SOME MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOLS.
MARIANNE IS AT ONE OF THE

THE PROPOSAL.
Reporter: THAT'S RIGHT,
DOUG.
AT THE SCHOOL THERE WAS AN
ACTUAL ROBBERY ON CAMPUS
EARLIER IN THE SCHOOL YEAR.
THERE WERE ALSO ALLEGATIONS OF
RAPE THAT THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
HAD TO DEAL WITH.
THAT'S PART OF THE REASON WHY
THE POLICE DEPARTMENT WENT TO
THE SCHOOL DISTRICT AND ASKED
IF THEIR OFFICERS CAN CARRY
RIFLES INSIDE SCHOOLS.
AN AR-15, THIS IS THE KIND OF
RIFLE THEY'RE CONSIDERING
LETTING CITY POLICE OFFICERS
ASSIGN TO SCHOOLS CARRY.
AN OFFICER, SURE, SOMEONE
WELL EQUIPPED TO USE IT.
WHEN PEOPLE ARE COMING IN AND
YOU HEAR ABOUT IT, IT'S NOT
ABOUT PEOPLE WITH HAND GUNS.
I THINK WE SHOULD BETTER EQUIP
OUR POLICE OFFICERS WITH THE
CORRECT WEAPON TO HELP PROTECT
OUR KIDS.
Reporter: BUNTY'S DAUGHTER
IS IN THIRD GRADE.
POLICE ARE ONLY ASSIGNED TO
HIGH SCHOOLS AND THREE MIDDLE
SCHOOLS IN THE DISTRICT.
I HATE SAYING THAT.
I HATE TO THINK ABOUT RIFLES IN
OUR SCHOOLS BUT IF IT'S GOING
TO HELP STOP AN ATTACK FASTER
AND MORE EFFECTIVELY, SURE.
Reporter: MANY PARENTS WE
SPOKE TO SAY SCHOOL SHOOTINGS
LIKE ONE IN SAN BERNARDINO
CALIFORNIA IN APRIL ARE A SAD
REALITY.
EVERY TIME I DROP MY
DAUGHTER OFF I WONDER IF THIS
IS THE LAST TIME I WILL SEE

WOULD BE IN OFFICES BUT WOULD
BE EASIER TO GET TO IN CASE OF
A SCHOOL SHOOTER.
CURRENTLY OFFICERS KEEP RIFLES
IN POLICE UNITS OUTSIDE THE

SCARY BECAUSE IT SEEMS MAYBE IT
POPS UP NEW ISSUES IN ITSELF.

Storm leaves one Youngstown family's belongings sitting in rain water - Duration: 2:04.
One Youngstown family woke up to
more than just a few wet spots.
That's what 27 First News

story,
plus some tips make sure your
home is prepared for storms.

some places had rain dumped on
them for much of yesterday
afternoon, as well as
over night. Youngstown
accumulated close to 2 inches
within the last
24 hours. Those storms caused
flooding, closed roads, and home
damage.
[E5]20170619 HOMEOWNER RAINNT-PK
Tyler Trill: Those barks from
Valar Blair's dog are
what woke him up at 2 AM this
morning. He was then greeted to
an unpleasant
surprise.
VALAR BLAIR
GOT UP, THINKING SHE HAD TO GO
THE BATHROOM OR THERE WAS AN
INTRUDER IN THE HOUSE. AND I
STEPPED DOWN THE STAIRS TO
COME IN THE BASEMENT AND THE
WATER WAS TO MY ANKLE.
Tyler Trill: These are photos
the Blair family sent me of
their basement. You can see some
of their belongings sitting
in the water. Blair says the
water had not gone down at
all when I arrived this morning.
His land lord gave him a contact
to deal with
the flooding. But Blair said he
was still waiting for someone to
arrive when we talked this
morning.
VALAR BLAIR
WIFE'S WINTER CLOTHES AND KID'S
CLOTHES ARE DAMAGED. MY
SNOWBLOWER IS DAMAGED. HOPEFULLY
IT DIDN'T GET UP HIGH

I KNOW THEIR FURNACE

PAUL CLOUSER
REPAIR: "WE ARE OUT ALL OVER THE
PLACE CLEANING FROM ALL THE RAIN
THAT WE HAD." Tyler Trill: From
roofs to basments, Paul Clouser
and his crews from National Fire
and Water repair had a busy day.
They were even servicing
Campbell's
Municipal building. Clouser says
the number 1 thing to do
is check with your insurance
agent to see what type of storm
coverage you have.
PAUL CLOUSER
REPAIR: "OR THE BIGGEST THING
YOU CAN DO IS INSTALL A BACK
FLOW PREVENTER, WHICH IS A VALVE
THAT WHEN IT SENSES THE
WATER COMING IN THE WRONG
DIRECTION, IT'LL SHUT DOWN TO
KEEP THAT WATER FROM COMING IN."
Clouser also says normally where
th powers out, sump pumps shut
off,
causing water in basements. It's
always a good idea to have a
backup that can run without
electricity. [E7]530

Reebok Nano 7 Weave Review With Original Reebok Nano 7 - Duration: 5:30.
Reebok first released their Reebok Nano 7 crossfit shoe in early January 2017.
And the response to it from the public was luke warm.
The sole was extremely stiff, the shoe was very narrow, and the nano 7 cage upper was
very uncomfortable.
But don't get me wrong, the stiff mid sole made for a great weightlifting shoe, but due
to that uncomfortable upper it wasn't my go to shoe.
Now six months later, Reebok has revised the upper and has released their new Reebok Crossfit
Nano 7 Weave.
So, can Reebok save face with their Nano 7 Weave or is their Nano 7 still inferior to
their previous model, the Nano 6.0?
Lets find out.
Don't forget to like, comment and subscribe!
So unlike nike which has their Nike Metcon 3 and Nike Metcon 3 DSX Flyknit which is a
slightly a more expensive, and retooled version of their base Metcon 3, The Reebok Nano 7
Weave is flat out replacing the previous Nano 7.
The Reebok Nano 7 Weave currently retails for the same $130 the original Nano 7 retailed
for when it first came out.
Theres currently 3 color ways and expect more to drop in the coming weeks.
Reebok is also trying to get rid of their original nano 7 with a fire sale and offering
them for $79.99.
So once they're gone, they're gone.
Unless you know for a fact the OG Nano 7 are going to fit you properly, you have a narrow
foot and you're not going to be running in them too much I wouldn't buy them.
But if you're interested in the Reebok Nano 7 Weave I'll have links in the description
below so you can pick them up.
And I'll keep them updated the best i can so you can get the best deal possible.
Comment below and let me know which color way you like best of the Reebok Nano 7 Weave.
OK, so lets talk about the upper cause it is the biggest change in the Reebok Nano 7
Weave.
There are still two layers, theres the mesh upper that allows for a lot of breathability
and then theres the Nano Weave upper which holds your foot in place and makes the shoe
fairly durable.
The Nano Weave is made out of thin plastic fibers but the difference between the Nano
7 and Nano 7 Weave is that the thick fibers now go horizontally and the thin fibers now
go vertically.
Also, the Nano Weave is now seamless which gives the shoe a much simple and elegant look
compared to the last Nano 7.
The mesh portion of the upper is also slightly thiner than the mesh on the out going shoe.
which make the nano 7 weave a little more breathable.
I also noticed the delta on the nano 7 weave is now reflective where as the first nano
7 is not.
Another added bonus that i noticed is that there is a little bit more padding in the
tongue and heel counter area.
And finally i noticed the grip tape on the middle portion of the shoe is now a little
thinner and sadly don't have the same amount of bite as the grip tape on out going nano
7.
Concerning fit, I did notice the toe box was a little wider… not as wide as the Reebok
Crossfit Speed TR and the mid foot was a little wider as well (which was my biggest issue
on the OG Nano 7) so you'll be fine going true to size with the Reebok Nano 7 Weave.
The new Nano 7 weave is still using the same sole as the OG nano 7.
it still has the same track pattern on the outsole, and the heel counter is still the
same.
But i did notice it was slightly thiner so you do feel a little lower to the ground.
which personally i like.
I also noticed the midsole wasn't as stiff so the shoe was a little more flexible in
the fore foot area.
But the shoe is still stiff enough which means you get a lot of stability in the hind foot
area AKA your heel. which is still great for heavy squats.
So those are the major differences I've noticed between the OG Reebok Nano 7 and the updated
Nano 7 Weave.
For those looking for a general and performance review, well the since Reebok Nano 7 weave
has a slightly different rope guard on the medial portion of the shoe, traction is not
as good on the OG Nano 7 but it gets the job done.
Unfortunately, the rope pro on the Nano 7 weave is still tiny so rope climbing is still
a little difficult none the less.
The traction pattern on the shoe still gives you a whole lot of grip when you're pushing
off of your fore foot.
so its great for sprints, and sled pushes. and in general the compound of the outsole
is still very sticky.
But keep in mind, the sole is still a little too stiff to run or sprint in these shoes
comfortably for an extended period of time.
But this shoe still has absolutely no heel slippage unlike the Nike Metcon 3. which is
good.
I'm really glad Reebok was able to realize their Original Nano 7 was not the best, and
they listened to feed back from the community and released their nano 7 Weave.
Its a step in the right direction, the shoes fit and look better, the sole is slightly
thinner so you feel lower to the ground, and the nano 7 weave is just ever so slightly
more flexible.
But even with the New Upper the Nano 7 Weave is still better suited for weightlifting or
circuits that don't involve too much running or sprinting.
the heel on this shoe is still very stiff, so if youre a heel sticker running in these
shoes isn't the best. and even so the stiff sole dosnt do a great job of dispersing all
of that energy when you're running so it goes straight to your shins. at least thats what
I've noticed.
Or maybe I'm just spoiled from wearing so much boost.
Regardless, crossfit shoes have a very hard job to do, they have to be stable enough to
support you when youre lifting heavy weight, but they need to be cushioned enough to dissipate
all of that energy when you're running or sprinting.
None the less, the Reebok Nano 7 Weave is still better suited for weight lifting.
The updated nano weave upper means a much more comfortable fit right out of the box.
the toe box and mid foot are slightly wider and you'll be fine going true to size.
If you already have the original Reebok Nano 7 and they fit you well there no need to upgrade
to the Reebok Nano 7 Weave.
But if you're still deciding between the Nike Metcon 3 and Reebok Nano 7 check out the versus
video linked in the description below.

show you some amazing free things to do. Let's go check it. Our guide, Mike,
is a UCSD alumni and he'll be explaining many of the sites.
[Music]
Balboa Park, San Diego.
The architecture I think is Churrigueresque and it's a Spanish Mexican
type architecture.
Balboa Park is a national historic landmark that contains many museum
gardens and attractions and it dates back to 1915.
So the goal of today's vlog is to figure out how much free stuff we can do in San
Diego.
About to go inside. So we are inside Arboretum it is free to come in and it's
open every day from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00pm.
That is the Timken Museum of Art. Timken Museum is in a mid-century modern
building and contains a small gallery that is free admission here is the San
Diego Museum.
This is the famous Goya painting. The San Diego Museum of Art contains
everything from contemporary art to East Asian art
outside the museum there's a free open-air sculpture garden the free
sculpture garden the park is also known for a place where there's many dance
performances and musical performances
Museum of Man, Balboa. I'm in the san diego museum exhibit is called
"Animals how do we decide what to put on our plate"
Explain this exhibit.
It shows how dinner choices around the world house change
and there a lot of fluctuation with the United States, less so with the other ones
in fact in Mexico they're eating essentially the same things from a century ago
China, they're eating a lot of the same stuff. Ireland, not so much and Somalia there's a
little bit of an Italian influence.

This is the Inter+Face exhibit. This exhibit explores race and who controls
it and how other see you.
Soon, we'll be going to the top of the tower finally and it costs
about $20 for the guided tour. We are about to climb the tower. The California tower
was built in 1915 but was closed since 1935 and recently reopened for the parks
Centennial in 2015 so now you can see the most beautiful panorama view of San
Diego!
So here's the view looking towards the Cabrillo bridge and this building was

And on this side we have the downtown San Diego in the airport and we're lucky we might
even see some airplane. And there's the harbor.
We're up on the tower and there's Mike. The beautiful
tiling of this building it's done in Spanish contemporary style.
This is literally one of my favorite buildings in all of San Diego it's so
beautiful

why i want kids | Project Child TZ - Duration: 4:58.
*clap clap clap snap* You saw the title of the video, you know what's
You saw the title of the video, you know what's gunna be about.
Today we're talking about why I want kids so badly.
I am single, I'm not married.
All of that jazz, and I don't have kids.
It's really strange because a lot of people that I know, don't want to have kids.
That's fine.
My sister- doesn't want to have kids at all, she has no desire to be a mom.
She's gunna have lots of dog-children.
Which I'm 100% okay with.
But, she is not called to be a mom.
Then there's me.
I have always grown up with the idea that one of these days I was going to get married
and I was going to have kids, and everything would be great.
It's a really weird feeling to have because I'm single and I have never been in a relationship
that I thought was going to end in marriage, or even a relationship of long-term type at
any point ever.
But I've always had a desire to be married and have children.
I think 1) it stems from the fact that I grew up in a really great home with a good family,
and mom and dad knew how to handle us *laughs* 2) because I have been at a school that my
church helped build and get together, and the majority of the kids are children of widows
or orphans that are living with "relatives."
So, when I went to Africa I usually work with what we call the "itty-bitty's."
The pre-one, the pre-k, and the kindergarten that kind of stuff.
But a lot of those kids don't have families.
I just remember seeing a lot of them and fully wanting to stay there and like become their
mother.
And I have seen kids here in America, in Georgia that have been in the foster care system,
and things like that all I want for them is to have a fantastic life.
I want to help be the one to give that to them and give them a family that cares about
them, and give them a great education and great opportunities, and fun adventures and
the things I had as a kid.
And being me- I'm not married, not in a relationship and I'm not financially stable.
Like that would be the dumbest idea on planet earth for me to just go get a kid.
*laughs* It's just such a weird feeling to have and
not be able to fulfill it, and knowing that I have to wait on it.
The main reason that I wanted to make this video is because the school in Tanzania, in
Karansi, has a program called "Project Child" where yu can sponsor a kid.
So, you're paying for their uniform, books, their classroom materials, their one to two
meals a day- from the school.
A lot of times those are the only meals the kids get all day.
A monthly fee, I guess, and it's called Project Child.
I have a sponsor child, her name is Viola.
She is the most beautiful child in all of the universe.
Here's a picture of us: She is in Pre-One, so she is in between Kindergarten
and First grade.
My mom has a sponsor child, Precious, and then another one, Moses.
We have been sponsoring him since I was 11...10 or 11.
I consider him to be my brother, he considers me to be his sister, he considers my mom to
be his mom.
That's just how it works.
But they all live in Tanzania, and they go to school there, and every month send money
to Project Child.
They take it out of my bank account and Viola is able to have textbooks and school supplies
that she needs to get an education.
So, there is a link in the description to Project Child's website where you can go through
all of the kids that they have.
They have kids from standard 7 (so middle school) to pre-k (so itty bitty children).
You can sponsor them for as long as you want or as little as you want, and if it's too
much you can split the cost with people.
You can just pay half of a sponsorship, and you also can send packages of things.
You can send them books, little sweets, or bookbags, or clothes or sweaters that kind
of stuff.
Those go with the people that go on the trip every year.
So, I have had the honor to be able to give sponsor children gifts from their sponsors yearly.
And to see the look In their eyes when they see these packages and see that someone cares
for them.
Actually, cares about them, and cares about their education, and isn't just a name on
a piece of paper, but a real person- is just overwhelming.
So, if you want to be a part of that I would highly encourage you to click the link in
the description and check that out.
In the meantime- rejoice in the day and be glad in it.
I will see you guys later!
Bye!

It's just an exploitation of workers.
They're bringing in more and more part-timers doing the exact same work as full-timers.
Sixty days continuously.
Only getting a two-hour lunch relief shift.
Their hours could be cut at any point and they don't know.
You can't live through your life that way.
Why is it that 85 per cent of all workers are part-time?
It has become an attack on the family.
Mom, when is this going to be over?
I never see you.
I have to work seven days a week to support my family.
I don't know if I'm going to have enough hours to pay my rent, to feed my kids.
If you don't have a full-time job, you're not considered to get a mortgage, a car loan.
I have no guaranteed hours.
I have no job security.
I fear for my family.
I fear for the safety of my kids.
Ah, keeping our house.
I think that it is shameful that the company does this to us.
Shame for the way you're running this business.
Shame for what you're doing to people, to their family.
Minimum hours with no benefits, no sick time, no vacation.
This is not the Ontario that I want.
You can't have a whole life on half a job.

How to avoid extra time and cost of 3D animation VR tour - Duration: 4:22.
Let's talk about how we can avoid extra time and cost to your 3D animation or
virtual reality tour of your building development because I don't want you to
pay any more than you should or wait any longer than you should for
your architectural visualization to be everything that you want it to be and
hoped for and can be proud of and that it will deliver the results that you're
investing for. So having done this a few times there is a common cause that can
put the cost and time in jeopardy. And I suspect whomever you go with this will
be likely be the case and how to avoid it. It's to do with attaching that cost
and time to the definition at the start so those hard times and costs are
attached to something which is quite transient because your building is in
development so some things just aren't decided yet I get that.
That means there's holes in there or parts of it which are going to change
during your real development but for the sake of the visualization the way to
avoid the extra cost and time coming in is by seeing it viewing it understanding
it as a snapshot in time because you can't define it and then change it and
expect it to stay the same on which that cost and time has been attached.
So this is the way to do it, you either define it as what you want to look in
visualization or you leave it undefined in which case I will take that as a
signal during the process that you want me to fill in those holes with artistic
interpretation and best practice in order to make your visualization look
and feel as good as possible because I'm not going to be bothering you every 20
minutes for something that you haven't defined at the start and if it's not
there if I can't see it then it doesn't exist so the holes that are in the
definition at the start whether it's in the drawings or too early for the
schedule I'm talking about perhaps a floor so if you're not sure which finish
the floor might be yet whether it is laminar or or wood or whatever it is
if you're not sure yet, you can either decide what it is or leave it to me to
put in something that's likely to fit well. Okay so I'm not talking about
though changes which are par for the course, you know I'm not being
unreasonable here it's about saving you extra cost and time so what I build into
that cost and time is a bit of margin. for your input as in tweaks and changes,
tweaks and improvements that you want to put into it so that it's everything that
you need it to be. That isn't an invitation though to think at the start
I'm not sure about that I'll leave it open and define it later because that
margin is finite and it will soon get taken up with the natural input that you
want to give. So I'm talking about changes that happen because of the holes
that are in the definition of the start that might be of various sizes, the holes
can be a lot of various sizes. That's really naughty! It might be that you want
to just put numbers on the doors of twenty apartments, that's a small change.
A big change, is a whole new kitchen design these are things that have happened
before, so in that case it's a rather large change and somewhere between those
two types of changes small and large is a bit of a gray area I mean that's quite
black and white. I won't charge extra time and it won't it won't cost more and
take longer to put numbers on doors but it will incur a significant change
to the cost and time for a redesign of the kitchen. And somewhere in between
there it's kind of gray and I'm not going to turn gray and make gray a color
that it's not supposed to be so I just want to bring that up and talk about the
likely way that we can avoid the extra time and cost by paying attention to the
definition at the start. So I genuinely hope that's really helpful and send me
over your question is if I haven't answered them yet and subscribe for more.
Thank you!
