for this year short to go to lift 200
kilos in the deadlift i'm going to

get there by the end of the year so I've
had a check to my coach down at liftoff
crossfit at all and he recommended that
I work on a three-week cycle where I do
heavy 55 step 5 reps my delicious
Maxwell and each week go up in small
increments and he said you know it's
tough to get really heavy I maybe only
going up by 12 kilos a week but i'll
keep adding to it and then every third
week I should be testing my sort of 33
red Max's yeah i'll keep you updated on

week all trying to hit my curricular

well I want to try and achieve the
200-yard lifted an experiment and the
back squat in the next year so I'm about
my coach to give me some point just how
i can build myself up my deadlift at the
moment I have lifted 119 the past that
180 is my current sort of weight that
I'm able to do so let's put 20 kilos on
that and my back score is currently 174
got thirty dollars on that which is it
more of an ask so I'm going to build it
up slowly
I'm going to work on fire timeslide
progressions with small little
increments
I'm going to work on that first like a
three-week period and then i'm going to
test my three rep RM my three maximum
three back squats and deadlifts and then
also to repeat the cycle and keep adding
weight on into lots of family a plateau
and then he struck match the text of a
parallel plateau and then drop back down
and build myself back up so the black

drop down and then sort of and exceed
that better so I'm gonna put this in the
