(Episode 2)
Huh? Inspector Cha!
Wow. Who's this?
The star of Chamsuri Police Station.
Hey.
Inspector Cha Taejin,
returning from overseas training.
Salute.
Good job, Inspector Cha.
- Trust you've been well. / - Yes.
You guys haven't met Inspector Cha, right?
This is Inspector Cha Taejin.
He was at a 3-month overseas training program.
And this is...
Oh.
I'm officer Choi Gyeongpyo,
appointed last month.
Nice to meet you.
How do you do?
I'm officer Mu Gunghwa, appointed with officer Choi.
She lacks discipline.
How can a rookie
report to work drunk?
Inspector Cha, is this acceptable?
Drunk?
The new recruits are duds.
What do they teach at the police academy?
You drank before coming to work?
Looks like you're too drunk to answer.
I did drink, but the situation
was rather...
Don't make excuses.
I won't make excuses, sir.
Leave.
I told you to leave.
How will you make your rounds in that state?
Um, I called her in because of
a motorcycle theft.
She's not officially doing her shift,
so let this slide.
I'll leave when I finish my report.
In the state you're in?
Forget it.
I did drink, but I'm not drunk, sir.
I'm perfectly sober.
Of course she is.
That's what all drunkards say.
It's not the drinker's fault.
Blame the alcohol, right?
Alcohol is blameless.
The drinker is the problem.
Good grief. Here we go again.
Let's welcome our first customer.
My goodness, sir. You've had a lot to drink.
Sir, what is your name?
Your name?
- Gong Yoo. / - Pardon?
You can't lie at a police station.
Your name?
Won Bin.
I'd like to know your wife's phone number.
Your wife's number.
How dare you!
Are you serving or harassing the public?
Oh...
Watch it or you'll get it from me.
Sir.
Where's the discipline?
Bring me more another drink. A drink.
Family member's phone number...
Here you go.
Darn it. I'm being slighted again.
Why are you giving me cold coffee instead of hot?
You had too much to drink,
so a hot drink can be dangerous.
Why'd you drink so much?
You should've exercised restraint for your health.
It's exhausting. It's so exhausting.
What's so exhausting?
Tell me. You can vent to me all you want.
Right. Birds of a feather flock together,
so you drunkards enjoy a nice chat.
My jerk boss Mr. Kim throws a fit
because he doesn't like any of
the restaurants I book.
He makes me get him coffee and wash his car.
And why does he take credit for the work I do?
Why are you lashing out here
for what that jerk did to you?
So how can I not fly off the handle?
But of course. I would too.
Something similar happened to me today too.
Hey, Inspector Cha,
doesn't she sound emotionally invested?
Wait a minute. Who are you?
You must be new.
I'm a cop. Policewoman.

do you have 1 stripe or 2?

May PlayScore for iOS | 20 New iPhone & iPad Games of May 2017 - Duration: 12:01.
20 iOS games have just received their PlayScores this May 2017. The PlayScore is a standard
rating that averages gamer and critic reviews.
20. Opening our list of iOS PlayScored Games is Robot Unicorn Attack 3
You better watch out because Adult Swim's mob of gracefully crazy unicorns are making
their entrance to the iOS. Only this time, their rainbow-colored dash isn't as graceful
as before. Veering away from their usual formula, this endless runner comes with more mechanical
beauties, upgraded 3D visuals, and a handful of new features. While they've added some
more variety into the mix, they're far more generic than the silliness we've come to expect.
Dash through their , heavy, glittering landscapes with a PlayScore of 6.38.
19. Pictionary™
Facebook's Draw Something craze has drawn thousands of people into the draw and guess
formula. Now, the original party game is coming to the mobile, and taking what's rightfully
theirs. It's a lot different from the classic boardgame, forgoing the race to the finish
line, and focusing on the guessing game. Form teams or go 1 on 1, and compete for the winning
chest. With thousands of words to sketch and guess, it's a great game to play on the go.
It has a PlayScore of 6.87.
18. Family Guy- Another Freakin' Mobile Game
Following its Android debut, Quahog's dysfunctional family sets their eyes on another mobile platform.
Join Peter Griffin and the gang as they go about their usual crude antics in match-three
puzzle style. It's packed with the same hilarity as their long running series, with the addition
of classic storylines directly from the show. Enable Peter's drinking problem, help Quagmire
get laid, and make Meg pretty in four exciting game modes. This is definitely not a kids
game. It has a PlayScore of 7.41.
17. Iron Blade: Medieval Legends RPG
One of Gameloft's many award-winning MMORPG's, dive into a medieval fantasy and save humanity
from a terrorizing demon. Take up your Iron Blade and fight against the darkness along

more tokens to buy bigger cars. With zen-like destruction, and encouraging leaderboards
it's the best of both worlds, with a PlayScore of 7.91.
15. City Mania: Town Building Game
From the joys of destruction to the beauty of creation. Gameloft gets another entry into
the list with their newest City Builder. Ready your management skills as you take up the

yourself a bustling metropolis full of futuristic sights and famous landmarks. Aside from building
structures, you'll have to build relationships with your adorable citizens and make your
city the best place to be. It has a PlayScore of 7.92.
14. Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy TTG
One more entry to TellTale's long list of licenses. This time, they're taking you on
an intergalactic adventure along with Marvel's ragtag group of unlikely heroes. Go on a five
part journey along with Drax, Gamora, Groot, Rocket Raccon, and Starlord himself--as they
grab hold of a powerful artifact. Venture through their iconic locations, and jam to
their trademark soundtracks. It's an original Guardians of the Galaxy story, told in the
masterful Telltale way. It has a PlayScore of 7.99.
13. Match Land
Feast your eyes on what may be the most adorable match three puzzle game on the iOS. It's an
unassuming puzzler, designed to wow your eyes and take you into the splendour of this simple
genre. Similar to Japan's Puzzles & Dragons, form yourself a versatile team of heroes and
face them off against critters that are just too cute to be demolished. Harvest enough
of them to create shops and upgrade your heroes. It's a delightful game that brings back the
Match-three to its more enjoyable roots. It has a PlayScore of 8.04.
12. Star Wars: Puzzle Droids™
While we're on the subject of making Match Three puzzle games great again, what better
candidate to do so than the loveable cast of Star War's Force Awakens? This time, Rey,
Finn, and Poe Dameron move out from center stage to give way to this generation's favorite
droid. Experience the your favorite scenes as well some untold stories from the eyes
of BB8. Stack up combos, clear boards, and drift through hyperspace with your favorite
rebels! It has a PlayScore of 8.04.
11. War of Crown
From the makers of the long running Zenonia series, War of Crown promises to deliver the
same quality RPG experience in tactical, turn-based form. Rally against the God of Destruction
with their charismatic heroes. The game boasts beautifully rendered 3D graphics that will
take you further into an already immersive storyline. Embark quests around its stunning
world, and prove your strength in PvP Battles. Play your role in this war of strength and
power, with a PlayScore of 8.14.
10. Injustice 2
The biggest superhero brawl on the mobile gets its well-deserved sequel. Following a
widespread success with their first title, Injustice 2 is stepping up to bring more of
the same mobile-optimized battles in your favorite DC locations. In this universe, good
doesn't always triumph over evil. Watch Joker and Batman square off in a fight of skill
and reflexes, without of any of those plot-based armour. Create your own roster of heroes,
and rule this world of Injustice with a PlayScore of 8.22.
9. SPACEPLAN
Travel to outerspace and explore five different planets in this potato-fuelled idle clicker.
Orbiting around it with your lone vessel, send spuds to the surface and explore its
many mysteries. It plays the same as many idle clickers, with the addition of a charming
sense of humor and a fascination for starchy vegetables. Rest your fingers by creating
more and more structures, and watch its narrative unfold. It's a memorable, and atmospheric
diversion that doesn't demand too much. It has a PlayScore of 8.23.
8. Guns of Mercy
Go back to the glory of the good old 16bit era in this action-packed shooter. Set in
a dystopian Earth, play as a ranger aiming to rid their underground home of the surface's

Michelle Carter Trial: Where Is Free Speech Line? - Duration: 4:45.
THE TRIAL OF A PLAINVILLE
WOMAN ACCUSED OF ENCOURAGING
HER BOYFRIEND TO KILL HIMSELF
THROUGH TEXT MESSAGES IS UNDER
WAY.
MICHELLE CARTER SAT IN THE
COURTROOM TODAY AS LAWYERS LAID
OUT THEIR CASES.
NOW, SHE'S CHARGED WITH
MANSLAUGHTER AFTER HER FRIEND
CONRAD ROY DIED IN HIS TRUCK OF
CARBON MONOXIDE POISONING.
IT'S THE FIRST TRIAL OF ITS
KIND, AND PHIL TRACEY IS HERE,
THANK YOU FOR BEING HERE.
THANK YOU FOR HAVING ME.
SO THE PROSECUTION IS
FOCUSING ON ONE PARTICULAR
MOMENT THAT SEEMS TO BE THE
MOST SHOCKING, THAT ROY
ALLEGEDLY GOT OUT OF THE CAR,
HE WAS SCARED, AND CALLED
MICHELLE CARTER, AND SHE
ALLEGEDLY TOLD HIM TO GET BACK
IN THE VEHICLE, HE DID, AND
THAT'S WHEN HE ENDED HIS LIFE.
IN ADDITION TO WHAT CAME OUT IN
COURT TODAY THAT SHE CONTACTED
HIM 40 TIMES IN THE LAST FEW
WEEKS OF HIS LIFE ASKING HIM
WHEN HE WAS GOING TO KILL
HIMSELF; SO AT WHAT POINT DOES
THIS CROSS THE LINE FROM BEING
HER RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH TO
CRIMINAL ACTIVITY?
IT ABSOLUTELY SHOCKED THE
CONSCIOUS OF PEOPLE, THE
COMMUNITY, FAMILY MEMBERS,
PEOPLE WHO MAY HAVE SUFFERED
FROM A SUICIDE OF ANY SORT
WHETHER IT'S A TEENAGER OR
WHATEVER, IT TOTALLY SHOCKED
THEM, AND THAT'S EXACTLY WHY
THEY DECIDED TO GO WITH A JUDGE
RATHER THAN A JURY BECAUSE
THERE COULD BE SOME EMOTION
INVOLVED, AND DECIDING WHETHER
OR NOT SHE DID CROSS THE LINE
THAT YOU JUST ALLUDED TO.
THE PROBLEM SIMPLY HERE IS THAT
WE LIVE IN A DIFFERENT SOCIETY.
TEXTING, E-MAILS, THEY'RE ALL
PART OF A NEW LEXICON OF WHAT
WE DO WITH LEGAL CASES.
NO QUESTION ABOUT IT, THIS CASE
WENT TO A JUDGE TO DISMISS, NO
DISMISSAL.
WENT UP TO THE SUPREME COURT,
AND THE SUPREME COURT
EMPHATICALLY SAID SHE ENABLED,
ABETTED, AND DID EVERYTHING SHE
POSSIBLY COULD TO MAKE HIM DO
THIS, IF NOT FOR HER HE MIGHT
NOT HAVE.
BUT THE DEFENSE WILL COUNTER IT
WAS A SUICIDE, NOT A HOMICIDE.
HE HAD SUICIDAL ISSUES BEFORE.
THEY PUT HIS FAMILY ON THAT
SAID HE WAS DOING WELL UNTIL HE
ENCOUNTERED HER AND BECAME HER
BOYFRIEND.
IT'S SHOCKING TO PEOPLE,
DISTURBING TO SAY THE LEAST.
YOU WERE MENTIONING THAT SHE
ELECTED TO WAIVE A JURY TRIAL.
A JUDGE WILL DECIDE THE CASE,
WOULD THAT POTENTIALLY BACKFIRE
ON THE DEFENSE?
IT COULD FROM ONE STANDPOINT
THAT THE JUDGE MAYBE FEEL A
COMPAGES AT THE END OF THE CASE
TO SEN -- COMPULSION AT THE END
OF THE CASE TO SENTENCE HER TO
A PRISON TERM IN THE MATTER AS
OPPOSED TO POTENTIALLY GIVING
HER SOME SORT OF PROBATION.
YOU SAY WOW BECAUSE THE CASE IS
SO CLOSE TO THE EDGE AS FAR AS
WHETHER OR NOT IT MEET IT IS
LEGAL STANDARD, IF THE JURY
FOUND HER GUILTY, THE JUDGE
COULD SAY I COULD GIVE HER A
BREAK ON THE SENTENCING END OF
THIS.
LOOK AT HER, SHE'S PATHETIC
HERSELF, I WOULD HATE TO THINK
OF HER IN PRISON, BUT THE
REALITY IS AFTER HE HEARS THE
WHOLE CASE, HE MAY DECIDE I
HAVE TO IMPOSE A SENTENCE OF
SOME SORT.
AND THAT'S WHEN IT BACKFIRES.
IN TERMS OF LAW, WHAT SHE'S
CHARGED WITH, WHAT THIS JUDGE
WILL HAVE TO DECIDE, SHE TEXTED
HIM IN ONE TEXT ALL YOU HAVE TO
DO IS TURN ON THE GENERATOR AND
YOU'LL BE FREE AND HAPPY.
ANOTHER TEXT SAID YOU JUST NEED
TO DO IT CONRAD, NO MORE
WAITING, AND THEN HE KILLED
HIMSELF, SO WHAT DOES THE LAW
SAY?
WELL, THE LAW, THE LAW IS
MURKY TO SAY THE LEAST IN ALL
OF THESE AREAS.
YOU REMEMBER THE KAVORKIAN
CASES.
THOSE WERE SUICIDE ASSISTED
CASES, AND HE WAS CONVICTED
WHERE THE PATIENT WAS WILLING
AND ABLE TO COMMIT SUICIDE
BECAUSE THEY WERE TERMINALLY
ILL AND IN PAIN.
THIS KID WAS BACKING AWAY FROM
THAT, YOU KNOW.
RIGHT.
AND TO HIS FAMILY, BUT FOR
HER, HE WOULD HAVE GOTTEN OUT
OF THAT CAR AND NOT HAVE
FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH IT.
RIGHT.
BUT IT'S A VERY CALLOUS,
IT'S --
BUT IS THAT MANSLAUGHTER IN
MASSACHUSETTS?
I DON'T KNOW, I DON'T KNOW
THE ANSWER.
THE JUDGE WILL HAVE TO DECIDE.
I SAY I DON'T KNOW, BUT THE
ELEMENTS OF THE CRIME REQUIRE A
WANTON, RECKLESS, CARELESS,
INTENTIONAL DISREGARD FOR THE
HUMAN LIFE, AND I THINK ALL OF
THOSE THINGS FIT IN WITH HER
TELLING HIM TO GET BACK IN THE

New budget - new house! - Duration: 3:49.
We've been back onto the BNZ baby calculator and have adjusted some things.
We originally put everything either average or maximum but it's been good looking at it
again a few months further down the track and seeing some of the tings we'd originally
budgeted more for that we could actually bring down the cost because we've now decided to
borrow things off friends and family.
They can lend us stuff, and my sister has kept a load of stuff from when my niece was
a baby so things like that.
Some of the things that were easiest to change were things that I was buying that I probably
didn't really need like going a buying new clothes and shoes, so all those sorts of things
that we realised aren't really that important and we can save money by just stopping.
We've always liked going out for lunches and dinners with friends and Enrico really enjoys
going out on the weekend and going out for brunch.
I think just saying no to social things, we're both social people and I've been trying out
new recipes at home so I've made lots of different pancakes and hot cakes and things, trying
to show him that we don't need to go out all the time, and that I can cook as well.
So there are other ways we can catch up with friends, rather than always going out for dinner.
We're topping up the savings account again after buying the house so it's good to see
that grow again but with owning a house we've had to factor in extra insurances like life
insurance, mortgage insurance, house insurance.
So those are things we previously weren't paying when we were renting, but we've done
the maths and it's actually still worked out better off to include those as well as the
mortgage payments than what we were paying in rent.
We still need to buy that car, it's getting closer so we definitely need to start looking
but we haven't quite got there because we got distracted with the house purchase.
But we've pre-purchased some newborn nappies.
Friends have told me not to buy too many because babies obviously grow quite fast.
We've got about a month's supply of newborn nappies and we've just been buying them at
the supermarket when they're on special.
A few other things that will probably come in handy when the baby's arrived.
I'd say Enrico has always been better with money and planning than I have.
He's always made sure he's got his savings mapped out and he doesn't like having credit
cards and things like that.
I think it's definitely made me be much more focussed on a budget and every week I write
out what all my expenses are going to be and make sure if anything comes up that is unexpected. Knowing how much I need to plan things and unexpected things as well.
We still feel pretty prepared.
We're just counting down the number of weeks of work and also the number of paydays before
I finish up and go on maternity leave.
We've got a target of where we want to be by the time the baby arrives so as long as
the baby doesn't come early and sticks to our plan then we should be fine with keeping
to our savings plan for January.

The One Income Challenge - Duration: 4:55.
So the first challenge we had was going down to one income for a week.
Initially we saw that amount of time and thought "OK, that'll be fine" but we got a bit of
a shock after we took out rent and bills, there was not a lot left.
It definitely was a tough week and was a bit of a reality check for us as well.
We made a meal plan at the beginning of the week before we went to the supermarket so
that we stuck to our list and only bought what was on our list, and had to do a couple
of iterations of the shopping list because the first time we had overspent.
We were already behind before we'd started.
So we went to the fruit and vege market on Sunday and stocked up on fruit and veges there
which was cheaper than the supermarket so we managed to save a bit there.
We also bought other things that were cheaper, like mince rather than steak, which also lasted
a little bit longer and meant we had leftovers the next day to take in for lunch.
I started going into work earlier with Enrico so he could drop me off rather than catching
the bus, so that was $7 each day that I could save by just being a little bit more organised.
The hardest thing I found was saying no to friends when they invited us out for lunch
or dinner.
We have a bit of a habit with my team at work of going out 10am coffees, so I just realised
how much buying even a hot chocolate every day adds up.
So I ended up just making Milo from the staff kitchen.
Things like that.
We went and had a look on the BNZ Community website and there was a thread about going
down to one income, that was good to read that other people were going through the same
things and had thought of those things too.
So we didn't achieve sticking to budget, but we did learn a lot along the way.
I think the big thing we noticed was how much we were paying in rent and if we could bring
down our living costs then we would be more comfortable.
So we decided that we would either move somewhere cheaper or look at buying.
We hadn't originally thought that we would be able to buy a house this year with the
baby coming but actually from speaking with friends and actually going in and speaking
to the bank we've realised that it was actually more achievable than we originally thought.
So that was really great, we started looking for a house and we were lucky to find a place
within just over a month.
We didn't expect that it would be that easy but had our offer accepted and we move in
two weeks' time.
We looked at not only what the mortgage costs would be next year compared to rent but also
the added house insurance, rates and other insurances like mortgage insurance, and made
sure that overall we would still come in better off than what we were currently paying in
rent.
So we're moving out of the city to the suburbs so originally when we started looking, the
things I thought were important to me like location to the city, but as we looked down
the track we realised that just a nice, safe house that we didn't need to do a lot of renovations
or anything to was more important.
So we're going to be out in the suburbs a bit further but we're really happy with the
house that we've bought and can't wait to move in.
I'm really looking forward to moving into our new place so I can finally get the baby's
room ready.
All my nesting instincts have been to get the baby's room ready and I haven't had a
baby's room to prepare so at the moment I've got things that are all over the show like
my sister's cot and change table, and a box, and I just can't wait to put it all together
and actually make a space for our baby.
We feel quite prepared now, I'm much happier now I know where we're going to be living
next year.
I still would like to have more savings and all that but a lot of the things are wants
rather than needs with the baby so we're happy with the plan that we've made and we feel
pretty confident that we'll be OK.
If not I'll have to go back to work early.

He also said to an aquarium but him and I won't be going there because we don't support that
(I want to play the game where
when we see a car we have to say what type of car it is - Alright)
(that means that there's going to be sea Urchins in the tide pools)
Angel's class already went into the Aquarium so him and I are here outside

(No mercy!)
I know I haven't really been uploading a lot of videos but it's because

was bloated and to the point where I looked like I was six months pregnant
you guys ...like seriously ...I was so bloated I would start from nothing and I would
go and look like... hey like when are you having your baby.... that's how bad it was.
My face broke out. I had dark circles under my eyes you name it, I had it. I
went to the doctor they said you know you don't have celiac but I had every
single symptom known to man. On celiac you've got to be careful about that because
a lot of times doctors will say you're fine and you're not fine. And then when I
eliminated the gluten from my diet it really got better everything got
better it was it was pretty bad and back then when you go shopping for gluten
free food... you're reading every single label because at that time they didn't
have gluten free labels on the gluten free products it was a nightmare at the
grocery store. So so symptoms you might be experiencing is some that I mentioned
on my own experience but everybody is different and presents differently so
you may find that you have breakouts, under-eye circles
tired, the bumps on the back of your arms ,headaches, migraines, fatigue if I already
said that. Hormone imbalances or issues, mood issues and just overall not feeling
good. While it's important to find out if you do have an allergy or intolerance
especially if you're celiac just know that sometimes when you go to the
doctors you're not always diagnosed with celiac yet you still have those symptoms
and feel way better without gluten. So here's the 8 steps on how to go gluten
free. Step number one... know what's gluten free and know what isn't. There are so
many things that have hidden gluten that I found out the hard way so I want to
help you find out the right way. Remember the words B.R.O.W. Barley, Rye, Oats and Wheat.
Did you know some salad dressings have gluten?Soups, licorice, some seasonings
and spices, seasonings on chips, soy sauces, some headache medicine ,vitamins
supplement not all but you have to read the labels because they do contain them
even cosmetics like eye and lip products Some of them contain vitamin E from
wheat germ so you got to be careful as welI. know it's a big laundry list
but I promise you it's worth it. Step number two is get rid of those
products in your house that could be causing you to be sick including items
that are typically double dipped like butter, peanut butter, jam... things like
that where you know people grab their knives they go in and then they scoop
again and you find all these crumbs in there. I know my husband does that
sometimes so I have to get a dedicated peanut butter because he does that all
the time. Your toaster maybe need to be replaced as well because you have all
the crumbs from before. It's super important that you don't have that
cross-contamination. I know in our household 99 percent of our items is
gluten free. I know hubby sometimes likes to have
something not but most times it is. I always eat gluten free because I do not
feel good it's really bad if I do get "glutened". Step number three is restock with
alternatives. I know a lot of people when they find out they have to go
gluten-free they're like what I can't have bread I can't have pasta but you
can have those things you just have to have an alternative. Now full disclosure
not everything tastes fantastic... however there are certain brands out there that
actually really have good items. I don't recommend you going full on processed
gluten-free. A lot of those products have higher sugar content , higher sodium
content, the carbs are higher I know regular bread compared to gluten-free
bread is way higher in the carb count like two-to-one so just be careful of
that. I don't even really eat bread. I do once in a while when I get a craving but
I don't eat bread it's rare and it's been 11 years and I don't miss it and
I'm Italian. When you go grocery shopping make sure you do read those labels focus
on a variety of foods especially because you want to make sure you're getting all
the vitamins you need and supplement where necessary. You can find gluten-free
products in your local grocery store you could also go to the more organic
natural stores they have tons of gluten-free which is awesome choices you
get variety it is a little bit more expensive but if you stick to the non
processed food it is not so it's what everybody else is saying. Number 4 learn
how to make your food. So when you're going gluten-free immediately you're
thinking well I can't have this and I can't have that and I can't have the
other thing...go on a recipe site. Go on Pinterest. there are tons of recipes that
taste good and you don't have to go find some weird ingredient for it.
I love all recipes they rate it I also go on Pinterest which is really good and
you can always find really great recipes you don't need the crap in your food
regardless if you're gluten-free or not you don't need the crap extra crap in
your food you won't even know it's gluten-free after a while it's just
really good food and there are alternatives you can still have your
pizza you can still have bread you can still have pasta and you just have to
look out there. Step number five is get your family involved. In my household we
all eat gluten-free with the exception of hubby once in a while bringing in
something that's not. Although I must say he does not feel good after but my
oldest son he actually doesn't have an allergy or maybe a slight sensitivity
because I noticed when he was younger if he had sandwiches that were you know
regular bread if he had too many he'd get
the dark circles under his eyes so get your family involved.
Number six is when you go to restaurants and eating out you could ask for a
gluten-free menu. You want to also make sure that if you want something like
fries or or that kind of thing know that the fryer a lot of times they will cook
the gluten-free fries in with the same oil so just know that just ask and kind
of ask them you know what they recommend for gluten-free I know when you're just
beginning it's hard because sometimes they can make recommendations and they
don't have a clue in a carload not joking you I once went to a Vietnamese
restaurant I asked them you know certain things because sometimes their broth is
not gluten-free but I was asking them and they were saying that I couldn't
have rice because it wasn't gluten-free.. guys ..rice is gluten-free needless to say
I had to politely get up and walk out of the restaurant because he didn't have a
clue so it's getting better. There's lots of restaurants now that are aware and
some restaurants that are still clueless but most are getting on board most have
at least a menu for it and it'll get better
My last tips are don't cheat on the gluten free lifestyle. Don't cheat on it,
it hurts it doesn't feel good for me I am out for four days I can't eat
anything because anything I eat even if it's gluten free will upset my stomach
it's like one big inflammation and my stomach freaks out and it's not fun so
don't cheat you'll feel tired you'll feel like crap you'll feel sluggish and
you'll notice once you do go gluten free you may notice within 3-4 days you're
starting to feel better your face is getting better I mean everybody's
different in those symptoms but you'll feel a heck of a lot better and it's not
worth the cheat I promise you it's not worth the cheat you may even find some
weight loss focus on what you can eat versus what
you aren't allowed to have and if you do the variety you won't even miss it and
if you do the replacers you won't even miss it. My family loves gluten-free
pasta my family loves gluten free pizza although we don't really have that a lot
you won't go hungry it's not like you do have to give up there's so many
alternatives here and now that you won't feel deprived
now some chocolate bars maybe ...I'm a chocoholic
so some chocolate bars you got be careful because it does have you know
crisps in it or you know that kind of thing but just you will go hungry focus
on what you can eat and don't cheat now I feel really good
I don't eat that as I stay away from it now if you do get glutened it's what I call
"glutened".. if you do get glutened I suggest keep it light if you can if you can't
even eat for a couple days because you feel that bad then there are some things
you can get at the naturopathic store I have tried activated charcoal to help
me I I do a cleanse and my cleanse that I use is a cellular cleanse so it just
has aloe vera and some vitamins and minerals and nutrients in it so it's
very gentle but I have two basically lots of water lots of rest because I'm
so tired it looks like I was on a five-day bender in in Mexico you know
what I mean so I'm out... papaya enzymes are really really good too and
probiotics I use probiotics that helps my tummy too it balances with the bad
guys and the good guys like I say to my kids and which is a bad bacteria the
good bacteria I love probiotics I do everything that I
can to help my body your stomach is so important those of you who suffered I
feel you it's been terrible in my past but it does get better just focus on
healing yourself feeling better and don't worry about the rest
I mean who cares if you can have pizza really at the end of the day you feel
better I hope you enjoyed this video if you did click thumbs up button for me if
