When people consider the overall Smash Bros. scene,

they usually look to the USA as the hub of talent and competition for the entire world.

Obviously there's the occasional exception,

but the bulk of top players are American,

and almost every world-class major tournament occurs in America.

That being said, every smash game

has been impacted by the performance of top players from Japan.

Whether it be Wario or Wangera in Smash 64,

all the way to Abadango or Ranai in Smash 4,

every smash community has benefited from the contributions

of the Japanese players.

Well... every smash community except Project M.

As of the release of this video,

there have been almost zero interactions between

the American PM scene and the Japanese PM scene.

And if you're like most smash players, you're probably thinking…

"What Japanese PM scene? People in Japan play PM?

What if big daddy Nintendo catches them?"

Yeah... There's not a lot of widespread knowledge about the Japanese PM scene,

but the scene definitely exists, and I'd like for more people

to know about it so we can have more international interactions with Japanese players.

So here is my rundown of the Project M scene in Japan.

First, to answer the obvious question,

yes there is a scene for Project M in Japan, but it's not a very strong one.

The country of Japan is surprisingly big,

so the country gets divided into a few subregions, and instead of weeklies,

there are regular smashfests being held for Melee, Smash 4 and PM.

Hi, this is Dr. Hourglass, and welcome to another video in our channel Bootyman.

Today we are going to discuss: When can I return to exercise or strenuous activity after butt augmentation.

In this channel, we will discuss everything you need to know about buttock enhancement procedures.

Welcome back!

One of the common questions I get to hear is, "When can I resume work, exercise, and

other physical activities after butt augmentation?"

While it is completely natural after surgery to feel the urge to get out of bed and resume routine activities

to get a semblance of normalcy, it just can't happen.

You need time to rest and you need to avoid strenuous and physically demanding activities

for at least 3-5 weeks after the butt implants surgery and 2-3 weeks after the Brazilian butt lift.

The exact time to resume your routine activities depends on a number of factors,

one of which is how well and how fast your incisions heal.

Each patient heals differently.

What is important is that a little progress each day adds ups to best results in the end.

During the crucial time of recovery, patients are advised to avoid strenuous activities

like running, weight lifting, vigorous workouts, stretching, and bending for the first three weeks at least.

Barring any complications and with your surgeon's green light,

you may resume work two weeks after the intervention.

Please note that undue and unnecessary pressure on the buttocks may trigger a host of complications

and affect outcomes.

If you resume exercise or sports two weeks after the procedure, the fat injected in your buttocks

can become compromised.

If you got butt implants, the incisions may open up, resulting in excessive bleeding.

It is therefore important, to strictly follow your plastic surgeon's post-op instructions.

From the fifth week onward, you may resume controlled exercises but go slow and easy.

You can start jogging, albeit at a slower pace.

Do not expose your surgical incisions to direct sunlight, as it may trigger the development

of unsightly scars and cause hyperpigmentation.

By week 6, you can fully resume your normal physical activities and be able to fully enjoy

and appreciate the aesthetic benefits of your buttock augmentation surgery.

Understanding Project M: The Japanese Scene - Duration: 6:49.

When people consider the overall Smash Bros. scene,

they usually look to the USA as the hub of talent and competition for the entire world.

Obviously there's the occasional exception,

but the bulk of top players are American,

and almost every world-class major tournament occurs in America.

That being said, every smash game

has been impacted by the performance of top players from Japan.

Whether it be Wario or Wangera in Smash 64,

all the way to Abadango or Ranai in Smash 4,

every smash community has benefited from the contributions

of the Japanese players.

Well... every smash community except Project M.

As of the release of this video,

there have been almost zero interactions between

the American PM scene and the Japanese PM scene.

And if you're like most smash players, you're probably thinking…

"What Japanese PM scene? People in Japan play PM?

What if big daddy Nintendo catches them?"

Yeah... There's not a lot of widespread knowledge about the Japanese PM scene,

but the scene definitely exists, and I'd like for more people

to know about it so we can have more international interactions with Japanese players.

So here is my rundown of the Project M scene in Japan.

First, to answer the obvious question,

yes there is a scene for Project M in Japan, but it's not a very strong one.

The country of Japan is surprisingly big,

so the country gets divided into a few subregions, and instead of weeklies,

there are regular smashfests being held for Melee, Smash 4 and PM.

NOT READING ENOUGH??? - Duration: 3:59.

Hi everybody. So today I wanted to talk a little bit about not reading enough and

having too much pressure to read. So I decided to make this video after seeing

Olivia's discussion video about the very same topic and I'll link that in the

description below, you should definitely go and check that out as well. But I

wanted to come into this with my own two cents, it's something that booktubers tend

to discuss now and again. So far, for the year I've read eight books and that's

the first thing. some people will look at that and be like "you have not read

anything as yet," and some people look at at me like "wow you've read more books

than I've read in 10 years." So it's a relative thing and we all know this. Even

if you read two books a year some people will look at you and be like "wow that's

amazing." When I first started reading I did so at

my own pace and my own will. I'm not saying that booktube is spoiling my

reading life, that is absolutely not the case.

But with booktube I think definitely comes the pressure to read and this has

really nothing to do with watching other booktubers who are wrapping up like 5, 10,

15, even more books by the end of the month. This has to do more with me and

thinking about what my audience wants to see and what the general wider booktube

audience wants to see. For the longest time I'd been caught up in this whole idea

that if I'm not reading a lot, then I won't get a lot of views because if I

don't have like six books in our wrap-up people won't really care to watch my

videos and that's kind of true when you think about it. People will quicker watch

a wrap-up than they would ever watch a book review which is kind of

understandable because you might not be interested in a particular

book but if there's a group of books there's a wider chance that you'd be

more interested in that. But I also feel like it has a lot to do with quantity

over quality with a lot of people. I can't really speak for everybody but I

can speak for myself, Just Last year I used to like set these unrealistic goals

of reading like 10 to 15 books each month so that I could have a big wrap-up.

And that's when it hit me that I really was focusing a lot on the quantity of my

reading experience than I was on the quality. I should be reading for fun, I

should be reading because I want t,o I should be reading because I'm in a mood

to do it. I shouldn't be reading so that I can just fill up this quota and reach

this goal. I'm not saying that it's a bad thing to have, like, a Goodreads goal or

to like count the amount of books that you're reading or to, like, hope that you

read 100 books for the year or something like, that that's great and that's

wonderful and that's actually quite helpful and motivating for a lot of

people. But I don't think for me at the end of the day

I should get caught up on numbers, because when I make booktube videos I

love talking about books like beauty queens and a tale for the time being and

Purple Hibiscus and homegoing. And I love those books

because I enjoyed them and that's what this is all about. I also wanted to talk

about feeling ashamed of yourself for not reading enough. So you see it a lot

of the times when you're watching a booktuber's wrap up a lot of the times you

would have some of them saying things like "oh well I only read three books

this month," "I only read two books this month," "I feel so bad," and kind of just like

really coming down on themselves because they didn't read as much books as they

wanted to. Olivia mentioned this in her video as well but us readers do have

some privilege to an extent. We are able to access books whether we can access

them at a library over that we can use our money to purchase them or as we can

borrow them we also have the ability to read which is something that not a lot

of people have. There is no 100% literacy rate in any country, I'm sure. If you

enjoy that one book or the half of a book or that, you know, quarter of a book

it still with it. Your reading month was just as good as the other person who

read more books. So I guess the purpose of this very short video is for me to just

tell you all that, you know, if you haven't been reading as much as you

wanted to if you're in a reading slump, if you didn't make your goal if you

didn't read as much books as you wanted this month; just treasure and value and

appreciate what you were able to read and just be happy that you were able to

read something this month. And if you were able to read something this month

or you able to read something recently I am very happy for you as well.
