THIS WEEK, THE UN IS TRYING TO DRAW ATTENTION, AND
POTENTIALLY MONEY, TO HELP SOLVE A MASSIVE HUMANITARIAN
CRISIS: A HUGE AND GROWING FAMINE ACROSS MULTIPLE
COUNTRIES, ACROSS AFRICA AND THE MIDDLE EAST.
THIS IS FROM STEPHEN O'BRIEN, UN HUMANITARIAN CHIEF.
MORE THAN 20 MILLION PEOPLE ACROSS FOUR COUNTRIES FACE
STARVATION, PEOPLE WILL CIVILLY STARVE TO DEATH AND MANY
MORE WILL DIE FROM DISEASE.
MEMBERS OF THE UN HAVE BEEN DISPATCHED TO HELP DRAW
ATTENTION TO THE CRISIS GROWING IN A NUMBER OF COUNTRIES.
THE SECOND ñ
THE SECRETARY-GENERAL OF THE UNITED NATIONS ARRIVED IN
SOMALIA ON TUESDAY AND APPEALED FOR $825 MILLION IN AID TO
ADJUST OUT AND CHOLERA IN THE EAST AFRICAN NATION.
WHEN I LOOK AT THAT NUMBER, AND I THINK ABOUT THE COST IN HUMAN
LIVES, THE SHEER QUANTITY OF SUFFERING THAT WILL LIKELY
HAPPEN IN THAT REGION BECAUSE WE DON'T KNOW THAT THAT MONEY IS
ACTUALLY GOING TO BE FOUND, AND THEN I THINK ABOUT THE 55
ADDITIONAL BILLION DOLLARS WE ARE GOING TO THROW INTO THE MOST
BLOATED MILITARY BUDGET THE WORLD HAS EVER SEEN.
THINK ABOUT HOW MUCH GOODWILL YOU CAN BUY.
IF YOU ARE BEING PRAGMATIC, NOT EVEN THE THINGS YOU CAN DO,
JUST GOODWILL.
IF YOU ARE TAKING A TINY FRACTION OF THAT AND TAKING
IT TO THIS PART OF THE WORLD TO SEE ñ TO RELIEVE SOME OF
THE WORST SUFFERING, BUT THAT IS OF THE COUNTRY WE HAVE.
BY THE WAY, THE GREATEST PROGRAM WE EVER DID WAS THE
MARSHALL PLAN, WHERE WE HELPED OUR DEFEATED ENEMIES AND
THEY BECAME OUR TOP ALLIES IN THE WORLD.
IT'S NOT JUST TO BE DECENT PEOPLE, IT WORKS.
IT'S PRACTICAL, IT HELPS YOUR ECONOMY IN THE LONG RUN.
THAT'S WHY WE WERE BELOVED FOR A WHILE IN THE WORLD, AND NOW
WHAT DO WE DO?
ALL WE DO IS SEND OVER BONDS, SO THEN JOE SCARBOROUGH CAN GO
ON TV AND GO, IT'S BECAUSE THEY HATE US.
BUT IN REALITY, IF WE SPENT LESS THAN $1 BILLION, IF YOU TOOK ONE
OUT OF THE 55 THAT THEY ARE ASKING FOR IN THE PENTAGON, AND
SENT IT TO HELP 25 MILLION PEOPLE ACTUALLY SURVIVE AND LIVE
INSTEAD OF DIE FROM FAMINE, DROUGHT, CHOLERA AND ALL THESE
OTHER THINGS, IMAGINE THAT THEY MIGHT LOVE US BECAUSE THEY LOVE
US, BECAUSE WE DID SOMETHING RIGHT.
AND ALL THE BENEFITS THAT ACCRUE FROM THAT.
EVEN IF YOU JUST LOOK AT IT FROM ECONOMIC TERMS IT'S THE
RIGHT THING TO DO.
WELL I MEAN, AT THE 600 BILLION IN TAX CUTS FROM THE HEALTHCARE
LAW, OR THE BUSH TAX CUTS, WE COULD GO ON.
I WOULD LIKE SOME OF THAT MONEY TO GO TO AMERICA, TO AMERICANS,
BUT YOU CAN DEFINITELY PUT A DENT IN THESE NUMBERS.
I THINK THESE SOMALI INDIVIDUALS SHOULD INCORPORATE, THEN
OUR GOVERNMENT MIGHT SEND THEM SOME MONEY.
I WANT TO RUN THROUGH SOME OF THESE OTHER NUMBERS BECAUSE
I WANT YOU TO GET AN IDEA OF THE SCALE OF THE TRAGEDY WE ARE
TALKING ABOUT.
THE MONEY THAT WAS NEEDED TO HELP, THE $825 MILLION, IS TO
HELP ABOUT HALF OF THE POPULATION OF SOMALIA SURVIVED
THE NEXT SIX MONTHS.
SURVIVAL THAT IS IN QUESTION RIGHT NOW.
FAMINE WAS LAST TO CLARENCE AMALIA IN JULY 2011,
AFTER AN ESTIMATED 200,000
PEOPLE DIED, MOSTLY DURING A TWO-MONTH PERIOD.
YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT PART
OF THE PROBLEM, IN TERMS OF
RELIEVING SOME OF THE SUFFERING THERE, IS THAT ORGANIZATIONS
LIKE AL-SHABAAB BLOCKS ROADS, MAKES IT HARDER TO ACCESS
FOOD AS WELL.
I WANT TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF WHERE THESE PROBLEMS ARE
AND HOW BIG THEY ARE.
AT RISK OF STARVATION, IN YEMEN THERE ARE MORE THAN 7
MILLION PEOPLE; SMALL YOU ALMOST 3 MILLION; SO SUDAN 5
MILLION; AND NIGERIA, 5.1 MILLION AS WELL.
MULTIPLE CULTURES, BUT A COMMON PROBLEM.
SOMETIMES IN WAR-TORN AREAS, WHERE THE U.S.
HAS BEEN INVOLVED AND IS STILL INVOLVED AS WELL, BUT THEN
THERE IS ALSO THE CHILDREN.
IN YEMEN, ALMOST HALF A MILLION PEOPLE, HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS
IN SOMALIA, AND ALMOST HALF A MILLION IN NIGERIA AS WELL.
IT IS BEING COVERED, YOU CAN FIND ARTICLES ON MOST WEBSITES.
TAKE Her ACTUALLY TALKED ABOUT IT ON SUNDAY, BUT IT'S NOT
SEXY, IT DOESN'T BRING RATINGS, SO PEOPLE DON'T FOCUS ON IT.
SO THEY MIGHT BE EXPOSED TO THE INFORMATION, BUT THEN I GO
BACK TO THEIR EVERYDAY LIFE.
IT'S ACTUALLY A TINY BIT MORE OBLIGATED THAN THAT EVEN,
BECAUSE THERE IS SOME ELEMENT OF TERRORISM INVOLVED, LIKE
AL-SHABAAB.
YOU KNOW THAT THE MEDIA LOVES TALKING ABOUT TERRORISM, THEY
TALK ABOUT IT TOO MUCH.
IMAGINE IF A TERROR STRIKE KILLED 250,000 PEOPLE?
IT WOULD BE THE BIGGEST EVENT IN WORLD HISTORY, WE WOULD
NEVER STOP TALKING ABOUT IT.
A FAMINE KILLS 250,000 PEOPLE, NOBODY EVEN REMEMBERS.
YOU KNOW ALL THAT NEVER FORGET STUFF?
NOT IF IT'S A FAMINE, THEN WE FORGET IMMEDIATELY.
BUT THERE IS A TERRORISM ANGLE HERE, BUT YET NOBODY IS
TALKING ABOUT IT.
WHY IS THAT?
BECAUSE TALKING POINTS DON'T ARISE OUT OF THIN AIR, THEY
ARE MANUFACTURED, AND SENT TO THE MEDIA.
SO IF YOU WANT TO START HOSTILITIES IN A CERTAIN
COUNTRY, PERHAPS IF THEY HAVE A LOT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, AND
SOME OF THESE COUNTRIES DON'T HAVE NATURAL RESOURCES AT ALL
ñ NIGERIA DOES, BUT NOT SOMALIA, NOT MUCH OF SUDAN, NOT
ENOUGH OIL, RIGHT?
SO ALL OF A SUDDEN, ONLY GOD LOOK AT WHAT IS HAPPENING
IN IRAQ!
HUMANITARIAN CRISIS!
SYRIA, CRISIS THIS, CRISIS THAT.
NORTH KOREA?
NAH...
THEY ARE KIND OF CRAZY, AND THEY ALREADY HAVE NUCLEAR WEAPONS, AS
OPPOSED TO THE IRAQIS WHO WERE THINKING ABOUT WEAPONS MASS
DESTRUCTION.
NOW THEY GET MEDIA COVERAGE BECAUSE THEIR LEADER IS SO
CRAZY, BUT NOBODY IS TALKING ABOUT INVADING NORTH KOREA.
THESE COUNTRIES IN AFRICA, EVERYBODY IS LIKE, SHH.
THE DEFENSE CONTRACTORS NEVER HAD THE GUYS IN THE MEDIA
TALKING POINTS, SO THE NEVER TALKED ABOUT IT.
IF THEY WANT TO DO, THEY WOULD AND IT WOULD BE LIKE, AL-SHABAAB
AL-SHABAAB!
THEY JUST CHOSE NOT TO VALUE UP OVER THAT MUSLIM TERRORIST
GROUP, IS THAT INTERESTING?
AND THEN FINALLY YEMEN, ONE OF THE BIGGEST PROBLEM SPOTS HERE.
PART OF THE PROBLEM IN YEMEN IS OUR ALLY SAUDI ARABIA,
WHICH IS BOMBING THE HELL OUT OF THEM, AND NOBODY CAN GET IN
MEDICAL AID.
NOT BECAUSE OF AL-SHABAAB, BUT BECAUSE OF AL-SAUDI ARABIA,
AND THEY ARE OUR TOP ALLIES.
SOME OF THIS IS SIMPLY THE REALITY OF THE AREA, SOME OF IT
WITH IT ñ IS WITHIN ñ SOME OF IT IS WITHIN OUR CONTROL.
WE ARE INVOLVED IN A FIGHT AGAINST BOKO HARAM IN SOME
OF THESE COUNTRIES.
WE TALKED VERY OFTEN ABOUT CLIMATE CHANGE AND HOW IT
IS THE SINGLE GREATEST THREAT TO THE CONTINUATION OF HUMAN
CIVILIZATION, BUT SOME PEOPLE DON'T BELIEVE IT, BECAUSE
WHEN THE DAMAGE IS DONE, THEY DON'T SEE IT HAS HAVING
BEEN CLIMATE CHANGE.
BUT IN SOME OF THESE COUNTRIES, THEY SHARE BASICALLY ONE
LARGE LAKE IN THE CENTER AT THE BORDER, SURROUNDED BY FIRST
ALL LAND, AND THAT LAKE HAS BEEN GRADUALLY GETTING SMALLER
AND SMALLER AND SMALLER.
AND THAT IS JUST ONE CASE STUDY OF ECO-INDUCED CIVIL WAR
AND FAMINE THAT WILL COME ABOUT AS THE RESULT OF, CHANGE,
AND IT'S NOT JUST WANT TO BE AFRICA AND THE MIDDLE EAST.
ALREADY CHINA IS EXPERIENCING GROWING STARVATION AND DROUGHT.
THEY ARE PROPOSING THE WORLD'S LARGEST WATER TRANSPORTATION
PIPELINE BECAUSE THEY CANNOT GROW FOOD BECAUSE THE DESERT IS
EXPANDING IN THAT AREA, IS BECOMING MORE AND MORE DRY
OVER TIME.
THAT IS A TREND THAT IS ONLY GOING TO ACCELERATE IN THE
FUTURE.
IF ANYBODY IN THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA IS WATCHING IT, THEY WILL
THINK, YOU GUYS ARE NUTS, THERE'S NOBODY GIVING US TALKING
POINTS FROM LOCKHEED MARTIN TO START WARS BUT NOT TALK ABOUT
AL-SHABAAB.
BUT I WANT TO ASK YOU, WHY WERE YOU TALKING ABOUT IRAQ SO MUCH?
THEY DID, THE WAY THEY HANDED YOU A TALKING POINT WAS,
REPUBLICAN POLITICIANS WOULD COME OUT AND GO, LOOK OVER HERE!
OVER HERE, THIS IS THE PROBLEM!
VIDEO BUFFERING ñ
INCLUDING ISIS, BUT NO DONOR PAID REPUBLICANS TO GO
FEARMONGER ABOUT AL-SHABAAB.
SO THAT NEVER WENT TO REPUBLICANS AND HENCE NEVER
WENT TO YOUR AIR.
YOU ARE IN A GAME AND YOU DON'T EVEN REALIZE WHAT GAME IS
BEING PLAYED.

My Favorite Books: Why History & War Repeats Itself with Caleb Maddix - Duration: 5:56.
- So what was the first book you ever read?
- Man.
The first book on success, - Yeah.
kind of stuff?
- Probably,
well I read Will Durant.
I read a lot of history.
History's good.
It's not success per say, but you can study what worked
in the past.
- That's true.
- So, I read Will Durant, "Story of Civilization."
It's kind of a heavy book.
It's 10,000 page series,
so you can't read it all at once.
I read Tony Robbins's book that,
"Awaken the Giant Within."
That's still a good book.
- Really?
- Yeah.
- That was one of the first ones that got you going.
- Yeah.
And,
Trying to think what other book,
that was the real beginner book.
Because I used to not read that much self-help.
I would just read, like I said, other things.
But I've always read a lot.
Definitely history.
I still read a ton of history.
I probably read half history now.
History's,
people underestimate the power of history,
because you could see things unfold
how they unfold, and the world hasn't changed that much.
Most general directions of the past will repeat.
The saying, "history will repeat,"
there's a lot of truth to that.
So you can study,
general.
I read a lot of war history, too.
Because business is a little bit like war.
So,
- Yeah.
How do you like "The Art of War?"
- Yeah, that's good.
That's good.
I'm reading a story on war right now,
just World War II,
book.
And right before that I read World War I.
You learn a lot, war.
You learn about courage,
you learn about conflict,
you learn about mercy, because there's always some mercy.
Like I was reading
in this story,
this last one,
about these guys came on these Germans that were,
didn't have any weapons and they were like,
couldn't bring themselves to shoot them,
even though the Germans had just slaughtered all their men.
So, you know you learn.
Conflict and pressure brings out the truth in people.
So, you know, war, brings out
Heavy competition in business brings things out,
your weaknesses and stuff like that.
So,
that's my advice.
But for kids,
I think,
I think a combination,
I mean I think,
it depends on what you're trying to do.
If you're trying to make money,
in business,
then there's good news and bad news.
The good news is the economy doesn't care.
Like if you have a website selling something,
or like, say you're selling something on Amazon.
You can be doing that at 14.
The economy, the person buying on Amazon,
pressing the button to buy, whatever,
they don't know how old you are.
As long as you ship them the product,
and it's a good product,
They don't care.
So there's a double-edged sword because,
the double-edged sword is,
if you're young and inexperienced,
they're not going to forgive you.
If something comes to their door
and it's not what they ordered, they're not gonna go,
"Oh, it's a 14 year-old, I spent my hundred bucks,
I'll just waste my money," they're not.
But on the flip side,
with the e-commerce world,
you can make money at 14 because
you deliver the product, then no one cares.
If anything I buy now on Amazon,
I don't care.
No one's racist, because I never even see the people.
No one's sexist, no one's ageist.
Everything that people worry about holding them back
in terms of,
from society,
it disappears in the Internet.
Because no one sees you.
I mean, when was the last time you ordered something
and you researched
what the person who you ordered from, looks like?
You don't, you just buy stuff.
So you got trillions of dollars moving through the Internet.
You may get,
even Bill Gates was,
you know, 17 when he was doing his stuff.
Signing his first contracts.
And he would just change his voice on the phone.
He'd be like, "Ah yes, this is Bill Gates."
And they would figure out, "who is this kid?"
So yeah, the richest man in the world,
for 16 years in a row started out at,
I think he started around 12.
One of the things that I'll say,
for parents watching and anybody,
and this is hard medicine for a lot of people.
Because, most people watching this are over 14 years old.
But,
if you want to look at the statistic most correlated
with predicting who's gonna be successful,
it's the age you start.
And so, you look at basketball,
Kobe Bryant, started playing at six.
Jordan, Michael Jordan, really young.
LeBron, young.
Steph Curry, young.
If you look at business,
who's the wealthiest people in the world,
basically you've got Bill Gates, who started at 12,
you got Warren Buffet, who started at seven.
Jeff Bezos even started somewhat at a young age.
He had a little different story.
He was a orphan, so he had a little
more discombobulated family.
But,
and Warren Buffet had a good dad,
and Charlie Munger, too, his business partner.
So dads can,
like my dad was in prison when I was growing up.
So I didn't, you miss out on that, so,
when I was 14 I didn't make a hundred grand.
When I was 14 I probably made, I think I made $100 a year.
I was almost there.
I was only a thousand times off.
If I had just, my mom,
I was just talking to my mom.
She's visiting.
And I was like, "Mom."
I remember, I got $10 a month.
Kind of a ripoff.
(guys laugh)
If they would have given me $20 a book (mumbles),
I would have made money back there.
I knew how to read.
But I don't know that my mom had enough money
to pay me 20 bucks.
My mom wasn't rich when I was young.
Yeah, so start young.
- So what if someone,
didn't start young?
What do they have to do to like catch up?
- Well there's that old saying,
The best time to plant a tree
is twenty years ago,
or today.
So, but Joel Salatin used to say,
"better late than never."
You know, better late than never.
A lot of people are late,
a lot of people are never.

STUDY: Media Ignores Most Terrorist Attacks - Duration: 9:28.
EARLIER THIS YEAR, DONALD TRUMP COMPLAINED THAT THE MEDIA WASN'T
COVERING THE PARTICULAR SORT OF TERROR ATTACKS HE FELT THEY
SHOULD, AND WE HAVE A NEW STUDY THAT SHOWS THAT THE MEDIA'S
COVERAGE OF TERROR ATTACKS IS CONSISTENTLY SLANTED IN A
PARTICULAR DIRECTION, IT JUST HAPPENS TO BE IN THE EXACT
OPPOSITE DIRECTION THAT DONALD TRUMP WOULD HAVE YOU BELIEVE.
3 ACADEMICS LOOK AT ALMOST 100
TERROR ATTACKS, CULLED FROM THE GLOBAL TERRORISM DATABASE.
THIS IS A WIDELY ACCEPTED DEFINITION OF TERROR ATTACKS.
A LOT OF THE ATTACKS ARE ONES YOU WILL PROBABLY REMEMBER
FROM BEING COVERED IN THE MEDIA.
IN TOTAL, THERE WERE 89
ATTACKS COMMITTED BY DIFFERENT PERPETRATORS IN THE UNITED
STATES DURING THE FIVE-YEAR PERIOD BETWEEN 2011 AND 2015.
OF THOSE ATTACKS, MUSLIMS PERPETRATED 12.4% OF THEM, WHICH
SHOULD BE THE STORY BY ITSELF, BECAUSE WHAT AMERICAN
THINKS, THAT OF THE ATTACKS THAT HAVE BEEN COMMITTED OVER
HALF A DECADE, MUSLIMS COMMITTED 12.4% OF THEM?
NOBODY THINKS THAT, CERTAINLY NO REPUBLICAN VOTER THINKS THAT.
I WISH THEY HAD DONE A FOLLOW-UP QUESTION.
WHAT PERCENTAGE OF THE TERRORIST ACTS ARE DONE BY MUSLIMS IN
AMERICA?
IT WOULD BE A STAGGERINGLY HIGH NUMBER, AND PEOPLE WOULD
SAY ONLINE, YOU GUYS IGNORE THE REAL PROBLEMS, THE REAL
PROBLEM IS ISLAM OBVIOUSLY.
THE REAL 12.4% OF THE PROBLEM.
OF THOSE 89 ATTACKS, 24 DID NOT RECEIVE ANY MEDIA COVERAGE
FROM THE SOURCES THEY EXAMINED.
ADMITTEDLY, THAT IS NOT EVERY SOURCE, BUT THEY ARE
PROBABLY THE MOST REPRESENTED SOURCES, INCLUDING
LEXIS-NEXIS, CNN AND ALL OF THAT.
LET'S BREAK DOWN THE MEDIA COVERAGE BASED ON THE
RELIGIOUS IDENTIFICATION OF THE PERPETRATOR.
YOU ARE GOING TO SEE ON THIS FIRST CHART, IF IT WAS A
MUSLIM PERPETRATOR,
44% OF THE MEDIA COVERAGE WENT TO THOSE SORTS OF ATTACKS.
YOU HAVE IDENTIFIED AS MUSLIM, BUT ALSO IDENTIFIED AS
FOREIGN-BORN.
THAT IS OF COURSE A SUBSET OF MUSLIM PERPETRATOR, BUT ALSO A
FAR SMALLER PERCENTAGE OF THE ATTACKS.
IF MUSLIM IS ABOUT 12%, WE ARE TALKING ABOUT LESS THAN A THIRD
OF THAT WHICH ARE MUSLIMS THAT ARE FOREIGN-BORN.
YET THEY GET A FULL THIRD OF ALL MEDIA COVERAGE OF TERROR ATTACKS
IN THE UNITED STATES FROM 2011 TO 2015.
AND THEN YOU HAVE NON-MUSLIM OR UNKNOWN.
I DON'T KNOW WHO THAT COULD BE IN THE U.S.,
MAYBE WHITE SUPREMACISTS.
56%
OF THE COVERAGE SOUNDS LIKE A LOT, BUT UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE
LOOKING AT A GROUP THAT COMMITS 88% OF ALL TERROR ATTACKS.
THEY GIVE YOU MORE CONTEXT HERE, IF YOU ARE WONDERING WHO
ARE THESE NON-MUSLIM TERRORISTS?
YOU KNOW THEM, YOU JUST DID NOT HAVE THE PRESS CALL THEM
TERRORISTS ALL THAT OFTEN.
FORMER GRAND WIZARD OF THE KKK ATTACKED A SYNAGOGUE.
THERE WAS AN ATTACK ON PLANNED PARENTHOOD.
AN ATTACK ON SIKH TEMPLE IN WISCONSIN.
THE LIST GOES ON AND ON.
A TERRORIST ATTACK IS ONE THAT IS DONE FOR ñ BY A NONSTATE
ACTOR ñ FOR POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS, OR OTHER CAUSE.
SO IF YOU SAY, COME ON, PLANNED PARENTHOOD, IS THAT A
TERRORIST THING?
IT IS THE DEFINITION OF A TERRORIST ATTACK, HE DID IT
FOR A POLITICAL AND RELIGIOUS PURPOSE.
WE DID A STORY LAST WEEK ABOUT HOW, IF YOU ASK EVEN
HELICAL WHITES CHRISTIANS, WHEN A CHRISTIAN DOES A
TERRORIST ATTACK AND SAYS HE IS DOING IT BECAUSE OF
CHRISTIANITY, DO YOU BELIEVE HIM?
ABOUT 87% ARE LIKE, KNOW THAT DOES NOT COUNT.
WHEN YOU ASK THEM, ñ WHEN A MUSLIM DOES A TERRORIST
ATTACK AND SAYS IT'S BECAUSE OF ISLAM, DO YOU BELIEVE IT,
THEY ARE LIKE, IT'S DEFINITELY BECAUSE OF ISLAM.
WHEN I WAS COVERING THE PRIMARY LAST YEAR, I WOULD QUESTION
TRUMP AND CRUZ SUPPORTERS, WHAT ABOUT THE SCHOOL SHOOTERS,
PLANNED PARENTHOOD, MOVIE THEATER SHOOTERS?
I WOULD GET A BLANK STARE.
THAT'S NOT TERRORISM.
I SAID, NO IT'S A WALK AT THE BEACH.
I REMEMBER, I WAS IN MICHIGAN COVERING THE PRIMARY OR
SOMETHING, AND THAT UBER DRIVER WENT ON A SHOOTING SPREE,
HE KILLED SIX PEOPLE IN KALAMAZOO.
CAN YOU IMAGINE IF THAT WAS A MUSLIM UBER DRIVER?
IT WOULD BE A WEEK.
SO THE FOXIFICATION OF SPREADING FEAR TO YOUR VIEWERS IS
SPREADING.
I'M NOT SAYING THEY SHOULD NOT COVER THIS STUFF, BUT HOW MUCH
THEY COVER VERSUS THE UBER DRIVER AND ARRANGE PERSON IN THE
SCHOOL, IS NOT INCOMPARABLE, AND THAT'S HOW YOU HAVE PEOPLE AT
RALLIES THAT I'M INTERVIEWING VERY FEARFUL OF MUSLIMS, BUT THE
SCHOOL SHOOTERS, WHAT CAN YOU DO.
I WANT TO BE CLEAR ON THIS, IT IS TWO DIFFERENT TOPICS.
THE SCHOOL SHOOTERS ARE NOT IN THIS STUDY BECAUSE THEY ARE
NOT CONSIDERED TERRORISM, BUT I AGREE WITH JORDAN ABOUT,
WHAT AM I WORRIED ABOUT?
I'M WORRIED THAT MY KIDS ARE GOING TO GET SHOT AT
SCHOOL, WE ARE GOING TO GET SHOT AT A MOVIE THEATER, BECAUSE
IT IS FAR MORE PREVALENT.
SO EVEN IF YOU DON'T COUNTY NON-MUSLIM SHOOTERS WHO SAY THEY
ARE DOING IT FOR RELIGIOUS REASONS, THE OTHER STUFF IS
BIGGER.
THE RANDOM SHOOTERS ARE MUCH BIGGER.
SO IF WE CARE ABOUT KEEPING OUR FAMILY SAFE, WE WOULD FOCUS
ON THAT PROBLEM MUCH MORE.
WHEN YOU TALK ABOUT THE ISSUE OF MUSLIM AND NON-MUSLIM, WHAT
ARE WE FOCUSED ON?
THE MUSLIM BAND, THE TRAVEL BAN THAT DONALD TRUMP TALKS ABOUT.
HE'S LIKE, THE FOREIGN-BORN MUSLIMS ARE COMING HERE AND
CREATING THE TERRORISM.
TO GIVE YOU THE EXACT NUMBER OF ALL THESE TERRORIST ATTACKS
IN THE FIVE-YEAR PERIOD THEY STUDIED,
5% WERE FROM FOREIGN-BORN MUSLIMS.
AS JOHN POINTED OUT, THAT GOT 32% OF THE NEWS COVERAGE.
IDENTICALLY DISPROPORTIONATE, OH MY GOD THE FOREIGN-BORN MUSLIMS!
BUT IN REALITY, THEY ARE ONLY 5% OF THE TERRORIST ATTACKS INSIDE
THE U.S.
SO WE IGNORED 95%
OF THE PROBLEM AND FOCUS ALL OF OUR ENERGY ON 5% OF THE PROBLEM.
AND WE REPORTED ON THE DHS MEMO THAT SAID THAT THE MUSLIM BAND
WAS UNLIKELY TO DETER ANY TERRORIST ATTACKS THAT WERE
GOING TO HAPPEN.
AND IN TERMS OF PEOPLE'S FEAR, AND WHAT THEY FOCUS ON, AND I'VE
LONG CRITICIZED PEOPLE'S INSANE LEVEL OF FEAR OF CERTAIN TYPES
OF THINGS, AND NOT CARING AT ALL ABOUT OTHER THINGS THAT ARE
FORMAL LIKELY TO KILL YOU, LIKE POOR DIET AND AIR POLLUTION
AND THINGS LIKE THAT.
BUT LOOK AT CHARLESTON, THE MOST CLEAR TERRORIST ATTACK IN
POSSIBLY OUR LIFETIME, IS A GUY WHO SAID HE WAS MOTIVATED
BY HIS RELIGION AND HIS BOOTABLE IDEOLOGY TO START A RACE
WAR; PEOPLE WERE HESITANT TO LABEL HIM A TERRORIST.
AND THEN YOU HAVE A PRESIDENT WHO TWEETS ABOUT AN ATTEMPTED
STABBING AT THE LOUVRE, WHERE THE ONLY PERSON GETS HURT
IS THE ATTEMPTED TERRORIST, BUT THEN WE HAVE TO TWIST HIS
ARM TO GET HIM TO A COLLEGE THAT A MOSQUE WAS SHOT UP.
IT'S A TWISTED WORLD WE LIVE IN.
GO TO THIS NEXT CHART AND YOU WILL SEE THE BREAKDOWN OF
THE ACTUAL PERCENTAGE OF PERPETRATORS THERE.
AGAIN, THAT 88%
RECEIVING DISPROPORTIONATELY LOW COVERAGE BY THE MEDIA.
BUT ALSO, WE ARE NOT JUST TALKING ABOUT THE FACT THAT
THESE THINGS ARE MENTIONED, WE ARE TALKING IS ñ WE ARE
TALKING ABOUT HOW MUCH THEY ARE FOCUSED ON BY THE MEDIA.
YOU WILL SEE THE NUMBER OF ARTICLES PER ATTACK THAT
ARE WRITTEN.
IF YOU ARE A MUSLIM PERPETRATOR, AND YOU COMMIT AN ATTACK,
THEY WILL WRITE 100 ARTICLES ABOUT YOU.
IF YOU ARE THE RARE FOREIGN-BORN MUSLIM, THEY WILL ñ.
BUT IF YOU ARE A WHITE TERRORIST, WORK NOT SURE,
THEY MIGHT MENTION YOU, BUT THEY ONLY GOT TO WRITE 10
ARTICLES ON IT AND THEN MOVE ON TO SOMETHING ELSE.
THERE'S ALSO THE MEDIA LACKING SELF-AWARENESS, SHOCKER.
THE MEDIA CRITICIZES TRUMP FOR, WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS GOING
TO HELP ISIS RECRUIT NEW MEMBERS.
BUT HOW DO PEOPLE, IN PAKISTAN AND PLACES LIKE THAT, WHEN
THEY TALK ABOUT THE AMERICAN MEDIA, HYPERBOLIC, VERY
LITTLE NUANCE AND CONTEXT INTO THE REPORTING.
THEY PUT NEOCONS AND THE USUAL SUSPECTS ONTO BASICALLY
FEARMONGER ABOUT THE MUSLIMS, SO THAT DOESN'T EXACTLY HELP
OUR MESSAGE ACROSS THE GLOBE EITHER.
YEAH, AND SO TO GIVE YOU ONE MORE NUMBER, AND THIS IS FROM
THE CATO INSTITUTE, IS A DIFFERENT STUDY.
THE CATO INSTITUTE IS A CONSERVATIVE LIBERTARIAN
INSTITUTE.
THEY SAY YOUR CHANCE OF BEING KILLED BY A FOREIGN-BORN
TERRORIST IN AMERICA IS ONE IN 3.6 BILLION.
SO EVERYBODY IS FREAKED OUT OVER THIS INCREDIBLY LOW
PERCENTAGE CHANCE, I DON'T KNOW IF YOU'VE GOT A BETTER CHANCE
OF WINNING THE LOTTERY BUT IT'S PROBABLY RIGHT IN THAT BALLPARK,
WHEN IN FACT, TO JORDAN'S EARLIER POINT, WHAT'S ACTUALLY
KILLING US IS GUN HOMICIDES; WHETHER IT'S IN MASS SHOOTINGS,
TERRORIST SHOOTINGS, OR JUST HER HUSBAND SHOOTING, WIFE SHOOTING,
NEIGHBOR SHOOTING, WHICH IS HAPPENING AT AN ENORMOUS
RATE, A RECORD-BREAKING RATE, WAY PAST ANY OTHER COUNTRY.

Zero Point Energy — The Most Important Information On Earth - Duration: 3:01.
Zero Point Energy The Most Important Information On Earth
By Ed Cushman
After reading and watching the below video, you will know the answer to what is the biggest
coverup in human history.
This affects all humans on this planet, yet few know anything about it.
Its being called, Zero Point energy. If made known to the public, wed be operating
gravity defying vehicles and be would be able to move faster than the speed of light on
and off the planet for free!
So you can understand why this is being kept a highly guarded secret.
It all comes down to money, power and greed for those in the know.
Many researchers have developed devices that make use of this carefully guarded free energy,
but have either been bought out or simply bumped off to keep it under wraps.
If it were to become in general use, it would change the course of the inhabitants on this
planet.
We would be able to rise out of the dark and prosper.
If we didnt have the expense of our utility bills and the cost of fuel for our vehicles
and airplanes, Wed all be much richer.
What a wonderful world this would be!
So wouldnt you agree that this is incredibly important for all people to know and understand?
So why is this kept secret?
Simply because it would put our oil, gas and coal industries out of business.
If the US had this technology and other countries didnt, wouldnt we be superior?
The below video was produced by James Allen.
His intent was to make it public, and of course he was caused to die.
This is why most of those who talk about free energy do so only on their death bed when
life no longer matters to them.
Actually whats being presented here is already old technology.
The pictures here are of 1967 era craft.
There have been tremendous secret advancements in the past 50 years, but its still very
enlightening to learn even this much.
Many people know of flying saucers, but know nothing of how they fly.
Here its all revealed.

10 Spiritual Things You Should Never Apologize For - Duration: 5:56.
10 Spiritual Things You Should Never Apologize For
By consciousreminder
As a spiritual warrior helping to wake up the planet (with loving thunderbolts of
consciousness that you are fierce enough to hold in your heart) you need to learn some
vital soul-growing skills in order to survive.
The art of apologizing is an extremely soul expanding and humbling thing to do. However,
there are times in your life when you feel the need to say sorry for the silliest things
that you dont need to feel self conscious about when it comes to nurturing your soul.
It is my belief that you should never have to explain yourself or get defensive about
the following items. Next time you feel the need to be apologetic, make sure that you
feel empowered to stay true to your core spiritual practices.
Here are 10 Spiritual Things You Should Never Apologise For
1. Your beliefs
You should never say sorry for what you believe in. Your beliefs are uniquely yours, and as
long as they dont cause harm to another human being you are perfectly entitled to
believe in whatever you feel serves your soul in the highest way possible.
Hint: Just dont push your beliefs on others if you know theyre not into it. Thats
one of the fastest ways to piss people off.
2. Your intuition
You should never say sorry for the way your intuition shows up in your life. Its a
gift!
When you have a really strong gut feeling about something and feel driven to follow
your intuition, make sure you honor the process.
Hint: Intuition is like a muscle. The more you strengthen it with trust, the more it
will show up to serve you when you need it to.
3. How much money you earn
You should never apologize for how much (or little) abundance shows up in your life. Your
levels of prosperity are none of anyone elses business.
Hint: You are perfectly allowed to be spiritual and rich. You are also perfectly allowed to
be spiritual and living a life without struggle.
4. What you want to manifest
If you want to manifest a Ferrari, a hot new pair of shoes or a new crystal for your collection
there is no need to apologize. No matter what desires you hold close to your heart, there
is no need to say sorry for what you want to manifest.
Hint: Everything is spiritual as its part of the invitation from the Divine to
expand and fully live in the physical reality we consciously choose to occupy.
5. How you connect to the Divine within
You should never apologize for how you choose to worship and connect with Infinite Spirit.
Prayer, meditation, yoga, being in nature and all of the other ways are all yours to
express in any way you wish.
Hint: Your sacred spiritual practice is your own business.
6. Union with your beloved
It doesnt matter who they are, what gender they are, race, religion, financial backgroundand
the list goes on. Who you choose to create union with and love is up to you. The
greatest spiritual exchanges happen through the sanctity of intimacy and you should never
feel the need to say sorry for it.
Hint: Its totally up to you to define and to set the boundaries of what feels safe to
nurture your soul.
7. Wasting time
You can never waste time, so dont even bother saying sorry that youre not where
you think you should be in your life right now.
Hint: If you think youve wasted time then you cant see the bigger picture that was
being crafted in the process. Not a single moment of your life is ever wasted.
8. The process of emptying out
Sometimes you just have to lose your shit. This might come in the form of off-loading
to one of your loved ones, screaming, throwing a tantrum, screaming into your pillow or crying
for hours. The process of emptying out is something that will happen automatically if
you dont get a proper conscious handle on your energy. Once the dust settles after
the storm, you usually feel like a donkeys ass, but rest assured the process of emptying
out is something never to apologize for (unless you hurt someone else of course).
Hint: Surround yourself with people that can help to support your throughout a meltdown.
Full moon times are also prime triggers for emotional upheaval.
9. The people that inspire you
Never apologize for the people you draw inspiration from. One teacher is not better than the other.
Hint: The teacher and the student are always a match, until theyre not any more.
10. Messing up
As spiritual beings we all mess up and make mistakes were human. If you make
a mistake then OWN IT and say sorry. But never apologize for things like failure or things
that are out of your control (like miscarriage or illness). Messing up and apparent failure
are all part of the same beautiful process
to facilitate expansion

Precognitive Dreams – Is It Possible To See The Future In Your Dreams - Duration: 7:52.
Precognitive Dreams Is It Possible To See The Future In Your Dreams
By consciousreminder
Precognitive dreams are dreams that foretell the future, or can predict upcoming events.
Thousands of people have reported having premonitions right before a terrible tragedy or a huge
disaster in their world.
Throughout history, many individuals have claimed to be able to have foreseen upcoming
events and their dreams have proven to have come true to the letter.
Here are 5 famous precognitive dreams that came true:
#1 Abraham Lincolns dream about his assassination
Two weeks before his death, Abraham Lincoln experienced a dream where a funeral was taking
place in the White House.
Whats going on?, he asked in his dream, and then having someone tell him, The
presidents dead. Then Lincoln saw his own corpse.
He had this dream exactly 10 days before he was assassinated.
Abraham Lincoln didnt tell anybody about it at first, but a few days before, he told
his wife.
On the day of the assassination, Lincoln had told his bodyguard, William H. Crook, that
he had been having dreams of himself being assassinated for 3 straight nights.
He had this dream literally 10 days before he was assassinated.
Abraham Lincoln didnt tell anybody about it at first, but a few days before, he told
his wife.
On the day of the assassination, Lincoln had told his bodyguard, William H. Crook, that
he had been having dreams of himself being assassinated for 3 straight nights.
Lincoln understood dreaming.
He regarded true dreams and presentiments as natural and instinctive, not supernatural,
and extraordinary visions as the workings of The Almighty Intelligence that governs
the universe. Yet Lincoln was unable to take action based on his dream to avoid the
tragedy that it portended.
#2 Mark Twains dream
Mark Twain had a very real dream where he and his younger brother Henry secured jobs
on the steamboat Pennsylvania in 1858.
On the night before they went aboard, Twain dreamt that Henry was dead, lying in a metal
casket wearing his older brothers suit, with a huge bouquet of white roses on his
chest and a single red rose at the center.
Mark Twain didnt know what to do about it and let it go.
Less than a week later, his brother was killed in an explosion on the Pennsylvania.
Upon arriving in the town where it took place, Twain saw his brother laid out in a casket
just like in his dream.
Only one element was missing: the floral bouquet.
As he watched and mourned, a lady came in with a bouquet of white roses with a single
red one at the center and laid it on Henrys chest.
This seemingly paranormal experience led Marc Twain into the pseudoscientific world of dream
precognition.
This seemingly paranormal experience led Marc Twain into the pseudoscientific world of dream
precognition. In fact, Mark Twain was one of the first people to join the Society for
Psychical Research (a non-profit organization in the U.K.) in hopes that it could provide
him with some answers and solutions about his prophetical dream.
#3 Premonitions of Titanic
After the Titanic sank in 1912, some passengers said they had unusual dreams about the unfortunate
disaster, including visions of people drowning.
One of the people who perished on the boat, journalist and United States Army officer
Archibald Willingham Butt, allegedly had a dream that he wouldnt survive the trip
and even put his will together before making the voyage.
He perished in the sinking.
Also, survivor Anne Ward, maid of the Cardeza family, had a premonition that something was
going to happen to the Titanic during the maiden voyage.
It is reported she told her mother she did not want to make another voyage across
the ocean. It is believed that Miss Ward could not explain what caused her fear of
another voyage prior to boarding.
#4 Sharon Tate Premonition
Actress Sharon Tate (an American actress and model), the wife of Roman Polanski, was brutally
murdered at her home in Los Angeles on the night of August 8, 1969, along with three
friends who were with her at the time.
But some people believe that Sharon may have foreseen her horrific ending in a nightmare.
In 1966, she was hiding inside a bedroom at her ex-boyfriends home.
All day, shed been unable to shake a horrible sense of foreboding, and she was now trying
to sleep the feeling off.
Then, Sharon saw a man enter the room.
She describes the man as looking like every description she had ever heard of Paul Bern.
The only problem was that Paul Bern had committed suicide years before.
She runs from the room and starts heading down the stairs, where she saw a figure with
its throat cut open.
She fixed herself a drink and then headed back upstairs, once again hallucinating the
victim on the stairs and Paul Berns ghostly form.
In the years that followed, she became more and more convinced that the dead figure on
the stairs was her.
Three years later, two weeks from giving birth, she and her unborn child became victims of
Charles Manson (also known as Helter Skelter) and his Manson Family cult.
Sharon was stabbed to death, and some crime reports state that the actress was hanged
from a rafter in the living room.
The house where Sharon died stood just a mile away from where she had seen the ghostly premonition.
#5 Calpurnia in Shakespeares Julius Caesar
According to a tradition reported in some old sources, Calpurnia, the 3rd and last wife
of Julius Caesar, had a dream in which Roman senators stabbed a statue of Julius Caesar
with knives, and blood flowed from the statue.
Calpurnia did not know that a few senators were indeed plotting to kill the dictator.
Nonetheless, Calpurnia awakened certain that her husband would be killed that very day
in the public Forum.
Julius Caesar was skeptical and told a senator, Decius (he became Roman Emperor from 249 to
251), about Calpurnias dream.
Decius was one of the conspirators.
He told Caesar the dream was a favorable premonition about future Roman victories.
Julius Caesar went to the Forum as planned that day, and was stabbed to death by his
enemies.
Conclusion
Dreams are one of the first ways that spiritual ability will manifest.
You should consider yourself lucky that you have about 10 dreams you remember in a year
this is actually about normal (and maybe some lucid dreams) you will dream a lot more
than that, but they are lost by the time you fully awaken.
Learning to meditate, working with your breath (pranayama) and daily practice will also help
to trigger the inner insights to rise to
the surface.

CRISIS: Mass Famine Could Kill Millions - Duration: 10:17.

My Favorite Books: Why History & War Repeats Itself with Caleb Maddix - Duration: 5:56.
- So what was the first book you ever read?
- Man.
The first book on success, - Yeah.
kind of stuff?
- Probably,
well I read Will Durant.
I read a lot of history.
History's good.
It's not success per say, but you can study what worked
in the past.
- That's true.
- So, I read Will Durant, "Story of Civilization."
It's kind of a heavy book.
It's 10,000 page series,
so you can't read it all at once.
I read Tony Robbins's book that,
"Awaken the Giant Within."
That's still a good book.
- Really?
- Yeah.
- That was one of the first ones that got you going.
- Yeah.
And,
Trying to think what other book,
that was the real beginner book.
Because I used to not read that much self-help.
I would just read, like I said, other things.
But I've always read a lot.
Definitely history.
I still read a ton of history.
I probably read half history now.
History's,
people underestimate the power of history,
because you could see things unfold
how they unfold, and the world hasn't changed that much.
Most general directions of the past will repeat.
The saying, "history will repeat,"
there's a lot of truth to that.
So you can study,
general.
I read a lot of war history, too.
Because business is a little bit like war.
So,
- Yeah.
How do you like "The Art of War?"
- Yeah, that's good.
That's good.
I'm reading a story on war right now,
just World War II,
book.
And right before that I read World War I.
You learn a lot, war.
You learn about courage,
you learn about conflict,
you learn about mercy, because there's always some mercy.
Like I was reading
in this story,
this last one,
about these guys came on these Germans that were,
didn't have any weapons and they were like,
couldn't bring themselves to shoot them,
even though the Germans had just slaughtered all their men.
So, you know you learn.
Conflict and pressure brings out the truth in people.
So, you know, war, brings out
Heavy competition in business brings things out,
your weaknesses and stuff like that.
So,
that's my advice.
But for kids,
I think,
I think a combination,
I mean I think,
it depends on what you're trying to do.
If you're trying to make money,
in business,
then there's good news and bad news.
The good news is the economy doesn't care.
Like if you have a website selling something,
or like, say you're selling something on Amazon.
You can be doing that at 14.
The economy, the person buying on Amazon,
pressing the button to buy, whatever,
they don't know how old you are.
As long as you ship them the product,
and it's a good product,
They don't care.
So there's a double-edged sword because,
the double-edged sword is,
if you're young and inexperienced,
they're not going to forgive you.
If something comes to their door
and it's not what they ordered, they're not gonna go,
"Oh, it's a 14 year-old, I spent my hundred bucks,
I'll just waste my money," they're not.
But on the flip side,
with the e-commerce world,
you can make money at 14 because
you deliver the product, then no one cares.
If anything I buy now on Amazon,
I don't care.
No one's racist, because I never even see the people.
No one's sexist, no one's ageist.
Everything that people worry about holding them back
in terms of,
from society,
it disappears in the Internet.
Because no one sees you.
I mean, when was the last time you ordered something
and you researched
what the person who you ordered from, looks like?
You don't, you just buy stuff.
So you got trillions of dollars moving through the Internet.
You may get,
even Bill Gates was,
you know, 17 when he was doing his stuff.
Signing his first contracts.
And he would just change his voice on the phone.
He'd be like, "Ah yes, this is Bill Gates."
And they would figure out, "who is this kid?"
So yeah, the richest man in the world,
for 16 years in a row started out at,
I think he started around 12.
One of the things that I'll say,
for parents watching and anybody,
and this is hard medicine for a lot of people.
Because, most people watching this are over 14 years old.
But,
if you want to look at the statistic most correlated
with predicting who's gonna be successful,
it's the age you start.
And so, you look at basketball,
Kobe Bryant, started playing at six.
Jordan, Michael Jordan, really young.
LeBron, young.
Steph Curry, young.
If you look at business,
who's the wealthiest people in the world,
basically you've got Bill Gates, who started at 12,
you got Warren Buffet, who started at seven.
Jeff Bezos even started somewhat at a young age.
He had a little different story.
He was a orphan, so he had a little
more discombobulated family.
But,
and Warren Buffet had a good dad,
and Charlie Munger, too, his business partner.
So dads can,
like my dad was in prison when I was growing up.
So I didn't, you miss out on that, so,
when I was 14 I didn't make a hundred grand.
When I was 14 I probably made, I think I made $100 a year.
I was almost there.
I was only a thousand times off.
If I had just, my mom,
I was just talking to my mom.
She's visiting.
And I was like, "Mom."
I remember, I got $10 a month.
Kind of a ripoff.
(guys laugh)
If they would have given me $20 a book (mumbles),
I would have made money back there.
I knew how to read.
But I don't know that my mom had enough money
to pay me 20 bucks.
My mom wasn't rich when I was young.
Yeah, so start young.
- So what if someone,
didn't start young?
What do they have to do to like catch up?
- Well there's that old saying,
The best time to plant a tree
is twenty years ago,
or today.
So, but Joel Salatin used to say,
"better late than never."
You know, better late than never.
A lot of people are late,
a lot of people are never.

Kong Skull Island Review! 🙈 - Duration: 9:30.
Kong Skull Island
what's up everybody lee the
fourth coming at your once again with
another movie review this time I'm going
to do things a tad bit different at the
end of this video I'm going to have a
little spoilers section from here on
forward I plan to do that maybe not for
every movie but for this one and some
others that I feel like it would be good
to discuss the spoilers I'll go ahead
and do that so once you get to that
section in the video I'll make sure that
you know and if you don't want to see
that click off the video but don't
forget to drop me a like and comment
before you do so so let's go ahead and
jump into this thing the premise fly on
this movie right here is that we got a
scientist who has reason to believe that
monsters exist you have reason to
believe that these monsters exist on a
certain uncharted island so he's able to
get an expedition together to go and
investigate the story i gotta say was
pretty interesting it wasn't anything to
write home about but it was definitely
good i enjoyed it there could have been
some differences that would have made it
a lot better in the very opening scene
it was a little on the choppy side some
of the jokes throughout the movie kind
of self last some of them landed but a
lot of times when you got it to of like
you know section that was serious like a
joke would come in where it wasn't
appropriate and i feel like it just kind
of upset the tone of the movie a tad bit
i think that they just didn't know where
to interject a lot of the comedy but
there were some sections especially with
john c reilly where the jokes actually
hit but as far as this the actual plot
that was actually pretty good it was
interesting i made me want to keep
watching so i definitely got to say that
the story was pretty good this movie was
directed by Jordan vogt-roberts I think
that's how you say your middle name I'm
sorry if I got incorrect we got Tom
Hiddleston playing James Conrad he's
this badass guy who knows how to
navigate through the jungle and all that
we got samuel l jackson and preston
packard he's a army lieutenant colonel
he's basically the gung-ho military guy
he loves being out there in the
battlefield we got John Goodman as William
Randa he's a scientist that is able to
get a little expedition launched we got
Brie Larson as Mason Weaver she's a
tough girl was a photographer she's not
the damsel in distress type character as
I mentioned before john c reilly at Hank
Marlowe he is the American soldier that
ends up stranded on the island but you
know you knew that because it's been
trailer like I say that the characters
was pretty much all one-dimensional for
the most part their title is exactly
pretty much their characteristics on
screen they didn't really deviate from
that there wasn't too many layers to
them but they still were good within the
story I still found them entertaining
enough to continue watching and it
wasn't anything that may be really like
on I many characters suck all the extras
you know they did a good job with the
material that they were given so I got
to give them props with that but yeah
the characters were pretty much just
like you know on an even playing field
they were good weren't bad weren't great
in this movie I didn't particularly
enjoy the music all that much this movie
takes place in around nineteen seventy
something it starts out nineteen forty
something 44 I believe during world war
two and then we pick up in 1973 or
something like that they're playing a
lot of music from that time period
there's not a lot of cinematic music or
original score that I noticed all I kept
hearing was a bunch of 1970s music and
every time they will play the music i
founded a bit annoying the one because
i'm not particularly a fan of it and 42
every time they play music they had to
have an in-universe reason someone had
to press play on something every single
time pretty much all just like okay
usually in most movies you go to a scene
and the music is playing but in this
movie every single time is there in the
helicopter they first plane all the bows
they got press play their outlet job
with someone have something and press
play like I know I just found out a
little stupid sort of music is not
really my thing in this movie now this
is something I gotta say was expertly
done they tend to do a good job in most
movies of getting the cinematography
down and in this movie they did a great
job they were able to capture Kong and
show him so vividly he looks so real I
mean they got the CGI down on him you
know the different creatures look good
explosions action scenes all that stuff
was captured beautifully when they drop
the bombs out of the helicopter in the
beginning of the movie the camera follow
the bombs down as the
spiral stuff sprout out of the ends of
them and just twirl down and you got to
see the explosion they got cool camera
angles on Kong and whatnot as he was
fighting and different cool camera
tricks were used on the creatures and
whatnot but I gotta say there was a lot
of conveniences and a lot of
predictability to like every time Khan
was about to do something during his
flight I was like oh he's probably going
to do that okay yeah he's okay he did it
there wasn't too much surprised there
wasn't really any instances Robin all I
didn't see that coming whoa what the
hell it was mostly like I could predict
it and there was a lot of conveniences
I'm getting to that in the spoiler
section but that's one reason why I got
to talk to movie a few points now for
all of you guys are still around here
goes the spoiler section not going to
bring up too many different things but
as I was saying was the conveniences
there's a part at the end where King
Kong was fighting that lizards gold
crawler creature and he happened to get
knocked down into some chains and the
chains happen to be connected to a
propeller well not a propeller maybe a
rotor or an engine you know for a boat
and it was wrapped around it and as soon
as you notice that I was like watch he's
going to pick that up if I swinging it
around like a maze and try to chop the
creature and he did and then I was like
okay he's probably go up to the creature
and wrap the chain around the creature
scroll try to choke it out and he did so
that's what I mean with the
predictability in the conveniences
because it was just convenient daddy
happened to fall into that I know it's a
movie and they're trying to have cool
stuff happen but I just found that to be
kind of annoying sometimes when there
was just too many conveniences and then
you have the different section in the
movie where a soldier comes up missing
and they're going on an expedition to
hunt for him to like you know help him
out or whatever and they're like oh okay
well we're not going to give up until we
know he's dead or not and then all of a
sudden they're in a totally different
section where this soldier he supposed
to still be further down and the soldier
has been eaten by one of the creatures
and the creature happens to come up to
where everybody is you know they're kind
of hiding behind
different like dead body is when I did
buy these the remnants of a dead body
dead kong-kong parents and they're
hiding behind you know the ribs and
stuff like that and then the creature
some odd reason just aside from vomit
right where they're at and he happens to
vomit up the dog tag so then now they're
like oh okay so now we know he's there
at all great like I just feel like the
odds of that are very slim and then
another part of the beginning they get
their asses whooped by cause they come
up with the helicopters and start
dropping by also Kong gets pissed and
throws a tresor one of the helicopters
and start swatting those motherfuckers
down and everything and then all of a
sudden you know all these different
helicopters are landing in different
parts of the island and crashing in
different places and the next thing
shows that they're barely recovering
from it some of them as provide some of
them have not some of them are crawling
out of the helicopter and whatnot and
somehow magically Jason Mitchell's
character was able to gather up all the
dog tags in time before Samuel Jackson's
character came you know to reunite with
them or whatever and he edges all of
them and no blood no dirt on all like
you know how the hell did you gather all
those in time it just seemed like a very
contrived thing like they just force
that in there to make it seem more like
oh my god we'll just start I mean like
it was hard to have sympathy for a bunch
of soldiers who came to some random
place I started dropping fucking bomb
and you can see the deer in the woods
getting blown to smithereens and shit so
when they started getting swatted out of
the sky I was lying well fuck y'all that
since you guys get now for my final
verdict I got to get this movie up
pretty good
I was teeter-tottering on the edge of
pretty good a pretty damn great but as
the movie continued on it was pretty
evident that i was going to give it a
pretty good it's not a great film it's
not a bathroom I like a lot more than
the Godzilla movie that this was
supposed to take place in the same
universe the Godzilla movie was a bit
stale it was boring they only show
Godzilla a few times when they did
nothing really extravagant happen and
this move initial calling a lot they
don't really overdo it necessarily but
it's called calm school island and they
make sure that calm is the focal point
of this damn movie what do you guys
think of it how do you seen it comment
