Today I will show you how to fix in-game error, "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly".

So guys, here I ve downloaded a same game from internet, its 100% completed.(Link in description).

Download it, and extract it. Now copy them.

This basically skips the mission, which lags your GTA V.

Now navigate to your, GTA V folder in documents>Rockstar Games>GTA V>Profiles> and then paste as directed.

I already did, so save game loading screen while running game will not be shown.

Now navigate, to your GTA folder and launch it. Your in game error will be fixed.

arms and back and you're feeling great and you're feeling nice and tight but

it's really important to stretch those muscles and to really just stretch relax

and warm down the muscles the same thing for the voice so i want to show

you a few exercises that are my favorites when it comes to warming down

and I like to start at the top

when it comes to lip roles especially where I've been kind of working go just

over that and then just liproll all the way down

so let's start in between my third and fourth bridge of just a (lip roll)

and keep your hand here because it keeps it relaxed

just ease on down

(lip rolls)

just work that from the top down

so good for your voice same thing this is actually one thing when it comes

for head voice is a wee walking down the five tone scale

I'm kind of looping down in a nice easy wee

we don't want to be heavy we don't want to be wee

no be easy with your voice

this is looping through your bridges nice and easy

it's another great exercise to do walk from the top down to the bottom

nice and easy

another one is just free vocalizing on a oh yeah

Oh going from that vocal fry into a connection

this again goes throughout your range very lightly just kind of stretching the

voice out again

that's how it's so important because this is going to help you wake up the

next day say you're doing a weekend warrior stuff and you're going out on

tour on the weekends and you're hammering it out on the weekends but

then your voice is exhausted during the week

this is something that's going to start helping that voice really be warmed

down and warm up even faster the next day if you have any questions when it

comes to warm down if you're losing your voice or your voice is

getting really tired after hard practices after tour on tour in the

studio

wherever you are give us a call we're going to alleviate the strain we're

going to alleviate the hoarseness and we're going to alleviate the fatigue in

your voice and warming down after exercising is very important to do

so

DRIVE: The Hans Sama Story - Duration: 11:05.

He started drawing when he was really young.

When he was around three, he'd draw soldiers.

Little soldiers, right?

D: Star Wars!

Every friend who'd come over was shocked

to see a drawing that was so realistic.

He was only three years old.

My wife and I, we decided to never leave the PC in his bedroom.

D: Because we won't see him anymore. M: Yes, otherwise he's locked inside with his PC.

He only comes out for food, for dinner, and that's it.

D: Yes, exactly.

We don't like it. We'd rather see him in the living room,

where we can feel his presence when he's playing

and that makes us happy.

I remember one day,

when I came home from work

he was playing video games.

It was pretty late and I yelled at him.

He told me, "Mom, this is my passion. You can't take it away from me."

And after that day, I left him alone.

Once I took the bus home,

and on the bus, a group of teenagers were talking about Hans Sama.

And I didn't understand why they were talking about Hans Sama.

Turns out the whole school was talking about this player.

So then you start thinking about it as a phenomenon.

A phenomenon everyone knows about, a world phenomenon.

I remember the other day my nephew came to visit,

and he asked Steven to draw something for one of his friends who's a fan.

And even to sign it.

And when Steven did it in front of me,

it touched me.

I thought… we didn't expect this.

If he can become a star, we're happy for him.

Steven is someone who's shy,

but we also noticed that he's very confident.

But not always. The other day, he told me,

"Mom, I'm not sure I will

go all the way to the end, in LoL.

To really be at the top."

I was surprised! It wasn't like him to say that,

because he's usually so confident.

When he doubted his success, I comforted him.

I told him it doesn't matter. Even if you don't win,

you're doing everything you can already.

And as your parents, we're not mad at you.

We'll support you no matter what.

He didn't say anything. He just smiled.

He's a perfectionist.

When he wants to succeed in something,

he works hard to get there to reach his goal.

I noticed that everything Steven touches,

for instance, with sports, or drawing, or video games,

it turns into gold.

Was Darth Vader Stronger or Weaker in the Suit? - Duration: 5:12.

As I'm sure you know, Anakin Skywalker's transformation into Darth Vader wasn't a

smooth one.

He was burned, dismembered, and then shoved into a biomechanical suit.

Thanks to Rogue One we know his injuries meant he continued to need medical attention nearly

twenty years after his duel with Obi-Wan.

But what does all that mean for Darth Vader?

Was he weaker on stronger in the suit?

How did it affect his connection with and influence over the Force?

I'll be covering the Canon and Legends answers in this video.

This is something that's been debated for a while, with fans pointing out that losing

arms and legs would mean losing the midichlorians in those limbs as well, weakening an individual's

abilities in the Force.

For Anakin, that loss would be substantial, seeing as he lost both arms and legs.

Personally, I've always felt that Force-sensitivity was mental more than physical, based on Yoda's

statement luminous beings are we, not this crude matter, referring to Luke's flesh.

I believe the canon book Lords of the Sith supports that theory.

In the very first chapter it states that Vader's injuries had broken his body, but perfected

his spirit, strengthening his connection to the Force.

In fact it continues on and discusses multiple ways that not only his suit but the injuries

he sustained had actually made him stronger than he was as a Jedi.

His deformities and his burned flesh were in constant agony.

The pain fed his hate, and the hate fed his strength in the dark side.

Like we saw in Rogue One, he spend time meditating outside of his suit, or in The Empire Strikes

Back, outside of his helmet.

The helmet itself had nueral needles that stabbed into his skull and spine that would

ease his pain, but again to quote the book, the rage still burned within him.

The armor itself also had some advantages that enhanced his strength in the Force.

First, it took care of his bodily needs and allowed him to focus completely on his relationship

with the Force.

In addition the suit terrified others, another emotion he could use to feed his strength.

Canon examples of his immense strength within the suit include stopping an AT-AT foot from

stepping on him, disabling a shuttle's engines, or when he wanted to be less subtle, he could

simply pull a freighter out of the sky.

I think the new Star Wars canon intends to show Vader as more powerful in the suit than

out of it.

Legends is a little more ambiguous.

Sources state that he did in fact lose a significant amount of strength thanks to the events on

Mustafar.

However he was so strong in the Force to begin with that it didn't really matter.

He was thought to have about eighty percent of the Emperor's strength.

Had he not been injured, he would have been stronger than Sidious himself.

However, even Sidious thought that Vader's limitations were psychological and not physical.

Darth Plagueis believed that cyberization would not affect one's abilities in the

Force.

So I think that when we compare canon to Legends, the same rules apply, but what changed is

how Anakin decided to handle being put in the suit.

Canon Vader did hate the suit at one point, but he overcame his past, embraced his future,

and grew stronger in his power.

Legends Anakin was haunted by his decisions.

His confidence was shaken.

In his own words, he felt like a painter gone blind, or a composer gone deaf.

He remembered where the power was, but could not find it within himself to reach it again.

So when it comes to Legends, I do think Vader was weaker in the suit, but not because of

his injuries.

I think the deck was stacked against Vader a little more in Legends as well.

From what we've seen in canon, Palpatine actually does want Vader to increase in strength.

He's even proud of Vader for taking steps to eliminate him, because that means he's

truly embracing the way of the Sith and the Rule of Two.

I don't think we know the whole canon story yet, but so far we've seen Sidious be much

more in line with the traditions of the Sith, desiring a worthy apprentice and successor.

In Legends we see Palpatine actively work against Vader.

He did not respect the Sith of old or the Rule of Two.

He wanted to be the culmination of their Sith, not just another step towards greatness.

He never intended for his apprentice to overtake him in power.

To wrap up, I think that in the current Star Wars Canon intends to show that Darth Vader

is indeed stronger in his suit than he ever was as Anakin Skywalker.

In Legends, I think most of the evidence points towards Vader's connection with the Force

becoming weaker, but only because of his own inability to reconcile his actions.

Are Bats REALLY The Fastest Flying Animals? - Duration: 6:55.

Recently, some research was published suggesting that bats could now possibly be, the fastest

flying organisms from the animal kingdom, and today I'm going to talk about what that

means and whether we should be sceptical about that statement.

When we think of the fastest flying animal, probably the first thing that comes to mind

is the peregrine falcon.

During their stoops, they dive head first from the sky down to their prey, reaching

speeds of up to 389km/h, the fastest body displacement any animal is known to achieve.

However, this speed is greatly assisted by gravity, and the researchers were actually

referring to speeds which are entirely attained through powered flapping flight, or level horizontal

flight.

When we think of fastest level flying, the spine-tailed swift is thought to be the fastest

as it has been recorded to reach speeds of up to 170km/h.

However, there is criticism for these figures as the methods used to arrive at this speed

are unavailable, and the figure of 110km/h from the common swift, Apus apus is much more

readily accepted.

However, this new research suggests that Tadarida brasiliensis, the Mexican or Brazilian free-tailed

bat, could now be the fastest level flier of the animal kingdom, potentially reaching

airspeeds of 160km/h.

Unlike fruit and nectar feeding bats who engage in relatively slow flapping flight, the Mexican

free-tailed bat is an insectivorous bat which is commonly reported to reach speeds of up

to 90km/h.

They normally go on nocturnal 50-100km trajectories that consume up to a quarter of their body weight

in insects, and rely on their speed to cover these distances.

Last week, a paper was published where some researchers tracked seven different bats and

reported speeds of well over 100km/h, with one bat reaching 160km/h.

This is an incredible figure and the way these bats fly is nothing short of remarkable, but

unfortunately there are a few aspects of how this research was conducted that make me somewhat

sceptical of it:

Firstly

the tracking system they used wasn't ideal.

The basic montage was a transmitter attached to the bat's back, with two receivers on

board of a Cessna aircraft which was flying above.

The pilot can listen to the intensity of the signals from each receiver and use that to

steer the aircraft above the bat – which is a technique that is commonly used to track animals

over large distances, as it lets them take a position data point when the aircraft was

directly over the bat.

They took measurements every 2-5 minutes which were later used to estimate the bat's speed.

However, these positional data points actually came with an error estimate on the order of

50-100m.

That's quite large when you consider that the bat is only about 9cm long and that some of

their consecutive location estimates were smaller than the error threshold itself, which

I'd say is a pretty big red flag.

Secondly

although most bats comfortably reached up to about 110km/h, the larger speed of 160km/h

was a single data point.

and they also had another outlier data point at 200km/h which they got rid of – now, outliers are normal in science,

sometimes tracking systems fail and introduce weird errors and it is normal to exclude them.

The researchers claimed that statistically, the 160km/h belonged to the long tail of the

distribution of plausible speeds, but the confidence interval attached to this value

was in fact rather large.

Their measurement of wind speed also left a lot to be desired.

Tail winds often help animals fly faster as they receive support from the wind, whereas

cross-winds are forces perpendicular to the direction in which the animal is flying, and

can make them fly slower.

These were not measured and instead were deduced from a 32km wind grid of the area provided

by their local meteorological station.

Whilst this is better than nothing, its resolution is nowhere near enough to deduce what's

happening locally to the bats, and given they are so small, it isn't implausible to believe

that small local changes in wind speed could significantly affect their flight speed.

The researchers also claimed on the basis of the wind data they had, that the bats seemed

to lower their speeds when receiving wind support, and sped up through cross winds. Now, actuaIly think this is very odd as honestly, you would expect the opposite, but perhaps not

entirely implausible either, as there is evidence to suggest that some birds do apply the breaks

to avoid going too quickly when supported by the wind, and perhaps they put a bit more effort

into overcoming cross-winds, but still, I think it's an odd result.

Now, don't get me wrong – I'm not necessarily claiming that this research is wrong, but

rather, that I'm dubious as to whether I would have arrived at the same conclusion

as them based on the data and the error margins they had, but sadly, stating a new animal

is record-breaking in some way is very juicy for news headlines.

Being sceptical often has negative connotations, but I do think that critical thinking is a

fundamental part of advancing and bettering science.

I also understand that there are plenty of limitations associated with collecting and

drawing conclusions from this type of data:

For starters, although the paper was only just published, the data was collected all

the way back in 2009.

The tracking systems attached to the bats were around 5% of the bat's weight, who

who weigh around 12g, so the tracking systems are actually really small.

We most certainly have more sophisticated tracking systems today, but there will always

be a trade-off in the equipment that can be attached to an animal and the equipment's

weight, as I mentioned in the Cyborg beetle video and the drone video.

Indeed, a better tracking system would've limited their positional error and could have

measured local wind speeds and direction, but those may well have not been available

back in the day, and what they lacked in equipment they attempted to make up for in sophisticated

statistical analyses.

Nonetheless, even if they don't take the record for fastest flying animal, I think

they can take the highest length specific velocity known for any vertebrate.

This was previously granted to Anna's Hummingbird, which at 10cm and able to reach speeds of

98km/h, was 276 body lengths per second.

These bats measure 9cm in length and as long as they reach speeds of 100 km/h, they already

outperform the Hummingbirds by advancing at up to 308 body lengths per second.

To give you an idea, if I could fly and did so horizontally, it would be the equivalent

of me covering 475m in 1s, a distance which would normally take about 5 and a half minutes

to cover at a strolling pace.

That's even more than our dear friends the desert locust, who are capable of reaching

a constant airspeed of 33km/h corresponding to about 130 times their body length.

No surprise that in love, garden snails like to take it slow.

But this isn't some basic boy-meets-girl story.

Snails are hermaphrodites.

They have both boy and girl parts.

You might think that makes life simpler.

But not... so... fast.

Snails are deaf and basically blind.

Their eyes really only see shadows.

So snails rely on taste and smell to find a partner.

They just follow the slime.

Gliding along, until...

Bada-BOOM.

They get pretty cozy... touching, tasting, smelling, for hours...

But these snails are about to have a battle of the sexes.

Even though they're both both sexes.

The first shot is a secret love dart.

Before the real action starts, they stab each other with these tiny spears that are normally

hidden inside their bodies.

Different species have different shaped darts.

There it is.

The dart delivers hormones that will stimulate it to accept sperm.

It's made of calcium carbonate, the same as the snail's shell...hard and sharp, like

a needle.

Things really heat up from there.

That thing is called the everted atrium.

It's like a rubber glove slowly turning inside out...until...

Yep, that's exactly what you think it is.

Once they get lined up, the snails swap sperm.

You take some of mine, I take some of yours.

But this battle isn't over.

The snails' bodies go on the attack, killing most of the other snail's sperm before they

get to the eggs.

See, whether you're one sex—or both—fatherhood is easy.

It's the cheapest way to produce offspring.

Motherhood, that's hard work.

So both snails want to be more father than they are mother.

That's where the love dart comes in.

Its hormones help protect the sperm, so more of them survive in the other snail's body.

The snail that fires the best shot has the edge in passing on his...her….their genes.

In about two weeks… the snails lay eggs underground.

Those are the baby snails moving around inside.

They hatch and eat what's left of their egg.

Before heading out into the world.

ARE YOU ALIVE OR DEAD?

The key to the word game is �Person� and it is everywhere in our government and legal

system from the federal level to the local level.

All laws and statutes are written for legal �Persons� not flesh and blood living men

and women.

The difference between the two is as significant as the difference between life and death . . . it�s

everything!

legal �persons� can�t walk legal �persons� can�t talk

legal �persons� have no gender legal �persons� have no race

legal �persons� cannot reproduce legal �persons� don�t occupy space

In legal-land, �PERSONS� AREN�T REAL � THEY ARE FICTIONAL!

HIDDEN HISTORY

When the UNITED STATES went bankrupt in the 30s because of the banksters orchestrated

�great depression�, so-called �federal� government representatives pledged (hypothecated)

the future earnings and productivity of the American people to the banksters as payment

of the debt.[i]

hypothecate: to pledge to a creditor as security without delivering, as property.

Franklin Delano Roosevelt (FDR) was put in office in 1933 to administer this new system

of government/economics.

It was called The New Deal and sold both to Congress and the American people as an emergency

solution to a national economic nightmare.

The state of emergency declared at the time has been maintained ever since.[ii]

The people�s gold was confiscated and they were given a new currency to use called the

FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE, the scrip of the privately owned central bank, the FEDERAL RESERVE.

The creation of the US Dollar/FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE actually brought in Rothschild�s New

World Order and it was displayed on the one dollar bill in 1935 for all to see:

The motto inscribed beneath the pyramid in the Great Seal of America is �Novus Ordo

Seclorum� which is Latin for �New Order of the Ages�, and synonymous with the �New

World Order�.

We need to remind ourselves that the FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE (the US Dollar) is the currency

of the private Federal Reserve banking cartel . . . not the currency of a sovereign nation.

The hypothecated population�s earnings had to be tracked and taxed, so UNITED STATES

citizens were encouraged to sign up for �federal� Social Insurance aka Social Security.

Not coincidentally the Social Security Act was also passed in 1935.

[Today it is almost impossible to work, open a bank account, or make a doctor�s appointment

without presenting a Soc Sec number.]

THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE

Fairly soon afterward, the Birth Certificate tracking system was created and mothers were

strongly urged to sign a Certificate of Live Birth as soon as they named their newborn

infants.

Unbeknownst to the baby�s Mom and Dad, this document creates a brand new fictitious �Person�

that is recorded, and tracked through their Social Security number from then on[iii].

The �Person� is named JOHN DOE to coincide with the baby�s family-given name John Doe.

President Woodrow Wilson�s private papers exposed this confession of Colonel Edward

Mandell House:

�Very soon, every American will be required to register their biological property in a

National system designed to keep track of the people and that will operate under the

ancient system of pledging.

�By such methodology, we can compel people to submit to our agenda, which will affect

our security as a charge back for our fiat paper currency.

Every American will be forced to register or suffer not being able to work and earn

a living.

�They will be our Chattel and we will hold the security interest over them forever, by

operation of the law merchant[iv] under the scheme of secured transactions.

Americans, by unknowingly or unwittingly delivering the bills of lading to us will be rendered

bankrupt and insolvent, forever to remain economic slaves through taxation, secured

by their pledges.�

Here is proof that our laws/statutes are written for legal fiction �Persons� and corporations

� not for flesh and blood living men:

The words �man and woman� do not appear in any of these definitions.

None of these legal entities are alive or even real.

They are not substance, they are form.

Essentially they are all artificial fictional legal constructs.

This is all done by subterfuge via the complicit, perhaps unaware, BAR Association�s army

of attorneys.

This scam is � and always has been � a fraud against all Americans.

UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE (UCC)

In the 50s and 60s the Uniform Commercial Code was installed across America to fine

tune and define this new legal system[v].

This was done, without the knowledge or consent of the American people who still believe the

US Constitution (with the Bill of Rights) is the law of the land.

They cling to this belief in spite of overwhelming evidence that the opposite is true.

The reality is that they have been tricked into becoming tax and code slaves by the Rothschild

international banking cartel and its BAR.

This nefarious system stays in place due to the �presumption�[vi] that we are all

volunteering to be dead legal fiction �Persons�.

According to UCC General Provisions[vii], presumptions remain valid unless evidence

is provided to the contrary.

The first step to rebutting the volunteer presumption is to recognize that President

Bill Clinton presented us with a remedy in his Executive Order 13132 in 1999:

This entails resurrecting ourselves from the dead (from legal personage) and rebutting

the presumption that we volunteered to be federal US citizens obligated under all of

the thousands of inane (and many times undisclosed) rules, regulations and statutes passed by

federal, state and local corporate governments.

Some of you will have heard of e-books, but maybe you have no idea

what you need and how to make it work or you might be frightened by it.

Therefore the libraries have an eCircle.

From now on everything you need for the enjoyment of e-books is a library

including an eCircle and a Smartphone or tablet with the onleihe app on it or an e-reader .

The eCircle is a digital library that invites users to browse and discover.

It contains all the digital media from the Onleihe

and because of its intuitive menu navigation and touch screen it is very easy to use.

The cover art is called Coverflow and like in a real library there are only the books that are actually available.

As in the library, which has only a certain number of books there is only a limited number of licenses in the digital stock.

But, of course, there are not only books,

but also audio books,

music

and videos.

The search is also quite simple.

Either you decide for a particular type of median or simply search directly.

When the search field is touched the keyboard pops up and the search can begin.

After entering the desired search term you can start the search.

All available media or media of the previously defined type will appear.

Now you just have to tap the matching cover.

Then more information about the medium, such as the bibliographical data,

content and information about the author appear.

If you want you can also display a reading sample.

Once you have decided on a medium tap "Lend now" to go to the log-interface.

At this point you only need to log in as usual with your own library identifier,

the user number and the password.

Now every media can be borrowed and it appears directly in the Onleihe app on your Smartphone or tablet.

If the app on your Android or Apple device is not already installed, it´s no problem to download the app

with the free W-Lan and the QR code which directly leads to the download of the app.

Alternatively you can sent the download link of the media to your home by entering an e-mail address.

You shouldn´t forget the logout after the successful research and loan.

Stop Negative Thoughts: Block Thought Spiraling - Duration: 7:37.

How's it going everyone this is how to

happy and I am Dono. In this video

we're going to talk about a way to block

out some negative thoughts and that's by

stopping yourself from though spiraling. A

series of thoughts similar to this might

sound a little bit familiar to you. I'm

going to fail, my test and then when i

fail my test, I'm going to fail the class,

when I fail the class, I'm gonna have to

drop out of school. When I drop out of

school my parents aren't going to

respect me anymore, if my parents don't

respect me anymore no one will respect

me, I'll never be able to make any

friends, no one will ever want to hang

out with me and I'll just be alone

forever. I'm so dumb I never can do

anything right. Alright so i may have

greatly exaggerated the speed at which

this process happens, but a lot of times

we find ourselves with one smaller

problem that creates a negative thought

and then we let that negative thought kind

of ruminate and grow and change into

other things that we're worried about or

afraid of until before long we have

these incredibly grandiose negative

ideas that are about our self-worth and

we just feel so gross and like we can't

accomplish anything. Occasionally we'll

look back a day or two later and wonder

why we were in such a bad place over

something so small and it's a little

thing that i like to call thought

spiraling, which is allowing one small

native spot to grow and grow and grow

and grow until it really debilitate your

entire mood for a period of time. Thought

spiraling usually starts with one little

negative though. So for the example that we

use before the I don't know if I'm

prepared for this test. And that's the

key moment where we've now opened the

door to further negative thoughts. So it

starts with I don't know if I'm prepared

for this test and that quickly turns

into I don't think I'm going to pass

this test. Before long that thought

trails into another thought and suddenly

you have again these big really negative

thoughts about who you are as a person

and your entire character that all

started from one small negative thought.

With each negative thought that you

allow to happen it builds steam right?

Your brain gets more attuned to looking

for negative

and you're looking for reasons to prove

yourself right, because we have a natural

confirmation bias so suddenly we have

this one problem another thought, another

though, another thought, we remember this

thing, and this thing, and this thing and

again we're into this very negative

place. And once you're at the bottom of

one of these spirals it can be really

difficult to pull yourself out. When

you're at the bottom of one of these

spirals you can be stuck there for a

while until someone snaps you out of it

or an event happens that kind of changes

your perspective, but there are a few

things that you can try. First you want

to challenge the assumptions that your

mind is making like pause for a second

take a step back and ask yourself is

this realistic based on the situation? If

you're in the middle of one of these

funnels you might have a thought like I

said something weird to one of my

friends today they're never going to

talk to me again. And if you pause for a

second step back and think about really

how likely that is you realize - one that

you may be in one of these negative

thoughts spirals and two - that it's probably

not as likely as you think. Often just

challenging these thoughts is enough to

kind of snap you out of one of the

spirals. If you recognize that you're

having these really negative thoughts

you can also try framing it as exactly

the opposite so if it's you know a

really negative thought you can say okay

what would be the opposite of this. Now

that might be something really

ridiculous and it might feel ridiculous

to even think about but a lot of times

it can also snap you out for that

exact reason. This can work in one of two ways

one it can show you how you know

unrealistic the thoughts are right. If

you have the super-negative thought of I'm going

to be alone forever and no one will ever like

me and you switch that to the opposite

which would be like every single person

that I ever meet will love me forever.

When you see the scale of the thought

you can kind of tell how unrealistic it

is. Another thing that that's going to do

is once you start with you know one

positive thought it works the same way

it's easier to spiral in that direction

once you've already made some momentum.

So going exactly the opposite of the

negative thoughts that you catch can help

you break out of spiral sometimes. The

biggest benefit however is once you see

each side hopefully it will bring you to

a more

realistic middle ground so that you can

have a perspective on the situation that

is actually real. Getting another

person's opinion can also help a lot. So

if you have someone that you trust that

you know supportive that's going to

listen to you and bring them in and tell

them basically your thought process or

the way that you started spiraling and

all the types of negative thoughts that

you've had. A lot of times if you know

someone like this it's really easy for

them to say wait a minute you can't say

that you're a bad person because you might

not be ready for this test right. For

them as an outside perspective it's

going to be really easy to say these two

things aren't even connected I don't

know why you're letting your thoughts

spiral like this. Also if you catch

yourself in one of these negative

spirals you can try to just redirect

your attention back to the primary focus.

So if you're in this kind of no one is ever going to

like me and you realize

that you're at the bottom of one of

these spirals you can try and just cut

all that middle stuff out and go back to

okay I'm feeling a little unprepared

for this test what can I do to solve

that problem. That technique can be a

little bit harder though if you're at

the bottom of one of these spirals and

don't have a lot of practice being aware

of your thoughts and trying to redirect

them. The most effective strategy that

you can use is to just practice

awareness of your thoughts so that you

can catch these spirals right at the

try to replace them with something more

realistic and actionable. It's going to

be a habit that you have to build

because if you're not used to being

aware of your thoughts then a lot of them

are going to slip by. Even if you are

used to it a lot of times these thoughts

are going to live by, but the more you

practice the more you're able to

direct how you're thinking about

yourself especially. All right let's move

on to the exercise. This is going to be a

little more difficult than normal

however you can still practice blocking

negative thought spiraling by becoming

more aware of your thoughts. If you want

to practice a good way is to set a timer

for random times throughout the day and

when the timer goes off it's a signal to

check your thoughts. So if you catch

yourself with a negative thought or

spiraling replace it with something more

actionable. So basically set a timer

every time the timer goes off, check your

thoughts. If it's a negative thought try

to replace it with something more

actionable and realistic. As always if
