Youtube daily report Jan 2 2017

ADDITIONAL DATA INDICATE THAT MEDICAL MARIJUANA AND

RECREATIONAL MARIJUANA THAT HAS BEEN LEGALIZED IN VARIOUS STATES

HAS NOT LED TO AN INCREASE IN TRAFFIC RELATED DEATHS.

THAT WAS A HUGE CONCERN OF THOSE WHO WERE AGAINST LEGALIZING

MARIJUANA AND IT TURNS OUT THAT VARIOUS STUDIES HAVE

INDICATED THAT NO COMMONALITY STATES HAVE LEGALIZED IT, WE

HAVE AN EXPERIENCE AN INCREASE IN TRAFFIC RELATED DEATHS.

WE COVERED A STORY SIMILAR TO THIS A FEW MONTHS AGO AND

THIS IS YET ANOTHER STUDY.

LET ME GIVE YOU THE DETAILS.

DEATHS ACTUALLY DROPPED 11%

ON AVERAGE IN STATES THAT LEGALIZED MEDICAL MARIJUANA.

THIS IS TRAFFIC RELATED TO STOP PEOPLE THOUGHT PEOPLE WOULD

SMOKE WEED AND GET BEHIND THE WHEEL AND DRIVER RADICALLY.

IF YOU EVER SMOKED WE DO KNOW THAT DOESN'T REALLY MAKE

SENSE BUT ALSO THE PEOPLE WHO SMOKE MARIJUANA USUALLY

HAVE DIFFERENT HABITS.

THEY ARE LESS LIKELY TO GO OUT.

THEY ARE MORE LIKELY TO STAY IN.

THE HYPOTHESIS BEHIND THIS IS OKAY, PEOPLE ARE STAYING IN

AN SMOKING WEED AND THEY ARE NOT GETTING BEHIND THE WHEEL AT

ALL AND THAT IS WHAT IS POSSIBLY LOWERING THE NUMBER OF

TRAFFIC RELATED FATALITIES.

THERE ARE A BUNCH OF DIFFERENT THEORIES HERE BUT

LET'S CUT THROUGH ALL THAT.

LET ME BACK UP AND THEN GET TO THE THEORIES.

I SAW THE HEADLINE FOR THE STORY.

I CAME IN A LITTLE SKEPTICAL.

WE'VE SEEN TOO MANY STORIES ABOUT HOW MIRACULOUS

MARIJUANA IS, RIGHT?

AND I THOUGHT TO MYSELF BEFORE I READ THE CONTEXT OF THE

STORY IF IT IS A RED TWO OR 3%

DIFFERENCE I'M GOING TO DISCOUNT AND SAY IT IS JUST VARIANCE.

BUT 11% OVER ALL OF THESE DIFFERENT STATES, OVER ALL THIS

TIME WHEN THEY STUDIED 1.2 MILLION TRAFFIC FATALITIES,

THAT'S PRETTY SIGNIFICANT AND IN CALIFORNIA AND IN NEW MEXICO,

THE YEAR AFTER THEY MADE MEDICAL MARIJUANA LEGAL THERE WAS A

17% DROP IN NEW MEXICO AND A 16% DROP IN CALIFORNIA.

IT ACTUALLY THEN CAME BACK TO THE CLOSER AVERAGE OF 11%

OVER THE YEARS, BUT NO, THAT IS CLEARLY AN EFFECT.

IT'S AN OBVIOUS EFFECT.

LET'S TALK ABOUT METHODOLOGY A LITTLE BIT AND WHAT THIS

ALL MEANS.

SO FAR THE STUDIES HAVEN'T FOUND A CAUSAL LINK.

BUT THAT'S VERY HARD.

IT IS, AND LOOK, I FEEL LIKE THAT SOMETHING RESEARCHERS CAN

ACHIEVE WITH MORE RESEARCH INTO THIS AS TIME GOES ON BECAUSE

REMEMBER, THIS IS A RELATIVELY NEW PHENOMENON IN THE US.

BUT THE CORRELATION IS STRONG BECAUSE IN THE VERY LEAST

WHAT THIS DOES PROVE IS YOU LEGALIZE MARIJUANA, IT

DOESN'T MEAN THAT IT WILL LEAD TO MORE PEOPLE CAUSING

FATALITIES IN THE CAR ACCIDENTS.

THAT'S ABSOLUTELY RIGHT.

AT A MINIMUM, THE PROPAGANDA THAT THE WORLD IS GOING TO

FALL APART AND EVERYONE IS GOING TO BE CRASHING INTO ONE

ANOTHER IS TOTALLY NOT TRUE.

NOT EVEN REMOTELY TRUE.

2ND OF ALL, THEY CAN SHOW THE CORRELATION AND PART OF

WHAT WE DO HERE IS ANALYSIS AND YOU CAN SAY HEY, I AM GOING

TO DISCOUNT YOUR ANALYSIS.

YOU JUST TOLD ME WHAT THE FACTS ARE NOT CAN MAKE MY OWN

JUDGMENT, BUT IT IS SO HARD FOR THEM TO PROVE THAT PEOPLE

ARE STAYING AT HOME AND THAT IS WHY ALL OF THIS STUFF.

HERE IS MY HYPOTHESIS ON IT.

1ST OF ALL, OF COURSE THAT IS TOO BIG OF A NUMBER.

WE'RE NOT TALKING ABOUT AROUND THE EDGES, TWO OR 3%.

WE'RE TALKING ABOUT ALL OF THOSE STATES AND ALL OF THOSE

FATALITIES.

11% IS A BIG NUMBER.

THE YEAR AFTER THE LAW PASSES, FOR THEM TO HAVE A 16% DROP IN

FATALITIES IS NO JOKE AND HAVE A HAPPEN AT ALL THOSE DIFFERENT

STATES AT THE SAME TIME SEEMS LIKE A HIGH CORRELATION.

ON ALL THE DIFFERENT THEORIES AS TO WHY HERE'S MY BEST GUESS.

THERE ARE TWO MAIN FACTORS.

ONE IS THEY ARE SUBSTITUTING IT FOR ALCOHOL AND ALCOHOL

KILLS A LOT MORE PEOPLE WHEN YOU DRIVE WHEN YOU'RE DRUNK.

I HAVE A STRANGE REACTION TO MARIJUANA.

I WOULDN'T DRIVE WHEN I AM HIGH AND EVERYBODY HAS A

DIFFERENT REACTION.

I'M SAYING IT IS PERFECTLY SAFE.

I AM SAYING DON'T TRUST MY ANECDOTAL EVIDENCE, LOOK AT

THE DATA AND ALCOHOL HAS PROVEN TO BE INCREDIBLY DANGEROUS

WHEN YOU DRIVE ON IT.

IF MORE PEOPLE ARE SMOKING INSTEAD OF DRINKING, YOU

ARE GOING TO APPARENTLY HAVE LESS FATALITIES.

IT IS NOT THAT COLLOCATED PLUSES YOU SAID, THE SECOND FACTOR

THAT I HADN'T START OF IS NOT ONLY ARE THEY NOT DRINKING,

BUT THEY DON'T HAVE TO GO OUT ANYMORE.

THEY ARE AT HOME.

EXACTLY.

THINK ABOUT IT, DRINKING FOR THE MOST PART IS A SOCIAL ACTIVITY.

FOR SOME PEOPLE SMOKING MARIJUANA IS A SOCIAL

ACTIVITY AS WELL BUT A LOT OF PEOPLE SMOKE MARIJUANA

ALONE OR USE MARIJUANA ALONE.

YOU GO TO A BAR, YOU GET HAMMERED, AND SOME PEOPLE

DON'T CALL A CAB.

THEY GET BEHIND THE WHEEL AND THAT LEADS TO MORE TRAFFIC

RELATED FATALITIES.

IN THE CASE OF MARIJUANA, AGAIN PEOPLE ARE MORE LIKELY TO

STAY HOME WHETHER THEY HAVE COMPANY OR NOT THAT THEY'RE

NOT GOING TO GET BEHIND THE WHEEL.

THAT IS AGAIN A HYPOTHESIS.

IT'S IMPORTANT TO KIND OF LOOK OF THE HABITS AND BEHAVIOR

OF THE PEOPLE USING THE DRUG TO SEE WHAT ALL THE DIFFERENT

FACTORS ARE AND WHETHER THIS IS MORE OF A BEHAVIORAL THING

THEN THE IMPACT OF THE DRUG ITSELF BUT YOU ARE RIGHT,

CENK UYGUR, SOME PEOPLE CLAIM THEY CAN SMOKE WEED AND GET

BEHIND THE WILL AND THEY ACTUALLY DRIVE MORE CAREFULLY.

I DO NOT SUGGEST OR RECOMMEND ANYONE DOES THAT.

I WOULD NEVER DO IT.

THERE IS MORE ANECDOTAL EVIDENCE.

COPS PULLING GUYS OVER GOING 50 MILES AN HOUR ON THE

HIGHWAY AND THEY ARE LIKE DO NOT TRUST YOU ARE GOING?

I DON'T KNOW, 85, 90.

NO, 15.

WHICH BY THE WAY IS INSANELY DANGEROUS.

IT'S ABOUT IDEA THAT WE ARE DEFINITELY NOT IN THE CAMP THAT

HAS NO DOWNSIDES AND IT'S NIRVANA

BUT LOOK AT THE

DATA AND THE NUMBERS.

WHEN THEY FEARMONGER AND SAY WE CAN'T LEGALIZE BECAUSE EVERYONE

IS GOING TO DIE INCLUDING ON THE HIGHWAYS, NOT REMOTELY TRUE.

Oh, my god. There she is.

Sabrina, look.

It's your Aunt Mackenzie.

[laughs] Sabrina.

Wow, Aunt Mackenzie.

I haven't seen you since you were young.

Sabrina's going to Yale next year.

I got into Yale.

That doesn't mean I'm going.

That's probably a good call.

Cute.

Remind me.

What do you do again?

You know how it goes?

Just kind of in between things.

I don't.

But good luck with your thing.

Thank you.

Isn't she amazing?

Oh, she is.

I am amazed.

So listen.

Yeah, poodle.

I wanted to give you an opportunity

to invest in my future.

There it is.

This is the Micky that I know.

What are you talking about?

I was half your age when I settled down.

You didn't settle down.

You got knocked up by some rich guy when

you were working as a stripper.

[gasps] I was a waitress at a strip club.

You were a topless waitress.

And that's even worse.

It just means you couldn't dance.

Hey!

I am a great dancer.

Mariah Carey New Year Eve VIDEO Performance 2017: Dick Clark's Rocking' Eve - Duration: 3:20.

Mariah Carey really dropped the ball on this one.

Ms Carey's New Years Eve Performance at Dick Clark's Rockin Eve 2017 was heavily

hyped by ABC and it ended up being a disaster. But it was definitely an appropriate end to

2016 in my opinion.

The legendary songstress was singing "Emotions" and she struggled to reach the notes when

she was singing live. We also found out her whistle tones are actually a track. She told

the audience "we can't hear," in the opening seconds of the song.

Ms. Carey told the audience there had not been a proper sound check and asked them to

just sing instead.

She managed to do some choreography noting that she is "trying to be a good sport here."

When the number ended the crowd cheered her on.

"That was amazing."

She seemed to recover at first with "We Belong Together". But the train wreck continued

when she flat out gave up but the recording continued to play, a confirmation that she

was lip-syncing. "It just don't get any better," she

said, and then left the stage.

A dispute erupted between Ms. Carey's representatives and the veteran audio producer Robert Goldstein

of Maryland Sound International. Goldstein says "Every monitor and in-ear device worked

perfectly. I can't comment beyond that and don't know what her nontechnical issue may

have been."

Do you think it was a technical malfunction or was Mariah Carey caught lip syncing at

her New Year's Eve Performance for Dick Clark's Rockin' Eve 2017? Let me know

in the comments below and don't forget to subscribe.

Manhunt on for Istanbul nightclub shooter who killed at least 39 people - Duration: 2:06.

The funerals have been held in Istanbul for some of the victims of the 39 people killed

during the New Year's Eve attack on a nightclub.

Turkish police are still hunting for the gunman who opened fire on club-goers in the early

hours of Sunday morning.

Kim Mok-yeon has more.

The attack took place at Istanbul's popular Reina nightclub,... about an hour into the

New Year.

The gunman began shooting at random people in the club using an automatic rifle and later

fled the scene.

Authorities are still searching for solid evidence on who was behind the attack.

Edit No1602 "According to the information we've received

from the police, there was one gunman.

There weren't multiple gunmen.

He was wearing a coat and trousers.

He went inside as he opened fire all around.

And we were informed that he was wearing different clothes inside and he tried to get out.

Our police forces are continuing to assess this information."

Later in the day, the police lifted a blockade of the area allowing people to visit the site

and mourn the victims.

Local residents said that many had mistaken the shooting for fireworks until they saw

people fleeing.

"First of all, everyone thought it was fire because it was the New Year.

When the police came, I thought it must have been a terrible thing.

I saw blood coming out; people were falling down because of the shooting.

It was a terrible thing.

"

Turkish authorities say that, of the 39 people killed, 15 were foreigners including citizens

from Israel, France, Belgium and Tunisia.

Thirteen are still unidentified.

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that terror groups are trying to create chaos and destabilize

the country.

World leaders denounced the attack.

The UN Security Council condemned the massacre "in the strongest terms," calling the assault

a "heinous and barbaric" attack.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel sent her condolences to the victims.

U.S. President Barack Obama also promised to render appropriate assistance to the Turkish

authorities.

2017 offers few big races in Wisconsin - Duration: 2:05.

MIKE: IF 2016 TAUGHT US

ANYTHING IT'S THAT PREDICTIONS

AND POLITICS ARE RISKY

BUSINESS.

BUT THE FOLLOWING PREDICTION

SEEMS PRETTY SAFE.

2017 SHOULD BE A QUIETER

POLITICAL QUEER IN WISCONSIN.

NO PRESIDENTIAL CONTEST. NO

U.S. SENATE RACE. NO BATTLES

FOR STATE SENATE AND ASSEMBLY

SEATS.

THERE'S A SUPREME COURT

ELECTION IN THE FIRST HALF OF

THE YEAR, BUT WITH THE

PHILOSOPHICAL BALANCE OF THE

COURT NO LONGER IN QUESTION,

IT'S LIKELY TO BE A SLEEPY

AFFAIR.

THERE'S ALSO A CONTEST FOR

SUPERINTENDENT OF THE

DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC

INSTRUCTION, BUT AGAIN, THAT

RACE IS LIKELY TO PRODUCE LOWER

TURNOUT.

THAT DOESN'T MEAN THERE WON'T

BE POLITICAL DRAMA IN THE

COMING YEAR.

IN JUST A FEW WEEKS, GOVERNOR

WALKER WILL PROPOSE HIS BUDGET,

AND A BATTLE IS ALREADY SHAPING

UP OVER HOW TO PAY FOR THE

STATE'S TRANSPORTATION NEEDS.

YOU CAN ALSO EXPECT A FAIR

AMOUNT OF DEBATE OVER THE

FUTURE OF K-12 EDUCATION, AND

SPENDING ON THE UW SYSTEM.

AFTER THE BUDGET IS FINAL, WE

SHOULD LEARN WHETHER GOVERNOR

WALKER IS RUNNING FOR A THIRD

TERM, AND WE'LL BEGIN TO SEE

THE POTENTIAL DEMOCRATIC FIELD

CRYSTALLIZE.

BY THE END OF THE YEAR, WE

SHOULD ALSO KNOW WHICH

REPUBLICAN OR REPUBLICANS WANT

TO CHALLENGE DEMOCRATIC TAMMY

BALDWIN FOR HER U.S. SENATE

SEAT.

AND FOR TRUE POLITICAL

INSIDERS, THERE'S THE QUESTION

OF WHO SHOULD LEAD THE STATE

DEMOCRATIC PARTY, CHAIR MARTHA

LANING OR SOMEONE ELSE.

MEANWHILE, IN WASHINGTON,

KENOSHA NATIVE REINCE PRIEBUS

WILL BECOME PRESIDENT TRUMP'S

CHIEF OF STAFF. HOUSE SPEAKER

PAUL RYAN OF JANESVILLE WILL

WIELD CONSIDERABLE INFLUENCE ON

CAPITAL HILL, AND IT'S EVEN

POSSIBLE THAT FEDERAL JUDGE

DIANE SYKES, THE FORMER

WISCONSIN SUPREME COURT

JUSTICE, COULD END UP AS

TRUMP'S CHOICE TO REPLACE THE

LATE JUSTICE ANTONIN

SCALIA.

SO WILL 2017 IN WISCONSIN BE

QUIETER THAN 2016?

ALMOST CERTAINLY, BUT THAT

DOESN'T MEAN THERE WON'T BE

PLENTY TO TALK ABOUT.

WE HOPE YOU'LL JOIN US EACH

WEEK FOR THE CONVERSATION.

THANKS FOR BEING WITH US TODAY.

☆ Eli Ayase Seven Lucky Gods ☆ RoleCosplay Review - Duration: 2:18.

Hello~!

Today I will be reviewing a costume from RoleCosplay, which in an online store that sells

costumes, wigs and accessories for your cosplay.

The cosplay I got from them is from the game "Love Live!" and its Eli Ayase's Seven Lucky Gods

which is one of my favorites from the whole game.

And, if you're thinking about buying from them, you should use my discount code.

When you order this costume, it will come with

her tabi socks

this white piece

an obi, with a bow

this yellow piece of fabric

the yukata~!

All the information and links will be listed in the description below

as well as a written version of this review and my coupon code~!

Starting off with the main part, the yukata is made out of polyester

and the print is very good

It is fully lined with white lining fabric and has four satin ribbons on the sides

so that it stays closed, but also helps you know which side of it goes on top.

And be aware that because of its fabric, this yukata is very very warm.

You also get an obi and a bow.

The obi is very thick and holds its shape very well. It also closes down with velcro.

The bow is a separate piece from the obi and you can attach it to the obi

with a safety pin that comes with the bow.

There is no actual place to attach it, so you can choose where you want it.

This white accessory mimics the undergarment that is traditionally used with japanese clothing

and its very small, since this is a cosplay and this is the only part of it that will be showing.

It has velcro so its easy to put on and take off.

The yellow piece of fabric goes all around your waist and it peeks through the top of the obi a little bit.

The tabi socks are just like any other sock

except they have a division between your big toe and the rest of your toes.

And that's it for the review~!

I hope you enjoyed it, and don't forget to check RoleCosplay out through the link in the description! That helps me a lot~

Thank you~!!

2017 New Year Theme - Duration: 3:11.

For me 2016 went very well.

I had great experiences

that I wanted to live for a while now.

And it brought me outside of my confort zone.

And I liked it.

Lots of changes, transistions

and questioning as well.

Figuring out where I want to go

and how to get there.

In 2016

I was expecting a lot of stability

and getting none of it.

So

it was all about

getting back that stability.

It funny because

I feel stuck about this.

So I want to get unstuck.

I want to move forward, I want

to go even more toward the unknown.

To be outside of my confort zone

and learn from it.

Because there was a lot of transitions

and movement in 2016

I think that now I want

to settle down

and to move forward

rather than zigzagging.

It'll be good.

It's to continue what I'm doing.

But doing so with constance

and to keep...

not to avoid burning the candle at both ends.

My 2017 theme is: Letting Go.

I just figured it out a few minutes ago.

But I can see that

this is why I feel stuck.

Always asking myself, what's the right thing to do,

what should I do,

what others want me to do?

Lots a questioning, always in my head.

Letting go would be to

give up on theses thoughts and just

do it.

There is a strength in that

and now I just want to let go.

Communication!

It's one thing to

communicate with others

but it's another thing

to truly communicate how you feel inside.

It's not easy for me and

I admire people who can do it.

I always thought I was a good listener

but in the end I see that

I could improve in communicating afterwards.

Discipline.

To keep a constance.

It's not about

reaching my dreams and

to finish my projects.

It's more a question of constance

and

to keep, to maintain

everything that I have

and to stabilize it.

Yes!

But I'm scared.

Yes!

Yes, yes.

I'm really excited.

I'm looking forward.

I think good things are coming.

Yessssssss!

(Thank you)

You're welcome.

Is it heated?

Oh, I don't know.

I never try.

You telling me you're here every single day busting

don't even let you get wet?

Oh, I cannot swear.

That's not the point.

The pool is a metaphor.

No, you're getting boxed out.

And I don't like that. - Oh.

I'll tell you what.

As long as I'm here, you and me, we're equals.

Yeah?

Oh, yeah.

Business leaders offer ideas for start-ups - Duration: 4:07.

MIKE: WE'RE BACK ONE FINAL TIME

TODAY

WITH OUR PANEL OF BUSINESS

LEADERS, LOOKING AT THE

BUSINESS CLIMATE AND

WISCONSIN'S ECONOMY.

BRIAN JACOBSEN, LET ME BEGIN

THIS FINAL SEGMENT WITH YOU.

I MENTIONED START-UPS.

THEY ARE IMPORTANT.

NEW BUSINESSES CREATE JOBS.

AND THEY ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO

ANY STATE'S ECONOMY.

THE DATA SAYS WE'RE NOT DOING

ALL THAT GREAT.

WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO

DIFFERENTLY?

BRIAN: I THINK ONE OF THE

THINGS THAT WE COULD DO IS TRY

TO CREATE A MORE CONDUCIVE TAX

CODE.

SOMETHING THAT'S MAYBE BETTER

HARMONIZED WITH THE FEDERAL TAX

CODE SO IT'S EASIER TO DO YOUR

TAXES IF YOU ARE A SMALL

BUSINESS OWNER.

THAT COULD CERTAINLY HELP.

BUT IF YOU LOOK AT SOME OF THE

STATISTICS AROUND BIRTHS OF

BUSINESSES AS FAR AS NEW JOB

CREATION, WE'RE NOT DOING ALL

THAT BADLY RELATIVE TO HOW WE

HAVE HISTORICALLY CONSIDERING

SOME OF OUR POPULATION GROWTH

PROJECTIONS.

LOW POPULATION GROWTH WE STILL

HAVE ABOUT A COMMENSURATE LEVEL

OF CREATION OF BUSINESSES.

WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE THAT

FATHERS.

TRADING A BETTER TAX

ENVIRONMENT.

I WOULD ALSO LOVE TO SEE BETTER

INVESTMENT IN HIGH-SPEED

INTERNET ACCESS FOR PEOPLE

THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF

WISCONSIN.

WE'RE TALKING ABOUT HOW YOU

HAVE DIFFERENT POCKETS OF

WISCONSIN, IT'S ALMOST LIKE

WE'RE A COLLECTION OF ISLAND.

HOW CAN WE BETTER CONNECT

THOSE?

HOW CAN WE BETTER CONNECT THE

PEOPLE IN THE NORTHERN THIRD TO

THE REST OF THE WORLD?

AND MAYBE SOMETHING WITH

INCREDIBLY HIGH-SPEED INTERNET

ACCESS COULD HELP THOSE

ENTREPRENEURS IN THAT AREA.

MIKE: CORY, WHAT DO WE DO TO

IMPROVE THE START-UP PICTURE?

CORY: I THINK THERE IS A BUNCH

OF MECHANICAL THINGS THAT WE

NEED TO DO.

AND BRIAN WAS ALLUDING TO SOME

OF THOSE.

I THINK WE NEED A CULTURE

REVOLUTION.

WHEN I WAS COMMERCE SECRETARY

PEOPLE USED TO SAY WHAT

ACCOUNTS FOR THE DIFFERENCE

BETWEEN WISCONSIN AND MINNESOTA

AS RELATES TO THE GROWTH AND

THE ECONOMY?

I WOULD SAY THEY GOT THE

SCANDINAVIANS AND WE GOT THE

GERMANS.

SOME OF THIS --

MIKE: THE RISK ADVERSE PEOPLE.

CORY: EXACTLY.

WE HAVE TO FIGURE OUT HOW DO WE

CREATE A CULTURE AND

ENVIRONMENT WHERE IT'S OK TO

TAKE RISKS AND FAIL AND LEARN

FROM IT AND TRY AGAIN.

WE'RE SO RELUCTANT.

100 YEARS AGO WHEN YOU HAD THE

HARLEY-DAVIDSONS AND MILLERS ON

THE LINE, THEY TOOK RISKS.

WE HAVE TO CREATE AN

ENVIRONMENT WHERE IT'S OK FOR

PEOPLE TO TAKE RISKS AND FAIL

AND LEARN FROM THAT.

YOU HAVE THE VALLEY, THEY COME

TOGETHER, CELEBRATE THE

FAILURE, THROW A PARTY FOR YOU.

WHAT DO WE NEED TO KNOW GOING

FORWARD?

WE HAVE TO DO THAT.

ANOTHER PIECE WE HAVE TO BECOME

A PLACE THAT ATTRACTS HUMAN

CAPITAL AND TALENT.

I TALK TO A LOT OF SETUP

ENTREPRENEURS WE NEED MORE

CAPITAL.

CAPITAL, MORE MONEY.

MONEY HAS A PLACE, WHAT YOU

NEED IS HUMAN CAPITAL.

INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL.

AND WE HAVE TO ATTRACT MORE OF

THOSE PEOPLE HERE AND CREATE AN

ENVIRONMENT WHERE THEY WANT TO

BE ENTREPRENEURS.

MIKE: ROSE, I'LL GIVE YOU THE

FINAL WORD.

ROSE: WE DEED KNEAD TO CONNECT

BETTER THOSE TO TAKE A RISK AND

ENCOURAGE AND FOSTER THAT WITH

THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE THE MONEY

TO HELP FUND IT AND GET THOSE

LINES OF COMMUNICATION OPEN

BETTER.

GET THE PEOPLE MEETING IN

GROUPS SO THEY UNDERSTAND THAT.

AND TALK MORE POSITIVELY ABOUT

ALL THE GOOD THINGS THAT CAN BE

DONE IN WISCONSIN.

MAKE SOME POLICY CHANGES TO

HELP MAKE IT MORE ATTRACTIVE.

A LOT OF IT IS MARKETING.

YOU HAVE TO REALLY ENCOURAGE

PEOPLE TO TAKE THAT RISK.

LET THEM KNOW THAT THERE IS

MONEY OUT THERE FOR THAT

FUNDING.

AND WE ALL WANT TO SEE THEM

SUCCEED.

WISCONSIN'S A GREAT PLACE TO

BE.

MIKE: WE DON'T LIKE TO BRAG

ABOUT OURSELVES BUT THAT IS

PART OF IT.

THAT'S WHAT WE'RE TALKING

ABOUT.

WE HAVE TO TALK ABOUT OURSELVES

AND WHAT YOU WITH DO HERE IN

WISCONSIN.

I'LL WRAP THINGS UP RIGHT

THERE.

I THANK OUR BUSINESS PANEL

TODAY.

BRIAN JACOBSON, AND ROSE OSWALD

POELS.

AND CORY NETTLES, FORMER STATE

GOOD TO BE WITH YOU TODAY.

so it isn't that crowded :)

the sunset is very pretty (& calming) !

see? it's really orange > v < (looks better with bare eye than this)

on the Observatory, there's a board

showing you the names of those buildings underneath

but to be honest,

from this angle,

all the skyscrapers look so small

and i can't really distinguish them haha

but why i stayed after witnessing the sunset?

form what i heard,

after 30mins of the sunset

it's the "golden time" for taking pic for night view

so i decided to wait for a while

and see if i could capture the city beauty at night :)

hm... i waited for 30min until 6pm

(which isn't that long ^ ^)

i could finally witness & capture the nightview >v<

well, it may not look that good in this video

but those photos taken from camera is quite good!

i decided to name this as

i leave after this (with urgent hunger call for supper)

this elevator is real fast

going down form 63/F to ground floor

it only takes around 35 seconds!

urm..you may also overhear other's conversation (as korean listening practice keke)

finally, we've arrived :)

there's a full-glass revolving door at the main entrance >v<

indeed love playing with it so much

so i went in and out twice before leaving (haha)

U.S. warns of consequences against N. Korea's New Year's message - Duration: 0:47.

The United States has warned North Korea... that there will be consequences for any illegal

actions.

This comes... as the regime's leader revealed that Pyongyang is in the final stages of test-firing

long-range missiles capable of carrying nuclear warheads on new year's day.

The U.S. State Department made a statement on Sunday, local time,... that the UN Security

Council bans North Korea from launching ballistic missiles... and that it will use all measures

to show that such a move will lead to serious consequences.

The statement also urged other countries to mobilize all measures against such military

threats.

It went on to say that North Korea should stick to its international obligations and

come back for sincere dialogue,... while refraining from making provocative comments.

Common Anti-Weed Argument Debunked - Duration: 6:15.

6 Compliments Guys Want to Hear - Duration: 4:35.

Hey YouTube, my name is Amy North and for those of you who don't know me I'm a relationship

coach from Vancouver, BC.

Since I get asked this so often, today I'm going to share with you the specific compliments

that men are dying to hear.

Before I jump into it I'd like to ask that if you like what you learn here then please

take a moment and subscribe to my channel for more dating advice videos.

I'd also like to point out that complimenting a man is actually pretty important.

Yet surprisingly, so many women choose to tell their lady friends the things they like

about a man, rather than tell him to his face.

Being able to blatantly tell a guy what you like about him is crucial, and believe me,

it'll take you far with the guy you're into.

The moment you feel something about him, tell him!

When you recognize the great qualities in him, let him know!

That said, let's talk about the top six compliments that any man would love to hear.

1.

You make me feel safe.

Telling a man that he makes you feel safe will definitely hit a hot spot for him.

Since this kind of compliment plays on his strength and ability to protect you, it's

something he won't take lightly.

Why?

Because it's evolutionary.

Think back to the past; the stronger men were the ones who got to lead the tribe and who

were seen as the most powerful.

Because of this, they usually got the most sought after women, too.

Telling a man that he makes you feel safe will make him feel like he's scored big

time getting you.

Plus it's one of those compliments that will stick with him and make him feel like

he's the hero he's always wanted to be.

2.

You make me laugh.

Now this isn't the most original compliment, but men do love being able to make a woman

laugh.

Knowing that you think he's funny is an obvious winner because it'll not only stroke

his ego, but it'll also keep him on his toes, chasing you and eager to keep you smiling.

For more tips on how to make a guy happily chase you, visit my website at www.coachnorth.com

and watch the free video presentation.

The points you'll learn there are guaranteed to keep his eyes on you.

3.

You're really creative.

This may not be one you expected to see on this list, but telling a man that he has a

unique perspective on things will make him feel like he stands out among his peers.

In other words, it makes him feel like he can't be replaced easily because he's

so unlike the rest.

So, whether he's a talented artist or a good cook, let him know that you appreciate

his take on things.

4.

You're really caring.

Now there are definitely smoother ways to say this to a man, but the point is to let

him know that you recognize that he cares.

For instance, think of a time he was caring, and use it to get the point across.

For example something like "That was really sweet of you to help me with my yard work

today," or "Thanks for checking in on me after my big presentation."

Be sure that whatever real life scenario you use is recent and relevant.

If he sent you flowers six months ago then it may not be the best reference for recognizing

that he cares.

The truth is, so many women overlook this one and think that men don't want to be

bombarded with this sort of sweet talk, but men actually love it when women recognize

this trait in them.

5.

You're really handsome.

Again, this one may be obvious, but telling a man that you think he's attractive not

only makes him feel good about himself, but it also reminds him that you're into him

and that his genetics stand out.

When you do use this compliment, be sure to choose a word like handsome or stunning over

words like cute and hot — they just seem to add a certain level of intimacy and class.

6.

You're really intelligent

Last but definitely not least, recognizing a man's smarts is one of the biggest compliments

you can pay him.

Since men want to be seen as a sophisticated catch, complimenting him on his big sexy brain

will do more for him than you'll know.

That's not to say you should dumb down your own intelligence around him, in fact, men

love a good challenge.

However, instead of letting the next time he shares some cool facts or serious knowledge

with you slip past, call him out on how much you admire his brilliance.

The final tip I want to share with you is to try and find things to compliment him on

that aren't the common or obvious ones.

For instance, if he has nice eyes then he's probably been told so his entire life.

If he's a jokester then chances are you won't be the first to tell him he's funny.

Instead of sticking with such generic compliments, look a little deeper and try to find something

in him that perhaps no one else has ever brought to his attention before.

When you can find unique qualities to point out he'll realize that you're different

from every other woman, which will make him drawn to you.

Well that's all for this video.

If you enjoyed what you learned here today then please do me a huge favour and subscribe

to my YouTube channel.

Also, if you have any questions or feedback for me then feel free to post those in the

comments section below and I'll do my best to get back to each of you, personally.

So, until next time take care and good luck!

A Retro Gamer's Guide to: Missile Command (Atari 2600) - Duration: 8:30.

It's an amazing game for any Atari 2600 owner who's looking for some action and

explosions.

If protecting a utopian planet and its inhabitants is the thing for you then this is what a waits

for you.

Your job is to protect these Zardonians from an attack issued by another alien race called

the Krytolians.

You take on a role of a commander at a base protecting 6 cities armed with Antiballistic

missiles or ABM's for short.

These cities are defenseless and you are their last hope.

Do what ever it takes to save as many lives as you can before it's too late.

In front of your screen you can see 2 sets of numbers.

The number on the left side represents the game number and the number on the right tells

you how many players are in the game.

Down below are 6 structures which are the cities you must defend.

The small pyramid is the missile command base armed with ABM's.

To start the game you have to pull down the reset switch.

Below the missile command base shows you how many ABM's are loaded.

At the lower left corner of the screen.

You can see two rectangles those are your ABM's caches.

Each of them represents 10 ABM's in total.

You are equipped with only 30 of them when you start the game.

As you are limited in ammunition you must carefully use your ABM's wisely.

Or in other words EVERY SHOT MUST COUNT!

In the skies above Zardon keep your eyes on the look out at all times as Krytolians are

not only armed with Interplanetary Ballistic Missiles.

Oh no!

They have another super weapon of destruction called the cruise missile.

You'll see them as a small violet dot flying down on the screen.

Destroy them before they hit the ground.

Using this small white rectangle or sometimes referred as a small cursor allows you to directly

target and fire in the sky.

You can fire up to 3 ABM's at a time and the explosions of these ABM's last for about

3 seconds.

There are several game variations; however since there are many of them I'll present

you this Game Selection Matrix sheet.

Here I'll explain each of these selections as I go along.

There are a total of 34 game variations and the first 17 of them are for single player

mode.

Each selection of the game will vary in 2 types of speeds for target control and the

intelligence of the Cruise Missile.

For the first 4 game selections you begin in wave 1, game selections 5-8 begins in wave

7, game selections 9-12 starts off in wave 11, 13-16 sets you in wave 15 and game selection

17 is set for toddlers.

This selection is not intended for adults or for avid gamers as there are no cruiser

missiles and the speed of the game is very slow.

Everything after the 17th game selection is set for 2 player mode, although the score

earnings are different in each variation.

I'll present you with the score sheet... right... about... NOW!

You can earn 25 points for every interplanetary ballistic missiles you destroy.

125 points for every enemy's cruise missile destroyed.

For any unused ABM's you earn 5 points and any saved zardorian cities are left within

a wave are 100 points Now later in these game variations and waves

these points start to change.

In waves 1-2 these points remain the same as before.

In waves 3-4 these points will double, in waves 5-6 are tripled, 7-8 are quadrupled,

9-10 are quintuple, and waves 11 and beyond are hexatrupled.

Thought the waves in these selections are quite similar that of the single player mode.

It is important to note that as you progress the missiles start to gain speed and your

reflexes should be advancing too.

Since using the controller allows you to aim and fire.

Your standard Atari 2600 joystick can allow you to move diagonally too.

Unless you have a 3rd party controller that suffers from the inability to move diagonally

this is a huge disadvantage as it is a requirement for the game.

The switches on the console are easy to use.

There are 2 difficulty switches and if this is your first time playing, I recommend you

use novice or b setting on player one.

This will allow the game to run in normal mode.

You can do the same with the second player and it's possible to interchange these setting

before playing the game.

Also if you're using a 4 switch console remember that the difficulty switches are

located on the back.

Using the Game Select Switch will allow you to channel thru 34 of the available game variations.

There are quite a few tactics in this game.

It's easy to point and shoot but timing the shot is more important.

A Smart Cruise Missile is possible to destroy if your target controller is aimed right on

them.

If 2 interplanetary missiles are traveling in parallel with each other it is possible

to shoot both of them down with one shot.

The same applies if the missiles are traveling in perpendicular.

If you mange to gain 10,000 points and lose a city.

Do not fear another city will rebuild itself.

Consider this as a second chance.
