remove the scum.
Cook over low heat for 1 hour.
After 1 hour.
Chicken bone broth is done.
Prepare the other ingredients.
Remove fibrous roots from bean sprouts.
Wash lightly.
Break up the Shimeji mushrooms.
Cut a bunch of Chinese chive into four.
Cut chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Slice some carrot.
Cut pork berry into bite-sized pieces.
Cut tofu into 1cm width.
Grate 2 cloves of garlic.
Cut deep-fried tofu called "Aburaage" into big pieces.
Pour some boiling water over the Aburaage to remove the excess oil.
Boil some beef giblets lightly and soak into cold water.
Rinse it and drain.
Make Akakara soup.(for 4～5 servings)
1 tbsp of sesame oil.
Put 1.5 tbsp of Chinese Chili Bean Sauce(Doubanjiang).
Turn on the burner.
Cook on low heat to infuse the flavor and hot spiciness.
90 ml of sake.
60 ml of mirin.
Turn on the burner and burn off alcohol.
Pour 1000 ml of chicken bone broth.
2 tbsp of Hatcho Miso.(or miso)
2 tbsp of brown sugar.(or sugar)
Grated garlic.
Mix well.
Taste.

I had forgot to put soy sauce.
120 ml of soy sauce.
OK!
Akakara soup is done.
Make Akakara Nave.(for 2 servings)
Chinese cabbage.
Carrot.
Pork berry.
Beef giblets.
Chicken thigh.
Shimeji mushroom.
Bean sprouts.
Abura-age. (deep-fried bean curd).
Tofu.
500 ml of Akakara soup.
Lots of sesame seeds.
Put Chinese chives.
Put a lid and cook for about 2 minutes
Splinkle a lot of chili pepper.
It's ready to eat♪

The circus and actual reality are now indistinguishable from one another, and even our president is
a reality TV star.
Biological identity is being trumped by a confusing morass of socially preferred pronouns.
Public discourse is impossible, as rational thought and polite debate aren�t dramatic
enough to hold our attention.
Violence and intolerance are cheered on as people video tape fights rather than break
them up.
Porn culture has broken out into the mainstream, and debauchery is praised.
People are more polarized than ever, preferring echo chambers and group-think to individual
ideas and genuine self-expression.

grievances related to putting so many of our resources into the destruction of others.
There is no body count of our soldiers, of our enemies, or even of the innocents caught
in the crossfire.
It just doesn�t matter anymore.

Members of the government and the elite are clearly above the law, and the law is now
apparently in place for the plebs, the slaves, to obey.
The elite are free to financially plunder and conquer any nation.
The government aids and abets real terrorism by covertly funding and arming our manufactured
enemies.
Pedophilia and sex-trafficking by the elite are coming into the light, however, mainstream
media gives these types of criminals a pass, refusing to seriously investigate any allegations
of such terrible crimes.
An unconstitutional police state now does whatever it wants, and everyday we see more
police brutality and more usurpations of individual rights by the alphabet agencies created by
the state to harass and plunder the people.
There is no recourse for those who�ve been victimized by industrial crimes which destroy
and pollute our environment.

In light of a growing epidemic of opioid addiction and overdoses, it is being revealed that doctors
and pharmaceutical companies are making a killing by turning people into dependents
of the pharma state.
Anxiety and depression are more rampant than ever, and one in six Americans are on psychiatric
drugs.
Stress is being amped up in every way possible, and the individual is lost at sea in the medical
industrial complex which prohibits natural cures and medicines while pushing pills on
the public.
Final Thoughts
Some liken the matrix system to a fish tank, where outsiders create the stage on which
we play out our lives, and we never fully realize that our world is created and governed
by a hidden hand.
Others better relate to the metaphor presented in the movie, The Matrix, where humans are
used as batteries, to fuel the livelihoods of overlords, and are kept acquiescent by
a detailed and indulgent false reality.
Either metaphor does well in conceptualizing contemporary life, but without recognition
of the hidden chains which confine our progress and steer our development, we have no hope
of ever realizing true freedom on this glorious earth.
As in Plato�s cave, if we only focus on the manufactured shadow reality, we miss the
big picture, and along with it, the opportunity to live a joyous, meaningful and unrestricted
life.
The matrix has all of us, and it has just evolved.

Revised executive order was set to bar entry to US of most refugees as well as travellers
from six Muslim nations
A US federal judge in Hawaii dealt another legal blow to President Donald Trump on Wednesday,
issuing an emergency halt to his revised travel ban just hours before it was set to go into
effect early on Thursday.
US district judge Derrick Watson put out an emergency stop on Trump's executive order,
which aimed to temporarily bar entry to the United States of most refugees as well as
travellers from six Muslim-majority countries.
Watson said the state of Hawaii showed a strong likelihood of success in its claims that the
order violates the establishment clause of the US Constitution, which prevents religious
discrimination.
Critics of the ban argued it was discriminatory against Muslims.
The federal judges at three hearings on Wednesday strongly questioned lawyers for both the administration
and its critics, pressing on the question of who specifically would be harmed by the
revamped executive order.
But the ruling means a nationwide freeze on enforcement of section two of the order, banning
entry by nationals of Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen for 90 days.
It also halts section six, suspending the US refugee admissions programme for 120 days.
"The court declines to stay this ruling or hold it in abeyance should an emergency appeal
of this order be filed," the ruling said.
The Republican president has said the policy is critical for national security.
Trump said the decision was an example of "unprecedented judicial overreach," and vowed
to fight the "flawed" ruling all the way to the Supreme Court if required.
"This is in the opinion of many an unprecedented judicial overreach," Trump told a rally in
Nashville, Tennessee.
"The law in the constitution gave the president the power to suspend immigration when he deems
it to be in the national interest of our country," he said, adding: "We are going to win."
�This ruling makes us look weak, which by the way we no longer are.
We�re going to fight this terrible ruling," he added.
Watson's ruling marks the second defeat for the administration's travel ban.
Last month, a federal court in Seattle froze the first rendition of Trump's travel ban,
and was upheld by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco.
Trump responded angrily to the first freeze, tweeting "we will see you in court" in all
caps on Twitter.
Following the suspension of the second ban, reactions swiftly poured in.
"A temporary Restraining Order granted nationwide against the #MuslimBan 2.0 in Hawaii proves
we are a nation of laws, not of men," Nihad Awad, executive director of the Council on
American Islamic Relations, said in a tweet.
Washington Attorney General Bob Ferguson said �Great news" after the Hawaii ruling.
Paul Ryan, the Republican Speaker of the US House of Representatives, said the ban was
needed to improve vetting of people entering the United States in order to prevent attacks
and said he had no doubt that it would be upheld by higher courts.
The court in Honolulu was the first to rule on a trio of legal challenges against the
ban, which targets all refugees and people from six mainly Muslim countries.
A judge in Maryland said he also might issue an emergency order on Wednesday in advance
of the ban.
State attorneys general and refugee resettlement agencies across the US have filed several
lawsuits asking courts to issue emergency stays on Trump�s executive order.
The revised executive order was signed on 6 March, after an initial, broader ban was
suspended by federal courts.
It was to temporarily bar entry to the US of most refugees as well as travellers from
six Muslim-majority countries.

At the Vatican, a significant number of gay prelates and other gay clerics are in positions
of great authority.
They may not act as a collective but are aware of one another�s existence.
And they inhabit a secretive netherworld, because homosexuality is officially condemned.
Though the number of gay priests in general, and specifically among the Curia in Rome,
is unknown, the proportion is much higher than in the general population.
Between 20 and 60 percent of all Catholic priests are gay, according to one estimate
cited by Donald B. Cozzens in his well-regarded The Changing Face of the Priesthood.
Even if the true figure is near the low end of that estimate, that still means that one
out of every five Catholic priests is gay.
Like many in the Protestant world, quite a few of these priests will preach Jesus on
Sundays and lead a secret �double life� the rest of the week�
A few keep their sexuality entirely private and adhere to the vow of celibacy.
Many others quietly let themselves be known as gay to a limited degree, to some colleagues,
or to some laypeople, or both; sometimes they remain celibate and sometimes they do not.
A third way, perhaps the least common but certainly the most visible, involves living
a double life.
Occasionally such clerics are unmasked, usually by stories in the Italian press.
In 2010, for the better part of a month, one straight journalist pretended to be the boyfriend
of a gay man who acted as a �honeypot� and entrapped actual gay priests in various
sexual situations.
Another scandal in the Catholic Church that is making headlines lately comes out of Ireland.
Authorities say that they have discovered the �remains of babies� in the sewers
of a home for unwed mothers that the Catholic Church was operating.
One historian believes that 800 children may have died there�
The remains of babies, ranging from new-born to three-years-old, have been found in the
sewers of a former church-run home for unmarried mothers in Ireland, the government said on
Friday.
A report from an inquiry the government ordered in 2014 backed up a historian�s claim that
up to 800 children may lie in an unmarked grave at the home.
It said: �significant quantities of human remains have been discovered in at least 17
of the 20 underground chambers which were examined.�
Radiocarbon dating found the remains, which ranged from 35-week-old fetuses to 3-year-olds,
dated from between 1925 and 1961, when the home was run by the Bon Secours Sisters.
And it is believed that similar things were going on at other church-run homes.
In fact, law enforcement is currently investigating 17 other facilities.
We are living at a time when there is great apostasy in the Christian world.
But if you stand up and preach righteousness and holiness, you will almost certainly get
attacked, and in some countries there is even a chance that you will be thrown into prison.
For example, consider what just happened in the United Kingdom�
In what their lawyer calls a �modern-day heresy trial,� a British court has convicted
two street preachers of a public order offense for preaching the Bible in public.
The public prosecutor in the case claimed that publicly quoting parts of the King James
Bible in modern Britain should �be considered to be abusive and is a criminal matter.�
So what did they say that was so bad?
Well, apparently one of the things that authorities were extremely concerned about is the fact
that they were claiming that Jesus is the only way to God�
Prosecutor Ian Jackson also told the court, �To say to someone that Jesus is the only
God is not a matter of truth.
To the extent that they are saying that the only way to God is through Jesus, that cannot
be a truth.� I was absolutely stunned when I read that,
but none of us should be surprised.
We always knew that great persecution of true believers was coming, and now Christians are
actually being put in prison in the western world for simply sharing the gospel publicly.
In times of great darkness, light is needed more than ever, but often there is a great
price to be paid for being a light.

But, he never really designed anything spectacular.
One year, he finally had enough courage to participate in a prestigious designer contest.

When I was little, everytime my father's designing, I love to copy my father's sketch.
There was this time,I used my mom's favorite flower, Little Daisy, and sketched a design, that's especially made for mom.
I put my Little Daisy design rough sketch, a drawing done by a five year old, into my dad's entry, the envelope that he's sending in.

I chopped all my hair off cause I was feeling not the best.
However, right now I am feeling the best.
I'm feeling a real good best!
Lots of y'all know, I've talked about it fairly significant amount- that I have been undiagnosed
for almost two years.
But, I came back from the doctor yesterday actually and I have a diagnosis!!
I am no longer undiagnosed, and that makes me SO happy.
It's just like- I don't know my mind is just kind of blow but also not surprised because
this is the diagnosis I've been fighting for for at least a year now.
Pretty sure that that's what I had for a long time and doctors just kept dismissing it,
saying there was no evidence, etc.
SO, I have been diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome Type 1.
Formerly known as Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy.
Some doctors still prefer that term, some doctors do not.
It's kind of controversial but it's just a name.
That feels really weird saying that out loud, that I have a diagnosis.
It's in my legs.
It hasn't spread to the rest of my body because the initial injury that we believe caused
it was in my legs.
Specifically my knees.
I still have lots of pain, but I also have muscle loss.
We've talked with my doctor and things of that nature and we're going to try a nerve
block in one leg.
That should, if it works, get rid of the pain.
However, because we're so late in this stage there's really nothing we can do about my
muscle loss.
It might keep going, which is kind of terrifying to me, because I've always been like a really
active human being.
I can continue physical therapy and stuff like that.
So, with that being said we're just gunna keep moving forward.
We're gunna try the nerve block and that should be in a week and a half, hopefully, if it
doesn't get approved by insurance withing 7-15 days then there just going to move it
to a different date which is no biggie.
I'm just kind of like incredibly grateful to this doctor.
I found her through the lovely internet.
I just searched doctors with specialties in CRPS.
She came up and she happened to be down the street, so I called and made an appointment.
I was there for like 3 hours, but she listened to everything I had to say, and by the end
she was super nice, she was super accommodating.
She believed me and every crazy thing I had to say, every crazy doctor story and she didn't
doubt me at all.
I feel so grateful for that.
I still am going to be fighting for those that don't have a diagnosis because I am incredibly
lucky to have only been undiagnosed for 2 years.
I say "only" however, he average time is like 3-7 years.
I know several people and it too over 7 years for them to get a diagnosis, or they're still
undiagnosed and it's been way way way too long.
So, it's not fair for people to still be undiagnosed for so long, and have so many doctors gaslight
them and tell them that they're lying.
I had several doctors shove me out the door because they though I trying to get attention.
I would absolutely kill to be able to tell them, "You need to listen to your patients."
In the end it doesn't matter how many years of medical school you went to, how great your
own practice is, whatever.
In the end the patient knows they're body best, and if the doctor isn't listening to
them then they're not gunna get anywhere.
I understand that there are some doctors that don't want to have that one patient that they
don't know- they don't know what they have, so they just give them something else.
That's awful.
I would much rather have a doctor say "I don't know what to do, I can give you recommendations
to other doctors."
Then for them to just give up.
That's just- it hurts.
Anyway, I think right now I'm just kind of taking it all in.
I will be making more videos on CRPS/RSD now that I now it's something that I have.

There is one mistake in this sentence and the mistake is "hear."
It should be "hearing."
Now in a sentence like "I hope to hear from you soon", that would be correct.
But you cannot say "I look forward to hear from."
You need the gerund verb after that, which is the -ing form of the verb "to hearing" from you soon.
So let's practice this together now, the correct version: please repeat after me.

Hi, my name is Craig, and I'm trying to reduce suffering in product development.
Sometimes people ask me, "Who should consider taking the LeSS course?"
In LeSS, one of the principles for adoption is top down and bottom up, which means that
we need more senior managers there, who have the authority to actually be involved in changing
the organizational design; changing policies, groups, roles and so forth.
It can't just be pushed from the top, because then you get people who are prisoners of the
change, and there's no sense of engagements and, of course, it's ultimately the real,
hands-on workers that are going to experience this.
It needs to be bottom up, as well, which means it needs to be people like hands-on developers
and middle managers, and basically, everybody involved in the change.
Without a doubt, it needs to include more senior folks, because we're talking not about
a practice, but in LeSS, we're talking about a change in the organizational design, and
that must involve more senior folks.
