HAMMER TIME!
This Attorney Just Learned BRUTAL Lesson About Messing With President Trump!
By Danny Gold
Donald Trump just laid the HAMMER down on one belligerent New York attorney after he
REFUSED to resign when Jeff Sessions asked him to.
Now people are crying crocodile tears over Preet Bharara just because he was fired.
BOO HOO!
The news broke after Bahara posted his refusal to step down without being fired then quickly
posted THIS right after:
Ouch!
It looks like he just learned that President Trump is gonna stay loyal to his Attorney
General Jeff Sessions.
Admittedly it was a bit of a shock to fire Bharara after Trump called him personally
to Trump Tower during the Transition period and told him he would NOT be asked to resign,
but that DOES NOT tell the whole story.
You see, Bharara was the US Attorney for the part of New York where Trump is from and does
business.
He is also a Chuck Schumer loyalist, meaning he is a risk to President Trump and the work
he is trying to do for our great nation.
I mean, come on, we ALL know how Chuck Schumer feels about Trump, or ANY conservative for
that matter
And, despite the media making a big deal out of the overnight firing of all but 2 of the
US attorneys, its not unheard of.
Yeah, normally the President would let them serve until the replacements have been confirmed,
but the Democrats refuse to confirm ANYONE Trump appoints.
This strategy will FORCE them to do their job instead of grandstanding.
If you are proud of President Trump for standing his ground, then show him some LOVE and help
spread this all across Facebook!

Mercury in Compact Fluorescent Lights is Contaminating Homes and Environment - Duration: 5:39.
Mercury in Compact Fluorescent Lights is Contaminating Homes and Environment
Compact fluorescent bulbs (CFLs) are contaminating homes and the environment with mercury.
They contain much higher amounts of mercury than other typical factors in the poisoning
of people, often with many milligrams of mercury, whereas other factors in mercury poisoning
are usually measured in micrograms.
Thousands of times more than other typical mercury contaminants.
The damage done to people and the environment by mercury is well documented in papers found
at sites like PubMed.
According to a paper titled: Current approaches of the management of mercury poisoning: need
of the hour:
Mercury poisoning cases have been reported in many parts of the world, resulting in many
deaths every year.
Humans exposure to mercury usually take place via eating mercury contaminated food,
dental care procedures (using amalgams in endodontics) using mercury based, thermometers,
and sphygmomanometer), occupational exposure (e.g. mining) and others (using fluorescent
light bulbs and batteries)
So how much mercury is in a CFL light bulb, compared to amalgam dental fillings or contaminated
food?
Reading from the transcript of a documentary about big pharma:
Mercury amalgams leak significant amounts of mercury vapor, an approximate 15 micrograms
daily per filling.
Many people have multiple fillings, leaking up to 120 micrograms of mercury into the body
every day.
The vapor is swallowed with saliva and inhaled into the lungs.
Agitating them with chewing or acidic foods can release more.
Mercury in seafood is a serious concern, and 1 microgram of mercury is enough to be concerned
with that.
1 microgram of mercury per gram of fish exceeds the FDA standard.
From that perspective, even micrograms of mercury are enough to cause long-lasting damage,
and the light bulbs contain about 4 milligrams of mercury on average, thousands of times
more mercury than is released regularly by mercury amalgam dental fillings, and possibly
tens of thousands of times more mercury than eating contaminated seafood.
Micrograms of exposure to mercury make a difference over time, building up and eventually leading
to serious symptoms, and mercury is one of the most difficult things to get out of your
body, and one of natures most vicious neurotoxins.
Despite all of this, dismissive headlines can be found online such as The Mercury
Myth: How Much Mercury Do CFLs Actually Contain? from Earth Techling.
The article features info from the very last people youd want to trust: General Electric,
a military industrial complex tied corporation that makes the lightbulbs and owns the History
Channel.
Reading from the article:
We consulted the EPA and contacted a lighting specialist from General Electric, which sponsors
this magazine [Txchnologist], in order to take on the issue of mercury in CFLs.
Are we talking about high levels of mercury?
No.
And the amount of mercury in CFLs has dropped steadily since they first made inroads into
the market 15-20 years ago.
As recently as 2007, CFLs contained about 5 milligrams, enough to cover a ballpoint
pen tip.
This is untrue.
Milligrams of mercury are an enormous amount compared to the micrograms that build up and
give people symptoms.
Mercury vapor can be inhaled when the bulbs break, and the vapor can steadily build up
in an enclosed area, possibly doing more damage than mercury dental fillings.
Thermometers used to contain much more mercury than they do now, however, it doesnt men
that a smaller amount of it any less harmful.
This is fallaciously cited as a reason for why CFLs are safe: they dont contain
as much mercury as thermometers used to.
The excuse was given by Sndor Lukcs, a General Electric manager:
To put it in perspective, when I was a little child, I had a thermometer that had
1,000 times more mercury than the current CFLs.
General Electric has been involved with CFL bulbs since 1938, when George Inman partnered
with GE to sell the first fluorescent lamp, and in 2016, General Electric said their CFLs
would be phased out in favor of LED lights.
It benefits people to know where everything comes from: every object and product
in our home has an effect.

Your Body Knows When Death Is Near, And It All Begins In The Nose - Duration: 4:51.
Your Body Knows When Death Is Near, And It All Begins In The Nose
By Dylan Harper
Some may argue this is purely coincidence while others are confident people know when
death is near.
It is not uncommon to hear family members talk about a loved one who has passed away.
One interesting and surprising anecdote often heard is a persons behaviour prior to dying
like; saying goodbye, getting closure on troubled relationships, and even giving away prized
possessions.
It seems they may know something before anyone else does.
It is only natural to try to understand the death of someone we love or make sense of
what happens in those final moments.
Scientists know when someone dies, the body immediately begins to break down.
Putrescine, for example, is a foul and toxic scent; the result of decomposition.
Researchers have come to realize humans subconsciously recognize this putrefying odour.
Not only that, the scent, when released, causes an immediate response.
Animals have the ability to smell the scent of others, prompting them to react accordingly.
This is the equivalent to sensing danger whether from a predator or stronger and bigger animal
from their pack.
A study conducted by Arnaud Wisman from the University of Kents School of Psychology
in Canterbury, UK and Ilan Shira from the Department of Behavioral Sciences in Arkansas
Tech University in Russellville, AK have discovered animals and humans might not be so different
after all.
The ability to detect chemical scents is part of survival across the species.
The threat of death is revealed through smell to humans.
Putrescine is a chemical compound released when a body decays.
It also has a secondary function as a warning signal.
People have both a conscious and subconscious reaction when they are exposed to this scent.
There were four different experiments conducted using putrescine, ammonia, and water to study
peoples reaction.
One of the experiments included putrescine exposed at a site, peoples immediate response
was to move away from the area.
This is the same response around fight-or-flight reaction.
When animals feel they are in danger there are only two responses; fight off the threat
or run away from it.
The study revealed people react similarly.
There are other scents humans respond to as well like sweat.
Separate studies have shown that sweat taken from people in fearful situations and exposed
for others to smell generated an automatic and startled reflex.
We do not know why we like (or dislike) someones smell, and were usually not
aware of how scent influences our emotions, preferences, and attitudes, explain Wisman
and Shira.
It is hard to think of a scent as frightening, comment the two leading researchers.
These scents make people more aware and vigilant of their surroundings.
Humans natural reaction to danger is not to face it and fight.
People tend to avoid any type of confrontation, whether its verbal or physical.
For the most part, folks choose to distance themselves until fight is the only option
left.
The responses may be different from each other but putrescine and sex pheromone are based
on scent.
Sex pheromones are chemicals released by the body to attract a mate while putrescine works
as a warning signal.
Putrescine signals a different type of message than pheromones, but peoples responses
to putrescine (avoidance and hostility) do seem indeed to be the opposite of responses
to many sexual pheromones, explain the research duo.
During the study, people were not aware they had a negative reaction to the scent.
People are not familiar with putrsescine and do not consciously associate it with death
or fear, admits Wisman and Shira.

Cooking Tips: How To Cook The Perfect Steak | Season 5 | MASTERCHEF JUNIOR - Duration: 1:07.
We have chosen filet mignon to be the protein
that both of these teams cook.
And you know, Gordon, it's a beautiful cut of steak,
but is not an easy one to work with.
You cannot cook it ahead of time.
It does not hold.
If filet mignon, dries out, it's the kiss of death.
All right.
You guys need to focus on your sides and your sauces
right now.
And then you can start this process in 25, 30 minutes, OK?
So with these steaks, you're going to do three.
I'm going to do three, six at a time.
Make sure those have already cooked all sides.
We're making a pan-seared steak with like a black garlic glaze.
If it was a skirt steak or a cheaper cut like a rump,
I'd get that.
It needs that help.
It's a filet mignon.
So if you're going to use black garlic, go sparingly, OK?
Guys, don't use that much black garlic.
OK.
The most important thing with this menu
is the steak because, if the steak's not perfect, then
we're not getting their vote.
[music playing]
And taste everything.
Everything.
All right, bud.

Mayor De Blasio Holds Briefing On Blizzard Preparation - Duration: 7:12.
HE'S LIVE AT THE SPRING STREET
SANITATION FACILITY IN THE WEST
VILLAGE.
LET'S LISTEN IN.
WE EXPECT TO BE IN THE EARLY
MORNING HOURS.
SO RIGHT NOW SNOW SHOULD BEGIN
BETWEEN MIDNIGHT AND 1:00 A.M.
WITH THE MOST INTENSE
ACCUMULATION BEGINNING
SOMEWHERE IN THE AREA OF 5:00
A.M.
AND 6:00 A.M.
AND CONTINUING AT A VERY HIGH
LEVEL FOR THE HOURS THERE
AFTER.
WE'VE HEARD REPORTS OF THE
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE OF AS
MUCH AS 2 INCHES TO 4 INCHES
PER HOUR.
IF YOU REMEMBER RECENT STORMS,
4 INCHES PER HOUR IS
EXTRORDINARILLY HIGH LEVEL OF
ACCUMULATION.
WE EXPECT THIS STORM OVER ALL
TO BE IN THE RANGE OF 16 INCHES
TO 20 INCHES OF SNOW.
THE HIGH END RIGHT NOW REMAINS
ACCORDING TO THE LAST NATIONAL
WEATHER SERVICE REPORT AS MUCH
AS 24 INCHES.
THAT IS A HUGE AMOUNT OF SNOW.
AND AGAIN, A LOT OF IT WILL
HAPPEN IN A VERY CONCENTRATED
PERIOD OF TIME.
FOR THAT REASON, I'M DECLARING
A STATE OF EMERGENCY IN NEW
YORK CITY, COMMENCING AT 12:00
MIDNIGHT TONIGHT.
SO STATE OF EMERGENCY WILL GO
INTO EFFECT, CLARIFYING THE
ABILITY OF THE NYPD AND ALL
AGENCIES TO ACT AS NEEDED TO
ENSURE THE SAFETY OF ALL NEW
YORKERS AND TO ENSURE THAT WE
CAN KEEP OUR ROADS CLEAR FOR
EMERGENCY VEHICLES.
WE'RE GOING TO BE WORKING VERY
HARD IN THE COMING HOURS TO GET
EVERYTHING IN PLACE TO ENSURE
THAT WE'RE READY TO HANDLE THIS
STORM.
BUT I WANT EVERYONE TO SNOW
THAT THAT STATE OF EMERGENCY
WILL BE IN EFFECT AS OF
MIDNIGHT.
NOW, I WANT TO THANK ALL OF THE
LEADERS OF THE DIFFERENT
AGENCIES THAT WILL BE PART OF
THIS RESPONSE.
OF COURSE YOU'LL HEAR IN A
MOMENT FROM OUR SANITATION
COMMISSIONER KATHERINE GARCIA.
THANK YOU TO ALL THE MEN AND
WOMEN AT THE SANITATION
DEPARTMENT WHO WE ARE DEPENDING
ON SO MUCH RIGHT NOW.
OUR FIRE COMMISSIONER, DAN, OUR
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT
COMMISSIONER, JOE, SOCIAL
SERVICES COMMISSIONER, STEVE
BAKES, TERRY MONAHAN, DEPUTY
EXHIBITIONER D.O.T., DEPUTY
COMMISSIONER PARKS.
THE GENERAL MANAGER OF THE
HOUSING AUTHORITY MICHAEL
KELLY.
DAN OUR SENIOR DIRECTOR FOR
CLIMATE AND RESILIENCY.
I ALSO WANT TO THANK COUNCIL
MEMBER CHAIR OF THE SANITATION
COMMITTEE AND THE CITY COUNCIL
FOR BEING HERE WITH US.
SO WE EXPECT AN INTENSE
ACCUMULATION OF SNOW.
WE EXPECT OBVIOUSLY VERY COLD
TEMPERATURES.
THERE WILL BE ONCE THE SNOW
ACCUMULATES, THERE WILL BE
NONSTOP PLOWING GOING ON ALL
OVER NEW YORK CITY.
BUT I WANT PEOPLE TO
UNDERSTAND, BECAUSE OF THE
INTENSE ACCUMULATION, DON'T
EXPECT TO SEE BLACK TOP FOR
QUITE A WHILE AS WE PROCEED
DURING TOMORROW.
I THINK IT'S GOING TO BE NORMAL
TO SEE A LOT OF STREETS WHERE
THE SNOW COVERS THE STREETS
THROUGHOUT THE DAY AS
SANITATION TRIES TO DEAL WITH A
VAST VOLUME OF SNOW COMING IN.
HOPEFULLY AS WE GET INTO THE
EVENING TOMORROW, SANITATION
WILL GAIN THE ADVANTAGE.
BUT FOR THE DAYTIME TOMORROW,
DON'T EXPECT A LOT OF BLACK TOP
IN NEW YORK CITY.
AND NEW YORKERS SHOULD STAY OFF
THE ROADS.
MOST IMPORTANTLY.
THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT POINT
FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY.
GIVEN THE FRIGID TEMPERATURES.
THE HUGE AMOUNT OF SNOW IN A
SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.
THE WIND WHICH I'LL TALK ABOUT
IN A MOMENT.
STAY OFF THE STREETS.
FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.
FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY.
AND TO HELP THE SANITATION
DEPARTMENT TO KEEP THE STREETS
CLEAR.
IF YOU MUST GO OUT, DO SO FOR
AS LIMITED A TIME PERIOD AS
POSSIBLE.
IF YOU NEED TO TRAVEL, USE MASS
TRANSIT IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.
BUT THE BEST THING TO DO IS
STAY IN IF YOU CAN STAY IN.
WE DO EXPECT IN ADDITION SOME
COASTAL FLOODING.
TUESDAY MORNING, TOMORROW
MORNING IT'S EXPECTED IN PARTS
OF STATEN ISLAND, SOUTHERN
BROOKLYN AND SOUTHERN QUEENS.
AND THEN TOMORROW EVENING IN
PARTICIPANTS OF THE BRONX AND
NORTHERN QUEENS.
SO WE ARE GOING TO BE ON GUARD
FOR FLOODING CONDITIONS AND WE
WILL BE READY TO RESPOND TO
THOSE.
ALL PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN AREAS
PRONE TO FLOODING, PLEASE BE ON
ALERT.
I MENTIONED THE WINDS.
THESE WINDS WILL MAKE IT EVEN
LESS SAFE AND WILL MAKE TRAVEL
MORE DIFFICULT.
GUSTS AS HIGH AS 40 TO 50 MILES
PER HOUR ARE BEING PREDICTED.
SO THAT'S AN EXTRAORDINARY
AMOUNT OF WIND.
PEOPLE HAVE TO BE READY FOR
THAT.
SANITATION DEPARTMENT WILL BE
STARTING ITS ACTIVITIES AT 7:00
P.M.
THIS EVENING.
VERY SHORTLY.
12 HOUR SPLIT SHIFTS.
2400 WORKERS PER SHIFT.
689 SALT SPREADERS WILL BE
PREDEPLOYED AND THEN AGAIN,
WHEN YOU HAVE ACCUMULATION OF
SNOW OF ABOUT 2 INCHES THE
PLOWS GO TO WORK, 1600 PLOWS
FROM THE SANITATION DEPARTMENT
WILL BE DEPLOYED IN ADDITION
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
WILL PROVIDE 80 PLOWS AND 400
PERSONNEL TO ASSIST IN THIS
EFFORT.
AND AS I MENTIONED EARLIER
TODAY, 283,000 TONS OF ROCK
SALT ON HAND.
SO WE'RE DOING VERY WELL IN
TERMS OF OUR SALT SUPPLY.
AS I DECLARED EARLIER TODAY,
OUR PUBLIC SCHOOLS WILL BE
CLOSED TOMORROW IN ADDITION TO
ALL AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS, PSAL
PROGRAMS AND ADULT EDUCATION
PROGRAMS WILL BE CLOSED AS
WELL.
WE HEARD EARLIER THE DECISION
BY THE MTA SHUTTING DOWN
OUTDOOR SUBWAY SERVICE AT 4:00
A.M.
BUT UNDER GROUND SUBWAY SERVICE
WILL CONTINUE AS OF NOW, BUS
SERVICE WILL CONTINUE, BUT WE
WILL BE REDUCED AS MUCH AS 30%.
WE HAVE NOT YET HEARD THE
DECISION BY THE MTA RELATED TO
THE LONG ISLAND RAILROAD AND
METRO NORTH.
WE WILL MONITOR THAT LATER ON
AND SEE WHAT THAT DECISION IS.
AND AS OF THIS MOMENT, NO MAJOR
STATE ROADS HAVE BEEN CLOSED.
BUT WE EXPECT TO HAVE FURTHER
DISCUSSIONS WITH THE STATE
LATER IN THE EVENING TO
DETERMINE WHETHER THAT WILL BE
NECESSARY.
AS FOR ALTERNATE SIDE PARKING,
SUSPENDED TUESDAY AND
WEDNESDAY.
SO ANOTHER REASON TO KEEP YOUR
CARS WHERE THEY ARE.
KEEP THEM OFF THE STREETS.
I WANT TO ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO
LOOK OUT FOR YOUR NEIGHBORS,
PARTICULARLY YOUR ELDERLY OR
SICK NEIGHBORS.
IF ANYONE DOESN'T HAVE HEAT AND
HOT WATER, CALL 311.
THAT'S VITAL.
SO WE CAN GET YOU HELP RIGHT
AWAY.
THESE ARE THE BASIC UPDATES
THAT WE HAVE NOW.
WE ARE GOING TO HAVE MORE
INFORMATION AROUND 10:00 P.M.
TONIGHT FROM THE NATIONAL
WEATHER SERVICE.
AND BETWEEN OUR CONSULTATIONS
WITH THE STATE LATER ON THIS
EVENING AND THAT UPDATE AT
10:00 P.M., WE'LL BE ABLE TO
SAY IF WE NEED TO TAKE ANY
ADDITIONAL MEASURES.
JUST A FEW WORDS IN SPANISH.

Hey, everyone, it's The Mad Woman.
I know I haven't done one of these in a bit.
I've been going to through a lot of stress trying to manage my depression.
I have decided to fight my way through it and not let it get a hold of me.
This video is an open letter to the generations before me.
As I was born in the 70's, I think I have some nuggets of wisdom I can share with you.
There will also be some questions for you to think on and you really have to dig deep
to find answers within yourself.
Let's get started.
I'm not talking about the labels you have put
upon yourself to stand out or even blend in.
I am talking about who you are, your likes, your dislikes, your convictions, and who you
want to become.
Labels and titles mean nothing without intention and conviction.
All the gender labels in the world mean nothing if you do not know who you are.
You are not your gender expression.
You are more than your biology.
You are a living breathing human being put upon this Earth to think, solve problems,
and contribute to society.
What do you contribute when you force others to accept your gender expression and how you
want to be addressed?
How do people react to you when you act offended because someone called you by a pronoun which
misrepresented you?
Why are you nothing but your expression of gender when you can be so much more?
Notable scholars, doctors, scientists, and athletes were not content with simply participating.
They pushed themselves to be more than they are.
They challenged themselves, tested their limits, and strove to improve themselves to set themselves
apart.
That is why we know the names of Shakespeare, Hawking, Galileo, and Aristotle.
That is why up and coming athletes strive to be like Charles Barkley, Cam Newton, Gabby,
and Mickey Mantle.
Don't settle for mediocrity.
Don't be one of the crowd.
Find something you are good at and make yourself better.
Make yourself the best.
Question everything.
Do you own research, and I don't mean Google, wiki, or the regular websites you find on

Really dig for the truth.
It's easy to swallow a sugar coated pill.
It's not so easy to scrape off the sugar and look at the sour fruit it covers.

It simply is, and it's out there to be found.
Don't take what is offered without looking at the ingredients that make it up.
You will find yourself duped.
This is the hardest of the pills to swallow in your lifetime.
It is easy to cushion yourself by staying in your comfort zone.
It's simple to be around those who agree with you and nod at everything you say, but in
order to grow, in order to expand your intellect and truly be a better, more well-rounded person,

There wasn't a kid that I knew in the 40's
and I know there's a lot of older people like me knows the same thing
that weren't out there flying kites...
...riding their bikes...
...riding them wagons.
All the kids were always out playing baseball.
All that stuff was going on.
Much easier.
There wasn't no stress. (Laughs)
I start drawing - I've been drawing all my life. Since I was a little kid.
You know.
At that time it was 19...Uh, when I was a kid,
The Depression was still on.
My dad worked at the, uh, Buffalo Times
and when it closed in 1939 then we moved to
Bradford, Pennsylvania.
Small town where he had several people
that he knew there and got him a job on the paper there.
He was a line typewriter and, uh, he worked in the posing room and...
They had all the comics there and they had them in the back.
We go there and see them and read them.
The next day we knew what was going on before the kids did.
(Laughs)
My mom died in 1939
from cancer...
at Christmas time.
After that we moved to Detroit, Michigan
for six years.
He worked in the posing room.
And also he, uh, kind of like a boss on the
on that floor running everything.
And that was in the 1947.
And then, uh, he was killed in an
automobile accident in '51 in Detroit.
I met, I met Grandma on a blind date
and then we went together for quite a while and then
we got married.
Well I just said,
"Well let's go get married." (Laughs)
We bought our first house in Covington for $5,000.
Then we bought a real nice one on Grant street
for $12,000.
But yeah it was great, you know.
I didn't even give it a second thought.
I just went to work.
(Laughs)
(Music)
I was about ten years old I was drawning
in school and the kids always watch me draw.
They couldn't believe I could draw that stuff.
I could draw Abraham Lincoln's picture out of a...
book.
History book.
I wanted to get in to drawing cartoons
and I had didn't think it would be hard.
And I found it was a very hard thing to do.
See it takes a long time. You not going to get that good
that fast.
Well I'd go, I'd go to the library
get books on it.
They show you how to draw them and everything.
How they use the lines.
But I just start drawing.
It takes a lot of work,
To make them look pretty good.
I can't draw people's pictures.
I couldn't draw you if I wanted to.
I can only draw like that cartoon stuff. Yeah.
Well I want to sell my comic strips.
Hope to get one pretty soon.
I sent in for many many years but they weren't good enough.
King features, Knighted Features,
Chicago Tribune and all these different comic strip
people that buy comic strips.
Told me keep going.
(Laughs)
They...
They didn't buy anything though!
Well I, I did it because I thought well
I can make some money and make good money and...
make it a lot easier life for everybody.
And even if you don't sell it you still got there.
And uh, there's a lot of them hanging up there.
You can't do it by yourself.
It takes a lot of work.
Awful lot of work.
But
I just - I have to just...
put them aside and go to the next one.
And make sure, you know, it's gets done right.

Aluminum Foil Treatment - Massage Monday #333 - Duration: 2:36.
Hi everyone, this is Yasuko and it's time for Massage Monday.
Recently I hurt my poor thumb.
It's most likely from over-work or I must have tweaked it during Shiatsu or something.
Then I remembered reading an article about treating the pain with aluminum foil which
supposedly provides an anti-inflammatory effect.
So I'm giving this a try.
You simply wrap the aluminum foil on the place that hurts.
For me it's my thumb.
So I wrap my thumb with the aluminum foil like so and leave it overnight.
When you do this try not to wrap it too hard or squeeze too much because then your thumb
is going to throb if you do that.
Aluminum foil must retain heat because I wake up with a sweaty almost pruned thumb.
You are supposed to do this for 14 days and have a break for 10 days according to Chinese
and Russian healers who introduced this treatment.
I have done it for four days in a row so maybe it's too soon to tell but is it working?
Maybe.
Because the pain seems to be little bit less than before.
Definitely not more than before for the amount of work I've been doing.
It's just I've been working so much lately giving 4-6 massages a day and I rarely have
consecutive days off.
So it's hard to tell.
So while I continue to do this for myself if you have any pain and if you are willing
to give this a try, please try it and let me know how it works for you.
You can leave a comments below or send me a private message.
I would love to hear from you.
Supposedly this works for a joint pain from arthritis, gout, neck pain, shoulder pain,
back pain, knee pain and even sciatica.
All you need is aluminum foil and maybe some bandage to keep this in place.
For more information you can Google "aluminum foil treatment" and you'll find the information
about this.
Thanks for watching.
I'll see you back next week.
Make it a great week.
Feel free to comment below and please don't forget to subscribe.
