JUSTICE OUT OF THE BRUTALIZATION OF DIFFERENT COMMUNITIES,

ESPECIALLY AFRICAN-AMERICANS IN HIGH PROFILE CASES IN THE PAST

FEW YEARS.

HERE HE IS SAYING, WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THIS

I FEEL LIKE WE DON'T HAVE ENOUGH RESPECT FOR THE COPS, I

THINK WE ARE MAKING IT TOO HARD FOR THE COPS, BLUE LIVES

MATTER AND WE NEED TO BACK OFF.

THAT IS WHAT HE'S SAYING AND IT HAS CONSEQUENCES.

SO IN THE FUTURE AS MORE AND MORE CASES COME UP

REGARDING POLICE BRUTALITY AND SYSTEMIC ISSUES WITHIN VARIOUS

POLICE DEPARTMENTS THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY, IT IS UNLIKELY THAT THE

JUSTICE DEPARTMENT UNDER THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION WOULD DO

ITS OWN INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION OF THESE POLICE

DEPARTMENTS AND MAKE SURE JUSTICE IS SERVED.

SO MOVING

FORWARD IN THIS ADMINISTRATION IT WILL BE AN ISSUE.

HOWEVER

THERE IS A LITTLE BIT OF HOPE WHEN IT COMES TO PREVIOUS

NEGOTIATIONS THAT THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT HAD MADE WITH POLICE

DEPARTMENTS UNDER THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION.

WHEN TRUMP GOT

ELECTED, POLICE DEPARTMENTS WHO HAD MADE THESE AGREEMENTS WITH

THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT TO REFORM THEIR DEPARTMENTS WERE LIKE, OH,

MAYBE WE CAN RENEGE ON SOME OF THESE NEGOTIATIONS, MAYBE WE CAN

SAY THAT WE DON'T WANT TO DO THESE THINGS, WE DON'T WANT TO

REFORM OUR DEPARTMENT, AND TRUMP WILL DO US A SOLID.

BUT THE BEST

PART ABOUT ALL OF THAT IS THAT FEDERAL JUDGES ARE GETTING

INVOLVED AND THEY ARE LIKE, NO.

BECAUSE FEDERAL JUDGES ARE

INVOLVED IN RULING WHETHER OR NOT THEY CAN CHANGE SOME OF THE

NEGOTIATIONS THEY HAD PREVIOUSLY MADE.

SO THE JUDGES ARE SAYING,

NO, THESE NEGOTIATIONS, THESE AGREEMENTS WILL REMAIN INTACT,

AND THEY CAN'T CHANGE IT.

SO ANY PROGRESS THAT WAS MADE UNDER THE

OBAMA ADMINISTRATION WILL REMAIN IN PLACE, I WANT TO GIVE

YOU THE FULL STORY.

THAT IS A GOOD SILVER LINING BUT I'M STILL

INCREDIBLY PESSIMISTIC.

THE NEGOTIATIONS ALREADY DONE WITH BALTIMORE AND CHICAGO,

THOSE MIGHT BE CARRIED OUT AND CONTINUED -- I SEE THE CURRENT

STATE OF NEGOTIATIONS WITH THOSE CITIES AS BABY STEPS, PATCHING

IN SOME OF THE CRACKS.

BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT LEAVES TONS OF

OTHER CITIES WITH MAJOR PROBLEMS BETWEEN THE POLICE AND THEIR

CONSTITUENTS THAT HAVEN'T BEEN ADDRESSED, AND FURTHER EFFORTS

WE NEED TO UNDERTAKE IN THOSE CITIES.

OF COURSE AT THE STATE

LEVEL AND THE CITY LEVEL PROGRESS CAN STILL BE MADE, AND

HOPEFULLY POLITICIANS WILL PUT PRESSURE ON THESE POLICE

DEPARTMENTS TO REFORM.

BUT OVER THE PAST EIGHT YEARS UNDER

OBAMA, SLOWLY AT THE START, ADMITTEDLY, THERE WAS PRESSURE

AT THE TOP, AND ERIC HOLDER DID GET INVOLVED AND THERE WERE SOME

INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATIONS OF SOME OF THESE SHOOTINGS THAT

STATES AND CITIES DIDN'T WANT TO UNDERTAKE.

AND DESPITE THAT WE

STILL HAD VERY LITTLE PROGRESS.

UP UNTIL RIGHT NOW, WE STILL

HAVE COPS WHO CAN SHOOT PEOPLE BASICALLY IN COLD BLOOD AND THEY

WALK FREE.

THERE IS ALMOST NEVER JUSTICE IN THAT REGARD.

BUT WE

WERE STARTING TO GET SOME THINGS, INVESTIGATIONS OF THE

VANS THAT WERE USED TO SHAKE UP OR INJURE OR KILL SUSPECTS, BODY

CAMERAS STARTING TO SPREAD, THERE WERE RUMBLINGS OF

POSSIBLE CIVILIAN-LED POLICE DEPARTMENTS IN SOME AREAS, THAT

CAN CONTINUE BUT WE HAVE KNEE- CAPPED THAT EFFORT.

SO NOW

BECAUSE OF PROGRESS TO SOME EXTENT BEING DRIVEN FROM THE

TOP, WE WILL HAVE ROADBLOCKS SET UP BY PEOPLE LIKE JEFF SESSIONS

WHO WILL DO WHATEVER THEY CAN TO KEEP THINGS EXACTLY THE SAME.

AND THIS IS WHY LETTING SOMEONE LIKE DONALD TRUMP BECOME

is to introduce you to a problem solving

approach that can be used for many

different types of problems in

mathematics science social settings and

more.

This course is designed for high school

juniors and seniors who are planning to

attend college.

The goals are for the learner to be

able to define the problem determine, the

causes, generate possible solutions,

select the best solution, implement the

solution and evaluate the outcome.

Let's get into the details of each step

now. For step one, the learner will be

able to define the problem by asking:

What is the problem?

What does it mean or imply? And, What are

are the causes? For step two, the learner

will organize ideas. Do this by listing what

you know, what you need to know,

the resources that are at your disposal,

label unnecessary information and use an

organizational method to sort. Step three

is to apply the solution plan to a

problem. Do this by experimenting with

possible solution plants, allow for

mistakes and errors, eliminate solution

plans that do not solve the problem,

revise the plan and then select the best

solution.

For step four, evaluate the solution.

Answer the following questions: Were all

parts of the problem addressed? Does the

solution makes sense? Could the problem

have been solved differently? If you

answered no to the first two questions,

repeat steps 2 3 and 4 until the best

solution is found.

That's the four-step problem-solving

approach for finding solutions to all

types of problems. Apply this approach to

your first problem. Let's get started now!

When you are at shoot out with bikers on their's trailers place, the last 4-5 bikers start to run away.

And if you are not close enough, or they are scattered, accros the map, they will run away in different directions

and you won't be able to catch and kill them all as they will run and disappear fast from map.

and you won't get this objective.

I found a way to run clockwise in circle around trailers and shoot first bikers from outer side

that way when last few bikers remain, they will be near and start running in same direction

and you will be able to catch and kill them all.

Kill those 2 bikers on bikes to get Lost and Damned objective, but don't shoot van, follow the van.

STATE OF NEGOTIATIONS WITH THOSE CITIES AS BABY STEPS, PATCHING

IN SOME OF THE CRACKS.

BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT LEAVES TONS OF

OTHER CITIES WITH MAJOR PROBLEMS BETWEEN THE POLICE AND THEIR

CONSTITUENTS THAT HAVEN'T BEEN ADDRESSED, AND FURTHER EFFORTS

WE NEED TO UNDERTAKE IN THOSE CITIES.

OF COURSE AT THE STATE

LEVEL AND THE CITY LEVEL PROGRESS CAN STILL BE MADE, AND

HOPEFULLY POLITICIANS WILL PUT PRESSURE ON THESE POLICE

DEPARTMENTS TO REFORM.

BUT OVER THE PAST EIGHT YEARS UNDER

OBAMA, SLOWLY AT THE START, ADMITTEDLY, THERE WAS PRESSURE

AT THE TOP, AND ERIC HOLDER DID GET INVOLVED AND THERE WERE SOME

INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATIONS OF SOME OF THESE SHOOTINGS THAT

STATES AND CITIES DIDN'T WANT TO UNDERTAKE.

AND DESPITE THAT WE

STILL HAD VERY LITTLE PROGRESS.

UP UNTIL RIGHT NOW, WE STILL

HAVE COPS WHO CAN SHOOT PEOPLE BASICALLY IN COLD BLOOD AND THEY

WALK FREE.

THERE IS ALMOST NEVER JUSTICE IN THAT REGARD.

BUT WE

WERE STARTING TO GET SOME THINGS, INVESTIGATIONS OF THE

VANS THAT WERE USED TO SHAKE UP OR INJURE OR KILL SUSPECTS, BODY

CAMERAS STARTING TO SPREAD, THERE WERE RUMBLINGS OF

POSSIBLE CIVILIAN-LED POLICE DEPARTMENTS IN SOME AREAS, THAT

CAN CONTINUE BUT WE HAVE KNEE- CAPPED THAT EFFORT.

SO NOW

BECAUSE OF PROGRESS TO SOME EXTENT BEING DRIVEN FROM THE

TOP, WE WILL HAVE ROADBLOCKS SET UP BY PEOPLE LIKE JEFF SESSIONS

WHO WILL DO WHATEVER THEY CAN TO KEEP THINGS EXACTLY THE SAME.
